I haven't been her in so long. Christine our server was a hoot. She made our visit really fun. I like to change up my burger and she was all for the changes and it was perfect! Cold beer in a bottle and she brought me a glass half way thru my beer, the way I like it! Ken liked his burger too. There wasn't much talking at our table with the spinage and artichoke dip we started with. Very yummy!

I'm pretty bummed about the recent remodel. While it looks nice, their prices for the food have staggeringly gone up. Me and my family loved to eat here, usually twice a month. Our bills were always about $35 with a tip. Due to the remodel and the price increase, our bill today was $42 with a tip. My burger and fries favorite go-to item went from 7.99 to 9.99 with no additions for my benefit. Seriously? That's a crazy price jump. I love their burgers and the servers have always been super accommodating. However I think we'll be eating here far less in the future. The Habits burgers are just as amazing, far less pricey and I don't have to tip cause it's fast food. I think we'll be going there from now on and save some $$!

I feel like I give a lot of 5 stars, but I always see the good in establishments. Unless it's a truly horrible experience. The location was under construction during my visit but you can tell the place is coming together nicely. My server was super nice and helpful. She was thorough when taking my order and returned to check up my mother and I several times. The menu has been updated with all sorts of tasty gourmet dishes. I wanted to try one of the new signature burgers but I did think $13.99 was a little steep. Opting for a regular bacon cheeseburger was just as good. Speed of service, quality and quantity were all lovely. All in all 2 full meals and a beer for $30 wasn't to bad. Thumbs up!

Being a franchise restaurant there is nothing really extraordinary about this place.. it's a Red Robin, you come here for an Onion ring tower, some drinks, a burger and some unlimited steak fries and leave. Its better grub than the stuff you can get at the food court and probably faster than eating at Claim Jumper.

I have been going to this place for years and I love it. One of my most favorite part about this place is the French fries. They're so good!! They are big and soft too. And love what they did to the scenery..

After getting some shopping done at the AV mall, my hubs and I decided to grab some burgers at RR. Even though it was lunch time and pretty busy, we only waited a few minutes before being seated in a two-seater booth. Despite being busy, our waitress was on point and very quick with our orders. I was disappointed to see my fav. chicken sandwich was no longer on the menu, but I decided to order the crispy chicken with mustard instead of mayo. The sandwich was pretty big and by time we got our food, I was starving and thought I would be able to finish my food, but I was able to eat half of the sandwich and finished the chicken, minus the bread and fixings. Along with the fries, my hubs ordered a side of campfire sauce, which taste very similar to in and outs secret sauce. I was so happy to see a side of ranch (actually two), even though we hadn't told our waitress we wanted ranch.

The food is not great. Chicken is rubbery. The mixed drinks are even worse. The service is okay. If you're going for the fries and a soda, then you're in luck! ***update*** Either the food is bad or the sweet and sour they use in their drinks is bad! Been in the bathroom all night! Never eating here again!

"Red Robin YUM!" As the old commercial slogan suggests, this place of food and libations always deliciously delivers. The Red Robin franchise survives because of the quality customer service and the fact that their burgers kick *ss and come with bottomless fries (plain, garlic parm, sweet potato) or broccoli as a healthy alternative. Palmdale's Robin roosts right in the mall area, making it convenient to dine at. Their service was excellent (thanks Nicole, you were awesome) and the food was delicious....Mm mm mm BURGERS! *This Red Robin seems to be getting a remodel, yet it is open during this time. Some may look at the atmosphere as a bit of an eye sore, but it's no biggie and the food makes up for it.

This place is always hitting the spot. Whether it's chicken strips or burgers, we always have a great experience. The service is great and the waitress/waitresses are always giving us the best service they can. "Reddddd Robinnnn, YUMMMM" Lmao.

Great services!!!!! Since we got here the waitress was really helpful. She made sure there was nothing missing in our table. The restaurant was clean restrooms are great. They have royalty program. You earn free food and sometimes you get discount.

I'm here now and the bartender Nick is disrespectful. Asked him the cost of a drink since they don't have prices a day he said he didn't know, I asked how is that possible and he said that if I have to ask I'm too poor to afford it. He forgets his job is to serve people, he isn't doing to well which is why I now will never come back to Red Robin. Thanks Nick for the bad experience!

