In n Out will always get five stars in my book. I usually come here after business trips or vacations away from California. It's a taste of home and nothing compares to In n Out. This place is always popping with all walks of life. The staff is always patient and friendly. I have not received bad service and my order has always been correct. America!

Pretty decent In n Out location. It's right next to the freeway for a quick snack on a road trip! There's a free parking lot too. The lines go quickly and there's a good amount of seats here. Open until 1:30am on the weekends! That's as late as Glendale gets. Lol
(4)Natasha T.
#1 with no tomato, extra crispy fries, and a diet coke! always + 4ever! This location is different than your usual run of the mill in-n-out, as it does not have a drive through. Strangely, I've never had a wait here. It's usually clean, not super crowded, and you get your food in a relatively short amount of time. I'd much rather drive to Glendale, park, and eat here than brave the one in Hollywood! All In-n-Out locations are more or less the same (aka great food, slightly frustrating parking lots), and this one falls in line with that assessment, just with better parking and faster service. Not too shabby!
(5)Tim N.
Clean, run like a well oiled machine, and with outstanding quality. Pros: + Like any In-N-Out, they have the same simple but classic menu. + The restaurant and restrooms were both very clean, even during the lunch rush. + Despite a packed house, the orders came out pretty quickly. Cons: - Could use a little more seating indoors and outdoors, as well as more shade outdoors. It's a gladiatorial feat to secure a table here at lunchtime.
(5)Meredith D.
I've never had an In N Out meal that wasn't THE BEST!! The service here is as top-notch as other locations as well. By all appearances, this should be a 5-star In N Out....but THE LINE. OMG THE LINE. There isn't another drive through location anywhere near this location. That makes your customary long In N Out line an extraordinary In N Out line. The drive through set up is unique. As soon as you drive into the parking lot, you hit a quick left down an alley that wraps around the building. Specially designed to accommodate the amount of cars waiting in the drive through. That is what the cops call a clue. The inside is always busy-to-packed as well. C'mon guy that owns this location...build us another drive through location. We promise we'll flock to Mecca; faster even.
(4)Sergio D.
I'll take this over McDonald's and Jack any day. Good food and good customer service. The location is nice.
(4)Nancy A.
Typical in-n-out food. Great food, fast service. They are friendly and always get my order correct. Expected typical long lines during peak hours.
(5)Ed L.
Getting to this In-N-Out can be a bit tricky as it's located under the overpass where the 2 and 134 meet. I recommend using your GPS to navigate her if it's your first time. The parking is also a bit tricky as most of the parking lot is reserved for the neighboring Japanese restaurant. The food and service is typical of In-N-Out, above average, but both the in-restaurant dining and drive-thru can be extremely busy during the lunch and dinner rush. So is avoid these times.
(4)Marissa B.
Yummy lunch today. I had a hamburger & fries. Line wasn't too bad. This is actually my favorite location because the drive thru is simple. It was bumper to bumper, but flowing today.
(5)Dave R.
There's a secret shortcut for this In N Out! Once you drive in, instead of driving to the left, drive straight ahead, then turn right, turn right again, right again, then left, and then get on the 134 W and go to the In N Out in Burbank. You'll get your burger about 10 minutes faster that way! Seriously. I timed it with a friend tonight. Saw the line, and he stayed. I left. I was eating 10 minutes before him. I thought the company cared about slow drive-thru performance?
(1)Seta A.
Who is not a fan of this burger joint! Of course I love it, I love that even though the drive through line is out to the street, you can still order and drive off within 15 minutes... Do plan ahead, because on a Sunday morning (yes, 11:30 is still morning on Sunday), where one would think that people are doing breakfast and brunches, there is one HUGE line! What a formula, the team, the logistics, the planning, the management, and definitely the food! Yes please I will have and eat double double animal style. And yes, I would love fries with that! If you haven't been. It's time. The best location ever!
(4)Young P.
As someone who grew up in the east coast all my life, I can honestly say there is absolutely nothing like in-n-out anywhere else. Whenever I visit California, this is a must place for me. I always gets the double-double with animal style fries. I just can't get over how delicious it is. They only use high quality meat, real potatoes, and vegetables are also super fresh. Don't even get me started on those delicious animal style fries......omg.... You hardcore east coasters might be thinking but what about shake shack? five guys??? First of all, if you haven't already, please read my review on shake shack. Second, you can't even compare five guys to in-n-out. That's literally like comparing a pepper spray to an atomic bomb. It just doesn't work.
(5)Edgar A.
Good burger. Good price. Most of the time the cashier is friendly; but today (8-9-15) David the cashier was not that friendly. My 4 star rating is for the food alone & nothing to do with the service. It's expected that it's going to be busy here or any other In-N-Out, so the wait is kind of long to get a burger.
(4)Loris M.
The best burger, especially if it's late at night and you get a to go order, you can't go wrong!
(5)Leona S.
I love In N Out. Hate this location. I love their fresh burgers, their fries (extra crispy) and their milkshakes. But my goodness, the line and drive-thru are the worst. I think we waited 20 mins one time for our food and just the other day, in the drive-thru it nearly took 25 minutes....let's crank these babies out faster!
(4)Mark E.
My brother in law is in town and the first place he wanted to go was to In N Out! As usual, the drive through line was super long so we decided to walk in- wrong move, if you are in a hurry. The drive through line probably moved 4 or 5 times faster than the walk up line. But, it definitely was entertaining to see the crew working behind the counter. I always say that the burgers here are just "OK", but theyre actually a little better than that. I got the double double cheese and it was pretty delicious. I also tried the animal fries and have realized that I'm not that in to them. Will I be back? Yes....but its not my first choice.
(4)Maria H.
I recently had a bad experience at this location. I waited in the drive thru line for literally 45 minutes. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers along with fries and drinks. I got home took my food out and noticed that my cheeseburgers were both lettuce wrapped burgers. I was so frustrated after waiting 45 minutes I didn't even have a yummy burger to eat because someone forgot to double check if the orders were correct.

Healthy Fast Food A West Coast favorite burger chain, won't trade it for any other regional chain, @InNOut family owned and operated since 1948. Two Burgers without onions and mustard instead of spread. Less than 600 calories. #InNOut #FreshNotFrozen #DriveThur #LowCalorie #Under10Dollars #FastFood #ThatsWhatAHamburgerIsAllAbout

