Stopped in with two friends on our way back from Cabazon (outlets, dinosaurs, desert, oh my!) for a late brunch (very late, we walked in at 2:20 and the place closes at 3!) and I was so pleasantly surprised at the delicious diner-style eats. The wait was a bit lengthy for us (about 20 or 30 minutes between order and delivery), but I think that was mostly caused by a large party who had sat right before we came in. The service was impeccable, and our very friendly waitress kept our water glasses full and checked in multiple times to see if we wanted any additional drinks during the wait. Two of us ordered the Hot, Hot Omelette, and the third ordered the Corned Beef Hash with Eggs. Everything came with a choice of hash browns, home fries, or fuit AND biscuits and gravy, toast, or a pancake! INCREDIBLY sized portions, definitely come if you've been hungry for hours; or order with the thought to bring leftovers home. None of us cleaned our plates (though we got dangerously close), and were all fully sated for the rest of the day. The atmosphere is darling, with lots of kitchy, country knick-knacks scattered about. Parking is plentiful, as the restaurant is located in the same strip as an Albertsons.

The place was crowded so thought it might be a good place for breakfast. That was a mistake. Sunnyside up eggs were burnt on the bottom, home fries were flavorless boiled potatoes maybe cooked on the grill for 1 or 2 minutes. No seasoning whatsoever. Others in the party were somewhat okay with their lunch items (BLT & burger). The burger seemed to be the best of the so-so offering. The pancake & bacon served with the breakfast were satisfactory. Not really worth the time as there are better places in the area for breakfast.

After the closing of Farmhouse (which is now known as a very disappointing Farm's House -_-), my husband and I were pretty disappointed with the lack of decent choices in the area for that awesome American breakfast food. Every time we craved pancakes or biscuits and gravy, we didn't know where to turn to. Then one day.. I heard through the grapevine that there was this awesome place called Patsy's Country Kitchen just on the other side of the freeway. I had made mental note of this and we finally tried this place out. THANK GOD FOR PATSY'S. I've only been here once so far but it was enough to know that they actually care about the quality of their food and that it comes out just right. We had a pretty good cup of coffee from here. I had the pork chops while my husband tried their chorizo plate (I know we always get the same thing wherever we go..) and it was AMAZING! Pork chops were juicy, tender and seasoned perfectly. Eggs and potatoes that came with were great as well. My son had pancakes and those were good. I did have biscuits and gravy as well but couldn't get to it as I was too full. lol. They have big portions which means we can pack up whats left and continue this party in my mouth later in the day. We are very VERY satisfied customers and will be returning.. frequently.. when we have money. :)

My wife and I worked all night and were looking for a place to eat breakfast, read some reviews and found ourselves stopping in at Patsy's. I'm soooo full and my wife is stuffed. Dawna was our server, friendly and fast. The eggs were cooked perfectly as ordered and the pancakes were huge, fluffy and tasty. The coffee was smooth, hot and a bit pricey (2.35 a cup). If you are looking for a great comfortable place to relax and eat great food then Patsy's is the place in Beaumont/Banning.
(5)Lori C.
So glad we stopped! Great food and great service. Clean bathrooms, cute decor and I loved the 80's 90's country music playing ( my favorite)!
(5)Boron F.
We don't leave many 5 star reviews, but... food was fantastic, service was amazing. The place is small, so if it is a weekend, I would say be prepared to wait. We had a 15 minute wait. But it would have been worth double that! I had the eggs Benedict. Hollandaise was creamy and smooth and there was plenty of it. The ham was thick cut chunks from their ham steak and the eggs were perfectly poached. Hubby had the Mexican skillet. It has choice of eggs, chorizo, jalapeño, and cheese. They bring their house-made salsa to the table if you want it. While all those things were delicious, the thing we both agreed was the best part were the home fries. They were absolutely perfectly seasoned and prepared. So, to recap, for awesome service and food, this is the place!

