I had a wonderful experience at this pizza shop, first off, the service was wonderful. I got greeted right away by the young Asian gentlemen and he was very kind. He let me take my time to look at the menu since it was my first time at the eatery. Once I got my pizza I ordered, it brought back memories of my days when I lived in NYC. I've been to all the great pizza places in New York and this pizza stands up to all the legendary places I've been to. I will definitely be back due to the fantastic food and great service I received.

We make an effort to stop at Gina's every time we visit Laguna. Fresh ingredients you can taste with every bite, along with the hearty size of each slice is well worth your money. Gina's is the perfect place to go after spending the day at the beach, and they have outdoor seating to enjoy the cool beach breeze. Go grab a slice from friendly people who know good pizza.

Just outstanding!!!! As a former New Yorker but can't say when I found better pizza in Orange County in the service, the quality, and the prices are second to none. 5 star rating across the board !!! Ginas is the best!!!

Gina's is awesome. There's like five or so of these pizza parlors around.. When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, it's amore~! They did something funny to the chicken wings and it's a passe. Pizza wise it's dlish. Especially when hot outta oven. I used to get the Godfather which is just pounds of crap with pasta sauce and chesse but the house pizza is my favorite followed by the veggie pizza. The crust isn't large like chicago style but it isn't slinky like nyc style. Just perfect. Darn Sicilians know how to cook. The cheese is perfecto amount, not overbearing and i normally get extra marinara sauce cause i like it. Dipping ranch works too but ranch is so bad for our body except the tongue. Prices are above normal for pizza spots. basically some wings and a medium pie, couple sodas run for $40-$50ish. They have beer/wine here too. The location is absolutely divine. Especially with the summer breeze, patio seating and all that except when some douchebags (giggles) decides to smoke and ruin it for everyone. =D

Husband and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. The Ceasar Salad and BBQ Chicken pizza were both delicious! Staff was very friendly - thank you Jeanne! Will definitely be back anytime we are in the area.

Gina's rocks! Best pizza in Laguna. Thin Crust. Gluten-free. Extra Crispy. Marguerita or Veggie is my fave!

A few of us love Gina's, the others not so much so I averaged it 3 s for us. The sauce tastes canned to me. The crust is a little plasticy....I do love the house salad, but wish olives and cheese were not special request items.

Best quality pizza around! The location and service is top notch and their pizza is always amazing! My only complaint is I can't eat here more often!

We first tried Gina's pizza a couple of years ago and we loved it. We were in Laguna last month and we ordered a pizza for take out and it was just as good as we remembered it. I really love the sauce they use for the pizza and the crust is really good too. The night before we were heading home we decided to eat at the Pavilllions center so we could eat outside. I wanted spaghetti and I asked if I could have it with the pizza sauce instead of the marinara, they were very kind to make this special request for me. The spaghetti was so good and it came with some really crust, warm garlic bread. My hubby had a mini pizza and my daughter and niece shared the fettucini alfredo, it was all so good. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Laguna.

I tried to place a delivery order last night at 8:15. After taking my phone number and address (I'm staying less than half a mile away), the employee asked if I had ever ordered from them before. When I said no, suddenly he said that I needed to pick up the order and that they would no longer deliver. I have a chronic illness and didn't have it in me to pick up the order. You would think independent local businesses would care a little more about customer service.

Ill give this ginas 3 stars for their great food but the service here is pretty bad.. the kid working the register did not greet us and gave a dirty look... gave me my pizza and did not say anything... this has made me very angry and I will never come back to this ginas again.. I will go to the one on brooks street for some better service.

The pizza here is pretty darn good. I was a bit skeptical with the reviews, but I really liked it! My friends and I shared a medium sized margherita pizza which was a delicious vegetarian pizza. 15$ for the medium and it was pretty filling. Service is fast and the pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven.

Mmmmm we found this place at a recommendation of a friend. We ordered a pizza and spaghetti. Omg one of the best thick crust pizza I ever ate. Not too greasy and so delicious. Nothing fancy about the spaghetti but it tasted so good and had tons of flavor. So good. If the weather is nice sit outside and enjoy the view.

We have a boat in Dana Point Harbor, a friend told us about Ginas. NO question, the best pizza I've ever eaten, and me and my husband are senior citizens, so we know the best when we taste it. Every time we go to our boat, we go to Ginas, usually on Mondays, to beat the beach crowd.

