This place was nice if go again and that's saying something seeing as I hate chilis lol. The waiter was very nice. He gave us an entire bag of chips and dip on the house . He was very polite and very attentive although very soft spoken. The food turned it very well. The only reason for the lack of 5 stars was our take home dishes weren't very good they lacked meat which was supposed to being there seeing as we go the fajitas to go. But all in all very good. Very fast service. Did I mention you can pay at your own table now? Talk about convenient.

Service takes a while. We were seated for a long time before the waitress came to us. But food was soooo yummy!!! Dessert even better! Try the bacon chicken quesadilla, and the margherita flatbread! wow!

It is so awesome being able to pay at the table and the updates on the menu are great. I've had Chili's To Go twice (so far) and sat in the bar a few times and had great service. The carnitas and shrimp fajitas are so good! Good service on the inside and love being able to pick it up hot and quick.

Hey! Went out to dinner with some friends. I got the grilled chicken Caesar salad and water. My other friends had the boneless buffalo wings, bacon cheeseburger, appetizer trio, a chicken sandwich and the chicken fajitas. All yummy food. I ate, they ate, we ate... Five out of a Five-Trans

By far one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Far worse than BJ's a few weeks ago and I really thought that was bad. Walked in at about 5pm, restaurant is generally empty. No hostess in sight. Lots of staff walking nearby and completely ignoring us. I finally yelled to one of them to be seated. We get seated and our server was decently attentive and accommodating. He brought one set of silverware for 3 of us and a pile of napkins. I guess he figured my children would eat with their hands and thus need cleaning afterwards. Napkins had blood, or what appeared to be blood on them. I pointed it out to the manager and the waiter did not take away the other napkins in the pile. He did, however bring me another napkin with blood on it....From the same bin. Manager "investigates" and determines that it's not blood but rather a watermelon sauce. I'm not convinced, nor am I impressed. I am a nurse so I feel fairly confident in recognizing blood. But...ok. Food was mediocre at best and now I'm nauseous because I can't stop thinking about the blood and wondering what else had blood on it. I should have left then but any mother knows that leaving with two starving children to attempt to start dinner over again somewhere else is a perilous task. I convinced myself that it either wasn't blood or that it wasn't in the food processing areas. I hope I was right. No. I will not be eating at Chili's...ever....again.

This is the second time I have been there n the second time I have been so impressed with the service. We had 12 last time n 8 this time. Historically large party service sucks, I've found. Not here, it's EXCEPTIONAL both times. Last time I tipped 28% n called back n tipped another $20 later that night. They r sweet sharp n on the ball. Tdays service was that way AGAIN!! Plus the food is always great, it's Chili's who doesn't love Chili's!!! Fast hot fresh n yummy, thanks Chili's!!!!

Had dinner on Friday night. It was disappointing. We had the rib eye dinner. Turned out the potatoes and broccoli were the best part of the meal. The rib eyes were not only barely warm but very tough. Now we have had them before and they were great so we know Chilis could go better. Also our waitress was really not up to par. We had to request refills on our drinks by flagging her down and when it came time to pay, she took my credit card and walked off. No check holder or tally. I normally leave a generous tip. Needless to say, she did not get one

I frequent this Chili's quite often with my daughters and/or my friend. We come for both, lunch and dinner. For the most part, they are really consistent, food and service wise. There's only been one time when I've had a so-so waitress. She was just a little...blah, for my liking. But other than that, the food has always been good. They've always taken really good care of us. Even when it's busy, the wait to get a table usually isn't that long. I've sat in the bar one time with my daughters, since it is open seating. I liked our waitress, but it seemed to take longer for everything to happen. Maybe because there was only one waitress in that area and it was busy that night. I probably wouldn't sit in the bar again, with my kids. Maybe fine with a group of friends. We always seem to order the same thing: chips and salsa. I order the original chicken crispers with double order of fries with ranch. One of my daughters orders the chicken crispers with fries, the other a hamburger with fries and the third one, grilled chicken breast with oranges. They always talk me into getting a molten lava cake too...although they usually don't have to do too much convincing. Chili's usually sends out good coupons for the weekdays. If you come here often, I'd suggest getting on their e-mail list. The only thing that was weird the last couple of times that we went here was with the molten lava cake. The first time my daughters and I ate one, it tasted like they had put pepper in the mix. I smelled it when she put the plate down. The entire thing didn't taste of it, just one side of it. I thought it was my imagination. Then when I went there again with my friend and my daughters, I smelled it again. My friend said she didn't smell it until she took a bite of it and said that it tasted like pepper. So weird. The place that they're storing them or where they're making them or something...it's somehow getting pepper on it. Not really that good... Anyways, aside from that weird incident, we're a fan of this Chili's. I'll choose this location over the Tracy one any day.

Service was just OK, seriously rather have a burger from burger king than this place. Meat was dry and tasteless and enough mustard for three burgers. Fries were stale and room temp. This was second time trying this order second time disappointed. Learned my lesson.

BEST HAPPY HOUR, it's a secret they don't advertise. If you eat in the bar area, all day, every day. You can't beat bottomless chips, which are the best tortilla chips around, light and salty with their salsa. We are regulars, and their beer IS THE COLDEST IN TOWN. A Large Coors Light is only $3.99 during happy hour and those glasses are more than 16 oz. probably 22 oz? Have a good assortment of beers on tap, so you can go import or IPAs. Haven't had a problem yet with orders being incorrect or slow service. YET. Happy hour appetizers are substantially great prices and are meals in themselves, sliders/fried, fries/jalapeno/chili, pretzel sticks, chicken nachos, bonless or bone in chicken wings, all only either $2.99 or $4.99. Not to mention you can watch your any of your favorite sports on the various televisions they have. This review is strictly for happy hour and the bar area. The same waitresses have been there and have yet to have a bad experience here.

