Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

My wife absolutely loves their food. Her favorites are their amazing Dragon and Phoenix (chicken and shrimp) and a fantastic Hunan Shrimp, while I absolutely love their Hot and Sour Soup, their Crab Crowns, their Chicken Fried Rice, and their yellow curry. Their service can be a little abrupt, but it is more than made up for with their delicious food.

We had lunch here before so we decided to come back for a special occasion. Portions were much smaller this time, but food was good. I can remember when plates of lemon or sweet sour chicken came piled on a plate. It now seems to be routine to have a few pieces scattered around to make it look like something when people are paying $1 a bite. It was not ok when the Mu Shu was served with tortillas instead of thin pancake wraps. I am also wondering how much MSG was used. After dinner I started to ache like crazy and had to go to bed. The next day I ate the leftovers and same exact thing happened again. I doubt we will go back.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant in Marana (not that there are that many to choose from). Staff is friendly, and the food is always good. Now that the Twin Peaks Interchange is open, it's much faster to get there too. I wish they had a farther delivery range, it's about a 10 minute drive for me now. There's also table service I've never tried. It's a family run business, and it's cute to see all the little kids that are always around! I recommend the Sesame Chicken dinner special, it comes with fried rice, a spring roll, and soup. Also, if you order over $15 with pick-up orders, you get free crab puffs.

I love this place. Me and my son go there for lunch often. Food is great. I have tried most of the items on the menu and have not been disappointed. I would give them a higher rating but sometimes the silverware is dirty.

We have ordered take out from this restaurant on two different occasions and both times the food was great. Tonight my daughter and myself both ordered different dinners along with some sides and appetizers and everything was fantastic. The service is fast and affordable and the people are polite and friendly. We were immediately greeted with a "Hello" upon entering the restaurant and our meals were conveniently packed up in containers and put into a box for us. A+

A+ for lots of food choices from sushi to octopus to typical chinese food and yummy deserts. However we found the food in general to be warm, not hot. Also there wasn't much flavor to any of the dishes. My family of four ate for around $35. I wish I could've rated this higher but no flavor, warm food and a weird cleaning smell by our seats leaves me no choice. We will not be back.

The Fortune Cookie Restaurant offers many tasty dishes at affordable prices. The restaurant is clean and a comfortable place to have lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and your orders are served quickly.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in the area that delivers. There is something about having Chinese food when it's delivered. It just taste better when you don't have to get off the couch and pick it up. Thanks Fortune Cookie

I had the orange chicken for take out. Very big portions enough for two people or two meals! Orange chicken was tasty and it comes with steamed rice as well. The menu is very large with a good selection. I'll be back for more in the future!

Something was wrong with the chicken in the cashew chucken lunch. Only ate 2 bites of it & now my stomach is hurting. Have been here before & it was excellent. Fluke, I guess.

Good for a neighborhood middle of the desert type of place. Reasonably priced, family-run restaurant. Pretty empty but I think they do a big take out business. I'd go back if I was in the area.

I been there several times. Sesame chicken and Holland chicken are excellent! not a fancy restaurant, family owned and flexible over menus and ingredients
