Wow parm bites are delicious! I've ordered the breadsticks before that are mediocre but I love the parmesan bites because they're so cheap and you get a lot! 16 bites for $2.99 and they're covered in garlic, yummy! The customer service is pretty good, but sometimes delivery takes awhile. For carryout, you'll get your food in a good 10 minutes! Hot and fresh with lots of cheese, sauce and toppings. There are always good deals online and if you have shoprunner, you can get free delivery!

Honestly I'm a bit disappointed by their pizza because I haven't had it in a few years and when I ordered it, it was ver disappointing. First off the driver took a total of 30 minutes simply to deliver the pizza to my house, when I live 10 minutes down the road. I would definitely understand taking 15 or even 20 minutes because I live on a busy street, but 30 minutes is ridiculous. Second, the pizza itself was very burnt around the edges. I don't mind a burnt pizza but it tasted like charcoal. Not only that but the pizza was cold and soggy. Definitely won't be ordering from them anytime soon and won't be recommending them.

Really bad service. I was at the window for pick up and the employees were in the mangers office partying and laughing and they kept sticking their head out the door looking at me see if I was still there. Took a long time before they acknowledged me. One time and have never gone back. Nor I will.

Just called to order two medium pizzas and was put on hold instantly for a whole 3 songs. Hung up and called again and the guy was ready to take the order right away. The guy did not know if he was able to deliver to us when we are literally 5 minutes away from this location. This guy doesn't put us on hold, mute us or cover the phone but yells to his co worker asking of he can deliver at this time (2:00pm). After all of this we ask for his name, he hesitates and says "jack".....I highly doubt that was his name but if so, jack this one is for you. I would not order from here again just so I could avoid dealing with this again. One star for the great price. Two mediums for $19 :)

I have ordered from this location a few times and all pizzas turned out exactly the way I expected it. Delivery was always prompt with friendly drivers. The only thing that they missed a couple of times on delivery, were parmesan cheese packets. Other than that, I would recommend ordering from this location.
