Came here a few weeks ago. The food was delicious. I ordered the filet and the potato. So glad we decided to eat here. Our waiter was very polite and made sure we had everything that we needed. The atmosphere was very beautiful. If given the chance I would eat here again. If given the chance I'd eat here again.

Overall great experience, and food excellent. I would definitely go back. The only reason why I didnt give this restaurant a 5 star rating was because the service was adequate, but not great. We had a fairly large group and they could have used a few more servers to help us, and the service was definitely slow . But the food was great, and everyone was nice.

This place has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The calamari was undercooked, the service was terrible, the salmon was heavily overcooked, and it took forever for our food to arrive. I was also literally hit in the head with a plate as the waitress came by with a stack of plates. This restaurant is also extremely expensive. The jerk jidori chicken was like chewing on a rubber bar mat but with less flavor. The only decent food there were the oysters, thank you Mother Nature for doing what a kitchen full of staff could not manage. Definitely not recommended.

Fine dining experience with high end selections. Great raw yellowtail appetizer and decent, though not spectacular, oysters. Porterhouse steak large enough for two with sharing of another dish - 28 oz. - perfectly prepared and nicely tender. Sliced by chef on request was a good call. Lobster tail slightly tough but not unusually so for 2 plus pounders. Excellent creme brûlée. Quite good for a captive casino steakhouse that no doubt does a huge proportion of comp, esp given the rather remote location.

I came here quite a few times and I always ordered the filet. It's so tender and delcious..sometimes I even dream about it! They have awesome awesome food, some of my favorites are lobster mac and cheese, fresh oysters, and the creme brulee. They used to have a bartender named Gus, who, hands down, made the best mararitas on the rocks along with so many other delcious drinks. I wonder where he is now...

Nice romantic restaurant with above average food. Service was excellent.

Of the choices in the casino this in my opinion is the best. Granted when we eat here we are usually being comped in some manner. Tonight I ordered the Steak Diane which is two 4 oz. filet mignon medallions served over mashed Yukon potatoes with sliced mushrooms and a delicious cognac sauce. Their wine list is pretty good and they offer a nice selection by the glass, tonight I ordered a glass of the Pedroncelli Zinfendel very nice.

Hello foodies. I stayed at Harrah's for one night during the week of the 4th of July. My wife and I dined here, and I promised myself I would review this restaurant, but the reason why might surprise you. Normally, I get motivated by terrible service to write a review. However, my experience at Fiore was exactly the opposite. I had some of the BEST service I have EVER experienced in any restaurant setting. The servers work great as a team and take extremely good care of your table. The food was 4/5 stars(very good) but the service is a perfect 10 so I have to write this review. Hope you find the service as good as I did.

Had a solid birthday dinner experience for my wife and I here this weekend. We got the prime rib (large split for two), lobster mac n cheese, creamed spinach, and loaded mashed potatoes and all of them were delicious. We also got a cheap bottle of cabernet sauvignon. All in all came it out to $107, which is on par with other steakhouses for that amount of food. Service was attentive and friendly, and the general ambiance is also good... Definitely a nice escape away from the noise (and smoke, *cough*) of the casino floor.

Been here 2x. Bone in rib eye and tiger shrimp. Sooo good. Bit pricey for a casino but hey. Its all in good fun at harrahs. Ill be back. Yum yum

We stopped in for a nice dinner while attending the fashion show as yelp guests. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table without reservations (on a Saturday night around 8) which was great, the wine selection is ok with amazingly cheap prices, and the menu selection is minimal but good for a steak and seafood place. I usually assume with a small menu that they know how to cook each dish to perfection and it wasn't bad. My friend and I both ordered the two 4 oz filet mignon diane style (which means they come on a bed of mash potatos with mushroom sauce). We ordered medium rare. It was little over cooked but I would still classify it as medium-rare since it had a pink center. The outside was a little more charred than needed. Was tasty overall though. I was suprised with the pricing ($38) that there is no side included and you have to pay an extra $7 for veggies. We decided to split the lobster mac and cheese. Wasn't for us, had large tales covering the top with a huge glob of melted cheese and the noodles were mushy. We had it taken off our bill. The main complaint was our service. I ordered a bottle of wine, it showed up about 10 minutes later and was just set down on our table unopened and the waiter disapeared. He returned about 5 minutes later and opened the bottle. I asked for more bread and an ice bucket for our bottle (there are bucket stands next to each table) I then asked 4 more times If we were going to get bread or an ice bucket. It finally showed with a "sorry the bucket and bread have been going to the wrong table the whole time." Food was still warm when it finally arrived so no complaint there, but we didn't see our server again until we asked for the check. Overall I'd say the food is pricy for what you get, service needs work, but it's classy, small and intimate, and the wine prices are great!!

I was very excited to try this Steakhouse but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. We went on a Saturday night and they weren't very busy. Our server was MIA the entire evening and made excuses for every issue that arose. Our bottle of wine was dropped off at the table and sat there for way too long before the server came back and opened it for us. It wasn't very cold to begin with, and it was like pulling teeth to get him to bring us some ice for the chillers that were placed by every table. They did have very reasonable prices on their bottles of wine which was nice. My friend and I both ordered the Filet Diane, which consisted of two 4oz filets on a bed of mashed potatoes covered in a mushroom sauce. Both plates were ordered medium rare, and they were both slightly overcooked. I did enjoy the steak very much with its accompaniments. A filet mignon shouldn't have to be smothered in a mushroom sauce to be good, but this one definitely needed it. I'm totally ok with paying $40 for a filet mignon (or more in some cases) but I felt this plate was terribly overpriced. Especially considering it did not come with veggies, and a side was an extra $7. Since veggies were the same price as a side of lobster mac and cheese, we shared one of those. It sadly had to be sent back because it was mushy and flavorless. I make lobster mac and cheese at home and its not hard! We left disappointed and confused to say the least.

I found this to be a very average dining experience despite the prices. We made a reservation at Oyster Bar only to get there to find that Oyster Bar didn't take reservations, but they had us down for Fiore. Not the kind of expensive mix up we were looking forward to. Considering the not so other great options for eating, we decided to eat here. The bread basket was the best thing I ate. It was great bread!! For starters, I had the onion soup. Wayyyy too many onions and way too salty, and I couldn't finish it. I ordered the 8 oz steak medium rare, and it was lacking in flavor and definitely not medium rare. I couldn't finish the rest of the small overpriced steak. My dining partner and I shared the lobster mac and cheese and mushrooms, both were left unfinished. The mushrooms were actually pretty good. The mac and cheese cheese profile was very mediocre and I expected a more upscale mac and cheese flavor. Given our meal, we did not go for dessert. Service was okay, although the waiters forgot our drinks a time or two. Overall I was kinda disappointed. I think I'll try Pinks hot dogs next time.

First, all of the staff we came in contact were friendly and attentive. Monica was our server and has excellent customer service! Our drinks were excellently prepared. The basket of bread was well worth the carbs. There were choices of herbed and cheese crusted flat breads and thick crust fresh baked bread. We ordered prime rib and the scallops. The prime rib was the B E S T prime rib ever! It was thick, evenly cooked, melt in your mouth tender. Excellent with creamy horseradish! The scallops were a touch on the salty side due to the applewood smoked bacon that seemed more like ham. Our sides of sautéed baby spinach and Yukon Gold masked potatoes were generous and tasty. Nice experience and we'll definitely be back for more prime rib goodness!

