Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Honest opinion: I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 11 years and not once I have been disappointed with their food or customer service. Their food is always made at the time of order and always taste good. I have never seen any of their employees treat customers in a disrespectful way. I was surprised to see the comments about the incident a few days ago. I wasn't there but, all I can say is that based on what I have seen and experienced going to that restaurant so far is that I refuse to believe they were rude or disrespectful to that lady. That is just my opinion. Just in case, I don't work there and none of them are part of my family. I always go with my baby and my husband, which by the way they have seen us since we were boyfriend & girlfriend . That's how much we like their food, ambiance, and service.

I wouldn't listen to jazmin r. It's one of those situations when a parent doesn't know when to step outside and discipline their kid. The autism has nothing to do with it. I might add that I don't work there but I do love the food! So I'm not trying to up sell the business.

Been coming here for years, both eating in and take out. If you want P.F. Changs, go the P.F. Changs. If you want hot, cooked to order food (think Panda Express type dishes), this is the place. We have two young kids. Eating at a sit-down, white table cloth Chinese restaurant is out of the quesiton right now; the kids do not have the patience. Here, we can sit down, order, and have our food cooked to order in about 10 minutes. Family style dishes, and it is consistent. Kids love the Orange Chicken. Take out is great - I call and place my order, hang up the phone, get in the car, and by the time I am arrive, my food is ready! No complaints. If you want to get your order in fast, be ready when the server comes to take your drink order OR just shout it out "We're ready!" I get the impression that they really wouldn't mind.

My son is autistic and even after I explained you said you didn't care we still had to leave. Had you brought juice as I was trying to ask you for all would have been fine. I told you what you were doing was miserable and illegal and you again directed my family to leave. Discrimination is an ugly word but the only one I can come up with. My son deserves more respect and compassion than you showed him. Clearly those effected by anyone with disabilities should not patronize your business.

Always a pleasure dining here. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent and filling. The portions are generous and food is always fresh and hot when served. We're seated, ordered, and eating within 10 minutes. Its a smaller establishment, but seating is ample. The sweet and sour shrimp and the house chow mein (full with beef, shrimp, and chicken) are our go-to choices. The BBQ pork is tender with little to no fat and a nice serving of white rice comes with your order. Overall, very nice place if you're in a hurry or in the mood to sit and relax and enjoy your dinner.

I ordered a lot of food here for my team, by the recommendations of some of my employees. My order was a few trays of chicken chowmein, and chicken fried rice. I was thinking since it was $160, it would be a ton of flavorful, noodles, rice and marinated chicken. The manager and servers here are really friendly. The first order was OK. Going to come back to get a second opinion on the food.

