Definitely a great place to watch the game! Lots of TV's to watch the games. The wait staff will sometimes go around and check on you to see what game you would like to watch if the place isn't too packed and you're sitting in front of a TV. Great game day price specials. Wouldn't mind coming back to watch more games in the future

This place gets 5 stars because of their service and their atmosphere. The actual pizza is more of a 3.5-4. I say that because I like a thicker pizza, but overall the pizza itself has good flavor and is done well. It is just thinner than I would like. About the service- 3 different people looked after us while we dined. One lady tried everything in her power to get the Niner game on for my hubby and another group. Everyone was courteous. The workers alone make me want to come back. About the atmosphere- great place to watch a game or bring the family for some fun!

Short n Sweet: amazing selection of both local and renowned beers on draft, delicious pizza, laid back crowd, has an arcade room and plenty of TVs for sports Story Time: I was thinking of a place my friends can come and meet up with me over a three hour period on a Friday night. I also had to think of a place that was able to offer many options, not just alcohol. Not a ton of options unless I go to a public park, right? Behold, a place Out of the Park! ;) I was thrilled these guys are keeping up the business, and even opened another location!! I was sure this was a good location for a group of my friends to meet me after not seeing each other for one year. Hands down I was right! People's bellies were satisfied with top notch pizza--some topped with avocado and bacon, others topped with roasted peppers and sausage-- and thirsts were easily quenched by the limitless soda fountain or impressive beer. I loved the simplicity of the set up: walk in, stand in line if you are ready to order or go and find a bench to sit on. We enjoyed the patio space until it was Karaoke hour, and then simply moved into the dining room where it was still a moderate amount of noise, but it still allowed for some decent catch-up. There was no complaints with the customer service. All of my friends were happy and pleased. I'm sorry I didn't give this joint 5 stars in the first place!

Got delivery on a Sunday Night and received my order just in time around 45 or so minutes. I originally ordered a 10 inch gluten free flying Hawaiian but got hooked up with a 14 inch instead! My boyfriend got the 14 inch chuck norris pizza and he really liked it. Also it was 65 cents wings on Sunday so we ordered 6 sweet chili and 6 mild. It came with paper plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, ranch, red pepper flakes which was nice. I thought my gluten free pizza was okay... But the next day I popped the leftover in my oven and the crust tasted better. Not sure if when I got my pizza the crust was cooked all the way through but it definitely tasted better when I toasted it again. The wings were good for the price. Overall, a decent place to get some pizza & wings.

Sports bar with okay pizza and craft beer focus. Digital chalkboard tap list, great local and out of state craft selection. Staff was flustered from hosting a beer release even though they didn't even hit 1/3 capacity. Mixing up drink orders and giving me the wrong size pours. They charged $12 for 5 oz tap pours of Bourbon County Barleywine, which was ridiculous. Incorrect glassware- tulips for barleywine and snifters for saisons. Food looked decent, but didn't try it. Overall disappointing, but probably one of the better selections in the area. Their website has no information about what is on tap.

I will forever only be able to order there spaghetti pizza and pizza fries! It's so good, I can't bring myself to order anything else!! Make sure to dip with ranch, just heightens the experience. The place itself is homey, they have a few private tables and mostly shared ones. Good for families or groups of friends. They play tons of varied sports on a number of tvs all over the seating area. They even have an outdoor patio with occasional live music.

The first time I came into Out of the Park Pizza I was not very impressed with the customer service. The bartender seemed inattentive, and I had to wait a while to put in a drink order even though there was no one in line. When I ordered a pizza, he said "The kitchen closes in ten minutes". Did he mean the kitchen was closed and I couldn't place an order or I had just enough time to place an order? It was very poor communication on his part in addition to making me wait while he was chatting up people at the bar. I had a much better experience last night. The female cashier at the bar was very prompt, and she was also nice enough to change one of the TVs to the Clippers game when I asked. Out of the Park also has a large beer selection with craft beers from great places including Hangar 24 and Bootlegger's. I also had a pepperoni pizza, which was quickly prepared and a decent size and not too greasy. Their prices are also fair. They also have a lot of stuff to check out including the TVs, a little arcade, and karoke. Also, they're a Ducks bar and get points for supporting the local team.

If your looking for a great casual place for pizza and large craft beer selection, this is the place. Nice outdoor patio to hang out on a nice day and have a couple beers. Really nice, original pizzas to choose from, along with your standard pizzas. Good sandwiches and fried pickles as well. Lots of TV's to watch your favorite sports on. Bar tenders are knowledgable about the beer selection and are always willing to help you pick the right one, based on your likes and dislikes. Try this place and you will be glad you did. Five star rating is because of the good pizza, beer selection and employees.

Not sure what happened but service has really gone downhill over the past few months. We had previously come here once or twice a week and would end up spending lots of $ over the past several years. We've walked out of here now before being helped on several occasions recently and went across the way to Sammy's or Kenos where we haven't spent nearly as much time or money but they remember us and we always get great service - even when they are crowded. We'll be back here because it's convenient and the kids like it but we've had many more frustrating than pleasant experiences over the past few months.

Out of the Park is my favorite stop for a good beer and good food. A family like atmosphere, creative pizza options, and a great craft beer list. Honestly they have beers most places don't get and they rotate them pretty consistently. I love the place. They taught me all about beer. Now craft beer is my jam. It's not Taps, but its not trying to be either. Good pizza and great beer that's Out of the Park.

Update Review (2/25/15): It is refreshing to see that a business actually cares and listens to customers. After my first review, Donna, the owner, contacted me to ask for more details which I was glad to provide. Long story short, they had a staff meeting to address the concerns that I raised and asked that I give Out Of The Park Pizza one more chance. Fast forward a few weeks, I came back on a Tuesday evening. There was one bartender working. This was a new bartender I haven't seen before. The service I experienced this time was a complete 180. I was immediately greeted after sitting down at the bar. The service was fast. The bartender checked in with me occasionally to see if I needed anything. The bar was fairly full and there were other customers in line ordering food. I noticed that everyone was being served in a timely manner. Bravo to Donna and Out Of The Park Pizza for listening and focusing on the experience of their customers. Good luck! By the way, the craft beer selection here is very good. If you enjoy craft beer, stop by for a pint.

Pizza and Beer. This is the great place to kick it with family and friends. I only been here once and that one time it was Goose Island week. Most of the beers on tap were from Goose brewery. It was a Friday afternoon and it was hella packed. It was hard to get a beer. I decided to try the Goose Island coffee stout. It was $7 for 3oz pour. Hella expensive. But it was the best stout I had so far. My friends and I ordered the Chuck Norris pie since we were hungry. The toppings for this pie was chicken, buffalo sauce, avocado, and bacon. This pizza tit the spot. The new outdoor patio has just finished so I was great to drink and eat outside of the restaurant.

I've been going to Out Of The Park Pizza for a while now, and I've always been meaning to review, but I'm a little Yelp lazy (okay, maybe a lot) Anyway, I have two words for you: Craft Beer. Not, Bud Light, Stella or Coors; I'm talking real beer, and Out of the Park Pizza has plllllllllllenty of it on tap, my friends. They also also host Tap Take Overs which I frequently (sometimes too frequently, lets be honest) enjoy. To go along with their awesome beer selection, they also have service that is second to none. We recently went in to try the yet-to-be-on-menu deep dish pizza. It came to our table, and before I could get a slice on my plate, the owner came over and let us know that the pizza was made incorrectly (not the way he had taught the staff) and we were welcome to keep the pizza we had, but he would be bringing out a "correctly made" pizza out to our table shortly. Woop Woop!! We were making it rain pizza. Besides this instance, the owner ( I totally forgot your name dude, so chime in any time here) is always walking around, interacting with guests, etc. Another big plus for me is that the place has a section of games for my monsters. So while I'm getting my craft beer on, my kiddos are having an equally grand ole time playing some air hockey. Anywho, Out of the Park Pizza is legit, and anyone who says otherwise can kick rocks! Good place to watch the game and grab a drink and pizza with friends. First off, TONS is flat screens all around with a huge central one on the wall! Beer, you get to taste if you want before purchase. In not a huge beer fan, but I got the wheat orange and it was pretty dang good... Pizza, a little greasy, but can be easily forgotten once you take a bite! Soo good!! Not too thick on the crust (which I like) and just the right amount of sauce and toppings. They're not stingy on the meat toppings either. Got the meaty 8" pizza and 8" spaghetti pizza. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the spaghetti pizza!!! I wish I got the largest size. Some friends got the pizza with the pan fried egg on top. It looked amazing, but I'm not a fan on the runny yoke... Oo yeah, check-in to get 10% off any food :) Overall, great place!!

Love the pizza! Love the beers! This review is just on the service. The fist bumping girls pouring beer are just not quite with it. I know they are busy with people sitting at the bar, but to make people wait in line while you are fist bumping your buddies is rude. Then to serve them beer when they clearly have beer to still drink is just poor service. They were kinda running about with no clear organizational strategies. I also noticed that my happy hour beer pours were in a significantly smaller glass than they were in when it was not happy. See attached pic. But we always keep coming back because the food is great and the beer list phenomenal!

I was more than disappointed when I came in here the other night usually Cathleen is very helpful however in her defense it was a Friday night the place was busy and it was only her and another guy behind the bar but they charged me for a soda that they knew the carbonation machine wasn't working flat soda, no thank you and on top of that the order of fries were semi burnet, like really how hard can that be and I had a really hard time getting them to bring us new beers.

I was shocked. When my friend told me she wanted to come here, I was extremely hesitant. Neighborhood pizza place? When we got there, they had pool tables, a small arcade, tons of beer on tap, and an outdoor patio that was heated! They have a small stage outside for live bands or karaoke. We came here on a Wednesday night for karaoke. They started a little later than 9PM because there was a game on. The crowd is awesome, mostly guys who were drunk and sang. They did some Sublime, older songs I don't know, and some silly silly songs. There was a mix of the DJ (a guy with a mullet!), some alternative girl, some guys in a band, college kids, a few older men, and some guy who just broke up with his girlfriend and was singing some crazy songs. It's Happy Hour all day Wednesday (and Sunday) too so $1 off beer! It was so much fun that I'll definitely be going again!

They have the best gluten free crust ever! It's so soft and not grainy tasting. Actually, I think that if other people who don't usually eat gluten free tried it, I bet they wouldn't even be able to tell the difference except by visual differences. This place is good for groups and kids. They have a good selection of beer as well. There is a small arcade near the bathrooms with air hockey and skee ball. The outdoor seating is nice too and they have sun covers.

I really have nothing bad to say about this place. I'm here on the reg. First, their pizza is AMAZING. They have so many topping choices, a variety of sizes, and their pizza is the perfect amount of cheesy and yummy without being too greasy. Their pizza poppers are also another favorite. I would not recommend the boneless wings though, get bone in only. The beer selection is also amazing. They are always doing tap takeovers of different breweries so your pallet will always have something new. And they have so many items on tap to choose from. They recently got their full liquor license so you can grab a mixed drink, but they are still trying to master those drinks. And finally the atmosphere is what I LOVE the most. It's laid back and perfect for everyone. They have an arcade for the kids, a pool table for others, and enough seating for all your relatives. Plus the big selection of tvs will make all your football friends happy. Their karaoke nights are also a fun bonus.

I came to Out of the Park Pizza with a few of my friends on Friday, April 17, 2015 at approximately 10:00 pm. We wanted to give this place a try because of the spectacular reviews on yelp. We were super excited to try a new place. We ordered two pitchers of beers, wings, and one pizza. It took this place an hour to serve us the wings and pizza. First strike. The wings were not so great. it tasted bland and nothing special about it. I seriously rather eat pre-made grocery store wings than eating the wings from here. Second strike. The pizza- was very ordinary. Nothing special. It tasted like something I can get from Pizza hut. Third strike. I wish and hope anyone who wants to grab pizza and wings should go elsewhere than here for food. The service was not friendly. Horrible experience. What a waste of our money. :(

First off, we went because we saw a commercial at the movie theatres (cinema city) just across the way in which Out of the park pizza advertised a 15% off discount when you bring in your movie ticket stub. THAT WAS A LIE. When I inquired the bartender said that they don't do that anymore and something about there new system.. bunch of bs if you ask me. Anyway that's my only complaint "False Advertising" Either way we were hungry and ordered a pep n mushroom pizza. Yummy. Cool spot to go for a drink and some munchies after watching a movie. The pizza is on par with other great joints. Saucy flavorful not skimpy. Lots of craft beers to choose from. I drank a schooner of the house hefe. Excellent. They also have karaoke in the outdoor area. Will come again for sure ! But I will be on the lookout for the owner because they need to update there ad. I'm not one for the ol bait and switch move.

