Decent enough when you're on the road...nothing extraordinary but decent enough. Surprisingly crowded for a weekday...given that it's not "outstanding."

Bone-in ribeye never fails to excite my senses here! The sides are all top-notch and I always seem to forget how affordable it is compared to a lot of steakhouses. Good stuff!

My fiance and his brother and dad go hunting on opening day every year. And every year, they eat at Texas Roadhouse almost every night they're out there. Last year I finally went with them, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! My first Texas Roadhouse experience and it was awesome. Food is good, portions are big, prices are affordable and the margaritas are so tasty (extra shot for just $1). I recently reviewed a Utah location (also 5 stars) and was happily advised by someone from Texas Roadhouse that there is indeed a location in California. I'm so excited :)

Best steakhouse in yuma! :) Staff was friendly. We were greeted right away and seated right away. Rare in yuma. Food is just like any other steakhouse. Nothin over the top. The service made up for it though.

Great customer service from all the staff there. Complimentary bread and cinnamon butter spread. My steak was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed the side salad. The location is a bit hidden from the main road, it's tucked near a Golden Corral.

Looking for a steak to celebrate Christmas Eve... found this place via yelp and thought I'd give it a try. It must be good because there's a line out the door at 3:00 on Christmas Eve! I sat at the bar top (no waiting!) and ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt and the 8 oz. sirloin, medium. The margarita came in a huge 18 oz. glass and the steak arrived with a house salad and a sweet potato with butter and brown sugar. The house-made blue cheese dressing was very good and the steak was cooked to perfection. The food was excellent, the service by Holly was fast and attentive. This is my new go-to place in Yuma! Now I need to come back so I can try some of the other items on the menu...

Food is good. Service is good as well although our waitress seemed to be busy and would disappear at times.

Food great as always service was great even given the amount of people. Waitress was real good to us and the beer went great with the steak!

Spending a night in Yuma for business and wanted something familiar. My waiter was fast and nice. My glass was never empty, and my good came out just on time and fresh. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The selections for places to eat in Yuma is pretty slim. My father and I ate here one night. C+ at best. I didn't get sick and throw up, but didn't love it either.

Great food, fun atmosphere, friendly and authentic staff, nice country songs playing in the background, stop by if ever in Yuma.

Spur of the moment trip down south..my phone died and with a few Texas Roadhouse commercials engraved deep in memory I thought this would be a safe option where I'd at least experience a 3 out of 5 meal but boooooy was I wrong! To make things worse I come on yelp and realize it's a 4?? i walked in and they had like 10 hostesses (all very mediocre too, many high school looking ones). Why so many I ask? I don't know if there are very few community service options in ghost town Yuma and this is where they volunteer? So I was taken to my table (a corner table) and I asked for another table and she said hold on I have to ask if that's okay? Like what are we in the 50's? Table segregation stopped decades ago but here I was feeling like Rosa Parks!! So I got the table I wanted and proceeded to taste their complimentary rolls. These things tasted familiar just like another 1 star place, hometown buffets rolls! Eh had 2 because the Yuma heat had scorched out the energy in me that I needed some food, any food! Fruit punch (watered down) and lemonades :s were really blah! The salad was okay, hard to mess a side salad up though so nothing worth glamorizing. I ordered the ribs which were noted as "award winning" and "fall off the bone"..I am sad to report that they were like Pharrell at the Oscars..awardless. Fall off the bone was accurate but the taste was medicinal. I don't know if their seasoning got mixed up with pharmaceuticals from Mexico but they tasted like amoxicillin...yuck. I believe this place is sponsored by Morton's..no not the steak house but the salt company!! They should change their logo to the lady with the umbrella because everything was extra salty. The burger was salty..the fries were salty..the steak was salty :( My waiter was alright but he seemed zoned out like he was hating himself for not going to college and being there instead!! Please stay away if you have any culinary standards. There is an applebees across the bridge and an ihop across the street..very average but both safer options.

My wife took me to this Texas Roadhouse a week earlier on Father's Day. It seemed that the house salad was smaller than usual. Also the rolls seemed smaller than our previous visit. But not to worry, Sarah, our server, made our dining experience enjoyable with her polite and friendly attitude. The 12 oz Fort Worth Ribeye was cooked just the way I ordered it, medium well, slightly pink. My wife was really happy with her order of pulled pork. We come here as often as we can be in the Yuma area, and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Just stopped in here while passing through, and our family of 5 had an awesome lunch. There are lots of choices on the kid's menu and my fried chicken was some of the best that I've ever had. We mentioned that it was our first time visiting the restaurant, and someone came over to welcome us, and gave us a bag of peanuts for the road. All in all, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Got our chili before our cactus blossom, my candied sweet potato had way to any marshmallows on it and it was burnt to a crisp. No golden, but black and it chipped away. Service was fast and friendly, hosts did a great job with telling us wait time.

Dont come unless you call ahead. Otherwise they are going to make you wait forever. Just go to the other steakhouse in yuma

It's kind of like a Claimjumper / BJ's / Lonestar, all in all it's not bad. Good food and reasonable prices. Service was very friendly. Great place to hang out with friends or for large groups. First time I ever had fried pickles, I liked it. Give it a try!

Wasn't crazy about it. Very messy. Food was day old. Dried out and semi warm. We gave it 3 times before we decided no more!

Service is fantastic here, by far the best steak house I've ever been to in Yuma. Our server Brian, was awesome. He was prompt with refills and he seemed on his game. He made the experience wonderful...I'm coming back and asking for him next time. Besides the service, the rolls were piping hot and fresh out the oven. I ordered a ribeye steak and it was cooked so perfect, it melted in my mouth. My bf had the prime rib and it was also delicious! You have to try this place out!