Call it California Blasphemy... But I never really crave In-N-Out. But when I do finally eat here, I enjoy my 3x3 Protein Style and their fresh cut fries. It just never overwhelms me with the feeling that I need to come back soon. This is a decent location, but it's always crazy busy and the parking can be a nightmare with the absurd way they designed the drive-thru line. You can easily get blocked in for a while if you're not careful where you park. For fast food, it's somewhat healthier especially if you get your burgers Protein Style. Their milkshakes are pretty good and fries are ok, but better when cooked "well done." Also, sometimes they forget the extra patty, but fix it pretty quickly after telling them. Overall it's solid and slightly above average. But I do see why a lot of people love this place. It's just not my favorite cup of tea. It's more like my solid second choice if I can't think of somewhere better to eat.
(3)Jake N.
I love coming to get a double double animal style! The burgers are always juicy and full of flavor. I love the special sauce that comes on the burgers. It is nice to get the combo because the fries are so unique. They are a hearty dense fry that is always fresh potatoes cut the day of. Moral of the story there is a reason why this place is always busy.
(5)Jack C.
It's In-N-Out! Its delicious. Fries well done... mmm perfect. This Glendale store is always busy. Drive through is consistently 15-30min. Inside is slightly better sometimes, sometimes worse. They get my order right only 75% of the time. Lost a star for consistency & wait time
(4)Kate K.
I'm here way more often that I'd like to admit, but what can I say? In-N-Out is more of a lifestyle than a dining choice. This location is pretty close to DTLA and preferable over the Americana location, which always has a weird odor. It's usually packed for dinner and if there's a high school game happening, finding a table is impossible. Still, the line inside moves pretty quickly and the drive thru isn't bad since there's always someone taking orders from cars. Shoutout to the older guy who works night shifts at the drive-thru - he's ridiculously friendly and always gives me tons of extra ketchup packets (because the fries are just a vessel to get the ketchup into my body). Always clean, reliable and delicious. Plus the parking lot is huge so there's no trouble finding a spot and eating in the car if it's crowded.
(5)Melanie D.
This location is pretty much the same as the others - always busy, but this one seems to consistently have a longer drive thru line than most I've patroned. This time we decided to go in and order. The line was very short but there were a lot of people waiting for their orders, so it took 10-15 minutes. The burgers were hot, juicy and made to order as usual. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were fairly clean. parking - big lot but can be difficult to maneuver and find a space given so many waiting in the drive thru line. And the lot is shared with another restaurant.
(4)Schel H.
Ok so unless you live under a rock, hate Americana, or just are a complete idiot you know that In-N-Out is just about as iconic a burger stand as you can find still in so cali. This may have been the munchkins first trip to an In N Out as well. We got the usual order there, an order of fries to share, a burger for the munchkin and a double double for me. Both burgers were special ordered. The munchkins had pickles when we asked for none and mine was fine. What was not fine and very atypical for this chain is that they skipped us somehow by several numbers until I made a thing out of it. Once i had gotten it through their sick skulls that we hadnt received our grub, they made it for us with the next ones off the grill. So I was kind of upset with them a lil bit shall we say. Well I was until I sunk my teeth into that deliciousness. That honestly made up for most of my anger and ire. On top of everything else, I was famished and this helped to sate my hunger so that was awesome. Overall due to the mis management of tickets it wasnt as high as it could potentially have been with my rating. But overall it was tasty having my rare DblDub and I would be willing to go back there someday without a doubt. Who knows, maybe ill even run into you
(3)Zac S.
How can you go wrong with In-N-Out? Honestly, you can if you order incorrectly. What do I mean by this? Simple. If you order like a mundane mandrake (#1, 2, or 3) then less power to your puny, non-creative mind, however if you order like a non-conformist mega mind All-Star, and go for the secret menu then more power to you kind sir or lady!!!! That is all, folks.
(5)Lois E.
I'm giving them just 3 stars cause I am starving and after 10 min in the drive thru I couldn't take it anymore so I got out of the line, which winds around in the back like a snake cause it's that long, and I just parked and walked in to place my order. I still haven't eaten but I'm sure it'll be delicious. It usually is. Starving and waiting. I'm shaking!
(3)A C.
Very crowded well isn't every In-n-out, but I think it's worth it. There fries are the best and I love there protein burger.
(5)Tracy W.
As In-N-Out Burgers go, this is a big one, nice, but it seems always busy so that it's hard to find parking or a place to sit. But it's a good size, convenient location. And the food and service is always good. I mean, it's In-N-Out, right?
(5)Sal M.
Never bother eating my burger inside or outside in the patio, way too crowded to enjoy the burger. I usually take it home or eat inside my car. Staff has always been polite and accommodating. Double Double Is my choice of burger, but get grilled onions ,never raw onions, you will regret it. I am not a big fan of their fries, their shakes though are awesome. Drive-Thru is always packed but it movies smoothly. Parking can be a headache. Will return!
(4)George C.
This particular In N Out is very close to my home and I might be a bit bias to say that the line does move fast but there are other In N Outs that move much faster. If I wasn't so lazy I'd just park my car in front and just go inside which is much faster. I've realized that but sometimes staying in the car just feels perfect. I've noticed a few reviews saying the drive through is so slow and yes it is a bit slow but I'm not driving all the way to Burbank to get my In N Out fix. I've read about missed orders and I haven't had that happen to me yet. They've always had my order right even with the well done items. The food quality is always great - never bad. I've been coming here ever since this place opened many years ago. I love this place and I love this fast food joint - nothing bad to write about!
(5)Richard K.
The line for the drive thru is always ridiculously long. Even at midnight on Sunday, the line is clear across the parking lot. I have driven trough this place and simply left more times than I've actually bought food. They need to hire more people. I refuse to wait 20 minutes while my car overheats. It's a shame because the location is so convenient. But, it seems that most In N Out Burgers are just letting the lines grow nowadays. So, I will eat elsewhere.
(1)Jaddis H.
In N Out is amazing. I've been to many locations and they're all great. This location gets pretty busy during dinner and the weekends. When they're not busy, they do a wonderful job customizing my burger. My regular order: #1 with grilled and regular onions, chopped peppers inside, extra toast and well done fries. -You NEED to try getting extra toast on your burger- makes it crispy! When they're busy, they make our burgers like every other's :/ can't blame them, they're working hard
(4)Nicole D.
I really like this In-N-Out location. Although the parking lot can get packed during peak times, as can the drive-through line, the restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. There's outdoor seating, and it has more of a mountain feel than the locations on the Westside.
(4)Katie L.
Why wouldn't anyone like In N Out?! They're made fresh and you get to see them cut their potatoes on a cool potato slicing machine!! Can't get more fresh than that!!
(5)Stephanie M.
Although its almost ALWAYs busy some of the employees really know how to make a customers day, specifically Angel (: his positive attitude will definitely bring me back
(5)Julie T.
It's really difficult to diss in n out because it's just too good and normally they're very friendly. However, this location, although very close to where I live, I'm a bit torn. First, while waiting in the drive thru, I saw rats chillin' out in the bushes. Ohhhhhhh...kay..... Gross... Second, this in n out keeps messing up on our order. Don't get why "M Only (Mustard Only)" translate to a burger with ketchup? We are currently unable to consume sugar...SO there goes a perfectly good 3x3 and 4x4..sigh..
(3)Shanika H.
There's no way around a wait at this location, but WHAT DID YOU EXPECT, YOUNG SIR. Question mark. You did it. You found all the "secret menu items" from that one Buzzfeed post and you're about to change the paradigm. You're on fire. You came to win. You came to stand in line for a little piece of California Jesus food that's going to take you to nirvana. No doubt. *rubs hands together.* *licks lips.* *sways.* You've practiced your order. You've visualized it circling that godforsaken parking lot. And trust me, go inside. The drive-thru, while quite efficient, is just the worst parade ever. At least there's a restroom, maybe a chair and interesting people watching. Plus, you get to watch the magical fries assembly line. SORCERY. You place your order with the jovial staff and you can't help but think "why can't I be that happy?" I'll tell you why -- IN N OUT UNIVERSITY. The dream is real and these fools lived it. Step your burger game up. Animal style, 2X2, protein style, grilled onions, a chocolate shake. fine. leather. goods. TREAT YO' SELF. It's always like a hotdamned bingo game up in here (up in here). Guest number 86 Guest number 87 Guest number 88 -- BINGO THATS ME OMG. *face meets fries and everyone needs to stop talking to me* So, basically, don't get a root beer float unless you're into that feeling of, "where'd the rest of my shake go?" Settle for that disappointment when the lids don't actually fit the water cup and you spill lemon-y water all over yourself. Hover over a table of way-too-excited high school kids until they get uncomfortable and leave. Win your evening with this ambrosia-esque fast food and get your behind in line.
(5)Elias C.
Animal style burger and fries Rock!!! You can't find a better burger that's just right than this burger.
(5)Regina W.
On the way home from work, I stopped in to get a cheeseburger. I was feeling lazy and jumped into the drive in line. BIG MISTAKE! I went at around 7pm and the line was extremely long and wrapped around the place 1.5 times. I waited 35+ minutes for a burger! Although they have someone working outside to take your order ahead of time, it was still a LONG wait! I recommend parking and going in. It's still busy but I'm sure you'll get your food faster. I ate the burger at home and it was delicious! 4 stars! The cheese and grilled onion were a match made in paradise!
(3)Phi C.
Seriously!!!!! Who will ever leave this place disappointed!!! Burgers and fries are ALWAYS on point!! A must have EVERY TIME I come back to California to visit!!! Fresh meat and fresh vegetables!! One of my favorite burgers EVER!
(5)Rodolfo D.
The person handing out the good was rude and spoke down to me I do not appreciate that at all.
(1)Elizabeth G.
The female restroom sink faucet area was clean and so was the actual facility. Got the usual number two and it was great.
(5)Jeaneviv S.
These were supposed to be cheese fries.. Exactly how it looked when I opened the box. ( I will try to add photo here) Got them from the drive through. Basically my fries were turned over, and the cheese was melted to the side and barely any fries in there. There's no way it could of been my fault. I live just a few blocks away. Just wanted to correct this action for future services. Tops it off when she didn't give me the spread I asked for.
(2)Alexia E.
The line is very long but it's worth the wait. Almost all the meat is natural and not synthetic and the fries aren't as deep fried.
(5)Suzy Q.
In n out is always wonderful. Parking is very limited here unless you want to risk being towed on the Osaka side of the lot. Love seeing all the kids from the neighborhood. Construction workers and police officers during lunch. In-n-out is great at being consistent on all fronts regardless of location, this makes for great business.
(5)Claudia R.
Oh In N Out...you always save me when I go to a party and they don't have any veg options! Drive thru looked like a nightmare on a Saturday night but it went surprisingly quickly! Yay!
(4)Erick R.
Like most In & Out restaurants, the Burgers are good and the Fries are Tasty, Add a Shake to the mix and you're good to go. It was pretty cold night, so a warm burger would hit the spot good. The line to the drive through was immense. The drive through line was about 30 minutes long and the way the drive through drive was set up it almost looked more like a Universal Studios tram ride than getting some grub.
(4)Tom P.
Some people might say I'm exaggerating, but this location serves the best burger in the world. I've tried a lot of different burgers from different places, but there is simply no competition against in n out..if anyone knows a better place please let me know cuz I can't imagine anywhere better than this place (don't comment trashy places such as habit)
(5)Christina M.
The food is great, it's in n out. However employees work through the line really slowly. Make sure you have time.
(3)Hannah K.
The line here is always RIDICULOUS. It's kind of annoying getting into the parking lot, so once you're finally in it feels like a waste not to get In-n-Out even though the drive-thru line is so long it has begun to spiral around itself. Service is fine like most locations and I haven't had any problems ordering my food. Just beware of the high schoolers and the toddlers that are here with their parents after school hours. Last time I was here some little girl mistook me for her mother and tugged on my hair. Yeah I'll get my burger down on Brand next time...
(2)Anhtuan T.
Who doesn't know In-N-Out? I suppose if you're from the East Coast you may be more of a shake shack or five guys kind of person but around here s'aaaLLL about In-N-Out!! Let the controversy continue to rage!! Since In-N-Out doesn't need much of a description with all the reviews floating around this chain, I'll just focus more on this particular location. It's almost ALWAYS packed!! It's in such a convenient location with schools, the hospital and freeway all in close proximity that it makes this one of the busiest locations in the area. They do pretty well pumping out their orders and the line moves fast but be prepared, you WILL wait, at least a little every time you come. P.S. If you think you can beat the line by coming later at night around midnight, think again!! I can see the drive-thru line near my house and it lights up like christmas morning till closing most of the time.
(4)Sarah R.
Its in-n-out, who doesn't love their burgers and animal fries. Only down fall is this location is hard to get in and out of during their peak hours. Times to avoid are when the high school gets out and dinner time. The drive thru lane is so long but they do make it as affectinet as possible.
(4)Cheryl S.
I can't help but crave In-N-Out once in a blue moon. I always order the #2 animal style, no pickles, with a pink lemonade. If I'm not feeling the carbs nor the dairy (which is half of the time), I get it, protein-style, no cheese, with a lemonade. Not only am I a fan of their burgers and fries (yum) but also their pink lemonade. This location seems to always have long lines in their drive thru, at least whenever I go. As with any location, it helps to have someone waiting outside to take your order so when you pull up, it's ready for you to pay and pick up. They've never messed up on my order and if you don't want to wait, you can park and order inside "to go". Thank you In-N-Out for always fixing my burger cravings. It's a cheaper fix than "Umami" or "Fat Burger" and a much healthier place than McDonald's or Jack-N-the-Box.
(4)Andy A.
At this location food is always consistently good service is always fast and friendly.
(4)L. T.
The drive through is super slow here the other in and outs are way better. I avoid this one when I can. It is like people can decide on the order or the staff is just too slow.
(4)Angelie D.
I can't say that I've never been disappointed by In n Out itself. I mean, they have been serving the same delicious burgers and fries since they opened. Consistency is the key. Just a small peeve about this particular spot because it's very crowded with the younger crowd and the cars in the parking lot don't seem to care if you are driving near them or even walking in the same area. They will run you over! :)
(4)Debbie D.
Not much to add. Legendary in and out provides the best bang for the buck. Great burgers, home made fries(!) Cheap!
(5)Michael S.
In-N-Out is the local standard of chain excellence. I can't write much here to add what others have already written, except to note that if you choose to dine-in and avoid the ridiculous car conga outside, the person calling out your order does sometimes blow it and give your order to someone else. So be like a hawk and wait at the counter. If anybody dares to lay hands on your order, slay them with a plastic straw for having the temerity take what is yours by right.
(4)David R.
I've never had a problem with an abnormal wait or no parking, which makes this location FREAKING AWESOME. Thanks for making this one extremely vital aspect to the in n out experience great. It makes a difference.
(5)Pancho V.
IMO In-N-Out is one of the better Chain/Fast Food Burger joints, and although they make their French Fries Fresh from real Potato's in house I DESPISE them, IF I order fries from In-N-Out I NEVER order regular fries..... I only do Animal Style yelp.com/biz_photos/in-n… top some fries with caramelized onions, cheese and 1000 Island dressing it takes something I despise to something that's pretty good! Animal Style Fries - 4-Stars
(4)Olga L.
Very delicious and always fresh! Love the fresh French fries !the line is always long, but it goes by pretty fast. I love ordering a grilled cheese with grilled onions and no spread. Finding a place to sit is always tuff and that's the only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5.
(4)Ashleey R.
Drive through always busy but it's always worth the wait ! Munchies munchies munchies ! I love the cheese fries & the shakes !! BOMB Pearl is a great cashier. Great customer service !
(4)Jeanette Y.
i love in n out burgers!!! fries too! originally we were going to to drive through, but the line was LONG!!!! At 9 pm, the line was about 15 cars. So we decided to walk in and get it togo. Waited about 15 minutes to get our food, when we came out, the line got even longer! pretty crazy! and it was a tuesday night!
(4)Ashley H.
As a non native west coast person, the discovery of in and out was amazing for me. I love the grilled cheese animal style and vanilla shake. In true in and out fashion, there is always a long line, but they do a great job of keeping the lines moving.
(4)Cristina T.
Horrible service during rush hour :-( Came here at peak dinner time. You would think they would have their acts together since it is In n Out...when is it ever NOT busy. I ordered a protein style cheeseburger - they gave me a regular cheeseburger with the bun still on. Ordered fries well done - fries weren't well done. Ordered a NEW set of fries well done - fries STILL didn't come well done. :( I would definitely be wary when ordering food at this location, the outcome is definitely hit or miss.
(3)Christian I.
The drive thru is always long, always around the parking lot onto the street where the line starts.
(3)Lauren P.
This is probably one of the worst In-N-Outs to visit. This In-N-Out is in a prime location for locals and travelers. It's located right off of the 2 freeway, across the street from a hospital, down the street from the mall, and right on the borderline of Eagle Rock and Glendale. Quality/Service Don't get my wrong the quality is the same at this In-N-Out as any other, they always get my order right, and for the most part are pretty friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. Drive-Thru They have an amazing set-up when it comes to their drive-thru; it literally wraps around the whole In-N-Out making it easy to wait in line without being in the way. Even though they have this lovely drive-thru it isn't enough for he crowd it attracts; I've waited in their lovely drive-thru line as much as 30+ minutes before. Tip Check out their not-so-secret-menu; I recommend the Animal Fries. If you don't like they soggy fries you can ask them for well-done fries. Their Arnold Palmer is probably the best I've ever had but you have to get it with their pink lemonade.

The reason why I'm giving a 1 is not to rage the food. I just entered the drive thru at 1:10 am and stood waited in line they didn't take my order ignored at the line as we went up to the front it was already 1:40 am the lady had the nerve to ignore did not even acknowledge our presence. I am so disappointed. Lacking customer service.

Never have I been to an in-&-out and gotten bad customer service and attitude until I went to this glendale location. I couldn't believe it. I am from the beach area and people don't treat people like I was treated. Cashier was having a very bad day and when I asked to speak to manager it only got worst. The manager had an attitude as well. Unbelievable. It was busy but no reason to offend a customer who had a real complaint. Other customers who also were mistreated were not happy. Never again will I go to this location and I have told all my friends and family about the experience and not to go... Too many places that serve hamburgers without the attitude to go to this place.