Delicious pizza Everything taste so fresh. All the ingredients taste fresh. Definitely they use quality ingredients One of the best places in Laguna Beach to get pizza Mostly outdoor seating

I LOVE Gina's pizza. There's something about the cheese there, not sure if it has additional seasoning to it but it's so good. Just a plain extra cheese pizza is amazing. The price is above what you'd normally pay at a more common chain.

I have been eating at Ginas for many years and have never been disappointed. The service is always top notch and I always get what I ordered when I call to pick up for an evening in. My personal favorite is the thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese....never over or under done! I also like the large family salads.

I was shopping at Ralph's and noticed a couple places to eat. I decided to get a slice of cheese pizza, as my wife is making dinner and it will be ready to eat in an hour. The service for the little Mount that there was, was great! There is a small amount of seating inside, as well as out side. It's very close to the beach and most important they have Daily happy hour price (3PM - 6PM) which include items like : wine, beer, meatball slider, cheese pizza (2.49), Garlic Cheese bread, chicken Strips, I got a cheese slice of pizza. It was good and I would try some pizza with toppings next time when I'm not in a rush.

Aww the taste of college. This place is delicious, and there are some very handsome delivery men who work here as well. Just saying...

Their pizza is pretty good and I love their Caesar salad. Can taste the anchovies in it. They sometimes forget to put chicken in it when ordered, so just check your orders. Overall everyone is super nice. Some one said to hire older service people, but I kinda like the youthful atmosphere and the teens are pretty polite.

I love Ginas! It is my go-to place when I don't have a meal ready. Whole wheat pizza is amazing, the lasagna is the best. Will be back again and again.

I attempted to place a catering order and after being placed on hold 3 times, the employee refused to answer my questions and and said he does not do catering orders listed on the website, I am extremely disappointed and forced to take my business elsewhere.

Review is based on delivery & call-in orders. Tried them twice, and they ruined my lunch hour both times. First time I waited around for pick up for an hour after they told me to be there. Second time I waited for delivery for an hour and a half and it arrived after I had to be in my afternoon meetings. Ginas leaves me hungry and grumpy. The quality of food is irrelevant if you never get to eat it.

At times, it's good not having a plan and just discovering a new place. After driving around, we happen to stumble on this area and decided to get lunch. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to eat here but since my husband wanted to try, we ended up ordering. We ordered... Penne with Pesto - Delicious! Meatball sliders - Yummy! Salad - good I had such low expectations and it turned out to be a great find! The portions were huge! So when ordering, think family style. They have seating inside and there is a general seating area outside for the other eating establishments as well.

I'm short on words with this one. This restaurant gave me what I needed, no more, no less. The food was good, Chicken Palermo pizza. The restaurant decor was nice, and the service good. Nothing blew me away, but I was definitely satisfied.

Got here 30 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't serve dinner to dine in customers. Open sign and all the lights were on with customers inside. The guy had attitude and there's better food to be had elsewhere. This place isn't worth it.

Eek is right! At least for this location, I prefer Oak street. They are so rude at boat canyon and the same food is always sub par in comparison to Oak street. Disappointing.

In the wide world of food, pizza joints are a dime a dozen. Therefore, it takes an intricate balance and a certain sophisticated nuance to set a pizza parlor apart from the rest. Gina's is a great alternative to your average pizza a la Pizza Hut, but still leaves a bit to be desired. I personally tried the Bianca, a pizza that substituted mascarpone cheese in lieu of marinara. It also served up a delicious blend of romano and ricotta cheeses along with a pinch of rosemary. The blend was delicious, but the final ingredient has left me a bit under the weather. Bacon. Loads of crispy, greasy bacon. Now, don't get me wrong, bacon on pizza is otherworldly, but heaps of it will leave your stomach in disagreement. My only qualm was the amount of bacon on the pizza. The crust, on the other hand, was amazing. It tasted fresh, and had a satisfying crunch. In the simplest terms, I highly recommend checking out Gina's. Just be wary of the bacon monster that is the Bianca.

Ordered 2 simple slices of pepperoni and there was a 45-50 minute wait. After we finally got our pizza after a supposed mix up with the computers, we asked for ranch and the asshole of an owner wanted to charged us. Stupid workers and not very good business, but decent pizza.

Gina's is one of my all time fav places to eat. Grew up with this place when it was the old boat canyon and we used to play pinball and video games. Didn't really like them turning it into a "restaurant" and they should have kept it a pizza joint. Get the slice and salad combo with Italian dressing.

