Drive-thru whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? Made fiance bust a b*tch so quickly he laughed at my excitement. I also yelled at him for knowing of such an establishment and never taking me, lol. At any rate, service was fast, we got our orders right, and those little cappy blasts are delicious for a buck. We actually got really really big scoops, I was a little surprised. But no complaints! And if this is where they demo flavors every now and then, I'll definitely be making him drive us back here every now and then!

Only drive-thru Baskin Robbins I know of. Great service, good product.

Allways got my flava

Should be a great spot. Drive through, clean, whatever. As I sat down to wait for the 2 person line that somehow took 15 minutes, I searched for internet service. A DB/Baskin Robbins server came up saying to access wi from front desk. I did (after paying for my single scoop). The guy comes back from the back room with a girl saying "sorry he won't give it out." WTF I say to myself. The internet says to get pass code from you. After I tell her it was the only reason i bought the ice cream. She ges and gets the D-Bag owner/manager who tells me the same thing. I say fine, could you just refund my money then. "No" he says. It's the training center next door. "Oh well I understand, it was a slight miscommunication." "No" he says and walks away. Wow

I normally don't bother Yelping chain businesses, but this Baskin Robbins gets special treatment because it totally rocks. In fact, it's the only BR I will go to -- the other ones don't even compare. As everyone else has said, the service here is phenomenal. And, perhaps because it's the flagship store, they often have new offerings that you won't find at other BRs. The best thing about this place is its SOFT SERVE. I'm a soft serve fanatic. Most places, like Dairy Queen (and Carvel, on the east coast), have mediocre soft serve that's pumped full of air. You might as well eat that frozen yogurt Pinkberry shit. But the soft serve here is awesomely smooth and rich. Get it with some hot fudge and you will be singing the praises of the Mothership.

I'm not gonna lie. I totally favor the Baskin Robbins on Central in Glendale. Why? Because they are super nice, totally load up each scoop, and they can multitask completely, even under immense pressure from sporadic crowds. In any case, I know it's probably unfair to mention the multitasking when, indeed, the other Baskin Robbins does not have a drive thru like this one does. So I think that isn't a fair comparison. Each staff member here has a headset on. Okay. Well, there were three of them there at once. The place was somewhat full, but not terribly overcrowded. Nice guy was helping me, he made my husband a banana split (btw, not very big scoops, really disappointed) and then I guess he forgot about my single scoop of almond pistacio because he was putting together someone elses order too. I guess probably the car that was full of people that were too lazy to park and walk a few steps inside the store. I paid, was lucky that I got the right amount of change back, and then noticed that he had put the wrong order in the bag. Luckily I checked. He then apologized and corrected the items in the bag. Hey....I wont complain about that because the guy apologized, not very many employees no matter where you go do that nowadays. The problem I had with this place sort of arose when I got home. I opened the bag to take out my husbands banana split and there was melted ice cream EVERYWHERE. I know exactly how I had put this bag in my car. On a flat surface (the floor on the passenger side) and it was pretty secured there as the bag didn't move from side to side while making turns. I don't mean there was just ice cream everywhere, I mean there was ice cream from that banana split even inside MY ice cream, and there was a cap on it. Napkins were already used obviously, spoons were drenched and I'm surprised that the items didn't fall out from the bottom of the bag because it was too soggy from all that leakage. Of course,I saw that not only had the top part not been fastened the right way or securely, but it was put in there lopsided. I know that banana splits aren't exactly an ideal thing to be taking home as the hot fudge would naturally make it melt quite quickly, but there was no reason for half of it to leak that badly. I think perhaps no judgement used by the employee that packed it for me. I will say, though, that this probably wont make me exactly stay away from here, just stay away from taking the messy stuff home. But really, Baskin Robbins employees. No offense, but you scoop ice cream, there is no math that goes along with that. However, to remain fair, no one is perfect and accidents do, indeed, happen.
(2)Honest L.
This Baskin Robbins has a drive thru which makes it the best place to go if you want to be a fat pos without feeling as guilty as you would walking into an ice cream place and ordering a large chocolate malt milkshake.
(5)Angel R.
