Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I used to love their pizza but my last experience was so bad that even it was a fluke occurrence the fact that they sent me home with two over cooked no flavored [pizzas is just too disrespectful for me to ever go back. The crust was like cardboard the cheese was rubbery and the sauce had no flavor. I am sorry that it came to this, who ever cooked the pizza obviously does not care
(1)Robert P.
This is my family's favorite local restaurant when we need a quick place to eat after work and school. Delicious pizza and pastas. They have excellent daily specials.
(4)Miguel G.
I just went there for lunch today and I really enjoy the lunch specials, you can never really go wrong with this place. The only problem I find with it, is the location, because you have to drive out of your way to get a bite here but it's still worth it!
(5)Jennifer S.
This place is great! They have some of the best, most creative pizzas around! I keep meaning to try new ones, but I like the few I've tried so much that I keep going back for more of the same! They have a great happy hour. $6 pitchers from 4-6 pm. And they don't skimp! I'm talking filled-to-the-brim pitchers of some good beer (I usually get the Eel River Blonde). They have great pizza classics, like Combo, but my favorites are the cashew chicken and the stuffed mushroom. I think the taco pizza is next on my list...It's calling my name!
(5)Ericka G.
Great place to eat! Slightly off the beaten path if your traveling, but worth it. They have awesome customer service and even changed the tv to a football game my husband wanted. Ordered the hot breaded wings, BBQ chicken pizza, and a make your own pizza - it was all great food. They have good beer too.
(5)Roxanne S.
Good pizza, good lunch special. If you're not that hungry the best thing to do is just pay for a salad and they give you a to go box to fill with what you want. Otherwise, and this is why this place doesn't get a five, they are very strict on their rules about you are only to get ONE plate of salad, ONE glass of beverage and that's IT. If you want more, you pay more. Kinda silly. When I saw that they even posted signs with all of this information, just to really beat the facts into you, I almost asked for directions to Big Louie's just to be a smart ass.
(4)Thomas E.
This place would already have ousted the competition if it weren't tucked away at the edge of town. I've been a regular since mving a few blocks away from it. The lunch specials are reasonably priced for huge portions, the salad bar is always well stocked and fresh, and the servers seem genuinely happy to see you. The food itself has never failed to impress, no matter what I've ordered. All of that gets them 4 stars. For the fifth: they have Ms. Pac-Man!
(5)Brad H.
I love the pizza here! Heaps of toppings and cheese! I ask for no italian seasoning on mine, seems a little much. They put cheese on the toppings which helps hold the toppings on the pie! Nice work guys! Oh us I almost forgot one of my favorite things about this place, the have a credit system. 10% (I think) of your purchases get stored on your file in their "pos" system. When you call in your next order you can apply the discount or save it up.

We were passing through the area on our way north and craved pizza, and found Babe's via Yelp. Are we ever glad we did! The pizza we ordered was outstanding, and the service went above and beyond. We ordered one of the specials (with pesto as the sauce, chicken, onions, green peppers, and olives) but asked for no mushrooms. An average amount of time had passed while we waited (and ate our salads); we were just starting to think it was about time when the server we'd ordered from (at the counter) came over to tell us that it would be a little bit longer, because they'd accidentally put mushrooms on the pizza; the second one was already in the oven. A short while later, a different server came over to let us know it was almost ready and see if we wanted a drink refill. They and the other staff were all friendly, cheerful, and efficient - kudos. Again, the pizza was outstanding - the fresh garlic on it, and the fresh parmesan at the table, both added to an already great pizza. The salad bar was small but the choices were very good and everything looked and tasted fresh. I'm just sorry we don't live in the area and can't eat here more often!
(5)Susanne S.
The best pizza in the area. I can't put my finger on it, but their combination always reminds me of the pizza's dad used to bring home when I was a kid. The staff is always friendly. The price is a little high for our budget most days, but they offer a take and bake menu that is a wonderful compromise.

