While I would prefer to support local coffee shops, I haven't found one I really like in Fremont. This starbucks is pretty nice. It's clean, staff are friendly, open til 10, and has good lighting. There's also less students and more professionals around my age (mid-20s). The only thing that sucks is that while they have a decent amount of seating, it gets pretty crowded and so you may be forced to the outside patio chairs. I'd say it gets pretty crowded starting around 3 or 4 pm.

Must be a bad day at Starbucks. The employees don't seem very happy. Not working as a team or customer focused. Ordered tall Americano - Luke warm, asked for half-half since bar was not stocked-received non-fat. Not even a Fair experience today you receive (1) star. Done

I really like this starbucks. Friendly staff. I noticed they knew a lot of people there and their regular drinks. I was new there, but I'm sure over time if I came back they'd get to know me too! Really clean, a lot of seating and good parking in the lot. Also a great patio. If i were from this area I'd definitely come back again!

I go to this location on a regular basis. Everyone here is very nice. But there is one chubby white guy who is rude & unprofessional! I'm Asian & it seems like it has a problem with me. From ordering to asking for more ice! He would charge me for a cup of a Venti White Mocha when I asked for a Venti iced triple espresso! There's a big difference in price! My cup is only $3.05 & he charged me $6.00!!! That's double! Another thing is that every time I ask for more ice, he would throw the ice in my cup & a bunch of ice would come rushing at me! He is one lazy rude guy!

By Far, this is my favorite Starbucks, and I visit A LOT of Starbucks stores. The staff is amazingly friendly and engaging. In addition, the store is clean, open later than others, and it's always easy to find parking. There is seating both inside and outside. I strongly recommend this location

What can I say, it's a Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, you'll love this one. Lots of seating, outdoor patio area, and a good staff. Enjoy!

Don't get me wrong, I love Starbucks and would gladly leave a great review if I could. But I have gone to this particular store twice now (non-consequitive days) and both times they were out of bagels and egg white spinach wraps. The barista said that they sold all that thu had. Well, if you consistently run out of stuff, why not order more? I had my mom with me who can't walk very well, so we schlepped into the store just to walk out empty-handed. There is another Starbucks near by but it seems to have a similar inventory issue. I am hoping that someone from the store management will see this review and act act accordingly.

They do a good job but they have this annoying habit of not filling up the drinks to the proper level. They usually leave a generous amount of room at the top, making a grande a tall and so forth. I know just a litter under an inch is standard, as well as an inch of foam so it's annoying when they only end up giving you 8 oz of actual beverage in a 12 oz tall.

It's Starbucks: the coffee is consistently good, the place is clean, and the service it usually fast. I come here occasionally, but when I have to repeat my order 3 times for the barista to get that I want "no whip " -- even though the barista is repeating "no whip" each time I say it, discourages me. There are many Starbucks with better barista with actual listening skills. They aren't all like that, but the ones that are ruin it for the good ones. If you ask a customer a question, don't just space the response... that is either laziness or stupidity. Also don't bother coming here if you want a WiFi connection that is fast and doesn't drop out every few minutes. The coffee is consistent and the place is nice. It is always packed, making seating problematic if you want a place to chill. The WiFi has dropped or been non-responsive no less than about 10 times, and takes a few minutes to be available. I think tons of people watch videos here and do bandwidth intensive things here, and they do not know or care enough to limit the bandwidth per person so people can get to the internet. Free WiFi is only good if it is reliable. Other places that have less traffic are better, but bandwidth hogs all seem to slam AT&T's starbuck networks. I can never get consistent service nor speeds here.

This is probably one of my fave starbucks locations. The staff is always friendly, the drinks I order always taste the way they should and the atmosphere is pretty chill. I try to come here when ever I can.

Posted in the parking lot for the day and it just happened to be treat receipt day! Purchase a drink before 2pm and return for ANY cold drink (grande) after 2pm. You can order anything with any add on or make any kind of drink you want regardless of cost and it's still only $2! That's a win! I managed to make a $7 drink and guess how much they charged.... you guessed it, 2 doll hairs!! I'm liking this!!