I was seated and when I asked the waitress for the beers on tap, she gave me attitude. I asked her the prices and she said she didn't know. I asked her if she could find out for me and she stormed off without a second glance. She then sent a second waitress to tell me the prices and I ordered. When my food arrived, the spinach artichoke dip was cold so I flagged her down and asked her to heat it up more for me. She then snatched it from my hands without a word. When my meal arrived, the burger I ordered was cold. I was so over it at this point that I didn't complain anymore to her. I will not be returning! Horrible customer service and care of food!

I'm not new to eating at Red Robin. Placing our order wasn't a problem and neither was getting our food. After we were done eating, our bill was brought to the table. It took me less than 2 seconds to place cash in the envelope but almost an hour for anyone to pick it up. That was amazing.
Came here multiple times and each time I come I enjoy it, all of thier food is good and if your getting a hamburger but don't feel like spending to much the tavern double is only 6.99 and is a good sized burger it also comes with unlimited fries. Overall a very enjoyable restaurant.

This is my regular spot when I'm not in the mood to experiment with new places. I always order a burger or the fish and chips. Oh and a glass of Guiness! Best price and food at the mall.

I had just finished seeing a movie and was hungry. I checked yelp, I kind of forgot about Red Robin being inside the mall but being that I was pretty much right there I walked on over. I arrived at about 1:30 and there were quite a few people inside. I had seen the yelp complaints about wait times, normally that would be of concern to me but I had a couple of hours to kill before I was to meet someone in Lancaster so I entered. I was quickly seated, handed a menu, and my drink order was taken. Along with the main menu there was a one page special menu and on it was a burger called Smoke & Pepper which included Black-Pepper Bacon, Extra-Sharp Cheddar, House-Made Smoke & Pepper Ketchup, and Smoked Sea Salt on a Toasted Ciabatta Bun, this sounded good and I ordered it when the server returned with my drink. I decided to time how long my order took, after reading some of the yelp comments I was expecting a bit of a wait. 6 minutes later the burger was brought to my table, 6 minutes! And this was during the lunch rush! The burger was very good, cooked the way I like with just a hint of pink at the center. The black pepper bacon and smoke and pepper ketchup gave the burger a bit of a kick. I cleaned the plate, I was asked if I wanted more fries but that would have been overdoing it, I know my limits. I was extremely happy with both the food and the speedy service, I would happily return to try some of the other burgers.

Ashlyn is great and perfect with people skills. Michael the host is rude and makes me feel like he doesn't want my business. I eat at red robin all the time and bring people too! Always thought bar area was open seating until RUDE Michael today! None of the waitresses has ever said a word. Why does Red Robin have such unprofessional person working for them that would speak to customers in such a condescending way...I always tip well and don't understand how someone could treat me and my guest so rude. We sit by bar in two seater.

They have a huge variety of delectable burgers -- that's a fact!! But they also have some fantastic soups and salads to choose from, You can get a bowl of chili or mac and cheese -- and they also have some entree plates, such as ribs or fish. or chicken. I have never had any problems or bad experiences at any Red Robin. They are very attentive and always offer to refill beverages or fries!! I also appreciate the Full Bar option.

Went in for dinner with my kids and a friend and her family, we were a party of 7. We were seated quickly for a large party on a Friday night, despite that it was packed. Took awhile for our server to come over and take our drink & appetizer order and it went all down hill from there. The kids got their drinks but our order from the bar took 20 minutes. The server was very distracted; couldn't remember who ordered what when he served us and drink/fry refills were slow. When my friend's husband asked for cocktail sauce the server said ok, I'll be back to take your cocktail order and never came back. He didn't know what cocktail sauce was! I try to be patient, the restaurant was busy and we were a large party but the quality of the service was below any I've ever experienced in this type of situation. I talked to the manager, Pedro on the way out and he was beyond appropriately apologetic. Said he wished we had talked to him while we were still dining and I assured him I wasn't looking for a free meal. I wanted to let him know of our experience and that the server's tip reflected his service (as I don't ever feel good about not leaving 20%). He thanked me for my feedback and assured me he would address the problem. The food was good as usual and the manager's response made me feel that this was not par for the course for his restaurant. We will be going back, and hopefully get better service!

Had to go to the AV Mall and get my sunglasses "in about an hour" you know the place. Any how and hour+ to kill. We headed on over to Red Robin. We started out with the large tower of onion rings. Yeah we killed it but then I was worrying about when the Fish and Chips we ordered came. I know Red Robin is known for their burgers but if you want something different try their Fish and Chips. Onion Ring Tower almost gone! Stella half gone. Here come the Fish and Chips. Four good size pieces of cod in a golden batter on top of a bed of fries. HEAVEN! Service was great, super fast very impressed. We just love the fact that you can get such quality food at a place with such a casual atmosphere. The ONLY place we will get Fish and Chips now. Thank you everybody.