Decided to stop here for dinner on our way home to Phoenix after our San Diego vacation. There was no wait, which was great. We both got a couple of steaks and mashed potatoes. The food was really good, especially the rolls and cinnamon butter, mmmmm..... We'll probably come here on our drives back to Phoenix from Cali. Service was great too!

not being that hungry I ordered the sirloin kabob. the meat had no flavor of the typical marinade and was tough to boot. the vegetables were not cooked as well. I told mgr. she said order anything to replace it after complaining. I assumed that it was compted. when I got bill I was charged for the new dinner. I was quite unhappy.

This got 3 stars because of the great service. There were 10 of us and our service was fun and efficient. The food certainly didn't come up to the standard of the service. The salads were ok . The prime rib and as way over cooked for medium rare. The baked potatoes were not done inside. The place is very noisy if you are looking for a place to have a conversation. I doubt we will return.

I went there last night with a friend, and we were blown away. The staff was great, the food came out perfectly cooked, and our waitress, Leeza, was seriously the best! Not many get a 20 dollar tip, but she earned it for sure. You'll definitely get full here, so don't miss out!

We came as a family and let me tell you there are a numerous amount of us, and we all fit very well in a looong table that they had. I just love their hot wings! OMGOSH never in my life have I tasted any better than these. I've tried multiple places and still my favorites are from here. And the peanuts all over the floor like decoration was just amazing! Excellent service, Excellent food, you HAVE to come and enjoy as much as we did that day.

Ohmylordy!!! Food was amazing! Staff- just as equally amazing. Hubby loved his steak, I loved mine as well, and kiddie loved her burger. Where's the one star missing from? As a vet and having an AD hubby, what caught our eye was a worn flag that had seen better days.

Stopped by here this weekend for a quick lunch. Not only was it delicious, served up quickly and reasonably priced... the service was great. Tons of parking and great food and drink options make this place a must when in Yuma, AZ. My wife and I were happy first time customers. We will definitely return when in the area!!!

Three stars is pretty generous actually. I am not a chain restaurant fan but I decided to give this place a try. I wasn't impressed. I found it to be pretty gimmicky and my steak was good but I've had much better. Even the bread everyone raves about was just so so to me. I'm just not a chain person I guess but if you are, you should like this place.

We always have little get aways to Yuma,AZ and this is our must stop by for lunch!!fantastic falling off the bone ribs. Not slathered in bbq sauce but just enough. You can actually taste the meat and seasoning. I always get the baked beans and fries.

We were looking forward to celebrating my wifes birthday at the Texas Roadhouse only to ne disapointed. The atmosphere was fantastic however the food was not. The prime rib was ordered medium rare and came out extreamly rare. The off the bone ribs were off the bone very well done I had to ask for more bbq sauce to overcome the dryness. We won't be back.

OMG! Came here because I was given a gift card. Why the hell haven't I been before? Service impeccable (we had Breanna) and the food the best! Started with the home baked bread and cinnamon butter followed by their cactus blossom (just like the blooming onion but way better). Then finally the entrees and we barely had room. Steak kabob and grilled veggies for me and grilled pork chops for Dan. The side "house salad" was fresh and loaded with cheese, egg, and home made croutons. Every thing here home made and very good. The last comment was from our visit by the manager. He came over and gave us a small bag of peanuts to go and a coupon for a free appetizer when we come back. If you have not been to the Texas Roadhouse GO! And GO NOW!!

There were 10 of us for a birthday party. Carlos our waiter was great. I ordered a full rack of ribs and they were burnt and very dry. Husband had a rib eye steak and it was fatty. Had a Absolute on the rocks and maybe 3 sips in the glass. As we walked out we noticed the American Flag was tattered!!! Shame, Shame!!!!!

I come here ever so often when my family is hungry for steaks, I do enjoy them but of lately I have had a few issues with them. I ordered a prime rib dinner with rice and vegetables, and when I received my dinner, the bag that is used to portion the rice was still in the rice! I am not even kidding... So we sent back the rice, and even though I did not want anymore the server brought me another bowl of rice, The prime rib was very disappointing... I am really not sure how to explain it but when you order prime rib it is suppose to be juicy and flavorful but my order was not. I will never be ordering the prime rib again but I would try their other dinners. It is an OK place to go when you have a carnivore craving.

One of the best bone in rib eyes ever and huge. 22 bucks for a huge steak and sides that were great. Looking forward to going here again. Wish they were open for lunch!

Got the sirloin and bbq chicken combo with mashed potatoes and corn. Mmmmmm. Made the trip from Phoenix to San Diego and back plenty of times and somehow missed the Roadhouse. Good food, good service and Far better thanI the fast food off the 16th St. exit. Long story short.... Go get some grub!

My boyfriend lives in Yuma so I am there at least once a month and, the Texas Roadhouse has always been one of our favorites. We sit at the bar and Desiree and Jersey are great bartenders. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable. This trip we ordered "non-alcoholic beers" as usual and, imagine our disappointment when we heard that "Corporate has decided" not to carry them any more. We probably won't return unless the policy changes. Too bad since it's so easy to carry a few O'Douls.

I ate at the Texas Roadhouse during my last visit to Yuma, my company has a Facility there. I had a Rib-eye meal and it was awesome, steak was tender rare and perfect, the baked potato was awesome, as was there bread. There is a super fun and friendly atmosphere. I look forward to returning here EVERY time I have to go back to Yuma!