They had small pieces of steak and mashed potatoes at a Yelp event and the beef was so tender. I didn't even need a knife! They were also handing out coupons for a free night stay and $40 off dinner! I would love to experience eating steak with a knife when I get the chance to go to their casino next time...

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! The waiters are incredibly slow. My boyfriend found a fly in his beer, his mother found another bug in her wine glass and u found a hair in my shrimp appetizer. It took an hour and a half for our food to come out. We all almost walked out. By the time it came out it was way past 10:30 and we got there at 9pm. They ran out of food options we ordered in and instead of telling us before we ordered they told us afterwards n gave us other food options we never ordered. The prices are too high for there to be mistakes. They messed up two of our steak orders and the ambience was extremely noisy. Music would go in and out and kept hearing the loud kitchen staff. I would NEVER recommend this place. I suggest to go next door to the Asian restaurant or to the buffets. Avoid this place at all cost!!

I am always suspicious when dining at casino restaurants that are connected to the gaming floor. For me, I want the feeling of being somewhere special- like a dark smoky room, or a place that exudes privacy and allows for my clandestine meetings. But upon stepping inside, I did not feel any of that. To me, I felt like Fiore was like a high end buffet- lots of people, a very open dining room, and decor that felt like something you'd find in a casino. I'd say that for me, that's the biggest drawback here- it doesn't feel like I'm about to spend 30-50 bucks a plate. Aside from that, Fiore boasts a legitimate wine list,a nd a huge collection of surf and turf, if steak is not your fancy. I opted for: Chef's Special Steak Diane: Sautéed medallions of Tenderloin, Mushroom Brandy-Peppercorn Gravy, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable de Jour 38 An Argentinian Malbec that I can't remember the name of and, Lobster Mac & Cheese: Truffle Oil, Comté, Fontina, Parmesan-Reggiano 10 The steak came out relatively fast, and was cooked perfectly to medium rare as requested. My biggest issue was the baby arugula that they just plopped down on top of my steak- why cover up an absolutely beautiful steak with a garnish that really wasn't necessary for the dish at all. The steak was gorgeous, succulent, and I devoured every bite. The yukon potatoes were perfect as well. This dish was definitely a 4.5/5 The Lobster Mac & Cheese actually tasted like lobster, which I really enjoyed. It was super heavy and decadent, but that's to be expected. All the cheeses blended together to bring an earthy kick that wasn't sweet, but full and strong. I managed to eat about 3/4th of this despite eating my entire steak. 4/5 I'd say that you're definitely going to get a good meal here, but don't expect a posh atmosphere. You could probably walk off the tables and get a seat here on an off night wearing a gambling visor. Service wise, however, we were well taken care of, and our food came out at a respectable kip. I would come here for the food, but not my birthday. 4/5 stars.

The Chilean Sea Bass done to perfection! I replaced the potatoes with a side of roasted mushrooms, they were superb. The Tuna Tartar was yummy too. Will definitely order that again. Our previous visit, we had the crab cakes, the naked scallops, the onion soup, lobster soup & steak, all were really good. Very impressed that a restaurant in a casino can be so so good. Our waiter who served us at both occasions was friendly, information, attentive & accommodating

Every casino has a high end steak restaurant. This is Harrah's Rincon steak place. It is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. The iceberg salad wedge was nice, big chunks of blue cheese and bits of bacon. The side dishes were great. But I came for the steak and of course ordered the only cut the matters, Ribeye, medium rare. Anything higher is beef jerky to me. And that is what they delivered; overcooked medium well Ribeye. Uck. I complained to the waiter who didn't offer to take it back. Other people in my party got their steaks cooked higher than they ordered as well. So either this was a bad night or this is a the chefs don't know how to properly cook a steak. It's a shame. I will not come back.

My husband and I ate here on 8/16/2014. Lets start with we sat down to eat order our drinks for ordering our food, we still haven't gotten our drink order our food and got our drinks once our appetizer came out which was 20mins later. We waited 40mins for our food to come. Once we got the food my husbands food had hair in it so we sent it back. I waited with my food until he got his steak back which was 10mins later and my food is cold now. The manager said he would remove that steak off our bill which he didn't he still charged us for it. the service was very slow. My husband went the use the restroom and there was no soap in the bathroom, so he had to walk across the casino to wash his hand. When he got back the new steak is now cold. For this being a upscale restaurant we shouldn't have to go through all this. If you want a great meal go somewhere else!

The restaurante allows reservations at 5:00 on Saturdays, its 5:15 and the restaurante is closed. Hostes have a terrible attitude, they are unprofessional and take advantage of the fact that they are the only real Restaurante in the hotel.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. What ruined the experience was the wine order. We ordered a bottle of "Moet & Chandon, Imperial France" from the wine list for $19. They brought us a bottle of "Moet & Chandon, Imperial France", but when I reviewed the bill, we were charged $140. They have two "Moet & Chandon, Imperial France", identical description, on the wine list, one for $19, the other over seven times more expensive at $140. Of course they brought the $140 bottle without asking for clarification.

Oh my this place is good!!! I've ordered the filet with a blue cheese butter several times and it's excellent. Every single time. The salad is perfect, the bread is exquisite, and the steak is ALWAYS cooked perfectly. I always order soda and can never understand why there is even a charge for it when the casino gives soda away for free but damn, even the soda was good :) It's NOT cheap (plan on about $120 for 2 people no alcohol no desert) but like I've constantly said in previous reviews -- I'll gladly pay the price for good service and good food.

Very good dry aged Steaks with your choice of sauces. Service is very good, and nice selection of wines as well. I haven't been dissappointed yet. Exceeds my expectations, and good for special occassions.

This is a great place for fine dining. I've eaten here twice and had great experiences. My husband and I recently celebrated our 10 yr. wedding anniversary and we were treated very well. Being a Diamond Player also has it's perks. The service was excellent! I had the New York steak and my husband had the Porterhouse and they were perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. The waiter gave us chocolate mousse to celebrate, but we still had Creme brûlée, which was soooo good! I do recommend that you make reservations. It is pricey, but worth it! Inside the restaurant is an oyster bar. I don't recommend ordering sushi rolls at all, but the raw oysters are fresh and exquisite. They are not watered down like at Harrahs buffet.

This review is for the oyster bar. I am sure the steakhouse portion of this place is just fine. I walked into Fiore one evening and was blown away by the fact they had installed seafood soup steamers a la the Oyster Bar at Palace Station in LV... Which happens to be my one of favorite places to eat in the world. You could not imagine how happy I was to think I could get PAN ROAST in San Diego County. Well I ordered the closest thing to the pan roast at the oyster bar in Vegas..... It was HORRIBLE. Why did they invest all that money into those devises and never taught the poor entry level cook to use them correctly? I know they are a casino with loads of cash but If I ran Harrahs.. Somebody would be FIRED! Those steamers could not of been cheap. My seafood soup tasted exactly like they boiled up some tomato soup in the steamers and then threw in some cheap seafood leftovers from the buffet.... It was SAD. PLEASE! If the powers that be at Harrahs read this. GO SPEND SOME TIME AT THE OYSTER BAR IN PALACE STATION... The place has a line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I make a much closer rendition at home then that slop you served me. Hell... message me. I would gladly come up and help your poor undertrained cooks use these steamers properly. I'll do it for free...Just so I can eat some good seafood soup without driving to Vegas.