Make sure you sign up for their red royalty card to get free items....no server ever told us, we had to see the sign for ourselves outside the restaurant, and miss out on free stuff for God knows how long...I think the servers should tell customers about them. So we asked Robert about them today and he was more then happy to help us out. Nice guy, great server! Yummy food

We have been to Red Robin multiple times, and have never been disappointed. Stopped by with the family the other day and had another great experience. Now that we have five in the family, we always look for kids friendly restaurants, and Red Robin is one of those places. They have a great kid's menu and they all love the food. My wife and I tried a couple gourmet burgers. She loved her Prime Chophouse burger. The Smoke & Pepper was also good, especially if you are a fan of bacon. Amother great thing is that they have happy hour all day every day, so I guess you can call it "happy day." A tall glass with dinner really hit the spot. The wife went with the margaritas, and they didn't disappoint. Endless streak fries is something that you can't get anywhere else. My dipping sauce of choice is their honey mustard sauce, with kicks any Ranch sauce's ass with ease. We will definitely be back for more, Red Robin....yum!

Normally my family has excellent service here but our last visit was HORRIBLE! Three stars is being generous! Poor service and waiting over 30 minutes for our meals, then being told their computers were down so we didn't get credit for three meals on their rewards program. Computers worked just fine when it came to charging me for the meal. Although we like the food we probably won't be back. Why pay for poor customer service?!? Poor service: After placing our order our server did not stop by once aside from dropping off drinks. No check in or explanation on why we had no food. Finally I asked for a manager and we eventually received our food. You would think we would see our server after that but she still did not stop by. No drink refills. No fry refills.

This is a great resturant and and I believe the building says it's a bar also I have never had a bad expierence here actually it's quite the opposite ...someone commented about paying a lot for a long island . First of all I have never payed that much for a long island in my life I know for a fact that they are $8 and if I did order one I would know that there is a lot of sweet and sour in that drink to begin with and if I was unhappy with something that i ordered I would send it back and they would replace it free of charge not finish everything and then complain about it .

We've been a few times and each time the burgers were delicious. The service is friendly enough, not overly so but I think it's because each server has a ton of tables. The restaurant is clean. It's always busy but the wait is not usually too long.

Burgers and endless fries are great. Service and staff always take care of you and keep drinks full and fries coming. Gets packed on weekend but lunch during the week is great. Wish they had lunch specials but otherwise really good

Went there with my fiance and had some bad service at the bar area. The bartendar girl was not on her A game. Maybe she was sick or something but definitely not good. We had to wait forever for menus ( even after we asked)... we had to ask for more beer, we had to wait forever for our food....like I said I hoping she was just under the weather...

The food here is always good. The same thing goes for the service. I've never had an issue with having my order messed up. Try to avoid the dinner rush so you don't have to wait long. Even the times I had to wait, it wasn't more than 10-15 minutes.

Our food was very good and our waiter joshua G. was nice but wreaked of smoke and took forever to get our drinks. It took more then 25 minutes to get our food, and he kept forgetting to bring us fries the check, drinks, and boxes even though we asked several times. He would also disappear several times, my guess a smoke break

It's Red Robin. The burgers are great, the location inside the AV Mall makes it easy to get in and out of, and the servers are super good at their jobs. I was in recently with an aquaintance, and I swear she was going to give the waitress a stroke with special requests and just being an over-all obnoxious customer. As a matter of fact I thought I was gonna crawl under the table out of embarament . The waitress just took it all in stride, served out meals with a smile, and had to sort out my goofy dining companions payment. While I will NEVER EVER eat out with her again, I will certainly be returning to Red Robin over and over again for my "Burger fix"! What a wonderful and truly professional waitsaff!

I have always loved eating at red robin, but this time was the best experience me and my husband has ever had. Our server Joey was extremely efficient, polite, and made our experience a great one!! Thank you Joey and whoever his manager is needs to give him a raise. He goes above and beyond to provide great service!

The restaurant was super busy tonight but then again it's a Friday night. Waited over 20 minutes for our food, which only consisted 2 burgers and a piece of chicken. The waitress was nice but very busy as well. Good food, upbeat environment.

Great food, but the day you visit depends on what kind of service you get. Most of the staff just hangs out in the kitchen talking to each other or on their phones. The food is great when you finally get it, but after you do your waitress is usually MIA until it's time for the check. If you get take out, always check your order their in the restaurant. They haven't gotten one right yet.