I've been coming here since I was old enough to walk down the street by myself. This was the store I grew up next to, it even has a drive thru! One of the biggest stores I've ever visited, almost looks like a corporate office is located in there. Everything on their menu is ridiculously good! Even though it's changed over the years, Baskin Robbins has never let me down. My favorites include the banana split with rainbow sherbet and pineapple topping, as well as all of their tropical flavored smoothies. Make sure you ask for the heavy whipping cream instead of the canned stuff, you'll love it!
(5)David M.
Very nice drive thru ...
(4)Kat T.
Cool Tuesdays!!! Kids scoop $1.00 and Regular scoop $1.50!!! Can't beat that price. It wasn't packed when we got there but after awhile there was a long line. I felt bad for the guy. He was the only one there. But he did move fast and knew what people ordered. Not much place to sit about 3 tables and 6 chairs. But who will stay there all day. Great location next to Harry's and other resto. Parking is shared with the bank and Harry's.
(5)Joe S.
Just horrible stuff, is it even ice cream? It dissolves on your tongue like some kind of airy, chemical mess similar to Dreyers. Dreyers is not allowed to call much of their product "ice cream" because it does not meet the standards. In my opinion BR 31 Flavors is coming very close to the same....it used to at least have nice flavoring but now it tastes just gummy and sticky and A W F U L. Two thumbs way way down and it tastes like two big toes.
(1)Debra C.
Happiness CAN be bought. It comes in the form of Jamocha Almond Fudge.
(5)Erin D.
How much better does it get than drive through ice cream?!
(5)Joaquin D.
Always take a coupon if you live near Burbank. They accept expired coupons and they will take other coupons from different locations. Never pay full price for ice cream =)
(4)Bugal K.
baskin robin is baskin robin....nothing special about the what they serve and for the most part frozen. they get 4 star for the girls that works there. they always hook it up!
(4)Dylan C.
For those times when walking inside a building for ice cream is just too much, like after a funeral (at Forrest Lawn) or ice skating (at Pickwick Gardens) or grocery shopping (at Pavillions), you have this gem of a confectionery. No shoes? No shirt? No problem! As long as you're in a car, you get the ice cream!
(4)Lauren R.
There is no formal line when you walk in, so 4 people that walked in after me got helped before me. It might be better to take the drive through at this store.
(2)Marc E.
Who can complain about a Baskin Robbins with a Drive-Thru! This place rocks and a Banana Split is under 6 bucks, perfect for sharing.
(4)Vivian W.
Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins. This particular store has longer hours (closes at 10) and pretty easy to get to. Plenty of parking is a plus. Aside from ice cream, BR does offer a few "less sinful" treats such as frozen yogurt, sorbets, and sherbets. The counter is manned by young-ions but they are attentive. Service is sometimes slow. This store does get quite busy though and it's not as clean as it should. It's an "a-OK" for me.
(3)Lori K.
I'm not a huge ice cream fan..... so why the 5 Stars???? DRIVE THRU BASKIN ROBBINS!!!! When I lived in Burbank and my friends and I had just started driving and were armed with some cash, cars and NOTHING to do we would frequently hit up this Baskin Robbins and pick up some drive thru frozen delights! LOVE IT!
(5)Sara G.
Friendly staff and the fact that they have a drive thru is GREAT!!!! Very convenient
(4)Alex M.
Baskin-Robbins isn't super special, and it's somewhat expensive, although the ice cream is good. But THIS ONE HAS A DRIVE THRU. I go there all the time with friends. There's just something hilarious about going there. Best part (not making this up): I once saw a woman on horseback go through the drive-thru. Freakin' awesome.
(5)Alana G.
Worst customer service ever! This is poorly managed and the employees working there clearly hate their jobs. I went through the drive thru and they beyond made my order wrong. I called back to inform them of my order being incorrect and somehow it had been my fault and I was in the wrong. I will never go back to this location. The other stores are better and the staff are not as dumb.
(1)Charlie G.
satisfied each time, and its right down my street. drive thru was a perfect idea(; they need to be open later
(5)Vivian L.
Ok my mom made me drive through twice already..... A drive through Baskin and Robbins with a training center for ice cream scooper's ... Who Knew ????? Long line of Ice Cream freaks and I love it but am a bit lactose so I have to stick to my Crack Berry !!!! Which I did not find in Burbank... Help me ???? Build a Crack Berry in Burbank .... Please so when my mom eats a Baskin Robbins I can have my Crack Berry ? Oh well, I am really liking the area and am looking to move to Burbank, I like the shopping with no parking fees. That is like my Texas Home. And Horses and parks.... make it nice
(4)Danny S.
this location is great. It is actually the trainning center for employees so the service is EXCELLENT.
