Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

The calzone is really good!! When me and my sister were in high school we would walk home and stop here for a calzone. It's big enough to share between the both of us. The pizza is good too!!
(5)Carolyn H.
This place must be under new management because it does not make pizza as good as it used to. My family and I have stopped going there.
(2)Liz M.
Moved to Canoga park last year and didn't know of where to buy a good pie! This pizza has great ingredients making it very tasty. It's also a great value! Staff is friendly. A must try.
(5)Boni B.
Hole in the wall pizza joint that makes a mean pie. They make a custom pie for me not on the menu - no red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, basil, and sausage. Simply perfect. Thumbs up.
(4)Sam S.
Want heaven??? Try a slice. Bronx is the best. Always fast and very friendly folks. Decent beer list and the roni is perfect
(5)Tiffany S.
Tried this place out for the first time. The pizza was extremely delicious. We ordered mushroom and pepperoni on their Bronx original (large)... It was enough to feed five people & had plenty of cheese and sauce on it. The crust was perfect. Delivery time was only 25 minutes when they had originally told us to expect it to arrive in 40. Will definitely order from them again soon!
(5)JT B.
This is a solid slice, all the way around. You seriously can't beat their lunch specials. If you like thin, NY-style pizza this is the place to be. Plus, there's a 7-11 in the same strip mall...so it's fun if you have an afternoon to loiter around. POLYESTA PETE APPROVED!
(4)Jenny J.
I would describe their pizza as passable if I were a drunken college kid. Certainly not the worst pizza, but for a proud pizza lover like myself, I couldn't in great respect order another pie. Their wings, however, were pretty tasty, especially coupled with the delicious garlic ranch sauce they have. All in all, you get good deals with this place and I would recommend it if you're entertaining a large group and are on a budget.
(2)Gina A.
Delicious pizza! I always order from here when I'm in the Valley. I also had them cater a bunch of pizzas for one of my parties and everyone there loved the pizza! They also make a delicious chicken parm. sub!
(4)Elvira V.
its ok. Not like Ohh my Gosh delish but it was alright. Mom and Pops type of feel place.
(3)L. P.
When this place first opened up we got a flyer on the door with coupons and decided to try it. We ended up really liking the pizza... This is our go-to pizza place. This isn't authentic NY, but what the hell...we like it. Delivery is usually pretty quick. If you get a flyer on your door or a coupon in the mail it's worth trying once. They have coupons for parties-this is perfect party pizza.
(5)Robert G.
K's Bronx Pizzeria & Itallian great pizza for a great price . They got this extra large that can feed a family of four .. get it a little well done. They have deals online ... not the greatest ... But again for the price it works .. P.S. I get frys and put it on the pizza OMG ... oh it's thin crust and not from the Bronx !!!!!!!
(4)Annette B.
Love, love, love this pizza and the customer service is amazing!
(5)Mike M.
Here's the deal. Don't order the pizza by the slice. I had the same experience as one of the reviewers on here. I got a slice of cheese and it was like whatever. I gave this place a 2nd try and actually ordered a full pie. I went with my standard Pep and mush. I have to admit it was pretty good especially for the West Valley. I think it's the best pizza spot in Canoga Park (RIP Brunos I was a long time fan since a kid). Anyway, if your're one of those folks who normally order Papa Johns, Dominoes or whatever its time to throw those coupons you have pinned up on your fridge away. Order from Bronx Pizza.
(3)Cathy L.
love their pizza and their cheese is so awesome. i love this place. best pizza i've ever had in LA.
(5)Erica C.
I love this place. The staff are nice and quick, the food is delicious and cheap and of all the times I have ordered food from there, it has never been wrong. I cant say that about ay other joint I frequent. As for it being authentic NY style, got me ...but its damn tasty.
(5)J P.
One of the best NY style pizza in LA. Small, clean place, not necessarily for first date or family night out in regards to decor, unless of course you just want a great pizza. They sell slices, make sure you ask for the slices to be hot in temp. Large pie,$13. Parking can be tough, try the athletic club parking out back if front lot is full. See my list as I am THE final authority. I think.
(3)Ms. P.
Eh I found it bland , not worth the calories . Could have been 3 stars but The delivery driver was not very friendly, and as other reviewers said- I had to deliver the money to him . They don't deliver all the way to the door :| . I had to have someone get dressed and make the long trek to where he was. If I wanted to do that I would have ordered to go, it's a large complex and I found it a little ridiculous that we ended up walking more than normal because we ordered delivery and the delivery driver couldn't get out of the car . Seriously?? You just lost a customer that orders In a lot!
(2)B W.
great pizza with personality, the Greek salad is really nice, you can order from your phone through yelp or whatever which clenches it for me, definitely in heavy rotation on our pizza delivery schedule.
(5)Steve B.