I am not a pizza lover, but the BBQ Chicken pizza at Babe's will forever hold a place in my heart. If you are a pizza person, you must try this pizza. Babe's is located in what is referred to by locals as Cutten- a part of Eureka that used to be its own town but was absorbed by Eureka some time ago. Cutten has its own feel, and so does Babe's. There is parking out front, and indoor and outdoor seating- if it is nice I would recommend sitting outside, as inside is fairly dark. Servers tend to change pretty often, but service is always okay. A little out of the way, but definitely worth the drive. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty high- one star off for that.
(4)Allison E.
This place makes some of the best pizza around. I live just a couple blocks away and its hard not to go here all the time. Their lunch specials are really affordable and their delivery folk are always really nice. The Cutten Crunch and BBQ pizzas are amazing! Friendly staff, too. The only reason this isn't five stars is because there's been a few times where my called in order was messed up -- I once had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for one pizza in my order that had been forgotten. But don't get me wrong, I will keep going back. The couple mess ups are outweighed by the sheer awesomeness of their pizza. Also, they have a room you can close off for big groups and they will reserve it, which is nice.
(4)Maceio L G.
Well I have not tried their pizza but I am giving them one star for putting me on hold for a long time and hanging up (4 times). You may need more help or don't want the business or something is not working.
(1)nikki k.
This place is as good as it gets for pizza in Eureka. All the pizza is delish, depending on what you like. The cheese pizza is EXCELLENT! Pepperoni is yummy, a little spicy but so good if thats what you like. My favorite is their honey BBQ western pizza with NO MUSHROOMS! That is the best pizza they sell! Forever my fave!
(5)Shannon B.
Love babe's they always hit the spot when I was craving pizza. also their garlic cheesy bread is the best I have every had! We always got a full loaf cause everyone at it so fast. Quick delivery too!
(4)Igor S.
Their calzone is very good. And pizzas as well. Service is very friendly.
(5)Tami T.
Best place for a family night out! Pizza's awesome plus they have tangerine wheat beer on tap.
(4)Nicole L.
The food is just okay. We go here periodically because we live just down the street. But really, it's not great. The service is just okay, there's always a line to pick up your pizza, and for whatever reason, they take phone calls while there are customers waiting in line. Once, after standing in line and watching them answer numerous calls, the person I was with got frustrated and finally called and placed their order while still standing in line.
(2)Tim K.
Very popular local pizzeria with a good hangout after the game atmosphere. That said, the pizza is overpriced and generally nothing special. They serve what I call California rural pizza. Bland sauce, tasteless cheese, inconsistent crust. Why are they popular? Likely it's because they have no competition in the immediate area.
(2)Omshree K.
Nice place. Cool staff.
(3)David M.
Beware of the hords of little muncha kinis this place likes to attract; some very small people with loads of energy(soda),disrespect(dirty) and volume(prepubescent). I go here for the pitchers of beer and the proximaty of it's locale. The pizza is run-o-mill unfantastic and always different in quality and preperation, but never worth mentioning. They do deliver- but the price is kinda steep, I imagine the tips for the delivery drivers has suffered. The sandwiches are a good deal- and so is the take and bake, but it's not great. Like I said, I come here for the cheap beer and the free television. Please alert me if you are thinking of bringing your little league team here during a Giants game, better yet go somewhere else K?
(2)Jason J.
Pizza in Eureka? Look no further! Babes is the best! We live fairly close by so I can't comment to much on the "dine in" experience, but we eat their pizza constantly and I have yet to be disappointed.
(5)Thomas G.
Stuffed Mushroom Pizza is amazing! You'll be full!
(5)Monica D.
I loved my lunch. On the advice of another Yelper I tried the stuffed mushroom pizza. It was an amazing deal, $6.49 for a mini pizza, a bottomless soda and all you can eat salad bar. Holy cow! The pizza was the best pizza I have ever had, the salad bar was fresh and cut in to reasonably sized bite-sizes, and the girl working was super nice and helpful even though she was really busy. Awesome! Can't wait to go back.
(5)Catherine B.
Good pizza, great lunch specials, but getting them to answer the phone to take a to go order is impossible. I would have eaten here more often if they had staff to answer the phone....
(3)Patty M.
OH, Babe's...I heart you. The cheese pizza is even excellent. I think, hmm..plain cheese, not a fan. But Babe's has changed my mind about that! Nice salad bar. The gal with the glasses who is always working is great. I tried a pasta dish when it was owned by the last owners and wasn't impressed, but haven't tried it again. I am hungry for them now...good thing I can find their menu online!
(5)Keith W.
I was on a family vacation to Humboldt County. My wife, my 2 children and I had lunch at Babes. Paintings of life in Italy surrounded me as I ate, what tasted like someone's Italian Grandma/Grandpa's secret recipes. My children were quiet. Parents, you're with me, right? They sat and ate like gentlemen because the food was that good. That's like finding a cure for colic or something. Groundbreaking. I can't get over the crust! It was crisp on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. We will continue to return to Babes when ever we're back in Humboldt.