(5)B P.
I don't even like Baskin Robbins that much, but this location has a freaking drive thru! This is the ultimate in ice cream satisfaction!! Booya!!!
(5)Viola V.
Baskin Robbins Drive Thru! I feel shameful even typing it, but when the Valley weather reaches the 100's, not having to get out of a chilly car with the AC going full blast is a good thing. So yeah, Jamoca Almond Fudge in a waffle cone, passed through a drive thru window. Happy times. (They have a full store front if you chose to go in, and order a scoop... or a cake... or one of those frosted clown cones from childhood.)
(5)Lala R.
I love Baskin Robins and this one is awesome. It has a drive through! One thing that I dont understand is why they got rid of the only flavor I really like!!#??? Why oh why no strawberry cheesecake ice cream? It's weird and crazy!! It makes me mad. It was nice knowing you Baskin Robins. We had a good run...but I must bid you farewell. Unless you bring my flavor back!
(4)Amy L.
How can you not love a Baskin Robbins with a drive-thru??? I have to admit that I've never actually been inside of this location as I just can't resist a drive-thru in a place you wouldn't expect, but the actual store looks nice too. As for the ice creams, it's Baskin Robbins so I'm sure you already know what to expect. If you're looking for recommendations though, my favorite is the World Class Chocolate! Seriously, if you haven't before, you should at least try it. I don't usually like chocolate ice creams, but I love the texture of this one. The Butter Pecan is also very good if you're in the mood for something nutty :)

When the sun comes out in LA, it really gets hot in certain areas. Well, not long ago, it was hot in Burbank...I'm talking some "shut your mouth" hot. Anyway, after spending some time outside, my friend suggested we stop by Baskin Robbins to get a cool treat before getting on the freeway. Oh, that sounds good...but, wait...do they have any non-dairy items? But, of course! Baskin Robbins has some of the best sherbet. It's been so long since I've been to a Baskin Robbins, I guess I just thought they only sold ice cream and cakes, but they've upped their game. This particular location has a drive-thru, which is quite convenient. As we perused the menu, I my friend opted for an ice cream cone and I, without a doubt, selected the sherbet. They have a few options and I chose the Rock 'n Pop Swirl that consists of the green apple and grape flavors. Not only is the Rock 'n Pop Swirl flavorful, it pops in your mouth. Just imagine, a hot day and you have a cool sherbet treat to cool down your body, satisfy your taste buds, and keep you alert, due to the popping sensation it has on your tongue. Fancy that! On a hot day, everyone deserves a cool treat, and these treats weren't expensive. Overall, this place satisfied our craving, and the service was good too. No long wait in the drive-thru, no attitude, and no problems. This Baskin Robbins isn't in my neighborhood, but I'd be willing to drive back due to the service, drive-thru, and cool desserts. It's so refreshing and satisfying to have good service and coolness, in every sense of the word, at Baskin Robbins.
(4)Lily W.
Couldn't resist going in for a scoop or two when we saw this training location. The one and only drive thru! Super friendly service and offered samples with a smile. They had a special that I couldn't pass... that was my lunch for the day! Shh... :-)
(4)Tora M.
This is the Burbank Headquarters of 31 Flavors-Baskin Robbins! And it's a freakin' drive-thru! If you read my reviews, you know about my love of anything drive-thru...as a California girl, born and raised, car culture rules in Los Angeles...thus, drive-ins and drive/thu... Some BR facts: They have Entrepreneur magazine's 35th annual Franchise 500® ranking and are the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shops. And did you know that...Baskin-Robbins is in nearly 50 countries? This iconic brand was founded in 1945 and has been responsible for the creation of more than 1,000 ice cream flavors. But back to the drive-thru...you pull up and order at the speaker and drive to the window, pay, and they hand you a cup or cone or pint or quart or sundae or shake or ice cream cake! Brilliant! Growing up in Burbank, it was a family tradition for us! For my dad, Rocky Road, for mom, Oregon Blackberry, for my brother, any candy flavor, especially Bubblegum. As for me, even as a youngster, it was Daiquiri Ice or Jamoca. I was a foodie from a very young age!!! It felt grown-up to order an "alcoholic" flavor or a coffee flavor. Thinking back, my *bucks addiction probably began right here. And as a young, budding foodie, these bizarre preferences probably foreshadowed my current Yelpiness...