Not the best BBQ I've had. Their "fall off the bone" ribs were not really fall off the bone. You had to chew some of the meat stuck to the bone. Ft. Worth rib eye was 40% fat. We let the folks know and the offered to get it fixed. Time was a factor so we just enjoyed it for what it was. Over rated over sold "made from scratch" sides and home made bread with meat items that were mediocre.

This is my fav restaurant. The service is always amazing and the steaks are juicy and cooked just right. They are always willing to correct any mistake they make right away. They have fall off the bone ribs. There prices are very decent and their cherry cokes are made just right. I love that you can call ahead before you get there so you can get your table right away instead of having to wait and wait. There bread/biscuits are so delicious and go great with the peanuts waiting for you at your table. The only Con's I can think of is the music and noise is sometimes so loud you can't hear the person sitting across the table from you.

On our yearly visit to Yuma, we wanted to take my 91 year old uncle to some place with great food but not over the top fancy because that's not his style. Thanks to my fellow Yelpers we decided on the Texas Roadhouse. I totally understand the glowing reviews! Certainly not a place for a quiet, intimate dinner, but a noisy FUN place for great time, great food, and outstanding service. They describe their ribs as 'fall off the bone' ... Yup! No knife needed, just a fork or one hand. I had a Caesar salad & baked potato with mine, all were awesome. All the hot tasty rolls you can eat. Wife had ribeye steak with prawns, the steak had a wonderful buttery flavor and tender enough to cut with a fork. The prawns tasted as good as any high end seafood restaurant back home where seafood is caught fresh daily. Last but not least our server Michael was a credit to his employer, we went on a Saturday night, the place was packed (only a 10 minute wait to be seated !) and Michael was awesome. He stopped by our table several times to see if we needed anything, not just the typical one time after the food arrives. They actually give you time to eat your salad before the food arrives. Some of the employees have "I love my job!" on the back of their shirts, and it shows. It just doesn't get any better.

Great food, Juicy sirloin, Tasty fries and funny staff :) my family and I went for my older brother's birthday the staff made him swing on a wooden pony :D. there definitely creative and fun the only reason for my 4 star rating is because its messy with peanut shells ( They have peanut barrels everywhere for the snackish) they also have a mini arcade with Galaga and i think a hunting game. anyway it's definitely worth stopping by for bite when in town

I venture to Yuma several times a year to go jet skiing and this is always at the top of the list for dinner. Love this place. They have the most fantastic, fall-off-the-bone ribs I've ever had. Honestly, I've never been a fan of ribs until I came to this place about 5 years ago when I my buddy ordered them and gave me a taste. Literally came back the next night just to order them (they were/are THAT good). Be careful though, they give you these delicious rolls with honey butter when you sit down and it's way too easy to fill up with these things. Save it for dinner! Their baked potato is loaded with all the sides (bacon, butter, sour cream) and they salt the skins, so the entire things is mucho-tasty. I also pretty much always get a margarita (rocks, salt) and they've always been very good. They have multiple TVs around the bar, around which the rest of the restaurant is situated, so you can pretty much get an angle on one of 'em from just about anywhere. Food service is the same in the bar, so if you're there to catch a game, sit in the bar area. My only real complaint with the place is that they have the servers do some pretty obnoxious songs when people are there for their birthdays. I thought maybe I was just getting too old, but my 13 year old commented to me about it being annoying also. I get that some people might actually enjoy it and the first time or so, it's kinda cute, but I've been about a dozen times or so and I could do without it. It won't keep me from coming back, tho.

Awesome food and awesome chow. I really enjoy this entire chain. While there are better local chophouse around (none within 200 miles of here tho) you cannot beat the service, quality or price here!!

I really appreciate that the music hasn't been as loud the past 2 times we've gone to TR. I never cared for ribs till I ate theirs. Now it's my fav meal. We always ask for server Kevin. He is on top of things but unobtrusive.

Texas Roadhouse, I don't even know where to begin. I came here for my birthday with my girlfriend. Off the bat, the restaurant looked really appealing & seemed to give off an inviting impression. As soon as we opened the door we were greeted & we were asked how many people were in our party. The hostess explained there would be a 5 - 10 minute wait. But it only took 2 minutes to be seated! The interior main lobby was beautiful, the southern western themed out walls and how they have a barrel of peanuts to freely eat in the waiting area. You could throw the peanut shells on the floor, but it didn't even look dirty, it fit the theme of the restaurant perfectly & was very unique for a restaurant. Once the hostess sat us at our table we were shortly greeted by our waitress, who was very patient and attentive. We were given a basket of complimentary bread & a bucket of peanuts. I have to talk about the bread; the bread is the most AMAZING bread you'll ever eat EVER. I have never been so passionate about bread, but I feel the need to put those in caps. Honestly, there is no true way to describe the bliss of these bread rolls they give out. Every bite was exploding with flavor, the texture was perfect, and the dipping butter was amazing. Best bread rolls I've ever had & they are absolutely free. Our waitress had asked us if we were ready to order but I explained to her that we weren't that hungry yet so we just ordered some drinks and relaxed for a bit, she was very patient with us. After about an hour, we were starting to feel hungry so we went ahead & ordered. I ordered the half-slab of their signature "fall-off-the-bone" ribs with two sides, mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy & buttered corn. My girlfriend, ordered the 12oz "Ft. Worth" ribeye steak cooked medium rare two sides, vegetables & mashed potatoes plain. It only took about 15 minutes to get our food. My ribs were perfect, absolutely flawless, the meat was tender and literally did fall of the bone with no effort & was extremely rich in flavor. The mashed potatoes were thick & tasty. The corn was creamy & delicious. The 12oz ribeye steak was perfect, juicy , thick & cooked exactly the way a medium rare steak should be cooked. This is probably the best steak & ribs I've ever had in my life. No pun intended. I have never died & came back to life. It's too difficult to truly describe the perfection of the food. All I can say is I had an amazing time here, I will never forget it. This truly was a treat. I will come back FOR SURE.

