Hubby and the kids love to come here, so whenever we're in the area and we have time, we are in here for dinner. Never can go wrong with their cheddar bay biscuits, especially when they just made them. Mmmm. Love their 3 course meal specials. Great value. His fav he never fails to order is the Cajun Chicken Pasta - - always excellent. And I try everything, especially when it's time for their bottomless shrimp. At times, there's a wait, but it's never as long as Olive Garden, their sister restaurant next door.

i always thought the Red Lobster ads on TV made the food look much better than it really was....maybe that's still true in some of their restaurants. But this new one off I-19 South in the Spectrum Center is a keeper. The food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and good. The servers were attentive and courteous. Nice and clean decor and lots of great seafood choices. You get a big basket of buttered biscuits and boy, are they good! I'd recommend the giant coconut shrimp. Yum! Save some bucks by having lunch and not dinner. All in all a very nice dining experience. We shall return.

Not too long ago, my hubby & I decided to treat ourselves and visit our local Red Lobster for lunch. Since their fresh fish specials are flown in daily, we were already thinking of something along those lines. Coupon in hand, we were immediately seated upon arrival by the smiling people up front. Our friendly server Bobe, came over, introduced himself and got our drink requests. Before we placed our order, he diplomatically let us know that they were out of Fresh Cod that day. After perusing the extensive (and mouth-watering!) menu, Mike decided on the Fresh Fish of the day-Rainbow Trout- and I chose the Shrimp Pasta. Bobe went to the kitchen to get our meal order happening. Shortly thereafter, he returned, accompanied by a nice lady with a great smile, who introduced herself to us and said: "My name is Melissa. I'm the Manager and I feel very badly about this, but I have to inform you that unfortunately, we're out of the trout; I'm REALLY sorry about this situation." We could tell she was sincere in the apology. My hubby really was looking forward to the trout, but we're of the mindset that hey, it's almost impossible to have everything on hand ALL the time, and these things happen. He chose the Fish & Chips instead. Wow! The Fish was done to perfection. Freshly made potato chips accompanied the dish, and the portion size was spot on. Same with my Shrimp and Pasta; perfectly cooked shrimp served with a creamy sauce over linguini. I use shrimp dishes as a "measuring stick" if you will when I go out to eat, for the simple reason that if a restaurant can cook it's shrimp properly, then they've got my vote because it's SO easy to overcook. The kitchen staff here knows what they're doing for sure. When our waiter, Bobe came to deliver the check, the amount didn't add up. Why? Because Melissa, the Manager had comped my husband's Fish & Chips! She didn't have to do that, and it was an absolute surprise. I folded the coupon and tucked it back into my purse to use at another time. We tipped Bobe 20% for his outstanding service and can-do attitude. All too often, folks DON'T tip on what would have been the full price of the meal if they have a coupon or whatever. We're not like that. Times are hard. I get that, but I vote with my dollars and my wallet, and our Red Lobster in the Spectrum Shopping Center has OUR vote and we're already looking forward to savoring more of the tasty offerings there, seeing Bobe again, and hopefully Melissa as well. These good people are valuable assets to their organization. No. I'm not an employee there. I'm just giving credit where credit is due.

Long wait, multiple servers waiting our tables, never had this problem before. Jeff the manager took care of our bills apologized profusely, as well as offered to pay our tab and gave us a gift card to return to the restaurant, overall word of mouth this was a one time experience, our next visit I will be reviewing again

Although Red Lobster is a chain, it never fails me. I am not a sea food person but the chicken strips are great and always crispy. The fresh baked cheddar bread is a must! It goes great with any meal and is always so warm that it will just melt in your mouth. All you can eat shrimp is awesome. I won't order it, but my friends have and I take a little bit. My favorites are the coconut shrimp and the teriyaki. This is a nice, new restaurant on the south side of town. You may have a bit of a wait on the weekend (like most places).

I rarely review chains, but I swung into this one for lunch with a coworker, while waiting for a tire to get fixed at Discount. Yes, I multitask that much. Service was perfect. Literally. The timing of drinks, asking for order, keeping the drinks full, serving the food, taking empty plates. Service was awesome. The food, well, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the half salmon - wood grilled with broccoli. The salmon was super moist and cooked exactly as it should have been. Even the broccoli was good. Not mushy, not undercooked. Whoever was in the back on this particular day had their game face on, because they got it right. Kudos to this Red Lobster for surprising me.