Thursday morning 9am it's packed with business meeting and normal friendly get togethers. Def not quiet if you need to study or something. Employees are pretty nice and haven't had any problems. Will return when I'm in the area and need some coffee.

I come in, get my coffee. And get out. Pretty nice staff. It's too early for me to function right now. Needed my cup of joe, and it opens at 530 am always a plus

The baristas who work here are DEFINITELY more friendly and happier (at least what I've seen) than some other Starbucks I've been to (i.e. Starbucks on Jackson St. in Hayward). Unfortunately, my drinks are usually made incorrectly UNLESS I am standing right next to the bar and telling the baristas what to do. i.e. "no whip" Yup...nothing complicated...just READ THE CUP. Because their customer service seems alot better than some other Starbucks I've been to; they tend to talk to their regulars...alot. for a long long time. while making my drink. I think bc of the distraction, my drinks are usually made incorrectly. AND MIND YOU, I usually order a Frap with no whip or a Green Tea Lemonade with Matcha. Not very complicated stuff.... Maybe I need to become a regular to chop it up w/ these baristas in order for my drink to be made correctly??

I'm not a big coffee drinker so I don't come to Starbucks too often. When I do I get tea or lemonade. Went to this location for the firs time today. It was busy but they worked fast. The Starbucks down the street is being remodeled inside so only their drive thru is open. I'm assuming that most people don't want to drive thru or want the option to sit down so they come here. Service was quick and efficient. I'd come back. They service cake pops at this location now.

2 Stars The place looked cool when I walked in. People hanging out talking, older Afghan/Russian men playing chess, and only one or two people in front of me in line. Ordered my drink, and waited......................and waited...... .................................... and waited...................... u get the picture. It took AT LEAST 5 minutes to get my drink. AT LEAST! If my friend wasn't there talking to me, I'd guess closer to 10 minutes....either way, this is probably the slowest coffee spot I've been to. Service was average compared to other spots, below average for a Starbucks.

Helicon K.
Clean, remodelled and one of my favorite baristas from Union City started working here (Lani)... makes this place like a 2nd home. Lots of tables and it being very spacious helps. The baristas and managers here do their jobs well and it shows. I recommend this starbucks for simple studying and hanging out coffee talks.

Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes for the 5 heads that were too busy making frapps for frapp happy hour, for my drink. A black tea for Christ's sake. The dude, "Oh man I'm sorry" throws that tea up and a straw and spins around like a ballerina! What a joke. This crew needs a new manager. It's not all about FRAPPS. Crappy service.

This Starbucks is huge! They have a great patio area too. Good location, friendly people. It can get crowded. A lot of people tend to meet up at this one. Drinks/coffee is consistently good. Nothing bad to say. :)

Hate hate hate HATE this friggin' place. In fact, I'm starting to hate Starbucks in general. You know how a place starts out great, then once it gains popularity, the quality of the service AND the product just plummets at a rapid speed? Yeah, it has officially happened...to Starbucks. I'm sorry, but when I run out of fingers on one hand to count how many times I've been served the wrong drink in less than 2 months, it's a problem. Example? One sunny morning, I decide to grab a white hot chocolate. So I sat in the drive thru line for ten minutes, eagerly awaiting my little cup of sweet happiness. I place my order, get my drink, and start to drive off. It is then that I realize that this is not a white hot chocolate, it's a regular hot chocolate. Now, I don't know about you, but when I order something, I want to get what I ordered. I'm adamant about that. However, I realize that the baristas at Starbucks are human beings, and therefore can make mistakes, so I hop back in the drive thru line and wait to ask them to make me another drink. So they do, and I'm like yay thanks! Take a sip as I start to drive off...and the f***king thing is COFFEE. WTF. So I go back through AGAIN, and this time I'm thoroughly annoyed. I mean, really? It's not even a white mocha (which would be another mistake I could understand, but would still be pissy about), it's a plain old latte. And I'm thinking to myself...ya know, at an average of $3+ for a freaking cup of coffee, I should be able to expect to get the correct damn drink...ESPECIALLY the second time around. So I get to the window, ask them AGAIN to give me what I ordered, and this time, I tasted it before I left. FINALLY, the right thing. Jebus. This morning, I went through again, and ordered a decaf skinny vanilla latte. I don't care about the fat content, I just HATE the taste of anything besides nonfat milk. Even 2% coats my tongue and just grosses me out. So I place my order, get my drink, and drive off. I am now sitting here with a pounding heart (BTW, I have a heart murmur, which is why I get decaf) and a coated mouth that makes me sick to my stomach. But they got the sugar free syrup! Jackasses. I may sound nit-picky, but seriously...I want to be able to enjoy my million-dollar cup of coffee the way I paid to have it made. And once or twice, I'll deal with a screwup. I know I screw up, too. But when it's EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there, that's just boo boo. So, I have gotten it through my thick head and will never go to this Starbucks again. I guess I'll stick to making my own lattes in the morning, because apparently, getting what I'm paying for is asking too much =( /rant