This place has a very interesting atmosphere. We went because everyone who's into the craft beer scene has raved about this place and the amount of taps they have. We went on a Sunday night during football playoffs and quickly found the bar to validate this. YES! About 30 beers on tap featuring some great stuff. When we went there was a lot of Hangar 24 and Bootleggers (the standard in OC), but there was some other great stuff too. So, that was great. PS they also have bottles and "other beer". We were lucky to get a seat at the bar where we ordered our beers and a pizza. When the pizza came out it looked delicious. When I tasted it, it just was ok. Nothing against the actual taste of the pizza. I just happen to like my pizza with a thicker crust. I mean, this wasn't crackers and tomato sauce, but definitely wasn't my preference. I loved that they used so much pizza sauce. I love saucy pizza, just on a thicker crust. The bartenders were friendly, but I definitely got a vibe that they spend more time with the regulars. That's cool, but it took awhile for us to flag one of them down so we ended up not ordering another beer. Also, there was a girl that worked there having a heated discussion (at least it sounded heated) with a customer. As a woman that frequents the "F" word it didn't offend me, it was just weird to hear that as a customer. Like, you should probably take that outside or something. Otherwise I'll just get nosey and get all in it. Then it gets awkward. Anyway. That's my story.

At first glance it seems to be a pizza hut establishment but as you enter and come into contact with the bartenders and the beer menu. Pleasantly surprised is what you get when going through the menu. There are beer samplers to try before settling in on a beverage ,and since we were new to this place we sought the guidance from bartender jo for foodie delights. I was a bit skeptical from the reviews but gave it a try and all I can tell you is to come in and talk to jo. Everything she recommended to us was super amazeballs! Love love love this place Ive only been once and my 1st impression is GREAT!! I went with my hubby and 3 brothers before we were going to the movies. When the Bartender found out it was our frist time he was so nice to us, they made us feel really welcomed and the other patrons were friendly. The food is really OUT OF THE PARK!! Ended up over charging me by almost double!!! The service was terrible so I informed them about the charge and the bartender basically ignored me. So, it wasn't worth it for me to argue so I payed and walked out. I tipped the normal 20% on how the correct bill would be. Then I just looked at my credit card statement today and found out that the bartender helped herself to my money!

My girlfriend and I have been consistent regulars for about two years now and every time we come in it is pure joy especially on Wednesdays which is one of the many happy hour days with karaoke. John Gandy is the best karaoke DJ I have heard and he casts no judgments on people. He includes everyone at a consistent and timely manner and does not skip over anybody. He keeps the crowd poppin and keeps the crowd going. Also the food is amazing and beer is awesome served by the most genuine staff on the block. The bartenders are quick and fun and nice and the servers work hard. The ambience carries positive vibes for a night to hang out with friends and also family fun friendly. One time however, Friday night a different DJ named Sean emberassed my girlfriend on the mic. Pretty lame. But other then that, this establishment is well run. I wish John could do Fridays again though. This place is phenomenal and I highly recommend anybody and everybody to come to this restaurant anytime.

Now that I've moved much closer, I've been going to OOTP much more often. They always have great beer on tap with beers that rotate very frequently. On top of that, the pizza and pizza balls are great. The Chuck Norris is always a good bed along with just a good ol' pepperoni and garlic. Service can suffer at times when they get busy, but what do you expect? They're running all over the place working to get through the line as quickly as possible. My only other slight complaint is how much of the place they'll rent out to kids' parties. I know it's probably a huge money maker and helps them keep such great beer on tap for me, but when I go on a Friday night and it's standing room only because there's tons of little rugrats running all over the place playing video games instead of eating pizza, it gets a little annoying. But if you go during an off-time when they're a little more quiet, it's amazing. Great pizza, awesome beers, good, honest staff. Keep it up!

Ive been going to the bar at Out of the Park for years, but I wont be anymore. The beer is good but the service there is terrible. Donna and Nick are great, but every other person that works behind the bar has a shitty attitude and doesn't even try to make you feel welcome. There are literally hundreds of places to drink in Orange County, why should I spend my money at a place where the waitstaff cant be bothered to acknowledge your presence? Terrible.

I love this place!!!! I am very picky with my pizza and this is by far one of the places I crave for good pizza. They have a great selection of specialty pizzas and their pizza poppers are a MUST TRY! If you dine in they have a great selection of beer and everyone is always very friendly. Idk why this place doesn't have a better rating.. I had a great pizza experience with OOP. The location is in the far back of a little shopping plaza where plenty of parking was found. The inside housed a unique and vast selection of beers on tap with a friendly bartender behind the counter. They also had a small selection of wines but as stated in one of my previous reviews I am neither a beer nor wine drinker. Give me some tequila and I'm good! Food: We ordered a 14 incher that goes by 'The Works' and my oh my was it fantastical! Mushrooms, olives, tomatoe, bell pepper, pepperoni, & sausage. Basically a supreme pizza but it was cooked perfectly! Meaning not burned and all ingredients melted together deliciously! On top of that, the pizza was not your averagely greasy pizza, no sir! It was minimal. Now That's what I call pizza! Heheh We also ordered they're cheese sticks.. Divine! Not very greasy either. Cheese was melted perfectly and there was just a hint of garlic. None of this overpowering garlic nonsense. Perfection! Overall great experience, I can see why the bf is a regular now ^_^

Totally unexpected sports bar joint in the corner of the Innout Plaza. The only reason I decided to come here, was the weekend before, it was packed! This place has many tv's to enjoy your sports needs. (finally a place near Yorba Linda to have sports bar.) The only problem. No liquor. We wanted to do some shots, but they only serve beer here. What a shame AND you have to order at the bar all the time. But on the upside is they have a wide selection of beers, so kudos for that! Only came here for drinks, but the pizza's looked bomb. Next time I'll be ordering one of those. Can't go wrong with pizza and beer :)

Great pizza and craft beer location. Bartenders/servers are very friendly and offer suggestions once the find out what beers you like. Can get a bit busy with youth teams so seating is sometimes a mess and place gets a little cluttered. Great with kids, ok without which is too bad because as I said food and beer options are very good.

I was almost offended that someone would ATTEMPT to name a pizza after the one-and-only Chuck Norris. It just didn't seem possible that a pizza could be worthy of such a name... how arrogant of them I thought to myself. Then I ordered one. Then my face melted. This is an amazing pizza, with a crazy combination of ingredients and flavors that come together in perfect balance to sock you upside your head, and ninja-punch your pizza cravings. It really is worthy of its namesake. That pizza alone is 5-stars. Oh... they have a great beer selection too.. Plenty of taps, with lots of really good beer.

Given this place a ton of chances. Here's the basic pros and cons. This was after 4 different visits, and only one was during an event. The rest were normal "grab a beer and something to munch on during the weekend" sort of things. Pros: -Decent food at times. Cons: -They are REALLY bad about gouging for beer prices on stuff that they get in. Paying $7.50 for a TINY pour of Clown Shoes Mexican Sombrero is pretty criminal. Pouring 8oz half pints of Alpine Nelson at a markup that was more expensive than most other places pouring an actual glass is pretty wrong. Don't even get me started about how much you all were charging for the Goose Island stuff during the event. It was a total mess. -Does not take well to any sort of criticism on the fact that they gouge. Also, you might really want to think twice about saying things that hint at "we got the only keg, so we can set whatever price we want." It makes you seem like a dick. Or when someone asks the bartender why they are pouring half pints of something that isn't supposed to go into half pints for that price. I sent an e-mail to Alpine about it. Heard they don't like people that do that, seeing how almost every other place in the SoCal area got kegs of it too. -There has been a couple times that the Eggscelent Pizza has made me run to the toilet for days on end. Don't know if it was bag eggs the 2 times I had it, but it was bad. I also don't have a sensitive stomach and grew up eating a lot of heavier stuff. This was the 2nd to worse case of explosive chorro I've had from a place, and the first was Orochon Ramen after eating the Special #2 (which is delicious, but know what you are getting into). Congrats. That's an accomplishment. -Dirty glasses for beers. I'm not a clean freak, but a good half the time I've gotten a glass of something it had to be sent back. Bits of food floating, funny colored grime, etc. Not talking about smudges here either, just straight up not cleaned right at all. Glass sanitation is a pretty big thing at any place that serves well...anything you would drink. It's easy to do, and it can be very disgusting if you don't. I used to work at a crazy busy bar. No excuses here. -Pardon my language, but whomever you have responding to people on BeerAdvocate doesn't know how to internet. Might want to prevent them from typing things. Step it up people. It's more of a pain to go than to just drive just a tad bit farther and not feel ripped off or wary about long drives for the next 2 days.

The pizza was pretty good but how hard is it to mess up a pizza? Now on to the wings...Never should wings be baked! Cardinal rule #1 they are to be fried!! They should tell the customer-maybe try taking some of the beers off the menu and invest in a fryer. The dining room floor needed a good scrubbin' too

Although ordering anything is still at the bar, they have finally made it easier by sectioning it with a rope! No more having to order in between people sitting at the bar. Still my favorite place to go hangout with friends and grab a beer. Love the selection of beer and love the new monitor thing where they list all the beers. I did like it before, but now it's even more easier to read. My favorite season of sports is coming up so that just means please stay out of the lounge room. Ha, just kidding. But really, I love coming here.

This place is awesome it brings two things that I enjoy very much together, Craft Beer and Pizza. They have constant rotating taps and special tap take overs from different breweries. The Pizza is Outstanding I recommend the Chuck Norris, I also love the pizza poppers and wings. If youre a sports fan you'll have plenty of TVs to catch all the latest action. "When it rains, it pours" was the story of my life last week. I felt like everything bad possible was happening all at once. An emergency trip to Orange County to see my cousin in Tustin motivated the 7-hr drive from the Bay Area and we ultimately planned to spend the night at my grandparent's in Anaheim Hills. I lived with them for 6 years when I was a child, and have driven down to visit countless times since then. So how is it possible that I had never been to Out of the Park Pizza before this? Seriously - it's so close to their home! We actually stopped at the FoxFire but they turned our sandaled feet away and it was then that we thankfully found this gem on Yelp. We had been eating for hours at my cousin's house and the thought of more food was very unappealing. Shaina was bartending and we ended up ordering a pitcher of Hef that I think was about $17. She kept it in the cooler for us when she noticed how slowly we were drinking. Can't remember what it was, but I enjoyed it. They have a large screen listing all of their beer and it was very easy to read. That was pretty cool. Lots of TVs as well. The place was really big and bustled with employees and several patrons. We played skee ball and other arcade games. We talked with people at the bar and then moved on to the pinball machine. Free pool captivated us for a little while as well. Outside we watched a few games of ping pong. We made friends with two guys that told us a little about the place and recommended some pizzas. Carlos and Javier! They were brothers and they were super nice. I love when we're out of town and we meet new friends. :) The next guys on the ping pong table were great too. One worked at Medieval Times and we asked him a million questions about his rad job. Pizza-by-the-slice is available after the kitchen closes but it was almost 11 and they were still open, so we ended up ordering a personal pizza with ranch and avocado and sweet chili chicken (also a BBQ chicken option on this one). I had 1 of the 4 slices. Even though I wasn't hungry I probably could have eaten the other 3 as well. It was really good. Glad Carlos suggested we order something. So at least one really great thing came out of the weekend. We will definitely be back in this place. We don't get to go down to visit again for a few weeks, but for my husband's 30th bday in August we decided to skip BurningMan and go to Disneyland. (His decision) :) So I'm pretty sure a birthday pizza from Out of the Park is in our future!

The good: Chuck Norris pizza was delicious. Had their Bootlegger's Hefeweizen, and it was incredible. Quite refreshing and went well with the pizza. Friends got some chicken wings, which they enjoyed. Thought they were decent, but not a whole lot of meat on the bones. Another friend had a habenero sauce pizza, and that thing was HOT. BEWARE! The bad: This place reminded me of a Chuckie Cheese. Tons of kids running around, but it randomly had a bar in the back corner. It's somewhat confusing, they weren't really like a waiter service type of place. You ordered at the bar, and then found a free spot to sit. Tables are cramped, place feels dirty and dingy, and just lots and lots of kids ... being kids. The verdict: Chuck Norris pizza and the Bootlegger Hefeweizen are a great pair. Other than that, this place is just 'ok'.

I liked this place. We went with friends and their four kids. They wooden picnic benches for seating- pretty cute. You order at the bar and pay right there. I liked that because it made it easier to pay separately instead of trying to have separate checks or split a bill. The people working were really friendly and helpful and kept checking on us. You order at the bar, get your own drinks (free refills on pop and iced tea) and bring your number to your table. They bring your food and bring you paper plates. Napkins are on the tables. My husband and I got two of the 8-inch pizzas and split them. We had the ham and pineapple one (it had a cute name) and we thought it was just OK- a little bland. We also had the spaghetti and meatball pizza and this was DELICIOUS. I wish we had ordered a bigger size of that one- yum. The crust is soft and the pizza is a little greasy but we blotted off the extra grease with napkins and it was very tasty. It seemed like it was going to be really loud but it wasn't too bad. We had fun and thought the service was great and the pizza very good!

Where to start with this place...the problem is not in the food or beer. Great tasting unique pizzas and a variety of beers on tap. The problem is SERVICE!!!!! Absolutely horrible service. The ordering system is terrible. They usually only have one person taking orders and never more than two. It can take 20-30 minutes to order your food or get a new beer. Do not ever order delivery because it will more often arrive wrong. I order pizza a few times a month and without exaggeration it is incorrect 70% of the time. I have talked to management and said I enjoy your food but it has come to a point where I may decide not to eat here based on your service. They were not even apologetic. After once again ordering delivery, it arriving incorrect, me driving there, and waiting for them to remake it, I have decided to avoid this place. I suggest only eating here if II have a lot of time and you are a patient person.

