Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

we stop by here a lot on our way home from the gym because it's right around the corner and open late. it is mostly a to-go place with just a couple tables and chairs if you want to eat in. service is pretty fast. we almost always get the burgundy kale salad (with goat cheese instead of roquefort -- blue cheese is the only cheese i will not fight someone for) and the sonoma turkey sandwich. the sandwich bread is awesome. they bake their own sandwich bread (i actually think it's baked to order, it tastes that warm and fresh -- maybe it's parbaked, and that's how they make it so fast) and it's doughy and chewy and delicious. the lobster pizza is a worthless $19 for "lobster-infused" pink sauce and a couple shrimp thrown on top. no, there are no lobster chunks in the "lobster-infused" pink sauce. i actually think it might not even be made from any lobster and it's just a huge joke they're playing on us. i can imagine someone in the back laughing every time a customer pays $19 for this crap. and no, you can't get the lobster-infused pink sauce on any other pizza. because, you know, the wondrous pink sauce can't be wasted on your custom pizza. the pizza crust is on the thin side and it gets soggy in the middle because of all the sauce. the other pizzas are priced appropriately, about $10-12. other than the lobster pizza disaster, i like this place for the convenience, the fast service, and the rest of the food is pretty good.

I worked next door to this restaurant strip for a few months and Berri's Kitchen became part of my weekly take out. They have a wide selection of sandwich options and you can pretty much build your own if you want. They also have personal sized pizzas, which look amazing, but I've never tried them. I ordered the chicken/avocado sandwich each time, which is fantastic. The only complaints that I have is that there are no sides served with the sandwich and it's fairly pricey for just a sandwich. If they added chips, a side salad, etc., this would easily be a 4-5 star review.

Stopped in here for a late night bite after hitting the bars. Ordered the Truffle Bacon flatbread which was pretty good. Came out fast and was piping hot-- almost too hot. Overall, the ingredients were very fresh and the pizza boys friendly. I'd come back.

LOBSTER PIZZA AND PULLED PORK BBQ SANDWICH AMAZING!!! We have started ordering food for our office for last two weeks. Very good choices on the menu and everybody is happy with the quality of food. I personally love the chinois salad with the ginger dressing. 5 stars because I can eat at the restaurant now, because they have tables :)

Ordered takeout at 3:45 pm, got to the store around 4:00 pm after my order taker told me the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I got to the restaurant there was a lady and two teenagers in line ordering. I told a worker that I was there for pick up and sat down. By 4:10 pm both parties had received their food and I was asked to pay. I got my food at 4:23 pm. During the time that I was in the store there were 5 workers in white and one in red, no one else in the store but it took 43 minutes to get my food when I was told 10-15. There does not seem to be a reason for the food to take so long, nor was one given. The food is decent: 3.5 They're open late. To accommodate their 45 minute to go order schedule. Walk in to order your food they do not care about to go orders.

So I gave Berri's another try and they made me a bomb ass kale and quinoa salad (with extra quinoa) and a delicious portobello mushroom pizza with goat cheese. Yummy!!! Boy did they make up for last time! I love this place!! I'll definitely be back soon!
(5)Adam M.
Can't beat it. Best pizza in West LA! I order once a week, always at my door within 30M and sometimes less. I went in to pick up food many times, dealt with Gustavo and he's wonderful. Always request the driver Luis he gets there with the food hot and on time.