Really disappointed!!!! I came to eat with my husband and two daughters. The lady who greeted us showed us to our seats and handed us the menu. A couple minutes later a party of five walked in and she showed them to their seats as well, and she immediately offered them something to drink and brought them their silverware. She then asked the table in front of us if everything was okay, if she could get them anything else and walked away. She return to the party of five with their drinks and took their order. She completely ignore us!!! So my husband and I both got up with our daughters and walked out!!!! I took my service somewhere else where it was very well appreciated. I definitely will not be returning!!!!!!
(1)Gabriela F.
Best authentic Chinese food in town! Love their house fried rice, and my husband's favorite is their orange chicken. The service is good, the only thing is that they are understaffed, so if it's busy know you'll be waiting awhile.
(4)Ivan G.
This place has great food and the price is decent. We always get 2 entrees for 4, granted our little ones eat very little, but it is still a good amount of food. I posted pictures of the complete menu to make it easier.
(4)Courtney S.
Just went to eat dinner at 8:30 and was told that I would have to order to go Bc they were closing in 30 min. They have great food but horrible customer service
(1)Hailey R.
Lunch special are the bomb!!! I always have leftovers. You get soup, main entree and rice all for one low price...So worth it... And it's all spicy not the bland stuff you get at other places!!!
(4)Shirley T.
Really good chinese food..made wok fresh in front of you. I had the chicken and string beans...excellent. I usually don't like carrots and peas in my fried rice...no problem..made to order. Prices are fair and servings are plenty. I also tried the lo mein...again really good. Go mid day ..before 3pm and you can order their lunch specials. I will return. Food to go and dine in...be early it gets crowded. I highly recommend for those who like/love chinese. I don't want to change my rating... But two things I'd like to add... Seems to be a bit costly for entrees and the Wor won ton soup needs more goodness added.
(4)D J.
My husband, went today and purchased several different items and they were horrible! The chicken chow mien was the worst ... I don't think it was chicken that was being served. Then they failed to give my husband the wontons that he ordered and he had to drive back. My husband has a cast iron stomach and to my amazement he has the worse stomach ache. Thank heaven that I did not eat the food or I would also be sick. So this is to warn anyone who thinks of eating there DO NOT!!!!!!
(1)David G.
This place is ok, not my favorite for the price range. Food come out fast and service is good.
(3)Ron L.
Greeted as we walked in and then I scarfed up everything on every plate Cool people, cool prices and need I say more then the attached gourmet photos. hmmmm....still hungry?
(5)Corina G.
Service was good and friendly, but the food not so good. We ordered kung pao chicken and the house specialty chicken and both plates were a disappointment. The kung pao chicken was more of like the bits and pieces of leftover chicken put together, it didn't taste like real chicken. It was disgusting, we ended up leaving it alone. The house specialty chicken was to overly breaded, almost no chicken.
(1)Monica R.
My family and I went to this restaurant about a month ago. We walked in and were seated. Just as our waitress brought us our drinks a larger party of 9 walked in. They asked us to get and move to the back of the restaurant so they can seat the party at our table since it was bigger. If it weren't for how rude the man behind the counter was I might have moved. Instead we told them they could have moved any of the other 7 or so smaller tables together and we were just going to leave instead. It had nothing to do with the other people coming in, it was about the fact that I have never been asked to move before at any other restaurant and they didn't have to be so rude about it. I will never eat there again and I tell everyone the same thing!!!
(1)Matthew R.
Love it here, great food, and thanks for keeping the atmosphere pleasant. Some people need to take their food to go.
(5)Tawny C.
We have been coming here since this place opened and were there just a few days ago. The people who work here are always accommodating and friendly. The mother said herself she couldn't calm her son down . I think the yelp admins should get involved here and remove the hate messages that are being posted here by people who weren't even there to witness what actually happened.
(5)Katrina C.
I was not impressed with the food or the service. I will continue to drive to Fullerton or diamond bar for a better food at a better price. I really wish chino hills had good quality sit down Chinese restaurants.
(1)Nicole D.
Amazing food and great customer service! Anyways 5 stars when me and my family eat here:)
(5)Sarah A.
