Words can not express the way I appreciate the whole in and out experience. So much tasty affordable classic burger joint fun. How do you guys keep the place so clean. I have never been to a dirty in and out burger anywhere! I suspect somebody out there really cares about the product.
(5)Nick V.
What trip to the west coast can be called complete without a little trip to this place. First time I went was a few months ago. Excellent fresh burgers and light and crispy French fries. It really makes you think other fast food places really need to step up their game! Place was super clean and staff was really nice. It was insanely busy when I went and I could not have waited more than two or three minutes for all of my food!
(5)Sergio M.
Good stuff....! Place it's small but service is awesome thanks IN and OUT.....good job!
(3)Hal S.
It's In-n-Out! These are the best fast food burgers on the planet and have been for decades. It's fast, clean and tasty. The only drawback at this location is there is limited seating and no outdoor area. Other than that it's perfect.
(5)Tim M.
I did not need to wait in line. Great service. I had a double double Animal Style. It tasted great.
(5)Carlos P.
Literally the best in n out especially when you take into account the enormous amount of traffic they get around festival times. Always fresh, always good. The quality of the product is a direct reflection of the employees. Mark did us a great service when I went with my family and every subsequent time.
(5)Melissa D.
Inn-n-out never fails. They always make the burgers so good and never get my order wrong. The customer service is awesome despite how much people they have.
(5)Albert P.
Always the place to go in Indio. They stay open late! People are always friendly and provide outstanding service. Food is fresh, made to order and always clean. Drive through is busy during peak times but they are fast. If in the drive through - say you are eating in your car and they will serve you in a box. Love the pink lemonade.
(5)Brandelyn B.
Super friendly staff...and that's where it ends. People who love this place need to venture out of California more often. Ordered without sauce, these cheeseburgers are indiscernible from McDonald's and the fries were just sad, dry twigs. No wonder people were ordering them covered in cheese despite that not being listed as an option on the menu. They've learned.
(1)Marlena H.
OH MY GOD - BEST BURGER EVER! Having to wait in the drive thru is totally worth it!
(5)Brittany L.
As a Texan, I'd only heard stories of the famous In-N-Out burger. My friends who had ventured out to Vegas or California would always come back with a T-shirt and tales of burger glory. When I went to Coachella last year, a stop at In-N-Out burger was on my list. I did some research before the trip (nerd alert), and read about a certain 'off the menu' item known as "animal fries". I vowed to order these upon arrival. FF to the first night of the festival, my friends and I are driving back to the hotel after a long day at the music festival. We spy the famous In-N-Out sign, like a beacon calling out to us. We go through the drive through and I am in the backseat yelling, "i want the animal fries". My friends are ignorning me, "yeah right, that's not even on the menu". After they are finished ordering I roll down my window and nonchalantly add, "and i'll have a medium animal fry w/ a small coke." BOOM. They do exist. The entire car is silent. And now, they all want to know what the hell I just ordered. Let's just say we went back the next night, and everyone got their own order of animal fries. Overall, good burgers..excellently priced, and the secret menu items are fun to order. I plan on heading back this year when I'm out there for Coachella 2011.
(4)Claudia R.
Day 2 of Coachella and I needed a burger STAT! Ok not a burger, but a grilled cheese. I swear this was the fastest in n out I've ever been to. They were pretty busy with all the other hungover people from the show but everyone that worked there was super nice and FAST. Dear Indio In n Out, you're awesome.
(5)Kimberly M.
When I lived out east I had dreams about this place. Eat your heart out East Coast Five Guys. You did not compare to the In-N-Out of my childhood. When I came back, In-N-Out was as delicious as it had always been. A bit crowded with her many fans, but quick to service me and my burger cravings. If you haven't been to In-N-Out before, check out the secret menu ( in-n-out.com/secretmenu.… ) and try their Animal-Style fries for a delicious alternative to their plain delicious counterpart. Love you In-N-Out. I'll be back soon.
(5)Ellen J.
Every visit to Palm Springs is a visit to In-N-Out Burger in Indio. Great burgers and fries along with outstanding customer service especially from a friendly guy named Jeremy. He gave us some In-N-Out hats to wear for a photo with him, which we planned to show to some In-N-Out fans back in Canada. Fun and memorable! Checking the Company Store website for gift ideas too!
(5)Dave J.
