Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Please excuse me if I gush and blush in this review, but Chipotle always leaves me in a good mood afterwards. I ate at my very first Chipotle a little over a year ago, and have been to several locations since. While fulfilling a sudden lunch craving for one of their steak burritos today, I noticed I couldn't check into to Chipotle on Yelp. "That must be a mistake." I mumbled to myself; however, I could not locate this fabulous location in all of Yelp Land. After all the times I've been to this location, I can't believe I have forgotten to check in every time before today. No more will this Chipotle go un-Yelped, because today is your day Chipotle. I was excited when this Chipotle opened up on the corner of Ina and Oracle. I mean not only do I work right down the street from this location, can walk there in a matter of minutes, but I can fulfill my Chipotle craving whenever my girlfriend isn't in the mood for their burritos or tacos. I don't often crave specific foods, but these Chipotle cravings seem to come up more often than most. This particular Chipotle isn't really visible from Oracle, as it and Pei Wei are in a separate building behind the shopping center containing Whole Foods and Wild Flower. If you don't find it at first, check the parking lot behind this shopping center and look for a different building close to Ina. The concept behind Chipotle is echoed in their motto, "Food With Integrity". They have only a few things on the menu to choose from, but they make sure each one of those ingredients is fresh and delicious. You can customize every order using any of the ingredients they offer. Everything behind Chipotle is simple, but equally brilliant. Even the decor is inexpensive and uncomplicated, but fits perfectly in with the Chipotle idea. Chipotle's food is excellent, and this location is no exception. The meats are juicy, the veggies are fresh, and the tortillas are delicious. Their crispy taco bowls are the greatest combination of tangy, spicy, meaty, and crispy in a single dish ever. Their burritos are mouth watering, assuming you can actually fit one of those giants in your mouth. My burritos are always bursting from the extra ingredients they pack in there upon my request. Their guacamole haunts my dreams... not in a bad way, but in that good way the cute student teacher from the eight grade shows up in my dreams from time to time. Aside from the food, the service is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Even though this place has a huge line around lunch time, the staff always works well to get everyone through the line and onto devouring their food. The staff here is simply fabulous. I had to wait about a minute once while they cooked some more steak for my burrito, and they gave it to me for free to apologize for the wait. I hardly even noticed I was waiting, and wasn't the least bit upset. That's just great customer service! Something I've noticed about every Chipotle I've been to is that they are very clean. I hate eating at a dirty restaurant, and at Chipotle I never have to. Every one of these locations has been spic and span. If some careless customer does make a mess, the staff is quick to correct the problem, and move on like nothing happened.

One of the best Chipotle locations in town. Always really fast, good portions, and very friendly.

I'm only reviewing them based on their vegan options, which aren't many but are good. I love their vegan burrito. It isn't fancy and in fact is quite plain, but it's filling and yummy and I can always find one close by. I was pleased when they made their pintos vegan. This location is my favorite so far.

Great attention to customers and creating that environment that I'd like to return to. After I pointed out a mistake in how they rang me up(in their favor) the register person gave me a card for a buy one get one free next time! Really awesome job from him.

Wierd because the place was empty!! The meat could have been "newer". Portion seemed small but was fixed when I mentioned it. Chicken burrito was FANTASTIC.

Great alternative to your typical Mexican food place. You aren't waited on here, you stand in line, order your food and watch as they make it, pay for it, and seat yourself. The up side is that it is quick. They offer a few different ingredients like chicken, beef, carne asada, cheese, lettuce, black beans, pinto beans, rice, and several different salsas. You decide how you want it -- in a taco, in a burrito, or in a salad. They also have a kid's menu. Self-serve soft drinks with free refills. Prices are good, and two can eat for about $17. The restaurant has been clean every time I've been in it, and the staff greets you as you walk in the door. Definitely will be going back again.