(5)Dee Q.
Great little local pizza and pasta place, fabulous pizza, wonderful pasta...nice selection of beer and wine. Everything is made fresh, from family recipe's. Stephanie and Scott are the owners and if they aren't busy taking orders or making pizza they are out front chatting with customers. They have a great lunch special and salad bar. Wonderful place for birthday parties or family event. I give Babe's 2 thumbs up!
(5)Jenn M.
The Peppy Peperoni is tasty. Service has always been friendly. The pizza is a great deal if you have a Crusader card - buy one large pizza & get one medium for free.
(5)Stacy R.
Had thought highly of this place until i was hung up on and put on hold for 10 minutes even after trying to get an answer after calling back 13 more times...too bad i already gave them so much of my money with orders from home and for the wrk place! Back to ANGELO'S for us ! What a shame to ruin regulars with idiot employees
(1)Morgan C.
Babe's is the best place to get pizza and pasta in town! They have very friendly workers and very good pizza. Their pasta dishes are also reallllly good and give that home-made feel. Over all this is a great place to go!
(5)Raed A.
i was in town for one night. and i yelped it, guess what, everybody is right this pizza a damn good, whats keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the price. i paid close to $30 for a 3 topping pizza and it was delivered Luke warm. lucky i had a microwave it made a big deference.
(4)Ed S.
Babes has a new owner and has taken a huge leap forward in quality. From the garlic toast to pizzas you can defiantly taste the improvements. My family and friends all flock there for the best pizza in town. The owner also added take-n-bake pizzas which are incredible!!
(5)Violet V.
Good pizza, and the service was good as well. The ingredients that they use are quite fresh, and the establishment is very clean. Pretty average for a pizza place. I haven't tried their pastas but, perhaps next time I'm in the neighborhood.
(3)I M.
Though off the strip in Cutten, a few miles from Eureka this pizza, pasta and salad place is actually quite unique. I highly recommend their Lasagna as it is one of the finest I have ever had ( I heard that it is a family recipe ) They also do have some very crazy pizza combinations that will leave everyone in your family with something to eat. MY ONE COMPLAINT is that there are select times that it is a KIDS PARIDISE. Though great for them, it can be quite annoying when trying to enjoy a beer or watch the game. Their prices are high, though considering the other places in town it is on average. I highly reccomend eating at Babes! Locally owned, fresh products, Big Tvs, and friendly staff.
(4)Jenny L.
I was attracted to Babe's Pizza because of it's old style pizzeria feel. Families were gathered inside and laughing. The staff looked adequately happy to be there. My father was in town and I wanted to take him to a great, local eatery. I had been once before and liked the pizza quite a bit. (I consider myself a bit of a pizza connosieur.) But this time the pizza didn't even taste like pizza. The crust had so flavor, the sauce tasted like Chef Boyardi's and the cheese was like plastic. We tried eating it for a while, but finally we gave up. Babe's is the only place I have ever been where I couldn't eat the pizza.
(1)C C.
Best pizza in Eureka. Friendly staff and nice delivery guys. The Cutten Crunch is my favorite, and the Stuffed Mushroom my least favorite, and I love stuffed mushrooms normally, maybe I didn't like the cheddar on a pizza. Anyway, I dare anyone to name a better pizza place in Eureka. The only near competition was Big Louies and they are gone, or you can pay a million bucks for a foofy Brick & Fire pizza
(5)Caitlin E.
My mom and I have been huge fans of Babes for years! The salad bar is fresh and delish. The cheese bread, pizza, calzones and wings are also yummy. Very nice staff. Have only received a few pizza that were kinda wet because of the sauce on them (sizzling bbq) but that has only been on a few occasions. Def recommend the sizzling bbq, stuffed mushroom, blt and garlic chicken!
(5)Zackary K.
Pizza was amazing, we arrived from a long day of driving and everyone was really nice. The lady taking our order was very helpful and even made sure we received discounts on our order that we didn't know about. Would defiantly come back if I didn't live in Georgia.
(5)Debbie F.
Service was very good , friendly staff . Ordered salad and an x large pizza . Salad was fresh and crisp with plenty of variety of toppings to pick from . Pizza was on the burnt side so disappointed
(2)Dan W.
Probably the best pizza in the area. I lucked into trying Babe's when I happened to be at my neighbors and they had a pizza delivered. To be honest I was more interested in the fact that they had a pizza delivered out where we lived (Freshwater). Then I tried the pizza, and It was one of the best pizzas I had ever had! Babes was always my go to pizza place as they are friendly and of course delivered :-) Now that I live in town, I still make them my first choice for quality pizza at a decent value. Last night, while my parents were visiting, I ordered and within 25 minutes I had a Babes Special at my door.. Thank you Babe's for great friendly service and for routinely producing a quality product. (Cutten Crunch has to be my favorite)