Okay, no trip to California is complete without an In N' Out stop. Simply the best fast food chain burgers on the planet, no doubt. If they ever became a nationwide chain I am certain that one of the other national chains would lose market share to In N' Out and eventually go out of business...that's how far superior these burgers are to the other chains. We stopped in at 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and the line was nearly out the door. Fresh meat, fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service. Winner of best burger from a fast food chain is...napkin please, In N' Out Burger! Puhleeeze open in Chicago!
(5)Adam R.
What else can you say other than epic! Need you say more.
(5)Zachary A.
This is the burger that has been KNOWN to convert strict vegetarians. It's made fast by the highest-paid fast food workers in the industry($10/hr). Everything is so fresh and tasty....it makes for poor leftovers, simply because the high-quality, perishable ingredients degrade almost immediately, upon cooling down. Order it, eat it ALL and keep coming back.... In-N-Out - Freshness you can taste...and pleasantly burp-up, hours afterward....
(5)Daniel A.
One of the best burgers in town. Relatively quick at fulfilling orders. Sometimes this location can become congested. Hang out spot for some groups.
(5)Belle S.
In-n-out never fails, so it's always my first stop when I reach California. On my road trip across the US, this was the first beacon of light to tell me "welcome back to Cali!" And I sure was happy.
(4)Sal N.
Best fast food place in the valley. In-&-Out Burger is the best place for burgers. We are lucky to have an In-&-Out here in Indio, the place is fairly small I wish they would expand it a little more because it is always packed. If you eat in park on the side that's towards Harbor Freight, otherwise you will have trouble getting out of the parking lot once the drive thru gets full. The food is great, customer service is excellent. If you do not want to pay for animal style you can always just ask for spread =) but animal style is the best. The shakes here are awesome too.
(5)Wolf L.
Driving in from the bleak Arizona desert on I-10, this In-N-Out was like an oasis sent from heaven! We were starving and when we spotted a sign indicating that the familiar deliciousness of a Double-Double could be had 9.5 miles away, a cheer went up inside the trusty Chevy Cobalt. It was 12:30 PM when we pulled into the lot and the place was packed--the Carl's Jr. next door; not so much. While I ordered the food, Girlfriend and the kids staked out the dining room for a table. They really need to add more seating to this place. I thought I was going to have to arm wrestle an elderly Good Sam's clubber for a seat. Gratefully, the kids stared a family of hillbillies out of their booth next to the trashcan. Way to go, crew! This is a slammin' In-N-Out. The kids behind the counter move like a well-oiled machine. Our burgers and fries were piping hot and perfect. Man, oh, man, oh, man. Is there anything more tasty than a Double-Double animal-style, fries well-done, and an icy cold Coke? No. No, I say. Girlfriend had to take over the driving after we ate, as I was lapsing into a burger coma. I fell asleep with the delicious aroma of Double-Double grease wafting up from my goatee. Ahhhhh.
(5)Justin V.
IN-N-OUT in Indio is great! The service is excellent! It surprises me every time how fast I get my food even with the huge lines! I am always happy with the food and service. Another one is opening in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs! I can't wait! :)
(5)Shana R.
Barely can even call it a hamburger. Scrawniest patty I've ever seen at an In n Out.
(2)Nick D.
In-N-Out is unbelievable! The folks at every single In-N-Out location are extremely polite. Normally, I don't associate great service with a 'fast food joint', but In-N-Out certainly goes against the grain. Consistently clean, fast, and delicious! Best burger in America!
(5)Mark A.
The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is the wait time. The line of cars usually reaches the 111 entrance. Last night, the line only went to the front of the building. That's actually a short line at this location. I ordered two cheese burgers and two double doubles. That's it. I waited about 5 minutes to reach the menu. I ordered at 9:48pm. When I was finally able to drive away, it was 10:26pm. This is exactly why I rarely go there. The food is great, but the wait is always so long. The employees are always polite and very well spoken. I HATE THE WAIT TIME. ..... but I will go back. Ha ha. If any of the In N Out upper management reads this.... Please open a location off of Avenue 42 and Jackson. It will have a ton of customers! Mainly me :-)
(4)Marisa T.
This location gets very busy & the drive thru gets backed up for days.....but the food is consistently good.
(5)Ricky P.
Yes good burgers n the best customer service but the place needs to be more bigger :)
(5)J S.
I love the burgers but this place needs extra seating, most times I have to take the food to go.
(3)Steve L.
