Thankfully they're open later than most but this location leaves a little to be desired. The lobby needed attention and the service was slow. They had at least 4 employees working but took a while to even take our order and longer than usual to make it. Meh. It will scratch your late night coffee fix but that's about it.

Rich L. and everyone else mentioning the long lines and longer wait times are absolutely correct, STAY AWAY! Today was the last time I'll visit this location. We waited 35 minutes for two simple drinks. The girl taking orders was taking forever, she kept interrupting me while I was giving her my order. I'll take a vanilla... hot? Yes, hot. I'll have a vanilla lat... what size would you like? Grande. And what kind of drink would you like again? Oy. When we finally got to the window I was ready to keep on driving. Even the young man who took my debit card was moving like molasses. There are two other Starbucks in the area that have earned my loyalty after today!

NOTE: This review is directed towards the interior of the Starbucks, especially the seating arrangements for the customers. There isn't a single comfortable piece of furniture for sitting down in this whole Starbucks! Absolutely none! This is a bloody joke; is there standard this low that they can't bother to buy a decent amount of comfortable chairs for the vast majority of students that come in here to work on their college assignments. Looks like they bought their furniture from the Salvation Army! They have no problem charging the exorbitant rate for their beverages they serve yet they can't be bothered to spend some of that money on comfortable seats to say the least. I am certain I am not the only one who feels like this. I have tried both the low chairs and high chairs; both being uncomfortable when one is attempting to finish some serious school work. The high chairs set up against the table are a little better. I've been in many Starbucks that do have very comfortable seats, some even including sofa seats. It is very clear that this Starbucks needs to place at least a few comfortable seats within this particular one. Starbucks is more than just the beverages made here and in my strong personal opinion, my entire Starbucks experience was ruined by the lack of even a single comfortable seat in this whole place! I am well aware of the chances that I come off as harsh, however; I mean what I say and I am one to say what I mean! I don't have time to beat around the bush. For anyone that might think this is malarkey, which I'm sure many will, I challenge you to sit down in any one of their seats for 1-3 hours while trying to get any serious work done. Then feel free to say how comfortable they are. I will still return at times to this location if I want to buy their coffee but there is no way I will ever return to this particular Starbucks if I need to work on my college assignments! Absolutely not going to happen. Their coffee is great but that doesn't mean they are excellent in other areas that matter as well.

What can u say about starbucks it has pretty good coffee, great atmosphere, customer service at this location could be better tho. But over all not to many complaints from me

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is it's location. Often long, slow lines at the drive thru. Inside it too warm and stuffy. I get wrong drinks and many times attitude when I say something about it. The drive thru order station faces the freeway and makes ordering difficult, you would think they would have addressed this by now. For a 24 hour location, I've come by and they are closed. I understand being closed for remodeling but when all lights are off, no one answers the drive thru AND not even a sign on the door... ARGHHHH!!! I must say, there are a couple friendly staff members here...maybe 2. Convenient location, check your drink before you leave.

Drive thru had 7 cars in line and took more than 45 mins. I would've left but I got stuck. Ridiculous. I have no idea what could've taken so long. I have never seen anything like it. Some cars didn't move for 10 minutes!

They need a better manager here! They are not listening to people. Also, somebody needs to watch the inventory! "No earl gray tea" really? Not acceptable at all. The only reason that I'm here is because it is In walking distance from my work.

This Starbucks is fantastic!! I've been to this location many times (probably over 20-30) and 95% of the time have had a positive experience. Majority of the times, the drink I order (usually it's some handcrafted espresso drink.) tastes perfect! I don't know why at some Starbucks, although I'm ordering the exact same drink, the same way, it does not taste right. Also, when I order regular coffee or decaf coffee, it comes out tasting really good, the way coffee should taste. For some reason, some Starbucks drip coffee tastes burned and bitter, but not here! The customer service at this location is usually pretty good as well. Sometimes the baristas are super friendly and cheerful and sometimes they are just nice and polite. Maybe only 1-2 times out of 30 did I get a worker that wasn't so friendly. I also really like the fact that they are open late.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I was the only person in line and I stood there waiting for the guy for about a minute or two even though he seemed to be doing nothing (Totally saw me though, just chose to ignore me). I ordered a green tea lemonade and after I gave him the cash he asked me what I ordered again. I could already tell he didnt want to take my order by his tone of voice and facial expression. After that, he realized that he closed the register without giving me my change so I had to wait for him to get the key to open the register. The worse part is yet to come... So as I was waiting for my change, the guy who made my drink looked over at me like I was dumb and said "your drink is over here" with an attitude. The employees are so not up to par and has poor attitude!! Don't go to this location. I have never bothered with yelp reviews and I cant even believe my first sad and pathetic review is for a STARBUCKS.