I've grown up with this place and have to say their standards and quality have always been great. The staff is efficient and the food arrives quickly, fresh and hot. My husband and I eat here for about $40 including tip. We enjoy the Egg Foo Young, Moo Shoo pork and Veggie Chow mien. These negative reviews are a bit over blown in my opinion. The staff isn't rude but they don't hang out and chat either. The food is pretty Americanized so if you want more authentic Chinese food I suggest a less main stream place. My husband however grew up in the Valley and says it's good or better than the Chinese food he's had there. Everything is fresh clean and tasty.
(5)Antonio F.
The way you can tell if a restaurant is good or not is to see if persons from that culture eat there. Well, needless to say, this was the worst Chinese restaurant we have ever eaten at in our lives. My wife wife is from Guangzhou and we travel all over Asia and have a business there so we know what real Chinese food should taste like. Having said that, we know they have to slightly modify the tastes of the food to satisfy local people. There was not one single Asian person eating there except my wife and my kids who are half Asian. We ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and Kung Pao Chicken. We couldn't believe what we got. This was definitely not Kung Pao. Take a look at the pics I attached. Instead of using Kung Pao sauce, they used dark soy sauce which they then put too much sugar in it and it was sweet instead of spicy. The worst Kung Pao we ever ate. Panda Express makes a better Kung Pao than them! I don't like to give bad reviews, but this place deserved it. This is not Chinese food, but I guess the 99% of Mexicans that eat there (only people we saw eating there except us) don't know any better. Very disappointed.
(1)Jose Z.
Good food great service. Never experienced whatever negative comments we posted before mine about that child. I'm sure it's a isolated situation.
(4)Eddie B.
Absolutely disgusting food. Decided to give it a second try after I left with my kids because the staff was so incredibly rude to them. DISGUSTING food and absolutely RUDE staff! Waste your money at McDonald's instead of this place..
(1)Kellenne O.
What I like about it the most is they can make your food fresh to order in about 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and fast. I ordered the Shrimp Ku Pong with brown rice. I must say it was ok, the Hot and Sour Soup was also ok I was not impressed for the price. With so many other place around I will not be back it was not worth the money even though it was made to order.
(3)Avery S.
THIS IS NOT A HEAT-LAMP COMBO A COMBO B TYPE CHINESE PLACE. A warning for all who were looking for that. This place is not P.F. Chang's and not Panda Express. It's like in the middle (but more towards Panda Express). The food is delicious! Very very tasty, fresh orange chicken. It's slightly crisp with the perfect amount of moisture. I've never had orange chicken like that before, and it was really good! The service was also decent. All that being said, it IS pricey. My orange chicken plate was $9 and didn't come with anything else. Hmm. For those of us who are used to the $5 Combo A, chow mein + rice w/ orange chicken meal... you may find yourself disappointed. I hate to be "that type" but I guess I'm "that type" lol.
(4)Sam B.
Lady taking my order for take out was super rude and snappish. The prices are pretty expensive. I got an order of fried rice and orange chicken and my dad got the wor wonton soup. Food is very ehhhh. Would not recommend to a friend and I won't be back.
(2)Sak S.
I love the orange chicken here. The house chow mein was mediocre at best. The servers are clueless when it comes to doing their job. I had to walk up for a refill on water. The only time they pay any attention is when taking your order and giving you the check.
(3)Sheila E.
Blahhhhhh... The food was blah, the service was blah, the ingredients used were blah, the orange chicken is sticky and sticks to all of your teeth... Blah! Not coming back. However, the service was fast and the lunch prices were reasonable for a lunch meal but because of the blah food, it wasn't worth it.
(2)Joe E.
Food is always fresh, service is always friendly. Love the house soup and the house fried rice.
(4)Jess N.
Food was alright. Cashew chicken had a lot of fat. Fast service. Came at 815pm. They close at 9pm. They wouldn't seat us. Said they only have to go now. So we took it to go and ate outside. A couple of other people did the same. That's stupid. Stay open till 9pm. Especially when it's cold outside.
(1)Cris G.
Good chinesse food. Its not chinesse fast food So it taste way better. Service good . Food good worth your money and your time.
(4)Andre N.
Very watered down chinese food. Even though its not fast food, they definitely bring out the meals fast! Our waiter literally counted down 90 seconds for us hahaha. Crazy fast. Thats probably why it wasn't even good as the meal was basically warmed up and the dishes got to room temperature real fast and tasted bad. Its whatever though because its not like I was expecting something great. Im not surprised at all. I tried the Mongolian beef and the sweet and sour chicken. Both disgusting. The beef was good for like 5 minutes then it tasted lame. Service is great here though I give it that.