Very cool place to grab a beer and some good pizza. Place reminds me of being a kid and going to a pizza party with my baseball team during my little league days. Tons of varieties for pizza with super cool names (ie: Steve Colbert, Chuck Norris, etc.) I recently have fallen in love with their wings, the employee told me they are baked when I complimented them and that made me love them even more! Wings & Beer is all it takes to make me happy. Check with them about there tap takeovers, I went once by chance (happened to walk into it). OOTP has local breweries come in and take over a number of taps with their own beers, people that were there on the night I attended were going crazy, some of them drove up from San Diego just for this event! A solid place to hangout and good for kids too (game section in the back).

This place has the best pizza topping combinations and names you could ever think of. I highly recommend the Chuck Norris, it's my favorite pizza there. They also have great beers on tap, always. Normally I would give them 5 stars, but their kids area, arcade whatever corner..... it kills me. Sorry not sorry, someone had to say it. I feel like a place that has such awesome beer should know that the beer drinkers don't particularly care for easily excitably, emotionally dramatic children....or maybe they're secretly geniuses and have discovered that IPAs make it easier to deal with them [kids]. But, as long as they continue to serve great pizza and beer I will continue to come here whenever I get the itch that only Chuck Norris can scratch.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, when its Happy Hour all day! I was surprised it wasnt more crowded, but thats fine with me. We sat at the bar to get a good look at all the beers on tap. Very friendly staff behind the bar, offered us several samples of beers and wine until we found the drink for us. For wine, a pinot noir called Hey Mambo did it for me. Little spicy and a little fruity. Delicious. The fiance had several beers he liked. For the pizza, I would recommend getting half Chuck Norris and half Texan. Both have almost all the same ingredients, bacon, avocado, and ranch, but Chuck Norris has buffalo wing sauce and The Texan has BBQ sauce. Honestly, both are delicious! Crust isnt too think, you can enjoy several slices of each! Not too crowded. The food was good, and wide array of draft beers. On certain nights they have 0.89 cent wings, live music and other activities. I'm an avid pizza eater and have tried money places around O.C. This has to be one of the best places I've been for a nice cold beer and delicious pizza. The amount of beer they have on tap is amazing and the variety of pizza selections is mouth watering. The chuck norris was delicious the first time around. The second time I came in and ordered this, they put WAY too much bacon which was overkill for my taste buds. I had a lingering taste of it even after washing it down with a pitcher of beer. I also tried their meatball sub and WOW...one of the best I've had. The appetizers are great too, especially the cheese bread/sticks with pepperoni on top. All you gotta do is get a side of ranch and marinara sauce and you have a mini pizza appetizer. The only negative about these appetizers is that they are WAY overpriced for amount of food you can get. Hell, you can order a pizza for a dollar more on most items. Even with the price of some of the items, the selection of beer and food gives it a 5 star rating. So why did I take off 3 stars? Now...onto the thing I dread the most when I walk through the doors...the service. Sorry for the rant but this has to be said in full. When this place first opened they had customers order right when you walk in. If you wanted beer, you go to the bar area. I dont know when this changed but now everything is done through the bar. THIS IS SO ANNOYING! The Bartenders are a hit and miss. One day they'll be helpful and will get to everyone. On other days when they have female bartenders, it is the worse. The last time I came in, there were kids waiting in line next to a bunch of drunk guys sitting at the bartender. When the kids were finally in the front to get change to play the arcade games, the female bartenders didn't acknowledge them and kept flirting with all the guys gawking at them. They had to leave and come back with their parents...thats inexcusable. Also...how is it okay for these female waitresses to be dressed like they are about to dance on a stripper pole at 7pm when there is a little league team eating not too far away. Corsets? Really? Obviously this is a family establishment due to the game room they have. Why not treat it like so. I don't even know why parents bring their kids here after 7pm any more, especially after seeing how the female bartenders are dressed. In my opinion its worse than hooters! One time I was in line to order a beer. I tested...ordered...and paid for a pint. What does the female bartender dressed in a leopard corset clanking around in high heels do? She starts talking to the side of the bar that was been eying her the whole night. She takes their orders...and give them their pint before me. I sit there..baffled and confused. I try to wave her down but she walks to another guy and takes his order. I decided I'm going to sit here and wait and see how long it takes her to notice something is wrong, mind you I'm at the front of the line and there are a few people behind me. This goes on for another minute until she walks over and asks, "was there something you wanted hun?".... I tell her what happened...she gets me my pint without even a sorry, and walks back over to her entourage. Not even helping the people behind me. The service (female bartenders) and the way things are ran are horrible. Open up the front register for goodness sakes. I would've given this place a 5 star rating if it ran just like it did when they first opened it. The food and beer is amazing and that is its only saving grace but damn the service is just not there.

Food has definitely gotten better than it used to be and they have a good beer selection. Caters to sports teams and we also really appreciate their support of our kids music programs with the use of their outdoor stage. On the downside the service is usually sub-par. Very disorganized and usually understaffed. On a quiet Wednesday night just waited 8-10 minutes to order a beer at the bar. The entire place also needs a good scrubbing. Bathroom floor usually wet. Floors and table sticky. Crap piled up all over. Half of the lights have been out in the sign out front.

This place is straight up cultural chaos. Don't come to Out of the Park seeking sophistication or any sense of decency for that matter. If you expect service to fit a mold, servers to talk to you a certain way, your meal to be exactly the same each time, your beer pour to be exactly the same each time, a finely tuned atmosphere that makes you feel hip or cool, and all the other shit that most professional businesses would pride themselves for, don't come here. Come here if you like honest curiosity for food, beer, and spontaneous ways to have a good time: the best rotating tap list in North Orange County, spontaneous bottle shares with phenomenal rare bottles, a genuine staff that humbly tells you what they think even if what they think is ignorant bullshit, a pizza selection that follows no conventions (spaghetti pizza, like, really? but hey it's pretty tasty), and a selection of regulars that know more about beer than most bar owners. The owners here are casual as fuck and hang out with everyone as if they were customers themselves. The place is designed selfishly for them to have a good time, so it's no surprise that almost everyone else there is also having a good time! The people who aren't having a good time are the ones that walk in, get confused by the chaos of it all, and pridefully walk out with a smug look on their face because their "standards" weren't met. I was once one of those people. I let go and realized that Out of the Park is one of Orange County's rare gems and contributors to our confused beer scene, and I feel like I'm now a better person because of it.

Sunday nights... this place has an open kitchen until 10pm so its perfect when my buddy and I finish our sunday night shift. Grabbed a pepperoni pizza, pitcher of wheat beer, it was the perfect end to a weekend. 3-stars bc the pizza was nothing out of the ordinary, just good pizza and beer. What the heck is wrong with this place? No beers like Guinness, Newcastle, Killians, or Blue Moon? I am all for micro-brews, but get with the program and get beers in your restaurant that people know. You are losing customers. Bad business practice. I used to go there all the time when it first opened, and thought it was a new hip place. I soon came to realize I miss my beers I am used to. Now I am there maybe once every three months just to get the pizza. Mike, or whoever owns the place, please look into getting beers in your pizza store that people know and like and actually grew up with. Keep a mixture of commonly known beers and micro-brews. You will make more money.

It's a little weird that you have to order your food from the bar, but my husband and I were ordering drinks as well and it make it the one-stop-shop. They have TV's EVERYWHERE! My friends had their Rehearsal Dinner here, and it was an awesome choice. Granted, Anaheim is quite a trek so it may be a while before I go back, but if the opportunity ever came up, I'd definitely go again. The pizza was deceptively filling. My initial proclamation of "I'm going to eat 8 pieces of pizza!" was stopped after one slice because it was so full of doughy bread, gooey cheese, and perfectly placed toppings. I'd skip the cheese bread, though, when I went back - nothing to write home about. Oh, and the beer! I had the Rogue Pumpkin Patch Ale, obviously seasonal. I also saw offerings from Dogfish Head, Stone Brewery, Lost Abbey, and Hangar 24, to name a few. Good pizza, good beer, laid back atmosphere.

I can't wait for The Cuir to be tapped, its been too long since I've enjoyed that one. Overall, its a good place to grab a beer and some pizza. Love This Place! First of all, they have a great draft beer selection. Dogfish Head Chicory Stout and 90 minute IPA, various Stone brews ... you won't be disapointed. The place has lots of TV's and is excellent for watching sports. We watched most of the NFL playoff's there. Pizza choices are interesting and I would definitely give some of the odd choices a try. We have tried the Texan, Big Slider and The Duke. The Slider tastes like an In-N-Out burger! The staff is very friendly and definitely have a good time. The owners know their beer, but don't count on anyone else for guidence (except for the regulars at the end of the bar). Support this local bar!

I like this place to drink at the bar, but I can't seem to give them any quick business on food. They also often don't have the food items listed on the menu. So I have only been here twice. There's really nothing to it. It's just a pizza with a bar. But the atmosphere is fun especially when they have an intense game on the many tvs they have. The bartender, not sure of his name was really nice and knew his beers. He gave us samples of beers to see if we would like them; which I thought was really great because I hate ordering new drinks and if I end up hating them, there goes 5 bucks! They have a beer that tastes like fruity pebbles!! Weird right? Anyway their pizza is great, kind of greasy so defiently not for the dieter. And OH MY GOD THEIR BREADSTICKS! if you check in using yelp they give them to you free! Pretty awesome! Affordable and close to home. Can't beat it.

This place is pretty good and close to my house. I usually get the Chuck Norris pizza which Im a big fan of. They do have about 25 TVS I believe, and I usually come in to watch my LA Kings kick some A**. The only eye sore would be some of the employees friends that tend to come in (Kinda white trash. Purchased the Yelp deal and spent about 20 minutes calling before someone actually picked up and took our order. Very annoying: The Yelp deal clearly states you can EITHER print the coupon out OR show the merchant the coupon on your mobile device. As I don't have a printer, I planned to use my iPhone. When we placed the order, the girl who answered insisted we had to print the coupon out in order for it to be valid. I explained to her that I would not have purchased the coupon had I not read in the terms that I did not have to print it. There was a bit of back-and-forth about this, and since I didn't back down, she put us on hold for several minutes while she checked with someone. Came back and said it was OK as long as she was able to push the "mark this coupon as used" button when we picked up our order. Whatever, fine. Pizza was.. good? The Stephen Colbert was greasy, but I guess that is unavoidable with all the cheese + pepperoni. Sauce was good, cheese flavorful, etc. Overall probably 3 out of 5 on the pizza. I am hesitant to try this place again after having difficulty getting someone to answer the phone, and the confusion surrounding the Yelp deal. It seems like they're understaffed and the staff they do have are not all on the same page. Also, seems like they really cater to youth sports teams, so I will never, ever want to dine-in here. There are other places to get a beer where I don't have to be surrounded by dozens of kids.

Came in for lunch to try out their Lunch Special. All you can eat salad bar and pizza by the slice. For $8.99 plus tax, I would have expected a little bit more at the salad bar. You get your basic salad bar; romaine lettuce, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber slices and croutons. And of course your choice of salad dressings which were not marked. Where is the cheese, ham, bacon bits, etc... And be warned you only get a small slice of your choice of cheese or pepperoni pizza. Pizza was a little rubbery. Oh I almost forgot you get a small drink.

I love this place. Some of the best pizza I have ever tasted. The mixes of cheeses they use is amazing. You may not even be aware of the cheese at most pizza places but when you taste this pizza you will know that you have been missing something. Did you know that most if not all pizza places use something called "pizza cheese", well I hate to break it to you but most of it is soy cheese and a very small bit is real cheese in order to keep costs down. How else did you think Little Caesars made a $5 pizza? When you take a bite of the pizza at Out Of The Park, you can tell that all the ingredients are fresh, no frozen dough here and no "pizza cheese"! My family loves coming here to play in their arcade and eat. This is a great family place and great place for sports nuts and local teams to gather. They have a large amount of flat screen t.v.'s. that boggles the mind!

If I could, I would give 5 stars for beer selection, 4 stars for the pizza, and 2 stars for decor/service. The beer selection is fab! I am a craft beer fan, and every time I've visited the selection did not disappoint. If you happen to come on a slow night, do yourself a favor and order a beer sampler. I tried all sorts, from Stone Escondidian Imperial IPA to The Bruery's specialty of the day. I have to say, the impressive selection at the bar seems a little out of place in the Little League party-esque interior. Decor is not impressive, and the eatery is often overrun with loud children before 10 pm - and after 10 pm, loud drunks. I guess it's to be expected for your local bar/pizza joint, but still, not always pleasant. Also, the service often leaves something to be desired when it's busy. Difficult to get the attention of a server, and you might spend 20 mins at the bar before you're even looked at. Also, almost every time I've come in, I wait at the front counter to order (where the menu and registers are), only to be told that the front register is closed and I have to order at the bar. Weird, especially during busy dinner hours. Pizza is great, though! Breadsticks are delish, and my fave is the bbq chicken pizza with sweet chili sauce. Tastes like a happy accident, but the sweet n' spicy flavor combo makes for a unique pie.