I'm not from this area but back in the late early to mid 90's we used to go dive at Laguna and our routine was to visit Gina's pizza after words and that would wrap up a perfect day. This whole area has changed now, its not the building I remember, having said that, now my own son is at age of Diving and here I am doing this all over again. I wonder if its the exact same place, however again I was not disappointed, the God Father pizza! with real roasted garlic was awesome, grab a pitcher of beer after a couple of dives and it never fails, wraps up a perfect day. Good pizza!

Great food but a bit pricey. Would go back...the crust is amazing on their pizza :-)

A decent pizza place, especially considering how many tourist trap spots there are up and down the road. Looks like a lot of the local high school kids tend to come here for a slice. We opted for a pizza, and the parmesan chicken. Chicken wasn't so impressive, though the barbecue chicken pizza was pretty good.

I wouldn't have known this place existed had it not been for the glorious weekend in Laguna Beach. If you're looking for it, turn right on Boat Canyon drive, park in the super market lot, and head back toward the street toward the small cluster of shops and you'll see the signs then. The pizzeria is tiny and our group filled up the area quickly and were given the back room area. We ordered every pizza off the menu, the salads, the garlic bread, and all the drinks. Wow. The spread was amazing. I'm not sure what beer I had on tap but it was awesome. I tried the pepperoni, veggie, and the chicken pizza. I know that's not very descriptive but I wasn't the one ordering and all I have to go on is what appeared before me. I'm not one for salad when I'm eating pizza but I decided to give it a try and I loved the flavor and the ranch dressing and not to be beat was the wonderful garlic bread. I loved the buttery crust. I was channeling Paula Deen all night and I loved it. Definitely not to be missed if you're in the area.

Came here for the first time with 7 friends and had a great experience. We were greeted warmly at the front by Emmilee. We asked for recommendations, and she suggested the House Special Pizza, which turned out to be amazing! The interior was clean, with plenty of room, great for small and larger groups. We ordered the Bruschetta, Family sized Salad, and the Maui Mamma pizza as well. They weren't kidding when they said the X-Large pizza could serve 5 people, they have huge portions. Great location with plenty of parking nearby, can't wait to come back!

This is a great place to go get a pitcher and eat a slice of pizza or side salad. I prefer the Gina's in South Laguna because it is bigger and has a view of the ocean. However; I frequent this venue following my husbands softball games, which take place at Riddle field across the street. This joint is much smaller than the other Gina's, but the food is the same. I especially like the rasta salad, it is delicious! Also, last night, we enjoyed a pitcher of point the way IPA. It was nice that they had a good IPA on tap. They also offered Stella and Bud Light. It is always a good time and a solid crowd. Also, this Gina's does not get as busy as the other, so that is nice as well.

Was getting my hair done and I promised the young man pizza after for being so patient waiting for mommy for 2 hours. I was told that the crust at Gina's was on the thicker side so when I ordered, I asked for a thin crust. The young man chose the Godfather and I chose vegetarian so we got a half and half. When the pizza arrived I was happy to see that the crust was at a thinness level that I liked -- wasn't like paper thin, but was very good and sturdy enough to carry the toppings without having a carbo-load. The pizza tasted good too. I liked the veggie pizza a lot, while the Godfather was a tad salty but then again, it's a meat lover's pizza so obviously it was going to be on the saltier side. Staff are friendly and courteous. We couldn't finish our pizza and asked to take it home and they were really nice all the way from ordering to us leaving. I would definitely come back here again! In fact, I'm planning to try the Irvine location to see if it is just as good! Really glad to have found decent pizza in the area!

There are a few Gina's Pizza & Pastarias around Laguna and Corona Del Mar. They're all OK. Nothing special about them. Unless you count the All-That's-Holy awesomeness that is their Meat Orgy Pizza. At least that's what I call it. Hell, it SHOULD be called that. I have no idea what it's really called. I just remember scarfing down a pizza with every meat imaginable on it. I'm surprised it didn't have mutton on there. Whatever it had on it, it was worth every carnivorous pleasure. I don't know why, but The Who's album 'Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy' kept coming to mind. One thing's for sure, it'll be why I go back.

We had the traditional crust pizza two different nights. The first night was excellent! Cheese half and the other pepperoni. The next night, a few days later, the salad was fresh and delicious, but the pizza sauce was very acidic, and not as good as before.