The best sausage pizza in the west valley as far as I am concerned. The family disputes this as we all have our own favorite. My daughter does not like the oregano that is sprinkled on it and the wife is not a fan. Since I am the Yelper in the family, my opinion is the one that counts. Edited to add, that I have converted the wife and she likes it now.
(4)Simon F.
This pizza is delicious! The base is thin and has a chewy quality that is very authentic for New York pizza. The delivery is fast, the staff are courteous, and the prices can't be beat. What more could anyone ask for. I can also recommend the garlic cheese bread. If you've tried the rest, now try the best.
(5)KimnCris K.
Fast delivery and great prices. We've ordered from them on multiple occasions. It's not my favorite pizza in the world, but for the delivery speed and the price, we have started using them more and more often.
(3)Kim Z.
my husbands favorite NEW YORK thin pizza.great value great taste .theowner is so nice.this place gives back to the kids in the community by supporting ALL funraisers from the school.good job bronx!!we like the ch pizza extra sauce
(5)Ann K.
i really like this pizza, tasty! :-d
(4)Sahar F.
This place is amazing I've Been coming here for years ! The pizza is amazing and the calzones are to die for. The owner is suuuuuper nice and everyone that works there is friendly. I would def recommend this place for a night in and netflix :)
(5)suria c.
This pizza is delicious! It has a thin crust and the pizza melts in your mouth. I like the sausage/mushroom and Hawaiian. They are really nice and the delivery is fast!
(5)Nancy M.
I love this place i doo especially calzones... Mmmmmm highly recommend staff are very very nice
(5)Evan V.
Great food great prices! Its like stealing! Perfect looking new york style pies & great value delicious lunch specials.
(5)Sarah H.
I have tried approximately 5 other pizza spots in the west valley, this is tops for us. Delivery time has been consistently prompt, & ridic yummy. New York style achieved.
(5)Anthony A.
Good food, Great prices. Specially if you use their frequent coupons. Great value and best bang for the buck. Could take a while when ordering so better to call in first. Parking sometimes can be a problem but should clear up as most patrons (from 7-11 next door) dont linger long.
(4)Chris S.
The guy who first reviewed this place seems to be the typical New Yorker. You can't judge K's Bronx on a single piece of pizza. This place is GREAT. They are always pleasant on the phone, they deliver in a reasonable amount of time, the order always seems to be correct, and the food is excellent. The pizza is really good, but they have amazing lasagna, spaghetti, meatballs...you name it. Keep up the good work guys.
(5)Amanda H.
I am a New York- way too greasy! Looks the same, but doesn't taste the same
(3)John T.
I had this pizza last night and it's really good! I give it 5 stars
(5)Jani A.
I always get pizza from this place, it's really good. It's the closest NY style pizza I've found in LA.
(5)Mario A.
This place is awesome. Sam is the owner and he's a pretty chill and funny guy. He is daily coming in with fresh ingredients and everything is made as its ordered and not stocked. If its your first time and you love pizza, you can't go wrong with a pepperoni calzone. The servings are generous but they are not fans of refills or handing out free sides. Every time I'm in Canoga Park and craving true pizza. This is a spot that cones to mind.
(4)Ivy B.
Its called K's Bronx Pizzeria & Italian Food and really its strength is with the Italian food portion, not so much with the pizza. Its a very good delivery option if you work in the area as they are fairly prompt and have a mobile credit card swiper. The shop itself is in a tiny strip mall area where parking is a little sketchy and the interior of the place is lacking in ambiance department. The bottom-line is that they have very good lunch special deals. $5.99 gets you pasta or sandwich, side salad and drink. If you want authentic NYC pizza you're much better off looking somewhere else.
(3)Sandy M.
Anytime I'm craving pizza this is the place I go because this is what pizza should taste like. Everything I've had here is good, but the plain cheese pizza is my fave. Really thin crust, huge slices and plenty of cheese! Not to mention the prices are lower than other pizza places but the quality of food is as good or better. I've been coming here for 10 years and it's still my favorite pizza spot in SoCal. Fun fact- I've seen a few celebrities getting food here before getting massages next door.
(5)Dave C.
Best pizza in town. Period. Not only do they deliver WAY further than most pizza joints, but it's actually hot when it gets here. I love this place. The guys who work there are cool and eager to accommodate in any way they can. I've heard that they import their water from NY and it shows. The crust is full of flavor by itself even. Love it.
(5)Rhonda B.
Growing up back east really close to NYC, I get off the plane and go for pizza, but K- Bronx is making me rethink LA Pizza. It was recommended to me through a Jersey guy and I and everyone else I have fed it too loves it!!! You can order on-line and it comes when they say. Yay!!!
(5)Sharon F.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT....!!! I order a pepperoni pizza fr here and my bf's son almost ate a FLY. Yes, there was a fly in the pizza. Not even on it but UNDER the cheese. He thought it was a piece of pepper, asked for a second opinion and was told it was a fly. We were all traumatized from it. I called back wanting a refund. They said they would deliver another pizza on the house but I refused and wanted the money back. They gave me my money but I couldn't eat nor look at another pizza for weeks.