First time here and I love it! I was gonna head to Denny's but I found this amazing place instead. It's just down the street from my work place, after a long night shift. I ordered the country fried chicken with eggs, hash brown and biscuit and gravy! My favorite. It's not a loud place and the waitress took my order and not long after that I got my food! I will be looking forward to coming back with friends! Great prices!
(5)L N.
Favorite breakfast place! Pork Chops and biscuts and gravy!
(5)Chelsea S.
Stopped here with my girlfriends on my way home from Palm Springs. Patsy's is a must! We stopped in about 11AM on a Monday and this place was hopping! It was packed! Staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was great! You MUST try the biscuits and gravy! Portions are huge so I suggest a half plate if you want to share or just a side order of them if you're eating alone. We had a great experience here and we'll definitely be stopping in again next time we pass through!
(5)Vanessa N.
Mom and pop, country style dining for sure. Most breakfast spots don't have nothing on Patsy's Country Kitchen. Comfort breakfast food at its finest, from kielbasa omelettes, menudo, biscuits and gravy. This visit I tried the eggs benedict, it was tasty the sauce was rich a little overpowering, but good. The portions are large, you will have enough leftover for lunch. Patsy's is a great spot for those days you are craving a hearty breakfast.
(4)John C.
I stopped for breakfast on a dive to palm springs. When I arrived the place was packed and got the last booth. I order the Two eggs with toast, hash browns and sausage patty. It was cooked perfect and was delicious. I enjoyed breakfast so much, I stopped on my way back. This time I had a burger and it was very good I like my burger well done.. Freshly ground meat, crunchy vegetables, and soft bun. The staff are so friendly you just want to hang out eat.
(4)Cherie R.
Stopped in here on our way to Palm Springs with my family. The place was packed at 10:30 am with a ravenous breakfast crowd. I ordered the Chilaquiles and Eggs and oh my god it was delicious. The salsa used on them was so good with a nice spiciness and the potatoes they delivered were perfectly done with a nice crispness. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. We plan on stopping here before every Palm Springs Trip. I highly recommend this place and the Chilaquiles which were the best I've ever had.
(4)Katie M.
Eat here all the time. Everything I have had is good except maybe the biscuits and gravy don't have much flavor. Everything else though this is our go to spot.
(4)Barbie S.
It's a good ma n pa place with home cookin American food..but they do close early 3:00.. only open for breakfast n lunch!
(4)Rosie V.
This place is very quaint, you feel like you're eating in a small town. The food is great, I had a Belgium waffle with strawberries & whip cream. They were really generous with the portions. The waitress we had was very nice & helpful. The place is really busy on weekend mornings so make sure they get your order right. They forgot my sisters pancakes but they fixed the problem in a friendly manner. Forget I-hop try these smaller cafes & you will be pleasantly surprised
(4)Robert D.
I give it only 4 stars because it is not open after 3pm. In the Albertsons shopping center to the left as you stand in front of the shopping center. Next door to take home pizza. Anna and Kelli are the best waitresses there, so willing to please. Others great too. Poached eggs are my favorite and they prepare to perfection, with a choice of potatoes and toast. If you are a man go in the mens room and take a picture of a very funny sign on the wall. Have booth, table, and counter space so plenty of room. Crowded on Saturdays and Sundays--might be a short wait.
(4)Josefina M.
I have only dined in once and it was very crowded and service was a bit slow, that's why I usually order to go. Be sure to call in your order if you are ordering out or else the wait can be long. I have tried a few different breakfast items and they were all good. I love their breakfast potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Their omelettes are also yummy. They give you some homemade tomato salsa that is really good. Their portions are good and I always have leftovers for later. The only thing I don't like about this place is their coffee...it is not very good.
(4)Dave P.
Plenty of parking and a very nice staff / waitress. I always looked forward to my breakfast stop on the way to the Phoenix, Arizona area. The Breakfast plates are just right, not to much and not to little on the servings. The prices are Awesome for what you get and if CalTrans, CHP & San Berdo Sheriffs are eating there, then it must be really good.