If you've been to In N Out then you know why I give them 5 stars. If you have never been, then go, order anything, and you'll know why they get 5 stars.
(5)Ryan C.
No matter what in and out you go to you always get the same quality food, and the employees are always real nice. I come to this one because it's close to my house and the food is extra good for some reason lol Anyways in and out is always the way to go for burgers!
(5)Natalie H.
I have been to this location numerous times! I usually order from the drive through and I must say it takes a while!! However, the quality of their food has always met my expectations. The workers are pretty friendly too!
(3)Armen A.
I love In N Out... I feel sorry for people in states without in n out. Animal style dbl dbl is my kryptonite. This location is nice bc it's secluded and not always crazy. Consistently correct order and food always great!
(5)Arno A.
When you want a real burger this is where you go!! Burgers always taste amazing and the wait is always worth it!! Staff is always young and friendly!! Love this place so much I'm going for a burger right after this review!!
(5)Mike K.
Just left this location after leaving the Tujunga store on foothill. This place has better trained employees and they seem to give out the food in the correct way it was ordered. Good job guys and management, keep up the good job. it also took half the time. Oh yea, when ordering,I just said hey! and the girl took my order. I didn't have to tell him how my day was.
(5)Marie N.
Always incredibly slow service at this location both at the drive through and when dining inside.
(2)Matt T.
Incompetent fools working here. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still screwed it up. Kiss my ass In n Out......I will never give you another penny of my money.
(1)Kristina J.
Animal style with chopped chilies all the way. Mustard fried on my protein style burger. There's always a line, but what do u expect, it's in n out.
(4)Steven R.
I recommend getting a Hamburger
(4)Ashley C.
This is the safest In-N-Out I've ever been to! Every In-N-Out Burger has great food, but the lines are huge and the cars are sticking out into the streets with cars flying by. Not this one though, this one has it's own huge parking lot and it looks like you're eating in a forest. Still a long line on a Saturday afternoon, but well worth it!
(5)Miguel O.
There's a lot of In-N-Out Burger outlets that I could review, but this is one of the Best In-N-Outs there is, here's why: Location: Between the 134 and 2 freeways in Glendale. Convenient? Hell yeah. The drive through here gets backed up to the point that the overflow ends up in the parking lot. Makes finding a space difficult. But then you go inside and the entire nation of Glendale is inside! No where to stand or sit (barely). When they built this place, they obviously thought no one would show up. Wrong! Despite the crowds, service is fast and very friendly. Also, lot of hot girls who work here. Makes me wonder about management...Place is also pretty clean. Plenty 'o pink lemonade to go around. The vat is frequently refilled. Burgers and shakes are made right everytime. Never had a problem with getting a cold burger or anything. Better service than any of the other In-N-Outs in the area.

I was just getting ready to write my review about this particular In-N-Out, but first I read some of the other reviews. My main point was going to be that the quality here has always been consistently good. However, I see that other people have had problems here. So... now, I don't want to overly advocate this location in case the other complaints are true, but from my experience (and I have eaten here many times over the years), this has been one of the best locations. Fries and burgers have been crisp, fresh and hot, and service has been excellent despite the big crowds at times. I have been eating at In-N-Outs since I was a kid way back in the days of the first two locations in the 60s, and I have eaten at many, many locations. I would recommend In-N-Out to anyone, and this location in particular. I have never ordered my food animal style, so I can't speak to the quality issues there. All I know is that every experience I have had here has been great.
(5)Michelle M.
I like to think that brand-loyalty works like a marriage. Sure, a consistency in quality is to be expected. ;) But it's not realistically attainable all the time. :/ And yet, you're proud to stand by them and are content to when you sleep at night. That's how I feel right now about In-n-Out. Now, of course, there are going to be other options out there that could probably give you a totally different experience. Bigger patties, wheat bread, chili, etc. But when it comes to something as easily loved and appreciated as In-n-Out, would you really make the mistake of giving up the convenience of the availability of its fresh quality? Better and bigger burgers are usually more expensive and could take more of a drive. In the right Southern California places, In-n-Out has gotten to a point where it's always there for you, and as a Californian, you're always there for it. Plus, as a fast-food burger chain, all the In-n-Out menu (secret or not) items are steals for their prices. Now, I'm a born-and-raised Angeleno, who has made the decision to stick to free range beef. Upon making this decision, I did think about how I would have to part from In-n-Out, only to learn that you can actually order "grilled cheese sandwiches"--which are really their burgers without the patties. They still taste just as good. I DO NOT MISS THE BEEF AT ALL. Now, with that said, I'd like to address some things about this particular location: More than once I have been told that I cannot order a double-double grilled cheese sandwich with onions, regular AND grilled--when other In-n-Out restaurants have been able to make this order without surprise and without a problem. Second, my animal style fries have been lacking in the animal style when compared to other In-n-Out restaurants. The amount poured over the fries just does not do the amount of fries justice, the cheese isn't melted enough, and the look of the order would not be eligible for advertisement. I've been to other In-n-Out restaurants that have consistently given me food that look just as good as they taste. Service here is also far from the friendliest. But I will keep going to this In-n-Out when I don't plan on leaving Northeast LA for the day. The food still tastes great though it's far from the best In-n-Out there is. Lucky for them, they have a drive-thru when the one in the Glendale Galleria doesn't. **Rating is based on my impression of what the In-n-Out standard is.

Hands down In N Out burgers makes the best burgers in the West coast. I don't know how people in the East coast survive without In N Out burgers. To be fair, they have White Castle burgers. I order the 3x3, whole grilled onions, protein style, no sauce (because it just drips all over the place), animal style and well done fries. Vegetables are always fresh. Staff is always very friendly. Large parking lot. This location is always busy because it is located next to a few schools. I like to go here because it is located right off the 2 fwy and convenient for me.
(5)Paul Y.
Service: great Price: its in n out. The cheapest way to eat fresh Parking: hugeeeeeee plenty of space Food: always fresh, I did get skimped a few times (meat was tiny) This place is in a great location, lots of parking, friendly service, good place to go out for nights, safe Its in n out, if you don't like it, man....... your ignorant
(5)Z P.
This review is specifically about this location. I've never had a bad experience at an In-N-Out until today. The drive thru is insanely long and unorganized. I can still patiently wait for a warm, juicy burger... however, when I got home, the burger was cold and soggy! It was disgusting. I'm never going back to this location again!
(1)Leanne S.
Grilled Cheese, Animal Style Fries, Animal Style and a... Neapolitan Shake. Yes, please. I'm not a California native, and plan to move out of LA soon, but I know that I'll always love this place. I took my mother here when she visited from NY and she always talks about how she can't wait to get back here to visit so she can get an In N Out burger (oh, and to see me). I'm not really sure how their burgers are, since I don't eat meat, but I can tell you that their grilled cheese is not your typical slice of cheese in-between two slices of bread. Its grilled buns, cheese, lettuce, tomato and if ordered Animal Style, "secret sauce" and grilled onions. I really don't think I need to explain the fries (which are hand cut and delicious) and shakes (that are so thick you'll suck your brain through the straw). Remember people-- this is fast food! And for fast food, In N Out takes the cake! PS: Avoid the drive thru.
(5)Andrei S.
What can I say about this place? It's In-N-Out, where the burgers and fries are made fresh everyday. Can't complain about the food or the staff here. Every time I've ordered, the staff always gets my orders right.
(4)Christian D.
This is my favorite in n out! I dont know why, just the location the smell taht you get while driving on the freeway, everything about it is good. I think this is were I had my first in n out experience so in a sense I am pretty bias when it comes to all the other in n outs. Cant go wrong with a double double and a strawberry milkshake! TFR
(4)Duana M.
What's insane is even on a sunday at at 11 p.m. the drive through line at this location has almost backed into the street. The inside? Packed. The patio area? Packed. The parking lot...flippin' full!
(4)Lance K.
I'm craving...In-N-Out!!!! I can't help it. Sometimes, while I'm stuck in a rut of non-creativity at work, I think about that first incredibly enjoyable bite of an incredibly tasty in-n-out burger. Then I think about the very slightly less enjoyable yet still wonderfully delectable second bite of an in-n-out burger as well as the few fresh & firm french fries in between. At this point I can't stop thinking about in-n-out and I realize that I'm just procrastinating. Then I realize any further productivity will be stifled until my in-n-out craving has been satisfied. So I announce to my co-workers that I'm making an in-n-out run, and they too succumb to their own in-n-out cravings. So we go and we eat and drink and eat and drink and then we return to our desks, satisfied... ...and we all work happily ever after.
(5)Tina N.
I Love this In-N-Out Burger. Thank goodness that they opened this a couple years ago... Glendale didnt know what good Hamburgers were until they came along. Do note: sometimes the beef is not fully cooked, so do tell them to make it well done or you may see some blood or pinkness to the beef when you eat it. Once your here, you have to try the ANIMAL style everything... burger and fries. Its AMAZING! Huge difference from the normal (Regular) burger you usually eat here. ASK for more (SPREAD) if you want more dressing on your Burger and Fries. Very clean environment, highly poppulated with a lot of good people around... and one of the best service I have seen so far! A+ 5 Stars
(5)Nez P.
Animal style burger with animal fries and yellow peppers on the side. Nuff said.
(4)Frances P.
Let's be honest: when you go to this location, don't go through the drive through. Now that Minx is closed, the parking lot is much better than it used to be. I find it much easier to simply park and walk in. That said, this is my go-to In-N-Out because it's so close to Eagle Rock. It's got all the usual deliciousness of In-N-Out. I almost always get animal style fries. For a general review of In-N-Out: I don't go to any other fast food places anymore. Not since Super Size Me came out, anyway...but I can't stay away from In-N-Out.
(4)Maggie A.
The only reason why this gets four as opposed to five stars is because of the amount of time you have to wait to get your food (whether you're in your car or standing). What can I say that hasn't been said before? The lettuce, onions and tomatoes are fresh as can be. The buns are toasted to perfection. The patties are cooked properly. And the cheese, if you want it, is enough to really make your day. The fries are yummy, especially with ketchup. And the shake (chocolate, thank you very much) that you can order if you're feeling particularly adventuresome is UBER YUMMY. There's nothing about the quality of food or ingredients that makes me give this a less than perfect score. It's In N Out's inability to find a way to be more efficient that does. All in all, an excellent place to get a good, fresh, hot meal for not a whole lot of money. Highly recommended.
(4)Kristal G.
well, it's an in-n-out so it's typically awesome, but when i went there yesterday, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. every single person we spoke to, whether via the intercom or in person was smiling, chipper, and friendly in such a disarming way that my swollen-faced, hung over friends in the car couldn't help but be stirred out of their drudgery and remark to one another on how awesome they were being. they're incredibly efficient as well and got all our orders correct, grilled onions, whole grilled onions, raw onions, lemon up, animal style fries, etc. i know that this isn't surprising for an in-n-out, but objectively, this is just great for a restaurant in general. the only slightly annoying thing about this particular location is that the drive through is sort of at a weird angle, so as soon as you pull into the driveway you have to make a hairpin left turn into the drive through lane, or else at best, you'll be making a three-point turn once you see the intercom, and at worst, the line will already have looped around the building so you may have to circle around and then head back to the entrance.