(2)Rick R.
This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to the only thing good about the place was the way the menu looked if you want to eat food there you're better off going to a dumpster and go through all the trash to get to the leftovers and I think you might come up I had to put a star to put a comment so there it is horrible food Horrible!
(1)Neville T.
I've been coming here for over a year now for lunch. The staff is nice and the food is better than something you would get at a Panda Express. But comparing Chopstick House to Panda Express is not fair because Chopstick House makes the food when you order it. The service here is really good and the people are really nice. There is always the same one woman and one guy serving and the chefs behind the counter. Both servers are really nice and get the job done, no complaints. I always come here to get the lunch special and it comes with an entree, rice, and soup. They got some pretty good hot and sour soup so I recommend that. I usually get their orange flavored chicken or the sweet and sour pork or the BBQ pork. The orange chicken is different than any of that Panda Express stuff. This stuff has no sauce on it but it's sweet and surprisingly good. The sweet and sour pork is the bees knees. I can eat that stuff for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, but I won't because I would probably get chronic heart disease. What I'm trying to say is that it's good. Same for the BBQ pork. Overall I really like coming here. The little strip of restaurants where this establishment is located has some tough competition, but Chopstick House has held its own for the past few years.
(4)Lina C.
This place does make your food to order, fresh and fast. The post stickers, egg drop soup and hot n sour soup are very tasty. The orange chicken was covered in thick batter, tiny hard pieces of chicken inside. The garlic beef good, just lots of gristle/tough sections. Overall decent food but pricey for what you get. Service has been fine for me, even when they get busy.
(3)M j.
2nd trip here very different from this first (not in a good way)... arrived @ 2:30 pm ordered lunch special w fried rice orange chicken seemed old not fresh like the previous visit....fried rice was reheated NOT CONSISTENT. ..WILL NOT RETURN NOT WORTH THE $$$$
(1)Katie C.
The food was fresh and delicious, we ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Mu Shu Pork, and potstickers. Definitely will be back for dinner again. Think we found our new Chinese restaurant.
(5)Leo C.
Great place to eat, very family oriented, and you won't spend a boatload of cash. It's not quite authentic Chinese food, but it's not Chinese fast food either. All dishes are made fresh to order and are somewhat customizable. They serve it up quick too, so it's great for lunch or to go. My one gripe, the Kung Pao chicken. I love me some good Kung Pao chicken, but the level of spice is not quite what I'm used to. On the other hand, the chicken and broccoli is killer. Solid three stars.
(3)Steven W.
My family has been coming here for years. It has gotten to the point that my young sons recognize the staff. Our time at the restaurant is a testament to the good food. It is quality food at reasonable prices. Definitely worth stopping in. Enjoy the orange chicken and make sure to order bbq pork fried rice.
(4)Aria F.
The staff are nice but the food was not anything to brag about. I had the Teriyaki chicken: The chicken did not feel cooked properly and the sauce was very watered down and had no taste. I was also disappointed by the state of the bathroom. It was very old and not properly cleaned. I would not recommend this restaurant.
(2)Jennifer G.
This place was over priced and they burned the shrimp really bad and forgot two of our dishes that we didn't get until were nearly done eating. To boot, they added a 15% gratuity without telling us because we had 6 people, two of which were small children.
(1)Diana L.
I can only review their wonton soup. I was craving something quick at night and i got it togo. There was little content in the wonton wrapping and the soup had alot of ingredients (which i do like) but seemed overcooked. The lady owner there was really nice so i almost feel bad for leaving a mediocre review. I have to say tho, if you like something asian and fast, this is a good place to go. But i also have really picky palate for Chinese. So if you like panda or just fast food takeout, this will still be an excellent choice.
(2)Cesar G.
The people at the register are rude and you can't sub anything! It's how they have it or nothing ells! The food is good but they need too improve on their people skills!
(1)Roy S.
3 years ago I would've given this place 4 stars but the food isn't consistent anymore and the freshness is questionable.
(3)Kwok W.
Went to this place upon others review Got the string beans and garlic chicken, paid $17 Both tasteless, chicken taste a little bit spoil Not real Chinese favor, made up American favor to fool the fools Don't know how others given this place even one star How to give a quarter star? Wasted my time, money and taste buds Highly NOT recommend Will not go back and advice if you want Chinese food go some place
