My sandwich in '12 must have been a fluke. Since than I have frequented quite often cause, let's all just admit these sandwiches are tasty as hell! They always have good customer service and take pride in what they do.

Descent location, nice staff and they get through the lunch rush pretty quickly. While I don't eat here, my husband does every so often or I will come here and get him a big Kahuna cheese steak, the only thing he eats here and loves every time. Prices are a bit high at $14 for the giant size, but it is huge and can be easily shared (though he doesn't) they offer specials and send out coupons to make up for the prices a bit and my husband says the meat and quality is much better than other sub shops. They don't have any real veggie options that interest me, but since my husband loves it, they are ok with me.

I came in about 845 pm and they claimed to be closed yet there hours say they are open till 9. Everything was closed up so they werent able to make sandwiches. There staff closes up too early. The sandwiches are great but maybe they should work on their management.

Came in the other night a little after 8 p.m. to place a big order and they had NO BREAD.....Apparently from what they said they BURNED the entire lot baking in the oven. If that was so, why didn't they just drive a few minutes to the California St. location and buy or borrow 20 or so rolls to keep them going and actually in business? Not only did they lose my $80 order, but I'm sure some heads will roll when management finds out what is going on with their incompetent staffers who can't use a simple timer on the oven to cook the bread correctly.....Epic Fail.....

Food here is great as usual. The staff that makes the sandwiches are borderline mentally handicapped. The girls working Monday 8/24/2015 around 1-1:30 pm are downright idiotic. The girl cutting the bread asked me three times which size and what kind of bread I wanted. The girl assembling the sandwiches didn't listen to me whatsoever and I kept having to correct her on my sandwich. Only to come home to find it was still wrong. I will not be back to this specific location till they train their staff how to fucking listen. Or hire people who are not dumb ass incompetent zombies.

We ordered online to avoid errors, the order is in writing and they can still manage to get it wrong. How do you mix up an original italian with a philly cheese? Then they forgot one sandwich entirely when we went to get it - they made the sandwich wrong. They charge sales tax when they shouldn't and when told it is a shrug of the shoulders. The order was in writing folks!!! I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and tried to call, constantly for 30 minutes. The phone is obviously off the hook. If people don't want to take pride in their work maybe they should sit on the couch and watch soap operas.

Food is great All cause it's made to order and made right in front of You. Great location cause it's close to home. 4stars cause Customer Service is Not all that Great here! Walked in and I Greeted before they greeted me. Managers need to get Better employees that are more friendlier. The ones that Greet with a smile and a "hello, how can I help You" kinda service. Not a "grumpy teenager"

I'm not a big fan of jersey sub sandwiches but I thought I would give it one more try. Eating my sandwich thinking to myself wow this is pretty good then by the 3rd bite I found I thick piece of hair. I'm not a person who give bad reviews but I'm just so disgusted and gross out by this. I will not be returning back.

Never thought I'd say this but I would rather have Togos or Subway even than this place. $30 for 2 sandwiches. Yes we made lunch and dinner out of them but seriously. For $14+ tax a sandwich I expect more meat, cheese and avocado. It was bland to say the least. Sorry but this isn't the best place for a sandwich or the cheapest. Won't be coming back. To expensive for me.

This location was the original jersey mikes in the corona/Norco area and is still the best ! Owner and staff are friendly and the food is great. Try your sandwich mikes way even if you are usually picky with trying new things

Had been to this location a couple of times before they built the one off McKinley which is closer to me and way better than this location. For some reason the sandwiches/ingredients aren't up to par with all the other Jersey mikes I've been to. Always seemed like the staff just wants to push you through the line, if you don't order mikes way your a hassle. The inside is really cramped when it's busy between the seating and the way the lines set up. They share the parking lot with la fitness and a few other places and parking can be a hassle also. Usually order cold subs, #7, #13 or the California club. Ordered the meatball sub one time and barely made it home before feeling sick to stomach. When they made it the staff looked like they weren't to sure about the meatballs, like they had something to hide? Think I'll stick to the location off McKinley in corona or the location by my work in foothill ranch.

I LOVE jersey mikes! Sadly I have to go to a different location to get my sandwiches. The first time I tried Jersey Mikes was at this location. I don't know what it was but I did NOT like it. They added way too much lettuce and not enough of the other ingredients. I tried to go back and try it asking for less lettuce then usual but they still put way too much. So if you live lettuce come on down here! But definitely try it at a different location and get it Mikes way! It's delicious!!

We were out on a drive out of town. I was really hungry so we decided to stop here at this location. It was quite busy so we had to wait for a bit. This is a smaller location in the shopping center. It was clean and employess were friendly but a bit overwhemlmed with the luch crowd. None the less still good.