I am seriously bothered by the lack of warmth by the managers/owners at this restaurant. Friday evening, our group reserved the back room for our small graduation event. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation was given to a football team, but they gave us the outside patio. Strike one. We should have been notified so we could make a decision whether to make places elsewhere, as we would have, had we known. Instead of raising a scene, we graciously took the patio, especially since it is heated by 2 freestanding propane style outdoor heaters. Several pizzas and beverages were ordered. Everything was smooth sailing until a sizeable chunk of the heater grate fell on a woman in our party. When the heat of the metal was felt on her back, through inner and outer layers of clothing, she reached around and burned her hand on said metal when removing it from her lower back. A server inside was immediately notified, however, the information was not passed on to the proper people would would handle such issues. We sat stunned that no one made the slightest effort to see the degree of wound that happened on their property, with their equipment. I finally reached a level of disgust that I took it upon myself to go in and ask for a manager. I waited until all customers were taken care of and told the 'owner' what had occurred outside. She replied with a weak apology and the offer of ice and burn cream. I asked my friend if she would like what was offered. She asked for the ice and cream. When I passed this info along to the same 'owner', she handed me Q-Tip and a prescribed container of burn cream that was filled on 2006 and expired in 2008. I took many photos of the bottle and handed it back. At this point, the rest of our group was over the whole experience and decided to leave. We took the baggie of ice and left, not before taking many pictures of the working and not working heaters from every angle. This is sad. There were only weak 'sorries' without any real concern. I have witnessed small incidents happening in establishments that resulted in much more concern. We weren't trying to get a free meal, we just would have appreciated some sort of effort after we complied with the last minute changes and money that was spent there. I feel that our business is not wanted. I will not recommend them in the future, like I had for many years previous.
(1)Rebecca D.
Best pizza! My little group of 4 came down to Eureka for the Trinidad to Clam Beach Run and really wanted some pizza the night before, so I Yelped the local pizza places, decided to try out Babes based on the rating off there and then used my iPhone to get there (man, I thought we were lost a time or two, but just kept going, trusting the map). So thankful that we found this place! We had the BBQ spicy chicken pineapple pizza because it just sounded so different. It was delicious. The crust is the best tasting pizza crust ever!
(5)John R.
Outstanding Pizza, Outstanding Service. We were told by John at Shoreline RV Park to go here. He said it was best pizza from here to Arizona. It was pretty much all he said. We went in this afternoon and were greeted by s warm friendly face and great service. I will go back again next time in in town. Great food.
(5)J G.
This place was recommended and I'm glad we tried it! Had the spinach pizza with garlic sauce. It was really delicious. I rarely give 5 stars on the first visit but they came close. I will try some other menu items next visit and see.
(4)Ben R.
Great food, but mediocre service at best. Dining in during rush hours is a zoo and god forbid you go anytime near closing, you will get a death stare or two...
(2)James J.
I decided to try Babe's because of all the good reviews but ended up giving away the rest. I ordered an extra large, three topping with twelve wings for $40 and got a small pepperoni for free. Everything was over cooked and tasted mediocre. Go somewhere else.
(2)Shari M.
Walked in place was packed...thinking this better be some really good pizza... Got home to find a very cheesy cheese pizza and the Friday night special, the happy Hawaiian with lots of toppings...not bad at all but I'm from NY and theres no Cali pizza that compares. Great lil neighborhood place with good grub, we'll be back!