I'm not normally a big fan of In-N-Out, but this location had some of THE NICEST employees... As we came in, we were greeted by a guy who made it sound like we were going into some upscale restaurant... While waiting in the surprisingly short (for In-N-Out) line I saw one of the guys talking to kids getting them to compete with a little sticker activity, saying the winner gets a milk shake on him... When one won, he actually went on grabbed a shake, no charge! Food was the typical... I'm not crazy about it, but probably a good spot to stop in if you're in the area.
(5)Deborah H.
What can I say? Its a classic Cali burger joint and everything is made fresh! Try your own off the menu creation. Its near Coachella Fest location so eat up festival goers!
(5)Mandy H.
They always get it right! We don't go out for burgers often and I never even liked In and Out until about 2 years ago. I'm not a fan of the animal style but delicious cheeseburgers with grilled onion for under 3.00 (regular cheeseburger) is unbeatable. I've always gotten exactly what I've asked for they have never made a mistake. The place is always busy so it takes a few minutes but that is just another indicator that they got "it" going on. Yum.. oh!! And chocolate shakes!
(4)Jacob G.
OK I stopped by and asked if they'd be open until 2 A.M. again this year for Coachella & Stage Caoach... they said they'd be open until ATLEAST 3 A.M. this year for Coachella and Stage Coach. ***AWESOOOME*** because I work grave yard and HATE going to Jack In The Box or Del Taco to eat afterwards. I'd much rather have a fresh Double Double Protein Style, Animal Style, with an Animal Style Fry. SOOOO BOMB! YOU GUYS R THE BEST!!!!!
(5)Kimberly B.
No trip to California could be complete without a trip (or two... in two days) to In-n-Out Burger. We'd had 5 Guys just last week, so we've got almost a direct comparison going on and In-n-Out wins hands down in my book. The animal style burger is great, the shakes are great, the fries... are okay. It's hard to go wrong with fries (but when they do, they go so, so wrong). This particular location was super crowded last night but still very quick to move through the line and get us our delicious meals. A great, quick meal to say "welcome to California"!
(4)Jennifer O.
It's an In-N-Out burger joint...same as I've seen elsewhere in California. The Indio restaurant is on the small side, but quite clean and the employees are friendly. Otherwise, it's just simple burger & fries place. Good for a cheap meal in a hurry.
(3)Rudy M.
Remember Miller Lite's popular ``Tastes Great'' vs. ``Less Filling'' ad campaign of 15-20 years ago? My wife Mouse and I are matched in a new one: Her ``IN-N-OUT burger'' vs. my ``Five Guys Burgers and Fries.'' She HAS to go to IN-N-OUT at least once when we're in the LA area. I like IN-N-OUT but I prefer the man-size double burger No. 1 burger and all the fresh toppings at Five Guys. We get a kick out of people in the East whose eyes gloss over when we rave about IN-N-OUT burgers. At the same time, we count many friends who have become Five Guys fans once we recommended the fast-growing chain. I agree with the guy who said IN-N-OUT would cut into the bottom line of other burger chains if it went national. Just add Five Guys to that claim.
(5)Madison B.
Say you're driving home from a weekend full of awesome bands, it's a little past one, and you realize you are starving! Where do you go, in the middle of the desert? In-n-Out of course! The official food of Coachella Music Festival. It's right off the freeway, it's still open and its awesome. double double if you're into that, or maybe a grilled cheese and fries if you're like me. Don't forget the pink lemonade. Might as well make it a large, it's a long trip back to SD.
(5)Juan P.
I only gave it a 3 because of the great service here, the burgers are way over hyped. Based on just food its a one star for average burger and below average fries. Prices are a little above average.
(3)Rick W.
The Mustard Grilled Cheeseburger is great. I should have asked for extra crispy fries, but I didn't want to be the guy with a lot of special requests. Well done, crew!
(4)Alonzo O.
best burgers out in the west coast, five guys aint got nothing on these. The only bad thing is its 2 small, and its always packed, especially during lunch. The animal style burger is the way to go, its on the hidden menu. trust me once u go animal style, you will never get a regular burger again. oh yea u can do animal fries also.
(4)Ty K.
For how many people they have in line and drive thru, they're generally quick. Burgers are hot and exactly as ordered. I dont care for the fries...rather bland and lifeless. I love grilled onions on my burger it is a must have. The shakes are usually pretty good just have to wait a bit for it to melt before sipping through straw. Service is attentive and friendly but prices are kinda up there but if your craving a good burger an haven't been eating at this place for the past week then here it is.