Ashley needs to reconsider customer service... What do you want does not work for a "Hi welcome to Starbucks how can I help you today" Just another bad customer service experience with her...

I love starting my work day by going to this Starbucks location. The baristas are always so friendly and they always ask how my morning is going and usually know my order before I get to the counter. While this is a very busy location, the bathroom and seating area are always clean. Convenient free wifi is great (though I know it's offered at all Starbucks). The one downside is that the drive thru is pretty slow, but that it usually because it's packed, not necessarily the fault of the business. This place is a gem in the trash heap called West Sacramento.

Man I don't know..everytime I come here, it's like they don't wana take my order. I just kind of hang out by the register till they have no choice but to come up to me after a trillion years. And no,whenever I come, it's NOT busy, they just act like it. Ugh sucks. The 2 stars are only for my preciousss white mocha. Customer service needs help.
(2)
Jermaine T.
The worst service from any Starbucks location I have ever been too. You wait in a long they claim that "they are busy" yet I was the only person in line. Not only that, but they really act like they have never seen a customer nor do they know how to treat us. Today will probably be the last time I will return to that location. I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have too!
(1)
UenvyMEsha X.
The coffee is not the best (caramel macchiato is not supposed to be black). Then, the customer service is horrible. While you wait, they are behind the counter chatting and laughing it up without properly greeting or noticing the customer half the time. Some of them are just plain rude, and have no customer service skills. I'm happy I am moving to an area with more Starbucks to choose from. This one sucks!
(1)

Worst starbucks in the history of LIFE!! I have to set aside 20 minutes just for the drive threw line.. everytime.. i think the fastest service i ever received was 15 min for one drink... not to bad i guess...

Just like all the other Starbucks out there, pre-packaged food goods, coffees made to order, nice staff, quick service, gifts to go. Great place to stop on a road trip (which is what my large party was doing). Tidy bathrooms too. All in all, pretty A-OK to me.

I'm with the rest of these people that complain about the drive thru. This Starbucks sucks. I've been here 3 times in the past week and I'm writing this entire review with 1 car in front of me. I'm sick of this place. I need to remember to stop at the one on Norwood. Besides the last 2 nights they've screwed my drink up. No shots or so much foam that I drive 5 miles and the drink is half empty. So sad, this place. Ok, review done and I'm still sitting here waiting.

Holly Marie V.
My boyfriend & I got drinks at the drive thru. the 1st drink was 3/4 way full and the second barely 1/2 way full. I didn't pick mine up until we had already been on the freeway for 10 mins or else I would have went back and filled them up. Don't charge me damn near $5 for half a drink. Won't be going back.

I heard this drive thru IS NOT 24 hours any more. Can someone please post their drive thru and lobby hours? Thanks!

This starbucks is by far the worst I've been to...they fucked up our orders, didn't add 1 drink and put our orders on separate orders when we didn't ask for it to be separated the fuck?! And to top it off took forever I wonder why?...They were messing up everyone's orders!
(1)
Jenna L.
Usually get slow service. Its like this place is where all the new hiRes start because they don't have good training and the manager is an a#$. I go to Starbucks regularly and this is by far the worst location, been coming here for years because it's close to my job and it's time I give a bad review. I try to get coffee by my house if I have time just to avoid this location.

Ashu N.
The third time I received the wrong drink through the drive thru. Very upsetting, I only go here because some days (depending on the eomployees) the lines move very fast. I ordered a white mocha, but ended up with a regular mocha, the problem...so much chocolate that it stated like I paid for a very expensive hot chocolate. Couldn't go back, was headed to work. Not impressed by the service lately, noticed new faces also. Oh, and they mix soy milk and non milk often. Annoying!!!!!