This is my favorite place to go with and without the family. Food is always good and you can't beat the 2/20 deals. Things have gotten even better now that they have a rewards program (love that we don't have to search for coupons anymore).

Had a late lunch here on 8/24/13. We sat in the bar and our server was Ariana. She was nice and very efficient. We like Chilis partly b/c of the chips and salsa so we started w/ that and added some guacamole which was rather tasty- they add corn to the guac which I liked. We decided on the 2 for $20 option where you share an appetizer and you get two full sized entrees. I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken (Lighter Choice) and added corn tortillas b/c they are my newest addiction. The portion was perfect and the taste was good- I would order again. My boyfriend ordered the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers- he said the corn on the cob was over cooked- it looked like it- and everything else was fine. I would visit this location again and I would sit in the bar area again as well- it's open seating- you can't go wrong w/ a comfy booth and several tvs.

So this time I didn't actually eat. But hey, it happens with me. I come here often with my bf because it's local and the food is pretty decent. Tonight was the same- fast service, friendly waitress, and good food. The appetizer of chicken nachos was a bit dry and could have used some guacamole (so I was told). :) My bf ate his crispy chicken tacos so fast I'm surprised I actually got a picture of them! We were in and out of here in about an hour. Awesome! Keep sending us coupons Chili's, and we'll keep coming back to use them.

Bleh! Worst hamburger ever. On par with McDonald's, in my opinion. Reality wanted a good burger. I don't know why I thought chili's could deliver. It was tasteless, and dry, and the patty had probably been sitting there all night under the warmer. Won't be going back.

I came here with my mother taking her out to dinner. Paid almost 90 dollars for burnt tasteless food. Preferred steak and ribs. Took about an hour for my order to come out just for my steak to be tough and dry ! The ribs were worse! Tasteless and burnt! No mean on the bone whatsoever! The appetizer was alright. Had a trainee server who was nice but didn't check up on us at all. Had to ask for my water to be refilled constantly. Every time I come in my food is always burned or flavorless! I don't think I'll be back. Poor quality

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. But this isn't necessarily about chilis it's about Brad. He's awesome!! My dad has autism, and hates big crowds. So we came to chilis on a Sunday, 5 minutes before the doors even opened. My dad had his fingers in her ears, basically rolling in a ball in the booth because the music was kind of loud. Without even asking, Brad turned the music down to help. And it did help a lot. So thank you so much Brad for being awesome.

Chills is a good place to go to eat, with family, friends from work or were ever. The food is great. Go back all the time with friends from work to have lunch or dinner. Everyone who works at chills is friendly. They get your food out quick and its hot and fresh.

Been waiting here for 15 mins before anyone took a drink over. Server walked by multiple times and didn't even acknowledge us. Service leads a lot to be desired. Atleast the servers are usually friendly when they are able to get to you, and food is good.

Server was pleasant and service was good but the food was not very good. The lettuce on my salad was tired and wilted. When I ordered tea the only thing offered was a generic no-name tea made with tap water. Finally, we were changed 99 cents after my child decided to play a game on the Kiosk. I do not think I will be going back anytime soon.

I might not normally rate this place this high just cause its only chilis. Food is decent as it should be., But the they have these things at your table now where you can play game, order drinks and no more waiting for the waiter to come give you your tab just pay right there it has your order and total and add tio always add tip dont be cheap.

This review is specifically for the ToGo at Chili's Livermore. They have never gotten my order right and I have repeatedly ordered from them because my kids like the food. Whether it's the missing fries, the non-existent cheese or the ketchup and mustard when I ordered plain it's beyond unacceptable. Happened again tonight ( no rice or beans on 2 orders ) and ya go back and all you get is a hollow apology...and cold food when I arrive home after the 2nd run back there for those rice and beans. I usually go through each container while I'm there ( because I ALWAYS have this problem ) but sent someone for me tonight and that's what I get...painful!

Went here on Halloween to avoid the barking of dogs over withches and goblins ringing the doorbell. Yes yes I am 'one of those people'! I ordered the Chicken & Green Chili Soup with with rice, green chiles and tomatoes. It came with cilantro and avocado on top and was quite pleasantly surprised with how good it was & only 200 calories???. My daughter had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad that was really yummy. I think the trick to getting good service is to sit in the bar area even if you aren't drinking adult beverages. I guess it does keep getting better as the saying goes. Fourth star for offering up some healthy options other than the heart attack platter better known as the jalapeno smokehouse burger with ranch which weighs in at a whopping 2200 calories and 144 grams of fat!