Started off with a half a dozen Oysters and Hennessy straight up. Then I split a 24oz Porterhouse with the wifee and 6 year old son. It was cooked medium to perfection with side of asparagus. My companions enjoyed their French onion and lobster bisk soup, lamb chops, scallops and filet minon because there was nothing left. We received a slice of birthday cake for dessert to end the meal. Total bill for 3 adults and 3 kids was $267 so wish it was not as steep but that is worth it for the good food, service and ambiance but glad got a $60 food credit from Harrah's. Christy did an excellent job taking care of us so gave her a well deserved $40 tip.

Wow! Where to begin?! My mother and father in law were in from out of town to celebrate my birthday and my husband and I getting married and we wanted to go somewhere nice. We had never been to Fiore although my husband and I go to Harrah's quite often. We called to make a reservation and they told us they were all booked up. We couldn't find anywhere else we wanted to eat so we decided to go in person when they opened and talk to the front desk. After pleading with the hostess and manager they were able to squeeze us in! We were greeted with such friendliness and our waiter Julian was so charming! My sister in law asked if she could just order a side since she wasn't very hungry and he said "of course, you can order anything you like!" And then when my husband asked if we could share the 28oz porterhouse he said "oh no we can't do that...." And we were like "oh, ok...." And he said "just kidding of course!!" We loved his sense of humor and he overheard me say to my husband "oh darn they don't have mashed potatoes" so what does he do? He brings me a side of mashed potatoes made just for me with my half of the porterhouse!!! What service!!! He also surprised us with chocolate truffles and a little fruit custard cake with a candle for my birthday!! Julian really went above and beyond and made it such a delightful experience we will definitely be back! Even the busser was charming and took the time to talk to us!I think it was the best dinner I have ever had!! Thanks again Fiore!!

We decided to try this restaurant instead of the usual buffet at the casino. We made reservations for 9:30pm (ya, very late dinner) because they didn't have any other time slots open. When we came, we were settled into our seats and brough menus over. I settled on their chef specialty, steak diane, while the boy ordered their 11 oz filet mingon. It took a while for our food to come so our waiter brought over complimentary bowls of clam chowder for us. We were also brought over a bread basket that contained fresh, warm bread. It was great with the chowder. The only thing was, they have sage or rosemary in their chowder so it threw off the taste for me. I prefer the regular chowder. Also, there were pieces of imitation crab which I wish they would have used real crab instead. My entree came with broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, and potatoes. It also came with a sauce over it which was too strong and overpowered the steak itself. I did not like it. The boy's filet was not that great and tender. Sadly, we only were able to finish half of our dish each. We also were told that the side dishes were pretty big and could feed two people so we ordered their veggies. Portion size, it was not huge nor would it have fed two people. Steak Diane - around $30 Filet - around $40 glass of pinot noir - around $9 Although service was great (waiter confused my order and gave me something else but he sincerely apologized and was very nice, kind), we left feeling disappointed in the food.

As soon as the waiter opened his mouth with his cheezy french accent. I called him on it. He said it was, "a prerequisite for z job". I love gourmet. My husband and I do it every weekend. So, you could say were professional gourmet food eaters. Which probably makes us a bit harsher than the general public. 8:45 was all they had open Saturday night so we took it.(www.opentable) I ordered the prime rib(mistake, they were out). Rico Suavy suggested the rib eye. It was 30oz and after 9:00. No..... We decided on table side Caesar salad and 2 appetizers. Started with a margarita each. The bread was okay. The drinks were okay. One thing that wasn't "okay" was the Caesar salad. How can you mess up on that? It was by far the worst Caesar salad I have ever eaten. Why they do it table side, I have no Idea. They smashed garlic in a bowl threw in the dressing, lettuce, and "POOF"!!! 2 minutes and it was on the table. No joke. I looked at my phone. Heard smashing and the salad was in front of me. The waiter did not do the table side salad by the way. He was the only one with personality. To everyone else, it was another day at work. Blah. To sum it all up. The shrimp cocktail was the hero of the evening. Sounds boring. But, the shrimps we a generous size(not the portion) 3 with two people. Hum...The cocktail sauce was seasoned perfectly. We also got the pork belly. The flavor was okay. I give that an 8 out of 10.

SPECTACULAR DINNING EXPERIENCE. In my quest to search for a good calamari appetizer, my husband and I went to Fiore's inside the Harris casino. First of all, the casino is nice and has a bit of the vegas feel. The restaurant is elegant and with a nice ambiance. Everyone at the hotel was really nice and courteous. The waiters were great and the food, SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I finally found a calamari appetizer that doesn't compare to any other I've had before. The Chilean sea bass was to die for and my husband ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection, not overly or under cooked. We also had a lobster mash potatoes that was delicious. And the bread they bring before dinner was excellent. Overall, I have to say that it will be difficult to find a steak house that tops this one and we are definitely going back. Yes it could be a little pricey but it's worth every penny. We travel all over and Fiore's is currently at the top of the list!!!

Great everything! Food was delish, and service was just as awesome! Im going try to refresh my memory on what I ate... I was a tad bit tipsy and dont really remember what I ordered. but i know I ordered the Salmon, nice and plump. not over cooked. Had a filet-mignon steak. I do remember the lobster mac-n-cheese!! YUMMMM! wasnt too heavy. totally recommend. Also, we ordered sauteed mushrooms, and garlic spinach. their bread was so good! I just remember their service being outstanding. Theyre very friendly at attentive. I liked the vibe there, it wasnt too loud of an atmosphere but it seemed like every one that was there, was having a great time. That or... I was having a great time because I was drunk. LOL . We also had the crab cakes. I ate that before drinking, and I remember it being extra scrumptious!!

Have been to Harrah's many times. This was the first time we ate at Fiores. An unexpected surprise. Combination steak house and oyster bar. Sat at the oyster bar and the bartender was awesome. I ordered the seafood sampler and it was outstanding. I will eat here again for sure.

I used to come here all the time because I LOVED it so much. However, it's been about 6 months since my last visit and I was looking forward to the great food and service. Boy, what a big disappointment. The menu changed, the staff changed, the kitchen has changed - and not for the best. The quality in the food, the service, and the menu has gone downhill faster than I can lose at the slots. A couple of their signature steaks are no longer offered. The lobster mac n cheese was not good at all, we ordered two of them and they sat there because nobody in my party wanted to touch it after the first bite. Don't get me wrong the food was OK, but when I'm paying $100 a head for dinner, I want exceptional. Personally, my steak was just OK - tasted like something I can make myself...I did not see or taste the quality. Next time I am here - I'd rather eat at the buffet or café....that says a lot.

Who'd have thunk that in this remote location I would get sous vide Jidori chicken and a better piece of meat than I had at Craftsteak last week? I am pleasantly surprised with the food for the most part, delighted with the great service (kudos to Christina) but am scratching my head about the Wine Spectator award.

First time at Fiores and it was to die for! Soft, romantic atmosphere, excellent service, and incredible food! I had the 12 oz. Prime rib medium well and it was divine. Melt in your mouth meat, so tender you didn't even need the steak knife. I also had the side of loaded mashed potatoes and sauteed baby broccoli. It was so much food, there was no way I could finish my plate. My fiance has special diet requirements and asked to speak to Chef George Kapetonis, and he was more than accommodating! He made up a dish for him that was nearly salt free, yet full of flavor! The service was impeccable. Our waters never went below being half-full and our plates were cleared immediately upon completion. Our server also paired my meal with a delicious glass of Pinot Noir that went with everything perfectly! I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return for another amazing restaurant experience!