(5)Orsolya D.
I take Yelp VERY seriously and have a personal rule of not reviewing major chain establishments. In my opinion, there is no reason to review Trader Joe's or Starbucks: we ALL know what to expect even if some locations are better than others. I have to go against my own rule, however, for this location of Baskin Robbins. Why? What is so special about it? This location is a 'fancy' Baskin Robbins as it is serves as the training center for all of the employees who then move on to their respective BR locations. Plus, there is also a taste test kitchen in the building where they doctor up recipes, have panel discussions, etc! What does this mean for us simple folk? That this is the Baskin Robbins to go to if wanting to experience great customer service. Even though these are the employees that are "just learning"; they are actually better than the employees at all other Baskin Robbins locations. Perhaps because they aren't jaded yet. In addition, managers are taught here as well as cake decorators so it isn't just newbies. The bottom line is that the service is terrific: polite, courteous, and happy. Aside from great service, you will also find a vastly better selection of flavors at this Training Center location. This Baskin Robbins offers some of the regular favorites but also flavors that you won't find elsewhere as they test customer purchase frequency before adding it to the store roster at other locations. Pretty snazzy if you are an ice cream fan! Cleanliness is also top-notch at this Baskin Robbins Training Center as the store is much more spacious than other locations, bright, airy, and VERY clean! No sticky napkins or melted ice cream here! Plus, there is a drive -thru available if you are too lazy to get out of your car for your ice cream fix (and they are open until 10pm so late-night sugar cravings are satisfied here!). A large parking lot is also available. Don't worry about any restrictions due to this being the Training Center. This Baskin Robbins still redeems all regular coupons and offers. I had a free birthday scoop coupon and they had no issue with it. Long story short, Baskin Robbins isn't high-end gourmet ice cream but you want something quick than this Training Center location is the one to visit. Great service, very clean, and awesome flavors you won't elsewhere. I mean, hey, I just went against my "No Chain Review" rule; so it must be great!
(4)Spylgazz K.
This is the training headquarters for deliciousness and the only one with a drive-thru that I know of! I've been a fan of 31 Flavors since I was a kid. My all time favorite flavor is Jamoca. They offer free samples. The have a small umbrella table section to hangout, cool AC inside - can be chilly sometimes. You get coupons on receipts ;) Downside, they don't offer soft serve or 31 below anymore? Why??? Their customer service is super outstanding but can be a little annoying when you walk-in. Please give a little room to breathe, browse and think what flavor to choose - I always feel rushed
(4)Shila B.
There was a coupon that someone had given us in our hostel and we felt like something sugar, therefore, came down here. Basic selection, decent service and good seating inside.
(3)Mea M.
Super cheap and super good! Plus drive thru makes it even better. Best Baskin Robbins I ever been to.
(5)Rehan B.
Lemme tell you . The staff working here is very helpful . I came for my favorite ice cream but guess. What they were out of my flavour and when I was leaving they gave me a free ice cream of other flavour for free as an apology . I am coming back guys .
(4)Elvina B.
Best Baskin Robbins in the world.... but they actually are, they are the number 1 store in the world! They have most amazing cakes, even when you don't have time to preorder. Always have my favorite flavors in stock, and even new interesting flavors that they let you try! Not only are the products fresh and amazing, but customer service is superb. Always have the greatest staff that are always smiling. Drive thru is so convenient on a hot summer day! I recommend this Baskin to anyone who's looking for a pleasant experience and a delicious treat!
(5)Nicole M.
I haven't been to this location in years!! They have a drive thru now! That is surreal. The interior is also super nice. It's very clean and the decor is cute! Their refrigerator handles have spoons and forks, it's adorable! The ice cream cakes look really good, but too bad they're really pricey. Come on people, you're over paying for Ice Cream and a bit of cake, so not worth it. Dessert: I got a banana split and it was alright. Mainly because I'm not a big fan of that fruit. Warning: if you don't like artificial cherries, don't get them, they ruin the flavor of the ice cream. Price $5 and something cents. Service: Great service! The two workers were very friendly and attentive. While sitting down eating our ice cream they came over and asked us if we wanted some water! I thought that was extremely nice of them. *Scary* - We were eating our desert while the 5.1 earthquake struck! The workers didn't feel anything, since they were standing. And neither did any of the customers except us. We high tailed it out of there after that. Overall: Nice place to get desert. I want to try the Oreo cookies and cream, chocolate desert next time (can't recall the actual name).