Wow. My wife and I went there for dinner last night and was not impressed to say the least. We had a mailer coupon. I tried to use the sandwich drink and chip coupon and was told that wasn't good for that sandwich. They had a special of a sandwich, 2 chips and two drinks for $15 and change. The girl talked me in to using my dollar off coupon for 1 sandwich 1 chips and 1 drink. Yep. $15 and change for less. Then when I checked out they had an option for how much tip to include. Are you kidding me? Pay the same for less and tip you for the experience? Oh hell no. I'll go to the one by Costco. Love that one

Its simple. I live around the corner, wanted a sandwich, came here. I mean the sandwiches are good, edible, nothing to get crazy over, so I order my sandwich and must endure the socializing of the employees as I watch my meatball sandwich being overheated in the microwave. Its sloppy, bread is soggy, and im still served this? (and the employees are still goofing off, while another is playing w/ her hair near the counter) Employees offer to make me another sandwich. But since they are out of wheat and meatballs. Im outta luck. Really unacceptable and disgusting. Its the service that sets these franchises apart, not the spectacular food. Yikes.

Apparently, an employee of Jersey Mikes (using the name Corie B) contacted me privately to let me know that based on my review I'm an insecure woman and need to get over myself. I reminded her I left a GOOD review and thought it was cute when a teenaged looking girl asked my fiance (bf at the time) what he was doing later that night then gave him 5 free brownies. If I was insecure, I would have been mad. The immaturity from the employees at this location is why we have now started going to the one in the Costco shopping center. Good food but not worth the hassle. Thank you, Corie B for your feedback. You have now just earned your job a bad rating on yelp!

The sandwich here is delightful. It's the spice combo that really does it. Try the the California club it is one of the better ones.

This was the most organized Jersey Mikes Subs I have been too. The crew was happy and helpful. Even the owner was behind the counter talking to every customer while making the line go by very fast. I highly recommend this store.

I love Jersey Mike's and this is my third time coming to this Jersey Mike's. Once again, the only real downer is the staff. The manager seems like a very customer oriented person who makes you feel welcome. Most of the rest of the staff is good, too. Some of them need charm school, or need to find another line of work. Not even a thank you for a tip rendered (given mainly to thank the friendly staffers), whereas in other Jersey Mike's shops I've been to, the staff enthusiastically thanks customers who tip (and they get a TON of tips-evidenced by an overflowing tip jar). Having been to New Jersey and having a spouse from there, I expect a NJ style of courtesy. The shop here is clean and the food is up to the company standards, regardless of any other issues. My wife and daughter like the standard cheese steak with only cheese. I like the 43 and the original Italian (Mike' way). Good food. Jersey style.

The cleanliness is horrible. There wasn't a clean table in the place. They were sticky, covered w straw wrappers and used napkins. The bread was sitting on the counter and the girl cutting the meat had no gloves on. Three sets of hands touched the sub before it was even paid for and wrapped (All without gloves on). Touching money and food is a huge problem. Needless to say I paid for the sub but did not eat it. Perhaps it was an off day or maybe I am over critical when it comes to my food and cleanliness. Ill try the one in Corona before I make an official decision on the Franchise as a whole.

Very disappointed. Three people working in there today just standing around and the place was filthy. Counters were dirty the table were dirty and the floors had food all under the tables. First and last visit.

The time has come for this long awaited review, but still tasting the sandwich so that's a statement in itself. Ha-ha! They are definitely a whole different ball of wax beyond Subway and even Philly's Best. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I find it more enjoyable then both palette wise. I stick by that and really am saddened Philly's Best falls short as that has been my destination for years, but c'est la vie eh there world? I have migrated to the giant Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. I am hesitant to dive into the jalapenos on anything, but thankfully these aren't "turn your face red" hot and actually compliments the steak and gooey cheese. The combo alone hot or even cold the next day just sticks like peanut butter to the roof of one's mouth. I intend to stray to other items as the menu seems to include something for just about the whole family, but for now I will continue reveling in a culinary experience worth all the hype!

Lil girl working the cash reg is so rude! This is the. 3rd time. No eye contact throws your change back. Come on!!!! Where is the manager???? Place was dirty kids are having personal conversations behind the counter so everyone can hear! Well thats my last time! Hope the owner reads this!

Not a big fan of the subs here. To greasy and big for me. If your into lots of greAse meat and cheese than this is the place for you. I honestly prefer subway simply because I prefer healthier sub

Jersey Mike's quality can vary between locations, this location is top notch. With three people ahead of me in line I thought I would be waiting awhile, but this crew got me in and out in now time. The staff was super friendly and did a great job making me an awesome sandwich and wrap. I found out that in their spare time employees experiment with sauces and such. Next time I will ask for an employee creation. This will definitely be one of my new regular stops.