I don't usually review coffee house chains, but this is a Starbucks I frequent. It's in a convenient area and I just want my coffee and go in the morning. As the Cheers theme song goes, "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name..." LOL. The baristas are very nice and there are a few that know my drink, so the service is fast. There are coffee regulars there that say hello to me or open the door for me. My favorite cup of coffee is always made to my liking every time. The independent coffee chains are cool, but they are so far away and like I mentioned, I just want my coffee and don't have the time to soak up the ambiance and chill. Not a good place to study since there is a ton of foot traffic, but it is decent for drinking coffee and reading the news paper.

Either I came in here on a good day or they have amazing workers on staff. The lady that took my drink was very helpful with the smoothie I was looking for. She even pointed out some things about the drinks so it was cheaper. Shhh. And my drink was made within few minutes and there was a bit of a crowd when I walked in. Hands up to you guys. You know how to treat a customers and leave em happy! Keep it up

Crowded. Crowded with icky men with runny noses who like to stare and make creepy conversation AT people too meek to tell them how creepy and icky they are. Who uses and reuses handkerchiefs in this day and age?! Disposable tissues, man, disposable tissues! The iced vanilla lattes are good.

Wow! I get to be the first to review a Starbucks? If you look through my reviews, it almost appears as if I just travel around looking for new Starbucks locations.....well, I don't. I do look and map out the closest Starbucks to locations I'm going to be visitng though! Gotta be able to get my Frappacino fix! Anyway, this is a great location. Lots of seating indoors and even more outside. The service here was friendly and efficiently quick. As for the drink, well...it's a Starbucks, they are all the same in that department. The location was nice and tidy too.

First of all, this is the Starbucks on Mowry & Blacow in the Lucky's parking lot. Please DO NOT be confused with the drive thru up the street. Love the people working in the mornings. They know my name and my favorite drink. Always tastes great. Even though the recipe may be the same, it does taste different when different people make them. I'll drive out of my way to go to this store!

This place is right around the corner from home. It's a great place for a Saturday morning coffee. It does tend to get crowded late morning though. Great service and have never had an issue with the wrong drink... I guess that's the side effect of being there so often.

people who said this location have bad service. i made a little check list for u. -are u taking 23min to order one drink? -were u being little douschebaggy? list goes on, but ill skip all that. this location have best staff members. very friendly! maybe they make mistake with ur order, but dont forget everyone makes mistake. all u gotta do is tell them and they will be happy to make ur drink for u again. no biggie.

I like to get a venti passion ice tea no sweetener and no water, this Starbucks makes a very nice one. Doesn't seem like a hard one to get but you would be surprised on how many can't seem to get it right.