I didn't think I could become an even bigger fan of Chipotle until tonight. I had the absolute BEST customer service. They had the friendliest team working and it was fantastic! Had my favorite veggie tacos. Muy delicioso! I wasn't a huge fan of Chipotle when I used to order a burrito but then a friend introduced me to their tacos and they are so much better than a Chipotle burrito. I know my friend Leah would disagree with me (she is a burrito fan) but the tacos are so much more manageable and every bite has all the ingredients vs. the burrito where you might end up with a bite of rice and then the next bite beans. I want to taste everything together. My favorite part of Chipotle is their guacamole. OH MY YUMMY!!!!! It is the most delicious guac I've ever encountered. Sometimes when I am ambitious, I will get it to go and add lime and salt to my chips when I get home. It's totally and completely fantastic. Another thing that makes me a great big fan of Chipotle is that the meat they use is free of antibiotics or hormones. That is a big bonus on occasions that I opt for barbacoa tacos.

The barbacoa burrito with black beans is juicy and flavorful. However, don't be fooled into thinking you're eating healthy. These gems pack a huge calorie count!

This location is my favorite Chipotle location. Every time I come to this location I get friendly service. A good portion of food and a warm inviting atmosphere. My favorite dish is the burrito bowel with a bed of lettuce, add a mix of both rices, then add some mixed vegetables add in some barbacoa with salsa fresco and a dab of the green chili's followed by some cheese and guacamole. Mmmm! So Delicious.. My favorite.! The chips are a nice addition (optional)

I've been to quite a few Chipotle's around town, but this one is the best. Even during it's busiest times they still have fast and friendly service. Also, this place is usually super clean. Love coming here; everything is delicious and high quality.

3 1/2 stars! Extremely busy on a Sunday night at 7:40. They ran out of the steak, chicken, brown rice, and black beans while we were in line. The assembly line staff were waiting for the cooks to replenish those items. We had to wait about 20 minutes. When they gave my bf his steak bowl, the meat was still very rare and red. Not necessarily a bad thing if you are grilling at home, but kinda questionable at a semi-fast food place. He said he wanted to switch to chicken instead since the steak was still red. They made him a new chicken bowl. Food was delicious as always, especially the guacamole! Customer service wasn't the best tonite...the whole staff looked a bit frazzled. It must have been a long day. Still, I would have preferred a smile rather than the look of "I hate my life." ;) Still, I will return. Most experiences here are pleasant. It may not be my favorite Chipotle, but it's the closest one. ;) Everybody has an off day. Let's just hope this doesn't become the norm...

Just how much can I eat? That's the way I feel every time I walk into Chipotle. After several years of visits, I think I've now tried everything. And I like it all. My favorite is the burrito bowl with lots of hot salsa. It's a meal-and-a-half to two-meals worth of food, still good the next day. Oh, and the guac is fresh - always! This particular location has fast service, even when they are busy. Friendly folks, great location. See you soon, Chipotle.

if you have to pay 8 dollars for a burrito don't let it be here the food is cold and the portions of the meat are so small. if you don't add rice to your burrito right away you will know what im talking about.

Great clean place Good service Your staff by the grill have red noses they r sneezing, clearly they are sick! Why let them work and get your customers and other employee sick?
(2)Paul R.
Always good food. Prior to this visit I slipped at the entrance. I bruised my palm and had swelling on the side of my knee. Thank god I have insurance. I stopped visiting until today.. Or 6 mos later. Food a still good

A barbacoa burrito with that gooey brownish salsa, sour cream, cheese, white rice and pinto beans. Mmmmm. I'm such a FOOD SLUT! :))) Chipotle, I love you.

I really just love chipotle so much. I had nothing to complain about at this particular location. Fast, polite, and precise service. The guacamole is perfect. I love you chipotle. Don't ever leave me.

Clean and friendly location. it was all I could do to finish my burrito. It was very large and my wife did not finish all of hers. We ate on the patio and it was a great meal with good scenery. It is located behind the Whole Foods Market between Pei Wei and Starbucks. Busy location but fast service.

I will not be returning to this location, due to their lack if customer service. I have never had such problems at other locations with my request to pick out the green peppers, and I am not the only customer with this request.