Came here due to the awesome Yelp reviews. As soon as I walked in the smell was delicious! The place is very clean and looks nice. The people were super friendly and I can honestly say it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! All the ingredients are super fresh and I like how they cut everything special for each order, not like other sub chains. I can't wait to go back and try it again! I only gave them four stars because they do the whole schtick where they don't write anyones orders down and do it all from memory and they got my order wrong twice so that just annoys me. I feel like places do that to impress you but if they don't get the order right I'd rather they just write it down. Also the prices are a little expensive IMO. But for a sandwich that good I'm OK with all that.

I freaking love Jersey Mike's! It's so damn addicting. The first time I tried it, I ended up going two days in a row. Now I usually go about once a week. My favorite (or go to sub) is the #8; turkey, ham, bacon, provolone, mayo, and Mike's way (but no onions, add pickles please!) The staff is friendly and sometimes the line is pretty long but it usually moves pretty quickly. I wish they had soups as a side, but hey whatever. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is Jersey Mike's is pretty expensive for a sub sandwich. However, they are way better than Subway and Quiznos.... fa sho.

Shalene C.
Still so delicious. I would say if you're thinking of going to Subway, spend the extra dough and come here instead. I have started ordering the "mini" sized subs, but believe me they are anything but! Perfect size for lunch, especially when you add chips. I have tried a few different sandwiches now and they have all been delicious! be sure to get your sandwich "Mike's way" which includes oil, vinegar and their special spice blend, it really sets the sandwich apart from other sub joints.
(5)
Kirstin H.
Eh. Not great but not bad. Better than subway. Their marinara sauce could use some work though. All in all it's worth trying out.
(3)

How have I not reviewed this place yet? They only have the best sandwiches in town, hands down. Forget Subway, forget Togos, forget Philly's Best. This place slices your meat a cheese fresh for every order, and their cheesesteaks put Philly's Best to shame. Just writing this review is making me crave one.

So, I love Jersey Mike's, just not this location. I was greeted by a gal that I don't think she looked at me the whole time. She made my sandwich without ever saying hello or how may I help you, and then rang me up and dropped my card and receipt on the counter without a simple "have a nice day". The entire time her and the other girl were too focused on chatting up the guy behind me who must be a regular. It's nice that they like their returning customers, but they are not gaining anymore with this behavior. I hope that this was a one-time event with this certain cashier, but sadly I won't be returning to find out

How can these girls have no sense of how to have customer service?? it is like they are annoyed and mad at you the entire time u are ordering...and they didn't say thank u once! very sad...love the sandwiches, not the staff.

OMG i cant believe i havent been here before even though i go to the gym and the nutrishop by here. Once i went the employees were super friendly and helpful knowing i was a first timer. We even met the owner there and he was amazingly awesome n caring. i loved the service! as for the food, delicious! def going back again. its like "subway" but suppperrr yummier, good price and healthy as well. they really pack the sandwich up and are not stingy with there veggies, meat or cheese like most subs places. must check it out if not already. def going again :)

I'm with J.N. and Clarissa on this one!!! Subs are ok but way overpriced! What makes this location so horrible is their lack of consistant good service. Just got back from there now and am compelled to write. Cashier was rude and clueless....when I asked for my receipt she looked puzzled. She then asked a fellow employee what to do and she gave her a fresh paper roll to put in the register. I wonder how long it was out? What a joke! I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I will walk a few shops down to Chipotle any day rather than put up with J.M.'s.

Subway who? This is my new favorite place for sub sandwiches. The meat and cheese for your sandwich is sliced to order, the bread is perfect for sub sandwiches, the produce is fresh and the people are friendly.
(5)
Lisa J.
This place makes a decent sandwich, but I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you receive. In Norco, your options for a good sub are slim. I have visited 4 or 5 times, when I'm craving a sub & in the area. I get my usual sandwich with no swiss or peppers. Both provolone and swiss cheese come standard on the sub. So you'd think if I don't get swiss, they would at least give me another slice of provolone. Nope! Just the one, unless you Demand more. Most times, these young ditsy girls will go on auto pilot and start dressing my meal with peppers anyway, even if was just a few seconds ago I said "No bell peppers". They will ask you at Least twice "You want it Mike's Way, right?", and I don't. The way the staff acts, it's like they get paid commission on those sandwiches made "Mike's Way"! I like both breads they use on their subs. Options for dressing your sandwich are not as extensive as Subway or Togo's, but Mike's has good topping choices for what they do carry. Would like to see an older age group of employees, or just ones with better work ethics, get incorporated at this store. Most times the teenage staff is just goofing off and not paying attention to their customers. With Riverside county having some of the highest unemployment rates, I figure the owner would have more choice in a better staff. I feel the sandwiches here are a bit chintzy with their meats and cheese. If you want a sandwich made YOUR way, not Mike's, try Togo's. Their business motto is designed around having lots of meats and cheeses stacked on your sub. For the same pricing as Mike's, you get a sub with at least double the meat and cheese! You will have to hop on the 15 & head over to Corona by Sam's Club. So, the value of a better sub is your call to make the trek or not. Best thing, there is no "Togo's way", that employees are repeatedly pushing to make your sandwich!