Yup, I think something changed in management. Staff is still friendly and faster than most Starbucks (Union Landing!). But ... Same camper three weeks in a row. I'm not talking eager student studying hard, but someone who wants to sleep. Not in a far corner, but right next to the condiment bar! Nice image guys; especially for the small kids I see coming through here all the time. Oh, and I am watching a moderately busy time right now, and three tables are taken up by people simply sitting waiting for their order. Good floor layout guys. I'm suspecting corporate office does all the planning, so even though I can't blame this store for that, I will anyway ;) One less star :(

I was a little disappointed yesterday, although up until then, this Starbucks was always pretty decent. However, I ordered a grande vanilla bean frap with a shot of peppermint. After waiting a few minutes, the barista calls me over to say they do not have peppermint. I ask if there was anything similar, I was told no. I decided to just stick with my peppermint-less frap, but there was no discussion about getting my 25 cents back for the shot, or suggestions about anything else I might have instead. And I know that if I had made a deal about it, it would be another 10 minutes until I finally got my new drink. This is NOT the first time that I have ordered something, only to be told 5 minutes later that they are out of something (albeit at a different Starbucks). I really REALLY wish that 1) all of the baristas would CHECK their ingredients to know what they have in stock for the day and 2) they do this BEFORE having their customers pay for it! Very frustrating!!

Lines get long at this Starbucks, but pretty good service. This a stop and pick up and go location, not much space for seating.

I do not normally drink coffee, but when I do I go to this location! It's close to the freeway which is good for morning workers and it's located in a nice little shopping area surrounded by good food! Once you walk in, this place seems very cozy and more like a lounge of sorts. The lighting is quite relaxing and the overall look of the place in comparison to other Starbucks is good. I ordered a Venti Mocha Frapuccino which came out extremely fast. The barista, Benny, is super friendly and definitely knows how to make amazing drinks. He made my frappe with the perfect amount of coffee flavor and sweetness. The best part is that after it was blended it was so smooth! I literally had no chunks of ice which I usually get from other locations. There's no better treat than drinking a perfectly blended frappe after a long day of work! This guy needs a raise or something because he makes coffee right! Tip: Try to come here when Benny is working because he is a master barista and he makes all of the drinks fast!

This place definitely deserves a round of applause in my book. Love the shop and the barristas. You can tell they definitely enjoy their jobs. When I don't make my own at home, this is where I definitely get my chai. Starbucks is my tea place. Haha!

This is one of the nicest and biggest Starbucks Ive been to. First and foremost, the barista's are very friendly. Parking is easy, since it's a HUGE lot that's shared with Lucky's and several other businesses. There are plenty of seats of various types. They have soft cushy chairs, cafe tables and chairs, a counter for folks who want to use their laptops or tablets and even a large table for big groups. They even have outdoor seating that you can enjoy. I've been coming here for awhile and it's a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage and just chill.

It was my favourite starbucks in town; however, now, one new lady making coffee really awlful, and service was horrible. I orderd dark rost with steam whole milk. It wasn't so busy, so cashier got the coffee and told her steam whole milk, and she put soy milk. I said steam whole milk. She made it again. I saw she got pike place, so I asked her it's dark rost? she said yes. Well, I poured the coffee in the bathroom, and have to get a right order with refill. The most disappointing thing is she did't call out loud my name for the order anymore. Why? Can't believe it.

This is probably one of the most roomy and comforting Starbucks that I've been to. I come here at night after work, and I have to say, Ben makes the best drinks. He's a friendly guy and makes my day better. If you're looking for a Starbucks to socialize, this Starbucks is definitely the spot.
(5)
Xiaofei P.
So far, this is the best Starbucks I've been to: -Friendly barista -Easy parking -Plenty of empty seats, most of the time -Fast internet
(5)
D L.
By far one of my favorite Starbucks location. Friendly and fast baristas, lots of open tables, more space, faster internet and it's not so noisy like the one in Union City Landing. This location is actually one of the ones that close late too. They close at 11:00 PM and every time I come here, it's chill and opened. There's no need to trip over plugs and wires, as there are a lot of outlets. If you want a sugar high--- get the Caramel Frap with Toffee Nut and an extra shot of espresso. Tastes like Harry Potter's Butter Beer! YUM!

Went to this Starbucks twice this week and they where out of berries both times for the very Berry Hibiscus. Luckys is right next store go get some. It's spring people like the drink!! What's up with that.