(4)Jeffrey V.
What can I say it's an in/out burger joint. From the upper layer it's very unimpressive. Burgers, fries, and drinks. Egh... I know. But once you figure out the vast underside of the menu all possibilities reveal themselves. I've tried ridiculous things on the menu, well except for anything more than a 4x4. If you haven't had animal fries yet your missing out. If you are in the area and are wondering what's open late and tired of McD, well this is it. Not even a 24 Mexican tacos. Here's a typical order nowadays: #3 no cheese w/grilled, well done fries, and a small drink Before: 3x3 animal, fries animal, and XL shake or double double animal protein, well done fries, and a large drink Sensible eating: Double zero protein w/grilled and a med shake Someday I'll share a 20/20 with a side of grilled cheese, a flying Dutchman, and a XL Neapolitan. Not anytime soon. Good luck and happy eats!
(5)Victor T.
I really don't know whats the hype about this place, i lived in Indio all my life and never really liked the burgers here. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean.
(3)Suzanne L.
You do! YOU DO!!! you do know what a burger is all about. A burger is all about getting out of the coachella music festival at 2am. A burger is all about feeling like you will die if you don't have one before you drive home. A burger is all about going to IN-N-OUT in indio at 2:30am and finding them open, even after their closing time, to get you a double double.
(5)Cain R.
Got there at noon. was busy as hell, per usual. But great customer service and food like always.
(5)Joyce L.
Always a treat! Nothing more to say...
(5)John L.
Simple menu. Why fix it if it ain't broke? The food is good, the service isn't bad. Reminds me of my grandpa's burgers when he owned a cafe. HMMM memories!!!
(4)Abigail B.
In-n-out is a great resturant but be prepared to wait!!! not because they are slow but because there is a line out the door. I will definitely be back many times to come.
(4)Andrew P.
Great food! Not enough seating.
(4)Araceli M.
I love in n out!! Regardless of how long the wait is, it's worth the wait. The burgers and animal fries are always delicious!
(5)Julie D.
We were watching the morning news at our hotel in LA and were amused by one of the news stories. They wanted to get to the bottom of the burger controversy and discover for once and for all, who really has the best burger. Is it In-N-Out? It is Five Guys? Or could it be McDonald's? McDonald's? For real? So, we set out to judge for ourselves. In-N-Out verses Five Guys. This particular In-N-Out was ridiculously busy. I mean super busy. There wasn't an empty table to be had. We had to stand near a table where the eaters seemed to be nearly done eating and hoped that they would soon get outta our way. Plus, the line to the drive up window was so long, people parked out front couldn't get out of their parking spot cause the line to the drive up window was so long. Unreal. I got a regular burger, no cheese. BJ got his with cheese and we shared an order of fries. Sharing fries is a bad idea because one order is not enough. Also, one burger is not enough. BJ had to go back for another. I couldn't decide what made this burger so delicious. But I think it has something to do with the thick slice of onion and the perfectly toasted bun. I think. Anyway, hands down, In-N-Out wins with me!
(5)Tanya F.
I cannot believe I have been living here for a year and I just found out that there is an In-N-Out ten minutes away from me! If I'm going to have myself a cheat day, In-N-Out is the only place that is worth it! Watching your carbs like me? Get your chosen burger protien style and they will wrap it in lettuce in place of a bun. Vegetarian? Order a grilled cheese or a veggie burger. Can't figure out what flavor shake to get? Get a Neapolitan Shake and they will put all the flavors in one cup! In the mood for a root beer float? They can do that too. Among other things!
(5)Mark H.
Beware if you get in drive up your stuck Spent 56 minutes in the drive thru today. Not a good experience. Food is not that good
(1)Alexandra D.
This place is great. Great food. Great prices. And the staff have a great attitude. Love this place
(5)Darren D.
In-n-Out Burger has been a staple in my family since the early '80s. There are very few places I've been that have matched the quality and taste of In-n-Out's burgers, none of those matches have matched the price or speed. In-n-Out has highly trained, motivated, and polite employees that take care of the customer. If you've been looking for a high quality fast-food burger, fries, (animal style fries are the best), or shake for a great price then look no further. They have consistently sat at the top of my burger experience for the past 35 years.
(5)Crystal M.