Simply the Best!! I have eaten here about 15 times since they opened and every time it has been great... The owner of the shop is very friendly and always out front talking with the guest. The meat and bread is always fresh. I live in Eastvale and drive past subways to get here. Always worth the drive....They are a great local business and I am happy to give them my business. Hot or cold they have great sandwiches.
(5)
Colleen M.
Love the subs until one day I came into restaurant and there was 3 flys flying around all the lettuce, pickles and onions area. I saw them land several times on food and the flys even landed on the bread the lay out. I immediately rolled out. Screw food when flys land on it and trow up. I now go to the Estvale location which is close to home and they keep the door shut(no flys ).

When it comes to eating an "chain" sub sandwich stores, I've pretty much been a Subway girl. I initially tried a sandwich from the Jersey Mike's location in Orange, ordering a ham and cheese sandwich which did not impress me for the price I paid. This was probably about a year or so ago. I stopped off the 15 freeway in Norco due to traffic congested and was in search for a place to eat with my daughter. It was a hot day so she wanted something cool and fresh, as opposed to hot fried food. We came across this Jersey Mike's and decided to stop in. The place was small, and a bit cramped because they were busy! I did notice that they had covered patio seating outside (an EZ up provided shade) to serve the hungry masses that converged on this place. Despite the line, the service was smooth and quick so be ready to place your order by the time you step up to the counter! Deli meats are neatly displayed in the chilled glass case, and when you place your request the server immediately slices up your desired meat fresh. This time, I decided to go for something different. We both ordered the California Club specialty sub. Freshly sliced turkey meat with provolone, bacon, avocado and all the fresh produce trimmings (lettuce, tomato, etc). The result was an incredibly satisfying meal compared to my first experience for this chain. Bread was soft and flakey, bacon was tasty and crunchy (not microwaved), creamy avocado spread across the entire bun atop of fresh crispy lettuce and tomato. It was heaven! We ordered the regular size (they offer mini, regular, and giant) which was a lot for us. I ate half and saved the rest for later. Also, they offer the "famed" Luzianne brewed tea in both sweet and unsweetened. There is also a variety of kettle cooked potato chips and east coast brand packaged pastries (similar to the late Hostess brand). I was very satisfied with this experience, and hence I will return to indulge in their other specialty sandwich options as I think just ordering a plain ham or turkey sub is too pricey.

I love the big kahuana. Came here on the way home from golf with my dad and this was his first time. he really like it The sandwich was way to hot and never cooled down and it was loaded with jalepenos for another hotness. gotta go easy on them next time and also let it sit for 20 mins to let it cool down.

On our way to the Ford dealership my fiance and I were looking for a new sandwich place to try , yelped and this is where we landed. The positive reviews are what brought us here and man were they right. Such a nice clean place, tvs for sports and staff was friendly. Best things about this place they sliced the meats right in front of you!, I ordered the cali club that has thinly sliced turkey but they add so much to your sandwich, thinly sliced deli meat is my favorite! The bacon was so delicious, the crunch in ech bite was just wonderful. I just think this place is sooooooo much better than subway, only thing that sucks is I wish there was a location in Riverside.

Addicted! Favorite is the #13 Mike's Way add yellow peppers. I prefer the cold sandwiches over the hot ones and I always get them Mike's Way.

Hands down, this place is so much better than Subway. I first tried this place when i was in WV. Now I'm really glad that there's one nearby. The cold subs are really good but I personally love their Chipotle cheese steak. Philly cheese steak is great too but I recently discovered the chipotle and I must say... it's awesome! I'm not saying it's the healthiest but if you want to treat yourself once in while, then this is the sandwich for you. Service is quick especially when ordering cold subs, but ordering the hot ones may take a few minutes longer because they "cook" the meat as you order rather than "heating" them in a microwave. You can phone your order in or go online. And if you have an iPhone, then you can download their app and order from there... a huge plus! Happy eating folks!