In a world of multiple Starbucks locations the Mowry Starbucks is for sure the best. The first Starbucks in Fremont it has for years now held the top spot, great service and a friendly atmosphere. Many regulars Makes it a great place to hang out, meet up, do work, and just relax

Kristof J.
We stopped at this location before going hiking and it was empty and placed our orders at 730ish; we turned around and there was a LONG line to the door of people waiting. This place became a Super-Starbucks in less than two minutes; the way they have it set up is not conducive because when you pick up your drink at the end of the line you are trapped by all the other costumers and tables. Thankfully, we did not sit at this locaton and try to enjoy our drink.

Clean establishment. Restroom is clean as well. Service was not great however. The barista...no good morning, no thank you, and no life to her eyes. I just came in for a simple drink, but expect some amount of customer service.

Ambiance: Came here on a sunny Saturday before noon to get mahh study one w/ my boothang. Very spacious and calm. GREAT study spot (well except for the slow wifi). I highly recommend this place on a Saturday. Clean & tidy sitting area. Clean Bathroom. Service: Around 11-4 pm there always seems to be a line on the hour, but still, the staff took orders and made drinks quickly and efficiently. Servers are friendly. Food: Light mocha grande frap is my fav drink & they got it on point! ;) Price: ~$10 for 2 drinks. Y U SO PRICEY STARBUCKS? Ok I will buy you anyways. Tip: - Wifi is slow (like every other starbucks...-____-) - Rewards points & coffee are the only reasons why I'm hooked onto this place. Conclusion: This is one of the better Starbucks of the gazillion Starbucks I've been to.

I've only been here a handful of times and everytime I've been here they are so slow. The drive thru is a mess because it's in a busy parking lot full of angry people trying to back out or drivers coming in from the other side trying to bypass all the madness.

First time here and I will say one if the bigger ones I have been in, in a long time. With most of the Starbucks remodeling in the peninsula area walking into this one felt like I was walking into a store. Lots if tables and sitting areas. Even a long table being occupied by several men playing chess hmm never seen that before. Great place friendly staff
(5)
Roxana J.
I come here and always get treated well when ordering my drink! The beverages are fantastic, always perfect. However, the last couple of times that I've been coming here (for late night studying) have made me realize that I don't appreciate being kicked out when it reaches time to close. I have spent SO MUCH money here (and I know it because I'm a gold star member and all my transactions are recorded on my phone) to get treated like that! I'm sure I'm not the only one who does. I don't like getting kicked out or being told that it's time to close. It just really bothers me because I can keep eye on my own watch and the guests should get treated with a bit more respect. From my understanding, the barristers aren't allowed to do that.

I like Starbucks. Though, I don't have a favorite Starbucks location since I go to different Starbucks in Fremont. Every time I go there, I buy a Frappuccino. Starbucks has internet there.

I felt obligated to give a review to Starbucks today. I was in a rush long line to register but staff knows how to handle crowd, while standing in line they took my order, by the time I paid my coffee was ready to go and start my day with a boost

Staff here are very courteous and always get the order right. Big Starbucks with plenty of parking.
(5)

The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly. They are very consistent with the coffee that I ordered. I don't go in there very often during summer, but this does allow me the opportunity to be able to order a lot of great things off their menu during the colder months. People are going to look for something toasty during the colder months. Starbucks can get you the warm coffee that you need.

My favorite Starbucks! Love the staff and everything is made the way it's supposed to be.

I must say this place where I go for my cold Pom drink only made by nice Carlos! He's awesome with customer's service too! Thanks Carlos! I love coming here for my skinny pp mocha with quad shots! Tee~hee :) After five days of without my addiction; well *sigh* I'm back!!! What are you gonna do about it?! Eh?! Lol! 5 shots of espresso? Why not! For my sister and brother in law :)

This Starbucks is the best! Every time I go there the service is great and they make the best and most consistent drink orders! My favorite Starbucks by far!

Staff seems a bit out of it sometimes. I was nervous they got my order correct but they did. I appreciate the fact that at least the staff is not busy socializing as in a lot of other Starbucks locations. Coffee and snacks are good here.