(1)Joey S.
Orange flavored chicken. House pungent beef. Pork with vegetables. House fried rice and chow mein mildly spicy. Fast Asian cuisine that's fresh. I'll take it!
(4)Shari M.
This has been a long time coming.... I haven't had Chinese food in foreeeever it seems. Last night I wasn't completely starving nor full so I figured Chinese would be a great inbetween. I'm over Panda Express so I've been on a quest to find decent food outside of sit down restaurants [[I.E. Panda Inn]]. Chopsticks House was bookmarked and nearby so I made a stop. Oh how I enjoyed the non buffet set up. Thank you for making my food when I order it. I dont care for when it's sitting out over steaming water and thrown into a styrofoam container. I ordered chicken fried rice and a small order of wonton soup. Wonton soup is one of my favorite! The rice was good and had good size chunks of chicken in it. Instead of soy sauce, I added this spicy miso teriyaki sauce I have a bottle of at home and that set it over the top. The soup was delish as usual.... can't say I've really came across a bad wonton soup though. However, next time I may get the war wonton soup. I like when the soup has the wontons, pork, and shrimp in it [[War wonton here]]. But that one doesn't come in small, only large. The cashier wasn't rude but she wasn't a sweetheart. She greeted me when I walked in and took my order but wasnt overly friendly. But I guess she did what she needed to do so......whatever. I'll be back to the Chopsticks House and will probably bump it up a star eventually. But this place is a mini chain so I'll end up going to the other two closer to my house [[if I'm on the way home]]. They also had a bowl of fortune cookies..... I was tempted to take a handful on the way out but decided against it. I ended up being pleased with the one I got in the bag, which is now on the fortune collage on my fridge :) Sidenote: $10 minimum for credit card transaction :/ Luckily my mom JUST gave me $10 before I headed here or else I would've left without food. Seriously, these places need to stop with the minimum transaction/extra fees since you dont have cash on you. It's 2010, ballers tend to keep the bills in the bank!!
(3)Jr O.
I walked in to buy some food. The cashier was neither friendly or helpful. NO COMBOS FOR INDIVIDUALS! Don't go if you're not buying for the whole family!
(1)Sarah F.
I really wasn't impressed with the food or the quantity. A good 1/3 of each box was filled at the bottom with cabbage and other filler, I didn't drop $45 for 3 entrees and house fried rice for a bunch of cabbage.
(2)Amanda J.
They will customize any dish for you. Great service. Great food.
(4)M. T.
Celebrating a birthday, my family and I searched for Chinese to fill our tummies. Came across this place by accident, and never knew it exist! Thank goodness we did, though, because it ended up being a good place to eat! Food: Cold as it was that evening, we ordered the soups to start--Egg Flower & Hot n Sour. It was authentic tasting, and my kids loved it! We then ordered 5 dishes-Beef Broccoli, BBQ Pork, Teriyaki chicken, House Fried Rice, and House Chow Mein. All dishes were good amount, tasty, and did not have a bad after taste as some Chinese place have. I gave the food 5 stars. Location: Great spot, considering we never knew it was there. Centered in the heart of the plaza surrounded by many great eateries and a place outside to eat if you feel the outdoor vibe suits you better. I only gave a 4 star, because I was disappointed that a place so good was soo small especially for a family wanting to take their extended families. Staff: Helpful, Persistent, Aware, and Friendly. This place was delicious and worth coming back for.
(4)Alberto E.
This review is for the wonton soup. The soup was not salty and the wontons were big. Unfortunately the meat inside the wonton was not enough. I enjoyed the mushrooms as an added bonus to the soup and the fortune cookie was a nice treat at the end. My wife and I will make sure to come back again and try the rest of the menu. For now 3 stars, until next time.
(3)Susie V.
Great food, great service!
(5)Gabe L.
Great food, great prices and its fresh. What else can you ask for?
(5)Annika S.
I love that they can make your dish to order. I got veg. Chow mein, asked for my veggies to be less cooked b/c I like them Aldente & they made it spicy for me & crispy. AWESOME ^-^
(5)Brenda M.
Been coming here for at least 12 years - awesome go to place if we're busy and/or don't want to cook. If you call for take out, you better live close because they knock it out in 10 minutes! Fresh and healthy - not sitting under a heat lamp...eeew! Prices are decent too - Nice!!!
(4)Elisa C.
One star for good service, one star for inexpensive (albeit not the best) Chinese food, and one star for the fact that they have brown rice! I ordered their pepper steak (I think that's what its called) during lunch; the meat was a little tough and it comes with a lot of green peppers and onions...which if you like vegetables as much as I do, is okay with me. The inside of their restaurant is clean and they cook your food to order.