Come here for the beer! This place has an amazing craft beer selection. If you want a family-friendly place to let your kids loose in the arcade while you enjoy some great beer and watch a sports game, this is where you want to be! They also have some pretty yummy pizza. I got the crazy one with eggs on it. The eggs were a little undercooked (not in the good way), but it was still very yummy after I picked the undercooked parts off my slice. Next time I will just give them a heads up on the egg cooking time. But that pizza sauce was amazing!

Decent place. Went here after Raw with my wife, and her cousins. Ended up seeing the Lakers take on the Mavs at Staples. The food was okay. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, hawaiian, breadsticks, and wings. Not going to make this review long because this is standard ordinary pizza. Nothing bad, nothing "out of the park" either. The pizza is a little greasy. Service was decent as well... like average? Go to Out Of The Park Pizza! 3/5

As many have said the beer and pizza are AWESOME! I disagree some with service though. If you go in and see the 50 beers they have on tap and have no idea what to get the bartenders are really knowledge (especially the guy) and they give a little sample, fantastic! I love going to this place and just hanging out to watch some sports and some great beers. Makes a good family place as well as a good place to hang out with the guys.,

This place has the spiciest wings I have ever tried. If you don't want to live the next hour with a burning feeling in your stomach and have your butthole burn the next day, DO NOT eat their "extreme" wings. Those bamf were the spiciest things I ever ate. Although tasty, very very very spicy indeed. Free breadsticks when you check in. Tons of TVs for sports fan. They have a room in the back with video games, basketball, candy machines, etc. Nice beer selection.

Fun place! I had cheese pizza so I can't say too much about the food on this visit, but it was good n' greasy with a nice crust. Employees were friendly, place was very clean. There's a cute arcade in the back complete with a prize counter and a bunch of fun vending machines. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Out Of The Park Pizza is amazing! Great place to watch your favorite sports team, or take your kids after they just finished their soccer game! Their pizza is delicious, and in my opinion unlike any other I have ever had. Whether you want to go for the nearly already famous "Chuck Norris" (ingredients include buffalo chicken, ranch, avacado and bacon.) Or have a upgrade of a classic BBQ chicken pizza which they call "The Texan," or my personal favorite, "Iadachokeya" (ingredients include artichoke spinach dip and tomatoes) anything you order on the menu is sure to satisfy your stomach. Their beer- do not even get me started on the beer! Over 34 on tap! Which they are always changing for your liking! Anything you are craving one of the friendly bartenders will pour it up for you! The unique touch they put on their business is supporting the local brewers, whether you are a fan of Bootlegger's in Fullerton or The Bruery in Placentia- you can find them here! The best part in my opinion is knowing that the owners (no madder how busy it is) try to always come around and ask how the meal is and shake your hand. You will almost always see them both performing their favorite karaoke song on Wednesday and Friday nights. But do not take my word for it, go in and try it out yourself!!

Came here twice: first time I thought it was great (would give it 4 stars); second time around I was a bit disappointed (would give it 2 stars). A main reason for my rating is that they wouldn't let me redeem my Yelp deal (the first time they let me redeem it by showing them the coupon on my phone). The second time the girl said i had to have it printed out. When i told her that I had previously redeemed it by showing it on my phone she said "sorry we don't do that". Overall the girl was a bit rude. Anyway, as for the food the wings were great, but pizza was a bit on the greasy side. In all, id give it 3 stars.

All I can say is "wow"! This place has it all, especially if you're a beer drinker or connoisseur. They seem to consistently have a great tap selection and great prices to match. Their pizza is some of the best around and the atmosphere is perfect for families. Relax around the patio fire pit while enjoying your drinks, and let your kids hang out in the game area. The owner Matt seems to be a stand-up kind of guy and really shows that he cares about his customers. The staff here will definitely get used to seeing my face!

Fun place to visit when in Anaheim Hills. They have great Pizza and a nice selection of craft beer. Probably the only place in the area serving craft beer. They have Karaoke on Friday and Saturday. A solid 4 stars for the outstanding pizza, bumped up an extra notch for the awesome service and AMAAAZING beer selection! The prospect of Bootleggers Brewery beer brought me, my lil brother Greggers, and my Vegas boyfriend Craiggers (confusion?) to OOTP on a lovely Tuesday evening. The place is really spacious and has that real pizza joint-sports bar-kiddie room casual kinda feel to it. There are an impressive 30+ taps of just about any kind of beer you're feeling -- from Water Lite to obscure Belgian styles, you'd be hard pressed not to find your beer niche. There is also a relatively large outdoor patio, and on this particular night, a live band was playing! Awesooome! The boys and I eventually decided on a huge veggie works pizza with an added pepperoni bonus. I mean, come on -- any pizza place with a pie entitled "Stephen Colbert" on its menu is definitely a winner in my book. We each grabbed our beers and placed our food order in. Craiggers and I opted for a Ballast Point brew while Greggers went outside the box and with a Lost Abbey seasonal. The beer was cold and delicious, and we enjoyed the company of my beer godfather Spence, the brewer from Bootleggers Aaron, and some mighty fine large plasma TVs. Admittedly, for a not-so-busy evening, the food took a liiiittle longer than we would have liked. But we were definitely not disappointed. The crust was about halfway between what you'd normally think of as "thin" and what most consider "thick." Toppings and cheese abound, and even though I wasn't too big a fan of the sauce. Not enough salt or other seasonings. But the boys devoured their slices, so that's enough to make me a happy camper. But man, oh man! The beer selection! I mean I'm sure their other food offerings are tasty as well, and I look forward to trying them, but seriously, I gotta spread the word about these taps! It's so rare to find a place like this in Orange County, and I'm happy I did. It was indeed a good night with my two of my favorite young gentlemen. Thanks so much OOTP; see you again real soon :)

Key elements of great eating. Service, food, atmosphere. This place is hard to get to, not much parking and as a parent I expect some mayhem in kid friendly pizza joints, but this place made Chuck e Cheeze feel like Ruth's Chris. Atmosphere - fail Pizza is overpriced and thin crust should be classified as grease crust, and I have never had spaghetti with chili powder in it. Not good and really not good after waiting for an hour - honest. Receipt had 6:36 on it and spaghetti rolled out at 7:31. Unreal. Food - fail Service. The staff on the floor was hustling, and trying to keep the masses at bay, but couldn't overcome the looong wait. After talking to one of the owners, all of the floor staff, my wife's spaghetti finally was brought out by one of the other owners. When I gently commented that an hour wait for spaghetti was unacceptable, she agreed, apologized and walked off with a shrug. Nice. Another one of the owner-looking people came by later and cheerfully asked how we are doing, leading the witnesses with two thumbs up. I disagreed and he came back with $20 gift certificates (these will be on craigslist tonight) along with a few for the tables around us. Service - fail. Kids love this place, and they are trying hard, but there are too many other great places to eat with your kids and get all of the above.

We've been here before and everything was fine..this time we ordered two personal pizzas to go and after 40 minutes we finally got up and asked about our order. The bartender looked confused and went back to the kitchen, then when she came out she said the kitchen had made a mistake and they were almost done. She apologized and offered some free bread (free bread?? What the?) when the pizza boxes finally came out no one brought them to us or let us know or gave an apology. I happened to look up and see them so we went up and waited for someone to come up, no one came so we just took them and left. By this time I actually was hungry and when we got home I had taken out a little slice of mine and wouldn't you know it a big black hair was embedded in the cheese. Long and short of it: 16 dollars later (and 20 percent tip). waited almost 45 minutes, bad customer service, and no dinner. Not going back.

Here again for Friday night karaoke. Always fun. A couple of things need to be addressed. First I asked for an ashtray and was impressed that the bartendress hopped over the bar to get one from the patio, she brought it back to me overflowing with butts. Hey, how about emptying it? Second, I got the breadsticks because they were free from Yelp check in. I'd never pay for them, but hey, I don't go to this place for the food. They are too greasy for my taste, but a napkin would have been helpful. I have worked in the restaurant business in every aspect and these girls need to learn that service goes a long way. Hey, take care of your customers not just your boyfriend you catered to all night. I'm paying 7.00 or more for a glass of beer! Hear me Dan and Donna? Being cute just isn't enough.

From the day we first stepped in, we were more than satisfied. Within a few minutes of sitting down, and trying decide what beer to have, a beautiful young lady came to us to explain about a unique brew from Stone. It's been awhile since that first day, so I can't remember the name of the beer, but it was something aged in a bourbon barrel. That young lady happened to be Donna, who is Dan's (the owner) wife. Their staff is just as friendly, and the pizza is impressive. Dan definitely takes pride in the business, as well as, in his sauces and beer. The server primarily craft beer (Thank goodness). The line up changes frequently, and it seems to keep us all very (if you know what I mean) happy! Should I go on? You get the idea. I'm so glad I don't live closer. I'd be broke! There are plenty of tv's for watching sports. They even have karoake, and a jukebox. Good times! Thanks OOTP!!

Beer and pizza? The classic sports combination? When it crystalizes from a dream into reality, you get Out of the Park. Affordable, delicious craft beers with high quality pizza. This is not, however, health food. It should never be mistaken for healthy at all. The pizza is greasy, complicated, and gooey. In other words, delicious. I've had the Texan, the classic combo pizza, the turkey bacon club, and the Eggxcelent and the best of the bunch is the Texan. Especially the day after. This is also not a traditional restaurant. The servers aren't wait staff from what I've experienced. You order at the bar, you get a number, you sit at a table. You seat yourself, you order yourself, you cart your beer back yourself. Just like the pizza places I went to as a kid after baseball games in the summer. (To further reinforce this nostalgic feeling, there's a small set of arcade games, including ticket dispensing games, on one side of the building). Beyond the laid back atmosphere and rather hands-off approach the staff has, they're some of the nicest people I've had the privilege of paying. They're responsive, they're friendly, and they're really into both their customers and their product. It's nice to see someone who takes pride in what they're serving you, from the person who takes your order to the person who delivers it. The only aspect of the service that doesn't feel well practiced is some of the beer pouring (there's a lot of head on any beer poured into a goblet) but you still get the right amount of beer for the price. So, in the end, if you like beer and pizza, especially together, this is the right place to go. If you want to know what kind of beer to have with your pizza, ask the guys at the bar. If you want to know what kind of pizza to go with your beer, ask the guys at the bar. If there's any reason at the end of the night you don't think you'd come back, ask the guys at the bar if it can be fixed. They're friendly and really good at keeping up with even minor problems.

Long time yelper, first time reviewer. Out of the park pizza is the reason I took the plunge and as soon as you stop by you'll realize why. Their beer selection is reason enough to come visit, and probably the reason why you won't leave. How about Dogfish head Midas Touch on tap. You like supporting local brew? You can always try Bootleggers, Hangar 24, Stone... all on tap as well and there's even more selection by the bottle! For food I had to try the meatball sub. Sounds horrible of me to ignore the pizza on my first time but I think there is a lot to be said about a place through their meatball sandwich and here's what mine told me... perfectly toasted bun, generous sauce and moist, flavorful meatballs. Not too many better meatball subs around (although I recognize there are, but this one had me impressed). Next time around I will definitely be sampling their pizza's. If they're half as good as their names (The Chuck Norris, The Mexican, The Treehugger) then I think I'm in for a definite treat. I was able to sit and chat with one of the owners (Dan) for awhile and I couldn't have been happier to be supporting all his hard work. The restaurant is truly family owned and operated and I witnessed first hand some great hospitality. I wish them the best and I urge you all to give it a try! Joe

I wouldn't normally give four stars to a pizza joint and it is by no means perfect, but they get an A+ for effort from me. When I walk into a place and see 33 beers on tap and lots of invitations to come back and enjoy special tapping (like tonight's Red Trolley Oaked english-tapped beer), really, seriously, do you need to go anywhere else? Three rounds of trivia questions were fun, they seem to be adding new arcade games for the rugrats (that was a little crazy, but it keeps our 12-year old wanting to go back with us), so it's not a bad thing. Had to weave through an obstacle course of children piled on the carpet to get to the bathroom, but there are worse things. I chose the 6 beer flight for $10 and the pours were generous and fun. Great method for selecting beers quickly and easily for the flight, try it and you'll see. Lots of TVs, enthusiastic staff (even if a little stressed out), but all in all, a nice way to relax and enjoy a selection of craft beers (including our local fave Bootlegger's) with some tasty pie and salad. It's closer to us than Slater's 50/50 and a little more kid-friendly, so we'll be back. Thanks Dan!