(4)Amber C.
I am not sure how revolutionary pizza can be, because it's pizza, and it's hard to make it badly. we had Babe's "special" pizza - basically it was a meat mountain. it was all the good you want pizza to be, and most importantly, they delivered it to our hotel room. they also brought plates, napkins, cups for our drinks, and even little packets of Parmesan knowing they were delivering to a hotel room. the pizza was great, and the staff who took our order was friendly (as was the delivery man).
(5)Katie D.
We had an XL combo pizza delivered to our hotel last night. It was good and pizza was delivered right when they said it would. A little pricy but good pizza!
(4)Bart M.
Best Pizza in town! We drive from Fortuna to get it. Salad bar is great. Love the fact they now have separate arcade really helps with the noise level. Don't miss the daily deals.
(5)Jamie S.
Yes this pizza really is pretty good! You would love the location close to the park and great for kids. SO bring the fam and check it out.
(4)Sarah M.
Went there for lunch. Got the personal pizza(a little greasy) and a salad bar which was beautiful, was reasonably priced.
(4)Danielle P.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. After being hung up on by the girl on the phone taking our order (mid order) and having to call back to complete my order, we waited ONE HOUR for the delivery of a small pepperoni pizza. When the pizza never arrived I then called and the girl then told me that they had no delivery drivers I would need to come in and pay full price for an old pizza that should have been delivered. They did nothing to make the situation better not even an apology, nothing but a smart ass attitude and a laugh. Never again will they be getting our business. I wouldn't even be giving them one star but I have too
(1)Shelley W.
Great pizza at a reasonible price! Hot wings are tasty as well. Love their rewards program and promotions are a nice perk. Would reccomend to others.
(5)Marie R.
Picked Babes because of Yelp reviews. Sorry another Yelp FAIL. Although the pizza was not bad. The service left me shaking my head, wondering how else they could have made it worse. Five girls behind the counter could not seem to take an order of a large combo, with no substitutions, but need some jalapeño's and ranch on the side. Charge for each side, but still rang it up wrong, Asked for paper plates for the to go order, seemed even difficult to comprehend. The one lady with the floppy black knit cap was the most rude.
(1)Jackson H.
I have only had the take and bake combination so, I won't be too quick to give em 4 stars, I will reserve judgment for now but, it was quite good!!!
(3)Humboldt A.
Best pizza in town! Mostly friendly staff and locally owned. Love the salad bar and the lunch specials are always reasonable. Kid friendly.
(5)Todd C.
Babes is a true family pizzaeria with truely fresh ingedients, excellent recepies, and great service. The offerings of many pizzas with a myriad of toppings is common these days, but few places have as good of sauces or use produce as fresh. Their salad bar is also a prime example of great quality, even if the options ae e a bit more limited, you know it will taste great. Try their calzones some time for a FULL meal or two. Their local and national beer options a nice, and if you get there between 4 and 7, the happy hour discount applies. The local wine options are also generous, but I have not personally tried many. My wife, however, has been quite pleased.
(5)Kristin J.
Stopped here based on good yelp reviews. Most other restaurants here in Eureka had poor reviews so decided to give it a shot. Started off great. Clean place and nice staff. Salad bar was great; fresh and nice variety. I was halfway through the Four Cheese Stuffed Mancotti with meatless sauce when I noticed an abundance of hair throughout the sauce (which was also luke warm). Pretty disgusted and disappointed. My boyfriend enjoyed a build-your-own calzone without any hairy problems. He-he. It's hard for me to give a horrible review based on the other great aspects but not happy about eating someone's mop.