Ok yes it's chili's and I rarely review chain restaurants but after our experience last night I felt it was needed. We went in for a quick dinner before heading to costco. Our server was Monica and we told her we were on a time crunch because we wanted to make costco before it closed. She assured us she would do her best and she really did. Oh and I forgot to mention the place was packed. Monica is a Great server and she went that extra mile to make our dinner easy and stress free. Thanks

Recently remodeled store, though the exterior color scheme now vaguely resembles BJs, which oddly enough, is due to open a few miles up 580 near the new Target at Fallon Road. Anyway. Not a fan. A number of the walls are down, and the rows of booths parallel to the kitchen on the right (as you walk in) are now open tables "floating" in the center of the floor. Which is fine, but I feel somewhat like an animal at the zoo in such settings. They still have some booths, but apparently a party of five (not to be confused with Party of Five) are often relegated to this area. Can't hate the player for the decor, but the service wasn't super-duper, either. Three of us were here and ready to graze on some chips and salsa (graze, geez... another zoo implication) with a tasty beverage, but the server didn't appear until the other two folks arrived. Refills weren't too speedy either, and not like I was downing my soda with the same fervor of a few years back (our table decided to test a Planet Hollywood's "unlimited refills" speed... 45 second to 1:15, by the by -- impressive). Here, less impressive. Finally surrendered and ended up drinking the last of a clear, non-carbonated, non-flavored complimentary beverage I stole from another at our table. Met the need, but wasn't nearly as satisfying. All told... *now* I remember why Chili's isn't part of my regular dining out line card.

I used to be a huge fan of Chili's and we used to go all the time. About a year ago, my husband daughter and I went one weekend, and I got sick. I figured it was just the flu but the following week we went back and my daughter got sick so it took us a year to venture back in. Last night was the first night that we ventured back in. The only reason they are getting one star is because I do like the new decor. Other than that, it was a horrible experience. First of all, the service is horrible. Our server was Leslie. She could not get rid of us soon enough. Every time she came by she seemed very rushed and it was not even that busy. Trust me, there were plenty of open tables and she spent plenty of time in the corner. She brought us our dinner and then as soon as she cleared our plates, she brought us our check. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else or if we wanted dessert. My husband and I both ate light so we could have dessert. Second, the food looks horrible and was luke warm. My husband had some buffalo wings and a side salad. Some of his lettuce was wilted, his wings were thrown on a plate, and his ranch dressing was hot rather than cold. I ordered the crispy chicken tacos, with no rice or beans. The tacos came out cold but had clearly been sitting their for a while because the cheese had melted. These tacos used to come in a rack, now the tortillas are thrown on a plate and all of the stuff is just thrown on top. My daughters Mac & Cheese and cord were cold and looked old. I didn't send anything back because Leslie looked irritated already and I didn't feel like wondering what would happen to my food if I sent it back. As it is, she took a very long time at the cash register in the corner, so I am beginning to wonder if I am going to have some extra charges on my credit card. I must say sorry to the poor hostess who was probably all of 17 years old. She asked us how our dinner was and I told her it would have been better if I would have even been offered some dessert. I am pretty sure she was expecting me to say that everything was great but don't ask me a question if you don't want the real answer. Here are my suggestions: 1. Get rid of Leslie. She is going to drive your customers away. 2. If Michael is still a bartender, have him give your waiters some tips. You should have kept him as a waiter. He is by far the best waiter that Chili's has ever had. He is one of the reasons that we went back week after week in the past. 3. Get your chefs to go back to culinary school. Have them focus on presentation. When the food looks bad, it makes the taste even worse. 4. Have a manager at the front or someone who can handle complaints when people are asked how their meal was. That poor girl that was there last night had no idea what to do or say to me. What would have been nice is if she asked if I wanted to talk to an manager. Other than that, all I can say is good luck. If more people experience what we experienced last night, you will be with Chevy's....out of business.

Average tasting food. Overpriced for what you get. They even screw you on the amount of fries you get with your burger. I remember when you ordered a burger and got a whole plate of fries... Service is good. The place seems clean.

I was here about three weeks ago. I ordered take-out an hour and a half in advance just to prepare for my thirty minute lunch. When I arrive to pick up my food, there's no one at the counter. I was actually there for all of 10 minutes and passed by at least four people and still hadn't been greeted. There were two chatter boxes standing in the visible prep area that seen me walk in, but were too busy discussing their drama to say anything. The bartender was also in the prep area, seen me walk in as well, walked pass me as if to say, "I don't service this area", but still didn't greet me verbally. Then I had to watch the guy that finally stumbled upon little ol' me, bag everything, put stuff in containers and spill proof everything up nice and neatly. I'm thinking I surely didn't come here for the presentation of a take-out order that I called in waaaaaay in advance to allot myself time to eat it.

Ordered food online. ordering process was fine but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the 20 minutes I was told from online services and when I got there the place was not busy at all. When I got home the food wasn't even luke warm. Taste was good but very disappointed that I couldn't get a warm meal from them and when I called to let them know, they said the kitchen was busy and that next time they promise I will get a warm meal. I wanted a warm meal this time!

Best Chili's we've had in our 2.5 years in the US. We stopped here en route to Stockton, for lunch, it was busy, but the food was delicious and came out piping hot and the service was great - what more could you want? I had the chicken buffalo ranch sandwich and hubby had the original crispers - in case you're interested!

DO NOT EAT HERE . . . if you want a great place to have a drink & watch the game this is it. Good service, cheap happy hour drink specials. We stopped in to watch the Clemson/Ohio St game, nice friendly crowd. Free chips & salsa!!!

We came to Chili's today for lunch to celebrate my boyfriend's dad's birthday. We were seated quickly. It looks like they've redone the menus. Our server greeted us quickly and took our drink order. He suggested margaritas. Umm buddy, it's one'o'clock, no. He seemed pretty disappointed when we ordered one iced tea and three waters. He came back with our drinks barely two minutes later and asked if we were ready to order, even though we were all clearly still looking at the menus. He came back again five or so minutes later and we were ready to order. My boyfriend ordered first and got a burger. The server asked if he wanted to add avocado for 75 cents. He said no. I also ordered a burger, and he also asked me if I wanted avocado for 75 cents. I said no. Our food came quickly. The food was actually really good. The server came back only ten minutes after we got our food with the check and said "no rush but I'll just leave this here for you". All in all, good food, but our server was really pushy-from suggesting margaritas at 1'o'clock to asking to add avocado, to bringing the check within ten minutes.