Really, Really Good.. not as good as Five Guys but Close

I have a couple issues with In-N-Out. It seems that people love In-N-Out and will proclaim its glory to the ends of the earth, as missionaries of the double-double. And with that attitude comes the implicit assertion that it's more than just a, say, McDonald's burger, the "I'm not just American, even better... I'm from California" attitude. The food is good, but the burgers are frankly not the best in the world; nay, they are far from it. Above average yes, but if this is what the ultimate burger is to you, I'm sorry to tell you you've been deprived. Or lied to. Or both. Try the Bucket, or a veggie masala burger from Trader Joes. Or head to Fuddrucker's even, you might actually get your burger faster. Which brings me to... The wait. Especially on a weekend evening, the drive thru and the dining room can seem more like In-N-N-N... N... c'mon... N... not yet?... N... finally!... N-Out. It's essentially a default go-to burger joint for us SoCalers. And so, by default, it's full of people looking for a cooler place than Burger King or Denny's to hang out. And as much anti-praise I've put into my review, I have to say that what In-N-Out has created--the food, the brand, the image--is simply brilliant. It's become an icon for our state and for our lifestyle. And the food is, believe it or not, pretty good. Some animal fries and a pink lemonade, and I'm good. Very good.
(3)Pam C.
I LOVE in n out!! I always get a number two hold the onions with extra cheese and spread and of course you can't forget to add animal style fries. My sister and I always find our selves here lol the only downside is that it is always super crowded and if you're not in the mood to eat inside the drive through wait is awful. Wish this place had the double lanes so the wait would be less. Other then that I love it here !
(5)Robert P.
Not as good as most in-n-out. The quality of meat is lacking, not always but more than once. Other than that, a good burger.
(3)Tim C.
I am so surprised that this place is such well kept because of the foot traffic from the club Minx across the parking lot. They get enough people coming here even without the club. Minx is also a restaurant but what are you going to eat after a night of dancing and drinking. I came in here and ordered one of my usuals and sat down. Lots of kids coming and going (can't believe I can say that now) and while waiting for my order, all the tables are such a mess. Then comes one of the employees running around cleaning everything up. One of the few In-N-Out locations that are still a safe haven and clean to come and visit. Relax, eat, quench my thirst, courteous staff, and be on my way. I always have to comment each time I'm running through the survey questions. They do not accept credit cards, ever. Some locations now have ATM machines for you to take cash out but never have they taken cards.
(4)Nick T.
I have tried In-N-Out many times to try to experience what all the hype is about and to this day I do not see the big deal. I believe that there are quite a few other burger joints in and around Glendale which serve a better burger than they do. But once in a while I eat here and every time that I do visit, their food seems to be consistent except for he fact that their burgers are getting smaller and smaller to the point that you consider ordering 2. Therefore, if I manage not to eat In-N-Out ever again, I'll live.
(3)Jeannie Y.
Definitely satisfies the craving if youre looking for a burger a notch above the avg fast food chain. i love this location cuz its so close to home and convenient to go to. and yes, theres always a bit of a wait and crowd of kids salivating over their $2.98 burger too. ((Double Double)) no onions. fresh ingredients sandwiched btwn nice toasty buns... YUM. im not even sure what a burger would taste like less than a double :P well since i gave up fried food for lent, i didnt eat of the fries (yes, fries w/ burger is just wrong). but i would have to say my heart goes out to red robbin steak fries. not a big fan of inNout fries, i would even choose mcD fries over them.
(3)Rob J.
At this point - I think I am a regular here. As far as 'In-n-Outs' go - this is my favorite by far. Obviously, the FRIDAY CROWDS are overwhelming at all In-n-outs!....This location is a well organized machine. Always the best quality - and in a timely manner....supper clean! Good Parking (I won't say great...Fridays are a challenge!)
(5)Kevin W.
Been to just about every In-N-out in yhe LA area and I must say this one is one of the best. Order always come quick and correct regardless of how long the drive thru line is. Take my advice alway eat the frys before the burger.
(4)Maral A.
10 cars in the drive through and I had to wait 32 minutes for my food. Seriously!?!?!?! At least we go to watch a bunch of hocchie mamas coming out of the club next door. yay * I was just informed by Elise that our wait time was closer to 40 minutes.
(1)Erick T.
Gets crowded on the weekends, but all in all a pretty quick serving place. Staff as always is excellent!
(5)Rene G.
I hate In and Out burger, this place is really disgusting, i used to have it so much back when i was in high school and everyday we would eat it, now i am just sick of it. they don't cook their meat good at all, i really cant understand the crazy and hype about this place. The Hat and the Habit are much better quality.
(1)Marc E.
The burgers are awesome but the drive-through at this particular location really blows. Not very efficient. The line of cars is in so many different directions. If you you're short on time, and in need of a burger I recommend going another INN-N-OUT
(4)Craig Martin A.
I'm not suprised I stopped in here for a bite!!! Seems like everywhere I go, if I see one I have to get that number 1, no onions and shake! This is the biggest in-n-out I've been in, lots of seating, although I had to share a table. The service was still the same time frame for recieving my meal, even though their was no drive through window... So it obviously takes that time it takes to make it the burger of choice for me :)
(5)Jo S.
I love In-N-Out!! Their animal fries are great (just ask them to make sure n melt the cheese). I always get the burger protein style cause paired with the animals the buns a bit much for me... Shakes are always thick & so tasty. Best burger in all of Cali?? No. Best fast food burger in all of Cali?? So far!! I just don't get that overly full yuck feeling like I do going to Jack or McD's. Just don't go during lunch/dinner hours...the wait is a bit silly. After all at the end of the day its just a fast food burger.
(4)Peggy A.
I love in n out =] but for this location expect a line in the drive through. Most of the time the line moves quickly but yea it'll probably be wrapped around the building.
(4)T M.
Very friendly staff and I didn't get a dirty look when ordering my (meatless) "veggie burger" with extra veggies :) I commented to the cashier what a huge place it was and he gave me a tidbit that it was the 4th largest location in the company. :) The staff was efficient, fast and friendly. The food was fresh and warm! ( -1 star for limited seating and wait-time )
(4)Brian K.
Speaking on behalf of all In-n-out locations. I love in-n-out. The best burger (under $15) in the world.
(5)Charlie L.
This is the place I always come to for lunch when I visit the Americana! This franchise has already established itself as one of the best fast food places ever! This particular location is usually crowded with people since it is beside a shopping center. The customer service is fantastic since the workers are trained very well. The resturant itself is extremely spacious! I definitely reccommend this place to anyone who loves great food and fantastic service.
(4)Debbie B.
I heard so much about the burgers ; it has even been described as "crack".....addictively speaking...went to the one on Brand and Broadway, very bright and clean.....it was kinda busy for a Tuesday night...service was acceptional,,,now the burgers.......NOT what we expected!!!! the patty was thin as a communion wafer....loaded with lettuce ,tomato and onions.....the fries were dry like cardboard; my hubby did enjoy his milkshake and our friends' one too...maybe its a west coast thing....give me BK anyday over In N Out!!!! date of visit 10/19/10
(1)Art M.
The food at this location is inconsistent compared to other In-n-Outs, although wait times are typical and the staff seem friendly. The fries tend to be either soggy (usually at lunch time) or overdone. Also, the patties are sometimes a little dried out.
(3)Mustafa S.
In-N-Out has saved me so many times for when I was hungry, hungry for good food, and hungry for something cheap. I love their burgers, their fries, and even their soda tastes better than most fast food places. They must be doing something right when all they really have is one type of meal to choose from with slight alterations (double patty, with or without cheese). Everything just tastes so fresh. Drive-Thru can take up some time, but while your'e waiting in your car, you can watch all the overweight people who are about to pop out of their tight dresses or macy's dress shirts, going "in-n-out" of Minx.
(5)Uncle Fishbits Aeneas X.
This is really, actually sort of gross. I started using a vaguely similar review of mine for other in-n-outs, and I realized that I have eaten at almost every single in-n-out in the southland. So... that is... making me go on a diet now. Anyhoo... Do you need my review of a burger joint after this many reviews? WELL... frankly.. you got it. Simple. Single best hamburger in the world. Not the best I have ever had, buy any means. Hamburger stands, home barbecues, beach grills... all beat it out. But it is the most consistent, exciting, delicious, and wonderful culture and history for (gulp) fast food ever. Great shakes, I love watching the guys chop potatoes. I love the huge safety pins. AND ... I love ordering my #1 LMKO. Always have. And the joy I get from sharing it with midwesterner's, east coasters, and intrepid foreign interlopers? Pure and total Joy.

to some degree you're either an in n out person or you're not. to review a particular location of a hamburger chain you would think is strange since they're supposed to be all the same, yet they're not -- the glendale galleria site has indoor seating but no drive-thru, while the one in tujunga has a drive-thru and outdoor but no indoor seating. so configuration and staff are the wild cards that sets each individual location apart. nestled into the side of a hill, sharing a parking lot with a seafood buffet restaurant, situated under a freeway overpass, you can bet getting in and out of there (ha!) is going to be a hassle. the drive-thru route resembles sonoma raceway complete with hairpin turn. you will have to cut across exiting restaurant traffic to enter the drive-thru concourse which means of course people will be cutting in front of you to enter the drive-thru lane as you exit. sometimes the line gets long; if you're dining in, try to park away from the drive-thru line -- if it loads up, you're stuck. and for you parents out there, the restrooms are inside the building. keep in mind that it is within walking distance of glendale adventist hospital, eagle rock plaza, and glendale high school, so at the times you would expect hospital employees, shoppers, mall employees, and high school students to eat burgers you can expect it to be that much busier. some tables and chairs outside, ample interior with some counter seating. they're a little slow to clean tables sometimes, but overall decent enough. i've never had a serious problem with orders going wrong, though i have noticed some meals are better than others. the staff seems reasonably chipper, mostly in that glazed-zombie-yelling-over-your-head-while-Âlooking-through-you-vein, usually symptomatic of people who are overwhelmed and barely hanging on to maintain but still trying to put a cheerful face on it through dutiful repetition. the effort is appreciated, but still, sometimes service is just plain slow. i've also noticed that the burger patties are getting thinner. hey in n out family, and this goes for all of you burger-makers out there, quit taking meat out of the burgers, i don't want to pay the same for less, i'll pay more to get the same. i know times are tough, but knock it off. the only justice is mcdonald's quarter-pounder because by definition it has to be a quarter-pound; the rest of you get away with shaving my patty.
(3)Sheryn M.
This is probably the biggest Inn n Out location I have ever been too. I like this location the most. The burgers are always so tender, juicy, and has a very simple and clean taste to it. Love the fresh cut fries too of course.
(4)Debbie L.
i love in n out as much as the next person, so i can't complain about the food. however, the service here is slow as molasses... well, at least for dine-in. the staff is incredibly nice and polite, but it took them 15 minutes to get us two burgers. considering there was only one customer ahead of us, i would say that's a fairly long wait. i thought maybe we were just being high maintenance, but i sensed the same frustration from the people who ordered after us. and i wouldn't mind if they were incredibly slammed or short-staffed. but there are 10 workers back there... although i haven't tried it yet, i would recommend the drive-thru. that's where all the action is.
(3)Margaret F.
Love the triple protein wrap with cheese! Yes..Yes! Good! If you like fries..mmmmmmm mmmmmm! Shakes are divine!
(5)Stephy S.
I think it's a telling sign about a place when even in the midst of the world's most buuurrruuutal hangover, the idea of a burger from here is making my mind really happy...ya know, between the dry heaving and the "Oh God Why, did I drink between drinks again" poor me chants to my cat. Appetizing huh? Anyhoo, this In-n-Out is much like any other In-n-Out in the fact that it rocks. How can you not love an In-N-Out burger? And even if you don't eat meat, their grilled cheese is a totally acceptable treat for the senses. If you are a vegan, hmm, I guess you are SOL when it comes to In-N-Out, but for the rest of us, yummE! I used to come here after seeing my "head" doctor (and no that's not code for anything dirty), but after spilling my guts and crying like a chick, I would come here and order a burger and make it all better. It's like the edible hug you need sometimes! The only real complaint I have about this place is the parking lot and the drive thru set up, just seems back asswards to me, but oh well....the burger...just keep your eye on the prize, people!
(4)Lilit A.
BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!!! I love In N Out, they have the best burgers and best service. Love to have lunch there.
(5)Vincenzo K.
This is an INOB location that is cool to visit after 8PM. It just feels right and you feel connected to SOCAL which is awesome.
(4)Kyle A.
This location sucks..it's like a zoo at feeding time. The food isn't that good, unless you dont know how to cook.
(1)khris L.
i love in-n-out...burgers are always fresh, fries are always great (never soggy), but the wait time is nothing short of RIDICULOUS! would've been 5 stars. if you don't need the drive through go up to the glendale galleria and get faster service.

It is a question that has plagued mankind for thousands of years and ranks second behind the dilemma of the chicken and the egg. I have seen families torn apart and cities crumble over the quandary in question. Of course these incidents occurred in my head but that does not lessen their severity. My friends, the question I refer to is that of In-N-Out versus Tommy's. I wish not to play the nutrition card on you, my fellow yelpers, for I know as well as you that all fast food is evil, like Morgana evil or even Gargamel evil, but know this: for something that tastes like the Dead Sea, In-N-Out's fries have 245 mg of sodium. "Alas," you may think, "that is but merely one-tenth of our daily allotment of sodium! You stupid, fool! You stupid foolish fool, this is a good thing!" True, my friend, but consider this: why the hell are they so salty? Were it not for its salt-ridden fries, In-N-Out would be the clear victor. Maybe. Hardly proof, you say? Get outta here with that business. Burgers is burgers, but fries define an establishment and if I wanted to eat something that tasted like Lay's potato chips, I'd buy a bag and soak it in liquid hypertension. So, in conclusion, the egg came first.

Yummy in my tummy!!!!!!!!! Love this place. Affordable, fast, and tasty.

I'm always going to give In and Out its due love. But this location begs the question: Do city planners exist in Glendale. Memo to Glendale city planners and government - Please finish installing that stop light on Harvery Ave. next to In and Out. There's so much traffic going south to enter to the 134 and going north to enter the 2 freeway. And In n Out creates its own traffic dilemmas because it is that good. You'll find out that on Harvey Ave., there is a driving snafu of people trying to turn out from In N Out and people trying to make left to go north on Harvey. And then there's a traffic light...yes, it will calm and control traffic here. But for some reason, it's not working. It's been installed there for months and it's still covered with cardboard. Please, get the light up, so there are no accidents nor gridlock. Other than that, I love my double-double and animal fries.
(4)Paul I.
What I like about In-n-out is that it is open late. I live kinda far away but it's always worth the drive. Sometimes after Starbucks closes or if my friends and I want to hang out, we go to In-n-out. Some nights it's crazy because people are coming over from the Minx. Its kinda funny because they are all dressed up. I like to get the hamburger protein style. I will probably get heat for this but I'm not a big fan of their fries. I'll eat them if I'm hungry but I do not crave them. The food service is pretty quick for the amount of volume they do. I was at the one in Westwood which was dog-slow. The parking can get hairy when the Minx is open which I believe is friday and saturday nights. Big limos come in an already busy lot.