Saturday we visited Out of the Park Pizza. This isn't our first time here but I would have to say it was one of our worst experiences. I've recently gone to a vegetarian diet so I wanted to look on-line to see what options they had (besides a typical vegetarian pizza). I found a spinach artichoke pizza and told the boyfriend that I would get that and he could get whatever type he usually did. We go and the pizza isn't on the menu board so I ask the girl at the register "what type of vegetarian pizza options do you have?" and she told me just the Hippie pizza. NOTE: I should have asked at this point "do you not make the artichoke one anymore?" but I assumed they didn't make it any longer and just hadn't removed it from the website. I order my mini veggie pizza and then ask for a cobb salad w/out the bacon. She says ok and rings it up. We wait an appropriate amount of time for the salad and pizza to arrive. The salad however is covered in chicken (Good amount as an FYI to those of you who eat meat). I'm a little frustrated that the gal behind the register didn't indicate when I asked for no bacon that there was chicken on the salad as well (especially since I specifically indicated I wanted a vegetarian pizza). I picked the chicken out of the salad and the boyfriend ate it as an appetizer. I noticed once I got all the chicken out that all I had left were a few tiny pieces of avocado and egg. No blue cheese and no tomatoes. So I asked to get some on the side. Pizza was good. I enjoy their crust. Disappointment of the evening - as I was eating my salad another family walked in and ordered the artichoke pizza. Epic Fail. This place has good pizza, a nice beer selection and a nice option for pizzas BUT I would suggest you look at the website to educate yourself on what they offer prior to going because the staff isn't very helpful/ knowledgeable on what is put on what. We will probably go back again but it will not become a normal spot for us. We went around 9pm so most of the families with kids were cleared out so it was much quieter than when we've visited in the past.

Come for the pizza and beers, get sick from the pizza, and come back for more beer. I think this says it all. The food isn't necessarily bad tasting but is overly greasy, and I have never eaten here without regretting it later. They have a great tap selection. Be aware that some beers are going to rip your heart out with their cost. Goose Island-Sophie comes out to a $20 glass or a $72 pitcher! While not all of their beers are marked that outrageously, asking about price before you order is a safe bet here. The bartenders are all really nice and helpful. The rest of the crew is a gaggle of girls in booty shorts who run around like chickens with their heads cut off, and who I never actually see doing anything. The owner is there frequently and is a genuinely nice guy. He likes to come chat and see how you like the place or just talk beers with you. The atmosphere is all over the place. The back is an arcade complete with a prize stand (turn in those tickets for some spider rings!) and this is one of the last places I've seen with pinball machines. These are located next to an area of picnic tables. These are usually populated with the masses of little league kids you can typically find here. Some of the groups are fine and run around and have some fun and other groups are way too out of control. They have some general tables in the dining hall. In the corner the is a random "lounge" room that could hold maybe 12 people with couches and TVs and its very out of place to their overall sports theme. The bar wraps around to an outside patio area. The area is not quite what it used to be. It used to be filled with fire places and torches and had a really relaxed feel. Now it is a covered patio with some rocky tables and busted chairs. They also instituted a new rule where they don't allow smoking until after 10PM which can be irritating. At nights they have beer pong, karaoke, trivia, darts, and other events. I've only been to karaoke once and it was very laid back, not too many people singing though. Overall, I have to say that this place isn't bad. I would recommend just keeping it a drinking location and eat dinner before or after.

I've been to Out Of The Park Pizza about 4 times. I'm a beer guy so that is most important to me. But I am also a pizza guy. The selection of beer is excellent and they seem to know the importance of keeping their hoses clean, because the beer alwasy tastes fresher than many other spots. The Pizza is real tasty, great cheese and the topping are real good! My wife who is particular about things loves their "Texan" pizza, which is BBQ sauce , chicken, onions, etc. It is one of our new favorite places to watch games at too!

I am so happy that Out of the park Pizza has good pizza and great beer. If you are looking for a comfortable booth to dine at you had better look elsewhere. If this place had better seating I'd have given it a 5. The pizza is excellent, the bartenders will pour plenty of samples so that you will end up choosing a beer you like (there are about 30 on tap) and everyone is friendly. I think I have a new favorite pizza place!

My first Out of the Park experience was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had heard from good friends in the area that we had to check this place out. The pre-season football games were on so we thought this would be the perfect opportunity for our first time there! We walk in and we're greeted with a smile and a hello from the dark-haired server even though she seemed to be very busy busing tables. We sit down after she advised us that we seat ourselves and to let us know there were menus at the bar and to let her know if we needed anything. Very helpful! We took a look at the menus and decided to get one of the "crazier" pizzas to try something fun and different! We approached the bar and the young man that was working was really welcoming! Suggested some good beers for us because we're not huge beer drinkers but we thought that we would try some we hadn't heard of since we were there. We decided to go with Big Wig and Golden Chaos. Definitely worth the risk! For food, we went with the large Chuck Norris (buffalo chicken, ranch, bacon, and avocado) and a medium Fried Egg Monster (all different types of meat, garlic, and topped with a fried egg!) It was pretty busy so the pizzas took a little long but it was worth the wait! A blonde server came out and set both of our pizzas down. She seemed to be a little stressed/flustered given that it was a little crowded (there was a huge softball team on the bench seating they have), but she smiled and joked with us nonetheless! She came back very quickly with the ranch we asked for. They both looked amazing before we even took a bite! They were both excellent pizzas. Although it was very busy, both servers were very attentive to our needs. They continued to check up on us and clear empty dishes/trash out of our way, which we really appreciated because we've been to many restaurants that don't do that as quickly and leave us with no room to eat. All of the employees were extremely nice and hardworking! They were either serving or cleaning. I mention this because you find very few places that you can go to where the employees are being nice and helpful and work hard because they want to, not because they have to. As we were leaving we were told to have a great night and received a thank you for coming in. I don't know what happened on the other days when these other customers experience bad service, because we had really great service!! Everyone else seemed to be having as good of a time as we did! Will definitely be coming back again. Thanks to the employees for making our first time extra pleasurable!

Great atmosphere! Great selection of beer! Reasonable prices and food is tasty. Open late! Just found my new hangout! There is also a great beer selection. There were some downsides to my review however. I have kids who love arcades and I also enjoy playing games but every time I have visited, a majority of the games were out of order or not working properly. There were also several times that I visited where the restaurant booked several sports banquets so it was difficult to find seating and a bit annoying to wrestle my way through the crowds.

Very casual, friendly atmosphere at the bar. Went there at about 9:30PM on a Monday night and hung around til after midnight. Nice beer selection, the regulars and bartenders know their way around the beers. I don't know about their sit-down dining, so can't comment on that, but sitting at the bar definitely gets a two thumbs up.

This place just opened and has been up an running for about a month according to one of the owners Dan. Great place to go for pizza and beer or just to hang out. I ordered the "Chuck Norris" pizza it was AWESOME! Lots of micro brews on tap. Dan is in to beer, so much so that he is brewing small batches himself. This place is cool, lots of TVs, games for the kids, and outdoor setting with a fireplace. What more can you ask for? A+ start. Check them out.

Saturday nite, 5:45 pm....Take Chucky-Cheese and add better beer and you have this place. If herds of kids in various sports uniforms with attendant soccer moms and little league coaches plus all the related noise is your idea of a good time then by all means go. Pretending that they have an adult oriented side of the restaurant is like pretending the "smoking section" on aircraft never affected the nonsmokers. The noise and commotion is excessive even on the far side of the restaurant and even when barely half full. Their claim of "best beer selection on Orange County" is grossly overblown, even though they have a good selection. Maybe the selection is in the top 4 or 5 in north orange county but by no means the best. Stars off for them because of grossly false advertising. Didn't even stay for the food. Fled to seek out a more mature eatery where the owner's claims were not so exaggerated.

Out of the Park is on to something. Create a place that serves decent pizza and provides games Chucky-stye (for the kids) and a sports bar and an outstanding microbrew selection (for the parents), and you've got a winning combination. It's a great overall hangout for young families who want to get out of the house ...thus the five stars. We were in there watching the Saints roll the Lions so the sports bar atmosphere was festive. The bartender was cool and knew his beer taps well. Check the website for coupons on food.

I wish I could give less than a star. Essentially I paid 35 for greasy cheese to slide into my lap, under cooked wings and a cola. They have some nice looking benches, but after my girlfriend pulled a healthy splinter out of her forearm I would suggest sitting at a booth until they can invest in some sandpaper. Out of the park should be out of business, but hey at least my soda came in a to go cup.

I really like the pizza here, and the owners are fun and helpful, despite being Ducks fans! I'm not really sure on the service here as we usually sit at the bar since we usually come here to watch NHL games.I think the highlight of this place is the selection of beers. They have 28 or so beers on tap and they rotate in new ones frequently. The prices on the beer are damn good and there is always a beer special.

Probably been here 4-5 times now each time in hopes that it will be a better experience. 1.) First off, I have kids, so of course they love coming here for the large kids area and fun prizes, tickets, etc. However, the immediate problem you will have is finding a spot to sit down. Out of the Park literally reserves the entire fricken place in advance! Now don't get it twisted, if I'm going to a nice place to eat I expect reservations but A PIZZA PARLOR?? This is no joke, every single time I have gone every table but maybe 2 are reserved and of course people are fighting over those. I am so sick of this. These guys need to realize that if your going to have a great beer selection (which they have) and cater to an adult crowd then you need to provide seats! Having 22 soccer team parties on a Friday night not only scares (and pisses people like me away) it is actually not near as profitable for you guys (vs 22 tables filled with all drinking adults). Large parties of people who will spend money on alcohol and probably more gormet and expensive food selections don't want to deal with the entire f'n resturant reserved for kids parties! If your trying to be the next Chucky Cheese then be it. If your trying to be a killer Bar/gormet pizza place then BE IT. 2.) Your service Sucks! Again, I understand its a pizza place and your not going to get fine dining quality servers but the servers here are like 14 and totally untrained. ZERO attention to detail, follow up and frankly common sense. It's like pulling teeth to even find a server at lunch hours. Then at dinner, you can get your order taken quickly, however getting everything you need once the pizzas and salads come out (IE dressing, etc) is virtually impossible. 3.) OK the Beer selection is amazing. Totally faithful to local beers and offers some great selections. Now you will pay for it, I mean WAYYY more than most places. One bootleggers IPA cost me 32 bucks for 1 pitcher!!! OMG, REALLY. However, then you have to wait around a small bar with usually only 1 bartender for a place that holds easily 150 people. You have to go to the bar to get a pitcher or a beer, no server will bring it to you (typical for a pizza place). Now I would be OK with this except for the fact my family doesn't see me for 25 minutes before I'm able to get back with the beers. Just unacceptable. So..in saying all of this, I'll probably be back. LOL. My kids love it too much. The pizza is actually pretty good. I mean I really do like the pizza a lot. I'm just hoping my 3 major problems are fixed and if the owners actually read these YELP posts before my next trip in. I love to support independent business and would love to support these guys if they can pull it all together.

Every time I've been here, it's been awesome. I've always gone straight to the bar/pool section, which is fine by me considering the exceptional selection of beers they have! Not to mention everyone that works there is not only a character, but nice and great to talk to. I always look forward to coming here. And the pizza's not half bad either ;)

This place is a bit odd but I think it can work. First impressions. The line was out the door on a Friday night to place an order and to sit down. I couldn't believe how SLOW the line moved to place an order. When I got up to the front the person taking the orders told me she is the only person taking orders on a Friday night AND on top of taking ALL walk in orders she has to answer the phones and take all phone orders. FAIL. What type of business are you running here? A business to get people to walk out on first impressions? Second impression Food and food service Once we ordered and sat down, they couldn't figure out who had ordered what and kept coming out with the wrong food and asking who placed an order for this and that? Again, bad management! Food: The food is HORRIBLE. The pizza is sooo greesy. The salad was just gross. The salad looked liked it had been on display in the window. One person in our party ordered the chili and they told him, don't order the chili we burnt it. So all of the above would make you say never go to this place, however, there is some goodness here. The Good = The Beers!!! They have around 30 beers on tap. They have a beer taster where you can taste 6 different beers for $10. I love to try new beers so that is a very cool feature. The kids also enjoyed the arcade. However, it was so overpriced. The arcade games were .75-$1.00 each game - total rip off. However, the arcade did keep them busy. The entertainment was pretty cool as well. They had Karaoke going on on the outside patio. That's pretty cool. They also have flat screens everywhere with multiple sporting events going on all the time. Bottom line, this is a place that is trying to have something for everyone (family area, kids area, adult area, bar, karaoke, sporting events) However, unless they get their act together with food and service they will probably lose a lot of the families and will just appeal to people wanting to hang out in a sports bar.

This place is great for family and friends. The atomsphere is friendly and fun. The have a dozen large screen TVs so you can relax and watch a game over pizza and a beer. I liked that you have the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The pizza here is amazing. They have come up with some amazing combos. Anything on the menu is delicious. Went here on xmas day with my dad cuz it was the only place that we saw was open. Ordered antipasto salad, hot wings, and a pizza. Salad was okay, not alotta toppings really, mostly lettuce, nothing spectacular. Hot wings were verrry good! ANd the pizza, AMAZZING! It came to us nice and hot and was very tasty. I am rating Out of the Park based on my interest, which is excellent beer. In my opinion, this place has become the "Go To" destination in North Orange County for the best beers on tap (and a respectable bottle selection as well). The tap rotation is constantly changing, which keeps me excited to keep coming back. I've had some great beers there including, Sculpin, La Chouffe, Ruination, Maharaja, and DFH 90 min. Hopefully they can get some Russian River, Alpine and Bear Republic stuff in. The pizza is decent and they have a lot of big screen tvs as well. Not to mention they are open until 1am. The only issue is that the 11am-1am crowd can be a little dodgy (but I'm not there to socialize with others) Keep up the good work owners! My only bit of advice is to cut back on beers from The Bruery (2 taps is excessive). I know you want to support local brewers, but their beers are pretty crappy and WAY overhyped. Opt for Bootleggers Knucklesandwich instead!

