This by far the worst Jerry Bobs I have been to. It was over priced, had small portions and the waitress we had was not even close to friendly. I will stick to the others. Much better.

Tried this place when they opened. French dip wasn't edible (salty) served on hamburger bun. Have not been back!

We are here for lunch and the food was no better the hospital food. My husband got the fish and it was thin and very dry. I got the a dinner That was bad as well! They were kind enough to take the price of my husbands meal off the ticket. For that I give the people a 4 star.

This place on my original review wasn't so bad, today I had to update. This place is for breakfast, so, for what's to follow, WHAT IS THE DEAL??? Ordered TWO LINK SAUSAGE for my meat for my meal. What I got was ONE that had been sliced longways down the middle. Seriously?? When I asked the waiter, I got this idiot story that the sausage they used to use was smaller, so these are bigger, so they cut them down the middle so they're like the old sausage. SERIOUSLY?? Ok, this is the kind of nonsense we might tell a first grader and hope he wasn't one of the "smart kids" to call us on it. They weren't very big sausages and I've see MUCH bigger sausages all over town on meals that were cheaper than this place. So, then, their answer was to bring me only ONE MORE HALF a sausage. So, I'm now here writing about it because this is SO C.S. I can't imagine anybody being so cheap and gouging and sorry to say, they've gotten the last dollar of a hell of a lot of dollars I spend eating out that they'll ever see. AVOID THESE KINDS OF PLACES, this is pitiful management, and extremely poor service; Food? ok.

This has been, by far, the worse Jerry Bob's I have ever been to. My girlfriend wanted an omelette with green peppers, mushrooms and olives. That turned into an ordeal because you can't build your own omelette here. So after much confusion with a waitress, who was far from pleasant, she brought out a veggie omelette. With not a single ingredient my girlfriend had asked for. OK. Accidents happen. But the fact the waitress acted like we were inconveniencing her so much just added to how incredibly annoying it was. So the waitress took the omelette back and returned with an undercooked one made with just egg whites. Like they didn't want to waste real eggs on a remake. And just like another reviewer had left, the portions are small compared to other Jerry Bob's especially for the price you pay. I would not recommend anyone coming to this one.

We went to the Jerry Bob's on River & La Cholla last Friday for breakfast. The waitress knew we had a buy 1, get 1 free coupon so the service was pretty horrendous and the worst part is she charged us $2.38 for green chiles to one plate. $2.38 for the chiles makes no sense because it's an uneven odd number to charge for a side. If the charge had been $1.50, it would've made sense. She did not let us know that the addition would cost a third of a meal which I think is completely inappropriate. The food was okay (nothing spectacular) but we were really ticked off that she charged so much for the upsell and let her service slide because she knew there was a coupon with our dine-in. I expect this location to step up their service if they want to maintain the clientele.

Horrible service in the beginning. We walked in and we sat down the same time as another couple. We ordered coffee from a waitress who was clearly unhappy to see us and waited 20 minutes before we had to ask for some service, I looked over and the couple that sat down at the same time as us was already eating who had the same waitress as us. The manager right away had a different server take our order and gave us our coffee for free but that wasn't enough to save our business with them. On top of the bad service my food was not the best tasting breakfast I've had compared to the Jerry Bob's I've been to on prince. I do recommend that location on prince and Campbell by far!

We live across the street from Jerry Bob's so it is convenient to us . Like not driving to find decent food, especially breakfast which is fast and good they have plenty of sitting, but gets real busy on Sunday mornings, but we've never waited long.Coffee good and lots of refills They have lunch menu also. Plenty of waitresses to go around . Early bird special for 2.99 2eggs (any style) hash browns and coffee. 6 am to 7am only! Lynn and the girls will take care of you with a smile no matter how busy they are. Clean and bright also little noisy ,but it's open space with booths and tables Starting Apr 14 they are going to have fish fry Friday,cnot sure of time ,think 5pm to 8 pm?

I've been to plenty of Jerry Bob's in town. This meal was adequate, but the time from ordering and being served was over an hour. Yes, I said OVER AN HOUR. It got to the point where the waitress would come by, apologize for the delay several times, yet no food. Adjacent tables were finishing their meals, and joking with us about why we hadn't been served. I'm a patient guy, however. When we finally got served, the waitress came by and said she would discount our check. She took of the price of two coffees! We asked to speak to the manager, Juan. Instead a female worker appeared, listened to us, went to the kitchen and talked to Juan. She returned, and this time discounted us one of the entrees. We remarked that we had a coupon that woukd have netted us the same result, and asked to have the entire check comped. She returned to Juan, discussed this with him again, and ended up comping our entire bill. Hijole! Customer service should be obvious, but not to these folks! Don't plan on returning to this location any time soon....

Never been to this location before, never had a problem with any other location. It was almost full but there were a handful of tables open. We began to seat ourselves and was told we could sit anywhere. They came and took our drink order pretty quickly and we received them within a few minutes, the girl who delivered our drinks said they would be back to take our order. I'd say it was almost 10 minutes before they finally came and took out order. I started to wonder who our waitress was because 2 different females took the drink order and delivered them. Finally, one of the females came and took our order, so we must have been there for 15 minutes at least before our food order was taken. 10 minutes had gone by and a lady got sat in the booth next to us. Another 10 minutes later, she got her food before we did. So she got there after us, ordered after us, but received hers before us. Our waitress refilled my husband's coffee twice the whole time and she asked if I wanted a refill on my soda, I shook my head no and she could tell we were wondering where our food was, she says your food is almost ready, the kitchen is overwhelmed right now. But there was only maybe one new customer that came in since we had been there. I told my husband if we didn't get our food in the next 5 minutes, we would just leave. So, 40 minutes and no food, we walked to the register and asked if we could pay for our beverages and our waitress said our food was almost ready. I said that we didn't want to wait anymore and she said we didn't have to pay for our drinks and we left. No apology, nothing. Im thinking either our waitress forgot to enter our order, or, the 3 cooks in the kitchen just wasn't concerned about how fast the food was being cooked. They did not look flustered, so I honestly don't know what the issue was. Won't be returning. Waste of our time.

I have been to jerry bobs at the north cotaro location this one is new and not quit up to speed however the food was good price was fair

Good food and good service. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive, excellent tasting coffee, crispy bacon and good biscuits and gravy. Our food was out pretty quickly. Not many customers, but I suppose people are unaware its even there. It's located in the Basha's shopping center on River Rd facing La Cholla. Jerry Bobs has a good reputation for good food at fair prices, and locations going up all over town. Once you've tried Jerry Bob's you will most definitely be returning. Just down the street from Northwest hospital.