Disappointing My wife wanted to come here for her birthday. We were immediately seated and the waiter took our drink order. I could not decide whether I wanted a soda or an adult beverage so I told the waiter, "I'll have a water for now." After what seemed a reasonable amount of time, our drinks arrived and the waiter took our food order. The kids ordered their kiddie meals; the wife and I order different burgers. At this time, I order a soda as well. When our order arrived, my soda didn't. I told the waiter this. He apologized and left to get my soda. Our children had no problems with their meal. However, when my wife and I started to eat our burgers, we discovered they were raw and barely cooked. We waited for what seemed like forever for the waiter to return with my drink. When he did, we told him about our raw burgers. He apologized and said, they would remake them. By the time our remade burger had arrived, our kids were finished with their meal. I took a bite into my burger and found it cooked to the opposite extreme. It was well past well-done and more like a piece of carbon. We were done complaining. We finished what we could of our meal, paid our bill and left.

I come here almost every Sunday for lunch. Andrew and Allison are really great servers that really go out of their way to provide excellent service. The variety of burger types is the typical for red robin, and the quality of the good is as should be expected from a professional chain. The restaurant is usually clean and the wait for seating is rarely long, if you have to wait at all. It's not as fancy as some of the other red robins I've been to, but that didn't detract from the quality burgers and good service. If you want a decently priced burger that you can fully customize workout having to go out of town, this is a great place for it!

Came here for lunch yesterday. The service is always fabulous. I had the bleu ribbon burger this time. It was so big, I had to take half of it home. The bartender is always so sweet, the waiters never let you down. This is our go-to place for when we are being mall rats.

Worst service ever, guess the waiter was not in the mood to help us. Only checked on us once throughout the whole meal. Usually have a nice time there but I guess it was the whole I'm here to work and nothing else. Will prob not be back anytime soon. Thanks for making red robin one less place to come have a meal at.

I generally enjoy going to RR for dinner and drinks, but was pretty disappointed with the service I received a few days ago. My friend and I went here for dinner and a beer, excited to hang out because it had been awhile since we had seen eachother. When my friend ordered her beer, the waitress was rude to her, questioning her as to why her ID was bent, as if she wasn't of age to drink. After the ID situation, she continued to give me an attitude because I wasn't ready to order when she would come to our table. The waitress ended up telling me to flag her down, which I don't find to even be slightly professional in a restaurant. Our food was good, which is pretty typical for Red Robin. I ordered & split the bruschetta chicken sandwich & bottomless fries with my girl friend, and it was yummy as usual. Definitely recommend. I will be returning to RR, but will definitely ask for a different waitress if I come across her again.

Love this place. So simple and easy. I always get there crispy chicken burger with extra pickles. Sometimes my bf and I get an appetizer. Last time we got the pretzel bites, which were great... But I asked for an extra side of cheese, and then they told me its 1.19 for a tiny side of nacho cheese. Seriously the size of maybe 3 bottle caps. So that erked me. But anyway I just won't get that again.

I'm not a huge fan of Red Robin in general but I have to say the people on our visit this day handled it pretty well. Bunch of amped up soccer girls after state tournaments and their parents, should spell nightmare but our waiters were super prepared and super accommodating. Cant say I love their food but their fries with seasoning are always a thumbs up in my book.

I eat at this Red Robin frequently but it was my experience today that really made me love this restaurant. My mom and I came in this afternoon before braving the AV Mall on a Sunday and we were seated and given menus immediately. We were introduced to our server, and I can't remember her name for the life of me because it was really unique, but I swear to you this girl is the best server both my mom and I have ever had and second place wouldn't even come close. She ran by our table every 3 or 4 minutes to check on us, refill our drinks, and offer more fries and eventually dessert. Our food was hot and fresh and brought out to us so quickly. She was so friendly and upbeat and seriously just an absolute rockstar at her job. And we made sure to let her know. Best part about it: she was so humble about our praise and told us that she was happy she could help us because she was new and being trained, and it was her first time ever working as a server. She was just having her final reviews or test or whatever their servers have to do for training today. I am absolutely confident that she did great, this girl was born to be in the business of customer service. I already loved this restaurant, but I have to offer them the highest of fives for their employee training/hiring because that was easily the best dining experience I've ever had!