I took a chance on trying "animal style" and it was so delicious. Everything that they packed in made my mouth so happy. it was so thick I could hardly bite it, but I decided to put being a lady aside and just dig in. Big. Tasty. Messy and no extra charge for the extras. Incredible! I'm so glad that I moved to California because I can enjoy In N Out whenever I want. Yum. Five stars because this location had yellow peppers near the ketchup to add more spice to the meal if needed.
(5)Shaz A.
Omg!! The food we had was amazing and out of this world! We have found this location to be consistently yummy and fresh..and oh yes, they definitely provide service with a smile!! Will keep visiting this location..and oh yes, ordering from secret (not-so-secret) menu!
(5)Magic H.
People are obsessed with In-N-Out. I think it's pretty good honestly, but not good enough to wait 45 minutes in a damn line that goes on forever. A while ago I found a piece of glass in one of my french fries, I had called and was ready to file suite as it definitely damaged my mouth quite a bit. Unfortunately, the whole thing was cancelled when the cleaning lady at my work threw away my piece of glass, thinking it was just an empty in n out box. I am annoyed by my close proximity the lineups around the block and traffic problems In n Out causes. Their employees are awesome, they are smart, happy, and chill. Probably because they get paid better than their competitors. I normally get the fries well done. Then if you pass out for the evening and wake up the next morning- The well done fries are still good to go, haha. Much better than the other fast food guys, but still, I'm having a hard time getting into the hype of the locals.
(4)Alena C.
11:30 on a Friday night. Cars wrapped around the building, we were hesitant, but less than 15 minutes later we had two double doubles with grilled onion and fries, lap mat, and happy faces. As far as fast food goes, In-n-out gets it.
(4)Rick F.
Always been a big fan of In-n-Out, going back to the 70's, even have decals on my car. Unfortunately the Indio store seems to be consistently the slowest drive thru out of all the stores I've been to, every time I go. Still great food but 35 minutes in the drive thru with only 8 cars ahead of me when I got there??? Get it together folks and learn from your other stores!!!
(2)Sal N.
9/23/2012 Best fast food place in the valley.

My first blessed In-N-Out Burger experience was here and therefore will forever be sacred. Perhaps I can make this location a National Landmark? First of all, the parking lot was JUMPIN' as soon as I pulled in, on an early Saturday afternoon. Second, all the staff were attractive. Never seen more beautiful fast food ladies in my life, and I honestly thought this was possibly the In-N-Out standard until Nevada (yikes). Ordered me a hamburger, animal style, fries, and a soda. I think the line was 20 deep by the time I ordered, but it went quick enough. In-N-Out fries leave a lot left to be desired in a french fry, but the burger was perfection. Looked amazing, tasted amazing, and the toppings were on point and evenly distributed. Met every fast food burger expectation and desire. Hell yes. And CHEAP AS HELL. Then I had In-N-Out in Nevada and Arizona to see if the experience was universal - and it sure as shit was NOT. Californians, soak it in, fatten up and bless this chain.
(5)Ben W.
California favorite with New York lines. What trip to the west coast is complete without a stop at In-n-Out? We didn't want to go too far out of our way, and luckily there was this location right in Indio. When we arrived there was a string of cars in the drive thru extending all the way to the other parking lot, so we figured walking in would be quicker. We were wrong. We were able to immediately place our order (two double doubles and fries animal style), however it took a good twenty minutes before we had bag in hand and were on our merry way. The food I think is pretty standard from location to location, and this place fortunately didn't disappoint.
(3)Vanessa C.
Very small building. Very clean and very sweet staff. I usually order a Protein style, no onion, EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA tomatoes. My fries have no salt and an Arnold Palmer. Best thing in the world!!
(5)Animal-Lover J.
Every time I go here the food is fast, delicious and fresh. Even when the drive up window is wrapped around the building! The store is always clean and customer service is impeccable. I deducted one star for the very limited seating and parking is very awkward at this location.
(4)Luziano C.
In N Out is always good and a great choice to stop at. This In N Out's food is always on point and just the way you ordered it. The staff is always helpful and quick to pump out everyone's orders. Seating is fair here, could use more for the amount of business it sees. The wait is a fair amount of time during peak hrs and quick when not. They tend to forget to wipe down tables when busy though. Overall this place is great and would recommend.
(4)Jessica V.