Chicken crispers, chicken crispers. I love me some chicken crispers! The past few times I've come here, I've ordered the triple dipper appetizer thingie, where you can choose 3 appetizers. Kind of like a sampler platter. I'll order the chicken crispers, potato skins and boneless buffalo wings. All are very yummy. And for $10 or whatever the price is, you get a decent amount on your plate. I always end up taking some home. The service is fine. We're usually seated right away and our server pays attention to us and gets us what we need. Nothing special. I did use the restroom on my last visit and my stall didn't have any toilet paper, which is why I knocked off a star.

Great value, food and service. Seems that the new manager, Fariba, has turned this place around as everyone seems happy to work for her. I noticed the difference in attitude and even the food was better than before. The jalapeño bacon burger was excellent! I'm definitely coming back.

My husband and I decided to grab dinner at Chili's Grill & Bar last night. We were there early and were seated right away. We decided to order from the $20 Dinner For Two menu. For our appetizer we shared a Crispy Onion & Jalapeno Stack. I was not impressed. The crispy onions were greasy and not as spicy as I would have liked. We were then brought the Chicken Fajitas and Cajun Chicken Pasta we had ordered. Once again the food was mediocre. My pasta was very bland and lacking in spice and so were my husbands fajitas. We were pretty full by this point but decided to order dessert since we had a coupon for a FREE dessert of our choice. We ordered a Molten Chocolate Cake. It was delicious and probably the best part of the meal until I bit into a small white piece of plastic. I am not sure how that even got into the dessert but it did. I am so glad I didn't swallow or chip a tooth on it. I would have brought this to the managers attention but didn't since my husband just wanted to relax after a long hard day at work. I am not a fan and will not be back.

Another gift card.... :) I seem to always get Chili's gift cards from work drawings. *shrugs* Anyways, service was nice. Seated as soon as we walked in, we were brought water before we thought of what to order. I asked out server what she recommended: Chili or Sweet Corn Soup - she said sweet corn soup. So I ordered the soup and salad. Sweet Corn Soup was SO tasty! I really liked it, it was a thick creamy soup with corn and maybe some cheese. I also got the basic house salad, can't imagine anyone using all the dressing that they give you - but you never know. DH got a big burger and he said it was pretty good. Better than ordering their BBQ BBRibs. So, I would come back here - even without a GC to order the soup. So far its the only thing I really like here. And our meal was pretty inexpensive... so we will be back to use up the rest of the GC. :)

While the food was very good tonight, the speed of service left something to be desired. I understand that it was busy, but we felt a bit forgotten about. Even though our waitress passed our table numerous times, she didn't apparently notice our empty water glasses. And we waited almost forty minutes to receive our order on a Tuesday night. Now I know why I choose to go elsewhere unless it's not a peak time. Our server was very pleasant, however, maybe they could use another person helping out.

Little packed on football Sunday. Get there early...before the games..if you want a seat in the bar area. The food in my opinion has taken a big dive. This chili's used to be my go to place for fajitas but the meat has turned questionable to say the least. I also used to enjoy the sirloin but the last couple of times it was the same exact cut of questionable meat as the crappy fajitas. I used to go there weekly, then monthly, now I don't know if I will return.

I like Chili's. What can I say. They redecorated and the color scheme is nice and they opened up the center portion so it's much airier. Very nice. They took down all the posters and tchotchke I suppose because Applebee's has the patent on that now but the artwork they put up is a little sterile and generic. They should fix that. Don't let Applebee's push you around, Chili's!

Recently came here with a friend for lunch. We ordered off the "$20 For Two" menu. For two people, it's almost silly not to order from this menu, which had decent choices. You get a choice of appetizer and two full-size entrees. We started with the chips and salsa. Our friendly server also brought us the fire-grilled corn guacamole since it was also an option off the menu. The chips here were addicting because they were so light and crispy. For lunch, I had the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. The portions were pretty big; 2 quesadillas. It was pretty good, but I wished that the tortillas were soft. Instead, there were toasty and crunchy. Service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive with refills, and brought us to-go containers appropriately based on what we had left.

Chilli's is one of those "satisfaction guaranteed" type of places. The food is...American...meaning, fried, cheap corn fed beef, etc, etc, but tasty none the less.

After not going for at least a year, we decided to give it another try... Down to 1 star. Some advice for the manager: train your hostess/waitresses a little better. My husband and I had this little exchange with the hostess: Hostess: Would you like to sit in the bar area for happy hour? Me: No, thank you. Hostess: It's happy hour! Me: No, just a regular table. Hostess: *Must have misunderstood what I just said, the look on her face was as if I just told her I killed her dog; unhappily takes us to a table, puts the menus down and walks away* Me to my husband: .....what just happened? It also didn't help that he had to kill a pincher bug (GAAAAH!) on the table - thank God he was sitting on that side of the booth, because had I seen it first the entire restaurant would've heard my scream (I'm afraid of pincher bugs, shut up). I don't see a situation where we will be back. Womp womp.