I tried Berri's Kitchen out a few nights ago and was impressed by the service and quality of the food. We chose to get the works pizza, the shrimp pesto flatbread, and the berri chinois salad. The pizza is thin but not so thin that your pizza gets soggy. It can hold up, which is especially important when taking your food home or on the delivery ride over. The works has a little bit of everything which is what I like. The shrimp pesto was delish but the chili pepper flakes and oil can get a bit hot. The heat on my tongue quickly escalated as I took my bites into it. The chinois salad is a very good mix of napa cabbage and lettuce with asian influences. The dressing is great and complements the salad well. Not too "asian" or soy saucy. This place is take out and delivery only for the most part, unless you are one of the lucky 3 people who can sit down at their small bar table. I didn't know this and thought there was an extra dining room in the back... instead I found bathrooms haha. When we were waiting for our pizza we went to pick up some wine to eat with our dinner. A great night in! The guys at the restaurant forgot to pack our salad dressing, but they were kind enough to drive it over to us! They get an A+ in customer service from me. I am excited to try more of their pizzas in the future.
(4)Catharine Y.
This place is ok. I've tried their kale + quinoa salad and chopped salad. Both are just ok - nothing to write home about. I haven't tried any other dish though. There's parking in the tiny parking lot but no sitting room at all. It's a grab and go place.
(3)Aiko S.
The price is so high for what it is. Their pizza is really oily and I got sick afterwards... It is good that they stay open really late though. Free parking. Nice service.
(2)Josh R.
This place makes a pretty decent European pizza. The flavors meld together well and you can select a pie from their menu or build your own. I ordered a "works" pizza. Which had the usual fixins of sausage, onion, olive etc. The crust was good, and the toppings worked together, but I felt that at $12 for what amounts to a snack for two or a meal for one person is a little steep. That said, you can do far, far worse in the pizza department. They are decent for a higher-end pie, but they are not a "pizza destination" for me. If I'm in the neighborhood and I'm high-carbing it, it's probably one of the better choices in that it beats fast food chinese, Mexican, and sushi.
(4)Amanda S.
My rating would be higher if it weren't for the ludicrous $7 delivery charge. I used to live around the block from the Berri's on 3rd Street and had heard a lot about how amazing their lobster pizza was. I never tried it, but I always wanted to. Now that I'm in West LA and saw that this place opened up super close to me, I figured now was a great time to finally test it out. I ordered the Lobster Pizza and the Truffle Bacon Flatbread. They were both really good, but the Lobster definitely won out. The pink sauce and the generous helping of shrimp is just perfect. I liked the Truffle Bacon too, but I felt like it needed something more in terms of sauce. I might order the Lobster Pizza all the time.... if it weren't for that delivery charge! I know that it's common now to have a charge for delivery, I get it, but $7? That's absolutely ridiculous. Unless that includes tip, it's downright absurd to me. Berri's, your food is pretty good but the only time I'm ordering from you is when I'm totally desperate and found some extra change in my couch cushions. Lower that charge to something more reasonable and I'll be calling you all the time!