This place is awesome. I don't like chain restaurants, but this one is great. Service is always good, and my daughter & husband can't get enough of the peanuts and rolls. I always order the ribeye or prime rib, unless I want a salad, then I get the Steakhouse filet salad. They are all delicious, and cooked perfectly every time. No complaints!

Great place .... and wait staff. The food here is awesome and every time I go there the food is prepare the way I order it. By far this is one of the better places to eat a steak in yuma.

Driving back from Lake Havasu passing thru on my way to San Diego, I decided to yelp and saw this place. Walked in and was greeted by a really friendly manager. You grab FRESH warm bread as you walk in and it has this butter with cinnamon that was AMAZING! Sat down at the bar and got a perfectly cooled beer and then told the bartender i couldn't decide between the pulled pork or a steak. She said shed grab me a "sample" of the pork and brought out the biggest side of anything ive ever seen. The pulled pork was the best ive had (yes even better than Phil's BBQ which is the talk of the town here in SD) After plowing through all of the bread and the pulled pork i didn't even feel like i needed a steak. but i felt bad seeing as all i had ordered was a beer at this point so i got a juicy steak cooked perfectly with some mashed potatoes that were perfect. I will always stop here anytime i am passing through town. WARNING: If you are driving after: Don't eat too much or you will have a food comma and it will make driving on the 8 dreadful and dangerous. woops.

Absolutely incredible! The staff welcomes you at the door with warm bread! Our waiter was great and the manager Chris Knox stopped by to thank us for stopping in. He also gave us a coupon for a free appetizer and a bag of peanuts because it was our first time eating here! The portions are HUGE!

I ordered a rib-eye steak "Pittsburg Rare" and it came out burned to hell on one side with a TON of salt on it. Not impressed. Don't tell me you can prepare a steak a certain way when you most certainly do not.

I have never had better service, the manager came to the table to check on us. There table bread I had to take home to show family, buy the way they gave me a lot of extra. Huge portions and very good food. I am going to stop there on my next Arizona trip.

I'm from southern California and the only time I get to eat here is when I visit Yuma to see family. The whole place from the food to the environment is very fun. If you have an allergy to peanuts, this would be a place to avoid for there are peanuts , quite literally, everywhere. You can toss them around to the ground or at each other. The bread basket and butter that is brought to every table after being sat down is just wonderful. Soft and piping hot the sweet butter just melts into the bread making for one delicious appetizer that reminds one of good o'l home made food. By far the best thing on the menu is the ribs. They're always served in large portions with plenty of meat (not just pure fat) and are generously slathered with a tart, spicy, flavorful BBQ sauce that it literally baked into a delightful crust atop it all. The meat just slides off the bone and when coupled with their mashed potatoes with the works it's a hearty meal that will leave you full and satisfied. The service is hit or miss, though I found that if you get the waitress named June you'll be sure to have a wonderful time, she's very attentive and friendly and happily answers any questions you might have about the restaurant or the food. The food is always a hit though and if you don't like something be it the drink or meal, they'll help you find something you like at no charge. This place is worth stopping by and having a taste, you're sure to enjoy yourself, no doubt about that.

I went here because I read so many good reviews about this place and then this!! I don't know what it is that makes everybody rate this place with 4-5* but I would probably give it 0 stars. My first impression were all the peanut shells on the floor, which just gave this place a super filthy atmosphere! Well we got a table right away which was probably the best thing about this place. They gave us some warm sweet bread with some cinnamon butter. Didn't like it but okay that's about taste. There's this waitress she almost yelled while talking to us, but she didn't even look at us but she followed some baseball match that was on one of the TV's. Well next they forgot about our appetizer... They served it with the main course. I had a combo with ribs and guess what, they forgot the ribs which was part of my combo. When I asked for it she brought it a couple minutes later and just kinda through on the table while rushing by. Decent!!! That's how I like my overpriced food to be served! Everything was so over salted that it was just unenjoyable... The ribs were so hard and dry I couldn't even cut them. The cheese on the chili was not melted at all and and the chili was cold. We had to wait for her to finish her little chit chat which was at least 10 minutes or even longer. The other waitresses have been standing right next to our table resting their arm on the little wall thing watching the baseball match! That made us very uncomfortable because we were trying to have our dinner. The food is overpriced and the only good thing about this place was the sirloin steak and that's it! Will not eat here again since this place is just not what you'd expect for the money you pay! $50 for 2!?!? No, not really!!!

Four of us went here yesterday and we did not have a good experience. Our server was good but the food was not. I ordered the Chicken Fritters (tenders I guess) with a cup of Chili. I love this kind of Chili but it was so salty it made it hard to eat. And I love salt. Another guy got the bowl of Chili and he barely ate any. He said it was like eating a salt lick. One guy got a steak which they cooked right but added way too much salt. Seems this place loves their salt.

Tonight it was as good as it gets. Our wait staff was friendly, saw to our every need, and catered to our special requests. Steaks were done to perfection. Has a slight miss with the potatoes but it was rectified immediately. We had a great time as always and of course we will be returning!