This place was whatever to me. I ordered a slice a pizza and my friend ordered an Italian sub. There was one person in line in front of us with a simple order, and for some reason they couldn't get it right. So then my friend and I ordered our food. My friends sandwich came right away, but the menu said to expect a 10 minute wait for my pizza, since it was made fresh. OK, no problem. 15 minutes go by and I'm still waiting. I'm clearly the ONLY person in the front waiting for something, but the employees are just talking amongst themselves. After 20 minutes, i finally ask them when my order is going to be ready. They haven't even started it! I could see a mistake if this place was swamped, but it wasn't very busy. So they apologized and put it to cook. It came out shortly after, but the wait for a slice of pizza was ridiculous. As far as the location, there's actually parking in the back. Phew, i thought i was going to have to walk 3 miles to get to this place. The place looks clean and decent inside, and plenty of outdoor seating as well. The pizza was alright, not the best pizza. However, my friends Italian sub was pretty good. Long wait, alright food, not the worst experience, but i think I'd try somewhere else next time.

The only good thing about Gina's Pizza is the location. Nestled alongside PCH, you want to love this convenient local pizzeria. It is quaint, small and usually busy. Which is why I grabbed a pie after a beach day. Crowded with surfers and teens alike, I wrangled my way to the front to make my order. And, after paying, winced as I saw my pizza not get shoveled into a beautiful wood fire burning oven .. but into a mechanical oven assembly belt, just like Pizza Hut. Immediately my eyes knew this would be sub-par pizza ... and, when I got home, my palette confirmed it.

I can actually walk to this place and had never gone there...UNTIL SUNDAY. We have friends from Aliso that go here all the time, and insisted we go with them this time. Glad we did. After a not so great Z-Pizza episode recently, I figured we need to find a new Pizza place (or at least an alternate). Think we have found it. We ordered one meaty one (not sure of the name) and one bbq chicken. Both thin crust (my fav). Crust was great, thin but crispy. Fresh toppings, not to cheesy but plenty (fine line there..). Pitchers of Stella for $14. 4 big mugs out of each works out to $3.50 a pint....not bad! We were there before table service was offered, but they still provided it. Great folks there. Ordering take out tonight....gotta get to the gym so I can eat lots..yummm.....

I would really like to be able to give this place more stars. It's pretty close to my house, so it should be a convenient place to grab a pizza. The pizza I've had from Gina's is always pretty decent. I enjoy the thin whole-wheat crust. It's certainly better than some competitors' equivalent offerings. The reason Gina's gets two stars (down from 3, though. The pizza is decent, not great) is the service. Three times in a row now I have ordered a pizza, been given a 30 minute pick-up time, arrived at Gina's 30-35 minutes after ordering, and had to wait *at least* 25 minutes. The most recent time I was there, they hadn't even started making my pizza until I walked in the door. I mean, I actually saw someone look for it in the oven, realize it wasn't there, and then start making it. One time, whatever. Everyone has busy nights. Two times, it's decent and close... not good business but forgivable. Three times in a row? I won't be returning to Gina's. Suggestion: Either get the pizza to the customers within a reasonable window of time (25+ minutes after expected is not reasonable), or allow for more time in your pizza-preparation estimation. It's not difficult. Thousands of pizza franchises across the country do it daily. Gina's is not a tiny operation and there's really just no excuse.

There are many different kinds of perfect pizza, but I just found one that's pretty hard to beat: The Godfather, thin crust, medium size. If you need more, order two. 1. The thin crust is great: light, crisp, but substantial enough to hold onto: 2. The toppings: meatballs in particular are tasty, pretty fresh, and counterpoint the: 3. pizza sauce, which is still hot and bubbly and again tasting pretty darn fresh, especially on: 4. the medium sized slice, a perfect serving, not too much, certainly enough. Enjoy, then celebrate with a couple more slices, yeah.

It's a Sunday evening and we've just spent a GREAT afternoon at the beach. We're tired and hungry, and as Common said, "In my mind home was pictured and rest was the frame." But there's a problem, the truck won't start! It's cool, someone has AAA so the tow truck is on it's way and we took 2 rides so there's plenty of room to get home. While waiting for the tow truck a couple of us volunteer to grab some pizza. My uncle pulls out the iPhone with the yelp app gleaming on the screen. Quickly, a list of local recommended spots fill the screen - Oooh pizza, that sounds good! It's 8:50 and it says they close at 9, shouldn't be a problem for a pick up order right? WRONG!! According to the person who answered the phone, "I stop taking orders at 8:45 to give time for blah blah blah." F*king seriously? then why do your posted hours say 9pm?? This place would get 0 stars from me if i could for being douche-gargling tools.

Tried the lasagna. It was very good, the best thing about it being the very flavorful sausage they use. The price was decent for its Laguna Beach location.