This spot is the closest one to me. They get on my last nerves. Twice in row, they couldnt break my $100. I came during lunch time hours and their reason is their Till has $20 only which is BS. They have broke my $100 before in the drive thru. So, what is the difference when I go in the shop and drive thru????
(1)

Not only is this a drive through Starbucks but the baristas are some of the nicest Starbucks employees I've very encountered. I ordered a berry hibiscus refresher (my favorite Starbucks drink) and the barista there asked me if I had ever tried it with lemonade and a pump of raspberry, when I said no but I would love to try it he made me a new drink on the house and it was 10 times better than the original!
(5)
Micaela B.
Everything is great except the consistency of the drive thru speed. It's always dependent on who's working it, some days i'm in and out in 5 minutes, sometimes i'm barely pulling up to the speaker after 20. Not good for it being my last stop right before work!

Kristie B.
I used to visit this Starbucks when I would make a trip to San Fran. I will never visit this place again. They have always been slow but tonight was the worst. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I mentioned to the girl that we waited a long time & she didn't care! She said they were dealing with another angry customer inside the store. I wonder why?? Next time... Make your customers happy & don't make us pay for drinks when we have to wait soooo long!

This starbucks has ridiculously slow service. We were in the drive thru for 30 min. There were about 8 cArs in front of us but I still felt that it took way too long. Needs more workers please.

I'm only giving this a star, because Yelp requires at least one. This location has angered me for the last time. I work nights around the corner and it's the only convenient 24-hour option on my way to work, but I'm officially switching to crappy office coffee. As a former partner that worked at a location with apparently much higher standards, this location is appalling. They get orders wrong, and more often than not, the espresso shots are expired. On top of that, I understand the EMPLOYEES may not have anywhere to be at 11:30 at night, I have to go to work. No matter how early I leave, I always either end up stuck in line, or waiting at the window, staring at my drinks, just waiting on the counter. Tonight, I simply asked for a no-water Chai latte and an oatmeal with the toppings, but no hot water in it, just the oats. The window was open, and I saw the partner make the drink and walk away. It just sat there. I could hear other employees talking and laughing around the corner, out of sight. I sat there for five minutes, before giving up -- this being the final straw. Re-evaluate this location, Starbucks. The people who work near here are what keep you open. You've lost my business.

I have never had a bad Starbucks drink until if came to this location. First I was at the drive thru but the cars weren't moving for almost 5 minutes so I decided to go inside. When I went inside, they weren't even busy. I ordered my drink, simple mocha frap. Getting my drink from inside did not take very long at all, so I thought that was really good! Tasted my drink...it had no flavor. It tasted like milk, ice and a little bit of mocha powder.

Okay so I NEVER write yelp reviews but after my trip to this Starbucks I had too! I always use this Starbucks as it is close to my job. How ever every single time I come to this location the lines are congested which isn't as bad as when they have there slowest barista working the espresso bar. This morning I waited 13 just for my drink order. Poor girl was getting yelled at by another co worker. Not so bad.. Right? So I tried again after lunch. Treated my co workers to coffee plus no line in the drive thru! Until I place my order. I asked for whip cream on top of a drink and the gal who takes my order very rudely says it already come with it.. Silence.. Umm ok. Thanks. Order my second drink vent chai soy add a shot. I was given a caramel mocciato?!! Really? Didn't even bother asking them to fix it. Plus the guy that was working the window looked super thrilled to have a job. Get it together. Thanks.

What bothers me the most is that they keep the place freezing cold and the coffee-making sounds like construction work. I tried hard to like this place because it's nearby where I live, but I just dread coming here because of the cold and the noise. Hopefully, a decent, coffee shop opens up in the center nearby :( Two stars because they have a drive-through, conveniently located near the freeway on my commute to Davis.

Where's The Food B.
We like the 24 hour drive thru feature of this Starbucks. The drinks here are either a hit or a miss. The coffee is either too strong, too bland, but never just right. We would like to be able to give this particular Starbucks more stars but they continue to keep lacking in flavor.