(2)Ava H.
Sorry Babe's you lost a star. While the product is still good and most (key word most) of the staff are friendly and awesome, I have had a couple of rude experiences. SLOW down when you answer! I called to place an order tonight and I heard "Babe's Pizza unintelligible couldn't understand you garbled nonsense HOLD blah blah what the heck did she say" in a very snotty, angry tone. Then a cheery, different voice comes back on the line, 5 minutes later (I almost hung up but my husband wanted Babe's tonight) and takes my order, double checks it, asks if we want to use our points and tells us it will be about 45 minutes for delivery. No problem, World Series night I expected it to be about that much time. However, less than 30 minutes later, the delivery is at our door and nice and hot! Awesome! OK not so much after all. I ordered raviolis for my husband. We discovered, after he had already had his salad, that he got lasagna instead. Not worth the hassle to exchange at this point, BUT still a disappointment. We have also been steady customers for years, we own a business in the area and yet every time we make constructive suggestions to the owner, we get really snippy feedback. As an owner, I get that maybe you don't want to take my suggestions, but you really should stop being rude about it. The business has totally outgrown its location, this is a good thing. They are doing well enough that they need to expand. The solution they came up with to expand, while innovative, doesn't really seem to be working. I think we will be taking a break from Babe's for a long while.
(3)Jerrod D.
Pizza was as good as the staff they had cooking and serving it and that is very good. Lasagna was on point calzones were good and the Pizza was on point. Great job Babes you have the right people serving customers and the right food being served!!!
(5)Keeley A.
We came here for a family reunion with several young kids. Great to reserve the big side room. The pizza is tasty and an excellent salad bar.
(4)Christen C.
Delicious pizza and the best salad bar in town. And their lunch special is an amazing deal! (A personal pizza, trip to the salad bar, and a drink for around $7) Also, I love the rewards program!
(5)Michelle M.
We really love this place! Ive definitely had better pizza but who hasnt had something better? For Eureka this place to me is the best pizza around. Decent prices, delivery, great daily specials, salad bar, beer, arcades for kids, tvs, $2 beers at happy hour (micros too), private party rooms and excellent service! Typically we do take out or have it delivered but on occasion we have been know to get that wild hair and eat in! Its an old school style pizza place. Kids ARE running around but isnt that the point of having "pizza night"; you know kids run around playing arcades and parents drink beer and socialize. A great American pass time! Im not totally impressed with their pasta dishes but the sandwiches rock! My fave is hot turkey on a sourdough roll with mozzarella. Yummy! *** Sign up for their rewards program online*** you save a grip of cash! Everytime you order you build cash rewards that you csn cash in on any time! We wait about ever other order and get anywhere from 2 to 7 $$ off!
(5)Brett W.
Been looking for an awesome pizza joint since moving to the area last summer from Las Vegas. Well tonight we found it!!! Awesome pizza, and good wings at a reasonable price...Deff a new family fave!!!
(5)J Q.
I grew up in Cutten, went to Winship, came here after little league games, dates, you name it.. We were here. This place is a local establishment. Some call the food boring-- YEA YOU TUCKER M, others rave. It's a straight-up local pizza joint. It's not Round Table, it's Not Smugs and it sure as hell isn't Live from NY-- but Babe's has the hometown feel the other guys clearly DON'T. You come here for the low-key vibe, you know it's the ace in your pocket for a small pie if you don't want to go across town for the yellow faced guy. Love it. Four stars.