What I had: Shrimp Pesto Flatbread The Work Pizza Strawberry Shortcake Out of the 3 above, I like the shrimp pesto flatbread and the shortcake the best. The Work Pizza was okay, nothing special and like some reviews said, the middle does get soggy and doesn't hold it well. The ingredient tasted fresh but it is not like OMG, this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. I like the Shrimp Pesto Flatbread pizza, THIS I like A LOT!! The cheese was gooey, and the chili flakes added a kick to the pizza. They could put more shrimp on there but the flavors are all there. I really like the dough for both the pizza and flatbread. The texture was really on point. The texture of this dough is definitely the best I have tried and I love pizza! The strawberry shortcake was out of this world. It is light and not too sweet... Each bite you take in... it feels like you are closer to heaven... Just really good. I would order it again and again and again and again!
(4)Maya F.
I would actually give this place 3.5 stars if I could. I've ordered from this place twice and the pizza is pretty good. The toppings were fresh and the flavor was solid. The crust had a good balance of crispy and chewy, except both times it was soggy in the middle. So soggy I couldn't actually hold a piece of pizza up to eat it. That is my only complaint. The kale salad with dried apricots and hazelnuts was really good. I substituted the Roquefort for goat cheese. The salad with beets isn't bad either. A little heavy on the frisée though. They have late delivery hours and are pretty prompt. I will try them again. *UPDATE* I have ordered three times from this restaurant since my review and the crust has much more substance, it definitely held up better. Wasn't soggy in the middle. The Exotica salad was very good. The bacon, burrata, truffle oil, chive flatbread was fantastic! I will definitely continue to order from here. UPDATE 5/10/2015: I just ordered the Monterey sandwich...SO good! Can't wait to try their other sandwiches!
(4)Myriam B.
Best Pizza in LA, thanks chef Gaby :) Great atmosphere, must try the Lobster and the Barbacoa pizza
(5)Sarah G.
Excellent food and service! Definitely recommending to friends.
(4)Antoinette T.
My co workers speak so highly of this place and now I know why. The prices are reasonable, food is delicious, the place is clean inside & the customer service is impeccable. I informed the gentleman it is my first time here & he gave me a full break down on what they have to offer. I ordered the Sonoma sandwich & it is extremely good.
(5)Michelle R.
If you like Berry's pizza on 3rd you will love this place. This is the take out/delivery version. There are tons of toppings to choose from. The pizza here is absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection! Thin style crust. Gluten Free option available. You can get really creative with your creations here: al pastor, chicken chorizo, poblano chile's garnished with cilantro. The portobello goat cheese pizza is also AMAZING! They have salads that I will definitely come back to try. I also love that they have Harney and Sons Iced teas. this is a fantastic grab and go place!
(5)Jackie S.
Although I drive by this location several times a week, I stopped for lunch for the first time on Sunday. John prepared a personal pizza topped with 3 kinds of vegetables that was fresh and delicious. I made a meal with the side house salad. The dressing was light and flavorful and I wanted to buy a bottle to take home and put on everything. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely stop by again.
(5)Sha L.
I had never been to Berri's on 3rd, so I had no idea what to expect when they opened up this location. Pizza was a welcome surprise. From the reviews, I knew I wanted to try the goat cheese & portobello. I'm a little sad that the oil soaked through the box by the time I got home. Overall, I enjoyed the fresh ingredients, and mild flavors. Less oil would have made it perfect. I am really impressed with the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The design was nice and open. I can't wait to try the lobster pizza!
(4)Sabrina A.
Berri's Kitchen is the place to go if you are hungry late at night after a night out. They are open until 4am. They make the best pizzas! They also serve salads, steaks, pastas and more. Most people usually go there for their pizza. Great service and great food. My waitress forgot to ask me if i was interested in tap water or Fuji water. So she just poured Fuji water in my cup without asking me and ended up charging me $7 for it, LOL! $7 is of course nothing but i was bothered by the fact that she didn't even ask me if I was okay with that! I brought it to her attention and she was kind enough to apologize and remove the charge. So just make sure you know that if you dont get tap water, you are paying extra to drink water :)
(4)Chi H.
NO LOBSTER ON THE TINY LOBSTER PIZZA FOR $20.11!!! Only 4 pieces of shrimp. Cutting corners on a pizza marked up so high. LAME!!!!!! You Berri... You're lame... and cheap... and your pizzas making me poo... and it's hurting me... BERRI FAMOUS BROWN PIZZA
(1)Haejong M.
I fell in love with Berri's kitchen the first time I tried it. I'm disappointed the second time around to see how skimpy they have become with the toppings..especially avocado. The chinose salad is pretty awesome!
(3)J R.
Driving home from the office and wanted to try something new. Randomly walked into the place in the strip mall if passed a ton of times. I ordered the Berri special pizza ($10) with shrimp and the Fresno sandwich ($10). Pizza looked great and even tried some on the way home! When I got home I opened the sandwich and what it amounted to was pizza dough bread that was "okay" and a small spoonful of chicken salad on each half. They didn't even include lettuce/arugula so it was bread and chicken salad. I felt like I got a steal on the pizza (8 small slices) but was robbed on the sandwich. Would definitely come back for the pizza (enough for 1.5 ppl) but don't order the sandwiches.
(3)Chris D.
Ate here for the first time! Ordered the works pizza, shrimp pesto flatbread and the berri chinois salad. The pizza was delicious, not soggy with a crispy crust. They unfortunately forgot to give us the dressing for the salad, however! they were nice enough to deliver the dressing to my home!! Great service and great food that is open late! Recommend this place for takeout food
(4)Pam R.
Pretty good service and they were fast and friendly. Had the chicken pesto pizza.
(4)Aram D.
Ordered delivery at 2:30am. Service on the phone and wait time was excellent. However, I asked to pay in cash and when the driver delivered the pizza, she had no change for me! Seriously? You charged me $5 for a delivery fee, which I totally understand, I pay with cash, and yet you can't break $40 for a pie that's $26. Shame on you. Enjoy your $14 tip. I really wanted to love you but now you'll never hear from me again Berri's. Adios!
(2)Ben H.
Do not order from this place. They will take half an hour to sit on your order before calling to cancel, and not even try to offer a means of compensating you. What a bummer. ETA: after I called and complained, I got a 20% coupon for my next meal. I think a free pizza would have been more appropriate, but I will bump them up a star for something.