This review is a review of In-N-Out burgers as a franchise but with a few additional commendations for this branch as well. I really don't think I have to explain how amazing In-N-Out is but here goes, In-N-Out is the best fast food burger ever. The double-double is just amazing. It has the perfect proportion of beef to cheese complimented perfectly by the fresh vegetables including the onions (regardless of how they are prepared). It's shocking how In-N-Out can maintain such an amazing uniformity of taste throughout all its restaurants. Like most In-N-Outs, their staff is very friendly and the food is great. What I like most about this In-N-Out is that they are usually very accurate with my complex order. I usually get "a number 1 animal style burger with raw onions and whole grilled with extra everything" (That's exactly how I order it.) and they have yet to make a mistake on my order and thus they get my commendation. This review may sound very biased, it isn't, it is a fact that In-N-Out is the best fast-food ever.
(5)Bruce G.
Get the double double, animal style, and you will be a happy camper! Very yummy!
(4)X H.
Love INO, but not here. For some reason, this location is consistently disappointing, like hooking up with a beautiful date on to find s/he just lays there in bed. A tease of promise unfulfilled. Go to the Brand Blvd location instead. Get your burger perfectly laid.
(2)Yup Y.
this in and out is great! there plenty of seats and parking! cheese burger animal style extra toast!
(5)David E.
i have been to a decent amount of in-n-outs, and this is probably my favorite location. it might just be because of the events we come here after (wiz khalifa, LMFAO, exchange LA, Playhouse, other fun places). but the service here is always good and the staff is still really nice even at 1:00am which is always nice. their drive through is kinda weird, but it seems to do a good job because their aren't huge lines going onto the street like there are at the location in sunland. food is just as good as at other locations, but the service is always good and they have a nice indoor seating area which is probably why we always end up at this location
(5)Daniel G.
Ok, Im not going to lie about it... I eat in n out prolly like 6 or 7 times a week.. once again, after living in hawaii, its the little things you take for granted. I LOVE IN N OUT!!! I LOVE IT!!! mmm hot meat on deck! ok.. the one in glendale is good, cause there is this super hot latina that works there with big brown eyes... *no comment on her other 'brown eye' yet ;) heh.. anyway.. the only thing that breaks my balls is that now that I am back from Hawaii, the first thing I did was go to in n out, and ordered my usual.. 8x8 protein style.. extra grilled onions, add peppers.. light spread. xtra large diet coke... the kid behind the counter tells me they can only go up to 4x4's now... WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is some bullshit.. I want 8 patties.. 8 slices of cheese... STAT!!!!! and its cool, cause Glendale Memorial is right across the street.. so if I have a heart attack, I have time to get a refill before I walk over there.. alas.. still my favorite fast food.. D
(5)Eli B.
This is my FAVORITE In'N'Out, and I worship at the altar of In'N'Out. I can't compare it to other fast-food burgers, to be honest, because I've literally never eaten McDonald's in my life (Mom was a hippie) and I intend to keep it that way. I don't know why the burgers are just so addictively delicious. I order animal style, protein style, no onions- that means cooked in a mustard sauce and with no bun, just wrapped in what seems like half a head of lettuce doused in Thousand Island. It's one of the messier things you can eat. This one is right off the 2, the drive-thru line is not usually too horrible save for lunchtime, and they have tons of outside tables if you actually want to buck the trend and sit down.
(5)Kyle B.
It's In n Out. If you don't know what it is, just go. Are you on your way yet? I'll assume you are. This fast food burger joint does the classic burger, fries, and a coke the right way, fresh. They are very good at custom orders and will pretty much do whatever you want to the burger (don't get any odd ideas from that thou). They deal with multiple orders in a car great and are just on the ball for service. It is usually crowded so if your looking for your food in 3 min you might hit up the local Donalds instead. In N Out is well managed and the focus on customer service is not wasted on me. If you were expecting a sit down restaurant burger well go elsewhere, but this is as close as you'll get at a place with a drive through.
(5)Irma E.
Okay a fellow yelper suggested I review this since I went to the MINX right across and it sucked right...so...I walked over to In and out! Who doesn't like In N out...? If there is actually someone that says me...I will stalk you and hurt you! =) Soooo lets see where was I oh yess...In N out...arrrghhhhhh (mouth watering) let me tell you what I had...it was sick...but I did it... I had a double animal style with animal style fries and a side of a cheeseburger animal style!!! LOL I had to make up for waiting in line at a bad place....and smelling the great food right across.... =)
(5)Steve M.
this In&Out is deff one of my favorites during the weekend since its kinda hidden...delicious!
(4)Shawn B.
my favorite one in the area because they are so fast about pushing you through but there is a HUGE line at all times.
(4)Cindy C.
My boyfriend has had food poisoning from this particular In n Out on two occasions. The day before yesterday he got sick again and I didn't. We're pretty sure it's from In N Out because we shared the same breakfast and lunch, and although we both ate at In N Out for dinner he got lettuce and tomatoes on his burger and I didn't. Not sure if they under cooked the meat, or if the lettuce and tomatoe made the difference. Regardless the word is there are frequent food poisoning episodes with people ending up in the emergency rooms from various In N Out establishments so if you are susceptible to food poisoning or have a sensitive belly be very careful. Bummer for us... It's time to stop eating fast food for good.
(1)Stacy S.
i had a double double yesterday with animal style fries. yumm it was so good i was reallly hungry. ino it has way to many calories but wat the heck its so good =]
(5)ME O.
I like to bring friends to this one. They serve a darn good hamburger and fries. There are always a lot of cars lined up to do the drive through. That's funny to me, because we always park and walk in. It's a lot faster. We're truly "In N Out" fast and get a great meal. Btw, get the protein wrap. Skip the bun. Yum! Oh and this one is open really late.
(4)Mike L.
This IN N OUt setup sucks!. it is a total pain in the ass drive thru and if you park in the right spot you have to wait to get out. if you come in the wrong way you have to turn back around to get inline. lucky for me i ate there.
(4)Brian K.
This In-and-Out always serves lower quality food than the other branches around.. like the ones in Glendale, Pasadena, or Burbank. I don't know what it is about this one, but the burgers are often overdone and buns are sometimes burnt. The staff seem as helpful as any, so I think the manager just doesn't know how to enforce proper procedures or something. In any case, it'll do as a regular in-and-out experience, but if you're craving a good burger, try the other branches.
(3)allison j.
Love it. The menu is perfect. I like it "animal style." That's what I said. . .
(5)Becky R.
Pretty good. But I probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. The fries were only so-so. But I do appreciate that everything is super fresh! And you can never go wrong with a chocolate shake
(3)Kelly B.
Had another tasty meal from In-N-Out this past weekend! Honestly, they have yet to disappoint no matter which location I go to. When I moved to Los Angeles 13 years ago I had never heard of In-N-Out Burger. I grew up in the land of McD's and Burger Kings. Wendy's was considered gourmet to me living out in the sticks of Michigan. At first, I didn't think anything could be as good as good ole McD's but imagine my surprise after biting into a double double. Not only was there something different about this burger but it was even more amazing than a McD's burger (which I dearly love). Suffice to say when it comes to fast food burgers the In-N-Out burger is in a class of it own. I don't think I need to review this place for the West Coasters because they know the goodness of In-N-Out but for the West Coast visitor, you must put In-N-Out on your itinerary! Not only are these burgers made fresh to order but the quality is on a whole other level from the meat, the bun and the fixins.' The french fries are hand cut on the premises. Watching the carbs? Then get your burger in a "lettuce bun!" Have I mentioned the secret menu? Mention a couple of words "animal style" "3x3" and you will get a burger that is even more amazing than what is on the menu! A must try if you are a visitor.
(5)monica p.
i love my grilled cheese but for fucks sake who thought of the layout of this in-n-out? EVERYTIME i miss the wacky quick left entrance to the drive thru..i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one that either A) ends up making a quick sharp left-if possible, B) stops, reverses-if possible or C) if you've gone too far and it's packed you go around and try to sneak in by busting some sort of 3 point turn in the back corner of the lot to get into the drive thru line- as long as it's not super super long..by far the most awkward drive thru and parking lot especially now that minx has blocked off their half limiting your movement to even smaller quarters
(4)chris p.
I only go during non peak hours as this place always has a long line, great burgers & fries
(4)Amanda E.
My all time guilty pleasure. In n Out is by far the best hamburger place I've been to. It's perfect. The burgers and fries are made to perfection. I think it's their special sauce and fresh ingredients (nothing frozen) that make the food so addictingly delicious. It is usually crowded, no matter what time you go, but I suggest using the drive-thru because a worker will come out and take your order, which speeds up the process. Even if there is a long line, it's so worth the wait. You also have to go animal style..so bomb!
(5)eune y.
Is it just me or is the In-N-Out burger just a bread layer short of the Big Mac? Animal style or not...who cares? The ground beef was of that suspect quality and totally bland and I hate that overly processed white bread that is just too sweet and one dimensional in taste that it really would be better if the whole thing was wrapped in a lettuce leaf...ew, no it wouldn't. That would be like eating a sponge plastered with process cheese and salad dressing. And this whole "Animal style" business is just thousand island dressing people! Get ovah it! Did I just have a bad burger? I feel like I'm gonna be hunted down by the Californian burger patrol for these comments? I know that In-N-Out is sort of an institution out here but man, I can tell no lies! And the fries...seem to morph into cardboard and then matchsticks as they cooled...Generally, I'm a little less discerning when it comes to fries 'cause as long as they are cooked, I will love them so at first I tried to convince myself that they were good but a good half hour later I'm pretty sure that they were pretty bad. As far as fastfood chain burgers go I definitely prefer Carl's Jr Jalapeno burger heads and tails over the In-N-Out burger. It's led me to the conclusion that burgers have got to be over $4 to be properly enjoyed. I will probably give them another chance on another trip down here just to weed out possible negative variables 'cause I'm scientific like that and because people rave so much about this burger so I feel a little left out. I give them 2 stars though for getting small grandmothers to wheel up to the counter to demand, " I want it animal style'.
(2)Sintiea S.
How can I give In n Out anything but five stars? I can't say I have ever left there hungry or dissapointed. The foods always fresh and delicious and best of all its cheap! Just what a college student needs before "studying" for that big final ^_^. Don't forget to try stuff from the "secret menu"...like the protein burger, animal style fries and burgers, and..well i cant remember the rest but they even have wheat bread and "grilled cheese" (basically a meatless burger)..oh and don't forget to ask for "spread". Yum Im suddenly really hungry now .
(5)Julian A.
This is our go-to In-N-Out location because it's the closest one to our house... and it has a drive-thru (score)! Yes, unfortunately the drive-thru is ALWAYS packed. However, it tends to go by very quickly. In addition, the service has never let us down; the drive-thru workers are always nice and patient... can't ask for more on that front. The amount of times we've visited this location (somewhere in the mid 50's; yes, don't judge us), we've only experienced an issue maybe twice. Nothing major, I just recall once when I ordered "no onions" and the burger came with onions and once when we ordered protein burgers but got buns.
(5)Carol I.
The only burger joint that always gets it right. Even the staff who have to stand outside and take orders are always friendly and courteous. Got the usual #3 animal style, extra toasted bun and they got it right. Warm burger and toasted bread to satisfy your lunch time munch. Highly recommend it! Don't forget the fries!
(4)Erinn R.
If you don't like in and out, then you're not American. That's the slogan I'm going to get T-shirts made..
(5)Carlos M.
Came to eat some delicious animal style burger and frys! Staff helped me out at the register and I loved how energetic and friendly they were! The food was excellent and the staff was warming! Great environment and great visit! Thanks!
(5)Victor L.
in n out is probably the only fast food place where I am forgiving for in insanely long drive thru wait and that is only because the food is the absolute best in fast food. lol
(5)Tim R.
Best bang for buck, burger wise. The simple menu has its merits. Really trumps even burgers from more expensive fast food joints. Repeat value: high.
(5)Rhonald N.
great burgers and fries. I love the fries. For some reason, there's always a long line for the drive thru.
(4)Mario P.
This has got to be the SLOWEEEST in and out ever in the history of life! There's hardly anyone here and I've now been waiting for 25 mins for one order!!
(2)Marco S.
Definitely not worth the wait. You're better off going to a comfortable restaurant. Here you'll wait an hour for mediocre food. As far as fast food is concerned it might be better than most but the service sucks!!!!
(1)Sylvia G.
I love in n out! But this location is by far the worst one I have ever been to! I realize they close at 1 and I assume when the drive thru light is still on at 12:58 I can still pull up. The car in front of got their order taken at the window and it was made so we figured they would do the same for us. So we waited about 10 min just for them to tell us they were done/closed. They could have had the decency to let us know before we waited for no reason! I have been to other in n out locations and they have never denied me food. Don't get me wrong I hate when people show up at my store 2 minutes before closing but I still give them the same attention as someone coming in in the middle of the day! The situation could have been handled so much better. Their staff really needs to work on customer service skills!
(1)Sam G.
Parking - good. There are always spaces (that osaka doesn't use :P) There is also a decent drive-thru, with workers outside taking orders. Also, there is outside seating. Although, the wait here is pretty bad. Service isn't as quick as other locations, although I find that hard to quantify. Regardless, I'm a fan.
(4)Albert G.
Fresh tasting burgers Just the way you like them. Place is always packed but always clean and fast. Love their hidden emu too. Ask for animal style or for their protein style burger wrapped in lettuce (no bun)
(4)Lacy R.
worst fries I've ever had. They were stale; and resembles long potato chips. very hard; like bricks! I asked them to take them back and give me fresh ones; 30 seconds later they were back; just as stale. They were like biting into salted rocks with a slight potato flavor. I would have rather bought some Pringles . booo won't come to this InNOut again.
(1)Atomic L.
I love in-n-out. The drive thru line at this one is pretty rough tho.
(4)Arthur M.
I love In N Out as a company because every location has that distinct and delicious taste that I crave. At this location, the wait can be long, BUT, all those people don't line up day after day because the food is bad, right? In N Out has a promise for quality that surely shows no matter which location I've been to, (even the Las Vegas one!). I usually ask for the 4x4 animal style because I'm feeling too bold. Nonetheless, this location has great customer service, and even better food. Love the crew that work hard to keep us craving those patties! P.S. For those who complain about the long drive thru, it was actually Harry Snyder the original founder of In N Out who first invented the 2 way speaker implemented in a drive thru! So don't worry about the wait, you're living history!
(5)Arthur M.
Here's the thing- In-N-Out has been doing its thing for way longer than most. From the potatoes being fresh cut in the front window you drive right by, to the good beef, the hidden menu, the animal style- In-N-Out is doing so many things right. They do not oversaturate California- California wants In-N-Out style. But the style of the modern fast food burger has changed. Yes I've had the double double Animal Style, I've had a double at Shake Shack, in just the past few weeks. Phil's Last Stand in Chicago's double fatso with cheese, indisputably influenced by In-N-Out, is the world's best fast food burger.
(5)Leilani N.
I'm so sad to put down 1 star, but I've given this spot 4 CHANCES!!! EACH TIME, MY BURGER AND FRIES WERE COLD. Sad, sad days...bc In and Out never disappoints...sigh..... I was in such denial that they would serve cold food. BUT 4 TIMES???!! Whyy???!!!!
(1)Renuka V.
3 of us just went there for lunch and wait was not very long at all maybe coz it was around 12pm. Our burgers came out totally wrong from what was ordered but we were in a rush to ask/question.
(2)Jason C.
As much as I love In-N-Out... I'm not a fan of their fries. I love their hamburgers and even tried 3x3... next time I'll do 4x4... animal style all the way. I'm not a fan of the fries, because by the time it comes out, its cold or soggy... The drive thru can be long and parking around there can be challenging.
(3)PrettyInPinkxoxo I.
in and out...in and out...that's what a hamburders all about :D
(5)Chuck D.
My standard meal whether lunch, dinner or late night: #1 double-double with extra spread. No onions, no tomatoes... regular fries and substitute drink with a vanilla shake. And an additional cheeseburger with extra spread... Game Over. Try it. You're welcome
(5)C G.
Avoid this place like the plague at lunch. Simple order took about 20 minutes. Hamburger bun is dry meat is loaded with sugar as is the fries. Hard to believe fries are fresh cut. Must be the special oil which gives them that just unfrozen taste. Could they possibly add more sugar to their shakes - I don't think so. Personally I think burger kings hamburgers are better. Guess I am in the minority on this bur really What is all the fuss about? Too bad this company is privately owned as it would be a good stock to invest in!
(2)Hungry C.
When comparing this in n out to the tujungA foothill one, I'd rather drive to this one. The food quality is better, they know how to wrap their protein burgers with fresh lettuce without it becoming a huge mess. Also the fries are all solid and thick even during their dinner rush hour. Line can be a bit long but your car won't be waiting in the street. Milk shake is amazing too, thick and creamy.
(3)Harut Y.
This Is the in n out I come to often, because it's close to my college, and close to my friends house. I'm never disappointed with it!
(5)Charles P.
I really don't get what is great about this fast food chain. I've been to burgers all around the country and In-N-Out is nothing but your typical fast-food burger. Yes, the fries are different, but I wouldn't call them exactly good. My biggest problem with In-N-Out fries is that they are always soggy. Fries should be crisp with a slight crunch. Maybe I would recommend this place if the line wasn't always ridiculously long. I have no idea why this place is so popular that people will wait 20 minutes in the drive through. But I won't. There are far too many better burger places in LA.
(2)Libby A.
Really bad service today. .too many kids working here and no manager available ..at least he wasn't in sight ...These workers need supervision it seems- too much about getting em out fast n not enough customer satisfaction- bad lunch crew today. .I was so disappointed in being questioned about a mistake that they make n not wanting to give me another burger- they gave my bf grilled onions n she's trying to tell me it was just from the spatula. .Please!! When I say no onion I mean absolutely no onions I don't care if it's half eaten ..That half has onion!!!what if he was allergic? Would it be okay still??????stop questioning your customers and just get another made simple as that
(1)Ray F.
This in n out is not to bad I mean I come here everyday because it's only a 3min walk! From my door step but I i swear they are the cheapest most disrespectful workers ever. About 6-7 years ago when they first opened wow I was in love but now I can barely get one packet if spread not comeing here anymore
(1)Sophie M.
My personal favorite In N Out location. Every time I see a picture of one of their burgers, I crave it. So good. Plus, don't forget it's supposed to be fast food! There's no other fast food place that has things this delicious. The meat has gotten thinner over the years (which I don't mind at all), and the fries have never been spectacular, but I can't think of anywhere else where you can get three burgers and two fries for like $10 and where the food is still crazy delicious. In N Out is just awesome.
(5)Eric C.
Shorter line than other In-N-Outs (still long). Food's good as always, but I burned the hell out of my tongue eating well-done fries here one time haha
(4)Daniel L.
Love their animal style fries and burgers. Always come here with family. Only bad thing are the long lines. Drive thru took over 30 minutes. But I guess it's worth the weight for fresh burgers and fries
(4)Tanya K.
This one is the worst In and Out I have ever been to. The food was cold! It had the typical long drive thru lines one comes to expect from In and Out but at least make sure my food is hot. In and Out is gross cold. The fries were hard and unsalted. The burger crunched, literally the patty crunched. My milkshake did not taste like they normally do. I will never visit this location again. Yeeeeuck.
(2)Steve M.
The food at In-N-Out is always top notch burgers and fries, and this location is no exception. Just be aware that despite the large parking lot, it's usually full and to go through the drive thru you'll have to go all the way around to the back.
(5)Varant C.
I love this location, somewhat hidden near the freeway. As always, IN N OUT never fails you. Hands down one of the best burgers and fries in LA. Friendly people - clean location. after eating, you still feel good, you don't get that bloated feeling after eating a hamburger. Try it animal style as well. Even on the fries! all in all, the quality is really good, and you are paying a fair price! Thank God for In-N-Out!
(5)Joseph T.
Food: Great! As usual, they give quality food like always, 5 stars here. Wait time: lunch time? Forget it on the drive thru, they are wrapped around. Thats the ONLY reason why they get 4 stars, but they do have a person taking orders outside........just to relief the wait time. Very hard to pick between 4 or 5 stars.... Service: no issues other than long lines of drive thru. Food orders: so far always came out right, never shorted me food after I came her about a dozen times.
(4)Cynthia C.
The highlight of this place is the parking. There are greeters when you walk in. The food selection is limited, but inexpensive. I had my dine in order and two co-workers take away. So they have a service called "cook later" where you advise them as to when you would like them to cook it. Done!! Brought the two orders animals style back to work 10 minutes away as fresh as can be.
(4)Neil G.
I often wonder why "WE" humans succumb to the call of deliciousness, I guess with 10,000 taste buds scrambling for different flavors and attention, It's really difficult to ignore "the call of the buds" which brings me to my review of In-N-Out :) I have been quite a few times to this family owned uber popular burger joint, never did I come here that the place isn't packed like pickles in a jar, often I ask myself "what the heck are all these people doing here?" I've even heard of rumors of foreign celebrities requesting In-N-Out burgers shipped to their respective countries (kinda insane but oh well) however, I find that the answer to that question is very simple; DELICIOUS HAMBURGERS, I am starting to have this suspicion that In-N-Out has probably some special help from the gods "Bun-Tut & Beff-khun-khamen" but that will be quite hard to prove but the fact of the matter is, they really do have one of the best burgers in town...and I would even dare say that it is no hype. The double-double cheese burger is cooked to perfection, doused with an extra sauce and the "kitchen sink" it is a bun full of flavor bite after bite. The hot and freshly fried fries, the rich and delicious chocolate milk shakes adds to the taste bud over load that this simple heaven in a bag could bring. I very seldom talk about burgers as there are very few that impress but considering the amount of people that come and line-up for this mouth-watering treats and the line of cars that just never seem to end, I think In-N-Out burger is one burger joint worth talking about. Enjoy!
(5)Bin H.
WHO DOESN'T LOVE IN `N OUT?!? Seriously. Hands down, the West Coast is the BEST COAST. Sorry, Shake Shack, but your burgers don't stand a chance with In `n Out (although I must admit, SS's fries are pretty legit). I always order #2 with grilled onions and pink lemonade. You really can't go wrong with anything here, though. Their burgers are always hot & juicy, they pile up on fries (especially when ordering to-go), and their workers are always friendly. Thanks for existing, In `n Out. I love you forever and ever.
(5)Melanie O.
This drive-thru always seems to be packed, no matter the time, day, holiday, season, etc. They have made it more efficient over the years, but well, it's still a massive wait. Food is always good. Only once (last night, when we ordered in), have they gotten our order wrong. Oh, and a couple weeks ago there was some guy handing out business cards in the drive-thru, I'd very much appreciate it if INO doesn't allow that to be a regular thing.
(4)Daniel H.
Ask for chopped chilis in your burger. It changed my life. Seriously.
(5)Leanne S.
LOVE In N Out!!! And this is a great location. Clean and the staff is nice. Every time I order here, they get my crazy, complicated order correct. Seating, like in all in n outs, can be challenging, but this one does have a decent number of indoor seating as well as some outdoor. The best milkshakes too! Mmmmm. And a good tip, if you like your fries crispier, they will do "well done" fries if you ask!
(5)Eric C.
O, I remember when this place first opened it's doors. In fact, every time we drove by the area I could see each stone laid until finally the giant yellow arrow and the crossed palm trees beckoned hungry customers through its drive thru. People on the east coast tell me that Five Guys is much better. With a Five Guys in my building in Virginia, I have to tell you that East Coasters who think Five Guys is better are crazy. I miss the milkshakes! I would even just go here for that. Get the neopolitan or chocolate/vanilla! Mmmmm Great. Now I'm hungry. Too bad I'm an entire continent away.
(5)Jane L.
This location is well-loved and well organized despite the popularity & chaos of the snake-like drive thru lines. I suppose it really depends on who makes your food but my recent order was excellente! My husband got the regular burger w/a vanilla shake. I got Animal-style of course w/a root beer float. Come check it out!