I used to be a big fan of Starbucks. But not anymore. Especially after my last visits. I always get an iced white CHOCOLATE mocha. At this location I think only one person knows how to make it. Like seriously????? Last time I went drive thru and asked for a white chocolate mocha but instead of the hot one I asked for an ice one. And I got rude respond such as "We only have white mocha, we don't have a chocolate one" I was like "what? I always get it! And I know for sure you guys have it" and the girl replied with an attitude "no we don't! We only got white mocha" so since there was a line in front of me and behind me I asked if it was sweet she said yes so I just ordered the white mocha. And it wasn't even sweet!!! Like what! They hired new people who don't know how to make it good. Old stuff was really friendly and nice. But all the new people need to learn how to work at a coffee shop and treat tier customers right so they will come back. Oh and everything is really overpriced. I always check how they make my drink. It's a lil bit of coffee and a full cup of ice. I paid not for the ice. I paid for the drink. If you put so much ice then at least put it in a bigger cup. Other than that their breakfast sandwiches Are so yummy. But still overpriced.

Worse service ever for a starbucks. Stuck in drive thru for 20 mins maybe longer. I couldnt back out and go inside. I love starbucks it is this one that needs service improvement. I said thank you and response was mmhhh. Your welcome? ? Still coffee good left wuth what I came for 30 mins later. If in a rush go to another starbucks. Hope this helps the busy people

Lisa in the drive thru is awesome!!!!!! She seems to always be there. She is always friendly and remembers the little things that make it a personal experience. I always go through the drive thru here and am always given fast, friendly, correct service. I have never had a bad experience here. Two thumbs up for the manager here in hiring and training their staff. You have a good crew there.

I love Starbucks but this one is terrible and needs to get it together. I bought ten gift cards last week and they didn't give me one. Their solution was to give me a refund and re charge me. The money didn't get refunded for several days. Also the drive thru is really slow and they are always giving me the wrong drink. I plan on going to another starbucks from now on

This Starbucks is spacious with plenty of seating, but it's always busy! They usually always have your favorite pastry available, and the best thing about this place is they're open 24hrs!

This Starbucks is by far the WORST one I've ever been to. Terrible service no one is smiling and everyone is rude. Incredibly slow and not very clean. I've been to probably 100 Starbucks locations and this one was honestly horrible. Go to any other Starbucks you can. And don't hire anyone who came from this location! F-!!!!

This location is hit n miss with the drinks and their drive thru usually takes about 20 mins to get out. It's horrible waiting that long and getting a drink they've made wrong :-(
(3)
Kayla R.
This Starbucks drive thru is the worst. The coffee never taste the way it does when you go to any other Starbucks and the customer service is horrible. I stopped at this location before going to ikea and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive and then received a water down iced coffee. Nothing worse then getting a bad coffee that you are expected to pay for.

I always get a feeling of positivity when I come to this Starbucks. I'm greeted at the front counter every time and they never rush me to order when I'm taking forever to decide what I want. They've made my drinks the way it should be and they always have the sweets stocked. The only negative side is the parking space. It's right next to a Panda Express, Jack in the Box and a gas station so the parking is tiny. I never knew it was opened 24-hours, but if I'm ever in this area in the middle of the night and am craving for SB then I will surely have to go through the drive-thru.

Decaff Chai Soy Latte via the awesome drive-thru. Easy freeway on/off. Apparently Alex L. wants a refund for my review.... I didn't write enough about this cookie cutter standard issue Starbucks in my review for him to know this is a great spot to stop while driving on the 80. I stop at this little Starbucks many times a month, I have only been inside one time, it is smallish but they do have a few tables out front, I sat on the sidewalk out front but did not find it relaxing due to the high traffic parking lot, the scent of Thai food, and cars parked in your lap. They lost a star for the entrance to the Starbucks drive thru is high risk for being hit by those exiting Panda.

STRBUCKS IN GENERAL SUCKS FOR LOTS OF REASONS!!! The one that angers me the most is they never have change for a $100 bill. You are a business that should be able to accommodate this type of purchase!!!