(5)Elaine F.
I dont 5 star often this place was amazing! Warmly greeted when we walked in, food tasted home made and delish! Will be back for sure also prices are very reasonable. Great for families and groups as well :)
(5)Joan B.
This spot is our go-to spot for breakfast. Good food and great service. We have had the steak and eggs, machaca, omelets and skillets-all great. Their salsa is spot on too. My only wish is that they would have fresh fruit instead of canned fruit. I love the mix of customers. There are a lot of young people and a lot of old people. Everyone takes care of the older customers which makes me so happy to see.
(4)Ron W.
Patsy's is a good place for breakfast. It is a small place and you might have to wait but a good choice for breakfast. Coffee is good too so that's a plus.
(4)Sandy K.
Came in for bfast during the week. The place is country style and cute and has a counter along with tables and booths. I asked my waitress is the chicken fried steak popular and she confirmed It was well liked here. The CFS came with seasoned home cooked potatoes, eggs and I opted for biscuits and gravy which was comforting. The CFS was crunchy outside and tender moist inside and with the gravy. Service was spot on with the only con being that the credit card machine was down so this day was cash only - signs were posted upon entry. Thanks to yelp I've experienced another solid place for breakfast and I'll be returning.
(4)lolo G.
Perfect place for Breakfast. Was recommended by a friend. Wow really nice place wonderful staff and the breakfast was totally wonderful.
(5)Vandi M.
Back here again because it is just so fabulous! ! Man we all enjoyed our meals so much! And the price is great!!
(5)Danielle H.
How could I have not written a review for Patsy's? Bad Danie! If you happen to be in town and want great breakfast, this is your go-to place. I regularly order their skillets. My favorite is the Country Skillet because I'm a sucker for hollandaise sauce, home fries and kielbasa. The Cowboy and Denver are numbers two and three. My dad loves their biscuits and gravy. Also, a side that comes with most of the breakfast dishes is one pancake. These pancakes are huge, but so tasty. They're light and fluffy and not too sweet. The only downside, is you'll be too full for anything else. Come here for great service and even better food.
(5)Letty E.
Me and my fiance love this place. We always leave satisfied. Great food and great customer service! Zero complaints :)
(5)Lois M.
Find this restaurant 2 b one of the rudest and least attentive I have ever been two. Food is just fine with more than adequate portions. Sat at the counter twice and was totally ignored 4 over 15 minutes both times. Not 1 waitress so much as looked my way...offered a menu...or acknowledged my presence. I think even the cooks felt bad watching me b passed over. I am courteous, an above average tipper and nondemanding. I just got up and politely left both times. Just in case it may have been me, I mentioned this 2 two other people who sat at the counter. They said they experienced the same treatment. That at least made me feel better. Both times there was only 1 other person seated at the counter.
(1)Tj S.
I was a bit weary about coming to Patsy's due to the reviews and the location. The trip to Patsy's went extremely well. I didn't want to make a complicated order due to a review I read but I ended up ordering something off the menu. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an over easy egg and hash browns. The breakfast burger was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure our cups were full and that we were satisfied. The food is your average country kitchen style. There is nothing that really sets this place apart from others but I do recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
(4)Brandi T.
Very good food! Get there early cuz they fill up super fast! Breakfast is awesome and sizes are standard. Staff is running around busy but they do well with accommodating everyone the best they can.
(5)Jerry S.
This place is awesome! My wife's parents took us here the last time we went to visit them. Great food, great service, great prices and satisfying portions. The gravy is really good. There were six of us and we all had such a great experience. Awesome friendly service in a small quaint small town atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
(4)Stephanie I.
Good food. Always super busy, service is average. I have eaten here numerous times so no real complaints or compliments.....
(4)Mathew S.
Really. Good. Breakfast... Hot, simple, and delicious. I work nights and tend to hit this place BEFORE bed, but I can't imagine a better way to start your day either. Two thumbs way up.