(2)Edgar R.
This place opened up not too long ago, to promote the restaurant they had free pizza for lunch for about a week. Since the line was too long I didn't want to wait but my co-workers did and they brought back a pizza for me. The pizza was ok, nothing to brag about, the dough was a bit bland. Fast forward to today, I decided to give it another try and decided to have lunch here with my co-worker. We walk in, she is attended to and they take her order, so I am waiting, waiting and more waiting and no one ever approached me to see if I wanted to order something. It was rather obviously that I wanted to place an order because I was looking at their menu board. After a few minutes of waiting I opted to eat next door at the deli. The only reason I gave this place one star is because I have to.
(1)Michelle K.
This place is alright if you're looking for a last minute, quick bite to eat. It's in a weird shopping center (fat burger, Chinese, sushi) but the interior looks nice. The prices are fairly decent and it looks like there are different varieties of flatbreads but you're pretty limited with salad and sandwich options (about 5 to choose from). I only ordered the turkey sandwich, so unfortunately this post will only be about that. The bread was pretty mealy (whole wheat), and I could only eat about half of the sandwich before throwing it away. The turkey meat was room temp and the bacon was a little too crunchy-stale. Maybe I came on an off day, but the sandwich didn't sit well in my stomach (if you catch my drift) :(
(2)Jack L.
Great pizza! Had a Santa fe and pesto pizza. They were both amazing! Saw a few 1 star reviews down below due to $7 delivery. Frankly, I understand why customers are upset, but hey, someone is gonna pay for the delivery vehicle, and the driver right? It's like everything else, you get what you pay for. $7 for the hassle of getting yourself round trip to the restaurant, gas and putting extra milage on the car.. That is pretty reasonable.
(5)Jedith S.
I ordered the works pizza. The pizza itself was ok, I'd give this place 3 stars if it weren't for the awful employee working the register. I ordered the works pizza via eat24 for pick up and when my bf got there to pick up the pizza, the employee just said, "We don't have anything to-go." She doesn't even double check the computer or ask anyone for help. Nothing. My bf showed her our receipt from eat24 and still nothing. Just an, "Ok, well we still don't have anything to go." Rude. I called eat24 then they called the restaurant to walk her through everything. She was speaking so quietly while on the phone with eat24 as though her incompetence would go unnoticed. And then, oh look! There's the order. The cooks and other employees in the back were very nice and accommodating. I feel bad for them that they have to work with this employee. I understand mistakes happen but to be condescending, rude and not even apologize for a mistake one made is just unacceptable in hospitality. I was going to let this go but I would have to say that was the worst experience I've ever had in hospitality. I've worked in hospitality. That employee should be fired immediately. 40 minutes later, we got our pizza thanks to the cooks and eat24. Never ordering from this place again.
(1)Jason S.
I got a menu in mail and was totally stoked that this place is walking distance from my place. The location has a great image, clean, and nice staff. They have a bunch of pre-set pizzas or you can choose your own toppings. They also have salads too. I ended up going with their lobster pizza being its listed as their popular choice. I was expecting it to be mouth watering amazing being its 19$. The pizza was just ok. Having lobster on there definitely was yummy but it was a bit too much pink sauce and not enough cheese. I'm excited to come back though and make my own custom pizza. :)
(4)Eduardo O.
Love the food so much quick delivery. Always ask for Luis to deliver he's fast and professional.
(5)Sean S.
Great place, specially for late night eaters like me. The bread is to die for. The staff are also very nice and friendly.
(5)Sarkis Y.
I just recently ate here and I have to say, this place is a must eat location! The service was great and the food options were fantastic too! If you decide to take a chance on this place there are two dishes you absolutely must have; The Lobster Pizza and the Pastor Torta. Both entrees taste great and I highly recommend them! Give this place a chance and try the dishes out, you won't regret it!
(5)Stephanie C.
So three stars... Only because the staff is so nice and the lobster pizza tastes good. We live three blocks from Berris and after having spent so many late nights at the one on 3rd the excitement for a Berris down the street was uncontrollable! First of all- they did NO outreach to the neighbors they had a huge opening party and didn't even drop menus at neighboring streets. Strike one Second- we went in there one night and spoke to the really nice manager with a french accent. Yeah okay he was good looking too but just really a good customer service experience. However he did tell us that there would not be a charge for delivery because we are down the street and the second time we ordered for delivery- we were charged. Strike two Lastly- we ordered tonight a lobster pizza and a Berris special for delivery and complained about the past delivery charge so not only did they not charge us but the general manager delivered the pizza himself! We thought that was really thoughtful. Unfortunately he brought us cold pizza, and not like Luke warm cold it was freezing cold! So whatever we forgave him for that sort of until we stared to eat. The Berris special was disgusting it has NO taste at all and we had to just eat the outside crust with a bit of the good tomato sauce. The lobster pizza was delicious as always but soooo soggy! I think Berris kitchen needs Berris on third chefs to come and train the new guys! Of course I will come back but beware when ordering from this new location that they haven't quite figured out all of the kinks! Cold pizza? Come on guys!
(3)Cesar D.
Walked in to berris kitchen for the first time today and i have ti say this is the best pizza I've ever had. They have a huge selection of toppings and it was hard to make a decision but since i love bbq i had the santa fe bbq and a chicken pesto.. The atmosphere felt welcoming and and the customer service was awesome!!!! Im definitely coming back and would definitely recommend it.
(5)Forrest N.
Ordered a salad that was very tasty! However, it is a little pricey for not being able to fill you up. Other items on the menu are also very good and can be made vegetarian!
(4)Jesse S.