This is just a review for the terrible customer service that I received from Joseph who clearly was not happy to be working at 7am. The one thing that I love about SB is that they give you .10 off for bringing in your own personal cup. This particular day I order my coffee, the guy hands me my coffee and receipt. I let him know that he forgot to take off for the discount. He literally said..Oh..then said..I need your card..reswiped my card then handed me my receipt...Did not even get a..oops sorry..a nonchalant..sorry about that..Have a nice day..NOTHING..Nothing worse than getting your cup of Joe from Joe who woke up on the wrong side of the bed..Not cool.

I don't write reviews very often, but the service I received at this Starbucks left me speechless. Since I'm not very picky when it comes to my coffee, I generally feel the only thing that separates the different coffee houses I have to choose from is the service. I walked into this Starbucks this morning and immediately upon entering, two ladies who obviously worked for Starbucks (green aprons) said good morning with sincere smiles on their faces. When it was my turn to order, the cashier name Cali greeted me with a smile then took my order. When she came back with my coffee, she noticed that I was awkwardly carrying in my hand some items I had purchased at the nearby Lucky's grocery store. She casually reached beneath her counter, pulled out a small paper bag and offered it to me saying "you shouldn't have to carry those things like that". I was blown away by her generosity knowing full well this was not something she had to do. It's refreshing to visit a location where the people are obviously well trained and understand that the little things make a huge difference. I spend a lot of time in Fremont on business, and can honestly say I will only purchase my coffee at this Starbucks location in the future.

One of the best places to study! Plenty of seats. Very nice baristas. Wifi is a little choppy, but near the couches and bathrooms there is strong internet connection. A little dim inside at night, but there are some tables that have brighter lighting right over you. Some weekday nights you can watch a group of older men play chess together.
(4)
Nit C.
Of all the Starbucks that I've been to, I must admit that this Starbucks is the best designed. There are plenty of tables available both for those trying to study and others that want to have a chat. There is even a long table where people were playing chess. The larger tables where groups of people can gather and chat are on one side of the store while the smaller tables for studying are on the other side. Overall, it allows the appropriate amount of noise for those that want to study. The customer service is good from the limited interaction that I have had with them. I got my order correctly and quickly. They were friendly and the taste was similar to other Starbucks location.

This past Saturday I was in desperate need of a caffeine fix. It was past 9pm so most places were closed. Fortunately, this Starbucks location was open and I am so glad I stopped in. First off, it is one of the few Starbucks I have been to that offers a variety of La Boulange baked goods. You can only imagine my obnoxiously obvious excitement when I saw the pastries in the display case. Jett, the barista, was incredibly helpful in letting me know which pastries were good and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. By far, he was the best barista I have had since he really provided exemplary customer service. I left happy and caffeinated =D! This is definitely going to be my go to Starbucks in Fremont.

I got very bad service here and a very bad drink. A light skinned Asian man served me, got the drink wrong, and then wasted my time chatting up his friends after "fixing" the drink and just about poisoning it with cheap vanilla flavor...

We were supposed to meet at the Starbucks on Mowry Ave. I thought they meant this one, but they were actually at the Starbucks on 5387 Mowry Ave, .2 miles away. There's always been at least one chess game being played at this Starbucks. It looks like a fun group.

First time at this Starbucks...came here with some of my friends for a get together. I like this Starbucks a whole lot compared to other Starbucks in SF, Alameda, Berkeley and Oakland. It's spacious and clean. The baristas are super nice. Service is fast and friendly. There is plenty of outdoor seating and parking (more so than the Starbucks on Park Street in Alameda and on 8th & Broadway in Oakland). I had a $5.00 gift card...one venti caramel frappuccino with whipped cream, please...yum, yum...LOL. Definitely I would not mind visiting this Starbucks again in the future.

Lots of seating! Typical Starbucks otherwise. Bad point: it was in Fremont=/

This location has a huge bar! The service is great, the space is wide for customers to work on whatever, the formation is rustic and dark, and most importantly, the drinks were made great thanks to my boy Carlos! I ordered 4 different drinks and they each were on point. Great spot to stop by and sip.