(5)Sandra H.
Stopped by to order an ice cream cake for my son and was not disappointed. The cake was refreshing and quite delicious. The order process was quick and the price was not bad either. Definitely recommend.
(5)Sarah R.
Drive thru ice cream....umm yes please....when i wanna be a total fatty this is the place to go! It's your typical baskin robbins, tones of favor choices & fresh (never those nasty ice crystals in your ice cream) The down fall is the drive thru line take for ever and on a busy day the line is in the street. I have never parked and walked in because and am either 1. too lazy or 2. there are no spots to park.
(4)Sam C.
Ice cream! So happy that this place has a drive thru and is right down the street from my house. Whenever I need a treat this is the spot. Very clean and well run location. Its almost always got people here enjoying some sweetness. They have ice cream cake too which is my favorite thing in the world. Although I dont eat it nearly as much as I like to. Mainly so i can still fit into my skinny jeans. Bottom line- Its gonna be a hot summer. I think ill be here a lot
(4)Selmy M.
Just like the previous review mentioned, the only reason I am writing this review is because of the great customer service I received from Chris. He was so cheerful and polite. We ordered in the drive thru and when I asked for a sample, he offered to bring it out to me!!!! I felt like a princess!!!! I have gone to this place previously and I honestly have never experienced such awesome customer service! Chris for president lol...
(5)Kimberly Z.
I love this location! Staff is great and always friendly, cheaper prices than the others, more selection of fresh ice cream, lots more nicely decorated cakes to choose from and seems to always have several new flavors. They give meaningful coupons with every receipt which makes you want to come back for more, even cake coupons. They make your order easy and will substitue any toping you want for a sundae instead of having the standard toppings with no hassle. Its definately not the nearest one near me but will always come here. I love them!
(5)Kalia C.
This Baskin Robbins is not your ordinary Baskin Robbins. No, THIS location features a drive-thru and is also a training facility. Did I mention drive-thru? I know what you're thinking: "Oh jeez. I don't want to have my order screwed up by some bumbling teenager." -- But the fact of the matter is, that because this IS a training facility, the shop is super clean and well stocked - and customer service is #1. If there is a screw up, someone is right there to correct it. The cakes on display are top notch... including other items that are on the menu that are often not seen on display at other stores, such as frozen bananas and popsicles. Not sure what flavor you want? Ask for a sample! Additionally, if you work for Disney -- show your badge, and you can get a discount!
(5)heather b.
A drive thru ice cream shoppe ( they also have seating) great service fun flavors. It's a must when in the area.
(5)J J.
Cookies and Cream is my favorite!
(5)Haydee T.
This is the main location n factory very good location and had a drive the through.
(5)Adelina K.
Who would expect to walk into an Ice Cream shop and be treated so well? I sure didn't....but because of an employee name Chris, I felt the need to write this review. I went in to place an order for a birthday cake for my boss. Chris was so polite. So helpful and even recommended the type of cake I should get (which was a hit). He was just the nicest person I have dealt with in a store environment. Also, the place is immaculately clean! I love it. You walk in and just feel better being in the store. I have been to other Baskin Robbins locations, they are so dirty!! This will def be our Ice Cream shop from now on :)
(5)Becky R.
Fantastic customer service! Like a sweet tooth wonderland inside. Immaculately clean.
(5)Tee L.
I love the convenience of the drive thru so getting your ice cream late at night (they're open till 10 pm) is easy! The employees are friendly, courteous, and give great recommendations if you're stumped on what to get! It's worth the drive to get here - you won't be sorry :)
(5)Zeriah V.
I was craving Baskin Robins "Wild n Reckless" ice cream so naturally I got to this one bc I know that they have it. When I enter I was greeted by a young girl with redish hair an then again by a young boy, Kacey. After asking me if I needed any help he turned to the young girl, said something, then looked backed at me and laughed. I left and did not buy anything purely bc of him. And I was there to buy ice cream for me and my 6 co workers, and an ice cream cake for a birthday. They lost a huge sale bc of this rude remark by Kacey.