So the hours say 11a to 4a daily. I come at lunch and they're closed until 5? Meanwhile there's a crowd of people and they're getting pizza. Place just opened I work across the street. Talk about an abrupt end to my excitement to try the place. Maybe it's good, but I will never know. I eat lunch in this center about 4 days a week and I will likely never go to Berri's. Good PR job! They have had crowds here the two days theyve been open, so I'm sure they won't miss me.. But it's over before it started...... On to Fatburger.... The thing that really stuck out was the attitude of the people.. Like I was some kind of fool for even thinking they'd be open at lunch time. You're a casual pizza joint in west LA not some haute couture hollywood hang out attracting Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez.. #getinwhereyoufitin *****update***** Came back to give another chance.. Really good pizza and I'll be back regularly.
(4)Ruby H.
My friend and I ordered salads to-go from here. We each got the BERRI'S CHINOIS salad, which has: Chicken, Napa Cabbage, Romaine, Bean Sprouts, Julienned Carrot & Cucumber, Shiitake, Sesame Seeds, Wonton Chips with Sesame Ginger Dressing. It was pretty good. The salad was $10, which is about average. I ate the entire salad. The serving could have been larger, because for the same price, I could get a larger salad at California Chicken Cafe and probably have leftovers. I'd like to go back and try their pizza. My friend and I were originally going to eat there, but I didn't realize there was only a small bar-style area for seating, which had about 5 - 6 stools. I had my child with me, so that wasn't going to cut it. Not a bad place for takeout.
(4)Shazeen N.
We walked here as it's super close to my house... And they're open till 4am. Such cool staff. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help you regardless of how late it may be. Phil and mathiu helped me pick my pizza and desert and it was a great craving killer. It hit the spot and we enjoyed it completely. These boys are so much fun and helpful. If you're in the area you gotta try their Santa Fe and berri's original.
(5)Lauren M.
First time here Cute place for the size! Cashier was super friendly good customer service! Food tastes great / fresh and was prepped and made fast ! I got a exotica salad & the goat cheese and portobello is awesome
(5)Rosalyn T.
Delicious food.. Great service and fast delivery. Awesome if you dont feel like cooking dinner and need to get something on the dining table quickly. I highly recommend the exotica and the chinois salad. So filling and really tasty dressing. Everything is really fresh done right.
(5)Tylon S.
I enjoyed this group of young folk. They were very helpful and friendly. And the Build your own pizza was delicious. I enjoyed the wide selection of toppings. Thanks it was my first time here. I'll definitely return. Signed, Tbe Comedian Lady
(5)Gertrudis S.
Just had "The Cut Salad" super delish! Huge salad, lots of fresh ingredients and the lemon dressing really worked well with the avocado on this salad. Cant wait to try the pizza, all the ingredients in the pizza bar looked really fresh and yummy. This place is a welcome change from the other options at this local (fatburger, del taco, sushi...) Plus it's OPEN UNTIL 4:00a.m!
(4)Claire M.
I had the goat cheese and portobello, truffle and bacon and the chop salad. The goat cheese and portobello is AMAZING! 5 stars. The salad was pretty average and the truffle pig was good. Everything overall was great and I was super surprised by this place especially because of the caliber of food that is in this plaza...del taco, sushi, Chinese. We waited about 20 mins when we walked in and ordered so I think calling in ahead or ordering delivery is the way to go. I have to try that lobster pizza, it is going to be so hard to not order the goat cheese and portobello though!! Highly recommend you give this place a try!
(4)Michelle K.
I ordered the Five Cheese and Pear flatbread and the Berri's Chinois Salad. Both were good. I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed the flatbread (I normally wouldn't order items like that with fruit) and I would definitely get it again. The outer part of the bread was a bit hard and dry, but overall, I am glad I had it. The salad was nice; crunchy, fresh and full of flavor. The Sesame Ginger dressing was delicious! I didn't realize there were mushrooms (I clearly didn't read that part), but if I had noticed, they would have gladly left them off. I'm glad I went and next time, I think I may indulge in the lobster pizza.
(4)Kendall M.
Went to the grand opening of this pizza restaurant for free pizza, and it was packed, which is great! The pizza took a while to come out because there were so many people, but the salad came out immediately and was pretty good. Though I got this food for free, I would say the restaurants normal prices are a bit overpriced for their food. $19 for a personal lobster pizza seems over priced, and the salad I ate would normally be around $10, and it wasn't THAT filling for a salad. Going back, this would be a special treat of a restaurant, mostly because I'm on a budget and it's not necessarily a sit down location. The staff were friendly, the restaurant clean. "Quick style" food (think chipotle). Great lunch spot for local businesses.
(4)Cayley S.
I couldn't actually even tell you where this place is BC we've only ever ordered late night delivery from them... And it's literally like having a gourmet chef as your best friend that you've just been out drinking with all night. The BBQ chicken pizza, the Napa sandwich and the prosciutto flatbread are some of our faves. If you just got home and you're in desperate need of some delicious and fast food, this should be your choice! Trust!
(5)Stason P.
This pizza place is the most awesome and lookin real italian pizza in La! Their thin crust and good topings making this pizza real deli, not just like other pizzas in the corner. It worth every peny for it. Big variety of different mushrooms and many cheese choices to topit up. Really delicious and awesome place!
(5)Shirley J.
Absolutely luv this place... Yummi build your own pizza!!! Great service... Fresh food
(5)Mica L.
Don't order lobster ravioli. It's literally $20 for 4 stingy pieces. Never again. At least have 6 or 7. It won't kill you!!
(2)Valerie Q.
OMG. Ordered delivery from these guys using the eat24 app, and not only were they faster than the expected deliver time, but the food was AMAZING. The lobster pizza was great, and the bacon flat bread was to die for. Sooooooooo good!!!!!
(5)Caroline V.
I'm giving this place 3 stars all because of the service...WORST!!! Every time I call to place an order for either delivery or pickup, I'm on hold for at least 5 min. with an annoying song playing in the background. The pizzas are delicious though.
(3)Lady A.
Tried the lobster pizza. It was good but for $19, it's a bit pricey for what it is. The service was good & I didn't try anything else. The place inside is small but it is nice. There are seating on the right & I believe outside. I like that you can also order online. Would come back but probably not for the lobster pizza.
(4)Shota Y.
Dunno what some of these obnoxious fools are talking about. The pizza is good. And it comes out fast. The staff is nice too.
(5)Jordan F.
I ordered the prosciutto flatbread, which was mostly a pile of arugula and lemon dressing on top of a lukewarm crust. Compared to Berri's Cafe, the attitude and customer service here royally sucks.