Restaurant is an ideal location. Seated promptly, but service was slow and slower. They seemed to have plenty of employees, but most of them were not on the floor serving customers. We had to ask for a drink refill. Bottomless fries? No wonder they offer 'bottomless fries'. The fries that came with the order were skimpy and they did not come back to offer us more when we ate those. Bet they save a ton on fries. No wonder they 'bottomless' their customers. It's a gimmick. I mentioned to my spouse that we should have sat at the bar. The bar patrons were serviced better than we were. I'll try Texas Cattle Co in Lancaster for a more pleasurable experience.

My husband and I come here quite a bit, and we always have a good experience. Really good burgers, especially the Whiskey River BBQ and the Red Tavern. We tried a new one yesterday, the Southern Comfort, which was really good! The fries are always awesome, and the fact they give you an unlimited amount is really nice. They have great Thousand Island dressing for dipping. I have to knock our location for two minor things. First, it's in a mall (not their fault, but I hate malls!). Second, we do takeaway quite a bit since we have small children, and they made mistakes with our order the last two times. It's been the same mistake two times in a row, and my husband said what he wanted three times, but it was still wrong. He asked for the Red Tavern burger with the large single patty, and they keep giving him the one with two smaller patties. Now, it was still really good, but they might want to fix that problem.

About a year ago or so, Red Robin eliminated their Onion Soup and many were upset as was I and I wrote them and told them I came for the soup and now I was going to have to go to Applebees since they have Soup and would not be returning since Burgers isn't what I went there for. This past week, I went with a friend to have lunch and discovered another eatery was gone so we agreed to eat at Red Robin. I was shocked! yay my Soup was back and better than before. My friend ordered her burger and is Gluetin Intolerant and found out they have Gluetin free buns so she ordered that. Her order came and it was a regular bun. She told the server I cannot eat this and it has to be remade. The manager came over and apologized and had it done right and then gave her the burger on the house. Now that is what TIPS is all about. To Ensure Proper Service. Needless to say, we both will be back.

A fan since the first time I ate here. So happy they listened to their customers and brought back the Spinach and Artichoke dip! My favorite is the Bleu Ribbon burger. Their sauce with the bleu cheese crumbles just taste so great! And as always, love the endless steak fries. Hearty and yummy. Sign up for their e-newsletter club and receive free burgers on you and your family members birthdays. Love Red Robin!

This was my first time at this location and now remember why I do not frequent Red Robin more. I'll start at the beginning... Parking is not easy to find due to this location is in the mall. Ugh... Went inside and it seemed like it was nice sized location. Staff seemed friendly but extremely busy which can be good and bad at the same time. I suppose it depends on if you are in a hurry or not. I ordered a bowl of chili and my husband ordered some type of burger wrapped in lettuce with an extra patty. We didn't order anything extravagant but I wasn't impressed with either. Red Robin is known for their burgers and bottomless fries but I don't see what's so great about their burgers. If I want frozen, not fresh burgers then I would rather eat fast food for a bit cheaper. There seems to be a lot of families that frequent this location. Kids galore so if you are looking for a somewhat quiet burger place then this is not a viable option. Cleanliness was pretty decent for being as busy as it was with the amount of kids that were there. Bathrooms were ok as well. Overall, my experience was ok. So many more restaurants that I would rather frequent than this place in the same mall area.

I usually come to this red Robbins a lot but my most recent visit was disappointing. When we first got there they sat us down very quickly but then waited for our waitress to even ask if wanted drinks for about 6 minutes as she came and took our drinks it took her another 7 minutes to bring them as we had to ask a table cleaner for them or if they were coming. Food this day was mediocre, wasn't fresh. Also with there bottom less fries I asked another waitress for some and basically she ignored me and never brought any so asked another waiter and it took him a while so we finally seen our waitress and asked her and she brought some along with the other waiter bringing some at the same time. So overall the staff has poor communication and by the time they brought them we just weren't in the mood anymore. Also we were basically so thirsty we were chewing on our ice because she never asked to refill to then end.

Went back again last night it was busy 5 parties ahead of us yet we got a table in less than 5 minutes, food was great, drinks were great, waitress in the "Bret Favre" jersey was great, rockstar Ali from last trip stopped by to say Hi...I had to lower the star rating BECAUSE I CANT BELIEVE HOW DAMN FILTHY THE PLACE IS, WHY!!! We got a window seat again there is black sticky finger prints all over the window sills right at eye level, if you bump the walls with your elbow they stick, carpets so dirty, booth fabric literally has black lines across where body parts touch just so dirty when they do everything else right its a shame.

Food is good and vegetarian optioms.are suprisingly good. Beware that late night service isn't so good. Basically, you have been given food and one drink and that's enough. Good luck with refills! Otherwise, good place to eat.