(1)Marcie K.
I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and when the girl behind the counter put the last scoop in the cup, I said "wow those are very small scoops" and one of the other girls said "our sundaes are made with child size scoops" Can someone show me where it says on the sign that says $4.99 for a three scoop sundae that they are child size scoops?
(2)Kevin T.
Sure this location isn't really near anything, but fortunately it has a drive-thru! But seriously, I don't know of any other locations that do. They tell me that they do exist, they the powers that be. But I've only ever seen this one. In any case, on my last visit everyone was incredibly nice and of course they have just a few short of a million flavors to choose from. I believe it's located in the building where they hold training, I might be making that up, but I suppose it could explain its flagship feel.
(4)Israel S.
Baskin-Robbins is the ultimate GO-TO place for ice cream! Over 31 flavors to choose from, delicious menu items, awesome service from the Baskin crew, and a cool, clean eating area. All around goodness! Mmmmm now I'm already craving ice cream !!
(5)Mike M.
They have a private lot across the street with more parking spots, Probably to accommodate all people who show up for ice cream during the summer. It is huge and it has a bad ass drive through. No need to get off the car for your cold fix it can't get better than that. ;) 31 flavors and couches to sit on! Yes please! Best baskin robins I've encounter by far!
(4)Phil B.
Great place to grab a scoop it even has a Drive Thru. Always friendly !
(4)Nick M.
Great tasting artistic cakes. My girlfriend is a veterinarian and I wanted to make her birthday special. I went in and the people there were very helpful and gave me some very good recommendation as to how to lay out the cake. Everyone loved the cake and the day was extra special due to the beautiful cake. Thank you Baskin Robbins!
(5)Harley S.
Last time I was in they gave me a coupon and told me that I could use it after the expiration date. Today I went in to use it. I was told it would not be honored. Bottom line - If your staff makes a promise and you refuse to honor it, your are not a trustworthy establishment. Told them to take my item out of the bag, paid for the my family's order and left... never to return again.
(2)Debra G.
Last week I got a chance to visit this place with some of my friends. Really a cool place. I love their ice-cream lot the most important thing is their service is really something special and I love to come back here. Price is also reasonable.
(4)Sal M.
They have a drive-thru bro! What is not to like about this place, friendly staff, clean place, and great Ice Cream.
(5)Lara C.
I live close to the Toluca Lake one but this place has a DRIVE THRU! I'm a new mom and hauling around a stroller for a 10 minute stop is tough. So this is every mom's dream especially during the summer!
(5)Kevin W.
This is the cleanest and friendliest Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to. They were packed, but the employees were doing a great job of keeping the drive-thru humming while taking care of the hordes of hungry ice cream eaters inside. I would highly recommend it. It's next door to their main training center, so maybe that's why they are extra-attentive. Bottom line: I will drive out of my way for this location.
(5)Julie O.
Still a classic place to have your favorite ice cream. -1 star just cause the price of I cream is solo high. But I still enjoy this pleasure of having my favorite flavor on hot Cali day.
(4)Aren A.
Bought ice cream. Went home. Melted; tastes like tears. You can keep your drive-through.
(1)Roxanne G.
The largest selection of ready-to-go ice cream cakes I've ever seen! Also I'm pretty sure this place has more than 31 flavors of ice cream avaliable for scooping. Additionally, they have frozen bite sized ice cream filled cones ready-to-go.
(4)Steve S.
We got luck this time, no big lines. Very great service. They have a Bart large selection of ice cream, cakes, smoothies. And drinks.
(4)Jeannette G.
The first Baskin Robbins and only one with a drive-thru. Whenever I drive down Victory, this is a must stop for me. Although it may be a little plain Jane of me, I always order the vanilla soft serve cone. To me, it just doesn't get any better than that. Simply put, its reliable.
(5)Michi B.
Luv the Drive Thru to get your fix on the go... There are also outside seating and parking lot. It is somewhat hidden, but worth going to get your 31 flavors!
(4)Amelia B.
Owner was rude and wouldn't honor the BOGO Wednesday deal (Buy a two scoop sundae and get one free) with the Banana Royale (a two scoop sundae with Banana added to it). The other Burbank stores will let you have BOGO on the Banana Royale and pay for the banana."