I couldn't resist. I just got done at the gym and all I was thinking about was a double double ....yes this girl can eat. Long live at drive thru like always but I'm patiently waiting. I think I'm car number 12 and I'm not kidding. But if you have eaten here you know it's worth every bite and the wait. If your coming to Cali make sure you stop at In-N-Out it's a must. Oh and don't forget the grilled onions on your burger yummmm.
(5)Ed J.
Best burgers in town. Always a friendly staff on point every time the family and I stop bye for a bite to eat.
(4)Brian M.
I visit in-n-out every time I'm back in California or Arizona. I wish we had one in Houston.
(5)Noemi R.
The staff is very friendly they have never messed up my order they have amazing burgers and I live animal style fries. They may not have the cool soda machine that people make a huge whoop about it. But there food is quality. I prefer you to eat there. If only there was a 10 stars.
(5)LM M.
What more needs to be said .... In & Out is what a hamburgers all about! You can order a grilled cheese sandwich there if you are not a meat eater. Also, try the French fries "animal-style" for a real treat. Also how about having your onions grilled....endless choices on a basic and delicious menu!
(5)Nick A.
Oh IN N OUT. How I love thee. I go at least once a week. Best burgers ever. I get the double double meal with regular onions and animal fries. Mmmmm. I think I'm going to go right now!! Thank you for existing. You guys rock!!!
(5)Jeffrey P.
Its what you expect from In-N-Out.
(4)Daniel L.
What a great thing to see on the way back from Arizona..in-n-out! Such a great staple of California. Always order my double double with double whole grilled onions and double veggies.... omg
(5)Duncan M.
Had an observation and the manager listened and was going to address with her team. She was so professional with a high emphasis on customer service and a great attitude.
(4)Franky T.
Classic, great In-N-Out. Yes, the line sucks, but if you've been in an area like this before where the next closest one is pretty far away (like I have), it's worth the wait. Suck it up and deal if you want a tasty, cheap burger and fries, or go to the grotty McDonalds across the street if you're that desperate. The cashier I had today (Collette) was very friendly and even asked if I wanted a water cup while I waited since I didn't order a drink. So thoughtful!
(5)Simplee G.

When it comes to burgers this is the place . Mcdonalds, burger king, etc wish they had the line of cars and max occupancy reach their limits daily . I love it !

Always 5 stars! The lines can get pretty ridiculous but it's worth it! Maybe one day they will expand.

Only reason I'm not rating this place 1 star is my love of In n Out as a whole. When I searched yelp and saw there was an in n out within 10 miles, figured it would be worth the drive. Especially reading some of the reviews. Frankly, those good reviews, especially about the staff ranges back to 2008. Staff here was awful. I place my order at drive thru, whenever I would personalize my order the person helping me out would repeat everything I said in a real sarcastic tone. Didn't pay any mind to it, only two cars were ahead of me, but it still took 20 minutes to get my food. After I get my food, I receive it in an open box. I'm from San Diego, and the In n Outs there have a little bit more common sense. The person working the drive thru hands me the box, so I ask her to bag it, as I'm taking it to go. She instead thinks of a clever idea to use another box and lay it on top of it and literally smashes my burgers with her all might (I'll attach picture) . By the time I get back to my place my food was so cold after eating the first burger I tossed everything on the trash. I only ate the first burger cause I was super hungry. In n Out staff if you're reading this, please improve your service at this location. I will definitely be visiting 5 guys whenever I'm in the area now.

Love to take out for my lunch and late night dinner... The flavor is great and is not much time what you have to wait for your food.

This place is always busy. I always get a #1 with animal style fries and a side of chilies and a strawberry shake. And when I'm hungry go with a 4x4. Amazing

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon (via drive-through) and received great customer service. I time how long I spend from queuing up to getting my order: 15 minutes beginning inside the driveway where parking starts. That's about average. Fries well done are crispy but more greasy than I remember. Maybe because they sit in the grease longer and I haven't eaten here often since adopting a plant-based lifestyle. BF devoured the cheeseburger. One request-if you won't serve vegan grilled cheese, please serve a dairy-free shake (date would be an awesome desert-secret-menu special)! I'd become a loyal customer again.

I've always loved the taste of these burgers! Fries need improvement. The shakes taste fresh and all natural. Everytime I drive by, there is always a long line of cars at the drive through, not sure if going inside is that much faster. Simple menu that consists of hamburger or cheeseburger (single of double), fries, soft drinks and chocolate, vanilla or strawberry shakes. You can also order is protein style (without the bun).