(5)Rocky C.
The service was friendly, food was ok the gravey is great their pancakes are huge. Would recommend anyone to come here and eat if you dont mind ok food. Was packed full of people. The eggs were awful ordered over medium and they came out all runny whites not cooked at all. We did not get all our orders till half way through the meal. Biscuits came out cold.
(3)Marie P.
Great breakfast every one was great. Shelly was very attentive To our large party. Definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Thanks Shelly, you were awesome!!
(5)Lyn R.
I live locally so I used to really enjoy going to Patsys the food is generally very good but they had problems with their waitresses or should I say some of their waitresses. At times you can be ignored, at times you hear the waitresses gossiping among themselves or relating stories of other customers which to me is terrible. I stopped going to Patsys about a year or more ago because of service issues with the waitresses. As of the time I went to Patsys there were no busboys so the waitresses had to clean the tables and it was obvious they did not like this. sometimes a booth would be empty but not cleared and I would have to ask the waitress to please clear the booth. The waitresses, some of them seem to forget that you wanted your toast without butter or you wanted a side order of this or that and you had to correct the order. Seemed to like any deviation would throw the waitresses off. I really just got sick of bad attitudes and superior almost snotty personalities. Why they would act that way I do not know but there are plenty of other places to go where I don't have to deal with attitude--SNAP!
(2)Andrea C.
Excellent breakfast!! On a road trip and so happy we stopped here!!! Delicious :D service was great too
(5)Panda P.
This place is my fav in the area. It's a place me and my coworker frequent. Everything I tried on the menu so far had been really good. The service is awesome. They are very attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The location is very nice, comfortable and small town like.
(5)Linda B.
Good food! Generous portions and friendly staff. I prefer the breakfasts over lunch choices. The dining room is pretty busy mostly everyday, but the service is fast. Only open for breakfast and lunch. They close at 3:00 p.m. Daily.
(4)Elissa G.
Terrible! That was literally the worst eggs benedict I've ever had. I never leave my eggs benedict unfinished, so if you see it left barely half-eaten, you know something's wrong. This place reminded me of one of those nasty restaurants from Kitchen Nightmares. They should thank their lucky stars Gordon Ramsey hasn't discovered them yet. The food was bland and left a funny after-taste. I could tell the ingredients were cheap, old, and almost rotten. My boyfriend's omelette was squirting some weird fake cheese out of it. We both give this place an F. I even have a headache now, after visiting this place. The cook in the back was screaming at the waitresses the whole time. The waitresses were gossiping at the top of their lungs. No one was paying attention to the customers. We felt like we were in Grand Central Station. They weren't even that busy! There were more waiters than customers, and the place was still out-of-control! Don't come here! Do yourself a favor and check out Country Junction. Now THEY know how to run a restaurant properly and cook excellent food.
(1)Frankie A.
THE GOOD- Its Sunday, kinda busy the service was good. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The toast was good and the coffee was hot. THE BAD-The biscuits and gravy had a funny after taste. The potatoes tasted boiled. The pancakes were doughy. Over all the food was bland. THE UGLY- This place seems to be busy but im not sure why. Defiantly not worth the wait
(2)Mary L.
Excellent food, courteous and cheerful staff, competitively priced menu. The list can go on and on. No disappointments here.
(5)Carla S.
Food is good, decently priced, and large portions! The service is sometimes a little slow due to always being packed but the waitresses are all really nice. Definatly that small town feel.
(4)Eddie M.
I love the food and service here. Great staff great food and the atmosphere is really chill. Food.. wow there's not a whole lot to say but the food is great!
(5)Venka A.