After my most recent visit, I had to knock Chili's down a star. Probably shouldn't have been five stars in the first place, but I'm still a sucker for their Boneless Buffalo Chicken. My husband and I ate here to celebrate our first night out without our sons (2 years old and 1 month old). Heaven! I had a gift card so it was nice to save some money after buying mountains of diapers. This time I ordered the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla. What do you think Chili's means by "fajita"? Bell peppers and onions, right? Sadly, they just mean onions. So I had a chicken and onion quesadilla. Can you say "lacking"? Pluses would still be their dirty martinis and on this visit we had an exceptionally nice server. She even showed me a picture of her daughter. How Livermore! I love it.

My recent letter to Chilis will explain my one star. I just wanted to voice my extreme disappointment in the new layout of my local restaurant... A TV in EVERY corner throughout the entire restaurant?? Chilis used to be our favorite family destination, but we can't have a family meal together when everyone's eyes are drawn to a screen. It used to be you could go out to get AWAY from those things, now we are bombarded with it. I was with my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter and there was an informercial on with women in tiny bikinis, and the ads on the sports channels are all beer and girls. Things I don't want my kids influenced by. And I can't imagine any woman wanting to have a meal with her man while girls are working out on the TV - awkward and inappropriate. Please reconsider turning Chilis back into a restaurant instead of the 100% sports bar it's become. We will not be back at this point. Thank you.

We've tried to avoid chain restaurants since being here, but we've been trying to find a reliable place to go if we just wanted something simple, like fajitas. Mostly, the tex-mex restaurants have let us down. So it's odd to report that The Wife has declared the fajitas here to be the best she's had on the West Coast, and after trying them a few nights ago myself, I have to agree. We also both love the rice and black beans that come with. I was already addicted to the nachos here from years past - they are really quite different than anywhere else, and very tasty. I'm also a fan of the oldtimer burgers. So if we need a protein-fix, this is like a guilty-pleasure place to go for us.

This Chili's is close to my office and has been in the regular rotation for lunch with co-workers for years. Over the past month, however, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of food. It is just one step above fast food and over priced for that standard. Today, for example, I ordered chicken nachos. I am more impressed with what I could have gotten at Taco Bell! They were served lukewarm, with burnt cheese, and no chicken. I passed on adding guacamole after seeing it go by on another plate, looking grey. I would be hard pressed to say the food was mediocre. Another hard decision would be to go back again for lunch, if it hadn't been for our server, Andrea. Her great customer service, and concern for our dining experience will sway me to give it another chance.

First of all, the girl at the door needs to be willing to help customers rather than chatting with coworkers. Stupid young and clueless waitresses who don't give a shit about customers really annoy me. The food was great (fajita trio) so that was a relief. Now the bathroom...can't they check at least a few times a day and not have trash, toilet papers, etc. scattered all over the bathroom? It is a restaurant and it really grossed me out that they'd leave a bathroom in that condition. We got the white chocolate molten cake but it took like 30 minutes to come...not like it was busy. It was good but after that long of a wait with stupid waitresses sitting and chatting away instead of taking care of customers were buzz kill. The bartender was more attentive to the customers at the bar than the waitresses. We should have sat at the bar. Oh well, what can we expect from a chain?

Okay service and okay food. I have had better in big cities. But its cheap and its decent.

Felix: This is probably the worst Chili's restaurant I've ever gone to! We love Chilis don't get me wrong for their value menus like 2 for 20, happy hour, etc. But come on! As a chain restaurant, they've got to get it together! First of all the hostess did not even greet us nor smiled at us. Our waiter looked overwhelmed with what's going on. As far as food--- They served us Over salted greasy tortilla chips, Trio Fajita arrived not sizzling and not hot (looked like they just MICROWAVED it!). My kids cheese pizza dough was underdone! Bad review! We will never come back at this location anymore.

While I normally avoid chain restaurants, we were in a weird mood and decided that it has been long enough and wanted to give it another chance. I perused nutritinal information to try to make my decision and found only one or two options that were a reasonable caloric level to consume. The calorie information was not on the menu itself, but a booklet on the table. The server was patient but the food was boring. Felt like a waste of money for the quality. They have a good $20 dinner for 2 deal that includes and app and 2 entrees. None of the choices were healthy or vegetarian. None. We could easily consumed over 2000 cals each by going this route. Terrible decision. My chicken was overcooked but it was alright with me. I'd rather eat overcooked chicken then undercooked! The service was good though so that's why 3 stars. The food is more like a 2.

Mmmmmm, burger - original quick tip. I'm going to upgrade my rating to a full three stars. I do like their burgers, they are juicy, tasty, and you have a variety of ways to have them prepared. The service is attentive and there is a modest variety of choices though it is no more than what's offered in other bar and grills. It doesn't get 4-stars because the prices have crept up. They may be more expensive than Fudd's and not as gourmet. Their fries are standard-fare and unlike Fudd's, you can't get the cheese sauce. It would be unfair to rank this below that day-of-the-week that comes after Thursday, but it is still two full notches above A-Bees.

I recently made a order to go from this establishment for 2 for $20. I was set to pick up my order at 7:15pm. My order wasn't "ready" until 7:35pm. The hostess in front was rude, she didn't smile, greet me properly, and overall unprofessional. When I finally did get my order and home, we noticed a few key items missing. For one, the burger I ordered only came with the burger. No fries. and secondly... My food was cold. I live less than 5 minutes away from Chilies. I had to microwave my whole order. Now that I'm posting this the day after, I still feeling sick from after I ate my meal. To summarize what I've experienced, DONT go to this Chili's they're awful. Worse customer service.... missing food from order, and the worse to come... ice cold food on a ordered pickup.

