It seems all of us waiting inside this morning had to wait for the staff to finish with all of the drive-through orders before they could work on our orders. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to get our orders. My order was filled by a manager, put in a "go" bag when it was supposed to be "for here" and she left, went into the back out of sight, not even waiting to see if the right customer was given the correct order. I opened the bag and found no utensils, no butter, and no jelly for my Big Breakfast. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for someone to help me because again, they were more focused on drive thru than their walk in customers. No one made eye contact or even looked in the direction of the counter to see if anyone else had walked up. And yes, there was another customer waiting to place an order for 5 minutes watching me shoo an flies off my food which was getting colder by the minute, and listening to me tell my granddaughter we could not go sit down and eat our food because we didn't have everything. We went to eat in the playground area. The air conditioning was on the entire 30 minutes we were in there. It never turned off once, making it very cold in the early a.m. Plus there was a constant beeping noise that was very loud coming from the emergency exit. The flies were bad in this area as well. The only reason I come here is for the playground, but not anymore.

So, this is a McDonald's. However, the morning staff that run the drive through are way above average for fast food. They are always smiling, upbeat, and remind me of Starbucks Baristas, only for McDonald's. I gave this location 4 stars based solely on service.

Fine dining!!!! Across from mountain view high school. Always lots of minors smoking cigarettes ... Yuck!

I work near here, so I frequently stop for a bag of ice (and, let's not lie, an occasional cup of crappy vanilla coffee) on my way in to work. This morning, as I was waiting in line to order (after having been ignored for fully three minutes with not even a, "Sorry, I'll be right there," from any employee behind the counter), a cockroach ran across the counter from under the cash register. A cockroach. Right next to the bag of food that had just been set there. A COCKROACH. MERE MILLIMETERS AWAY FROM A BAG OF "FRESH" FOOD. Not only was it a cockroach, but it was a baby cockroach, the harbinger of infestation. I am less horrified by the incident itself than I am by the fact that I've been coffee-ing (and, let's not lie, occasionally Egg White Delight-ing) here for over a year. D.O.N.E.

I haven't eaten at McDonalds in years. We were at a basketball tournament across the street and my niece was hungry, so we came here. They totally messed up the order. Then the guy at the window brings me a receipt saying this is what he got and it wasn't even my receipt. So the manager came and asked me what I ordered and gave me the right order. She seemed mad and was not that nice. I don't eat their food so I can't say how it tasted but the kids didn't complain

This McDonalds has gone from bad to really bad. The employees are rude and service is super slow. I was in the drive thru for almost twenty minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. It was raining and I didn't want to get out of the car for a soda. I should have just gone elsewhere because they couldn't even get my soda right. I ordered a diet coke got a dr pepper.

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Always understaffed. Slow drive through takes 15 plus minutes each time. The staff is never the same meaning high turnover. The past 7 times I took my daughter to get ice cream the machine has been down. Avoid if you can. Really bad