I've driven by this place for years and finally decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised. Regulars are greatest by name, staff is really friendly. I ordered 2 eggs with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. So filling and tasty! The food coming out of the kitchen looked good and the portions were substantial. Food didn't sit, it went out immediately. A couple orders wanted changes (onion rings instead of French fries, extra cheese on an omelet) and the staff didn't question just fulfilled the request. Good freshly made food is hard to find in the area that doesn't involve a drive thru, Applebee's or Chili's. The Farmhouse is reopen, but I haven't heard anything good. The last two times I went to Grandma's, they're depending more on frozen and canned food. It's nice to see a place that still believes in a good tasting meal made well at a reasonable price.
(4)Jackie H.
Had the Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. Would have been better with country gravy instead of sausage gravy. Otherwise it was very good. Hubby had the 1/2 lb Rancho Burger and it was so big he could hardly eat it. He loved it especially because the meat was fresh hand formed patties. Service was great. And best of all, the check was only $20.00!!!
(4)Stephanie S.
Great staff and good food!! Large portions, however every time I do go my order does get messed up. But they are polite and fix it with not much hassel.
(4)V C.
Great food.. but it can take up to 30 minutes to get your food on a busy day. Otherwise I'd be rating this a 4.
(3)T M.
Food is excellent, portions are huge, my waitress was great, only complaint is it looks like the staff doesn't like each other , cooks look grumpy, waitresses are consistently saying I need this and sorry, very little smiles , overall food and all was great, but if you people watch you will see a lack of chemistry ..
(4)ryan s.
Pretty good bacon was over cooked and the use red potatoes for home fries in my skillet that seemed only baked and not grilled. Great service I would come here again but not as good as kopper kettle in yucaipa.
(4)Joe G.
I aka ways check out breakfast at these cozy places, and this was about as good as you can hope for - fast, clean and great food.
(4)Janel M.
Food was decent, service was bad. Finally had to walk up to the counter to ask for a refill. She brought it to the table, but ignored the other empty drinks. Waitress was nice enough, but definitely not attentive. They spent more time chatting amongst themselves then attending to the customers.... We won't return.
(3)Tony S.
A sunday must. the food is in huge portions and amazing, the staff is all friendly and attempts to help each other out. i have been here a few times now and have not been disappointed.
(5)Riley F.
Received a hot tip from a friend about this place and they were 110% correct! We were promptly seated and the service was very good and friendly too. The food was way above average and very good. We will be back!
(5)Amanda W.
Went back to patsys today food was great as always Dawna waited on us great service but they really need to have a talk with that ray lady she is so mean and disrespectful to Dawna we heard her being really mean to her . She's just doing her job the way it's suppose to be done . They all should do the same I thought they were all grown women not children we'll be back though cause we love it there
(4)Susie Q H.
We needed to get away from the desert and we wanted a big breakfast and boy did we find it. This place is quaint and clean, freindly staff. My better half loved their Hot Hot Omlett. I had their spinach Omlett w/Multi-Grain Pancake. Really good food and great portions. I also didnt get the typical smirk when I ordered water...which I often order because I dont drink soda and just had a starbucks so wasnt feeling like coffee. Overall great place and would
(4)Lacey A.
Had lunch with my family today. Good food, good service. Some items needed some salt, but I'm assuming with the elderly crowd that enjoys this place, the chef lessens the salt. The only thing we didn't like, was the macaroni salad it was too bland. Everything else was delicious! We'll come back!
(4)Eddie O.
My friend Erin and I decided to try this place for breakfast prior to our bike ride at Joshua Tree. The food was delicious with nice sized portions. My friend tried the Belgium waffles with whipped cream and strawberries while I had the breakfast burrito. The waffles were light, cooked perfectly, and the strawberries were so sweet and tasty. The burrito was flavorful and filling. The interior and ambiance gives you a real homey and country feel while the staff is very polite and hospitable.
(4)Dave C.
Absolutely one of the best places to have breakfast in the Pass. I go there all of the time. The service is always unbelievable. Dawna is the best server there, and it is always her birthday.
(5)debra l.
Just finished a delicious breakfast of spinach and mushroom omelette with the best salsa! We ordered the hot version and it was fantastic! Our server Karen was the best, very attentive but not intrusive! She. Is a very warm and friendly person. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
(4)Quinn C.