My wife is very particular crust size, was very happy with thin curst. We both loved the topping of the house special. Very meaty, nice and chewy. Good sauce. Downed with a bottle of red from next pavillions mall, plenty of parking. On hols here in Laguna, so not sure yet what else is on offer. But we are happy customers.

Wanted a not too expensive place in Laguna. My son had cheese ravioli and I had what was on the menu as a grilled veggie salad. My son's ravioli was so salty it was barely edible. My salad was big, but there were no grilled veggies, unless you want to count canned bell peppers and tomatoes. We will not being going back.

I usually stop by here when I'm on the laguna beach area and in the mood for pizza! However, the funny thing is the best item here is their calzones!!!! You cab build your own calzone and choose 3 toppings and I usually get artichoke, olives and mushrooms yummmmm!!! The portion is also quite large so you'll def leave satisfied! Be warned tho that it takes a while for them the make the calzones so order an appetizer or something in the meantime if ur super hungry!!

The pizza is bland and I'd recommend the spaghetti and meatballs but the manager at the store on brooks & PCH was such a jerk going elsewhere is a much better bet ... Unless some punk spitting in your food is acceptable to you.

This was my second time back and it was the same great service as my first time. The small view of the ocean through the window as I people watched from the inside, really adds to the ambiance of this place. Being a small pizza joint, Gina's has great food and nice service.

Great location. I live in Chicago, so not easily impressed by pizza. This place did not impress. My daughter got a personal pan pepperoni pizza and it was ok. Akin to the frozen pizza I make for her at home. Ok, it was a little better than that but not much. I got a veggie sandwich that was once again, ok. It would have been much better if it did not have mustard on it. The garlic bread is huge though and not bad.

Stopped by here tonight for a quick bite. It seemed to be the only place in Laguna that wasn't over packed with tourists. We found a table right away and our server was quick to take our order and bring us our food. Now, I know we should have ordered pizza but the hubby felt like lasagna and it was pretty bad. They had the Olympics on the big screen but the employees and their visiting friends were making some pretty crude (and loud) comments about the male gymnastics team. Not cool. One more thing, I went to wash my hand in the ladies and right outside the door is where they store their water bottles and huge racks of bread and rolls. Granted they are wrapped in plastic BUT STILL, stuff travels in the air right outside the bathroom. That is all I'm saying.

Just what I wanted!! Gina's was perfect for me and my husband b/c he eats meat and i'm a veggie. We both got exactly what we wanted and then some! :) The crust is perfect, crispy but not burned. How do they do it?! They didn't skimp on the toppings and the service was fast. I can't wait to get back to Laguna for Gina's!

So disappointed! Went last Saturday night after coming off the beach to get a pizza. After we put in our order after 1/2 an hour it was not ready...at that time there were 4 other parties complaining they had not been served. We were told that they forgot to put our pizza in....we waited another 1/2 an hour plus and we were never offered a beverage for our extended wait, barely an apology. Love the pizza, but unfortunately the service was lacking.

This place was crazy busy when we went over Memorial Day weekend. Tight quarters, made tighter by too many people, and not the friendliest service I've ever had. I think people go here because your casual options in Laguna are limited. Honestly, I would never go back. It's not the worst I've ever had-- but far from the best. The pizza was weird-- a slice of bread with a dollop of sauce and some slices of cheese. Overall, this combo made for a very dry lump of pizza that we had to ask for extra sauce just to get down. Also got some garlic cheese bread that was nothing to write home about... the people sitting next to us seemed to have a pretty good looking salad, wish we'd gotten one since everything else was just ok. I think there are definitely better places to go in Laguna... I'd take Pizza Hut over this joint.

Listen to what the bad reviewers say, Aahhh- Listen, they're getting louder every day. I dropped off my guitar for some repairs in the area, and based on the number of positive reviews for this place, thought that this might be worth a try. I ordered the Chicken Palermo Alfredo, being that I was in the mood for something creamy, with just enough meat. The personal size (8", cut into four small slices) was not enough to eat in the typical folded-over position, but was enough for the wimpier appetite that I had on this night. If you have a typical guy-sized appetite, you should at least spring for the small (12"), though you may be able to polish off a medium (14") on your own. Note that you have the option of traditional, or whole wheat crust. The server that I had on this night, John, failed to even wait for me to specify a preference. In spite of this, service was pretty decent. Didn't have to specify when for drink refills, and didn't feel rushed, though there is definitely a cliquish feel to the place. The food is what drags the rating for this place way down. This was only a small step up from a frozen pizza. There is definitely a problem when you order a pizza at a pizza joint, and wind up yearning for a grease-ball pizza from BJ's instead. People around me also noted a decline in overall quality since new management had taken over. The atmosphere is nothing special. The lights are bright, and the back corner is nice if you want to be left alone, but if you want to watch something on the tube, you'll be squinting if you opt for a table instead of a bar seat since the lone TV here isn't very big. Overall, this place isn't worth a special trip out of your way.