Awful service. Arrived at 4 pm and the place was maybe a quarter full. I could see 10-15 open tables and we were told by the hostess that there is a 10-15 minute wait so the servers could get caught up. I thought she was joking but apparently not. Left and will not be eating there again.

Yuck, Zaggats gave this #1 best burger (I will never trust Zaggats) Burgers were skimpy, (Bacon) I should have ordered extra patty ($2.00) Service was OK, although they botched my order. My Wife and Son got the burning Love burger, said is was kinda bad. Fries were luke warm. Red Robin must be totally profit driven nowadays. They used to be good a few years back. Fosters, In-n-Out , even Carls Jr. is better. I felt ripped off, I would Avoid !!

Normally Red robin's service is anywhere from OK to good however, after we placed our order which was for just 2 burgers and fries....it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food. plus we never even got apology for the excessive time it took.

This restaurant has a pretty awesome Team. I have been to a number of Red Robin locations, most seem to be ran entirely by teenagers. This place is mainly also, except they are all really good at what they do. I have never had a bad server here or a problem with the food. Every time I go, its a great experience. Always the same Hostess, who always seats us right away. This is also the only Red Robin I have been to that asks you if you want more bottomless fries with your burger. Normally its all on you to ask them. Happy to be a repeat Guest here.

This Red Robin is a bit hit-and-miss. It's usually great: good food, excellent prices, and great service. However, sometimes they're VERY understaffed and the service is unacceptably slow. I'd give them five stars if they could get their act together and be consistent with the service. I strongly recommend the Natural Burger for those looking for a calorie deal. It's about half the calories of their other burgers (547) and is absolutely delicious. Order it with melon instead of fries for a healthy alternative. If you're not looking for a calorie reduced option, the bottomless drink list is long and includes root beer floats! Also their Mud Pie is huge and delicious. They have a variety of happy hour specials at the bar, too.

Not such a good experience for us--lots of empty tables but a 25 min. wait--understaffed? Ordered burgers & one came with"endless fries" (though never asked if we wanted more--which we wouldn't have since they were soggy & limp). The burger patties were very, very well-done--leathery & not tasty at all. The other burger came with a "fruit salad"--a chopped up bruised apple with a half can of mandarin oranges poured over it--had been sitting a while as the juices were a little rancid. Did not feel well the day after probably due to the warm mayo or the fruit salad. Service was slow. Will not be back in this lifetime.....

A hang-out spot for me and my friends a couple of years ago. Their food was always above par and their service was decent enough. Not amazing, but decent. If the service were to be bumped up, I'd add another star or two, but until then, three stars for the food and decent service.

The food was great! Though the service sucked. Everything was awesome until after we got our food. My wife and I's drinks were empty and had to wait about 10 minutes until another server was able to help us. Our server was too busy keeping the other 2 tables happy and totally forgot about our table.

What happened to Red Robin?? This used to be a reliable corporate chain restaurant that I'd go to with friends and family but I think that yesterday will count as the last day I will ever go to the Red Robin in the Antelope Valley Mall. In fact, given the shrunken menu, I don't think I'll bother with Red Robin anymore. The menu used to be interesting with many, many more choices than is offered now. The menu is probably less than half of what it was. It doesn't help that my favorite entrees have been chopped. No more Tuna Foccacia sandwich. No more wild salmon sandwich. BOOO! Instead, just a bunch of soggy burgers and deep fried boredom. You'd think that with less of a menu to worry about, whoever's cooking it would do a good job. Guess again. My companion didn't finish all his salad because he thought the luke warm chicken tasted suspicious. I tried a piece and it tasted way over seasoned and over processed. Yeah, you'd better not eat that. My burger, a swiss cheese and mushroom job, was soggy and luke warm as were the french fries. It tasted as though it had been made in advance and shoved under a not very hot heat lamp. Our server disappeared and I made the mistake of eating half the burger before calling it quits. I've never had such poor food at any Red Robin before and, for me, one bad experience of anything in most cases is enough for me to cut my losses and never return. There would have to be some redeeming quality for me to continue to waste time/spend money. Why keep punishing yourself? Luke warm stodgy food is one of those things that is definitely unforgivable and, in the end, may have made me sick. The place was empty at the time of day I visited which is unusual. This place used to be packed. Now, they have just a couple of servers and the food takes longer than you'd expect to arrive at the table. This could be down to the economy which would explain the condensed and boring menu and the lack of patrons. Maybe I just visited on an off day but the lack of customers tells me differently. The lack of customers could also be due to the fact that there's a Claim Jumper and a newish Yard House just up the way which is where we should've gone with everyone else. Red Robin are pushing a 'Red Royalty' customer reward card. There was a time when I would've requested a card with the plan to use it in the future. Now, I don't think I'll ever go back. Time to move on and see what else is out there in corporate chain land because it appears that Red Robin and its bare bones menu are done and there are other places where I can enjoy a decent meal I believe. Two stars only because of misty tuna foccacia memories plus our server was friendly. Minus the friendly server and I would only rate the food I received yesterday at ONE STAR. Food should never be served luke warm. AWFUL.