(1)Bannister C.
Well I'm back after over a year. Pizza is better this time. Crispy crunchy thin crust, delicious cheese and plentiful sausage topping. Up there with the best thin crust pizzas in the San Fernando Valley. I ordered the XL, and it was a lot for even a pizza lover like me and bro. Best of course when it's fresh from the oven, but the shop itself is small and really hot inside. I think I'll eat inside here again when it's the dead of winter and it will be toasty warm inside. Just 1/2 point less than a fresh slice of Guido's on Winnetka, but that's being too picky.
(4)Renaldo C.
I bought a meat lovers calzone from this place and I might as well just thrown my 10 bucks out the window. It was burnt on the outside and still cold on the inside. Simply terrible. I will NEVER order here again!!!
(1)Amy B.
The veggie pizza here is yummy. I just discovered it, and I will go back.
(5)Nicole H.
We were trying to get some food late on a Sunday night on our way back home from a mini vacation, and K's Bronx Pizzeria & Italian was one of the only places still open. We picked up a large pizza, half "White Knight" and half Supreme. It was pretty good, but both my husband and I thought it was lacking something/not that flavorful...I had to whip out some marinara sauce and my husband whipped out ranch. I'm just happy they were open so late and the customer service was great.
(3)Crystal C.
Love Bronx, my boyfriend and I go all the time, coming from New York, it's hard to find good pizza around in SoCal, but Bronx makes me feel like I'm back home enjoying genuine pizza. I recommend there eggplant pizza
(4)Jason R.
Terrible generic pizza and way over priced. Took 50 minutes to get a small pizza on a Tuesday night. Go somewhere else.
(1)Willette K.
Great pizza and chicken Parmesan spaghetti with the Italian salad that comes with. They delivered usual on the ETA. Highly recommended
(5)Saidah N.
Very wack pizza!!!! Very disappointing.
(1)David C.
I first had Bronx Pizza at a kid's birthday party. It was so good I took a picture of the box so I'd remember it. Over a year later I finally bought pizza from them and have really enjoyed it. Bronx is now our favorite take out pizza place. Also love the chicken parm. Cheers.
(5)Sharon K.
I am from back east and I always love a good pizza....and this place has great pizza....I especially Love how big the biggest size pizza is ....I have teens and they have a lot of friends and it can feed them all. The people their are really nice and they are always on time...Love the Italian salad as well....Its a great place..Enjoy!
(5)Joseph P.
I stopped by and ordered the 2 slice cheese pizza deal....my oh my was the grease just dripping off the cheese...As God is my witness I could have filled up a baby food bottle with all that grease and used it to slick my hair back for 50's night at slamalambadingdong club!! Come On Guys!! Cut that grease and give it to Bowser Bowman!!!
(1)Katherine W.
Found on Eat 24, and they've some amazing coupons there. 18" pizza plus drinks for 11.99??? But price alone is not what makes them special. They have fresh toppings, handmade pasta, fresh garlic, and real ny pizza. The owner is great. The food is delivered hot and timely. They have a vast variety of wonderful things to order. Including spinach salads, romaine lettuce, garlic sticks... If you wanna have a junk food night with your family order delivery or pick up a pie from this place. It deserves it. Check out their menus and they always have coupons. They make specialty pizzas too, and just... There aren't words for what a happy costumer I am. Price, quality, good service, and variety. What more could you ask for??
(5)Kerry R.
Excellent pizza and pretty decent lunch specials. The Italian Spicy sandwich is particularly good.
(4)Steven B.
Been eating from here for 8 years. Such good customers, they know me when I call. It is the BEST New York Pizza in Los Angeles!!!!
(5)Staci D.
I LOVE THIS PIZZA! I have never had a bad pizza from this place and am so glad to have re-discovered it (after moving away for a while). The staff is always friendly and the prices are inexpensive. I've never had a bad experience and will continue to come back.
(5)Cory F.
Best Pizza I have found outside of NY so far! Sam and the rest of the crew are great! Been eating here for over 15 years.
(5)David G.
Ok pizza but very greasy. So greasy in fact after you eat it, DONT fart! It will be a greasy shart and grease will squirt out of your ass. Otherwise fairly good pizza actually.
(3)Pam K.
I seriously cannot believe all the good reviews for this place. The pizza was so greasy, the sauce was too sweet and the crust was crumbly. It did not have the elasticity, which I would expect from good NY pizza. Also, their Caesar salad was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like that ran out of actual dressing and washed out the dressing bottle with water and poured it on top.. Watery and flavorless! I'm not sure where they're getting their good reviews from, but I warn you to stay away!
(1)Joey N.
The coke and slice is mediocre. It's way over priced and it's not Brooklyn style or New York style. It's an ok spot. And the food took way too long to make. I mean I went in when no one was clearly there. One guy in the back and it takes him 20 mins to make one slice. And it was just a pepperoni slice. I'm not going back.
(2)Ellen I.
