I love mom and pop shops and this ice cream parlor screams family friendly and customer service oriented. I came in here after a tiring court day and I was surprised by all of the flavors. The owner was really chill and he gave me plenty of samples. From taro, to mint, to rocky road, everything was rich and creamy. Ultimately, I went with sea salt caramel and it was delish. I relished every moment of heaven. Also, they have a small lot next door. Overall, amazing ice cream and a huge assortment of flavor.

I have no complaints about this place. The workers were nice and the ice cream was good. It's not my favorite ice cream place, but if I'm craving something sweet, I would pick this place over Baskin Robbins any day.

Good ice cream, but nothing out of this world. I got SALTY CARAMEL in a waffle cone which was good, sweet salty creamy, but much sweeter than the usual rest, about 30% more probably. If you want this, get only one scoop. DARK CHOCOLATE is great, this you can feel how rich it is, and it is not bitter. NUTELLA is definitely as expected, because somewhere inside those caramel-like licks, not chunks but small bodies of nutella will surprise you, and you'll be like Hmmm wow. Average price is about $4-5. Lines are typically long in the summer but moves fast. Parking lot is tiny (about 8 cars) so park in the street.

I really enjoyed the cookie dough ice cream. The parking was a little tight behind the store, i could see this being a problem at busy times, but the ice cream was really good. The employees were nice and the store was clean i can't ask for more than that!

THE BEST ice cream around! Tons of delicious flavors. I've tried many and love them all. My favorite is chocolate covered strawberries :) mmmm

Get: Double scoop on mutant cone with two heads! Try: Cherry vanilla + Coffee Chip was my winning combination but the Taro and Lychee flavors were definitely unique! Avoid: Visiting at peak dessert hours (after dinner, super late at night, on the hour...) but the lines move fairly quickly--it just might be difficult to find an actual place to sit in the vicinity. Move on: Ice cream base itself wasn't impressive.. it seemed standard mix and not creamy enough to be crave worthy. Shop is definitely old school (think 70s setup). Overall it reminded me of an old school Fenton's with mostly classic flavors. I would probably not visit again (although it wasn't bad).

I love it here! I had stopped by on Friday and found that they had horchata flavored ice cream so I was definitely excited to try it. It was delicious and tasted exactly like horchata. That being said, I had to tell my sibling about it and we took a "spontaneous" trip during a slightly rainy day for some horchata single scoop cones. We always get our orders fast, so we were in and out of there in less than ten minutes. Going to come again another day because I can't get enough of the ice cream!

Normally I order Pistachio or Butter Pecan. Always wanted to try Taro. After coming here for years, I finally asked for a sample. It was good and not what I was expecting it to taste like. It was sweet and creamy. I ordered a scoop and can you believe it?? My 3 year took it over. I think I was able to get 2 spoonfuls. I ended up eating her scoop of pistachio which of course is not a bad consolation prize. Took Butter Pecan and Orange Juice Sherbet quarts to go for the rest of my family. Both are very tasty... will be lucky if they last the week.

Ice cream is old fashion good! They do one thing right, ice cream! The head guy seems bah humbug. That's okay though, I'm there for the frozen delight anyways. Plenty of flavors, seating is tight, parking is limited.

Just went back, and I'd have to say it truly deserves 5 stars!! So creamy, flavorful, and delicious with every lick! Get the taro!!

Old-fashioned but good! I got Nutella flavor! Just right sweetness & creaminess. Went on a Sun around 1:30pm. Line was short. Lucky to get a parking spot by the curb! Glad that my ice cream was only lightly melted by the time I arrived home! Will go back to try more flavors! :)

Nice little old fashioned ice cream place. Good ice cream, no frills, nostalgic feel. I shared a brownie sundae with a friend and enjoyed it. The brownie was very rich, and a little too hard, making it difficult to scoop with the ice cream. Overall, enjoyed this place. Will come back again.

This is my favorite ice cream. The texture is smooth and luscious. The flavors are classic and perfectly sweet - though I do find that the vanilla is a bit too sugary for me. My go-to flavors are ube, green tea, Dutch chocolate, strawberry, and when in season, peach

The ice cream is okay, some of the flavors are considered out of the box, however, what this place has going for itself is the branding over anything else. This place has been around a long time, therefore, they have an established loyalty. Customer service was decent. Warning that this place is cash only. Don't worry the prices are very reasonable even for a double scoop.

I've lived in the area and have always heard great things about their ice cream but never got a chance to go in. I came in after dim sum one day to get a container of ice cream for my sister's birthday. Knowing she likes pistachio ice cream, I asked for a tasting before I bought it just to check it out. You can really taste the pistachio in the ice cream unlike any pistachio ice cream i have ever had and not super sweet. The ice cream really does live up to all the hype...no joke. I took it home to my family and this was the first dessert my sister actually offered to take home as she normally just asks to leave it at my parents house. I will definitely be back.

Best ice cream ever!! LOVE coffee & cookies :) Guinness stout ice cream is also amazing!

Oldest ice cream joint in the area! They have unique flavors like taro and classic flavors, of course. I got taro and was happy with it.

Peppermint stick!!!! One of my favorite flavor a that is hard to find (or get right). They have a great variety of flavors to try. They all change flavors w seasons. Nice to actually eat at the flagship store instead of stores that carry fosselmans. No restroom. Cash only. Be prepared *_* Parking is pretty easy as they have their own small lot and some street parking.

REMEMBER: CASH ONLY! i have been coming here since i was a little kid. Some of the best ice cream around!! the feel of coming here is just like going to an old fashion candy shop/ soda fountain. I love the decor and the ice cream just tastes better from here. there isnt much seating and it can get crowded but still love coming here!

PARKING Small parking lot that fits a couple cars but it's better than nothing. On the bright side, there's street parking if the lot is filled. FOOD I love their ice cream. I always get a single scoop of something with a waffle cone for $3.75. My personal favorites are: banana walnut, burgundy cherry, real pistachio nut, chocolate dipped strawberry & strawberry. I've tried their green tea flavor, but I'm not a fan of it. I enjoy buying their 6-pack of ice cream sandwiches for $9.95, it's always nice to have that in my freezer whenever I want ice cream. Burgundy cherry with a waffle cone $3.75 ( yelp.com/biz_photos/foss… ) TIP This place is CASH ONLY.

I've been coming here for over 25 years. My mom always ordered an ice cream cake for my bday. Their ice cream has always been consistently great & delicious!! Best flavors (I'm a chocolate lover so keep that in mind): Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Coffee & cookies (mixed with white chocolate chip is so good!!) Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Rocky Road Horchata Check for seasonal flavors.