A place like Jersey Mike's is easy to review. They're good at what they do and their prices are really good, even though nothing here is particularly special. They don't have original sandwich creations, just the classics, although they do take special requests - I got a salami and cheese with no argument. Everything was well prepared, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff is pretty good. However, I had several serious problems at "Jersey" Mike's: 1. No one threw a beer bottle at me and called me a whore. 2. The restaurant smelled pretty clean. Even in the restroom, the floor wasn't urine soaked. 3. When I got back to my car, the windows weren't shattered with a baseball bat. 4. No one chased me down and threatened to kick the living snot outta me. All in all, a pretty good sandwich place, although definitely not an authentic Jersey experience.

I had never even heard of this franchise until one of my co-workers introduced me to it. I'm sure glad he did...Their sandwiches are super YUMMY! Fresh deli meats, cheese, and produce. Friendly staff. I'll be back!

I was sent here by a friend and I gotta say the employees are young and very rude and act as if you are putting them out just to take your order, I asked for a few more peppers on my sandwich and was given a rude look and she put a teaspoon more peppers,,,im sorry but if you dont like your job or are more preoccupied with things other than your job then go home,,the owner should hire more mature people that would be happy to have a job,,as for the sandwich it pretty good but I will not go back as long as rude kids are working there ill spend my hard earned somewhere else

Where do I even begin?! This place is PHENOMINAL! Not only is the food delicious, but the main reason why I keep coming back for more is because of the amazing employees. They really go that extra mile to be friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and the manager Ena is awesome. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out!

Got their 12-in club supreme and it was delicious!!! I got everything that were supposed to go in it including the "Mike's Way" dressing. It was my first time and I'm hooked!! The club supreme includes almost all the deli meats that they have. Place was very clean, associates were very friendly as well and the price was well worth it!

If I could give no stars I would make the mistake of coming here on Fourth of July stood waiting for 15 mins while staff was more concerned with phone orders then the line forming in front of them. When I finally got helped the mixed the subs up and made them backwards because the one sub we did take was wrong. When we went to pay I had earned a free mini sub and a free reg sub when I went to get them they tried to charge me a dollar and some change for an extra (1) slice of cheese on the mini. I told them to keep the sub an the teenager working the counter had no idea what to do. So between the twenty five mins the whole process took because they couldn't be bothered with in store customers, the lack of customer service and the less then clean kitchen area, then leaving with only one of two subs and it being wrong this place is horrible.

Subway = 5.00 subs Quiznos= Toasted subs Jersey Mikes = BOMB SUBS.... Glad to find one in my area. Good quality food with an east coast originality. It is a sub shop but the pastrami is comparable to the Hat. Just sayin. There is a pretty good deal for two for like 15.00 that includes two big sandwiches two cookies or chips and two drinks. Staff is very nice and friendly too.

Love Mikes. Will never come back to this location. Staff is unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. They seem entitled to our business when in reality, a business is about pleasing the customer. I would not be so bothered if the owner didn't know but I saw her here, behind the counter, in sandals, just hangin out. I'm not sure if she is aware of health regulations, or what quality customer service is because the first time I came, she giggled and gossiped with her young female employees while I (the only customer) waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. Bad bad business. Do your self a favor and drive a few miles to the limonite location where the service is the polar opposite. I work at a store in that center and they treat me wonderfully even though they give the food to me at a discount for working in the same center. That's what the service at Jersey Mikes is supposed to be like.

Best sub I've had in a long time, move over Subway! The red wine vinegar and oil plus the rows of tomatoes and bacon topped my roast beef and turkey sandwich over the top! Highly recommend and will be a regular from now on!!!

My wife and I had a great experience at jersey mikes, We arrived there around eleven am and the owner of the store was there to give us a complete run down of there sub store,as it was our first time ever eating there. We ordered our subs one hot and one cold mikes way. The subs were fantastic just like all the employees. I am very impresses reminded of Demicilles italian restraunt were I worked in high school. We have been back again since our first visit and we're equally impressed. Thanks jersey mikes for great subs and great employees.

This place is great!!! I ate at this place back east and was happy to see there out here now! The customer service in this store is just GREAT!!!! I ordered a mini sub and saw that they now sell tasty kakes... Which is a really popular and good desert treat!! I got extremely excited since they don't sell them here and bought a couple and the girl gave me a discount since I was excited. As I was leaving I saw one of the ladies give a cookie to a family that was eating inside. I thought it was very nice of them to do that! Great food and just amazing staff!! Defiantly recommend this place !!!