(3)Sinclair T.
In the same weekend I went to P F Changs. Me the Mrs decided to go to another local Chinese joint. In the hopes of making up for a failed dinner the previous night we happened to find this place. The food is very good. Hot and Sour soup (yummy) Mongolian Beef (yummy) Kung Pao Chicken (yummy) We basically got the same dinner as we did last night but paid half the cost and it tasted way better and the service was very good. The one thing that stood out was when we just walked in the waiter was already pointing to the table we were going to sit at and he was bringing over a high chair for my daughter. I found that really cool of him. Will I be back...thats a definite yes=)
(4)Gerald S.
I wouldn't call this place the most authentic Chinese restaurant, because it isn't. For authentic, you'd have to drive about 10 miles west to Rowland Heights (unless someone can point out a good authentic Chinese restaurant to me!). We had the fried rice, which I thought was pretty good, and the black pepper chicken. The black pepper chicken wasn't quite what I expected. I was expecting a darker sauce on the chicken, but when it came, it looked more like moo goo gai pan. The flavor was decent and nothing to complain about though.
(3)Daniel C.
One of my favorite places for Kung-Pao Chicken though it's never as spicy as I know they can make it. Also some great Hot Sour soup. Service is good and prices are great for portion size.
(3)Tania J.
It's great for the panda inn/pf Chang's crowd. But alas, my palate desires more. Can't say anything good but can't say anything bad. I won't be going back.
(2)Grace B.
So I just reviewed PF Chang's (in Chino Hills) and I realized, I've been eating here for years and have not reviewed it. Craving Chinese food in the Chino Hills area? This is a really good place. I love Chinese food from Chinatown but seriously, I am usually too lazy to drive that far to eat! I usually call in a dinner order to go and it's always the same... Won Ton Soup (add a little soy - so much better!) Crab Won Tons (oh so yummy!) House Fried Rice Mongolian Beef Chicken Curry More than enough for our family of 3 (and sometimes we even have left overs). Every time I've called, the female employee (who seems to always be there) says "10 minutes". It really is done in 10 minutes. Always fresh, always good, not pricey at all. If you do decide to eat here (and not do take out) the service is good, fast and friendly.
(4)George C.
Your basic Chinese food done well & quickly. Very friendly service. Super clean bathrooms We ate outside and enjoyed the evening sunset
(3)Fern R.
I Love The Fact That They Will Make The Kung Pao Chicken As Hot & Spicy As You Want It!!!
(4)Lisa B.
Hubby and I eat here often. Much better than the steam table places. Everything is cooked when you order it and it comes out HOT. Since I tend to be a little picky, I like that I can special order things the way I like it. Staff is always nice and attentive. Their lunch specials go until 3pm and are a great price for what you get. Entree prices are reasonable too.
(4)Maryanne D.
"Freshest Chinese Food In Chino" When I'm craving for some real good Chinese, this place definitely hits the spot every time. While it may not be perfectly authentic, it's comparably authentic next to some of the other "Americanized-Chinese" restaurants like Pick-up Stix, Panda Express and P.F. Changs. I've been a frequent customer of Chopsticks House for several years now, most of the friendly staff know me by name. The food is ALWAYS fresh, made to order and the portions are very generous. The prices are moderate but well worth it for the consistency and quality of their food. The service has always been wonderful and I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my order. Almost everything I've tried has been exceptional, though my favorites are...the chicken w/ string beans ($7.65 - includes fried rice, also very good) and the minced chicken lettuce wraps ($7.35 - served with the house special Hoisin Sauce, so yummy! ). They use white meat over dark for ALL of their chicken dishes and their stir-fry vegetables always come out perfectly crisp and tasty. My one and only complaint is the orange chicken. Now I LOVE me some orange chicken but I don't love theirs. The sauce is made of a very sweet, sugary glaze that just overwhelms my taste buds, a few bites and I'm done. I prefer the sweet-and-TANGY version of orange chicken. Other than that, it's the BEST place for some quick, fresh & healthy Chinese food.
(4)April R.
Best Chinese food around! We LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! When we lived in orange county we used to drive up here just to eat! Their egg foo young and kung pao beef are amazing! Love the lady who runs the place too.
(5)Mary N.
We are regulars there, which basically mean that we are there or order something every week. We have our regular food, noodles, soup and fried rice. Food is cooked to order and it's very quick service. This is kind of in between fast food and a sit down restaurant. Their lettuce wraps taste just like the one at P.F. Changs.