Not 24 hours anymore, only drive thru. The employees here are super annoying! Been here for 20 minutes to study and a couple of them are making impersonations of Star Wars characters, attempting to sing opera and are gossiping about each other.... Not studying here anymore without earphones...

The coffee is good and so is the service. I question the people ringing up my orders. The prices change from week to week. I order the same two coffees and from week to week they change prices, it will be $6.85, one week, then $7.00 the next and today it was $7.10. I'm asking for my receipts from now on. I'm going to talk with the manager to find out just how much my coffee really should cost and the price of the pastries I get. Just beware of the prices and ask for your receipt.

I fell in love with this place the minute I found out it was 24 hours. For some reason their website says they close at 3:30 and reopen and 4:30. When I asked them, they said that they are 24 hours. Being a college student, this is God's gift from heaven. Around 4AM, I always stop here for a Soy Chai before driving to Davis to study for a killer test.

This store is always packed with customers, and is extremely fast paced, I appreciate the barista's and all of their hard work, when being put under so much stress with so many customers in and out all the time. Its understandable why you might have to wait a little longer for your drink because its so bizzy with many drinks that need to be made. When I walk in I always feel welcomed and appreciated!

This is the best Starbucks I have been to by far. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I have been to many different Starbucks and they are always so slow it's aweful. The last time I was here there was a line to the door and I was literally out the door with my order in 5 minutes. Service with a smile included. Love this place!

I usually prefer local coffee shops but this Starbucks is nice for its 24 hour feature. However, I was just informed that for the next week and a half or so the inside will CLOSE at 11:00pm and OPEN at 4:00am. The flyer in the window says this will occur until April 2nd but the woman in the store said "a week and a half." Morale of the story- THE INSIDE IS NOT 24 HOURS..TEMPORARILY When asked if they will return to the original 24 hour service after this hiatus the barista responded with a sort of doubted "That's the plan..." The drive thru is still 24 hour though

Next to 76 gas station and Jack N' Box and across from Hampton Inn! Pretty much when you're ready to get back on the road, it's a one stop shop place! Grab your breakfast, your coffee (iced green tea for me) and a full tank of gas and off On the Road Again!

Brittney P.
I've given this starbucks too many chances to win me back over, but I'm afraid I've learned my lesson: to avoid this place at all costs. I order an iced green tea latte, which they make a mockery of EVERY time I've ordered it. I hope their management reads this review and takes this into consideration: green teas are an EASY drink, train your staff to make them properly. I am consistenty given my drink unmixed and usually with less matcha then the recipe requires. Perhaps they don't understand the proportion rules are different in an iced venti than a regular venti? Also, soy milk: If I've paid extra and explained that I had a milk allergy, it's pretty disrespectful and careless to continue giving me regular milk. Also, the drive thru consistently mixes up my order and tries to give me the wrong drinks. I was a starbucks barista for several years and know when I'm seeing lazy, shotty work. They're constantly cutting corners and it's a poor example of starbucks mission. If I had any more free time than I've already wasted writing this review, I'd seriously consider contacting the district manager to complain about the shitty service.

I go to this location because it's so close to my work. the drive through is the worst. I mean I totally get sometimes it gets busy and it's not the workers fault. But if I have to wait about 10-15 mins for my drinks more than 3 times, I can safely say it shouldn't become a habit for the drive through to take so long. I was irritated one time because I went on my lunch and waited half my lunch to get one drink and I guess i may have sounded a little irritated when giving my card to the cashier because he didn't even say sorry for the wait or thanks for waiting and he gave me an attitude back, I mean shouldn't a business know what day and time they're the most busy or get bad rushes to schedule more or faster workers.... I'm not trying to sound mean but I wouldn't be so harsh if other starbucks i've been to were the same...but it just seems to be more frequently at this location....which I try not to go to unless I really am desperate lol. BUT I will say there is this one sweet guy who worked the drive through, not sure what his name was but he delivered excellent customer service.