As good as it gets...in CA anyway! 1. The owner (Errol) is not only present & involved, but makes it apparent that he loves what he is doing. What a breath of fresh air. 2. The staff actually gives the impression, that they like their jobs...How can this be? They are young, WITH respectful customer service skills...??? Huge reason, right there for me to return...I am tired of people (of any age) with the attitude that I am interfering in their lives by coming to their place of business to buy their product...which pays their check...Jersey Mike's is very different!!! 3. The FOOD!!! Excellent. Excellent. 4. My husband's pet peeve #217 is the fact that NO ONE outside of Jersey/Philly knows how to make a proper or even decent Philly Cheesesteak. Jersey Mike's gets his stamp of approval, which blew my mind, knowing his prejudiced opinion toward this apparent delicacy of the northeast. 5. I can't say enough great things about Errol & Jersey Mikes!!! 6. My one and only complaint...Pepsi products, no Coke.

I have been to this location about six times so far and each time the staff has been friendly and the sandwiches are consistent. Jersey Mikes is my new go to sandwich shop. The #13 The Original is my favorite but I am a sucker for the #6 Roast Beef with provolone. They cook there roast beef in house to a perfect medium rare. It comes out perfect every time. I like my subs Mikes Way with light mayo and some banana peppers. So if your in the area check them out and give them a shot.

I've wanted to try this place for a while and had to convince my husband a sister to come with me. We finally went and weren't really wowed. It wasn't bad just so so. I got the club which I liked but thought it was a little pricey. My husband got the original. He said it was decent but lacked in flavor. My sister had the chicken Parmesan which she hated. She didn't even eat half of it. She said it was like mush and should have got the sauce on the side. They did have some delicious fresh made cookies that they were giving out. Since I don't exactly live close to the place I don't think I will be making a special trip to go again.

So good. Great change from the typical sandwich chains in the area. The staff was so friendly and the food was yummy. My husband and I ordered two different sandwiches to share. We had the original Italian: Provolone, ham, proscuittini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni and the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly: rilled onions and peppers. Available with either Steak or Chicken. Both were really tasty but I preferred the Philly. I have had Philly sandwiches from other sandwich places and they were lame. This one is the real deal. Next time I want a really good but really unhealthy sandwich I will come to Mike's. If they ask you if you want it Mike's way just say yes. Mike's way is the way to go.

I deffinetly prefer this place over subway any day! They also have a managers special which is almost the same amount u would spend at subway, except here u get your moneys worth. Their meat is fresh and sliced to order. Their club is my favorite! And u must get it Mike's way (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano) (:

Fresh ingredients, owner was friendly, staff needs a bit more training but overall experience was great. Glad that corona finally has a decent well known sandwich brand.

Best sub store I've been in town! Whenever I think of getting some sandwiches, I definitely go to this place. You guys should try the number 8. It is the best combination I've tasted. Even though it is kind of crowded at the lunch time but it's worth the wait. It's a little bit pricey for sandwiches.

When the owner was there, the place was great. The staff was very enthusiastic, and the subs were delicious. Every time I've been back since (and the owner is NOT there) the staff is border line rude. Even when it's not very busy they rush you through. The subs are pricey, although pretty good but with the way they serve it, not sure If I'll go back for a while. That is, unless the owner is back. I hope he reads this, too as I've seen this mentioned in other reviews. MR. OWNER, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS! But it's just OK now.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich place. Their freshly sliced deli meats and cheeses really make a difference and taste like you're eating a good, quality sandwich. They are a bit pricier than other sandwich places but you're getting a good size sandwich. I've only tried the Californian which is turkey and avocado because it's my fave! "Mikes Way" which is oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, lettuce, tomatoes and onions really tops the sandwich off nicely and adds great flavor. To top it off the owner and the staff are very friendly that makes for an overall great experience.

Yummy! Had the chicken parm sub and it was good. ( a little sloppy and soggy, but still good). My bf had the big kahuna sub and he devoured it. He said yummy too, but in a more manly way...lol Really friendly staff and clean facility. Will defiantly go there again.

This place is awesome. Nice variety of hot and cold subs. I've had the cheesesteak and it was really good, tender meat and very flavorful. My typical go-to however is the turkey and provolone. The meat is sliced thin and they're very generous with it. Love how much lettuce, tomato and onion they put on my sandwich. I always order the mini and am stuffed! The staff is pretty young but very helpful and pleasant. There's a gentleman there (I'm assuming either the owner/manager) who I've seen a couple times and he's really friendly and nice. I like to see management get behind the counter instead of just barking orders to employees. Overall, worth the price and wait. If you come around 11, you can beat the lunch rush- I've seen the line go almost out the door!

Absolutely fantastic! The "Italian" (Mikes way) was the bomb! Years ago there was a sub shop in Norco called The Grinder Hut. I loved their italian sub and they went out of business. Jersey Mike's sandwich reminds me of the old Grinder Hut's.....simply delicious! Happy dance big time! Two thumbs up!