Had the country fried steak which came out burnt, sent it back and came out burnt again (maybe if they put more than a tablespoon of gravy could if at least tried to hide they burnt taste). The manager was the person who brought the food out and when I told I didn't want it she just said ok and walked a way. Terrible place will never go back

The service is generally good and the ambiance is about what you'd expect from a restaurant of this type. I really like their fries and the fact that they offer a black bean patty option on the burgers for those of us who don't eat beef but still want a burger like experience. I also like the build your own burger option they added recently. Portions and prices are reasonable. This isn't a place you'll take somebody you want to impress but its central location just off the freeway, solid menu and competent management make it a much better bet than the Applebees just up the street.

So chili's is okay! The food is alright, they have some good deals though. Just went in there for lunch today and I was so disguised, after I had ordered my food I look over to see women laughing , I then notice a HUGE really fluffy dog in the restaurant. I thought I hope that is a service dog! It was not! How gross! I am trying to eat my food and there is a huge dog sitting there. On top of that, every server, hostess, and manager walked right over it like it wasn't even there. I would have left had I not ordered my food. I will not be back. That is so gross, the person I was with is allergic to dogs, and that is huge health code violation. GROSS CHILI'S!!!!!

I work around the block from here so I usually get the curbside to go meals. Not sure how many times I get back to work to eat and something is missing. The past few times I have been checking just in case. One thing that is really awkward is when you pick up to go there is a sign to go to the bartender to get your order and you can never get their attention. And even if you get there right when your pickup time is you will be waiting a good 10-15 minutes to get order. One time I was late 5 minutes and what looked like a manager said that he had cancelled my order. Food is pretty good but could use longer cooking. I usually get grilled chicken and it has been almost too pink to eat.

I go to Chili's once maybe twice a year when i get duped by one of their commercials and every single time I go I rediscover how mediocre their food is. The same can be said for Applebees, TGIFs, and other mainstream chains of similar mediocrity. Things to note.. their Kickin' Jack Nachos are really salty - not sure if this was just a bad batch but I've also noticed how much the "American" palette craves it. (On a sidenote, why do some people reach for the salt shaker before they've even tasted their food? Maybe a subconscious custom?) Service was pretty good though.

Most of my four star rating is because of the service Kasie provides in the bar area. My fiance and I eat here once a month and always sit in the bar area. Kasie never ceases to amaze me. She always has the entire bar area to herself and she delivers superb service. She is very friendly and personable. The food is fairly consistent but we always stick to burgers and salads. If Kasie ever leaves Chili's they will be losing a huge asset.

Eat there regularly. Great comfort food. Order take out frequently. They are always great service.

You can't beat Chili's for the value. The $6,$7,$8 lunch specials are the best deal in town (so to speak). The food is good and the service is friendly and usually efficient. They're good about resolving issues as well.

This review is all about the server. Our servers name was "James" and he was one of the best we've ever had. He was friendly, joked with us and helped make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. They have a "design your own fajita" thing and I was having a hard time deciding what to order so he helped me with some suggestions and I loved how it turned out. I hope the management at this location take notice and acknowledge James accordingly. And for the record, we didn't know James before we went there, haven't talked to him since, and had to wait to figure out his name because I knew I was going to yelp about the visit. He told us when we were first seated, but I wasn't paying much attention because I had no idea that I would leave wanting to yelp about our great experience. I did go with just my oldest daughter and let her pick the place. We had a nice time. Ordered chips and queso, I ordered the make your own fajitas thing and my daughter ordered some sort of burger. It was all outstanding and we will definitely go back provided we can be seated in James area. Thanks James for the great service. We plan to return and ask to be seated in your are.

2 stars sounds rather harsh, however its not that great, so thats whay they deserve. Service isn't the best, although the last time we went it was better. They had some issue with not giving our table to other party's like they kept forgetting about us?!?! whats up with that? I really like their presidente margarita! you get the little shaker thing and all, gets me rather buzzed, but i'm a light weight and I do not like to taste alcohol. food is always meh. Its not great food, its chilis food. In fact, I could make it much better at home, however sometimes you are just not in the mood to cook nor clean up--hence you are going to crappy places like chilis.

When I lived in Livermore I used to frequent this location often. I was in the area yesterday and decided to drop in for a bite to eat. I remember this place usually being pretty busy, even on week nights. So I was surprised to see the place pretty much empty. What surprised me even more, was the slow service that came with the empty restaurant. Took over an hour to get my food. We had a party of 5, everyones food came out correct with no issues, hence the 2 stars, but EVERYONE'S food was cold! I mean come on now, there was like 5 parties in the entire restaurant, very SLOW service and COLD food is just unacceptable in any situation, but even worse when its that slow. Just goes to show that they don't really care much on customer service or quality of there product.

We absolutely love this place for 2 reasons. One, it's kid friendly, and two, our server for our most recent 3 trips has been Michael, who is just about the best server ever. We eat out frequently, but I can not sing this guy's praises enough. He is the reason we return. He is so on the ball, our drinks are never empty, he always bring extra napkins if the kids are with us, and he's obviously a hard worker. He takes the time to relate on a more personal level, sharing stories about his babies, and it's just an all around pleasant experience when he is our server. In the past we've had good service with others as well, but Michael just makes our meal!

I'm usually not a big fan of chain restraunts but I like this place. I get the black bean burger with sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese. Their fries are the best. It's affordable. The only this I don't is their cocktails. It's not that hard to make a Margarita.