This is my second review of K's Bronx Pizzeria, and I am sorry to say that I am no longer impressed by this establishment. Initially I liked the pizza, as it really did seem to be close to the pizza I had grown up eating in New York and New Jersey. However, over the past six months, I have found the taste to be lackluster in terms of crust and cheese/sauce. Great pizza is hard to find in the San Fernando Valley, so I probably would have put up with the decline in taste because it isn't awful. What is putting me on the search for a new pizza place is the really, really awful customer service I have experienced. I grew up in the NY metropolitan area, and I understand attitude, but I do not want to put up with rudeness, disdain, and being given "the eye" from someone I am paying for goods or services. A few months ago I stopped going into K's and started making other family members pick up the pizza. There's enough genuine stress you have to put up with in life. Pizza shouldn't be stressful. New Year's resolution: Find a new pizzeria.
(2)Oliver D.
Great pizza. Comparable to Amecis . Good prices . I live close by and one time the guy walked the pizza over which is a no no in my book . But the pizza is always good . And price is on the lower end.
(5)Pedram M.
Horrible delivery service. 90 minutes after ordering and still waiting, I had to contact Eat24 that handles their Yelp orders to hear "they're tried to deliver!" Not sure how you "try", as you either deliver or not but regardless asked them to remake my order as a parmigiana sandwich would be extremely soggy by now and re-deliver it. They agreed and asked me to open the door within a minute!! Obviously not willing to redo the order or have Flash working in the kitchen and deliver too. Horrible experience, will never try it again.
(1)Vi M.
I am originally from the east coast! Born and raised in the NYC/NJ area so I know what east coast pizza is!!! Having moved to LA, I get homesick a lot and one of the things I miss most is the NYC pizza shops that are all over NYC! We finally found this pizza place in LA, that gives me a slice of home! Sooo delicious and it is the closest to NYC pizza you can get in LA! The plain pie totally looks and tastes like it!!!! I will warn you that the true New Yorkers will know that the crust is very slightly different, but this is as close to NYC pizza as it gets!!! Highly recommended!!!
(5)Keith Y.
Pizza was CRAP !!!!!! Ordered the Caesar salad too and the dressing was watery and tasted really weird like they took two other white dressings and mixed them together. Never going order from this shitty pizzeria!! Don't know why anyone would from this place . SAVE YOUR MONEY . Frozen pizza from the supermarket is 100% better .
(1)Ashley P.
Sooooo good!!!! I'm laughing at the reviews that point out it being oily or unhealthy. It's pizza!!!! I eat pizza rarely because come on, it's not good for you! Hello! But when I do treat myself, I want it delicious! And this pizza was!!! Sooooooo good!!!!!! My fave in the area!!
(5)SugarBee L.
"Meh. I've experienced better." ---sums it up for me. It's "okay". Having moved to the area 8 months ago, we are still looking for our go-to places and sadly, you gotta gamble your spends to find out what is good and what's passable and what is awful. This place is ....okay. I don't think I'll order again, unless we have visitors or something, and I don't feel like cooking and no where else is open. The sides I would NOT order again. Too salty and more than a bit limp. Some places do GREAT sides.. this is not one of them. One of our sides was missing, which I didn't even realize until we had paid and even tipped $10. I want to slap myself for my misplaced generosity D: Maybe.. maybe it was karma's way of saving us. Maybe that side would have killed sides for me forever, maybe it was something I'd have had nightmares over. Pizza is ...sad to say it again.. okay. I mean it's decently topped, it's not swimming in grease..it just.. lacks something. Flavor perhaps. You can tell the ingredients used, especially in the dough, are the cheapest they can find. Cardboard dough :( I couldn't finish my share of the food. The thought of eating what amounts to a box of salt doesn't do it for me. I don't believe in wasting food, but I'm not gonna eat it just because it's there, not if it becomes an exercise in disappointment. My pregnant friend actually made the order on her account and paid for this and she couldn''t manage any of the sides and had one slice of pizza, before apologizing to us for the food. It really isn't worth what you pay. The pizza, maybe, they all seem in the same ballpark price range as other places.. but the sides.. nu-uh.. DON'T BOTHER. You will feel as foolish as we did. Next time we decide to let our stomachs decide for us, we will do it somewhere we can't f*ck up this badly, like Trader Joe's. Their pizzas and sides are gourmet tier food next to this. I feel cheated. I feel like someone who was expecting a $50 meal and got given dollar tree "processed cheese food" on saltine knock-off crackers :( The only reason I gave *2* stars is the delivery at least was on time! *update: an hour later we just binned the sides. The fries were disgusting, as I said, the cheapest quality imaginable. The cheese garlic bread... we couldn't even touch it. The bread was that horrid stuff you know is made with cellulose filler/wood pulp. This is not good quality food. A complete and utter waste of our time. My friend is all worried and upset about leaving a bad review as "they know where we live". She doesn't need this b/s