I couldn't wait to try this place, and I'm sorry to say I was pretty disappointed when I did. The place was crowded at lunch, and because it hadn't been open very long, they were giving new customers the song & dance about how great they were and how to order. Unless you've just dropped in from another planet, you can figure out how to order a sub sandwich, so I didn't appreciate the clerk's condescending attitude. Perhaps because my mom is over 70 and used a walker, she felt the need to talk to us slowly in a sickeningly sweet voice. We had trouble getting rid of her until I opened my hot Philly Cheesesteak sandwich to point out that there was very little meat on the sandwich (I was REALLY disappointed). She just flashed another big smile & said "oh that must be what happens when they heat the beef" and that was the last we saw of her! Bad customer service! Sandwiches were pricey & NOT worth what we paid for them. Won't go back. Edit: OK, after reading the other great reviews, I might go back to to try one of the cold sandwiches, but I'd definitely stay away from the Philly Cheesesteak. Edit #2: Had to let you know that within 48 hrs. of seeing my review, I was contacted by the owner of this Jersey Mike's. He thanked me for my honesty and asked me to come in, meet him and give them another try. That's a class act! If I have the opportunity, I'll definitely stop in and try them again.

Absolutely delicious! The only downside was the line. There were 20 people in line when I walked in the door. The sandwich style is virtually the same as The Sub Station in Riverside. "The juice" only lacks the garlic in the TSS juice. Non-the-less, Jersey Mike's sandwich size and multiple locations gives me an alternative when I am out of town. Are they open now?

I have been going in here every Tuesday for lunch with my daughter before dropping her at her school for about a month and a half. Each time the employees look miserable, don't smile, don't get up from talking to their friend at one of the tables, don't greet me etc. I kept meaning to send an email to the owner, but I didn't. Today after Christmas break it was back to our old routine of getting a sandwich before going to school. The owner was very friendly (WOW, what is happening? Yay) He held some friendly chatter after pulling away from two workers one foot away at the register, while we were picking out our drinks and chips, then asked what my daughter wanted, he took our order. He said great we will be right with you. He then proceeded to turn around with his back faced to us and continue to talk about the problem they were having with the register. He then asked one of the girls to help us. The girl didn't even look at us and they kept facing the back wall continuing to talk about their problem with the register not even saying I will be right with you. I could have made my own sandwich behind the counter and they wouldn't have noticed. We even set our drinks down and our chips and just stood there. We eventually walked out without anything to eat. I doubt they noticed we left. There was not ONE other customer in the whole entire store. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Our family was given gift cards for a free sandwich on a fundraiser day, which happened to be their opening weekend. The line was very long, but they kept it moving. The owner was on the grill and there were several people on the "line". I'm not much on sandwiches, I like Subway, but I am a convert. Jersey Mike's sandwiches are so much better than Subway. The freshly cut meats and cheeses are amazing. My husband and I have been there three times and I get the same thing each time...The Italian. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I don't like soggy bread, so I didn't have the oil and vinegar added. BIG MISTAKE. I still don't have them add it, i get it on the side and add it as I eat the sandwich. But what a treat. I have never heard of this company, but they make an awesome sandwich and I love me some Jersey Mike's. My husband has had the Club, a grilled sandwich (can't remember what it's called) and he loves them too. I haven't tried the Tuna in a wrap but that would be the only reason I would go back to Subway. Oh, I mentioned the manager/owner earlier... He is a VERY nice guy. The first two times we were in there, he was working the grill and the line. He greets you and is genuinely interested in making you happy. He is training his staff right too, because when we were in there yesterday, his assistant manager, was just as good as he was. Good job!

hands down the best sandwiches in norco, possibly corona too. sorry 6th Street Deli. the ingredients make them unique and the meat is as fresh as it gets. both cold and hot sandwiches are quality.

