It pains me to do this & have been avoiding it for a couple months. I love Rosatis pizza. My complaint is with the service. It was only my husband and I dining in our party. We were there about 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Then a large family came in. & the girl that was just standing around tripped over herself to get to their table before they were even sat & start getting drink orders. Ummm, what about us? Finally, a nice server who had been constantly running around the entire restaurant passed by and probably realized we were getting a little ticked. & asked if we had been helped. She got our initial drinks, came back a little later than I would have liked to take our order but then again, she was still running all over. She seemed like the only one on the floor who was competent in being there. A lot if the others gossiped at the counter where we could see and hear. The food was good, but it seemed this one girl was doing most of the work while the other wait staff picked and chose who would have the privilege of their crappy service. She got a good tip because I could see it wasn't her fault. & the kitchen staff were on top of it. It was the lazy wait staff, with exception of the one person who read the signs we were about to walk out. Which would have been so sad, because I serious love Rosatis deep dish pizza with pepperoni and Canadian bacon.

Ya it it was kinda cold, the delivery guy couldn't find my apartment, and I actually had to microwave a few pieces of pizza but that's Chicago pie thank you.

I grew up in the Midwest and have eaten true Chicago-style "this is bigger than a birthday cake" pizza many times so when I saw Rosati's was pushing thin crust as "Chicago-style," I thought they were trying to pull a fast one on unknowing desert folk. Joke's on me though. They're based out of Chicago and my knowledgeable Chi city friends confirmed that thin crust is also a Chicago thing, just overshadowed by the deep dish. The pizza is great and has a nice balance of being chewy and crispy. I've also had some of their pastas and those were good too. Worth a shot if you're looking for decent Italian, especially out here in this part of Tanque Verde.

While technically edible, Rosati's supposedly "Chicago deep dish pizza" leaves a LOT to be desired. The ingredients are all there - crisp outer crust, cheese, tomatoes - but the proportions are ALL wrong! A true Chicago deep dish pan pizza has about ¼ as much dough and triple the cheese as what Rosati serves. It LOOKED fine, it SMELLED delicious driving home in the car - but what a disappointment to find that it's mostly a bread-y DOUGH! After a similar experience at Rocco's Little Italy, I'll either learn how to make 'em myself or order frozen from Giordano's and/or Lou Malnati's in the Windy City.

Used to be good pizza but went downhill. We've tried it a few times since our first bad pizza and are done. I love thin crust but the crust we got was all soggy and not crisp - almost as if their oven wasn't heating up enough. We tried a couple of times in case it was just a bad pizza the one time but the badness persisted. We've since found better places.

My employees love the Jumbo Thin Crust Pizza. We get it at least once every Mother's Day and Valentine's Day for those nights we work late. Just got for my sons friends sleepover. I need to order this more often! Outstanding!

WTF happened to you, Rosatti's?! The past several times ordering delivery I have experienced a burnt pizza, cold pizza, a pizza so horribly disfigured the delivery driver paid us off so we wouldn't call it in to mgmt, two completely wrong orders and above all this, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Just called in for a Pepperoni Classic, half jalepeno, the same pizza we order EVERY TIME we order out. We received a Classic Combo, which has sausage and black olives on it, neither of which we like AT ALL, so why the hell would we order it?! Well, the manager was sure quick to tell me we did, in fact, order the Classic. When I told him I was sitting right next my boyfriend when he made the call, he proceeded to interrupt me and tell me we have never ordered from this particular location. THAT'S BECAUSE WE ORDERED UNDER MY BOYFRIEND'S NUMBER, NOT MINE. He was so f$*king rude I asked for a manager. He is the manager. Although we used to go to the location on 6th, we've now lived on this side of town for over a year and THREE times our order was either screwed up or basically inedible. Have you ever had a delivery driver PAY YOU OFF?! I mean really....get it the together Rosati's. When the pies are delivered correctly and/or aren't maimed beyond all recognition, they're amazing. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. But I think my torrid love affair with Rosati's is over.

Stopped at the Tucson Ramada while on a cross country road trip and ordered the monster deep dish pizza and a salad. They showed up at our hotel room door right on time with paper plates, utensils, and extra cheese and pepper without us even asking. The salad was decent and the pizza was awesome, I highly recommend it.

If you're looking for an outstanding pizza, fresh ingredients, but a place that paints outside the lines of the stereotypical pizza chain... hit up Rosati's. This location consistently provides delicious food at a reasonable price, with new box top coupons each time. Highly reccomend the anti-pasto salad as well as the monster pizza.

Rosatis is outstanding. Occasionally you may get a soggy pie when you get home, but it is seldom. Prices are decent, and the sandwiches are def good and big.

Consistently good. I like all three crusts; deep dish, double dough and thin. You get a free thin crust cheese pizza when you order a large deep dish. Our go to delivery place. Every time we go with Dominos or Pizza Hut, we regret it. No comparison

Good if you like bugs in your dough. They don't give a damn. I used to work there. Think arrested development.

The beginning of the month I ordered from Roasts, it was a Thursday. After an hour I had to call, our order didn't arrive on time. Turns out internet was disrupted, our food would be delayed another hour. And ten we closed in on three ours delayed from time of order. When I called I flat out said, "I am not paying for this," and demanded a refund of the funds to be deducted from me. When the food finally arrived, by the GM I will add, it was missing items, the salad was lousy (brown leaves, no grilled chicken). What bothers me the most has been the leadership. The GM assured me this issue would be resolved, he offered a comp-meal of equal price to what I paid and demanded for refund. Every call since then has gone without the manager returning my call. My most recent call I requested the owner call, that did not happen nor did a return call from the manager. Seriously, I requested a refund the day this incident occurred, the transaction processed and I am STILL waiting to hear back from the management. I was a long time customer, now I doubt I will ever want to order from Rosatis again.