I have tried several in n out burger restaurants because it's my favorite fast food and I think this is one of the best ! Great animal style fries and juiciest cheeseburgers.. I love that there's a drive thru cause fast food dine in is not my thing .
(4)Annie P.
Always on point with their service. Everyone is extra friendly. The only part I hate is the waiting, but I'll do it for the yummy burgers! :)

This is not a review based on the food, this is a review based on the location, service, and most importantly the drive thru. I don't get what's so popular about this location. Ever since it opened up, its been an hours worth of drive thru line waiting and a long waiting time inside. They have made modifications so the drive thru isn't as big of a hot mess as it's been in the past, but it doesn't matter if the line is long or short, your bound to be waiting in it for 30 or more minutes. The guy that stands outside with the little computer that takes your order so they can try to hurry things is absolutely pointless. There shouldn't be a question about clarity over the speaker when you give your order because you're giving it to an actual person that is putting the order in the computer. Basically, I think they should just have kiosks that you put your order in per touch screen, that way they won't mess up your order. I went last night for a friend and myself. She wanted a cheeseburger with onion and pickles and I wanted the cheeseburger with onions and animal fries. The guy ordered my friends correctly but for some reason thought I wanted a double double. I also add the drink order of 7up and diet coke. I got to the pay window (many moons later) and the gal read back my order. I said no, I didn't want a double double. She was glad to change it, but in the spiel said that I ordered a diet coke and not a regular coke. I ended up taking the double double and decided I'd just take the bun off and enjoy it that way for a fresher taste. I took a sip of my drink, yep, the drink cover button was pushed in as diet coke, but indeed was regular. Thus, I had to pour that out when I got home because regular coke tastes like motor oil to me. You guys have got it all right in trying to speed up business, but the execution sucks. Imma stick to Burbank from now on.

Online feature would help or more late hours on weekends. I love their burgers and it is always my 1st stop when I'm in town. This place makes Five Guys look like tiny fish in the big ocean. Sure, you will sit in the drive-thru for 15-20 min but that's all part of the experience. Always enjoy my burger protein style because lettuce instead of a bun helps bring out additional flavor in the beef patty. The fries are nothing to write home about unless you make your own mix of salt, pepper, and ketchup. Milkshakes are awesome! Feels like real dairy product based. CROWDED: Friday & Saturday nights - lots of football teams come here after games so it can be crowded 9:30pm-midnight. Sunday - 12:15pm-1:30 - after church rush.