Drive-thru, baby! It's open 24 hours. Even better. Didja know that they have cameras on the drive-thru ordering box thingy? They do! I have a friend that works there, and when I pulled up she said, "Hello Sara." I nearly rear-ended the person in front of me... freaked me out. So don't do anything embarrassing while ordering, 'cause they're waaaatching. Always fast, very nice. Also, one time I went with my dog in the car, and when I pulled up they gave him a milkbone! Cute. Verdict: Go! And drink a delicous caramel macchiato from the comfort of your car.

This is a great location and they are really fast. I never have to wait long even when it looks really busy. I love new refreshers. If you are in a hurry, this is a great stop to be in and out fast.

I am not sure what to think of a coffee shop when the highlight is the bathroom. Imagine a place filled with the most annoying people you've met--but now those annoying people are serving you coffee. Staffed by four 18 year old kids who punctuate their atmosphere-eroding chatter with off-key, tone-deaf singing, this place is to be avoided if you want to hear anyone besides them talk. It is as if the baristas truly believe the customers sitting in the coffee shop care about what he said to her, she to him, and whether or not they can believe it. This place might be quaint if you're just making a stop, but god help you dear Yelper, do not try to study here.

I've been to just about every Starbucks in this region. This one's usually pretty good. It's something of a mistress for me when I just can't go to the Lake and Enterprise location for the gazzillionth time (yes, spellchecker caught that). The store is moderately well-kept, drive through speed is 5 stars, and the seating is hit and miss depending upon freeway traffic. The crew is staffed by a few interesting guys who are excessively positive about the world and working at a Starbucks within it. Last time I was there though, one of the ladies on register made the frap of the person before me in line and asked me to wait a second. When there were additional requests and things for her to do, she left me waiting to order for 3-4 minutes before calling someone from the back. When I finally received my drink there was no half-and-half on the bar so I had to ask for it. I'm willing to change my review to 4 stars if they can get the drink prep line under control. The other morning I pulled up to the drive-thru to order my usual grande white mocha. The person taking my order was telling me they're having technical issues with the machines and wasn't able to make my usual drink but instead offered me another drink that doesn't require blending. It tasted horrible!! I will have to remember to say "No, thank you!" when their machine is down. All the other times I came here was good experience and sometimes they even know what I am ordering. I know many co-workers go to this spot for their morning/afternoon fixes. Please DO NOT have the coffee machines break down again!!

Came to this location because I was craving a crunch berry frap late night (had to travel all the way to west sac because stupid sac barely has any 24 hr anything!)& had the funniest experience. The drive thru guy, who's name is Cedric (he might as well been the entertainer, haha) had my cousin and I laughing really hard because he was trying to tell us he had no idea what I was talking about, said that he would experiment by adding a bunch of things together and was like, oh it kinda tastes like frosted flakes, we were laughing so hard, then he busts out with a just kidding, and told us he was going to be there until 5AM and had to make his night interesting. The crunch berry frap was perfectly sweet and definitely satisfied my craving! Now I know where to go for a late night Starbucks fix.

Decent coffee, customer service is questionable. Felt like a good atmosphere going in but were not impressed with speed or interaction compared with other starbucks. Good for a fix when en route to SF and don't have much time, otherwise I'll be sticking with my local coffee joint.

This starbucks is the boss when it comes to late night cravings. I work in West Sacramento and whenever I want a fix of Green Tea latte, or Extra caramel frap this place is available 24 hours 7 days a week! Not only is it jussst open, it has amazingly nice and polite staff. The bathrooms are clean, the lobby and tables are clean, Wi-Fi is free, seating outdoor, Jack in the Box across the street .. I have nothing less than 5 stars for this place!

Yes, it is a Starbucks and yes, Starbucks is the devil but this devil is open 24 hours which makes me a fan. I am currently sitting here at about 11pm on a Tuesday and the place is packed (maybe a sign that more places should do this). Bonus, there's a CHP office nearby (so don't speed on your way here) so this place constantly had cops coming in and out. There are 4 in here as I type which makes me feel safe studying alone late at night. I do wish it was a bit bigger because it tends to always be crowded but I'll take what I can get. They also have a drive-thru which is pretty awesome.

As Far as Starbucks go this one is just ok....i get my Java Fix here in the morning and the cup is rarely ever full and they just don't taste as good as other Starbucks i have been too plus they never have the Scone i want!