Went in last night (Sunday) to watch the Suns game and grab a bite to eat. We sat at the bar and were instantly greeted and asked if we would like a drink. The bartender was attentive and made sure we had all that we needed. I order my steak med-rare and when it arrived it was actually med-rare! Some may laugh but this is quite shocking for Yuma. I've ordered med-rare at other places that end up being done. Steak was great and the sides were fresh as well (I had a salad and veggies). We finished our meals halfway through the 3rd quarter and were given our bill but told there was no rush to pay. It was nice to hang out and BS with the bartender while watching the game. Other places tend to give off the "pay and get out vibe" - not here. This is one of the few places in Yuma where the service is consistent. Everytime I've visited I've always had great service. If you live in Yuma you know that good service is a rare commidity. If you're in Yuma looking for a good steak and don't want to cook it yourself, I suggest you head over here. Good food + good service = best place here to get one.

Best place to get a hand cut steak in Yuma HANDS DOWN!!!!!! Ribs are awsome the side are bomb and they have Sweet tea.

This is my favorite place to eat in Yuma. The steak was cooked right and had very little fat. It was very flavorful and tender. The bread is amazing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The manager even came by the table and gave us a bag of peanuts. This place is great. No complaints here!

The food & service was pretty good here. The USDA Sirloin, Chicken Critters, chilli, and cheese fries were all very tasty.

i wish there was one in san diego. the rolls are so good. always hot from the oven! i recommend ordering the ribeye steak or ribs (or both). prices are very reasonable and portions are extremely generous. i think you can get a full slab of ribs + 2 sides for 16.99. the side salad is served in a chilled bowl and is covered in cheese. my buddy convinced the cook to make him a country fried ribeye (deep fried ribeye) and it was epic.

I'm no fan of chain restaurants. In fact, I haven't eaten at one in decades but this is Yuma, AZ home of food eateries with food gone wrong. This is my 2nd return trip for business and was not looking forward to boring dull foods. Yelp has lots of misses and some hits as far as reviews. After driving 10 hours I was in no mood to sit in a restaurant. I pulled the menu and saw they had one-half roasted chicken at a decent price. From the hotel I called and ordered the one-half roasted chicken 2 go. My sides were 2 orders of the house salad. To my surprise the salad was romaine lettuce topped with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced hard boiled egg. Oh yeah, the bird was very juicy and moist. Highly recommend. Five stars for the bird and salad, knocked one star off because I was told to wait for a someone by the cash register while 5 wait staff stood at the front desk yakking with each other a few feet away from where I stood. What, to busy yakking to get my order? 5/16/2011 - Went back for the prime rib. Again had to stand around until the same wait person verified my order. This time my two sides of salads came in two huge containers equal in size to the prime rib container. Salads were a mix of romaine and iceberg [w/fixings] and each huge enough to be a meal by themselves. NICE! The 10 oz prime rib was 2.5 stars. Smokey flavor on the crusty outside but on the dry side for medium rare - tender but NO juice. And, NO au jus, NO horseradish, just a hunk of meat sitting by itself in the styrofoam container. Yeah, I did ask for horseradish but should have checked my bag prior to leaving. Who's fault is this, the kitchen or wait staff? Come on, the place was only 1/4th full of heads. This makes me leary of trying anything less than the 16 oz rib eye steak as the 16 oz were the only fresh cut rib eye's in the display case. Makes me wonder if the 10 & 12 oz'ers are frozen. So, hey management, get your wait staff to understand & provide appropriate customer service. If you only allow certain staff to enter the cash register at least one of the yahoo's hanging around the greet station can go to the kitchen and get my order while I wait. Lame, lame, lame.

The ny strip was cooked perfect and had alot of flavor. The rattlesnake bites had just enough heat and the beans are out of the world.

If you're just passing through Yuma, don't stop. The food choices are beyond crap (and I've tried many as I have to come here often for my job). Texas Roadhouse is OK, which is a compliment in this town. Seriously, keep driving to San Diego or Phoenix, you don't need food this badly.

Great food as usual at an affordable price. The server showed outstanding customer service and would highly recommend you request Kevin as your waiter he's the greatest !!!

Came here on New Years day 2012 and had June as our server. My wife and I ordered the filets. They were so tender, almost melted in our mouths. Fast service. Great value.

Came here last week Wednesday after a long week on business in Yuma. I hadn't eaten the entire day so I had quite an appetite worked up - all I was craving was a good steak, some chili, and some carbs. And let me say, I got my fill of all three and more! My meal was nothing short of excellent - I had these awesomely fluffy rolls with honey cinnamon butter (yum!), a cup of hot, smoky, somewhat spicy chili, and for $18.95 I got the 10 oz. rib eye steak + half rack of baby back ribs (super tender, fall of the bone ribs) combo plate - which also comes with 2 sides. For my first side I chose the cup of chili, and the second I could either get steak fries, baked potato, or sweet potato. At the suggestion of my server, I went with the sweet potato and got it "loaded" - which means they top melted marshmallows and this super sugary sauce beneath that. Holy crap, I just about orgasmed after eating that. The place is really fun to have a birthday party at since they have a bull, the servers are really into it when they announce your birthday, and they try to get everyone in the restaurant to yell out "YEE-HAW!" Oh yeah, they also have buckets of peanuts at every table and you can just throw the shells on the ground. Or if you're a server, you can throw peanuts into the kitchen and hit one of the other servers, and compel him to think it was someone else in the kitchen doing it, to which he yells out, "Stop throwing shit at me, Don!"

I love their steak here. Portions are good and the waitress was super helpful. Very satisfied with my meal. This is our steak place here in Yuma.