Great food, decent service. We didn't have an issue, but saw (and later heard stories about) a number of people that couldn't get in due to pre-concert rush. We sat at the Oyster bar - not quite a sushi bar as the majority of options are cooked; but same sort of ambience. You could watch the cooks prepare the meals and until they got crazy busy (~40 minutes after opening) they would banter with the clients a bit. Wouldn't mind going back to the restaurant if it weren't in Harrah's :)

I went here before and the place was booked for reservation until 9:30 pm. We made another reservation for the weekend after since we were starving. They seated us right away and our name was already at the table. We ordered Fiore Fritti (Fried Calamari, Crab Cake and Shrimp with Trio Sauces), Aged NY steak, Twice Baked Potato with Mushroom and Cheese and Twice Baked Potato with Pancetta and Cheese. Fiore Fritti: I loved the lumpy crab cake. The calamari wasn't bad but the shrimp was okay. The waiter asked if he could get the plate out of our way. I said yes..but he took the calamari away too =( Oh well no big deal Aged NY Steak: I love love aged steak, especially from Nick and Stef's. This is probably the only aged steak I don't like. This steak was not cheap but it tasted cheap to me. Twice Baked Potato with Pancetta & Cheese: Yum...it's really good. I liked this better than the steak. Twice Baked Potato with Mushroom & Cheese: It was good but not as good as the other potato. My waiter was great and polite, but he seemed like a new waiter. He didn't ask what sauce we like with the steak. I had to ask for it. He didn't ask if we wanted any appetizer...I had to ask for that too. And he took away my calamari =( They gave us hot towels and truffles after dinner. The truffles were placed inside a metal bowl with dry ice. It's kinda cool seeing the smoke from the truffles. This overpriced place was not yummylicious enough for me.

This is my favorite steakhouse in San Diego. It is located in Harrah's Rincon hotel resort and Casino and truly is a perfect North County getaway. When you arrive here after driving less than an hour (compared to 5-10 hours to get to Las Vegas) you feel like you have reached a hidden oasis. This is fine dining at its best, something not terribly common in North County. Chef Daniel Garcia is awesome. He is quiet and unassuming, yet puts out some of the region's most innovative, creative and tasty menu items and special snacks. If you ask, he may come to your table. Then he just may send out a special item to taste. The Filet Mignon here is a rival to (my Husband says better than) Morton's. They are always perfectly cooked and served at a perfect pace along with many other wonderful food items. We also love the shrimp cocktail as the shrimp are GIANT, fresh and tasty. The caesar salad is made table-side and anchovies are optional. The lettuce is fresh and green and the combination of flavors is excellent. The lobster macaroni and cheese is a decadent treat. I'm getting very hungry just writing this. It is also important to note the service. It is excellent on every level. Our favorite waiter is Josh. He is awesome. He is always cheerful and accommodating. He seems to always be there when needed but not imposing. Then, at the bar, Gus can create almost any drink imaginable and come up with a new favorite with only a few hints. Salvador is the assistant who delivers items right on time and is very helpful, with one eye on the table just to make sure you need anything. All in all Fiore Steakhouse at Harrah's is a winning team and a dining experience you will not regret. Truly, it is the best in the area. Try it if you have the chance. You will not be sorry.

Overall, this gets an N for nasty. We sat at the oyster bar for dinner on a Saturday night around 8:30. The decor is fairly nice, the bar was pretty comfy, all initial signs pointed to that I should have a great experience there. There was also no wait. Turns out the guy behind the bar was just way too cool for school. He couldn't be bothered for drinks or for appetizers or to bring the food that was sitting on the back counter READY to be given to us for like almost 10 minutes. It was uber annoying. I ordered the "fresh" oysters. Big mistake. If by "fresh" you mean piled on top of ice but mostly not touching the ice then yes, what I received were some very fresh oysters indeed. Against my better judgment I ate two of them before I just had to push the plate away. Trust me, I love oysters! I really wanted to like these but nay. They tasted musky, were slightly chewy and had a very bitter aftertaste, zero on the palatable scale. Not quite what I had in mind when I ordered them. We also ordered the shrimp boil to share and although it wasn't awful or anything, it did take about 50 minutes to get to us. Kinda crazy considering it wasn't a full house. In fact, most of the customers around us were remarking about the time it was taking to get things done. The shrimp deal had a very nice broth to it but just way too much of it in comparison to the amount of solids. It should have been served with more rice for absorption. The broth was extremely rich and had nothing to cut the richness or to break up the overwhelming flavor. There was no contrast and there was zero textural elements. Not a well-rounded dish. On a positive note we also had the spicy crab roll and I really liked it. The lump crab meat tasted pretty good and there was actually a nice heat to it. I give this place no stars for that because receiving gross oysters at an oyster BAR is not okay and because having a server who never comes around to actually serve is ridiculous. He never once asked if we needed refills, helLOOO? That's like restaurant 101, right? I mean, I have money in my purse for you, don't you want it??? I have to add that this is the second time I have eaten there and the second disappointment, the first time I had what amounted to a really dry steak and some mashed potatoes I could have made way better at home. There is just nothing special about this place, esp for the money. Unless, I suppose, you happen to a regular. Ew, just ew.

Fine dinning at it's finest! Love the Fiore, it is hands down the best place in San Diego County to enjoy a steak. I don't gamble, but the wonderful food at the Fiore draws me into the casino. It's a bit of a drive from where I live but it's definitely worth it. Love the French Onion Soup and Steak Diane! Excellent service too!

This is a treat within Harrah's. I've been here twice and have been pleasantly surprised at the variety in the menu. They actually have Escargot sans the shell. It's quite a delectable appetizer, I get it every time, and I'm never disappointed. I've had their filet and pasta dishes. Good portions and very filling. The service is always on point. Service with a smile. It's great to have a steakhouse/seafood eatery nearby. :O)

I have to start with total disclosure. The head chef, Tam To, is one of my best homies. I was in SoCal for vacation from the Portland. I let Chef Tam know I was coming for a visit for the Snoop Dogg concert. He "recommended" that I visit his restaurant, Fiore. As we sat, I asked to look at the Oyster Bar menu as well. The server said, "That won't be necessary Chef, Tam has arranged a special dinner for you tonight." Awesome. Chef Tam was busy with his other restaurants hoping the Snoop Dogg crowd was hungry (They weren't, because it was way too early for them to be having the munchies). Chef Daniel prepared our dinner. What an experience. Our five-course dinner started with fried oysters with a pickled melon salad. The salad was a perfect bright accompaniment with the crispy bivalve. Next, was a shrimp cocktail. Oh, my mistake, make that a JUMBO shrimp cocktail. The shrimp was almost as big as my fist. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. I had to go all up tight etiquette and use a steak knife to enjoy every morsel of the shrimp. The cocktail sauce was a unique blend of traditional chili sauce and tomato salsa. Then, we were bombarded with a huge salad with ahi sashimi. This was our 3rd course and we were served an entrée size portion of salad. The ahi was like buttah. Fresh. Loved it. Our entrée was a grilled Salmon topped with a grilled LOBSTER TAIL with a side of two more of those JUMBO shrimp. Oh, and some veggies. The salmon was cooked perfectly, with some pink in the center. The lobster tail topping was perfectly over-salted to compliment the simple grilled preparation of the salmon. The addition of 2 more JUMBO shrimps was ridiculous...this was a feast of an entrée. Our dessert (as if there was room) was a Chocolate hazelnut cake with a crème brulee center. I have heard Chef Tam rave about his pastry chef. The accolades are well deserved. The cake was creamy and decadent. The crème brulee center awakened your palette from chocolate hazelnut overload with its vanilla-y good news. It was a great dessert to a great meal. The service was attentive, friendly, and very personable. After the 2nd course, my "unrefined" friend looked up with a confused expression at the server as he was clearing the table. The server knew what the look was right away and said, "No worries sir I will get you another fork." I looked at my friend, and said, "Yeah, you used the wrong fork, ghetto boy. Show some class J" The service chatted us up enough to make us feel at home, but not bothered at the same time. We never had to wait for dirty plates to be removed or drinks to be refilled. They have a great staff here at Fiore. Chef Daniel made a couple of trips to our table to make sure everything was good. It was decadently perfect. I would recommend Fiore for its indulgence in a friendly atmosphere way out in the San Diego sticks.