I frequent this starbucks location mostly because it has a drive thru and it is very close to my work. Between 8:30-9 am they get really busy, but that is understandable, but I've also noticed the service is a bit slow, especially when there is a line practically to the door. I understand the focus on quality but at the same time maybe staff more people during the busiest hours of the day. Other than that the staff of friendly & overall I've recieved good service here

Amazing staff, they know the regulars and their drinks. Made my day! The fact that they're open 24/7/365 is amazing! Love it...

Arbitrarily enforces some vague refill policy that all Sacramento County stores know nothing about. I can drive a little further and get less bitchy service as well. A pity, since the Harbor Point/Lake Rd./Jefferson Blvd stores used to be my favorites.

I am definitely a fan of Starbucks...especially during the holidays when they have all these supa tasty lattes. The creme brulee latte is at the top for me right now....they had a special deal for a tall latte and a cranberry scone for ony $3.95...its a good deal because the tall latte alone was already $3.95 ...so its like buy da latte and get the scone free...they also had a couple of other specials at this particular starbucks...check it out! ^_^ Will be back this week for another latte heeheheh

This location is right off the freeway - or so it seems. Total time from exiting freeway to re-entry is 8-15 minutes, depending on the line and how many lights you hit. When you get off of 80 heading west, go left and left and the next [no light] intersection, one more left, and it's on your left. There's also a gas station at this exit if you need it. FYI - every time I'm here, I see a member of some branch of law enforcement - usually they're just getting their fix, not arresting people for stealing coffee beans!

Thankfully they're open later than most but this location leaves a little to be desired. The lobby needed attention and the service was slow. They had at least 4 employees working but took a while to even take our order and longer than usual to make it. Meh. It will scratch your late night coffee fix but that's about it.
(3)Katie G.
Rich L. and everyone else mentioning the long lines and longer wait times are absolutely correct, STAY AWAY!