I kinda liked the place. It's a comfortable place to eat. The waiter was friendly and made recommendations when we were ordering, for me it was good, for my husband not so much. The food was good, not great. And dessert was much needed.

You and seven others just threw yourself out of a plane....where are you going to go next??? Chili's in Livermore...thats where! Suburbia at its finest. Are we in Nebraska? Are we in New Mexico? Who knows, but it all looks the same, and it all tastes the same. I like Chili's....always have, so 4 stars to staying a consistent corporate restaurant...and feeding our depleting adrenaline highs, and for being the total opposite of what we did in the morning. But really, where would you go? We even got chocolate shakes for the birthday kids, and they sang to us! How long has it been since that has happened? A while I'd bet.

So, I love going to Chilis, if I dont want to cook dinner and just want to hang out. This Chili's is by far the worst one ever. I chose three things off the menu and they didnt have any of it left, so ended up getting a Old Timer Burger which was cold and soggy. The fries were stiff, and the waitress was no where to be seen. This place has got to clean up its act.

Not a bad lunch place, a little more pricey than they used to be. I had the CRISPY HONEY-CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CRISPERS. This is how its described on their menu: "Strips of chicken hand-battered then breaded and fried to perfection for that extra crispy crunch and topped w/our spicy & smoky honey-chipotle sauce. Served with sweet corn on the cob & homestyle fries." It was crispy, but I couldn't really find much chicken. The fries were a bit soggy and corn was fresh. So, -1 STAR for too much fried batter. -1 STAR for slow service. We arrived at 12p, but didn't get out till almost 1:15p.

YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER ASAP! ok so i enjoy going to chilis because they have decent food, and i end up having a good time when i go there with friends or family. i actually had a great today with two of my friends, our server was very nice and attentive. so when we got the check we split in three. one of my friends and i paid the same amount of money on our card, and our other friend paid the same amount in cash. so we leave and i ended up having to go to the store to get my kid diapers, and they denied my card!! i was like wth?? i should have at least $20 on my card left because i hadn't deposited my paycheck yet. so i left target embarrassed because i couldn't get my own child diapers. then when i got home i check my bank account and it said chilis had charged me twice! what the heck?? it wasn't a complicated thing to put freaking $15 on my card! so they ended up charging $30 for a SALAD!!! so then i call chilis and let them know i was charged twice and told them the name of the server which i am too nice to mention his name, but then they were just like 'oh well the bank should see that you were charged twice and your money should be back on your card by next week. i was like okkkkk....then they were like is it REALLY a big deal? oh NO you did not just say that!! ok its not the fact that i lost $15, but the way they treated me after that, as if it were my fault and not the servers. ATTENTION 'MANAGER' THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!! and they didn't offer a free meal or anything like that, which shows how much they care about their customers. hell no dude, you need to get some customer service skills because i won't be back there..shoot especially with a applebees, ihop, and chevys right next to it! :P

We went in on a Friday night as a family. We have 2 little boys and it can be a disaster with kids. We got in pretty quick, they gave our kids some coloring books right off the bat and brought out crackers for them to eat to tide them over. Our food came out quick and we had a great night. We will go back again for sure.

Oooohhhh, The servers are great. Enuf said.. Well not enuf, the food is the standard, US Foods, or Sysco.I had a prawn entree a few years ago, and was very sick. My Husband and kid eat here all the time, I think they go in for the hotty waitresses. But, I'm not a fan. Not a "dining experience". And it is expensive for what you get,

i am to the point where i think I'm just not gonna eat here anymore. service has gone down hill, food has gone down hill and management doesn't seem to care. 3 resent events that stand out in my mind are- my sons mac and cheese still having a piece of the plastic boiling wrapper in it. thank god we saw it half way through. it was covered in cheese and he wouldn't have seen it, can we say CHOKING hazard. i notified the manager and her insincere apology was a joke. do you not understand my child could have just choked! that is not something to be taken lightly. they didn't even offer to comp us it. other event, my son spilling my water all over and servers just walking by and we frantically tried to clean it w/ 2 napkins. and an older one that i have still yet to forget. back when they have the potato soup that i used to crave and i also ordered the buffalo salad. i got a order of it from the take out. i was so upset to get home and see they hadn't put any toppings on the soup or the salad. the food was awful. what is a salad that you pay way to much money for that is just chicken, lettuce and dressing? i called them so upset expecting my order to be comped and they said there wasn't a manager there but they would take my number and have them call me. well, i never received any calls back. man, the more i write this and remember all the frustrations i have had here, i really don't think I'm going back. i think the reason why i have continued is the connivance of it.

This place is hit or miss. That goes for all Chili's. But I'm 99% sure it was THIS Chili's that put RAW BACON on my black bean (vegetarian) burger. Thank God I lifted up the bun to put ketchup on or else I wouldn't have discovered it! I don't know if it was a mistake or a prank, but it wasn't funny. That aside, the black bean burger ain't half bad. And I love their molten chocolate cake. That stuff is the bomb! Margaritas and other specialty drinks ain't bad. But I can't give any place that served me raw bacon with a vegetarian meal more than two stars.