I really dislike this restaurant. Full disclosure I am from Massachusetts so that may play into the seafood situation. Last time I was there my husband and I want to sit in the bar booths instead of the restaurant side. There were three booths empty but dirty. When we mentioned this to the hostess she told us to sit at the bar instead of offering to clean one of the booths for us. My husband insisted on a booth. When we were seated the table was wet and the last persons check folder was still on the table. The check sat there until we were done eating and my husband told them they might need it. Food is always disappointing. Service is mediocre.

We often stop for late lunch (1:30 - 2:00 PM) at this Red Lobster when returning from Tucson shopping, appointments, etc. We are always recognized as repeat customers by the welcoming hostess and have received great food and even greater service from our phenom waiter, Eric. We've never experienced a long wait as I read in other reviews -- we enjoy dining off peak times as it is always quieter and the staff usually doesn't have so many tables to serve. Waits aren't necessarily a bad thing -- that means the place is popular! The fresh fish has always been excellent and the wood grilled tacos awesome. Looking forward to a visit next week to try the Crabfest menu!

I received enough Red Lobster Gift cards this Xmas I had to come and try it. After all it has been years since I visited a RedLobster and yet I still remember their Cheddar Bay biscuits, so good. Thankfully the biscuits were still of excellent make but there were a few things that concerned me. My garden salad had cucumbers cut into tiny squares that made it hard to get on my fork with the tomato and lettuce. It was more like garden salsa than salad. The weak colored iceberg lettuce was also a distraction, but the vinaigrette was the more health conscious choice among the dressings and tasty. I ordered a Malibu Hurricane with my Lobster Stuffed mushrooms and Calimari Appetizer. My hurricane was ungodly sweet although I'm told that is what one expects from a hurricane. The mushrooms were delicious and the lobster tasty but it's presentation was lacking in that in seemed to barely fill the space of the dish it was served it making it feel overpriced. The Calimari was served with fried broccoli and red peppers which was a strange combination. The marinara was watery and bland, the ranch was weak and tasted more like plain mayonnaise than ranch and the tartar sauce did nothing to redeem it. Aioli is what should always be served with Calimari, always!!! My fire grilled meal however was very tasty, the Lobster and Scallops very good, but my shrimp had a rated more like cocktail shrimp which to me is a sign of aged shrimp. Actually it was a sign they were frozen, as parts were not even warm compared with the fiery outside. My pilaf rice tasted like a microwaved bag of Uncle bens. Overall I paid 90$ dollars for 2 for a meal that was lackluster, underwhelming and had signs that the restaurant did not value freshness, presentation, or innovative vigor. Dardens restaurants are fine with processed, frozen, and bland meals that are way overpriced. I'm sorry to see you go but then again I'm not. And for Christ sake parents don't let your kids play tablet games in a restaurant, It sooo annoying and loud!!!!

After going to Red Lobster and having an excellent meal and Lobster Punch ( free glasses) ! We decided to go back and have another Lobster Punch to make a collection of 4 glasses! Now that's what I call Excellent customer service!!! Thank You Teresa !!!!!

Had the awesome 4 course meal which consists of a soup with three to choose from, a salad, your main meal for which I chose the Cajun chicken pasta & to top it off you also get a desert!! The spicy chicken tortilla soup is very tasty & hits the spot just right. More than enough food the portion size is plenty although the desert is a bit small; but by the time desert comes you'll surely be too full so get it to go like I did :)!!! Ill be coming back again for this tasty treat.

2 Adults, Thursday evening about 7 pm. Wanted see new menu, restaurant not full, tho we still had to wait for a table. Both ordered clam chowder, warm, not hot, and really not any better than canned clam chowder. The ads really entice you, yet actual quality and presentation never seems to match the tv ads. Wife ordered Ginger Ale, and when she wanted a refill, waitress said no free refills. Are they kidding, they charge $2.59 for a Ginger Ale. Waitress said it was because it had to be ordered from the bar. Now, is no free refills on all types of soda or just the GA? And why didn't the waitress mention that when the drink was ordered initially? So we paid almost $8.00 for 3 ginger ales! Not good to expose the customer to poor internal business practices. Doesn't make for a fun dining experience, overall just barely average, especially given the cost. Will think hard about trying again, even tho we keep hoping the food and the service will improve.