Very good. We got the calamari and jumbo shrimp cocktail for appetizers. Both were very good, and the shrimp was fresh with a deliciously tangy coctail sauce (there are 3 shrimp in the order). We then got the large filets with bernaise sauce and garlic butter, respectively. The filets were a perfect medium rare, good quality, and tasty. The bernaise was stellar. On the con side, the twice-baked potatoes felt like an afterthought. Service was good. The decor is dated.

So my family ended up spending 3 days at Harrah's and this is the only "high-end" restaurant at the hotel. We have dined many times at this place and I still have to say, it's pretty good - considering. The menu is pretty extensive and the seafood is pretty fresh. My favorite - oysters. They are large and juicy. Also, they had a kickin' freshly grated horseradish which was pretty awesome. The service is excellent as usual so why not 4 stars? Well, the steak/meat dishes are ok, don't even think about ordering pasta dishes (poor). The price you are paying here is high and you know you can get better food elsewhere. However, given the location (at lease 30 minutes from the nearest good restaurants) and circumstances (rain and mudslides), it will do..... Cheers,

Pretty good steak. Over two visits, I had two porterhouses, a twiced baked potato with cheese and the lobster macaroni and cheese. Had a promo voucher so it was basically free.

10/31/09 On the road trip So we stop by at Harrah's in San Diego, California for some entertainment. We had some nice dinner at the Fiore. FYI: The trick to the game is to apply for TOTAL REWARD card. My GF and I each got $20 free play on the card, but we use it on our dinner and $20 of free play coupons for slot machine. What a deal??? so I took my GF for dinner at Fiore for dinner. What we have: Me, I had an 8 oz Filet Mignon $34 w/ green Peppercorn Sauce( I did not finish) and my GF has Seared Jumbo Scallops $34. With the $20 on our reward card we use it on our dinner and only paid for $24 for the dinner. 4**** good food, service and nice dinner. Not bad for the night.

I recently returned from my first trip to Harrah's Rincon. One of my favorite casino activities is checking out the omnipresent steakhouse. We arrived at 7:30 with no reservation and were still seated immediately (no concert and Easter weekend probably helped with this). I ordered the lobster bisque, 8 oz fillet and twice-baked potato with cheese. The bisque was VERY good as was the fillet. The potato was ok- not really worth $9, but if you're visiting Fiore, it's not a good idea to start counting pennies. Their featured pinot noir was excellent. I wrote down the label so I can buy a bottle when I come across it. Service was very good- no problem with refills. I'll definitely go again when I make it back to Harrah's.

If you're looking for a fine dining experience close to Temecula, it doesn't get much better than Fiore at Harrahs Rincon. My favorite beef dish is the Steak Diane.. melt in your mouth, tender beef covered in rich wine sauce and earthy mushrooms, it is served with a vegetable and potatoes. It is hard for me to order lobster at most places but here it is plump and delectable and served with a tureen of "real" butter... (thank you!) The lobster Mac and Cheese is rich and decadent and I love the asparagus with Hollindaise. Awesome Blue Cheese Wedge Salad that could be a small meal in itself... Amazing crab cakes... I even love the bread basket when you sit down... they have an amazing cheese crisp in the basket that I crave! (The staff has also been very kind to offer a Togo basket of it when I expressed my love for it!) Top notch service (with staff that I continue to see every visit which is also cool). It is a little pricey but well worth it ! And as some readers have mentioned awesome when you get food credits with your Players Club Card! : )

I have been to this casino over 20 times, and have always wanted to eat here. I made a reservation for my birthday. The restaurant was very busy, and as stated in other reviews there is an interesting mix of people, but hey you are in a casino! So here is my breakdown on some of the things I feel are important: Service: Our server was great. He was very personable and professional A+ Food: for the most part the food was good. It was not the best porterhouse I have ever had. We acually had to send an overcooked steak back. I NEVER do this but it was a $40 steak that was jerky. The mushrooms are delicious, garlic mash potatoes were yummy too. french onion, Blue cheese wedge, and Caprese all very good. Wine list: very nice list wth many options. Fairly reasonable prices for a higher end restaurant too. Overall I highy recommend eating here. It is worth the extra few bucks and the service was excellent! I will definately be back! hope this review helped

Not many dining options when out at Harrahs Rincon but this steak house hits the mark every time we dine here. Steaks are always cooked perfectly and sides are well prepared. Usually have the filet or NY strip with either creamed spinach or asparagus. Corkage fee is reasonable (usually waived if you have a good server). Service has always been stellar. Chocolate truffles at the end of dinner are a nice way to end the meal with final sip of wine before heading out to gamble for the night. They also have a raw bar you can walk in and sit at for oysters, crab, shrimp, etc...

Hostess was very welcoming and smiley. The open kitchen is cool to look at and watch the chefs in action. The crispy asiago bread before the meal was SO good!- wish I could find that to actually buy at a store somewhere! Steamy dry ice truffles at the end of the meal was a nice touch. Overall the atmosphere and mood was calming and relaxing... perfect for date night! Would definitely recommend my friends to go here.

The only good thing in this bad casino... The service is exceptional as is the food.. But if the crusty crab in sponge bob square pants served the best filet mignon in the world... Would you still go? I think not. This prime restaurant is located in the worst casino ive ever travelled . We now go to high end steak house at the pala casino down the street.... Its actually WAY better ... The pala steak house is Like maestros or mortons or flemings..

I have gone to Fiore's at least 3-4x a year for the past few years. Went back again last night and was thoroughly impressed AGAIN. The service is fantastic and the food is quite simply stellar! We had the new Louisiana Shrimp appetizer and it was to die for. Then we split a Caesar salad. Then lobster mashed potatoes and Filet "Diane" style. Didn't have any room for dessert, but they are fantastic also. This place has gotten better over the years and I have NEVER had a bad meal here. I would highly recommend Fiore to anyone. Yes it's a little pricey, but if you use a few rewards credits and/or discounts, it is more than worth the price!

Highly dissatisfied. I made reservations for 7:30 pm and arrived at 7:25pm. I ended up not being seated until 7:45 because --"the computer system was down". How did restaurants seat people prior to computer systems? I ordered the chicken breast with jerk seasonings. Couldn't finish it because it was extremely dry. Food is way too overpriced for quality and taste. Your better off at the buffet at the Harrahs Casino as opposed to this place.