Great food and great ambiance. We go here all the time and it's perfect for kids. Service is usually pretty good, but it can be bad if you get certain people. The manager makes constant rounds to make sure patrons are happy.

Let me start off by saying that this is a cool place. They serve you peanuts and you get to throw the shells on the floor. The food is delish. I was very impressed. However, the reason why I can't give this place a good rating is because I received the worst service here. Not just bad, but REAAAAALLLLLY bad. I went with a party of four people and we are all pretty patient and sympathetic to those who work in the food service industry. So if we thought it was bad, I can't imagine what other people would think. It was so bad that we contemplated on leaving no tip and that's just rude. But we were so unhappy and appalled for being utterly ignored the entire time we were there that we thought we had to do something to protest. We ended up leaving one dollar for each of us, which trust me, was more than generous. So if you're willing to roll the dice, the food is great. But I will never go back.

A great place for a cocktail and half price appetizers during happy hour. The chicken tenders are delicious!

I'm kind of leary when it comes to chain restaurants. Basically because they suck, I mean have you ever had a steak at Applebee's or even Outback for that matter!? Garbaje! Whenever I go to Texas Roadhouse they cook my steak exactly how i want it, if you're nosey it's a ribeye medium rare (more towards rare) pittsburg style, and they haven't let me down yet. The rolls, sweet tea, and ribs are also the shi'ite!

We've eaten here several times and I would say out of the 7 or so times, the service was always awesome except 1. Recently, my family of 3 went for dinner at 7pm on a Tuesday night. The wait was about 5-10 minutes. There was about 5 other separate parties waiting to be seated. 10 minutes later, we were seated and our server (forgot his name) came over and took our drink order while we looked over the menu. Drinks came out right away. I ordered one of the Texas size combos, sirloin steak and shrimp (replaced ribs for shrimp). The husband order the full slab of ribs. My daughter ordered of course the chicken strips. As we were waiting for our dinners, we snacked on the bread and sweet butter he brought out...My daughter loved the idea of throwing our peanuts to the side of the table on the floor. Our order came and everything looked to perfection!!! My steak was perfect (a little too big though), the shrimp was delicious, mashed potatoes were awesome. I had a taste of my husband's ribs and they were definitely cooked perfectly! Everything was awesome. Our waiter checked up on us, but not too much where he annoyed us. It was my birthday and my husband asked if they had a candle (wink wink) and the waiter understood and brought out the saddle...He had the restaurant greet me with a big yeehaw. It's too bad I don't remember his name because he was just sooo awesome!!! The one bad time was on father's day for lunch...I went with our friends so there were 3 adults and 3 kids. They took our orders and brought out our chilli and salads...it took another hour to bring out everything else. The kids were starving and we couldn't even locate our waitress! Finally our food came and the kids food were borderline warm/cold. They least they could do was bring that out for the kids. The manager was walking around talking to everybody and came to our table and we let him know what happened and how long we waited. He checked on it with our waitress, come to find out, she forgot to put in our order and that's why it took so long. It was written on our receipt too! wtf!!! The manager didn't comp us anything...That whole fiasco has just a big headache! Overall, I didn't hold it against them because of my one bad time...Their service is always on point every other time so that's why I come back. If you sign up your email address on their website as a Texas Roadie, you receive email specials like free appetizers or 2 for 1 dinners. Definitely something to look into...

I took my girl here for valentines day and it was awesome. sure there was a 45 minute wait but we told the wait staff we would eat at the bar, so we sat down right away. the bartender came up to us right away and gave us huge beers and came back with bread within 2 minutes. he told us his name and the other bartenders name if we needed anything. my girl got ribs that were perfectly cooked. i got a 16 ounce prime rib that was amazing with horshradish sauce with a side of a sweet potato that was huge and loaded with brown sugar and butter. The only complaint that i would have about this place is that they feed you so much before you get your entree that there is absolutely no room for desert. this is a great place to eat for sure! I will be back!

We decided to try this place when I looked on Yelp for restaurants in Yuma. We picked this place to meet up with some friend while we stayed down here. The atmosphere was casual and laid back. We sat in the bar area while having a drink while we wait for our party to show up. The bartenders were way cool. Very friendly. I asked if we can sit by the bar while we waited and the bartenders said they will also be the waiters then. Our party showed and we got to talking they ask to take our orders but through all the talking we didn't have a clue. When they came back the third time.......he was still a chipper guy. I ordered the half rack of baby back ribs, with 2 sides...Rice and a sweet baked potato. I never ordered a sweet potato but I tend to order things when I'm away from home that I don't usually get......(seems to add something to the trip) Hubs ordered a rib eye with mashed potatoes. They ask you how you want them too.........Like..... light gravy, dark gravy, butter, bacon, etc. I liked the ribs alot. Nice sauce and juicy. The ribs were so moist you just needed your tongue to break off some the meat. Then there was the baked sweet potato.......I wasn't a big fan about sweet potatoes but they give you a healthy dose of butter and brown sugar.......So good!!! The rice was very good as well. I enjoyed my dinner very much. I took mine and my husbands left overs to the room later. We stayed at the restaurant for 4 hours! Time flew and the bartenders were still pleasant. When we finally got back to the room, I tried some of my husbands meat, hmmmm........ Rib-eye that is.... :) And it was good-ola!