Probably the only fast food burger joint I would eat at. Definitely a go-to spot when I would get off work. Lines (inside and drive thru) are probably the worst, however, the lines go by fairly quick. I usually go to the one in Harvey as opposed to the one in the Glendale Galleria only because the service is quick and the staff are friendly.
(5)Michael L.
The handyman I have been working with gets a lot more accomplished when his hunger is satisfied. His first choice: A double-double with fries and a coke from In-N-Out! Very convenient to where we're working!
(5)Walter W.
I love eating in n out, when I'm not busy looking for Jesse Pinkman... that coward
(5)Diana D.
This one goes out to all my Vegetarian yelpers: "The Veggie, with grilled onion, add pickles, extra tomatoes and lettuce" for less than $2 you can get the best darn veggie sandwich out there! Usually I skip the spread and have them add ketchup and mustard instead, but whatever floats your boat is fine. In N Out just has the best service ever. They are always friendly and don't mind my ever changing tweaks to their classic sandwiches. If you haven't had dinner yet, then I highly recommend any and ALL In-N-Out's tonight for your dinner fix. YUMMY, inexpensive and filling!
(5)Laurice F.
This is our closest In-N-Out. The 5-stars says it all - these burgers and fries are the pride of the west coast and the low prices makes it even better! Service is top notch and they do their best to get the food to you asap. Personally, I like to eat in - even though it can get crowded, the wait is definitely worth it.
(5)Ginger P.
The food is 5 stars for certain! Love the protein-style burger and fries. The crazy drive though experience gets a negative 2 stars!! Surely, they can find a way to solve this problem. Maybe a separate exit out the back to facilitate the traffic flow. Maybe a second point of order/cashiering/food delivery. Yeesh - there has got to be a better way!! We were in line on a Sat at 3pm for 33 minutes! Luckily I am not in Glendale too often and there is a Burbank location off the 5 fwy just 10 minutes from this Glendale location. Hey, what are the animal fries? Need to research that. Lots of yelpers are recommending it.
(3)Erin J.
That's what a haaaamburgerrrr s'allll about! Come ON it's In-N-Out.....LA's claim to fame. Burgers are outstanding, neapolitan milkshake or root beer float and their fries are fa-resh! If the line is out of control please believe there will be a guy/girl at your car window asking to taking your order (even on the hottest days) and he/she will ensure that your order is correct (normally)!!! You can have as many patties of meat and cheese as you'd like for the gluttonous, proteins style for the carb-less and only veggie for the meatless. Everyone loves In-N-Out and if they don't clearly they have a screw loose! This is the one place we have that NY'rs wish they did!!! Hahahaha. Losers.
(5)Paul M.
Whenever I've been in Los Angeles every In-N-Out Burger has had drive-thru lines out of its parking lot onto the street. And the very little seating indoors is almost always full. It is a good burger. Better than the national chains, although not much better than Wendy's. Worse than a good diner's. I don't understand how it's the end-all be-all of hamburgers. The fries are nothing special. And the "secret" menu is just a fantasy of recombining the existing ingredients. "Animal Style" sounds a lot more awesome than fries that are prematurely cold and stuck together from a sauce. The day after Christmas it was a madhouse, which is to be expected, but instead of giving up, everybody just stoically hung on as if for Ambrosia. It took 25 minutes to get 4 burgers and 2 orders of fries and the entire time was spent roaming indoors and out looking for a table. We did get one.
(2)Val U.
A MUST thing to do in California. Burger - get grilled onions rather than regular. Fries - they give you salt packets so add the salt to the fries to give it a boost of flavor. Shakes - vanilla and strawberry are my favorites. Chocolate is good too. Animal style - you can get your burger and fries animal style, but I prefer to get only my fries animal style and only if I am starving or feel like pigging out. It is very heavy.
(5)Walter S.
Favorite!! Nothing can beat their burgers!! Animal style fries are awesome!
(5)Leticia D.
I hate the long lines but once someone finally does come out to start taking the orders then it seems to move a lot faster. The burgers are definitely better then Mc Donalds and you really can't beat the price, i always get mine with grilled onions and french fries!
(4)Mike S.
It's In-N-Out, so you basically know what you're going to get. The smallness of the burgers is always outweighed by the deliciousness of melted cheese, grilled onions, meat and sauce. I've said it before and I'll say it again: In-N-Out is the most ironic name for a fast food joint i can think of. Prepare to wait.
(3)Angeline P.
This is by far one of the BEST In and Out locations around. Always clean and always busy but the wait goes by very fast even in a packed drive through. We love to order our fries well done since I like a little crisp to my fries and they never complain or make you pull over and wait for ever. They are on the ball and we have always had excellent customer service whether it is in the day or night. :)
(5)Ellen C.
Another In-N-Out burger review. Gotta love being a southern Californian! This location is the biggest I've seen and when it gets busy, their "system" of getting your order from a person standing quite a ways from the order board, speeds up the process. In no time, your paying and getting your delicious cheeseburger with animal style fries. I love their burgers and fries. "In-N-Out....In-N-Out...that's what our burgers are all about"
(5)Chuck A.
.., despite the 90% chance the drive thru line here will be wrapped around its restaurant, the wait isn't bad. As compared to any other place that would have a line this long, it'd take hours. But you can rely on on good ol' In N' Out for a faster outcome. The staff is usually pretty friendly, although you may want to avoid parking in the area that has your back to the drive thru line if you're dining in. I've seen people trying to leave (back up) that have ended up waiting a good 10 minutes just because no one wanted to take the time & let them out. I understand people want their food, but really?
(5)N. Danny S.
It's In-N-Out, do you really need to read a review about In-N-Out??? The best damn burgers, period! There, that's all you need to know. One little note about this particular location though, it gets packed!! And the drive-thru is some crazy amusement park line, its kinda confusing to find the end of it, and once you get in, you're stuck! Its usually very long, but these guys work hard to keep it moving fast.
(4)Marina G.
AMAZING!!! Gets super busy so prepare to wait-a long time- but worth it. Everything is super fresh- really it is- you see it right in front of you. Get bun extra toasted- makes the burger taste that much greater. raw onions and extra pickles- my favorite. In my opinion, animal style fries are too over priced- but it is a nice once in a while splurge! I love in n out!!!
(5)Jeannette G.
Some of the best burgers in town. I've gone to this location at all times of the day and days of the week. So if you're going to use the drive-thru do not go M-F between 3:00-5:00 and weekends between 11-3 because you'll be there at least 15 minutes; and in LA drive-thru time that is a lot. Any other times you'll get in and out (ha, ha) in a flash.
(4)Reggie K.
These burgers are amazing. The burgers are fresh and juicy right off the grill. The vegetables are crunchy and not soggy. The special sauce is the best sauce I've ever tasted. But every time I see a pickle, I throw it away because I don't like pickles. The burgers are always salty and well seasoned. I don't like the bread though, so I get it protein style. The fries are also very good. Some are crunchy and some are soft. I like them both. Sometimes I add a little bit of salt because they lack salt. I always finish one of the fry orders, maybe two. The service is quick compared to other restaurants. It is also cheap. The is the first restaurant I would go to if I was hungry and they always have the sodas I want. But the small is too big, so I never finish a small. And they have FREE WATER!
(4)Donna G.
In-N-Out Burger in Glendale is one of the nicest fast food places I have been too. The restaurant itself is really big with lots of parking. It is right across the street from Glendale Adventist Hospital so it is very convenient. That also means it gets really busy with hospital visitors - but the staff is quick and organized so you get your meal quickly. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I have eaten here twice. First time was a burger and a shake. Then today I got a cheeseburger, fries and a soda. They usually put a dressing of the burgers, but I always ask for it with ketchup and mustard instead. And both times I was asked if I wanted onions or not. I also like the fact that In-N-Out puts the calorie count right up on the menu board. It is still a lot of calories, but at least I know so that I can cut back later in the day. I also like the french fries because they are not overly salty at all. Both times I was there, I found parking in their lot easily. And I found seating. First time I ate at one of the outside tables because it wa warm and sunny. Today I sat inside due to cooler weather. Both times I have been there, I got my meal quickly, and it was fresh and hot.
(5)Arbi G.
Is there any words to describe the burgers here? if you find it please let me know.
(5)Melonie A.
What can I say? We all know in n out have the best burgers in town but everytime I come to this specific one I get really hard fries? :(
(3)Abdul Hasib S.
I used to come here after car Meets with the guys back in the days, now i come with Jon-Boy to shoot shit about old times....! LOL Salute Mr Sibala...!!!!!!
(5)Rachel A.
In-n-out, in-in-outtttt. That's what our hamburgers, are alllll about. And that's no lie. When I need a juicy, onion dancing, gooey cheese topped, crispy bun toting burger, I hit up my local in-n-out for instant gratification. Who doesn't love instant gratification?! This is definitely a busy location, but they do their best to move the line along. Seeing as it's one of those right-off-the-freeway locations, it's always going to be packed. The service is always on the ball though. Every time I come here, they get my order taken accurately and quickly. They've seen my dogs in the backseat and suggested to add-on unsalted patties so the kids are filled up too. (I just learned about this! At around a buck a pop, they are a great treat for the pups.) The dogs tell me they taste great too. Easy come, not so easy go. I've been on a diet for two weeks and cry little onion tears thinking I have to wait another two weeks (after I return from Hawaii) to enjoy their tasty goodness again. I was getting a little spoiled anyways - sometimes good things are worth waiting for :)
(4)Mari A.
Yummmmmm best thing ever! I love it I get a protein style burger with chopped chili peppers and a side of well done fries! So amazing, I love it.
(5)Cat B.
i probably eat here once every six months, but when i do, the calories are never wasted! no matter where you go, in n out burgers are always consistently delicious. i have to laugh at how ppl describe it as being fresh - it's a burger, afterall, and i can't tell fresh ground beef from thawed ground beef. what i can tell, however, is when it tastes GREAT. i usually get the double protein style burger. no carbs to get me full. just double patties please with some raw onions on top, wrapped with a huge slice of lettuce to keep inside the mess while i eat. mmmm good. see you in six months!
(4)Nazeli S.
Always good, especially this location.
(5)Angelica D.
A #2 Protein Style with Grilled Onions and a Neopolitan Shake please :) I always liked this location. Sometimes a long wait at the drive-thru, but hey, it's In -N-Out Burger. Never disappointed.
(5)Michael D.
I will avoid this place if I can but not because I don't like In-N-Out, but because it's stampede of hungry mallrats that come here and attack this place. The reason I'm giving them a 4 star is because they always get the food out, on time, and without errors each and every time! I'll probably end up going back here during the upcoming Christmas shopping nightmare at the Glendale Mall so I don't know why I'm complaining?
(4)Cynthia S.
Gotta Love In-N-Out!!! This location is great mainly because its so close to where I live... So sister and I can sneak out of the house when parents go to bed so we can grab a midnight bite.. Not that they don't let, but because its more fun that way. The workers are very fast even though the drive-thru is usually packed! Its nice to sit inside and eat if you find a table! tables outside too for those nice sunny days. Side story: When you get to the box where you order your food from, there are 2-3 tables set right in front of it. Once my sister and I went there to order our food and some for the family.... get to the box, notice 20 guys hanging around 2 of the tables, 10 of them ppl we knew (but not really close with). So the awkwardness started when the guy who was taking our order couldnt hear us... "4 number 2s, 3 without onion" Guy: "WHAT????EXTRA ONION?" All the guys decided to stare us down and giggle like little girls.... "NO no, 3 of them NO ONION" Guy: "4 Number 2s, WITHOUT ONION?" this went on for another 3 min... finally we got everything with onions ,cuz he couldnt understand us!!! oh well! funny how he chose the ONION part to scream OUT!!! aaaah
(4)Shradha A.
Fast food earning 4 stars? But the freshness of the food here - and the cheese sandwich (essentially a cheeseborger without the patty) was a surprisingly good vegetarian option. Shakes are good too!
(4)Rod D.
It's In-N-Out...Is a review really necessary?
(5)Lana M.
Hamburger, animal style, served with fries. Need i say more? :P And oh yeah, the drive thru is long! But i've tried going inside instead of doing it...kept track of one car that was there when i went in. They finished before i did! This place is packed...but its so good!!!
(5)Jenn L.
Most people think that Californian girls come of age when they hit puberty or daddy buys them a new car because they've turned 16. Maybe it's when they first "blossom" and guys start to notice them. Not so in my case. My turning point was when I could polish off my Combo 2 - cheeseburger animal style, fries well-done, and medium Dr. Pepper. (How hot is that?!) I've been coming to this In-n-Out since they first opened their doors. It's actually the location that converted me into a burger lover. Nowadays, this is still my choice location since I can hit it on the way home from either LAX or the Burbank Airport. Although my current cheeseburger preference wavers between a cheeseburger animal style or a cheeseburger animal protein style, I know that I can count on this location to serve it up to me with a side of spread for my fries. Their well-done fries are perfect - with just the right amount of crisp - and never over-salted like other fast food joints. This is the best location that I've found for drive through service. Even though the line is ridiculously long, it's organized as hell. Parking sucks here if you get stuck parking by the drive through line. When that happens, good luck backing out and getting out of there. If the restaurant/club (currently Minx) next door hasn't blocked off their parking, snag a spot there. Somehow, In-n-Out always manages to be my first and/or last meal whenever I'm back in Cali. Nomnom goodness at its best!
(5)Katrin A.
Love this place.. It's my favorite place to go with my son. I love how the onions are grilled perfectly and the cheese is always melted just right.
(5)Chris M.
This location has to be one of the busiest I have ever seen and they get the food to you fast.
(4)Elle R.
I love In-N-Out, as a general rule. This location is great most of the time (great food, super friendly employees, and even though they get super slammed on weekends, they work as a team and get orders out quickly, all with a smile) but I have 3 complaints: 1. There have been a couple of times when my burger patty tasted like the entire thing had been rolled around in salt. I've honestly never experienced anything like that at this location, or any other, but it was (almost) inedible. I still ate it, but it resulted in a tummy ache. I'm not gonna lie, though...won't stop me from coming here because it's only happened twice out of about twenty times. 2. Why does it always seem like the shakes are only cold in the middle? It's like there's an ice cream core surrounded by room-temperature liquid. Has it always been this way at every location and I just forgot? I just stopped ordering shakes. 3. My last complaint is regarding one of the employees here. He is constantly looking past our shoulders while we're standing in front of him, like he's seeking out something more interesting to look at. I think one time there were people he knew waiting in line behind us and instead of focusing on our order and making eye contact, he just kept looking at them, like he was trying to say hi with his eyes, haha. There are times he helps us where I'm like, dude...is this guy even listening to what I'm saying? His body language always suggests that he isn't, but I don't know, he manages to take the order down just fine. The other night we ordered in the drive-thru and he came around with his pad and pencil and as I was telling him how I wanted my burger, he straight up turned around to say what's up to someone he knew who had walked across the parking lot. Really?! The lack of regard for customer service rubbed me the wrong way and I'd expect this kind of thing at Del Taco, or maybe Burger King, but not at In-N-Out. It always makes me feel good when people offer good customer service, as that's what I do every day at work, and it always makes me sad when they don't. That said, I still love In-N-Out. Doesn't get much better than animal-style fries.
(4)Sevada D.
It's hard to write a review about something when its reputation speaks for itself. In-N-Out has always been one of my favorite joints. Their burgers are delicious, the service is always friendly and welcoming, their burgers are delicious, and.. their burgers are delicious! Oh, and you should definitely try their burgers, they're delicious!
(5)Sevada M.
The food is great as well as the location. The weather is great there at nights, and the service is outstanding. When it gets crowded, workers still take a good care of costumers.
(5)Karen V.
Date of Lunch: 11/04/2010 What can I say?? In-N-Out is just the best. Met my fellow foodie friend for lunch. I don't know which looked better ...him or the burger and fries :-)
(5)John J.
I truly have no complaints. Staff is great food is great. For those of you that go to inNout frequently i would recommend you try double double (protein burger) truly is a different experience, the meat is 5x more delicious like this.
(5)Ant P.
Great stuff minus the lines. Don't forget to add peppers
(5)Chris W.
This location serves burgers to the Glendale - Montrose crowds. The drive-thru is usually wrapping around the building, so I recommend parking and going inside. If you've never been to an In-n-out, you're first bite is waiting! I fully recommend the #1, Animal Style, which is a double cheeseburger, known as the Double Double, with (hand cut) fries and a fountain drink. Another recommend: the Pink Lemonade, made the old fashioned way, hand squeezed lemons and good old fashioned sugar. Enjoy this place. It's a rare treat in the world of Fast Food :)
(5)Jose S.
Long lines at the drive-thru but terrific burgers. Animal style burger and animal style fries - always good.
(5)David L.
Best fast food establishment ever. Simple. Burgers fries and shakes. What else can you ask for? The healthiest fast food run by a family business vs. corporate too. Crazy.
(4)Jorge G.
This place is great. For you first timers, don't read this, just go asshole. But if you really are a asshole, then read this stupid review. If you'r still not convinced, then read the ones below this one. The burgers here are great. For you lame people, get a cheese burger...what?, don't like cheese, f*ck you then. For you normal people, get a double double...f*cker. If your a animal, beast or just some asshole that can eat, special order a 4 by 4. For you true fat fucks (I was once this), tell the no life b*tch that is taking your order to get you an 8 by 8 (don't worry, there is a hospital across the street). The animal fries here are really good (don't know what they are...f*ck you, order some you little b*tch).
(4)Giovanissa D.
Can I just sat AMAZBALLS! Who doesn't like In-N-Out? The food is fantastic! and is very clean.
(5)Priscilla N.
I love the fact that its closer to me than the one in Glendale! :3 the food was pretty good and plus i get a good exercise just walking up and down the hill xD hahaha! i love in n out :)
(4)Henan J.
Now this is what I dream of when am dreaming of a burger. I have had guest from out of town or overseas and the one thing they all remember and crave is an In-N-Out Burger. They are simple & yet I don't know anyone that doesn't like their meal. Try it with their signature shakes to really get a Cali meal
(4)Ryan C.
"Innn and ouuut.. that's what a haaaaamburgers allllll about!" (and if you don't know the theme song... now ya know... suckaaa!) Only two things that matter here... Grilled cheese and fries!
(5)Alecia W.
Ok so I know some people are going to really really hate me for this. In-N-Out Burger is just okkaaaaaay. There I said it. I feel better now. This place is a FAST FOOD BURGER JOINT. Nothing more and nothing less. I grew up in the Glendale area and was so excited when the In-N-Out opened. I had never been to In-N-Out, but my family members would rant and rave about how fresh and delicious the food was. Maybe it was all the hype and build up. I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong. The food tastes good. It's just not wonderful and delicious and amazing and perfect like everyone seems to say. I'm also annoyed by the long lines. The drive thru line wraps around the whole lot. My old car might over heat in that big line. Mercy! Final thought. Variety. None. Why do they not offer chicken or turkey or some other poultry? I know a lot of people who do not eat red meat but who do not want to eat grilled cheese. Please help me understand the obsession with In-N-Out.
(3)Sam M.
The drive-thru line was long but that's expected for any In-N-Out. I usually come here with a pretty big order because I'm buying food for my entire family (comprised of 5 people including me). And even with this huge order, they don't mess up the order. It's pretty impressive actually since each order varies in one way or another. I definitely recommend this, or any other In-N-Out since my experience at every In-N-Out I've been to has been great.
(5)Amy K.
The quality you love (grilled cheese, animal style no pickles) with a clean indoor dining room and a nice patio as well, fast friendly service, and a good crowd on a midday Monday. Downside: parking lot is strange, but you really do need to go the long roundabout way to get into the drive-thru without having to make a three-point turn.
(4)Tito L.
Never eaten there? Where have you been? On the moon, in a cave with the door blocked by a boulder with your eyes closed and your fingers in your ears? What can I say... it's In-N-Out. Great burgers and fresh fries cooked to order. The staff is great, the food is great and the price is great... Just great. If you really haven't been there, GO NOW!!
(5)Min Young Olivia Y.
This is the best In-N-Out... I don't know why but it just does not taste good at any other In-N-Out places!
(5)Fernando M.
F'en yummy....nuff said
(5)Britt B.
I LOVE IN AND OUT!! Perfect burgers. Long lines that move very quickly! Can't go wrong getting food here. EVER!
(5)Vaheh E.
Love love love this place, the cashiers always make me crack up and the burgers are freak in awesome. This is the best in and out in glendale, there other location is like ehh. I always get a double double or a four by four. Its massive amounts of meat and flavor. Animal frys ? Unquestionably always!!
(4)Natalie A.
No other place has better food and customer service than In N Out. Every time I drive home from school on the 2 FWY, I smell the burgers cooking up and I immediately crave a burger. This place is BEYOND AMAZING and it never fails. I always come to this location in Glendale since this one has a drive through, it's closer to my house, and I always thought the one on Brand smelled funny for some reason. And their customer service is the best. If there is something wrong with your order, they will assist you with no questions asked. I usually order either a double double or a cheeseburger animal style. Where they got that name from, I have no idea but I'm very curious.
(5)Pete S.
It's about time I review my favorite burger place EVER. I always go for the #1, fries well done :) For some reason the burger tastes better here than any other In-N-Out. It must be the crack they add to it...lol The only downside to it is that it's always busy!
(5)Tiana K.
Who doesn't love In N Out? It's the food people ask me to bring on a plane for them when I go visit friends from out of state, or the first place I stop when friends come visit from out of state. It's pretty much the all american experience eating In N Out. The spread is SO good and the fries are SO fresh. Even the family history behind In N Out is cool.
(5)Garth E.
For most of us who live in states that don't have In-N-Out, a visit to California just isn't complete without a visit to In-N-Out. We flock there because it's got an incredible amount of hype, the prices are dirt cheap, the food is made with love (especially considering it is, technically, a fast food joint), and we can't get our fix at home!! [Please In-N-Out, come to Colorado...now.] I always get fries, animal style, and a cheeseburger. I know a lot of people that prefer to get their burger animal style, but that's not my preference. I don't think you can really go wrong at In-N-Out most of the time, and this is definitely one of the better ones I've been to (even though I only get to go occasionally when I visit a state lucky enough to have one). Please, In-N-Out, come to Colorado so I don't have to wait months to get my fix....
(5)Elizabeth C.
You know the drill: In-N-Out gets five stars. So perfect is the construct of their menu items, so excellently upheld is their quality control, that In-N-Out has transcended the yelp star rating system and is now part of its own five-star universe, in my head if not in this physical dimension in which it resides. What, then, is unique about this location? Seeing as it is situated next to a freeway, this In-N-Out is an excellent place to practice being lazy. The drive-thru service is, amazingly, almost as fast as the service inside--and you don't even have to get out of the car! Hell, you don't even have to stand up! You don't even have to look at the end punctuation of the two previous sentences to know that this excites the holy heck out of me. Five stars!