Done
(1)Christine B.
(4)Skyttle D.

(5)Matt B.
What can I say, it's a Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, you'll love this one. Lots of seating, outdoor patio area, and a good staff. Enjoy!
(4)Helen H.
(2)Susan N.
(3)Mike R.
(2)Amanda M.
This is probably one of my fave starbucks locations. The staff is always friendly, the drinks I order always taste the way they should and the atmosphere is pretty chill. I try to come here when ever I can.
(4)Steven L.
The manager who was working the register offered me a cup of ice to accompany a bottled iced tea. Thank you.
(5)Herb H.
(4)Paula O.
Thursday morning 9am it's packed with business meeting and normal friendly get togethers. Def not quiet if you need to study or something. Employees are pretty nice and haven't had any problems. Will return when I'm in the area and need some coffee.
(3)cindy c.
I come in, get my coffee. And get out. Pretty nice staff. It's too early for me to function right now. Needed my cup of joe, and it opens at 530 am always a plus
(5)Sara S.
(3)Juliann T.
(3)Shauna W.
Like going to this store. The are always nice.
(4)Ocee D.
(2)Helicon K.
(4)Chris M.
(1)Jennifer A.
This Starbucks is huge! They have a great patio area too. Good location, friendly people. It can get crowded. A lot of people tend to meet up at this one. Drinks/coffee is consistently good. Nothing bad to say. :)
(5)Darcie A.
Quick service, friendly employees, lots of seating, no sense of pretention. Great location too!
(4)Elizabeth M.
This is my go-to Starbucks. The drinks are always made right.
(4)Misty J.
(1)Sherry R.
(4)Sabrina Alexandra L.
Keep it up
(5)Jenn M.
My favorite Starbucks! The employees are all very friendly and the place is roomy and clean.
(4)qwerty a.
Crowded. Crowded with icky men with runny noses who like to stare and make creepy conversation AT people too meek to tell them how creepy and icky they are. Who uses and reuses handkerchiefs in this day and age?! Disposable tissues, man, disposable tissues! The iced vanilla lattes are good.
(2)Edwin N.
I rate this 4 stars because it is open really early.
(4)Laurie S.
(5)S M.
(5)Anthony d.
This place is right around the corner from home. It's a great place for a Saturday morning coffee. It does tend to get crowded late morning though. Great service and have never had an issue with the wrong drink... I guess that's the side effect of being there so often.
(4)Rita H.
people who said this location have bad service. i made a little check list for u. -are u taking 23min to order one drink? -were u being little douschebaggy? list goes on, but ill skip all that. this location have best staff members. very friendly! maybe they make mistake with ur order, but dont forget everyone makes mistake. all u gotta do is tell them and they will be happy to make ur drink for u again. no biggie.
(5)frances m.
I like to get a venti passion ice tea no sweetener and no water, this Starbucks makes a very nice one. Doesn't seem like a hard one to get but you would be surprised on how many can't seem to get it right.
(4)Starla L.
This is the biker hangout Starbucks. They can be spotted in front of the store every evening. Plenty of seats inside. I used to study here quite often.
(5)sarah w.
I always have a cup of skinny latte here during my class break. It is in a great location, having a lot of seats indoors and even outdoors. The baristas are very nice and service are always fast. I love to spend my afternoon and enjoy the sunshine here.
(4)Sarah S.
i like going to this place since it opens early in the morning .. especially when on weekends morning time. it's quick, and their coffee is fresh and the way you want.
(4)Diane A.
i'm not particularly a fan of starbucks. i get my buzz from chocolate and cocaine. but, this starbucks is open until 12 AM so you can get that fix even when it's late out.
(4)Veronica A.
Everyone is always super nice and happy at this location. Their drinks are always delicious and they move quickly. One of my fave locations.
(5)Simon A.
I'm suspecting corporate office does all the planning, so even though I can't blame this store for that, I will anyway ;) One less star :(
(3)Miranda B.
(3)Kavya T.
Lines get long at this Starbucks, but pretty good service. This a stop and pick up and go location, not much space for seating.
(4)Xena Z.