Took our 3 kids while on vaca. Liked the new Caprese salad.various menu offerings. Pizza recalled back east. Maybe didn't read far enough(?) that the sub was toasted but 7 yr old claimed it was good. Staff was very friendly & helpful with local info. Very casual & good spot. Grocery shopping around the corner.

tried the thin and regular crust pizza. Both were very good. I don't like sausage but the sausage here is really good.

read about this place as a good place to stop by after the beach. it was! My friend and I each ordered sandwiches -- which were HUGE (enough that we each saved half for dinner). The outdoor seating was cool. Plus, free parking nearby! Perfect for a relaxed lunch.

Every time I've eaten here I have been violently ill the next day. Understand, this is the only pizza place I can find that will deliver to my studio in the canyon is why there have been multiple times, but never again. They have something bad going on in their kitchen- that, or their drivers have something malicious going on, not wanting to drive up this crappy road - they've always got some knowing smirk, a little less than friendly.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Pizza had NO cheese. Matt the cashier said that's how the pizza is supposed to be! Frustrated, he asked me to leave or else he would call the police. Unacceptable customer treatment. Would not recommend.

Consistently excellent pizza. I love the thin wheat crust, Canadian bacon & pineapple pizza. They're not stingy on cheese, so ask them to go light if you don't like lots of cheese. Their salads are excellent too- none of the crappy iceberg lettuce, and the tomatoes are always fresh. The slivered almonds are an added bonus. Best pizza in Laguna Beach!

This is some of the best pizza!!! Fresh toppings, they actually put sauce on the dough (most pizza joints now use minimal sauce) and boy is it good! Friendly staff. Everything about this place is GREAT!!!

Awesome pizza and very filling. They delivered our food and treated us with the same quality as a high end sit down restaraunt. Good idea tp eat here while visiting new port or laguna.

Wow. One of the BEST PIZZAS I've ever had! I can't believe how amazingly fresh it tasted. My boyfriend totally agreed with me, the Messina Fire Chicken pizza was devine. Every single ingredient on this pizza tasted soo fresh, as if they plucked the ingredients from their own garden or something. I'm so sad that there isn't a Gina's in LA, I'd be there all the time! Check this place out, it's awesome!! There weren't that many people though so go give them your business. =)

Went here the other night and had mushroom and spinach on my pizza. It was really good - the crust is thin and the pizza had plenty of cheese. My husband had the seasoned ricotta and wood-fired chicken. It was excellent and full of flavor. The place is small but much quieter than the other location down PCH. I would imagine that it's better for families.

spent a nice afternoon at crescent bay, and the gf was talking about this great pizza place she always goes to when down here. i agree, must be the best pizza i've ever had for a small eat in / take out. the ingredients are really good and taste really fresh. ordered a small "special" and a drink for $17 bucks and had half to take home. it was the first thing i tapped in to as soon as i got home. really good stuff!

4 1/2 stars for the tremendous pizza. The Godfather is a must for our gang. The family salad would feed the Waltons. Our family Ceasar had over 1/2 left and we all had 2 servings. Love sitting outside and watching the beach. Quite busy when we were there but thats good. A must for pizza lovers in Laguna.

Good, really good, thin crust pizza is hard to find! But I think we found it at Gina's Laguna Beach Store in Boat Canyon. The crust was really crispy and not burned, the toppings were perfect, and the serving dish was cleaned up by the eating crew. Three of us agree that this was the best so far and way, way superior to BJ's along tourist row where they sling it and tourists eat it. Be sure to check their internet site for discount coupons (hey, a buck here a buck there and before you know its real $$).

I stuff my face with two things...wait that sounds bad. I stuff my mouth with two things: pizza and burgers. No burgers? Pizza will do. You are guaranteed to find us at Gina's, slice-in-hands, after a day at the beach chowing down on their House Special pie. Although almost all their food could use a little more salt (pizza, soup, pasta, sandwiches) you really feel like you're eating something authentic. This location has patio seating which is always nice in Laguna Beach. FYI: For most of the world The OC is still considered LA. Ooh, did I say that?

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