OMG....PLEASE...PLEASE stay away from this place...it...is...AWFUL!!!!! The service is sooooo slow. We were seated and our drinks didnt come till after our meal was brought to us by another waiter....and we had to ASK for our drinks. Rediculous. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich and when I got it...it was DRIPPING with grease....seriously? When do you need that much oil to grill chicken? It had so much oil I used a napkin to hold it. To make matters worse when we were finally done, I gave the waiter my credit card to pay, because we knew we wouldnt see him again for another 20 mins....he eventually came back with just a slip to sign showing that they had charged me $40 some odd dollars.....No actual receipt....I have NO CLUE what I bought!!! lame awful service.....go to Texas Cattle Company on the other side of the mall...You will save yourself a LOT of frustration.

Good food but poor location. Seated promptly, and quickly ordered appetizers and beverages. Our dinner came quickly and the food was pretty good. It wasn't the greatest hamburger we had ever had, but it was pretty good. Despite being located in a main entrance in the mall, I will definitely go back again.

American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.

(3)Nathan A.

Not satisfied with service.
(1)Florence H.
(1)Mmmmm Burgers G.
(4)Daffany S.
I like Red Robin, but today the fries were a little stale.
(2)Eric G.
This place is always hitting the spot. Whether it's chicken strips or burgers, we always have a great experience. The service is great and the waitress/waitresses are always giving us the best service they can. "Reddddd Robinnnn, YUMMMM" Lmao.
(5)Oscar V.
Great services!!!!! Since we got here the waitress was really helpful. She made sure there was nothing missing in our table. The restaurant was clean restrooms are great. They have royalty program. You earn free food and sometimes you get discount.
(5)Luis F.
(1)Sarah M.
(1)Matashia C.
I'm not new to eating at Red Robin. Placing our order wasn't a problem and neither was getting our food. After we were done eating, our bill was brought to the table. It took me less than 2 seconds to place cash in the envelope but almost an hour for anyone to pick it up. That was amazing.
(3)Michael H.
Been here many times and the burgers are very good. My personal favorite is the Sautéed Shroom Burger, add bacon. Yum! Throw on a draft beer or a margarita and you got a party! I've also had the Fish and Chips that was quite good. Burgers are the food of choice tho!
(4)Albert G.
Came here multiple times and each time I come I enjoy it, all of thier food is good and if your getting a hamburger but don't feel like spending to much the tavern double is only 6.99 and is a good sized burger it also comes with unlimited fries. Overall a very enjoyable restaurant.
(5)Robbs C.
This is my regular spot when I'm not in the mood to experiment with new places. I always order a burger or the fish and chips. Oh and a glass of Guiness! Best price and food at the mall.
(5)Mike D.
(4)Darlene S.
(1)Rachel M.
In love eating here with my family great food and for the most part great service. I love the new up dated look very retro . I also love their drink menus soooo delicious
(4)Karen M.
(4)Michelle R.
(3)Chris F.
(5)AndyMonique W.
Yummy food
(5)Mike C.
(5)Jason A.
(3)Cassie C.
Looove the frys and they have the best burgers!!! Good kids choices and great location. They also have excellent lower calorie options.
(4)Eric N.
(5)Monica C.
We've been a few times and each time the burgers were delicious. The service is friendly enough, not overly so but I think it's because each server has a ton of tables. The restaurant is clean. It's always busy but the wait is not usually too long.
(4)Rich C.
Burgers and endless fries are great. Service and staff always take care of you and keep drinks full and fries coming. Gets packed on weekend but lunch during the week is great. Wish they had lunch specials but otherwise really good
(4)Jennipher R.
(2)Ron D.
The food here is always good. The same thing goes for the service. I've never had an issue with having my order messed up. Try to avoid the dinner rush so you don't have to wait long. Even the times I had to wait, it wasn't more than 10-15 minutes.
(4)Joseph H.
Always a perfect place to take my girls to ( wife, 7 year old and two year old). Quickly seated and always fast and amazingly amazing service. Can't say enough good about this establishment ;-)
(5)Andrea G.
Okay, so everytime I come here this place is amazing! Neat, great vibes by the workers, and my food always comes out amazing! This is my favorite spot to be when I come to the Antelope Valley. I wouldn't change this place for any other place! Oh, and there new burgers! Mmmm Mmm Mmm! Yummie!
(5)Kyle K.
Just had dinner here, even with the Black Friday traffic our server Joey was amazing and made our dinner extremely enjoyable, very pleased, our food was great and our drinks were even better
(5)Lupita V.
Love love love the onion rings the fries are steak cut also my favourite. Burgers are good not mind blowing but better then just about every where around here but I will always come for the onion rings !!
(4)Emily D.
(2)Julie T.
(4)Erin N.
I have always loved eating at red robin, but this time was the best experience me and my husband has ever had. Our server Joey was extremely efficient, polite, and made our experience a great one!! Thank you Joey and whoever his manager is needs to give him a raise. He goes above and beyond to provide great service!
(5)Missy S.
The restaurant was super busy tonight but then again it's a Friday night. Waited over 20 minutes for our food, which only consisted 2 burgers and a piece of chicken. The waitress was nice but very busy as well. Good food, upbeat environment.
(4)Samantha-Nicole S.
So yummy for lunch or dinner! Always have very friendly staff. Always very clean! Ambience is very casual plays some decent music always have the sports games playing! The food is always fresh and hot ! Bottomless fries are perfect!
(4)Erin G.
(2)Nicole C.
I love Red Robin. I enjoy the food here, and the service at this location is really great I rarely leave disappointed. I never felt like waitress forgot about us, and she was very helpful with any questions we had about things on the menu. Very attentive service.
(5)Anasa W.
The kid's Mac n cheese was cold and the cheesecake was partially frozen...obviously not fresh.