Plenty of tables and wifi is fast. Batista is friendly and service is also quick. I wish they could keep the temperature a little higher though.
(5)Benny J.
Nice service and regular employees know my regular order.
(4)Ryan J.
(4)David A.
I love Starbucks a lot, the environment, and my surroundings. I would come here for studying and I like how I have a calm and relax moment.
(5)Joseph A.
Until they get this fruit fly problem fixed, I'd have to recommend another location. Now bugs are ending up in customers drinks!
(2)Denise L.
Like this location within Fremont. Very large interior and open. The baristas are friendly and helpful. They made our drinks perfectly too!
(4)V P.
This place definitely deserves a round of applause in my book. Love the shop and the barristas. You can tell they definitely enjoy their jobs. When I don't make my own at home, this is where I definitely get my chai. Starbucks is my tea place. Haha!
(5)Lon H.
(4)Jesus Z.
This is My Favorite Starbucks, Friendly and Fast Staff Ben and Tiffany are The Best at Making My Venti Green Tea Frapp with a Blended Bananna. (No Whip or Sweetener)
(5)Mark G.
The people here has great customer service and very friendly. Clean environment and good people all day. Cheers and thank you
(5)Ne H.
(1)Sebastian D.
This is probably one of the most roomy and comforting Starbucks that I've been to. I come here at night after work, and I have to say, Ben makes the best drinks. He's a friendly guy and makes my day better. If you're looking for a Starbucks to socialize, this Starbucks is definitely the spot.
(5)Xiaofei P.
So far, this is the best Starbucks I've been to: -Friendly barista -Easy parking -Plenty of empty seats, most of the time -Fast internet
(5)D L.
YUM!
(4)Debbie C.
Went to this Starbucks twice this week and they where out of berries both times for the very Berry Hibiscus. Luckys is right next store go get some. It's spring people like the drink!! What's up with that.
(2)John N.
In a world of multiple Starbucks locations the Mowry Starbucks is for sure the best. The first Starbucks in Fremont it has for years now held the top spot, great service and a friendly atmosphere. Many regulars Makes it a great place to hang out, meet up, do work, and just relax
(5)Kristof J.
(2)Joshua T.
Clean establishment. Restroom is clean as well. Service was not great however. The barista...no good morning, no thank you, and no life to her eyes. I just came in for a simple drink, but expect some amount of customer service.
(2)Cindy M.
(4)Jason F.
no foam! it's self explanatory but why for some, it is so hard to understand! soy milk are foamy!
(1)Anthony O.
I love this Starbucks! Their are two right next to each other and I would choose this one over the other.
(5)Claire P.
I've only been here a handful of times and everytime I've been here they are so slow. The drive thru is a mess because it's in a busy parking lot full of angry people trying to back out or drivers coming in from the other side trying to bypass all the madness.
(1)Geneva W.
(5)Roxana J.
(3)Sam H.
I like Starbucks. Though, I don't have a favorite Starbucks location since I go to different Starbucks in Fremont. Every time I go there, I buy a Frappuccino. Starbucks has internet there.
(4)Gini W.
Very great Starbucks. The staff are great and the drinks are even better. It's always clean and not a long line. This is my Starbucks of choice.
(5)Tony A.
I felt obligated to give a review to Starbucks today. I was in a rush long line to register but staff knows how to handle crowd, while standing in line they took my order, by the time I paid my coffee was ready to go and start my day with a boost
(5)James W.
Staff here are very courteous and always get the order right. Big Starbucks with plenty of parking.
(5)Jessica W.
(5)Lindsay K.
My favorite Starbucks! Love the staff and everything is made the way it's supposed to be.
(5)Mj J.
(5)Michelle B.
This Starbucks is the best! Every time I go there the service is great and they make the best and most consistent drink orders! My favorite Starbucks by far!
(5)Chera T.
Staff seems a bit out of it sometimes. I was nervous they got my order correct but they did. I appreciate the fact that at least the staff is not busy socializing as in a lot of other Starbucks locations. Coffee and snacks are good here.
(3)Jennifer A.
(1)Anthony H.