We went here while on a road trip and traveling thru Eureka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I eat gluten free and our server was knowledgeable offering even more information than I had originally asked which showed me that she had done her research! AND the pizza was delicious, loaded with cheese and toppings and my husband liked the gluten free better than the regular crust. Everything was fresh, the service was fast and friendly and we'd go here again if we are passing anywhere nearby!

Good pizza, good service, clean. That pretty much sums it up. From what I saw, it's a popular spot for locals with kids and groups. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. I wouldn't say it's super standout, but it's much better than the pie from Roundtable or other big chains.

Babe's has been my favorite local pizza place for as long as I can remember. The service is fantastic and I love the pizza. The rewards program is great.

Pizza was boring, the sauce lacked flavor and one edge was burnt. The Stuffed mushroom pizza was horrible. Terrible presentation, the burnt cheese on top made it look moldy. This is not the restaurants fault but there were a lot of kids running around bothering customers, while their parents let them run free. Staff never checked in to see if food was ok. Decor was nice, the murals on the wall and TV's for sports were great. Only reason for the 2 stars.

Wow!! So good! Crust was a little crispy and toppings a little extra cheesy. Amazing! Staff were super friendly.

Great customer service, warm family atmosphere. We usually order take-out or delivery as we don't have kids though and the place can get hectic with many of them running amuk. Fine with that. Our favorite pizza place closed down, and we've been trying this place out. It'd get 4 stars from me if they could add more sauce to the pizza, or one with more flavor - sometimes it tastes like there is NO sauce on the pizza, it is smeared on so thin. I'm not even a big sauce person, it's just... lacking. The lack of good sauce points out that the crust, though great consistency,/combo of soft and crisp. is also lacking a bit as well in the flavor department. Otherwise the pizza has always been hot & toppings aren't skimped on, and their veggie pizza is great.

This has always been and will always be my favorite pizza! I have lived in Humboldt, Sacramento, and Los Angeles and been to a ton of pizza joints and I can honestly say that Babes has the best pizza I have ever had. The pizza here is truly unique. Interestingly enough my favorite is the plain pepperoni (boring I know and I usually favor more exciting options at other places) -- I always admire the "fusion crust" that gives the pizza a unique crunch. Recently the place received a long overdue facelift with a cool mural on the wall and flat screen TVs. I like that they left the juke box and it is nice that they usually have multiple games on. It can be busy in the sports season and there are always lots of kids running around during this time, but the pizza is well worth it. The salad bar is also much better than it would have to be.

We often have food delivered and today was another great day. Small snafu rectified with a professional and prompt attitude by the delivery man. Big fan of BABES. THANK YOU

The best pizza around. Crispy crust and added Italian seasoning make for pizza perfection every time. Very good gluten-free option, too!

Ordered delivery during World Series. Understanding may be busy, order person very rude and put on hold a few minutes. Our regular sweet girl takes order. Delivery guy shows up early, yay! Open package, wrong order. No yay! Customer for years but every time owner gets constructive suggestions, we get snotty feedback. They have an OK product, but have outgrown the location. Their solution is not working,