I've tried pretty much all the food places at the Harrah's Resort and this is by far the best if not the only good place to eat. The Cafe is average at best and even Earl is so so. Of course, the prices are a bit steep but it is after all a steakhouse in a casino/resort. We had a party of 10 and they put us in some private dining room that could probably hold 40 people and we got the VIP First Class Treatment because my niece is a Seven Stars. I ordered a New York Steak and it was tender and aged well. My wife ordered the salmon which was good but the veggies under the salmon was what really impressed me. Those brussel sprouts were amazing. Maybe it was a little on the sweet side but it was so well prepared and flavorful. The buffet was ok the last time but this time around, it was disappointing. The Noodle Bar was also disappointing. So if you are at Harrah's in Rincon, this may be your only place to eat, which is a godo thing.

So my review is not really of Fiore but of the oyster bar. The oyster bar is not listed separate on yelp. I have to say that we are spoiled by the Oytser bars at the station casinos her in Vegas, so my reviews are really based on how they compare. (They Don't). I started with a Spicy crab roll which was not impressive, no flavor and fell apart when i picked it up. The bread basket was good and plentiful. Josie had the Shrimp roast and stated is was adequate for her standards and the shrimp was abundant and the meal filling. I had the Combo Roast and was not impressed. Clams, scallops, mussels, shrimp, and crab. The crab was 2 sets of legs that were too small to get adequate meat from so really not needed. Clams and mussels were good but not crazy about so much work to eat. Overall flavor was good and filling. I wanted a Thai beer so I could try something different but they were out. I would eat here again but order a meal that requires less work.

The complimentary bread is pillow-soft good, I could have eaten a whole loaf. The weird stale-like cheese "chips" were like cardboard. More bread and less chips please. The Crispy Point Vicente Calamari was served with San Marzano marinara sauce. Calamari was nicely battered, served over a bed of lettuce. The calamari got soggy quick. The marinara sauce could have used some acidity to it. It was very bland. The lemon had those fancy mesh seed catchers over it. :) The 12 oz. Slow Roasted CAB Prime Rib (requested medium) was ridiculously tender. Served with a what appeared to be puff pastry? and roasted red pepper, and some weird pinto-bean sauce? along with a side of horseradish. The steak and horseradish would have stood well on its own since I don't think the other ingredients were compatible with the rest of the dish. The service was friendly and attentive. I know the server was just doing his job, but I really wish he hadn't gone into the ingredients that went into their specials of tonight. If we're interested in the dish, we would ask. But we had to sit through the 5 minutes or so that could have been used towards putting in our order. The whole restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke. Not what I wanted when eating food. Complimentary dessert were truffles filled with some sort of filling served over a dry-ice goblet. It was a nice surprise.

I was here with my parents on a one day stay over (Ok, free luggage weekend). My mom asked if I wanted to eat here and I said YES, I LOVE RED MEAT!!! I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye (medium rare) and was in Heaven. My favorite place to eat when I'm with my parents...(shhh, it's free for me)

We were lucky enough to dine here with a couple who had to spend their $500 meal comp. Wow, what a meal it was! The food was amazing. The four of us shared oysters, jumbo shrimp, calamari, blue cheese salad, lobster bisque, steak Diane, rib eye steak, twin lobster tails, asparagus, mushrooms, caesar salad, warm bread selection, and amazing desserts. What food, what service, I think our waiter was Julian. A most memorable evening and a meal we will never forget and probably never experience again in our lives.

Only reason I am going two stars is service at the bar was great. Food was ok but the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I know it's a casino but the restaurant and bar are somewhat separated from the rest but the smoke still came in. For these prices I would like to breath some clean air for awhile. Definitely NOT coming back.

Great atmosphere, staff and food. We eat here at least once a month and are seldom disappointed. Top management is very friendly and hands on always making sure you are happy. Each table has 3 servers associated with it so service is excellent. Only two complaints would be they are too pricey on their steaks (stick with the prime rib!) and I would like to see a wider range of entrees. But still a 5 star in my books!

Very bad I was so dissapointed with bad service then Cesar salad made at table what a joke tasted plan and bland and there is no prime rob available .I come every other week and look forward to this dinning experience. We wasted $430 on this place. The service was good, the martinis were delicious and the oysters were good but that's the only positive experience we had at Fiore. We both ordered the 13 oz wagyu steaks. We ordered medium rare but received extra thin "leather entrees" cooked over well-done. YUK!! The melted butter, that was served with our lobster tail, was cool to the touch. Forget about ordering the lobster mashed potatoes. You get instant potatoes with a few tiny "red pieces" mixed in and smothered with imitation oily cheese. Next time I'm at Harrahs Rincon I'll eat at the Cafe' or Pinkes. A least they do not disappoint.

I've eaten here a few times now and this place is pretty good and what you would expect from a steak house. If you come here for an event, like an anniversary, they will put a sign that says happy anniversary at your booth. I usually make a reservation just to make sure that I get a table. The last time I came here was for an anniversary. Good thing I made a reservation because it was kind of busy on the Saturday night for dinner. I came with my wife and we usually split the 22oz bone-in ribeye since it's pretty big for one person. Then we ordered the Crispy Brussels and Bacon and Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese for sides. All the food was delicious, even the house bread! The portions are decent and the prices are comparable to other steakhouses. You can even have them cut the ribeye in half when sharing but just know there is a fee for that for a few dollars. Since we were celebrating an anniversary, they brought out a dessert for free. The food here is good and worth trying if you have not eaten here before. They used to have escargot but not anymore. My wife loved the escargot and was sad they removed it from the menu. But overall, the food is still good here and definitely worth trying if you ever thought about eating here.

This place used to be really good until a few years ago when they changed their menu. They used to have escargot but no longer have it. We called Friday evening to make reservations for Saturday evening. We were told that the earliest reservation was 8:15. My husband is a diamond member and we asked if there were any earlier reservations for diamond members. They ended up giving us a reservation at 6:45. It's a nice low key restaurant. They don't really enforce a fancy dress code. They serve house bread after you make your order. The flat bread is really good. I split the bone in ribeye with my sister. It was huge and I wasn't even able to finish it on my own. The steak was ok. It wasn't bad but it was just average. For sides we split the crispy Brussels & bacon and the lobster mac & cheese. The Brussels were really good. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and they served us complimentary dessert. I'll eat here again if someone wants to go here.