Red Lobster is good but not great, everything is so overpriced. It appears to be a fancy resturant, very beautiful and pleasing to the eyes and the staff is nice and welcoming. I had a strawberry lemonade, which was delicious, my mother got Bohama Moma, and her boyfriend got a Mojito. He said it wasn't the beat Mojito he ever had and to be honest i was disappointed there wasn't free refills on my strawberry lemonade, especially considering how much it cost! They served our salads and like another comment said, the cucumbers were cut SO small i couldn't even stab my fork through it to eat it with my tomato and lettuce and there was barley any ranch on it. The bread was very good though. Our whole party ordered the new Shrimp Fiesta. It was a LOT of food, i didn't care for the rice they served with it. It barley had a taste. I think there was like 8 different Shrimp to choose from and my mother's boyfriend chose his two, and when they served his plate it was the wrong shrimp! He was bummed, the waiter said shed bring the one he ordered out in a couple minutes but it didn't come out until we were done eating and ready to go (my mom shared her food with him since it was so much for her!) But yeah, our waiter was nice and it wasn't her fault, i guess the cook "read the order wrong". Like i said though, the food is good but not great, and in my opinion we paid wayy too much dining here. Now i see why we don't go here often

We decided to eat out last Friday and chose Red Lobster as we had a gift card. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were seated. We ordered two appetizers, the lobster, crab and seafood stuffed mushrooms and the lobster, artichoke and seafood dip. The mushrooms were OK, a bit greasy and a small portion. The dip was pretty good. Two of us ordered the fish and chips. I do not eat salad and was not offered a replacement. For the prices charged, they could offer a substitution. I was really disappointed. The plate came with the fish on top of the fries which tends to make the fries soggy although in this case, it wouldn't have made much difference because the fries were underdone. The plate came with only one piece of fish and it was just OK. The best thing was the drinks, I had a Bahama Mama and another party member had a mudslide. Probably won't visit again.

We came here for my father in law's birthday and I have to say I was impressed with the service. Please don't think I'm a snob when I say that I can't understand why so many people make such a big deal about the food there. It is just ok to me. It seems like a high end Denny's. Ok, maybe that's a bit rough but I just don't see what the big deal is. Here is what totally impressed me and I will forever have an appreciation for this particular Red Lobster; I was there with my 4 year old niece and she was completely captivated by the live lobsters they have in the front of the restaurant. Keep in mind the place is extremely busy while we are looking at these lobsters and the manager walks by, who looked like he was on a mission to do something else, stops what he's doing to hello to my niece. He asked her if she would like to see one up close. My niece was elated. He grabbed a tray, asked her which lobster she wanted him to grab. He takes it out and spent all the time in the world with her telling her about how lobsters live, why they are separated they way are when my niece asked to see another one, he very patiently took it out. When my niece asked to see two of them side by side the manager very gently and kindly asked another employee if they could help him because my niece wanted to see two lobsters side by side. Amazing. They never rushed her, never cut her off or told her they had to go. Way to go guys!!!

This is the best Red Lobster I've ever visited. I've been here twice. Excellent and friendly service. Seriously - way better than usual. Red Lobster Cheddar rolls are always to die for but these are fresher and yummier than usual. They keep them coming too. You don't get that 'dont you think you've had enough look?' I really like it here. I have had better service here than at the Oro Valley location.

This is for all Red Lobsters, not just the one on Irvington, this just happens to be the last one I ate at. Anywho...Dont waste your money honey! My son ordered the petite lobster tail & for more than half the price of my dish, his lobster tail was bigger, yes BIGGER than mine!!

It's a chain restaurant, what you expect from Red Lobster is exactly what you get. Why Yelp about it? Here's why...you know those Sam Adams commercials with the special glasses they pour their beer into with the bubble shape and lip at the top? They have those glasses and Sam Adams on tap there. Now that's worth Yelping about. Next time you see the commercial and want one of those, you know where to get it. You're welcome.