The pizza was good not great. A little soggy for my taste. The games are fun for the kids. Went on Yelp when I got there and saw they had a saw they had a Yelp Deal to buy a $40 gift certificate for $20. Perfect! I thought. It was my first time there and wanted to try some things on the menu. Proceeded to process my Yelp Deal and took the redemption code to the register. Sorry! I would have to go home and print it out. Asked if maybe the manager might be able to let me use a computer to print it out. Sorry! Now I have to make an unwanted return visit to this hole so my $20 isn't wasted :(

UGH! why must i give new places chances without checking yelp first! so i come in with 3 of my friends on sunday afternoon and were completely new to this place i see one single waiter running around and were lost, do we sit down or order somewhere? we see this little sign that says order at the bar...our dinks? or food? so the guy after watching us stand there says you can have a seat we debate our menu choices and wait for about 15 minutes and we finally go ask at the bar to this female in short shorts and heels hardly safe in a bar where she could slip whats up with unrealistic job attire in places cmon! anyways so the pizza comes out after after we munch on our wings and cheese bread which were egh okay. we get the chuck norris pizza which i must admit is about the grossest thing ever. the sauce was extremely bitter and left a greasy feeling in your throat and mind you after letting it rest for about 5 minutes as you picked it up everything fell off of it for 38 bucks i expect better pizza! i read something about being open for a year? well first impressions are everything and surely didn't impress me i wont be coming back. its simple do good food and have good customer service and thats it!

Don't do it! Yorba Linda Little League-beware! We went there because my sister and brother in law were out of town and we were babysitting. My sister had a free "team mom" medium sized pizza and two of my nephews who were with us each had a free individual size pizza. They would only accept one coupon per visit. Whatever.... I really didn't like there was an exit door just behind the video game area. It was really unsafe. You have to watch your kids bigtime. The pizza was okay, the beverages were expensive, the salad was okay. I won't go there again. I won't write all the details. Let's just say, go to Zitos. The pizza and service is better and it feels alot safer.

Im pretty picky when it comes to pizza but this place had it all. With enticing names like the CHUCK NORRIS and the DUKE, I knew itd be awesome. The ingredients they use are fresh which is refreshing and they have over 70 beers wines and cider! The outdoor patio is awesome, and a small lounge room with leather couches to eat at which is sooo original! It was also great to watch the Saints game since theres plasmas in HD everywhere and a HUGE projector too... All in all this place was awesome and the food was great. I'll definitely be going back!

Used a OC Register Deal of the Day coupon. Should have looked at OOTP website first and added the amount that I was getting in the coupon first. It was $60.00 worth of food for $30.00. It ended up I got $40.23 (not including tax) worth of food. One part of the deal was for a 2-liter bottle, I ended up getting 3 drinks in cups. Fortunately OC Deal of the Day gave me a discount for a later date to make up the difference for something else. Pizza is okay tasting, not Pizza Hut, but certainly not Oggi's (You get more cheese with Oggi's. Pizza is more greasy than other places, but that's what a napkin/paper towel is for. Wings are okay as well, I can get the same at pizza hut or Little Caesar's. Salad was nicely chopped and green. Staff was decent. Would I come here if I didn't use a coupon? Probably not, I'd rather go to Red Brick Pizza, Oggi's, or even Shakey's. Considering the merchant is the one who makes the coupon deals they ripped me off, not OC Register Deal of the Day. Just glad OC was helpful enough to allow me to recoup the amount I was ripped off from. My kids hated the wings and daughter complained the grease from the pizza kept coming down her chin even after using a napkin. And yeah, you really had to use a paper towel instead to get the grease. So again, it is doubtful we come here again unless some relatives or friends have a party here and the food is free. 3 stars for the food & service minus 1 star for ripping off people with a coupon.

I went here for lunch. Although I didn't try any, the beer selection is pretty impressive. I thought the menu was average. Pizza was a little expensive and there are all these exotic types of pizza. Whats wrong with the orignal cheese or pepperoni pizza? I got the buffalo chicken sandwich with prosciutto. It was pretty good but I couldn't really get a tast of the prosciutto because it was cut up like bacon bits and it took 20 minutes to make when I was just about the only person in there. Also, no chips or fries came with my sandwich, which would have been nice. Im also not too sure what they're going for as far as customers. The restaurant is almost split. One side is for the kids with booths and an arcade area for the after a little league game come have pizza atmosphere and the other side is your after work bar type of area that has high tables with TV's and a bar. Theres also a small room set up with couches. VIP bottle service on a Friday night perhaps? There is also an outdoor patio with a window to order drinks directly at the bar which is pretty cool but if they're going to allow smoking, that gets old real quick. Us nonsmokers would like to enjoy the outside air on a nice night too.

It's a fun place. Love the beer and I love the Texan pizza. The owners are great and the bartenders are usually always very enthusiastic. The place grows on you. So my review is not based on food because I didn't get to try anything for the main reason of NO SERVICE AT ALL! I came with a friend to the bar and literally waited for ten minutes, only to see news customers and old customers being treated before us and being told to "hang on." I was sitting there with my friend with my credit card out on the table to show that I was way ready to order! On top of that a girl waitress slammed a cup directly in front of me that was dirty to give it to the bar tender but did it in the most rudest way.. I can understand if they were busy but they were slow and they served a couple of guys before even recognizing the fact that we were staring at the bar tender waiting to be served. I was more than willing to pay for food and beer but their bartender completely ignored us and prolonged the time to serving us with chit chat and serving other customers who were already served. I walked out because the wait was ridiculous even after being told to hang on. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the waitress slamming a cup in front of me pushed my patience.

Pizza here is really good. Actually all the food we have tried is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely love coming here because of the games they have. They have the games where you earn tickets and get prizes for the tickets. The one thing I can't stand about this place though is the prizes they get for the tickets. They don't get crap unless they have TONS of tickets. If you are under a few hundred tickets the only thing you really get is crappy candy like a small tootsie roll and just other crappy candy. I hope they figure this out and put little things besides candy for the lower amount of tickets. Chuck E Cheese has it down with the tickets...they need to go learn a bit from there. :) Besides this issue, I highly recommend this place.

I loved this place! Reminds me of a "mini" pizza port (out of San Diego)! GREAT beer selection, they are supporting the local craft breweries. And the pizza was really good and fresh! I liked the family friendly atmosphere, and would NOT compare it to Chuck- e-Cheese's at all. There is a "traditonal/old school game room" befitting of a pizza joint and perfect to keep the kids entertained while we enjoyed our pizza and a brew! We'll be back, can't wait till football season!

Food service was extremely slow, 30 minutes for a 5" pizza and 6 boneless Buffalo wings. The pizza was good, but the Wing's looked and tasted more like cold mcdonalds chicken wings. The bar selection is impressive but the service was inadequate considering the time (6pm) and day of the week (Friday). The two girls were more interested in flirting for tips than providing prompt bar service and earning their tips. Overall very unimpressed and will choose to take my business elsewhere.

The place is trying to be too many things to too many people. They want to be a good ol' pizza parlor that attracts families and little leaguers so they have the picnic tables and arcade, thus the noise complaints. They want to be a hip joint for the twenty-something crowd that has tired of the Canyon Inn, but doesn't want to venture to Downtown Fullerton, so they put in the little "living room" in the corner. They DESPERATELY want to be the cool microbrew center, which on my only visit turned the bar into dude planet, with every one of the patrons drooling over the 20-years-younger-than-they-were barmaid - apparently its "no gurlz allowed" at their D&D games. They need to wall off the bar area, replace the tables there w/ high-tops, charge reasonably for domestic drafts (seriously - $5 pint of Coors Light?) and generally make it a place that doesn't scare women (soccer moms aside) off. Wings - Yep, they were undercooked. Sandwiches - nothin' special. The stars are for the Pizza . I'll definitely be coming back for the pizza - take out.

Made it back for a 2nd visit - this time went much better. Music was still a little loud for me, but that's just my own preference and it wasn't overly obtrusive. Atmosphere is pretty typical for a neighborhood pizza joint, but the food again was a cut above others. If you're a fan of microbrewery craft beers they have a good selection. The beers on tap were too numerous to count, but I'm sure if you are picky there is one just right for you. Came here last month after a long weekend at Coachella Music Festival. Me and the guy were hungry for something greasy to support our tired, worn out asses. Came in, ordered a beer and a large fried egg monster (every meat possible plus some garlic and five eggs over easy over top). Good beer selection and good prices during happy hour. We are sad to have to write this review- after several visits we have finally come to realize that this place doesn't give a hoot about their customers!!! We're "regulars" who made reservations for an adult birthday party. 20 people willing to booze it up all night! When we showed up...a table for 10 and we were told by the owner/manager that " if we wanted to we could go somewhere else". WTH?! This isn't the first time they have even rude! There's an older woman who worked there who pointed to where the silverware was and told me she was busy, then later she said she would get us our bill after "it slowed down, it's too busy". Totally sucks! We were hoping this place would work out. On a lighter note- lamppost in Yorba Linda took us in with loving arms! They were cheaper and got us a table right away!

On an extended family visit to Yorba Linda, all I've wanted for the past 2 weeks was an ice cold beer and a few games of pinball.... Unfortunately there are no bars in the "land of gracious living"... I was a square peg when I lived here 25 years ago & even more so now that I'm all grown up. Yelp pointed me to Out of the park pizza as a potential match for my quest... Reluctantly, I finally gave in. Not being a fan of sports bars... It was actually a very pleasant experience! I come here often and it's always a good time. They have so many beers on tap that it's hard to choose, but the bartenders always help you choose the perfect one for you. Great place to sample a variety of brews. The staff and crowd are friendly; on certain nights they'll have free pool, ping pong and open mic karaoke. An assortment of tvs for your viewing pleasure with whatever game is on. A great casual place for friends to congregate, eat and indulge.

The beer selection is the highlight for me. I had a beer trade that day and the other person recommended this place to meet. He mentioned about having Alpine on tap and I couldnt resist. Can't really ask for more out of a local favorite. There aren't many places where you can achieve so many things in one stop: amazing and sometimes innovative pizza selection, great craft beer, dozens of TVs playing all the awesomeness, a place to to keep the kids entertained, friendly staff, awesome wings with killer hot sauce (if you're brave enough), and that's just the short list...oh and did I mention all the awesome beer? Food: Ordered a simple house salad, it was good. Ordered a pizza with Canadian Bacon and Pineapple, everything was good except loaded with a ton of cheese. I'm not sure what could go so wrong with all the other reviewers I actually feel bad that they didn't have the same experience my group had. I liked the bar service, the picnic style tables, the games for the kids and the creative pizza. Service by our bartender was extremely friendly. She answered all of our questions and even bumped up our free order of bread sticks to accommodate our whole group. We had a 4 group of kids ranging in ages from 5 to 8 and 5 adults, even with two men in tow we were all satisfied with our food and the experience. Plenty of TVs for the men to watch while they had some beers. The kids played fairly priced games with a cute little ticket counter and us ladies got to chow down on some amazing pastrami pizza and chat. Seriously order yourself a pastrami pizza! SO yummy. I also liked that all their pizza can be ordered in the personal pan size. Love it! Overall it was a good time had by everyone and we will be back. Even plan on having an adults night out there.

Free basket for breadsticks with your check in on Yelp! came on a friday night to get some appetizers here. my sis got the hot wings (spiciest level) and i tried the cheesy bread. according to my sis, those were the spiciest wings she has everrr had. so spicy that she had to rub icecubes on her lips after each bite lol. the cheesy bread was a good deal. they say 2 pieces for 1.90 but the pieces are SO big. its practically 4 pieces. kinda greasy though tried their jello shots too. mine and my other friends was super weak and tasted like plain jello while my sis' was a lot stronger there wasn't really any service to check up on us. you have to order your food at the bar and pick it up. after that you're pretty much left to fend for yourself. lots of TVs around the restaurant to watch while you wait for your food but theres also the drunk crowd of people who are karaoke-ing outside on the patio to entertain you ( i swear someone was drunk yodeling)

This place is alright. The pizza is exceptional and the environment in Chuck Cheese ish. They do have pool tables and a wide selection of craft draft beer. The service is horrible and I feel like all young kids with permits work there besides the bartender. If you are looking for a cold beer and you are in this area give it a try. There is not many places in this area with a selection of beer like they have.

I love going here but haven't gone in awhile. Showed up today and it was the same old same old. Got a beer and ordered a pizza. Although it wasn't quite the same because the blonde bartender was really rude plus I haven't seen her here before. She took forever to take our orders plus gave us all attitude when I was ordering my stuff. Even though I waited awhile without an apology for waiting so long while she just stood around looking at an iPad. That's not how other nights use to be with customer service. I hope she cheers up or something if she is having a bad day.