But over all not to many complaints from me
(3)Rich L.
(1)Mike S.
Drive thru had 7 cars in line and took more than 45 mins. I would've left but I got stuck. Ridiculous. I have no idea what could've taken so long. I have never seen anything like it. Some cars didn't move for 10 minutes!
(1)Shehab P.
They need a better manager here! They are not listening to people. Also, somebody needs to watch the inventory! "No earl gray tea" really? Not acceptable at all. The only reason that I'm here is because it is In walking distance from my work.
(1)Jean S.
(5)Merry C.
(1)Tina C.
Ashley needs to reconsider customer service... What do you want does not work for a "Hi welcome to Starbucks how can I help you today" Just another bad customer service experience with her...
(1)Kim V.
(4)Ella K.
(2)Jermaine T.
(1)UenvyMEsha X.
(1)Jen J.
Worst starbucks in the history of LIFE!! I have to set aside 20 minutes just for the drive threw line.. everytime.. i think the fastest service i ever received was 15 min for one drink... not to bad i guess...
(1)Heather V.
Just like all the other Starbucks out there, pre-packaged food goods, coffees made to order, nice staff, quick service, gifts to go. Great place to stop on a road trip (which is what my large party was doing). Tidy bathrooms too. All in all, pretty A-OK to me.
(3)Ricardo G.
28 minutes to go through! On a Sunday! Worse experience ever! it's not always like this but this was too much!
(1)Gregg W.
(1)Holly Marie V.
(1)Teena P.
I heard this drive thru IS NOT 24 hours any more. Can someone please post their drive thru and lobby hours? Thanks!
(3)Anonymous A.
This starbucks is by far the worst I've been to...they fucked up our orders, didn't add 1 drink and put our orders on separate orders when we didn't ask for it to be separated the fuck?! And to top it off took forever I wonder why?...They were messing up everyone's orders!
(1)Jenna L.
(1)Ashu N.
(1)Tram T.
Updating to 4 stars. They get to know the regulars and show their appreciation for repeat business.
(4)Darlene M.
This spot is the closest one to me. They get on my last nerves. Twice in row, they couldnt break my $100. I came during lunch time hours and their reason is their Till has $20 only which is BS. They have broke my $100 before in the drive thru. So, what is the difference when I go in the shop and drive thru????
(1)Harper M.
(5)Micaela B.
Everything is great except the consistency of the drive thru speed. It's always dependent on who's working it, some days i'm in and out in 5 minutes, sometimes i'm barely pulling up to the speaker after 20. Not good for it being my last stop right before work!
(4)Kristie B.
(1)Helen J.
This starbucks has ridiculously slow service. We were in the drive thru for 30 min. There were about 8 cArs in front of us but I still felt that it took way too long. Needs more workers please.
(1)Tessa O.
(1)Nicol Y.
(1)J M.
New renovations are more accommodating. More inviting atmos. Has a drive thru...definitely bonus points on some days.
(4)Alicia L.
Thanks.
(1)Salwa H.
(2)Where's The Food B.
We like the 24 hour drive thru feature of this Starbucks. The drinks here are either a hit or a miss. The coffee is either too strong, too bland, but never just right. We would like to be able to give this particular Starbucks more stars but they continue to keep lacking in flavor.
(2)Maria D.
(3)Vanessa R.
Hope this helps the busy people
(1)Michelle H.
(5)Lydia B.
I love Starbucks but this one is terrible and needs to get it together. I bought ten gift cards last week and they didn't give me one. Their solution was to give me a refund and re charge me. The money didn't get refunded for several days. Also the drive thru is really slow and they are always giving me the wrong drink. I plan on going to another starbucks from now on
(1)Cornell S.
This Starbucks is spacious with plenty of seating, but it's always busy! They usually always have your favorite pastry available, and the best thing about this place is they're open 24hrs!
(4)Andrey M.
The one and only 24 hour Starbucks. Great customer service.
(5)Ryan M.
(1)Jennifer R.
This location is hit n miss with the drinks and their drive thru usually takes about 20 mins to get out. It's horrible waiting that long and getting a drink they've made wrong :-(
(3)Kayla R.
(1)Jeanice S.
(5)Serra S.
(4)David V.
STRBUCKS IN GENERAL SUCKS FOR LOTS OF REASONS!!! The one that angers me the most is they never have change for a $100 bill. You are a business that should be able to accommodate this type of purchase!!!
(1)Martina R.
the cashier was the nicest and she put a smile on my face love my java chip thank you
(5)Alex L.
Not 24 hours anymore, only drive thru. The employees here are super annoying! Been here for 20 minutes to study and a couple of them are making impersonations of Star Wars characters, attempting to sing opera and are gossiping about each other.... Not studying here anymore without earphones...
(2)T S.
(2)Ravi G.
(5)Marie D.
(4)Joelle O.
This is the best Starbucks I have been to by far. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I have been to many different Starbucks and they are always so slow it's aweful. The last time I was here there was a line to the door and I was literally out the door with my order in 5 minutes. Service with a smile included. Love this place!
(5)Andrew L.
(3)Ryan P.
Next to 76 gas station and Jack N' Box and across from Hampton Inn! Pretty much when you're ready to get back on the road, it's a one stop shop place! Grab your breakfast, your coffee (iced green tea for me) and a full tank of gas and off On the Road Again!
(4)Brittney P.
(1)Dana D.
The worst drive through of any kind that i have been to, I was stuck in it for over 20 minutes, I will never ever go to this particular starbucks again!!!
(1)Giovanni A.
I loved my drivethu service!!!
(5)Devo S.
Venti iced peppermint mocha w/no whip...cool, refreshing, and yummy. And this particular Starbucks made it WELL; I could really taste the peppermint! Yay!
(5)J C.
The drive thru is by far the worst around here. Incredibly slow and horrible, rude service. Regret my decision everytime I go.
(1)H S.
(1)Sara B.
(4)Staci F.

The only 24-hour Starbux in the area. The bathrooms truly are clean. Wifi geekery: Download Speed: 1237 kbps (154.6 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 1012 kbps (126.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

While I was waiting in line, I reloaded my Starbucks card from my iPhone App and it was reflected by the time I picked up my drink. How awesome is that?

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Next time I'm going to Pete's.
