What a wonderful diamond in the rough! Didn't expect such a nice place in the midst of the CA ranch land! The proprietors were out of town but their good friends (and former co-owners) were great hosts! Richard cooked up a mean stuffed French toast, and also clued us in to another local gem: Burney Falls! The room was simple and elegant, letting the decor speak for itself rather than cluttering it with trinkets. We would stay again and highly recommend it!

It's hard to say more than the prior reviews. Hosts Richard and Charmy awesome: check Breakfast chock-a-block with homemade deliciousness: check Lovely, lovely environment: check I guess if I'd try and emphasize something possibly underrepresented in earlier reviews is the density and beauty of the antiques. There isn't a square inch in the Roseberry House that doesn't have an interesting beautiful object to look at. Amazing! Oh...the thing about fresh homemade cookies awaiting guests is true!