I have been going to K's Bronx Pizza for years. Fantastic pizza! Always tastes great! Sam and his staff are fantastic. Love having such a great establishment in the neighborhood.
(5)Timothy B.
I will tell you this. I lived in Sicily for two years. I had pizza every now and then. but I had calzone every opportunity I could get. It took me 16 years to find a place. And I don't know how Bronx does it. but it taste just the same as that nice old Sicilian man that made mine. It reminds me every time. Thanks for the memory
(4)Laura R.
Best NY/NJ style pizza in the Los Angeles area as far as I can tell. I'm a NJ native out here for over 35 years. Although I haven't been to EVERY pizza place in town (obviously), I've been to quite a few. Check it out!
(5)Brian S.
Imagine this: it is 7 PM on a Sunday evening and the family is hungry but no dinner plans have even been made. What now? In times like this -- which seem to happen often since the kids are both growing and active in all sorts of activities -- we opt for takeout from our small collection of "old reliables". Last night may have reduced that list. What a shame! The deal was good: two mediums and a salad for about $15 but what we ate wasn't up to par and even the bargain price couldn't reduce the grumbling. The pizza crust seemed tougher than expected. I like chewy, but this was just plain tough. The toppings on the olive pizza were sparse, but that's not really a fault in my opinion. Most pizza place put way to much toppings on, in general. The toppings on the sausage and mushroom were a mixed bag. Sparse mushrooms but sufficient quantity of the "sausage dust". I don't recall; having sausage as a topping before from K-Bronx, but the sausage dust is marginally acceptable. The only sausage worse than that are the "rat droppings" used as some other pizzerias. Doesn't anyone use real sausage anymore? What pushed me to the edge was the salad. How can a salad be ~that~ bad... well, how about green tomatoes and bitter, and I mean BITTER AS BILE, cucumbers. Didn't anyone taste the veg? Didn't anyone see the green tomato? Folks... this is the middle of summer and both of these items should be at their finest. You're getting screwed by your veg vendor and passing inedible crap to your customers. This would have been a 1-star review but I'm sincerely hoping that K-Bronx has just got the screw-job from a screw-up Sunday night crew. If so... wake up and fix your problem. I don't like paying for bad food, even if I'm paying a bargain price!
(2)Max M.
There really isn't anything special to write about except the pizza's are in the upper tier of pizzas in the area at a reasonable price. In addition, the people are accommodating. For those reasons, I think I've found my new pizza place ever since Red Balls changed their ingredients and became an ordinary upper tier pizza for an outrageous price. I would make one big recommendation if you are easily disturbed by the sight of grease and you are not a New Yorker who generally likes crispy crusts. I would ask them to not bake the pizzas so much that the crust is too crispy. It can be a little rough and it causes the oils to come out of the cheese and pepperoni, making the pizza look really greasy. As Californians, I think we are a little disturbed if we see grease, even though we know the grease is still there, regardless. The only sour note about the place is that they don't have free wifi, making the place not so cool to hang out at.
(5)Ben E.
I love this place! Aside from it being around the corner, it is the closest to New York-style pizza that I could find. They are super cheap, especially their lunch specials. I love their thin, foldable crust. My personal favorite is the sausage pizza, absolutely amazing! There's just something about taking huge bites into their gigantic slices while watching a game that helps you stop and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. I really need to try other toppings though. I'm so hooked on the pulverized sausage they sprinkle on top that I forget that other toppings exist. I used to order from the chains like Papa John's or Ameci's, but with there is no comparison. try it once and you'll get hooked. There are no frills. You order, they deliver or you pick up = good food.
(5)Corbin E.
I used to work in Woodland Hills, and I ordered pizza from them almost weekly. They always gave me a deal, and treated me as a special customer. It's just not the type of interaction a customer could hope for from the regular chains. On top of the great service and delivery, the pizza is amazing. I have converted 5-10 friends and co-workers to this place, and that is only done because the product is nearly always spectacular. I've visited NY 15 times, and each time I go, I eat pizza in NY as it is THAT good. So, I was thrilled to find NY style pizza near my house and former work. While I will readily admit that authentic NY pizza is pure heaven and it can't exactly be found in California, please believe in my words, that this is the closest that can be found! It's inexpensive and they put lots of cheese and toppings. For those that like pizza and another dish, I suggest the Spaghetti. It is also very good. Other comments: others mentioned that it does not have an "atmosphere". That is correct. It's pick up or delivery, and certainly not a date night location.