One of many within the chain but this one gave me a better experience than the Union City location. There was a 15 minute wait upon arrival at about 1pm due to short staffing, but I looked through their menu while I waited so it's all good. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs ($11.99) and that came with two sides, I chose steak fries and caesar salad. My friend had the 10 oz. ribeye steak ($13?) with a loaded sweet potato and applesauce for his sides. The ribs fell right off the bone and were tasty except you have to ask for a side of bbq sauce because there's virtually none on it. The salad was good with the exception of a peice of onion that was thrown in by accident (I hate white onions!). My steak fries were just alright, I didn't even bother to finish them. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and had great flavor but I prefer mine with a little less salt. The sweet potato with marshmallow topping was phenomenol and so was the applesauce. I should've ordered the sweet potato and salad instead of the steak fries.. Good thing my friend is willing to share [: Our waitress had a bit of trouble understanding a split payment bill.. part cash part credit. She took the cash as a tip and charged the full amount on the card, but good thing I caught her mistake! Other than that it was a good experience [:

If Jesus took a shit these steaks would come out. I got here full, but still managed to devour these magnificent shteaks. Then after running and jumping around on peculiarly colored rainbows alongside my two sides (veggies and corn), I let me stomach do its job while I write this meticulously crafted review. After you search up the word meticulous, make sure to go here and try yourself a steak. And if you know what meticulous means, good for you.

Yes, this is a chain, but it's a pretty darn GOOD tasting food chain! It's super busy and loud here, there are lights flashing everything, kids running around, music roaring in your ears, and you can barely hear your own thoughts, but it's a fun atmosphere and the food is good here! I love the steak! Any of the steaks are good! I really like the complimentary bread! OMG...delicious!! I've had a salad here, that's pretty good too. Overall, it's like a zoo here, but the food is good and kept me coming back!

This was actually my first trip to a Texas Roadhouse which can probably be attributed to my adversity to major chain restaurants. I ended up going to the one in Yuma with a group of coworkers after a long travel day. I've heard legends about the amazing Texas Roadhouse rolls, so naturally I was pretty excited to give them a try when they came out. They were honestly pretty meh. They were hot, which was nice, but they weren't anything to write home about. For dinner I ordered the 12oz prime rib with mashed potatoes and green beans. I would have given the steak 3 stars. It was solid, but nothing special. The sides, however, were 1 star at best. I'm not a picky eater and I couldn't eat either of them. The mashed potatoes were literally just mashed butter. Maybe that was my fault for getting them loaded, but it seriously tasted like a bowl of butter. The green beans were terrible. I would like to give this place an extra star for the service, because honestly they were very friendly and helpful, but overall it was a very meh experience so I'm sticking with two stars. I probably won't return to a Texas Roadhouse unless it's a group decision and I'm outnumbered.

MSG capitol of the world. Steaks taste great because of preservatives and flavor enhancers. If that stuff doesn't make you I'll, then go for it. 75% of people are not bothered by them. I am one of the 25%. High end steak restaurants don't use them, however Outback does now unfortunately too.

On Saturday, August 1, I had the worst experience of my life, at a restaurant. My granddaughter dropped a bracelet, and it happened to fall between the back of the booth we were sitting in. I couldn't find it until I lifted the cushion of the booth seat.....and when I did.....there were TWO RATS under where we were sitting!! I was mortified!!! Too long of a story, but the Manager, Jackson, was a jerk....and he still made us pay half of our bill. I have contacted the Health Department, and am not finished with this issue yet!!

(5)Anna N.
Best steakhouse in yuma! :) Staff was friendly. We were greeted right away and seated right away. Rare in yuma. Food is just like any other steakhouse. Nothin over the top. The service made up for it though.
(4)Lynnesa E.

(4)Matthew G.
Spending a night in Yuma for business and wanted something familiar. My waiter was fast and nice. My glass was never empty, and my good came out just on time and fresh. It was exactly what I was looking for.
(4)Matt C.
The selections for places to eat in Yuma is pretty slim. My father and I ate here one night. C+ at best. I didn't get sick and throw up, but didn't love it either.
(3)Jm J.

(5)Linda S.
(5)Laura L.
Got our chili before our cactus blossom, my candied sweet potato had way to any marshmallows on it and it was burnt to a crisp. No golden, but black and it chipped away. Service was fast and friendly, hosts did a great job with telling us wait time.
(3)Genaro L.
Dont come unless you call ahead. Otherwise they are going to make you wait forever. Just go to the other steakhouse in yuma
(1)Tony M.
It's kind of like a Claimjumper / BJ's / Lonestar, all in all it's not bad. Good food and reasonable prices. Service was very friendly. Great place to hang out with friends or for large groups. First time I ever had fried pickles, I liked it. Give it a try!
(4)Kathleen H.
Wasn't crazy about it. Very messy. Food was day old. Dried out and semi warm. We gave it 3 times before we decided no more!
(1)Reina P.
(5)Alison T.
(4)Dan N.
Wait's often a killer and the food is eh, okay. Portions are big, if that's what you want.
(3)Bonnie W.
This place deserves a 5+ rating food is perfect service perfect and the prices are great. We will definately be back!
(5)Dean C.
not being that hungry I ordered the sirloin kabob. the meat had no flavor of the typical marinade and was tough to boot. the vegetables were not cooked as well. I told mgr. she said order anything to replace it after complaining. I assumed that it was compted. when I got bill I was charged for the new dinner. I was quite unhappy.
(2)Peggy B.
(3)Kacei P.
I went there last night with a friend, and we were blown away. The staff was great, the food came out perfectly cooked, and our waitress, Leeza, was seriously the best! Not many get a 20 dollar tip, but she earned it for sure. You'll definitely get full here, so don't miss out!
(5)Aimee D.
(5)Susan N.
(4)Arnel D.
(5)Megan C.
(3)Fred F.
We always have little get aways to Yuma,AZ and this is our must stop by for lunch!!fantastic falling off the bone ribs. Not slathered in bbq sauce but just enough. You can actually taste the meat and seasoning. I always get the baked beans and fries.
(5)Elly G.
Had the ribs, and they were great! Oo and the rolls were good. Waitress had a good attitude but would forget to check in with us for refills or anything else .
(4)Bill S.
(1)Keri M.
(5)Jackie H.
(3)Joss V.
(3)C. H.
One of the best bone in rib eyes ever and huge. 22 bucks for a huge steak and sides that were great. Looking forward to going here again. Wish they were open for lunch!
(5)Andy L.
(4)karen p.
(3)STEVE E.
(5)Robert B.
(3)Michelle G.