(1)Novy D.
For those who are thinking of having parties at the nearby Travel Town museum and needing a cake- we worked with this Baskin Robbins location and they were very accommodating. They were they only one near the location that carried Thomas the Tank Engine cake decorations. Perfect for our train-themed birthday! Because we ordered a double sheet they made sure that the theme could be spanned across the ice cream cake. Calling their decorator and assuring us that this could be done didn't make for sparse, oddly proportional decoration. It turned out beautifully! We went with their classic chocolate and cookies and cream ice cream cake and everyone was very happy. The frosting wasn't too sweet and there was a good even layer of cake and ice cream. The hold over time was a good fifteen minutes before we started to seen any real melting action occur. I appreciate the staff giving us that info so we could plan our trip accordingly. Not: when buying an ice cream cake of such size, be sure to let it sit out for several minutes so you don't put in too much effort cutting it as I did.

There is something about having a local drive-thru Ice Cream Store that makes me gleeful! Funny enough, even though I like the idea of staying in my car, I usually park and go in. This location is large and usually has plenty of seats available. It's located next door to the training center and definitely seems to be a cut above other Baskin Robbins locations. I frequent this location and the most recent visit was this last Saturday afternoon. It was packed when we went in, a girls soccer team was getting treats, but the staff handled it like pros. They had about five people works and we didn't wait more than five minutes. My boyfriend and I each had a scoop of mint chip (the best!!!) and our scoops were notably perfectly shaped. Maybe the head trainer was working behind the counter on Sat? This location always provides top service and great ice cream.

the service was good. the girls wprking the counter were great. issues though: i bought a single scoop cone for me and a single scoop cone for my son. why was his bigger... like a lot bigger. i ordered a soda. she poured it vertically from the fountain so it foamed up immediatly and overflowed, she poured out most of it and did it again, same result. then she blasted the siwtch reeally fast to fill it to the top. so the thing was flat in seconds. not to say she shoud know how to pour beer, but you have to respect soda the same way. tip the cup sideways and level it as it fills. bonus: the scooby do mystery machine was out front. the kid loved that. ill still go. ill just tell them how to pour my drink next time. yeah, theyll get mad but i dont want flat drinks. its listed as a training cener, dont know if its for managment , or franchise owners.... but this is the most "meh" baskin robbins ive ever been to. also kinda pricey. better quality sometimes at rite aid and cheaper.

Well, it tastes great but it's got GMO, pesticides, crap ingredients, just all around bad. Milk that comes from cows that have been treated with bovine growth hormone (BGH) to increase milk production. ETC. Eat organic people! (Nice people here tho.)

Their banana split sundae for under 6 bucks is such a deal. It comes in 3 different type of scoops with whip and the rest that comes with a traditional banana spit sundae. Best to have on a really hot day. With your air conditioner on and pulling in to the drive thru - you're happy and with not a care in the world. That's enough for me. It's on S Victory Blvd. A street that is considered a main street in the valley but to me it's the one part of Victory Blvd. that is never busy. Perhaps it's all the onramps and freeways it's near. One thing if you don't live around here but you are on the 5 freeway all the time you can just exit western or alameda and drop by Baskin Robbins and get right back on the freeway, lickety split.

If some of you are wondering...why the heck there is a drive thru in an ice cream shop!!!!! :well you see i have lived in burbank a pretty long time and my dad has worked here even longer and my dad fixes computers and has fixed one of the computers at baskin robbins and told me that this baskin robbins is actually a training place for people who want to work at a basking robbin store .Yup, they train there while cameras are watching thm from either upstairs or in the back room and if they need help they have a bunch of notes (that u cant see) that tells them what goes where and what to put in particular places.so if they mess up or do something wrong dont blame them becuz they might be new and besides their just trainees so dont critize them if they make a mistake its a great ice cream store and i LOVE their milkshakes...

It has a drive thru, how great is that? I hadn't been in awhile and i think it's pretty pricey these days for some of the desserts. I gave it 5 stars because there is the drive thru and between ordering and getting to the window my order (one a blast, the other a sundae) was done in about 1 minute- i just had to wait a bit for the sundae to be finished. Fast service and let me tell you, they didn't scrimp on anything in that reeses sundae. it was well worth the price and delicious.