Let me preface this by saying I worked in the restaurant and bar industry for years. I'm willing to give servers and bartenders the benefit of the doubt in most cases. This however, is not one of them. I heard nothing but good things about this place from several people so the wife and I went to grab a few beers and some food. It was pretty empty so we just sat at the bar. We were there for 15 minutes and not one single person acknowledged our existence. Yes the bartender had some stuff to do, a few beers to pour and a couple of orders to take from people who walked up, but once she finished she turned away from us and started washing glasses. I realize there are things that must get done, cleaning glasses is absolutely one of them. However, completely ignoring two people sitting at a mostly empty bar-top is inexcusable. Even a quick "I'll be with you in a few minutes," would've sufficed. But there was nothing said by her or anyone else who worked there. We left without a word being said to us by anyone who worked there. Very disappointed, highly doubt we'll be back after that kind of service.

Oh nasty. I got served a fly on my plate. Instead of recognizing that my appetite was gone they still charged me for FRIES and made another batch. The ice here smells like mold. I couldn't tell you if the beer is any good cause I can't get anyone to take my order. This place is not packed at all. Good live music though.

I've been going to out of the park pizza for a few years, its a great place to drink beer, eat pizza, and watch sports. Their service can be slow at times but their pizza makes up for it.

2nd time coming here. Ordered The Duke and Artichokyou or something like that. First off, The Duke is the best meatlovers style pizza I have ever had, none of that limp bacon that most big chain pizza places dare to call "bacon". The meats are so tasty and the crust is just right. I asked for a side of their extreme sauce for it and I was in love! I love love love spicy food and this sauce did the trick, I highly recommend it if you can handle high heat. It will burn your mouth but its worth it :D. I wish I would have asked what type of peppers were in it but I didn't get a chance. The next pizza was a must for us, it has SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP ON THE PIZZA! That's right, you heard me! The bf and I absolutely love this dip and get it at every restaurant we go to and this pizza did not disappoint! We had two pizzas and wings, sent us into a food coma but was totally worth it. The waiter was on point with a friendly attitude (a younger male on sunday) and the employees at the bar (a female and male) were nice as well. They bring you boxes for the leftover pizza, great touch since we couldn't eat it all...even though we tried lol. Large TVs with sports on, lounge area, small arcade for children, outdoor seating, jukebox, craft beer at the bar, and event nights.

Team Friendly, great with kids, Huge Craft Beer Selection, decent arcade, Lots of TV's, friendly staff, positive attitudes from the customers. I recommend the Chuck Norris and the sweet chile Wings(bone-in). The boneless are terrible and thats the only negative thing about the place. Some first timers get confused on where to order but other patrons help the newbies figure it out. Some times the line appears long but actually wait is 3-5 minutes at worst. The owners will jump in and pour beers when help is needed. Tell them Mike J O N E S sent ya.

I came here for a tap takeover put on by one of my friends. My friends and I decided to split a cheese pizza, since it was cheaper than individual meals. I was a little disappointed with the pizza, it was very greasy and soggy. I didn't think it was worth the price. There was also a hockey game on, Kings vs. Sharks. Several friends and I are originally from NorCal, so we were rooting for the Sharks and got some death stares. Oh well, that's to be expected. I think this place is great for families and high schoolers grabbing a bite with their friends, or sports fans for local teams. However, my friends and I are all in our 20's and 30's, and we don't have children. So I will probably not be back for a good while.

Good pizza and a great environment for kids. A little pricy (last trip was 6 kids, 1 who is 8 and 5 who range from 15 months to 3) and we ordered a specialty pizza, a pepperoni pizza, garlic cheese bread, a few beers and juice for the kids and it was $80 after tip, but its a good place to eat. I want to say over 50 beers on tap too, lots of TVs and a nice, clean and friendly environment and good staff. I recommend this place from time to time.

It's much larger then you would think and has lots of tables and even a room with couches. They have games for young children BUT this is not a place to bring children. Negative: you have to order at the bar even though it's just food If the girl wasn't so caught up in talking with all the boys hollering at her she could have taken our order my husband waited a good 10 minutes before he had to yell "excuse me" to get her attention. They need someone else doing that if people are not ordering beers. Makes no sense that I would have to walk up to a bar with people sitting and order my food. I also watched children go up to the bar to ask for things. This is terrible!!! Children should not have to nor be allowed to be ordering anything at a bar. As we were eating, I saw another employee walking around with her tupperware of pita and on her phone. If you are on break take it out of the view of customers. I also noticed the bartender had bruising under eye. I don't know the story nor do I care to know but your employees should look a little more professional then looking like they came from a brawl into a family joint. This establishment is unorganized and needs more staff. If you have a place where children can go then have employees stationed there so children can stay on that side of your business. They also need some type of organization to ordering food and having someone taking orders or have someone at the front to ring you up. Not everyone comes here to drink if that was what they were going for, they should have opened a bar only. The food was okay. How can you make a bad pizza? 1 star for that otherwise, they would get negative stars because of their unprofessionalism and for creating an unsafe environment for children.

Hats off to Dan, Donna, and Matt (and all the other folks who work there) for making this place great. An insane selection of craft beers on tap, great tasting food.. various fun promotions on football nights.. special events like casino nights and anniversary parties.. I love this place. If you're undecided about what to order.. the Pizza Poppers are never a miss. (Hint: you're not stuck with JUST pepperoni, though those are the default if you don't specify.) I've discovered some of my current favorite craft brews on tap here, and they regularly get others on tap I love, both local and more distant breweries. They're now also hooked up with Tap Hunter if you're curious to see what brews are currently on tap before heading over. Tap Takeovers by specific breweries occur frequently on Thursdays (my usual night). Karaoke and pool and live music (sometimes DJs, sometimes bands) on other nights. Families are welcome. A great hang for Saturday afternoon or a Friday night (and apparently a Sunday brunch, though I have yet to try that out personally). This is my default go-to place lately if I'm not sure what I want to do or where I want to go. I always enjoy myself at Out of the Park Pizza.

Like some others have mentioned, Out Of The Park Pizza had RIDICULOUS prices for Alpine Nelson. This April they were doing 8 ounce pours for $7.50 (yes, that is $15 per pint!) of a beer that was widely available in Orange County and L.A. Total money grab ...greed plain and simple. There is a hilarious thread on Beer Advocate where they try and defend themselves when they clearly would have been much better off saying nothing at all. They actually have a decent selection of craft beer, but they still mostly attract the Bud type crowd. They also list neither the size of the pours nor the price. Had I seen $7.50 for 8 ounces of Nelson I would have walked out. The restaurant itself is a bit odd. It is like one half Chuck E. Cheese where they are totally catering to kids, but yet with a full bar. Boozed up adults and kids ... probably not a good mix. Anyway, this place is on my blacklist. There are just way too many better and cheaper places to enjoy craft beer in Orange County. I would encourage all beer lovers to avoid Out Of The Park Pizza and to take their business elsewhere.

OK, I 'LOVE' pizza! I consider myself a junk food pizza expert and I rarely meet a pizza I don't like, but this place didn't exactly make my taste buds go wild. The pizza was so greasy, that when I picked up the first slice, all the cheese fell of it. That made it slightly difficult to eat. It also didn't pass the microwave at home test. I don't know why, but the crust didn't seem to make it through the micro-ing process. The employees were super nice though. We used the coupon purchased on Yelp and they didn't charge me the annoying 18% tip that some Groupon's add. We played a few games while waiting for the pizza and when the pizza was ready, they simply placed it at our table. A nice touch. It's definitely a family / sports place. Picnic tables to eat on, Expect lots of kids at night. Overall, it was a great coupon, but not a place I'll return too.

Usually we have usually had good experiences here, kids have always loved it; but we ordered 4 items tonight and they forgot 1 pizza and both orders of buffalo wings. And of course the pizza they remembered was the one for the parents. We had 4 starving kids and we had to hunt them down to look for our other food. The wings were gross. No sauce on them. To top that, no one apologized, no manager came over to say anything. We will not be coming back any time soon

What more can you ask for, great pizza and a good beer selection. They even had this amazing beer from the Inland Empire that was some Bourban ale and it was fantastic. The waitress gave us options, samples, and suggestions. The food was tasty, hot, and the beer was cold. So there you have it, sounds like a pretty standard review to me. Now I don't remember exactly what we paid, as my friend was treating me, but everything seemed reasonable. There were games, lots of TV's, and even some private rooms. I wish I lived closer, so if you do, go enjoy!

I visited my uncle in Placentia a while back and we stumbled across this place because his go-to place was too crowded. First off, outstanding beer selection for a mom & pop pizzeria. We got the meat lovers pie but I forgot what it's called on the menu. It was very substantial. Nothing too fancy (i.e. truffle oil, smoked duck, pork belly, etc.)... Just simple ingredients and they don't skimp. Laid back atmosphere, decent service.. My only criticisms are that they advertise themselves as a sports bar but we weren't able to watch the UCLA basketball game. When I asked our server if they had the Pac-12 channel, he looked as if I was speaking a foreign language. Needless to say, after checking with management, they didn't have the channel. There are TVs but it seems like they only show NFL games, Angels, Ducks, and that's it. I'm not from OC so I don't follow either of those teams. The other criticism is that it's very family oriented (which is fantastic if you've got kids) which means that during peak dinner hours, the place gets a bit chaotic and noisy with all the kids running around. It can be a little disconcerting if you're looking to unwind with a beer after a long day but it's fairly short-lived as the the kids clear out by around 7:30-8:00. Would I return to this place in the future? Yeah, I probably would because it's super casual and it's tough to find great IPAs (on draft) at most mom & pop places. However, the next time, I'll call ahead to check if they have the game that I wanna watch. We were there like six months ago so I'm hoping that they subscribe to the Pac-12 Channel and Fox Sports 1 now. Next time I go, if they have all the UCLA channels, I'll bump my rating up by one star.

Falling stars, falling stars, let me tell you how the stars just fell off the rating scale for this joint tonight. Entered. Checked in on my iPhone. Oh yay! A free order of breadsticks with my check in! Get to the counter. "Hi, we'll take a 14" Stephen Colbert (pepperoni, by the way), a medium drink, and I have this check in offer." Hand phone to girl. "No, this isn't printed out, so I can't accept it." "But it's a check in offer, I can't print it out." "I was told not to accept anything that isn't printed out." "Is there a manager I can talk to?" "Yes." She leaves. Comes back with some lady. She explains the situation to the lady. The lady looks at me and says... "Sorry, if it's not printed, we can't take it." "It is a Yelp check in offer. I can't check in on my laptop. And i'm not going to bring my laptop to a restaurant anyways. The point is you "check in" on your phone, and you get something." She agrees to go talk to another manager or owner, asks to take my phone from me, promises not to make any calls on it. Okay. So now we are standing there and a line is building behind us. Cashier is nervous and keeps saying "Sorry, but I was told I am not allowed to leave this area, sorry I can't do anything about this." Whatever. I tell her to void out sale, we will step aside and let her help the other people. We step aside, the lady comes back with my phone and says "We will honor it THIS ONE TIME but in the future, it needs to be printed." I don't know how Yelp check in offers come about, but I would assume somebody working there had to set it up. Maybe they should figure out how the program works. So we get to "cut" back in line and place our order. Order placed, we pick a table and I go to get my soda. The soda area is filthy. People had spilled everywhere and nothing had been cleaned up. Gross. Sit at the table, wait for the breadsticks and pizza. As we wait I catch a HUGE whiff of cigarette smoke from the patio. They do have an outdoor patio where they apparently allow smoking. Personally, smoke doesn't bother me. BUT I know it bothers a lot of people, especially when they are eating. They should really shut the doors to the patio, because I could smell the smoke the entire time I was eating. Breadsticks are brought out. Flavorless! The mariana served with them for dipping was quite good, the saving grace for these miserable sticks. Pizza arrives. Looks good. Person who brings the pizza asks if we need anything else. My friend says he would like some Ranch. The guy says "Okay!", then immediately turns to another chick and says "get them some Ranch." The Ranch never arrived. I would have liked to have asked somebody for the Ranch, but you can't tell who works here. They don't wear uniforms and all the people who were delivering the food to the tables were girls who looked like they were in high school, looked like they didn't care at all, and were wearing the skanky outfits they wore to school that day. So, we never got the Ranch. The pizza was edible, but not great. I felt like a Digiorno at home would have been better. The sauce served with the breadsticks was better than the sauce on the pizza. I was severely disappointed with the food. We are full now, time to go. My friend wants to take the rest of the pizza, who knows why. Well of course, nobody checked on us, and there was nobody to flag down. I did see girls delivering food to tables, but as soon as they were done, and I could have flagged them down, their eyes immediately went to the floor. Customer service is clearly not something they care about here. My friend ended up going to the bar to ask for a box. While he was up there (an eternity) the lady who granted me the Yelp check in offer stopped by and asked if I needed a box. I said "He is trying to get one" and pointed at the bar. So, she walked away. She could have said, "Oh, i'll get it!." But no, why would she? So, we finally got the box, packed up and headed out. This place was sooooo bad. The service sucked, the food sucked, and the fact that they don't even know what they are offering on Yelp was ridiculous to me. Never again.