(5)Judy M.

(5)Heather D.

Just ate there. The best ribs I have ever had. Used a knife to cut them and all the meat fell off. Just a blank bone there.
(5)Mario S.
Great place .... and wait staff. The food here is awesome and every time I go there the food is prepare the way I order it. By far this is one of the better places to eat a steak in yuma.
(5)Conner S.
WARNING: If you are driving after: Don't eat too much or you will have a food comma and it will make driving on the 8 dreadful and dangerous. woops.
(5)Kim M.
(5)Dan S.
Food was excellent! Lots of it! Loved the boneless buffalo wings and the rolls.
(5)John M.
I ordered a rib-eye steak "Pittsburg Rare" and it came out burned to hell on one side with a TON of salt on it. Not impressed. Don't tell me you can prepare a steak a certain way when you most certainly do not.
(2)Joel H.
Just not the same.
(3)Robert N.
I have never had better service, the manager came to the table to check on us. There table bread I had to take home to show family, buy the way they gave me a lot of extra. Huge portions and very good food. I am going to stop there on my next Arizona trip.
(5)Roger W.
Just sent a gift certificate to my dad for his birthday from California. I've never been there but am depending on the positive reviews for his 74th birthday.
(3)Metal M.
Stellar food, friendly staff, yummy cocktails. It's the perfect BBQ house and a great place to go for date night. Their BBQ chicken with mushrooms is delicious and so is their marshmallow sweet potato!
(5)Sora R.
(5)Mary S.
(1)Wayne S.
(2)Pegg F.
Tonight it was as good as it gets. Our wait staff was friendly, saw to our every need, and catered to our special requests. Steaks were done to perfection. Has a slight miss with the potatoes but it was rectified immediately. We had a great time as always and of course we will be returning!
(5)John A.
(4)Jonathan A.
Best place to get a hand cut steak in Yuma HANDS DOWN!!!!!! Ribs are awsome the side are bomb and they have Sweet tea.
(4)Wesley B.
This is my favorite place to eat in Yuma. The steak was cooked right and had very little fat. It was very flavorful and tender. The bread is amazing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The manager even came by the table and gave us a bag of peanuts. This place is great. No complaints here!
(5)Christopher B.
The food & service was pretty good here. The USDA Sirloin, Chicken Critters, chilli, and cheese fries were all very tasty.
(4)Bobby Y.
i wish there was one in san diego. the rolls are so good. always hot from the oven! i recommend ordering the ribeye steak or ribs (or both). prices are very reasonable and portions are extremely generous. i think you can get a full slab of ribs + 2 sides for 16.99. the side salad is served in a chilled bowl and is covered in cheese. my buddy convinced the cook to make him a country fried ribeye (deep fried ribeye) and it was epic.
(4)Licmai A.
(4)Taija B.
The bread is delicious the steak is like no other there drinks are yummy. I love they're mashed potatoes with brown gravy, I recommend theyre Texas filet, and theyre Razzle snake for a cocktail. Theyre customer service is unrivaled. You must go!
(5)Russell A.
The ny strip was cooked perfect and had alot of flavor. The rattlesnake bites had just enough heat and the beans are out of the world.
(5)Patrick G.
If you're just passing through Yuma, don't stop. The food choices are beyond crap (and I've tried many as I have to come here often for my job). Texas Roadhouse is OK, which is a compliment in this town. Seriously, keep driving to San Diego or Phoenix, you don't need food this badly.
(2)Amara O.
Great food as usual at an affordable price. The server showed outstanding customer service and would highly recommend you request Kevin as your waiter he's the greatest !!!
(5)Larry T.
Came here on New Years day 2012 and had June as our server. My wife and I ordered the filets. They were so tender, almost melted in our mouths. Fast service. Great value.
(5)Michael O.
(4)Ben A.
Food was excellent, bar service was immaculate service was a bit slow so that is why the four stars.
(4)TeeWhy M.
I love their steak here. Portions are good and the waitress was super helpful. Very satisfied with my meal. This is our steak place here in Yuma.
(5)Michael K.
Great food and great ambiance. We go here all the time and it's perfect for kids. Service is usually pretty good, but it can be bad if you get certain people. The manager makes constant rounds to make sure patrons are happy.
(4)Del O.

We live in San Diego , Ca and travel to yuma az for a weekend , Always have dinner At Texas Roadhous which is always 5 stars .Last weekend we had a blooming onion which was very greasy ,brest of chicken with bad, bad greavy ,steak with lots of fat and grizzle . Back to Outback in yuma
(2)Cathy S.
A great place for a cocktail and half price appetizers during happy hour. The chicken tenders are delicious!
(4)Joseph F.
(5)b S.

(5)Joanne E.

I have also eaten in a texas roadhouse in st george utah and they were both excellent meals.
(4)Eric C.
Great place, atmosphere, polite staff... Coldest beer in town... Best Rib eye steaks..
(5)Rudy A.