Fiore's has been my special occasion go to place for years. Specifically, I'd come here for lobster tails and they were always fabulous. The past two times have been beyond disappointing. The first bad experience was with a split tail. It was dry and tasteless in places. I chalked it up to the cooking process of a split tail. However, the second experience was even worse. This weekend both my companion and I ordered the full lobster tails. They were awful. They were dry, tough, stringy and lukewarm. We literally had to saw through them with sharp knives. Even more astonishing than bad food at Fiore's was the reaction of our waiter - when we were able to track him down through the hostess. He was unapologetic and far from helpful. We were told that they were out of tails and could not replace. We found this hard to believe but I suppose it's possible. The manager was not much better but under duress finally removed the tails from our bill. The lack of a sincere apology was remarkable for a restaurant of this caliber. Please bring back the good tails and fix any preparation issues. These were so tough and dry and so lukewarm that we had to wonder if they sat under a heat lamp for hours. At this price point I expect West Australian cold water tails. Not some stringy junk from the Atlantic. What happened??? You were so good in the past... Sincerely disappointed.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Did not have a reservation, but was lucky to get seated on a Saturday Night. Great selection of steak and wine list. Boyfriend Ordered the 18oz Prime Rib, medium rare. Also a generous order of mash potatoes. I ordered the special, King Crab Legs. We shared a Cesar salad which was prepared right at our table. We enjoyed the food, right down to their bread basket. If you are visiting Harrah's Southern California, and are willing to splurge (hopefully after a lucky jackpot), this is the place to dine. TOTAL BILL - $180

Would you eat a poorly-served meal of middling ingredients, improperly cooked, if it was offered to you free? Our "local" Harrah's sends me comps for Fiore Steakhouse, and since last year, free is the only price we've been willing to pay for those meals. The restaurant has seen better days, as a recent visit demonstrates: We arrived on time for a 5:30 reservation, making us one of very few parties in the dining room. I had to do a bit of business with Total Rewards, so my wife went in ahead of me, and when I found her, the staff had seated her at a table that was placed half-way in the tiled walkway used by waiters and busboys to move between sections. Whoever seated her had to walk past a dozen empty tables to reach the spot. I had us moved to a more suitable location, and I thought we were on our way to a pleasant meal. Our usual waiter, Roman, was off, which disappointed me, since Roman has a way of finding the kitchen's "good stuff", whether or not it's on the menu. Our waitress took our drink orders; to my surprise, when she returned, she brought me not a bottle, but a water glass full of the sparkling water I'd requested. I've ordered this simple drink in dozens of restaurants over the years, and have become accustomed to the arrival of large bottles of Pellegrino or Voss (an inconvenience in itself) but the only place I've been offered a glass of the stuff is at an ice cream shop. After another negotiation, I was served the bottle I'd expected. Then I ordered the Pork Belly Appetizer, and thought, "Now comes the good stuff." But the pork belly was hard. Although I've cooked for years, I'm not sure how I'd go about making cubes of belly hard, crusty, tough to cut... oh, wait, I know exactly I'd do it... I'd take it from the braise or oven and throw it into a hot frying pan, leaving it on the stove too long. Then I'd try to hide the mistake with a coat of glaze. Yep. That's how I'd do it. And as if to confirm that I'm not just a cranky old man, two days later, I had a superlative version of the same dish at Carnitas' Snack Shack, and as I finished, considered packing up my leftovers and delivering them to Fiore's back door, giving their cooks something to shoot for. My wife's dinner order was simple, and it was served as she requested. An 8 oz. Filet Mignon, medium rare; Creole Creamed Corn; and Onion Straws. My order was larger, but not much more complex: an 18 oz. "RR" Signature Kansas City Strip, medium rare, with Bordelaise sauce; Yukon Mashed Potatoes; and Grilled Asparagus to share. The potatoes and asparagus were delicious, as were my wife's corn and something called Onion Straws (don't ask). The good stuff. And then my steak arrived. This entrée, which retails for $52, was gristly and tough, which has more to do with Harrah's meat purveyor than with Harrah's cook... although... overseeing what the purveyor purveys is the job of the chef, who DOES work for Harrah's, so... I spoke with a manager, Howard, about some of this, and found him apologetic and willing to engage, but at some point, you just get tired of complaining, which is usually the point at which you decide you're done with the place. Am I done with Fiore? Maybe. It's still free, but the drive is a two hour roundtrip, and I can get disappointing meal much closer to home.

Another 5 star experience :) We had the same server from our first time too, and he is extremely attentive and nice. He makes sure to stop by as often as he can to make sure everything is satisfactory from our drinks, to our appetizers , to our main course. This time we ordered: -berry breeze -rockefeller oysters -blackened yellow fin tuna -crispy salmon (something like that) -side of Yukon potatoes & creamed spinach The cocktails here are extremely strong! My boyfriend called this drink "a kick in your mouth". It was sooo strong and sour because of the lemon. I felt like I needed a chaser with this cocktail! The rockefeller oysters were ordered off the menu. They were basically baked oysters with some kind of creamy sauce, spinach & pieces of ham? We took the ham off because it was extremely salty.. but other than that, they were pretty good. But it needed a kick to it like tobasco or something spicy or lemony. The blackened yellow fin tuna... is my new favorite! First off, it's a huge piece of seared tuna... meaning it's raw. No problem for me because I am a huge sashimi lover. The outside of the tuna was seasoned heavily..so it was a bit too salty for my taste. I just cut the outer layer off and happily devoured the tuna. It also came out topped with a giant tempura shrimp. I cut a piece of it and that was the only piece I ate. The tempura was sadly not cooked all the way so the taste of the uncooked soggy tempura mix over powered the shrimp. Overall my new favorite dish at Fiore! My boyfriend had the crispy salmon and he said it's his favorite dish here. I only had one bite and I liked it.. but that's all I can say from one bite. It was a unique taste because the salmon was marinated in some kind of sweet mustard. The sides were standard.. pretty big portions so I recommend just ordering one because we were only able to eat half of each together. If you're staying at Harrahs and need a place to dine, GO HERE! You won't be disappointed. :)

Fiore is located inside Harrah's next to the cafe, buffet and the noodle house. The few times we had tried to eat at this restaurant, they were booked until 10pm. However, on the night we went, we ended up getting a table for our party of 5. As soon as we sat, our customer service was amazing! There were 2-3 servers for our table at all times. Everyone worked together as a team and made sure we were taken care of. We were provided comp bread and butter for our table. There were 2 types of bread offered and served warm. The butter was soft and gooey. MMM! We decided to split 3 appetizers, and I thought each one was very good. -Crispy Pointe Vicente Calamari ($14): Great for sharing among 5 of us. In fact, we had leftovers. -Jumbo Lump "East Coast Style" Crab Cakes ($17): Plump. 2 large pieces. Good to share between 2-4 people. Portion small for the most expensive. -Yellowfin Tuna Tartar ($15): Good, but wasn't my fave. I'd skip this one next time. Each couples shared the 22oz "RR" Signature Bone-In Ribeye ($55) - We all ordered our steaks medium rare. Came out plain and simple like we wanted. No sauce necessary. The steaks came out split between 2 people. I have to admit, the steaks were REALLY fatty, and sadly, I had to cut out about a third of my steak because of all the fatty pieces. We ordered the Wild mushroom mashed potatoes, Maine lobster mashed potatoes and Baked overloaded mashed potatoes. Did we go overboard with the mashed potatoes?! HA! We certainly did. Our lobster mashed was a bit disappointing. The lobster pieces were big (YAY!), but they were too chewy. Not sure if they were imitation or old??? They didn't taste great. Andy ordered the 8oz Kobe Style Top Sirloin ($36). Unfortunately, his came out really well done. He mentioned it to the server and he apologized and came back with a med rare steak. Super fast and they were very apologetic. Usually the servers would wait until you cut into your steak to see if the steak meets the guest's satisfaction. That's probably a suggestion to consider for this high-end restaurant. We were provided with flaming chocolate and caramel truffles, comps of the chef. WOW, delicious!!! In addition to our small mishap with Andy's steak, they provided us with a chocolate eclair. We were stuffed!!! We had a positive experience, and I will come back for more steak!