My boyfriend and I could not decide what to have for dinner the other night, we decided to try chilli's again since it had been 1 year since our last bad experience there. Bad idea... upon receiving the meals that we ordered (fajitas) as the waitress handed me the plate with the sides sour cream and guacamole on it I saw something on the plate move I was startled so I dropped the plate on the counter and saw some kind of bug crawl off the plate on to the table. The waitress used my napkin to smash it and apologized and said she was going to show her manager. At this point I pretty much lost my appetite and barely touched my dinner. The manager came out and said that he was very sorry that had happened. That was all the manager said he did not even ask if there was anything he could do to make the experience better or if we needed anything. To top it all off we got charged full price for our meals that we didn't even eat. Now I'm not saying we expected it for free but they should of tried to do something for us to make the situation better, it seemed like no big deal to them, which makes me think this kind of thing happens all the time. Next time we want fajitas we will be sticking to our usual spot Chevy's!!

Chili's in Livermore? Ok, not that quaint but a great place for the family. First about service: Probably the best I've seen in this town. Staff very attentive. I'd have to say I believe they love what they do. Walked in and hostess seated us immediately (after first visiting the table and child proffing it with high chairs, moving stuff out of way of grabby hands, etc.) Our waiter anticiipated every need before it arose. Extra napkins since we have 2 under the age of 2? He had them at our table within 30 secs of sitting down without being asked. Appetizer is going to take a few mins longe than expected, so Waiter brings crackers for babies, again without being asked. Do you have kids? This is royal treatment for parents! Hot plates, glasses, you name it, all placed strategically out of the way of little hands. Food: Not mexican, not american, it's Chili's. wouldn't say it's genius, but its your average "good". Had the cajun steak that could have come from Appleby's, Red Robin or some other strip mall restaurant....however: Food plus atmosphere plus service make it an overall great value. Do you want to have a dinner with the family sans cooking and sans the stress? For that, Chili's in Livermore rocks our world!

i went here for dinner last week... i thought the food was decent, and the service was good and quick. maybe they have gotten better people working here, or i just caught them on a good day. i would probably go back just out of convienance, plus it's some where my boyfriend can eat his meat and me a salad. we useually try to support family owned restraunts though.... i dont like the chain vibe very much.

I've been to Chili's before-- the food here is okay, the service was so-so, but I was hungry and wanting a burger so I called in and ordered some food to go. This was a weeknight, I should mention. I got to Chili's about 15 minutes after calling-- the parking lot was empty, the bar area was empty, and I could see employees milling around as I stood at the to-go counter, yet no one came over to help me. They all looked at me, but some kept talking with each other while others swept and mopped. Way to go, guys! Make the customer feel REALLY wanted! I waited for 5 minutes, along with another woman who must have been there to pick up food also, and in that entire time, no one acknowledged us. Sure, I could have yelled at them to get them to come over to me-- and run the risk that they spit in my food or something. NO THANKS. So I left. Five minutes of standing there while employees see you but say nothing-- I'm not giving my money to people like that. I did call the manager that night-- Stacy-- who apologized, and said she'd talk to the employees. As if they'd care, though. Clearly they don't give a crap about their customers. In any event, I won't be going back. There are too many other really good restaurants in Livermore (Simply Fondue, Anita's, Strizzi's, and Bruno's, to name a few) that deserve my business.

Decent food decent service all in all the place was not the best but not the worst would u come back to this place? Maybe but the thing I enjoyd the most is the chili

(4)rich A.

(5)John T.
This is my favorite place to go with and without the family. Food is always good and you can't beat the 2/20 deals. Things have gotten even better now that they have a rewards program (love that we don't have to search for coupons anymore).
(5)Kristi R.
(4)Char B.
(4)Suzanne A.

This was the worst meal ever!!! Overcooked dry boneless buffalo wings. The steak was a boot. Just the worse meal ever. REFUND FROM CC COMPANY UH YES PLEASE.

Wish I could post 0 stars. The quality of the food is very low and tasteless. Don't go.

(5)Ann V.
Been waiting here for 15 mins before anyone took a drink over. Server walked by multiple times and didn't even acknowledge us. Service leads a lot to be desired. Atleast the servers are usually friendly when they are able to get to you, and food is good.
(3)Steven M.
(2)J W.

(1)Julie F.

(4)Kenna T.

(4)Steve T.

(3)Eric H.
(2)Brian B.
(5)Erica S.
(3)Julio G.

Womp womp.
(1)Ron S.
Recently remodeled. And speedy for lunch finally!! in the past you couldn't get out of this joint in under a hour. But this day we had our lunch and drinks and left Chili's around 35 Minutes. Lunch specials are great.
(4)Alena W.

Thank you.
(1)Bob K.
(4)Ali C.
(2)Emari H.
(3)Catherine U.
Okay service and okay food. I have had better in big cities. But its cheap and its decent.
(3)Fandk D.
(1)Tina P.
(3)Mark G.
(3)Kyle A.
(1)Clint S.
Had the country fried steak which came out burnt, sent it back and came out burnt again (maybe if they put more than a tablespoon of gravy could if at least tried to hide they burnt taste). The manager was the person who brought the food out and when I told I didn't want it she just said ok and walked a way. Terrible place will never go back
(1)Mike M.
(3)Amanda G.
(1)Jamie C.
(3)Jen A.
(2)Chrissy F.
(4)Jim B.
Eat there regularly. Great comfort food. Order take out frequently. They are always great service.
(4)Miss K.
You can't beat Chili's for the value. The $6,$7,$8 lunch specials are the best deal in town (so to speak). The food is good and the service is friendly and usually efficient. They're good about resolving issues as well.
(4)Lisa P.
(5)Deirdre P.
(2)Sal L.

I like Chili's! Especially the Buffalo wing salad with wasabi dressing.

i am to the point where i think I'm just not gonna eat here anymore. service has gone down hill, food has gone down hill and management doesn't seem to care.