I've seen the place for years and being from New York, I am always looking for good pizza, so I finally went in to try a couple slices. When I walked in, I thought oh-no...the place has no eyeball. My expectations were low and then wow! Really good pizza! Good baked ziti too. Now I go all the time. Delivery is always prompt as well. I also had them cater couple of birthday parties. They worked with me on budget and I got a lot of compliments on the pastas and pizza.

I'm at odds with what to say and how many stars to leave. First off, I LOVE their pizza. It's SO incredibly good. BUT... their service (specifically their delivery) SUCKS. I ordered a pizza before noon and they didn't deliver it until after 1 - and that's after having had to call and remind them. . and and and, I live right down the street. Uuuugggghhhh hungry people are grumpy people! So my recommendation? If you want their food, go in and pick it up yourself.

I don't know about New York pizza, but for pizza, it was ok. Not fantastic, not terrible. If I was just reviewing the taste of the pizza, it would be 3 stars. If I was reviewing the delivery it would be 2 stars because it was not very hot when I got it. It was about the temperature your pizza gets after eating 2 slices and you keep the box closed. Kind of warm still, but headed towards lukewarm. Granted, it was a cold night, but I don't think they use those protective zipped containers to keep the pizza warm. The 1 star is for the HAIR I found in my pizza. After eating 2 slices, I went to get another slice and found myself eye-to-eye with a long black hair baked into the pizza. Needless to say, I just tossed the rest. If anything, this taught me the lesson of looking at your food more carefully before taking a bite. I'm sure this kind of thing happens more than you would think when you're dining out.