We came in at around 1 a.m. We ordered a large lobster pizza. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the food finally came out. However, we got a SMALL pizza. After pointing out we ordered large and not a regular pizza the waitress said it'll take about 7 minutes to fix the error. We waited for 15 minutes then asked the waitress about the food, to which she replied it's Saturday and they are busy but she will see what she can do. We noticed that 3 tables came after us, and all 3 received their food. An hour has passed by and all we received were two Coke's. We decided to leave, and they tried to charge us for the Coke, which was barley used.

We were looking for a place to eat at 3am. We had decided to eat at Fatburger (ugh) and saw this place open. Anything was better than Fatburger. Ordered the Santa Fe Pizza - amazing -- This is going to be our after hours place.

$7 delivery charge!! ... For just that, they are not worth a penny. Almost all pizza places deliver pizza for free. That's ridiculous.

We got a delivery . Staying at a hotel for conference and was craving some good pizza. Me and my friend ordered the Works and the Lobster Pasta. Arrived in 10 mins . Loved the food . high Quality and warm. Midnight Craving

I would give zero stars for this place if I could but since I can't I'll give it one star. The food is decent but the service is awful. So I came here with my bf for a quick late night dinner. I saw they had flat bread which is the same dough as pizza bread and decided I wanted a flat bread because its small and not too big but enough to be full. So I asked the guy if I can make a custom flat bread and he said yes. So I start to tell the guy I want marinara sauce on my flat bread and he says no I can't have sauce on my flat bread and its like what...I mean I understand if it's not common but they should at least let me put it on and charge for it but no and the guy was so rude and lame and difficult me and my bf definitely gave each other looks like really your gonna be this difficult about sauce so we just said screw it and ordered a pizza. I wanted fresh sliced tomatos on my pizza and the guy made it seem like i was asking him to cut off his arm to do this he made it seem like making my pizza was the hardest most inconvient thing in the world. Ugh ... So I asked another one of the workers if I could speak to the manager and I told him about the flat bread incident and he starts giving bullshit excuses about how they have very little space to cook etc and I called him on his shit saying are you fucking kidding you use the same dough and the same workspace and the sauce is right there so wtf are you talking about. In my head I'm thinking he sounds like a dumb ass and even he admitted its lame they can't custom make my flat bread with sauce and he of course being called out on his shit back peddles and says well we aren't allowed to put sauce on your bread because of our image and because of our image the owner doesn't allow it. Now why he couldn't say that first without some bullshit excuse about not enough work space is beyond me. Anyways the point is avoid this lame ass pretentious spot if you don't feel like dealing with bullshit excuses , pretension and rude staff that doesn't care and acts like its such a hardship to make your food as if your putting them out and inconviencing them. There are too many awesome food spots in LA to bother wasting time with this lame ass spot.