I remember the day this in n out location Opened. It was my first time there and I just have to say its the place to get a quick lunch or late night cravings. To the fries to the secret menu. Everything it's mouthwatering. I feel lucky that this location is across the street from me!

Great place. Quick, helpful service. Only complaint is that it's not free! :D

No need to say too much about In-n-Out. I order, I get the food just as I ordered it, and I enjoy the food. Good stuff. The secret menu is also one of the perks of going to any in-n-out!!

Typical In-n-Out. That is to say fresh food, fast, with friendly service. You won't be disappointed with this location. The only annoying thing was that I had to walk across the drive thru line to get inside. Maybe it was just particularly busy when I went...?

dont' get me wrong, i love in-n-out in general. but this store's cheezburgers got me stomach flu for a couple days. and i'm sure it was their cheezburgers because i didn't eat anything else for that day.

Ya say Five Guys?!? NO!!!! In-N-Out still WINS!

I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. It's almost my turn to order!!! Then only 10 more minutes of waiting to get my food! Sooooo awesome!

The food is outstanding, but the 15 minute (minimum, every time) wait in the drive thru is horrible. It's close to the freeway, so it's very convenient to stop by for my favorites - cheeseburger, fries, and a pink lemonade.

I used to be a FAN of this place... until the burgers got greasier and greasier. NO DRIVE THRU! This one in particular is busy like no other!! This is a WARNING! If you're in a hurry, don't come here. You might be lucky to get there during the "down time", but that only last for a few minutes before more customer come rushing in! Oh... and people are like animals for seats. In terms of the food. Would I eat In-N-Out? Yes, if I am nearby and starving. If I have the strength, I'd go to Habit. The one thing they do right at this location is FRYS. It's not too greasy. Although, sometimes I like to get animal fries as a treat.

Burger is better than Jack's, McDonald's, BK, Carl's, Fat Burger, etc. Btw East Coasters, I'm sorry those White Castle steamed burgers don't stand a chance I am not going to say In-N-Out is the "BEST" bc I've been spoiled with a lot of eats on my travels and I've had some places that are just mouth watering delicious and can stand up to an In-n-out burger... There's one spot on n.Figueroa called Taco Fiesta, forget the name and just try their burgers. There is The Bucket on Eagle Rock Blvd just to name a few that would compete or maybe even top an In n Out burger Don't go here during Lunch Hour, the worst idea you could ever make. Just avoid at all cost Would I come back? Yes I would bc of convienance BUT I'll wait till rush hour has passed