Mmmm! Went here with my GF and we both loved it. VERY unique pizza selections (ie the Chuck Norris). Good atmosphere but seems more like a family place then a good drinking spot for late 20s like us. We went around 730 and it was filled with kids. Has a room with comfy chairs and a big tv. It could get better on the clean up. They are not very quick to throw away the garbage. Thats why its getting 4 instead of 5 stars.

I have been coming here for the last year and a half and absolutely love this place. The beer selection is always changing and features beers that are very hard to find. The food is great and they are always adding innovative choices to their menu. My kids love coming here because of the video games and pinball machine and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is typically an eclectic mix of people here so it is also good for people watching. This is not the spot to come to if you are expecting a full service restaurant experience but the owners and the staff really do care about their business and the guests experience. Looking forward to the Anniversary Party on January 11th. I just wish they would get a Street Fighter II arcade game up in there...I would be all over that!

I came here on my lunch break. I had seen it when I was at the In & Out that is in the same parking lot. I called ahead to see if there where any lunch specials. The people I spoke to were really cool and told me exactly what they had. So there I went....Ok, so I thought their lunch special was one slice of pizza, side salad and a drink. Turned out to be a 5' personal pizza. The salad was a great start, very fresh. The pizza...simply awesome! I probably could have finished it all, but given that I pretty much sit all day at work, I held back and saved the rest for later. The service was pretty good. Very friendly. I am looking to go back!

You'll be hard-pressed to find a place where you can get an incredible hand-crafted pizza, a wide selection of craft beer, and atmosphere that is inviting to families and drinkers alike. Matt, one of the owners, takes as much care of his customers as his son, Dan, takes care of the immaculate beer selection. With a rotating beer list on 34 taps and 50 bottles, it's easy to find a new beer that you've never had on any given day. For those that aren't feeling too adventurous, they do serve at least one common light beer--but, they also offer beer flights for those who are looking to dip their nubile taste buds into something different like Stone, Allagash, The Bruery, or Bootleggers, among others. The beer selection is very local friendly, and the establishment, in general, is very friendly in regards to their regular crowd. It's easy to make new friends here, whether it be with the owners or the familiar faces sitting at the bar. It does get crowded. It is a pizza place, so it is likely that you'll run into a whole baseball team of kids...but they also have a pretty nice arcade. While it can get it little tricky making your way though a crowd of children, getting back to my glass of beer makes things quite alright. There's a delicate balance between being kid-friendly and adult-friendly, and I personally think that the guys at Out Of The Park ride that fence as well as anyone ever could.

How did I just find out about this place? It's like a little slice of heaven. [Oh, did you see what i did there?] I came to Out of the Park last Wednesday with the boy, since I love beer, pizza, and karaoke. The boy [Nate Z.] hosts karaoke on Wednesday nights, so this was a great opportunity to see him in KJ action. We got there early and shared The Duke, which is pretty much what pizza should always be. Crisp pizza dough topped with a shiz ton of meat & cheese. There were chunks of bacon! Oh the bacon gods would be so pleased. The beer selection did not disappoint one bit. DFH 90 minute IPA, Lagunitas WTF, Stone Ruination, Avery Dugana, Alaskan Amber, Abita Purple Haze, just to name a few that caught my eye [and went straight to my belly]. They have 33 taps and 50 bottles, and from what I've heard the taps change regularly. Dan [one of the owners] loves his beer and is eager to talk about it. Karaoke was a blast as well. They have a stage and patio outside set-up, so you can drink, smoke, eat, and karaoke all in one place. Also the bar wraps around outside, so you can be on the patio and order drinks. This place is soon going to become a home away from home, I can already tell. It has all the right ingredients to be something really special. Be warned though, this is a family restaurant, so there may be little league teams and families with lots of children here at times. Just be patient, because those kids have to go to bed eventually, and Out of the Park is open until 1am every night.

Myself, my wife and our friends frequent OOTPP often. At least once every 2-3 weeks. For me i love the huge selection of beer and how it is rotated often. I love to try new brews. Also they do a great job of posting about whats being tapped on FB. My wife and daughter love the pizza balls. They are seriously so delicious. I like the chuck Norris pizza. Although I'v heard you can get pizza balls Chuck Norris Style. The arcade is what you can expect at a pizza place that has a lot of chidrean it's hard to maintain but has a fine variety that most children can find something they like. Hey its better than having more tables gives your kids something to do. The owner is a great guy and always remembers who I am which makes me feel great about going there. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly while the patrons share my same love for beer and good sports action. This is a great place to go and watch a game with buddies or a place to let your kid run wild while you enjoy some carb heaven.

All I can say is I have a new favorite pizza and it is the Chuck Norris. This thing is amazing. I gotta say that this place still looks like it could use a little more help as the place gets pretty packed. But they really are trying...and for some reason that ice maker every time i go is always broken. But I drink beer there anyway so no biggie. Looking for a nice line up of brews get on over her and pair it with that Chuck Norris and some Rockabilly Fries...perfect combo.

Went because of an OC Register $15 for $30 deal. Deal was awesome got a lot of food and even beer, which they had an immense selection of (however were out of my fist two choices of beer, no worries though). The food itself was ok, nothing to rave about. Had the breadsticks, which were really good. The Texan pizza which was average if anything.... Super hot wings and sweet chili wings both were ok. If you have the deal or use the one that they have on yelp, it's worth it to go....

I recently found out about this place, however, my brother and parents come here all the time. As others have mentioned, they have a pretty large list of beers on tap. I've had the pepperoni & sausage and the Chuck Norris pizza. The pepperoni and sausage here are pretty bland, however, what you come here for is definitely to get some Chuck Norris yumminess! The pizza alone gives you the 5 stars. I recommend eating it there because when it's at its freshest, that's when it's at its mind-blowing best with its buffalo chicken, bacon, avocado, & ranch.....YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I will caution you though, because of the bacon, it is greasy. But it is sooo good you don't even care. Worth every single calorie!!! lol

The people who work here are awesomely nice! Great beer selection. The pizza menu has some really great items! Pizza is a little greasy for me but it's long on flavor. My last visit here was pretty noisy with the sound of kids. The seating wasn't the best, and the place was a little..dishelved...not dirty, just, "between cleanings." The TV's didn't have volume up so we couldn't watch Sports Center, but the kids were louder than the TV's would have been anyway. Good parking and nice, ice cold refreshing...beverages. Salads fresh and tasty (!) and not wilty, layin' around and thrown together. Did I mention the noise from the kids? SOme really cool pizza combinations well worth the trip to try. I'll definitely return for some football and cold...beverages...as soon as the season starts. And before the season starts. And after the season ends. A word of praise: When they have private events they post a flyer well in advance so you are forewarned when you can't pay a visit. THAT is very much appreciated for those of us who schedule everything.

Love out-of-the-park pizza, went there a couple time. The Chuck Norris is great, but the beer is even better. The place is huge, but not too hard to find. I loved the atmosphere here, can't wait to try out Karaoke night some time soon!! LOVE THE FOOD, LOVE THE BREWS, good times had by all. A MUST TRY.

Went here for lunch with my 2 boys. We ordered 2 different pizza. Kind of expensive. The pizza was just OK, nothing special. Their soda machine was broken. Asked them for lemonade, and it was all water down. They have games for kids, but tried 3 different games, and it all took my money. Really annoying. And they have a waitress thats covered in tatoos from neck to toes. This place is good only for beer lovers.... They have all kinds of beers. But, I didnt find anything special about their pizza or atmosphere.

I just got home from Out of the Park Pizza so my experience is very fresh in my mind. Sorry for the low rating but the pizza came out barely 2 degrees over room temperature! They did reheat the pizza for us but really... cold pizza? Not unless I'm hungover from the night before. Maybe this time was a fluke but it didn't help my experience at all. The beer selection is actually pretty extensive so if you're a craft beer drinker, this place is for you (beerwise). This is a rare find in "chainville" Anaheim Hills. The beer prices seem pretty good. The pizza looked good but when ours came out, the cheese hadn't even melted all the way yet. Crust was soggy, toppings were ample (albeit cold), pizza size (we ordered a large) was good although all of their pizzas were a little too pricey for plastic forks and thin paper plates. We also ordered a large salad (around $8.50 for romaine lettuce, couple slices of cucumber and tomato, and a couple tablespoons of shredded cheese) which was slightly disappointing. Staff was friendly and helpful (if you can find someone to help). Atmosphere seems good for kids. You had to order at the bar which is pretty inconvenient if you wanted a beer refill and had to wait in line again. There was only one guy behind the bar doing everything: taking orders, serving drinks and processing tabs!! I doubt if we'll be back; maybe only for the beer.

1st visit here & the experience was fantastic. Will be back. Fast & friendly service. Good food & GREAT beer selection on tap. Adult & kid friendly. 21 TVs, karaoke, lounge room, air hockey, arcade games, pool table and juke box...what more could you ask for.

Great craft beer selection and great pizza! I'm a huge fan of IPAs and reds. I always find something good here. Definitely a repeat customer. Recommendations: Chuck Norris Pizza Poppers/Torpedoes - If you don't know what pizza poppers are, they take all of the pizza ingredients and wrap them in a ball and cook it. If you tear it apart, the cheese and toppings are oozing out in all their glory. You must dip it in ranch. Trust me. The Texan with Sweet Chili - Chicken, bacon, avocado, and sweet chili sauce gives it the perfect sweet and salty balance.

The pizza here is pretty good though not the best I've ever had by quite a bit. The real hidden gem here food wise to me was the wings. The chicken was seasoned on its own and tasted plenty good without the wing sauce. The best part of this place is obviously the beer selection. It is a great craft beer mix of local and national brews.

I came here with a fun group after a short local hike to celebrate a Bday... It was a great surprize after reading some of the negative reviews. The pizza was very tasty, and not soggy at all. The service was also very good. The staff was attentive, and very organized. We ordered the Antipasti salad large size. Good, but a little skimpy on the cold cuts. Both pizzas were amazing. This is a family joint so don't expect a quit meal. I will return for sure.

I just don't understand pizza "snobbery" people on the east coast (hipsters? dou*ahem*ches?) will claim that east coast pie can't be beat but I beg to differ - as one of my best friends puts it... "It's cheese, dough and sauce." In a city dominated by pizza chains (one of the drawbacks living in ultrasuburbia) where pretty much everything is frozen, prepackaged and pre-portioned before it even hits the stores - Out of the Park Pizza is a breath of fresh air and definitely hits the ball "Out of the Park" (See what I did there?!). It's a pizza joint so don't come expecting to eat healthy and prepare to gorge yourself - they have a variety of specialty pizzas that are definitely very unique and original, they also have your typical pizza joint fare (wings, fried foods, etc [their chili cheese fries looked amazing). Of course, if you don't like any specialty pizzas on the menu they have all of your favorite toppings, too! The pizza comes piping hot out of the oven so be careful not to burn yourself. The ingredients are fresh, the dough is just right and the cheese is perfectly gooey. The service here has always been stellar. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. The icing on the cake is that they have beer on draft!!! Pizza, wings and beer is one of my favorite foods so it's nice to find a place that does all three and does it very well. This has quickly become one of my favorite pizza places and I hope they're around a very long time!

This place is awesome. I typically visit during lunch with a couple co-workers and we always love it. The service here is fantastic and there are tonsss of beers on tap. Only reason why I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because their other menu items besides pizza are not that great. I had a chicken sandwich once and it was tiny and not that great. Also, a co-worker had the meatball sub and hated it. Other than that I love this place!

The good news: This place has a fantastic beer selection with a lot of local brews. The bad news: The pizza I had was mediocre at best. The dough and sauce were both rather bland. Compared to other pizza places in Orange County, I simply cannot recommend this place for its pizza. Maybe my experience was not an adequate representation of this place at its best, and if I end up there again for some reason and things are substantially better I will be willing to change the rating. Until then, the only thing saving it from a two-star rating is the beer.

I ate here the over the weekend with the family. The kids had fun with the games. The pizza took almost 45 minutes to get from the time we ordered. We did ask for it to be cooked well done but a normal pizza takes around 10 minutes to cook in a conveyor belt oven so 45 minutes is a long time. The place had people but was not busy since it was the middle of the afternoon. Good thing I wasn't starving. The pizza came piping hot. It stayed hot too. We went traditional with the pepperoni. We got the largest and it was good. I think next time I will get less cheese as the middle was completely floppy. The crust was cooked well done but still was droopy. The sauce was great. Overall this was awesome pizza. It could have come a bit quicker and the prices are rather steep considering this is pizza, but the place is decked out so I'm sure I'm subsidizing some of the ambiance. Keep up the good work! I'll be coming back.

This place can be fun, but the employees and management are far too lax. I have seen on several ocassions employees, often scantily-clad, chilling at the bar, getting wasted with their friends and with other employees. They are usually the loudest and most obnoxious individuals in the restaurant. I just wish they could be more professional and behaved and such by getting drunk and being wild on their own time, not in their place of employment.