My sandwich in '12 must have been a fluke. Since than I have frequented quite often cause, let's all just admit these sandwiches are tasty as hell! They always have good customer service and take pride in what they do.
(5)Nijole T.
(3)Alexis V.
I came in about 845 pm and they claimed to be closed yet there hours say they are open till 9. Everything was closed up so they werent able to make sandwiches. There staff closes up too early. The sandwiches are great but maybe they should work on their management.
(1)Will H.
(1)Bridgette D.
(1)Claudia K.
(1)Christina A.
(4)Breanna B.
(1)Natasha N.
(1)Jessica V.
This location was the original jersey mikes in the corona/Norco area and is still the best ! Owner and staff are friendly and the food is great. Try your sandwich mikes way even if you are usually picky with trying new things
(5)Kyle H.
(2)Jessica S.
(1)Darla D.
We were out on a drive out of town. I was really hungry so we decided to stop here at this location. It was quite busy so we had to wait for a bit. This is a smaller location in the shopping center. It was clean and employess were friendly but a bit overwhemlmed with the luch crowd. None the less still good.
(3)A N.
The manager is very nice here and always makes sure the customers are happy. Love this place. The staff is AMAZING! And the food is always made fast & great.
(5)John R.
(2)Michelle F.
Yikes.
(1)Loveon F.
(1)Nezumi K.
The sandwich here is delightful. It's the spice combo that really does it. Try the the California club it is one of the better ones.
(5)Felicity H.
This was the most organized Jersey Mikes Subs I have been too. The crew was happy and helpful. Even the owner was behind the counter talking to every customer while making the line go by very fast. I highly recommend this store.
(5)J. P.
(3)Matt M.
(1)Rosanna W.
Very disappointed. Three people working in there today just standing around and the place was filthy. Counters were dirty the table were dirty and the floors had food all under the tables. First and last visit.
(1)Darren H.
(5)Mellissa H.
My first visit was yesterday. Really bad service. Unprofessional. My wrap was a mess. Needed a fork to eat it. Waaaay overpriced. Thumbs down. I won't be going back anytime soon.
(1)Adilene A.
I went for the first time last week, the man at the counter helped me choose my sandwich and was sooo friendly and helpful! The sandwich was delicious! I will never go back to subway again, this place is awesome.
(5)James W.
Lil girl working the cash reg is so rude! This is the. 3rd time. No eye contact throws your change back. Come on!!!! Where is the manager???? Place was dirty kids are having personal conversations behind the counter so everyone can hear! Well thats my last time! Hope the owner reads this!
(1)Stephanie R.
Not a big fan of the subs here. To greasy and big for me. If your into lots of greAse meat and cheese than this is the place for you. I honestly prefer subway simply because I prefer healthier sub
(2)m j.
(5)Rolando M.
(4)Dori Q.
Love Jersey Mikes! Fresh food and great service. Ordered a catering pack today, last minute. Food was ready and delicious. Service was awesome! Thanks!
(5)Huy T.
Jersey Mikes is starting to grow! Sandwiches are amazing! Slowly subway will RIP because some people will pay the extra dollar for better taste!
(5)Shari M.
However, they are way better than Subway and Quiznos.... fa sho.
(4)Shalene C.
(5)Kirstin H.
Eh. Not great but not bad. Better than subway. Their marinara sauce could use some work though. All in all it's worth trying out.
(3)Jeff R.
(5)David V.
I hope that this was a one-time event with this certain cashier, but sadly I won't be returning to find out
(1)Amanda V.
How can these girls have no sense of how to have customer service?? it is like they are annoyed and mad at you the entire time u are ordering...and they didn't say thank u once! very sad...love the sandwiches, not the staff.
(1)Risha C.
(5)Leo C.
(1)Ole O.
Subway who? This is my new favorite place for sub sandwiches. The meat and cheese for your sandwich is sliced to order, the bread is perfect for sub sandwiches, the produce is fresh and the people are friendly.
(5)Lisa J.
(3)Don P.
(5)Colleen M.

Best sandwiches in town! I have not tried one that I don't like! The staff is friendly and even with a line of customers waiting they are super fast!

(5)Johnny S.
Very tasty. JM better than Subway. Good sub.
(4)Kim Y.

(4)Carissa C.
(1)Doug L.
The Chipotle cheese steak has great flavor, the best I've had on the west coast (#43)
(5)Dan L.
The friendliest staff anywhere. The food is great - I won't ever eat subway again if a Jersey Mike's s around.
(4)Daniel B.
Best sub I've had in a long time, move over Subway! The red wine vinegar and oil plus the rows of tomatoes and bacon topped my roast beef and turkey sandwich over the top! Highly recommend and will be a regular from now on!!!
(5)Tim B.

(5)Kacey C.
This place is awesome. And everyone there rocks. especially Fable. FOOD IS AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE.
(5)Melissa M.
(5)Aaron M.
Good place for lunch. Subs are good. I've only eaten here once, but I'm sure I'll be back soon. Lots of variety.
(4)Allison A.
Bomb..Friendly staff and yummy sandwiches.
(5)Dustin D.

(4)Jessica R.
(4)WARREN P.
Fresh ingredients, owner was friendly, staff needs a bit more training but overall experience was great. Glad that corona finally has a decent well known sandwich brand.
(4)Christina S.
(4)Sarah S.
(3)Amy D.
(5)dilma d.

(5)Bella A.

(1)Ronald T.

Good job!
(5)Jeff R.
hands down the best sandwiches in norco, possibly corona too. sorry 6th Street Deli. the ingredients make them unique and the meat is as fresh as it gets. both cold and hot sandwiches are quality.