Very glad we had casino comps to eat here. The food was good but not quite up to the dollar value charged for the items. The crab cake appetizers were excellent and the spinach served with that appetizer was better than the creamed spinach served as a side. The filet was also excellent but the ribeye was just above average. Serving sizes were nice so you may be able to split an entrée if you are both not big eaters. Service was very good, having Open Table reservations was helpful. They do have two bar areas so if you're on your own or only have one or two guests, you can belly up to the bar and eat there without a reservation. Probably a good idea if you want to split an appetizer and have a nice drink in a quiet place inside a casino. Hope you enjoy it.

Enjoy the service and the Filet is delicious. Only wish they would bring back the Seared Ahi to the menu. Look forward to dining here again soon.

Chef George Brings Exciting New Flavors to your Palate ! Fiore's Steak and Seafood Restaurant at Harrah's Resort Southern California in Valley Center, has hired a new Certified Executive Chef. Chef George Kapetsonis has virtually changed, up graded, and added a touch of class, to the entire Fiore's menu. Chef George has focused on bringing into the restaurant, a higher level quality of Sea Food and Meat products, which he has been combined with new fresh, and local off the farm produce. The Pan Roasted "Naked" Scallops were awesome, and the Wild Roquette salad was so fresh and delicious ! But Chef George really shows his creativity with his elegant desserts, which are Fantastic ! Their Chocolate Terrine Coffee Custard, made with white chocolate crunch and macerated strawberries, was elegant and yummy. And their Waffle Ice Cream dessert, made with a house made Vermont maple syrup, a scratch made Belgian waffle with macerated strawberries, and toasted pecans, was so different and delicious ! (See Photos ) Chef George's new creations, and his devotion to excellence, has taken Fiore's Steak and Seafood Restaurant to and entirely different level. Check it out !

Sat at the oyester bar! Group of 12, took awhile for all of us to get our food. Great atomosphere. Ordered the clam bake, came out great but a little bland. Tried the combo pan roast and gumbo, both were execellent and flavorful. Will definitely come back to try more. Helpful hint, huge portions, definitely try to share entrees! Sangria for 2 ended up being the size of a fishbowl, be ready to gulp it down! A first, at&t had better reception than verizon in the restaurant!

We went to Fiore' last night for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The service was extraordinarily slow and lacking. We waited over a half hour for our drinks to come and over an hour before our dinner order was even taken. While I don't expect service to be fast in an expensive restaurant I do expect a server to at least be available or checking in with us. The restaurant was not even busy at the time. In all we were there well over three hours for dinner service to be completed. The food was overpriced for what it was. Considering the menu pricing I was envisioning a spectacular meal. It was mediocre at best. I ordered the scallops and the calamari to start. My husband had the lamb. The food took quite sometime to come out. The calamari was over cooked and the breading was coming off as it did not adhere. It was something I would of expected at a bar on happy hour but not at a fine dining restaurant. The scallops were barely warm and the portion was small. It was four very small scallops. My husband's lamb chops were also very thin. He also ordered them Oscar style and the crab meat was lacking and not seasoned. The food was not impressive at all. It was both my husband and his brother's birthday. The restaurant was informed of this with the reservation and there was a plaque on the table stating 'happy birthday'. Although I did not expect it, I thought the server would at least acknowledge their birthdays or potentially do a dessert offering. He did neither. I would not recommend going to this restaurant. Both the service and food quality was not of high standard. My husband works in the restaurant industry and we are never ones to complain just our expectations we much greater.

I came in alone for dinner, and ordered soup, salad, and a glass of wine. The lobster bisque was terrible! Brown color was very unappealing and looked like baby food in a bowl. Taste was awful, and I was assured it's fresh. Server was lovely, quick to take it away and replace with a French onion soup. It was decent - good, but nothing outstanding. Ordered the wedge salad, which came with a lot of Gorgonzola cheese and fresh juicy grape tomatoes. Hard boiled egg shavings added an interesting dimension. I really liked it. Had a glass of Spanish Tempranillo which the waitress was kind enough to bring me a taste prior to ordering. Best part had to be the bread bowl, which was fresh and warm. So good! Didn't taste the steaks, and since it's a steakhouse that would be important, but you can tell from the quality of appetizers the rest of the menu, and so this leaves me thinking if it's worth coming back to. Not sure. But great service that's for sure. Price was decent too considering. If a couple and willing to share an app and a steak, probably worth it, since otherwise it would be too pricey for what you get.

Fiore is a great restaurant located in Harrah's Rincon Casino. There was virtually no wait to be seated at their bar. As I sat at the Oyster Bar on their comfortable leather barstools, the waiter/bartender set up the cloth napkin and silverware creating a blank slate for the soon to be delicious appetizers. He recommended a wonderful wine to complement the fresh and delicate oysters on the half shell. I liked them so much I ordered another half dozen of these precious mollusks. The La Cana Albarino wine from Spain was crisp, citrus, and pineapple flavors. The sommelier William came over to check on my wine choice. He shared his passion for wines which really complement the restaurant's dishes regardless of his personal favorites. William has wonderful credentials, a great positive energy, and enthusiasm for what he loves, wines! As I glanced around the restaurant, I noticed that the meals looked amazing. The chocolate dipped strawberries were a perfect ending to my time at Fiore. I am looking forward to returning here for a caesar salad and juicy steak.

My boyfriend and I came for Valentines day. The table was decorated very nicely with rose petals and white linen. Appetizer: Crab cakes- Omg these were very delicious!! perfect size and taste. Oysters- Now I'm not a fan of raw oysters because they always seem to taste like I'm eating sea water and sand, but these were actually really good! No ocean taste at all. Entre: My boyfriend has the 26oz bone in and I had the 8oz filet. Our meat was cooked to perfection and we were satisfied. We shared a lobster tail and they asked if we want it split since we were sharing it. We said yes but when we got bill I noticed a charge for the spilt. it was only $3 but we were never notified of this charge when they asked if we wanted it. Dessert: We shared a dish but I can't remember the name. it started with a" P", it had a mango type sauce with a hard sugar shell in the middle. When you crack the shell, a nice creamy substance was in the middle. Sounds very strange but it's the only way to describe it. haha. Had a good time and will be back. Very pricy though. Our bill came to over $300 including tip for the both of us. Special occasion only.

I really enjoyed this steakhouse! My friend is a Seven Star Club Total Rewards member, so getting a reservation here was quite easy on a Sunday night. I've never been to this casino, but I will definitely return again after this dining experience. We were warmly greeted by Amanda and Daniel sat us at our booth. We got some bread from our server (it was a team work effort night so we had a few servers and waitpersons come by the table). The sourdough bread came to us warm and soft. It tasted so good! They even brought these crisps that tasted like high class Cheez-its. Like the pig that I am I ordered a plethora of items. For myself. My friend did not eat at all, nor did I offer to share any of the great items I ordered: Half dozen oysters: Not quite Kurobuta, but they were pretty good. The texture was perfect and did not have an overly salty taste at all. 12 oz Prime Rib: Made to perfection. Tender, medium-rare, and very Prime. Lobster Tail: As lobsters should taste. Great presentation. Lobster mashed potatoes: Never had these babies before, but man! These taste like the sin of all foods. Butter, cheese, lobster, potatoes all in one. A must try! Baby brocolli: I didn't enjoy these as much, but it was green and did it's job in making my plate look balanced. The service was exquisite and super attentive. Everyone seemed to know my friend, and for some reason, my friend told everyone I was pregnant, so they were especially nice to me. That's how he explained why I ordered so much food. Feeding two tonight! Since I was so full I did not leave room for dessert, but I'll save that for the next time!