(2)Lucas N.
(4)Ezra S.
I love the free fries and the fries and the happy hour and the free fries and the happy hour and the free fries
(5)Seth B.
Burgers here are awesome and endless steak fries are a great deal. I would love to try some more of their burgers! So many to choose from. Service is friendly, but rather slow. Good location In AV Mall!
(4)Birdie C.
Our food was great! Didn't have to wait long for our order, food was nice and hot when it all arrived at our table. We so enjoy our bottom less fries and the Happy Hour Drinks.
(4)Tawny A.
Came here for lunch yesterday. The service is always fabulous. I had the bleu ribbon burger this time. It was so big, I had to take half of it home. The bartender is always so sweet, the waiters never let you down. This is our go-to place for when we are being mall rats.
(5)Albert B.
(2)Tracy O.

Great spot for a burger. The service is excellent. The strawberry lemonade is to die for. I would highly recommend the mushroom burger. You won't regret going. Prices aren't too bad

It is a decent spot, usually good service, generally quick.

Bottomless fries. Yum!

The times I have visited where always good, the service has felt rushed a bit of times but the food is delicious and I just love unlimited fries. The drinks where also really good and the environment is very friendly.

Great burgers and helpful staff. The bar is a nice place to get a beer if anything. I was asked many times if I had enough fries and beer there.
(5)Geoff D.
This place needs a makeover! So run down and the staff seems to be so bothered you are there. 3 stars because I like the burgers.

(3)Marisol A.
Food is good and vegetarian optioms.are suprisingly good. Beware that late night service isn't so good. Basically, you have been given food and one drink and that's enough. Good luck with refills! Otherwise, good place to eat.
(3)Charles D.
Awful service. Arrived at 4 pm and the place was maybe a quarter full. I could see 10-15 open tables and we were told by the hostess that there is a 10-15 minute wait so the servers could get caught up. I thought she was joking but apparently not. Left and will not be eating there again.
(1)John R.
Delisious food and a nice environment located in front of the mall just the wait sucks.
(4)Orlando D.
great beer, burgers are bomb make it ghost style with fried jalapenos.. endless fries, ginormous shakes.. had a bloody mary did the trick for my hangover
(4)Avpowerstn P.
(2)Frederick A.

Awesome gluten free hamburger

Red Robin is super yummo! :)

Wait times always minimal. Food and service always great!

A hang-out spot for me and my friends a couple of years ago. Their food was always above par and their service was decent enough. Not amazing, but decent. If the service were to be bumped up, I'd add another star or two, but until then, three stars for the food and decent service.
(3)Jason A.