Went here today and it was alright. I ordered the biscuits and gravy as a side and they were cold, just like last time I tried them. The omelette was ok, along with hash browns. I just wasn't wowed. The service is good and the coffee is hot but I am still on the search for a great breakfast place in the area.
(3)Lisa L.
We were here yesterday, this was our second time there, since we were in the area, the food was good, and we still like the way the place looks. the only thing we don't like is that there's one hostess/waitress who is always rushing us to get out, we don't appreciate being rushed when we're here.
(4)Jason C.
I go here at least 3-4 times per week... WHY?!?!?!?! Because it's fresh home cooked greatness! My fav's, #53 and #59! The multi-grain pancake is the best. I think it has a hint of cinnamon. This place is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. All of my meals have been CONSISTENTLY great.
(5)Stephen M.
Great food and even better service. Was cheap and big portions. Will be a regular breakfast stop for us now.
(5)Jessica T.
Best place around for Breakfast! Great and Fast Service which is definitely needed because this place gets busy especially on the weekend! Their omelets, home fries, fresh salsa, and biscuits and gravy get my vote! Very kid friendly for the little ones! The portions are big and the prices are good! Definitely give it a try!
(4)Katie K.
Everything here tastes amazing. The breakfast is unbelievable and the service is great! It has a great 'Home' atmosphere, that ultimatley gives you the vibe of comfort. My personal favorites so far are their breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Great great food! :) I will become a regular with my mother.
(5)Samantha H.
OMG their #46 Sausage and Cheese Omelet is to DIE for; and I just love their biscuits and gravy. The pancakes and French toast is also good. Ham Steak is good as well. The portions are huge, so I'd highly recommend splitting.
(5)Kim D.
A great family owned type place. Good omelettes.
(4)Sheila D.
We went today had a wonderful breakfast, from a Wonderful waitress named Donna.. For sure when we go back I will ask for her, very kind not rushed and very polite.....
(5)Kevin C.
The food is pretty good but the waiter is a douche, he sat us with no menus, took our drink order then sat down at the bar and never came back. The other waitress took our order again but charged extra to remove the meat and add some peppers to my wife's burrito and the "medium" orange juice was about 6 oz. I'd hate to see the small.
(2)Melissa R.
Great breakfast place, good food! Good service!
(4)C. D.
I'm really thankful for this place. The country-cooking joints in the area fail to deliver good ol' home cooking like Patsy's. The service and food are both genuinely good. I'd have given the place 5 stars if their hours weren't so weird. I know it's a breakfast/lunch restaurant, but it sucks when you're totally denied because you roll up a half-hour after closing. The prices are right and the food is quality. If you're thinking of going the The Farmhouse, go here instead.
(4)Loius R.
Well where should I start. The food was okay, at best, but the service was horrible. We went there this weekend with our 3 children and I would have to say it is not for a family. To start it off the waitress came over to take our order when we started to order the waitress said hold on and walked away to go deliver someone else's food! When she finally came back to take our order she kept looking around like we were bothering her. then I asked for a water in a kids cup for my 2 year old daughter, she replied we don't have kids cups but I can give you a to go cup for 50 cents. Having no choice I paid 50 cents for a cup of water for my 2 year old to drink. I think after spending 37 dollars at the restaurant they could give me a 50 cent cup. Then to top it off we waited another 5 minutes with no 1 in line to pay the bill. This while 3 waitresses ignored us. Needless to say we won't be back. Just because you have a high chair does not make it kid friendly.
(1)Calvin P.
Wow, can you believe there was a family of rodents eating here at the same time I was? I mean we almost had to fight over the ketchup and obviously they're regulars because they clearly got the better booth. Anyhow, I'm not one of those guys who lets small things get to him so I stayed and toughed it out. Thankfully so because the food was a little bit awesome. Waitress was super cool and I kept the rodent rumors to my family however, I think the secret got out anyhow...