They get 4 stars mainly because of their customer service. The people who work there are just wonderful. I go there a lot to buy their teriyaki chicken bowl to go for lunch. It is obvious that they can't make too much money from my order. But yet, every time I walk in, they make me feel like a VIP. After a few time of ordering the same thing, they started to recognize me and would have my order ready without a word from my mouth. I would definitely come back for this kind of service.

I like there food and there customer service is great. Sometimes the people that cook the food are a little loud.

Great for lunch deals. Food is cooked to order.

The Teriyaki vegetable bowl is totally tasteless. Wondering whether the chef forgot to use any sauces. Other dishes are just mediocre at the most. The services are Okay. The place is fairly clean. That's what those 2 stars are for.

This is probably one of the few Chinese places to eat at in the area and yes I know its not authentic but you gotta take what you can get. I got the orange chicken lunch special with hot and sour soup and brown rice. I forgot if the drink came with it but I don't think it did. The hot and sour soup was good and the brown rice was ok. The orange chicken tasted odd. They must of reused the oil to deep fry it and it tasted more like honey. I wasn't able to finish it because it was too oily. The staff was attentive and the price was a bit above average for the type of food you get. Next time I would default to Panda Express or any other Chinese fast food place as its cheaper and probably a lot better. Or better yet go over to Rowland Heights as there's a plethora of good restaurants there.

Chopsticks House is a great chinese restaurant especially if your trying to stay healthy. I love the fact that substituting for brown rice isn't an additional cost. A lot of the entrees on there menu is no more than $8 and seriously for 2 people 2 entree's is plenty. I got the house chicken and really enjoyed the flavors I loved the garlic flavor they had to them and there house sauce was not salty at all. The chicken and green beans coming through real nice I really enjoyed the crisp green bean bite. Really well flavored. Definitely enjoyed this place and I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible food. The wonton soap was terrible. My rice was not cooked all the way through. The fortune cookies were stale.I had to basically throw $30.00 away for a dinner for two people. I do not like to waste food so even if I don't like the flavor will still eat it, but I couldn't.. It was the worst food ever. I was so disappointment. Not even the receptionist was friendly... Stay away!!

Well this my second favorite chinese restaurant, I always get hot & sour soup and chicken fried rice, bothe are really tasty and really inexpensive. I've tried other items on the menu and I can say I've never been disappointed. I drive around socal a lot and whenever I get a chance for lunch I stop in. Its not authentic, but what really is authentic anyway? To me its taste awesome, my taste buds are happy everytime I go....its all that matters.

I like the food here for the most part, but the people especially the woman who is mostly behind the cash register are not very friendly. I asume she is the owner.

I ate here with my family (group of 20) and the food came out fast and very tasty. The menu looked like it was going for a healthy side and it didn't come out greasy or too salty. The beef and broccoli, shrimp and vegetables, chicken chow mein came out good with the brown rice. It is pretty cheap to eat here especially with a big group.

I came here with 3 friends and had a very enjoyable dinner for a great deal! We ordered the the flour soup (don't know the exact name) Kung Pao Vegetables, Chicken with string beans, Black Pepper Chicken, and a meat dish (sorry, i forgot the name) and I loved every single one. I've had the soup from here before and I loved it then, and it didn't disappoint when I had it again. Each dish didn't seem unhealthy..meaning, nothing was really greasy or too much. The portion size was enough to feed 3 hungry girls and 1 hungry guy and satisfy each and every one of us. Everyone there was super friendly. Food comes out quick, it's clean, and it's tasty!

Freshest Chinese food in the area. Everything is delicious and cooked to order in 5 minutes. The kitchen is right behind the counter and in full sight, while mildly entertaining it makes for a fairly loud atmosphere. Service is typical Chinese, efficient but not great.

This place is close to my parents house in Cali....whenever i visit i beg them to go to dinner there with me....they have the most amazing won ton soup ever...my favorite dishes are the shrimp chow mein and the beef and broccoli. this place is really good, the prices are very reasonable... (typically a group of 4-6 can share plates and leave paying only around $50-75.) the service is good, not great. they are all very nice, but they just dont come to the table enough for drink re-fills. but, since the place is so small, its super easy to wave to your waiter and get them to your table. the only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because last time i went, the beef and broccoli was made extremely salty, which is very unusual for them. must have been a new cook that night ;-) either way, i would recommend this place for great chinese food....but this is more of a little family / friend type of place, not a date place. if you want to take a date out, try PF Chengs up the street.