Went there for the first time today. It was pretty good, but pricey. I think I will go back. I didn't really care for the guy helping me with my order but the guy that checked me out was great. If it wasn't for him I don't know that I could stand by their customer service. I had questions and the guy making my pizza really didn't seem to be up for any questions even though it was my first time there. The cashier guy came through though and was very helpful. I got the shrimp/lobster pizza with kale added and shortcake. Good food.

What a terrible experience! Too bad I've been waiting for months for this place to open. Clearly, they are still not ready to be. You would think just the sheer number of staff members present would ensure some level of competency. You would be wrong. Place your order by checking boxes on their order form. Note to staff members: This form has TWO sides! Seriously? We filled out our form and waited. They gave us one pizza and were like, ok, done! We said, where are the 3 other things we ordered? I cannot tell you the sad comedy it was to see this group of workers all taken aback at the big reveal...as they...turn over...the order form! Hey, there's more stuff on this side! Whoa! So they let our pizza sit there on the counter as they very slowly worked on the other items. They pulled a pre-made salad out of the fridge. Not what I was expecting, not what I wanted. The greens were actually yellow and the serving small. They forgot the dessert. They forgot that they hadn't rung up our bill. They forgot that food gets cold while it's sitting there waiting for workers to give a s**t. Oh, and our prosciutto flatbread had one piece of prosciutto stretched ridiculously across the length of it. All this and an attitude to boot. They looked at us as if we were crazy for expecting them to solve our problems. I have never seen such a lack of effort in my life. Way to make a first impression! Oh, and just so you know. They didn't comp us anything, didn't apologize, didn't hurry, didn't care, didn't---you name it. They simply didn't!

The food isn't amazing but it's pretty good. On the late night food scale it's one of the best IMO. I work a swing shift so I've eaten at a lot of places past midnight on the west side. Service is good, portions are adequate, prices are fair. There are cheaper places by a few bucks, but the quality also drops significantly. This place is definitely worth trying, especially if you're a late night person.

Review is for delivery. This place had very good pizza that we were able to order at 4am after a night out in Hollywood. They delivered to our hotel room in the Hyatt Regency Century City. The pizza was very good and they got it to us in about 30 mins. We used the Eat24 app and order through my phone.

Really impressed with this place! Delicious, fresh food available quickly is hard to find (especially at 11:30pm when we went in!) but they nailed it. I had the gluten free shrimp pesto flatbread, they rolled the dough and made it from scratch with incredible speed! It was absolutely yummy! The bread had just enough crunch and chew (hard to do with gluten free...) the cheese was tasty, the shrimps tasted fresh and just lovely flavor, and worked so well with the rest of the toppings. DELICIOUS!

Got a free pizza today as part of the grand opening celebration! Very flavorful toppings and the crust was fantastic. I would definitely come back.

Great food and service! The grand opening was awesome! Three day opportunity to try out their salads, pizzas, and desserts.

This place is cross the street from my office, so when I really want pizza for lunch, this is my best choice. They make fresh pizzas, and ingredients looks so fresh. However, I am a little bit worry cuz they are pretty pricy compare to similar pizza place like blaze pizza. My usually order is $13, which I get $8 from blaze. You do the calculation.

I stopped by this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful. They walked me through the ordering process. It works like a build your pizza counter (kind of like a Chipotle) I ordered a make your own pizza with pesto, barrata cheese, vegan sausage and artichokes. The cheese and the crust were amazing, so delicious. The best thing about this place is that they're open until 4 am.

Goat cheese & portobello please. Take out mostly. There are 4 seats in the front. Just as delicious as the Berri's on 3rd.
(5)Roslynn M.
Good food, one issue...slow service! I ordered over the phone and they told me 15-20 min for pick up. Got there and I waited probably another 20 or more. Food was not even cooked! Kinda annoying. But the pizza is good and the price is nice. Just need to work on service.