(2)Anjelikka K.
Friendly, neighborhood restaurant...the food is good
(5)Donna W.
Great customer service and food at low price. The southwest skillet is excellent. Chilaquiles are my personal favorite. The menudo must be amazing, I see everyone eating it and they ran out the last time I was here. There is a wait on the weekend. Can't stand when people start complaining about the wait. Everyone here is working very hard. The cooks are amazing and the severs are always pleasant. We like to sit at the counter. It saves time and we get to see all the good food. It all looks good. Make sure you have a big appetite.
(5)Edward L.
I have to admit, the food was amazing. But upon entering the restaurant I saw a little mouse wandering around the booth's. Myself, and another lady noticed the mouse. So like a good Samaritan I walked up to the front to let one of the employees know there was a mouse in the restaurant, her response was "oh ok". Like I wasn't expecting them to close up shop till they got rid of the mouse, but I was expecting more than an "oh ok". Not sure I want to eat here again...
(3)Tanya H.
Really, really like this little country spot. Met up with family in the area and they brought me here. Their omelets are so delicious. I love the three cheese omelet with grilled jalapeños. Great friendly fast service and good prices.I like the country decor, makes me feel at home. I will be returning when I am in the area
(5)Brendon K.
No complaints. Friendly staff, good food, very cheap. All in all, a very pleasant place to enjoy a good meal.
(4)Erica C.
Jaime (the cook) and Jamie (the sweetest waitress ever) make my every Saturday morning breakfast a very pleasant experience. The menudo is delicious and the sweet cook bothers to provide me with a bowl without the meat. I love the soup I just cant handle the texture of the jiggly meat. Every time I go there I am more than willing to wait for a table because I know I am going to be set for the day. Large portions, great prices, and amazing service. I don't know how they pull it off with so many hungry people.
(5)Kris R.
Just eating breakfast here, and Patsy's rocks! BnG is great, 'taters simple & tasty, and good coffee. Friendly waitress, country music and warm surroundings. An unexpected oasis on the road to Quartzsite.
(4)Paul J.
People who know me know that I am a customer service fanatic. Patsy's is as good as it gets!!!!! Elaine is awesome. Susan, Donna, and Kelly are all outstanding. I eat here every Saturday morning with a group of friends from church. The food is very good, cooked to order, and reasonably priced. This place does not advertise so it is all "word of mouth" but the place is always packed out when I am there. Patsy's is open Thursday through Tuesday from 6 am to 3 pm. the dining room has booths, small tables and family dining tables available. Be patient if you run into a crowd - the service and food are worth the wait.

Great Local Breakfast and Lunch Place. Food is good and service is especially friendly. The girls always go out of their way to make you feel at home and be sure your order is just what you expect. Wish they had some more specials ( In additional to their usuals) and hopefully one day they will add muffins and a tastier Cinnamon roll. They really know what they are doing over there at Patsy's and it is appreciated by not only the locals but guests just passing through. Their server Kelly is a real treat, she is funny and always cheerful with a smile on her face! Donna, Jordan and all the girls always aim to please. Thank you for making this the place to go in Banning. Stop by and give them a try.

I've been to Patsy's a dozen or so times and the place is usually crowded and the food is priced right. The food is okay, nothing to write home about, I have never been able to understand how you can foul up breakfast anyway, so what's the big deal. I've only had breakfast so this review isn't about anything else. The girls working are really great and quick to make sure your coffee cup is full. I sure wish a place around here would have some bagels and lox though on the menu. Oh well it's just the same stuff as any other place in town at Pasty's, just a few bucks cheaper.

it's ok. went for breakfast on a saturday, yes it crowded but what do you expect when it's located next to a retirement community. It's part of the Mia's restaurants, so the same cooking habits......too much cooking oil for the hashbrowns and eggs, same pricing, nothing to get too excited about, could use more help on weekends, it's bad enough to wait to give someone $$
