Very friendly service. The food is decent. Standard american breakfast :)

You get what you pay for. This is purely a commercial grade flavor- not homemade taste- restaurant. Biscuits and gravy are not. Service was 3 stars, but overall I wouldn't return.

Nice little breakfast place. I had the breakfast burrito, which allows you to take any of the omelets and turn it into the burrito. The grits were also good. Our server, Lindsay, misunderstood the toast selection of one of my dining companions but she was sweet and apologetic and fixed it right away. Also, I left my wallet on the table accidentally and another employee chased me out to give it to me. Much appreciated!

Went on a Saturday morning with the family. The place was pretty busy but not packed. We easily found a seat and sat ourselves. The service was nice and timely. The food also came out pretty fast. But the food over all was basic, nothing special at this location. I had the Daily Double. My eggs were plain, the bacon waa nice and crispy and pancakes were just meh. Although I did enjoy the coffee. Next time we have the chance of going to breakfast it won't be at Jerry Bob's, well at least this location.

Can not accommodate or large party! Breakfast is a family meal and I would love to be able to sit with my family. Staff is pushy and constantly trying to get you up and out!

Hashbrowns mushy, eggs uncooked I thought I was eating the Rocky Balboa breakfast. Bacon was good! I think I'll skip this place from now on.

Not our favoritre JB"s location. The service is always super slow and the food is fairly meh. This recent visit was no exception. We had to be in that area for something else so decided to brave it. We sat ourselves because there was no one at the front to greet. The place was fairly empty for a Saturday morning (8:30am). About 6 or 7 tables were full. And another 6 or 7 tables were empty, but full of dirty plates. We found one of the few clean tables and sat down. One by one, the waitresses just whisked past us without even so much as a "I'll be right with you." Another group that sat down after us were greeted and give iced water before we were even acknowledged. Finally, I saw one of the waitresses tell another that she was assigned to our table, and pointed her in our direction. This frustrated me because it meant that they knew were there and yet ignored us anyway. I ordered the "Square Meal" (eggs, hashbrowns, topped with chopped ham and cheese, toast.) It wasn't too bad..but the potatoes were mushy. My husband had the chicken strips and found them to be okay. I doubt I'll make it back to this location. Meh.

This is a great place to take the family. Cheap and filling. It's no Cracker Barrel, but it's good. Friendly staff too.

Great spot and good breakfast. Beats going to IHOP and Denny's anytime. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I traveled to Tucson to see my Dad and we ate here every morning.

My kids love going to Jerry Bob's for breakfast. Like LOVE it. Our favorite location is the one on Thornydale but there was a Living Social deal for this location so I bought 2. The first visit was awful - slow service, stale cinnamon rolls heated up in the microwave, bad coffee, no Splenda (seriously who uses Sweet n Low anymore?). Even the kids hated it (and trust me they are very easy to please, the simpler the better). Weeks later, I had to really talk them into going there again so I could use the 2nd coupon. And again it was awful - all the same issues. Just some advice for the owner who is hopefully reading this - please tell your staff not to microwave the cinnamon rolls. My kids would rather have them room temp than super piping burn-your-mouth-hot. By the time they cool down, they're all dried out and hard from the microwave! Plus the icing melts. It says a lot when my boys don't finish their beloved cinnamon rolls. Since they did this both times we went, I have to believe it's the normal treatment for the cinnamon rolls. (The Thornydale location doesn't do this)

First, I want to clarify that the service was great! Unfortunately the food sucked so hard that they only came out with the rare one-star rating. I was really, really disappointed in the quality of food! It was basically inedible...the best thing was my daughter's French toast (which was still just average). My meal was hash browns covered in peppers & onions, salsa and cheese. The peppers & onions weren't fully cooked, the hash browns were like mush and it was smothered in plain old pace salsa from a jar. Sick. And so, so disappointing. Also incredibly over priced at $10 for a breakfast meal. We had 2 adult and 1 child meals, and used a free meal coupon and the bill still managed to be over $20?! When we go to Cracker Barrel around the corner the tab is $22 (no coupons or discounts) and we get way more food of much higher quality. Breakfasts will be at Cracker Barrel from now on!

This place has earned 4 stars in our book, relative to the kind of establishment it is. The food is a little better than you would expect- while the meats were once probably frozen, and the mashed potatoes were likely once powdered, the produce was definitely fresh (dark green lettuce In my dinner salad!) and the other ingredients not bottom-quality. I'd say Jerry Bobs exceeded my general expectations. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive, and the prices were super reasonable, given the generous portions. It's the place to come when you need a cheap, traditional American breakfast or brunch on the northwest side.

The staf was very accomodating and very friendly. I was very impressed with the whole deal. We pretty much got to order anything from the menu. Could have served a little larger portions and took a little lon to get the food but it was good.

The food will take care of your hunger, the price is right but not much more. If you don't mind mediocre but fresh food then give it a try.