The BEST lunches I have ever had! Better for take out...not too much room in the restaurant. however their food is extremely unique, the flavors are amazing and I have loved everything ! I go 3 times a week! I recommend their specials because for way cheaper you get an entire entree and a side salad! Very fresh food amazing! love love love this place.

I'm here at berri's and having the Chinos salad. So tasty crisp and a tart rich dressing. I'm so glad this place is here for delivery til 4 am. Wow they have the greatest munchies and custom made pizza. Check it out you won't be disappointed

I ordered an shrimp pesto flatbread. It was slightly over baked, and they baked a new one for me and gave me the old one as well. Really good customer service and awesome food!

Excellent pizza! And they're open until 4am! What more could you want? Just as good, if not better than, 800 Degrees. And everyone who works there is very nice. Plus their desserts are very good and taste like they were made in France. Try the pistachio eclair, the fruit tart, the tiramisu, the Napoleon, I've had them all! The only thing I haven't tried is the salad. I really don't feel like eating a salad at 3 am. This place is great!

Found 3 long black hairs in my sandwich, in addition to atrocious service. Avoid at all costs.

Super! The staff knows how to handle problems they made us a second free pizza due to our wrong order. I like this place

So happy to see Berri's Kitchen open at this location!! Super convenient, they're open till 4 AM and deliver. Quality of the pie is great for the price you pay -- 10 inch doesn't seem big but for a personal pizza with quality ingredients and taste, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've only had pizza here, so can't comment on the flatbread or salads. The staff is super friendly, too.

Ordered a pizza for take-out. Service was quick - I walked there about 15 minutes later and only waited for a minute or two to collect my pizza. The pizza itself was however more disappointing - it was very oily, and the toppings were good but very tiny/sparse. I had a discount so that was ok price-wise, but for an $11 small pizza (at full price), I was really expecting more.

Berri's Kitchen was amazing!! The food and service was on point. The staff was genuinely happy to be there and open to suggestions- as it was the opening week. The pizza was super fresh and you could definitely tell they used quality ingredients- no Pizza Hut vibe here! Every pie I've had from there was different and done well. If you're in the mood for a fast quality lunch in the area I highly recommend this place. Great establishment on all fronts.

I love Berri's pizza! I work an live right down the street and it is great to finally have a good pizza place close by! My coworkers and I look forward to fridays all week to have our "Berri's day." The selection of cheeses and toppings are awesome and the staff is really friendly. I would give this place 5 stars but they charge $5 for delivery, even though we are a couple blocks away. But I love the pizza and will keep coming back! :)

I just returned to my office after ordering a chopped salad to go. I did not double check the salad that they put in the bag, but they gave me the Beet Salad!!!! I did not keep the receipt so I don't know what I paid for. I could understand if they were extremely busy or something but I was the only customer in the whole place! Not only that, but I should have known better, because every other restaurant was very busy with people and this place was vacant with at least 6 workers not doing anything.

What a wonderful establishment. The pizza was delicious and the ambience was stunning. What a great addition to the community. I love the design of this new restaurant and its some of the best pizza I've ever eaten. Give them a try!!!

I love it that now we can get our favorite pizza in Los Angeles at Berri's Kitchen in west LA. This location is much closer to us and is perfect when we just want to pick up food to take home. It doesn't have the full menu, like Berri's Cafe, but they have the pizzas, flatbreads, salads and desserts. The pizzas come out pretty quickly too! My favorite is the Lobster pizza and the kale and quinoa salad. But I'm looking forward to customizing my own pizza on my next visit.

This place is solid. So grateful there is finally a great spot in that strip. Great pizza and people there are super friendly. Will be a regular there no doubt!
(5)Lisa L.
We noticed a new place with a sign hard to make out and decided to try Berri's. We realized instantly it's not really a sit down place. We togo'ed Berri's original pizza and it was a bit small, but good. I noticed the $19 lobster pizza on the menu and thought that's way more than I'd ever pay for an individual sized pizza. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Love! My kids love it because they customize their own pizzas, and I can get a healthy salad. Everything is delicious. Because everything is custom, it may take 5 min. The pizzas are fresh and hot. Their is a wide range of choices from sauces (e.g. Bbq, pesto) to toppings (e.g. Shrimp, sundried tomatoes, chicken etc) for the pizzas. You can even choose what kind of cheese like fresh mozzarella or bursts). And there are great salads with healthy options like kale, quinoa and arugula. Not just a simple side salad.