Been looking for good pizza in the hood and K's didn't disappoint. Got the combo pie and it was loaded with meat. More cheese would have made it perfect! But still tasty for the price. Added the chopped salad and all was good for the night!

Having worked in the Bronx for 3 years, I feel like I know and appreciate what good Bronx (and NYC in general) pizza tastes like. The corner store where you point at the slice and the guy behind the counter heats it up for you in the oven. The slice that's thin, slightly charred at the bottom with cheese that'll stretch until arms distance when done right. Sauce that's not spread on too thin, but it just enough to get the flavor. Foldable and served on a paper plate. Well, BNYP does not accomplish the feat that is NYC style pizza. Pizza can be sold by the slice here and has the charring on the bottom. So it gives the impression of NYC pizza, but does not even come close tastewise. Cosco pizza tastes better than BNYP pizza. I even told the guy behind the counter I worked in the Bronx and that I was doing a comparison against true Bronx pizza. He said his pizza would be the same... I didn't even finish the slice because I was that disappointed. Seriously. I gave it to my dad later. 1 star for having the appearance of NYC pizza .5 for selling by the slice

The Bronx Pizza? Hmmm, I will never try pizza in NY for that matter. EWWW! The pizza was soggy, and I personally ate two slices and figured I would heat some up for lunch the next day, thinking maybe it would taste better..., ummmm nooooo what was I thinking. It tasted awful! It looked good..., but looks are deceiving in this instance!!! All of the reviews were five stars and I should've paid more attention to detail and order of reviews, ("what a deal and then so good.") It should be the other way around. Wow, so disappointed! I'd rather pay a little more for my food to taste better. Just sayin! Sorry to say I came, I conquered two slices of that God Awful pizza and truly I will not place another order. Time to find another local pizza place. I know I will find one eventually in woodland hills! Until then CIAO Before and after pics to follow..., I mean just amazing and disgusting all in one. I posted a video with the new yelp feature! Check it out! Sad

Pretty good pizza and they are always fast with delivery. Also enjoyed their zucchini sticks and lasagna.

This is the first time Ordering from Bronx P. My family and I were truly impressed. Wings, Pizza, and BBQ sandwich were delicious. Glad I found this spot.

I'm from NY.. This is the only pizza I will eat in the Valley! They have great service, the guys that answer the phone are always pleasant and nice even if they are slammed busy. The delivery guys are courteous and smile (unlike other delivery guys).. Thanks for the good pizza and the good vibes!!

I ate here for the first time in a decade and the pizza is just as delicious as I remembered it. I've been to NYC and this pizza is better than anything I had on the east coast. The pizza is also among the best I've had on the west coast. It is very addicting! The service is good and prices are cheap, especially the lunch specials.

Decided to try and new place, looked on Yelp and not only were the two large pizza I ordered excellent but got a free drink to boot. Tomato and Mushrooms, and a Hawaiian were shared by four people and it was really good. Will be back.

This place the pizza itself is terrible but their cheese bread with marinara is the bomb. If they would use that sauce on their pizza instead it would be a good place. But for some reason their actual pizza sauce is nasty. Trust me get the cheese bread with marinara. It's just like a pizza but no sauce. The dipping sauce is amazing.

Hire a new counter person and I'll be able to taste my food next time...pretty sure it was insanely good but that person ruined the experience blaming me for the lack of info on their Eat24 coupon.

Talk about Bronx Pizza. I'm from the BX so I know how NY pizza should be: cheesy, greasy, soft crust and bit browned on the bottom and foldable. I've checked out around 50 pizzeria's trying to get that New York flavor. This pizza is the real deal. Even the low end decor of the establishment brings me back to the home land. If you don't know what NY pizza tastes like and your living in the greater LA area then here's one of 2 pizzeria's I've been to that have authentic NY pizza. Of the two this is number 1.

I LOVE this place!! Great NY style pizza that is super delicious. They always have great deals and they deliver and are true to their estimated delivery time-which is a huge plus. I can list no negatives at all about this place. Great food, convenient delivery good prices and a very nice owner.

A friend of mine who works there told me about this joint. I have tried SO many pizza places over the years, and this one stands out, it is a good price, and excellent pizza. I ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapenos, and a lil well done. It came out perfect! Their jalapenos are da bomb, they actually have some bite to them and left my mouth a little bit tingly. It is rare that jalapenos do this to me. Keep up the good work guys!! You got my business!
