Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I've been a fun of Chipotle since my first time I entered into one of their restaurants 10-12 years ago. Maybe in the last 15-18 months I have noticed their portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today at this location was most noticeable, I almost said something to the girl, but I did not. When she put the meat on my dish she was "wrestling" with a big chunk of meat that she was not able to take apart. (When I tried to cut into it I could not either, I used two forks to shred the beef but it turned out to be grizzle). After we sat down to enjoy our barbacoa burrito bowl the girl at the register was making the rounds she picked up a dirty napkin from the floor as some customers were leaving and proceeded to use that napkin to wipe the table that had just been vacated!!!! Not only our table noticed what she did but the table behind us. The comments were, "can you believe what she just did?" I was totally grossed out! She redeemed herself five ten minutes later when she made the rounds again and she had a wet towel/rag which she used to "clean" the tables. Not sure I'll be going to this location! And to top it off the restroom was filthy!!!!

Their many combinations make it easy to count calories and eat healthy. Their chips are the best in town when you feel like splurging!

Best chipotle out of all the other chiptole in Tucson! Hands down! Cleaner, good vibe, great fresh food. Workers always on point and so awesome!

Love this place. Healthy and it is fresh everything. I love that the products come from local places and not just shipped in. I don't like how some give you a larger portion than others but either way it's filling... I'm a double protein guy

Just ate at chipotle. I probably visit this chipotle once every 2 weeks. I have been to others in town and this is the best run. All have good food but this one is always busy and the still get you though the line very quickly.

Every time I've been to this location, I've experienced terrible service. The food portions are not in line with other locations in town. Love the one at Main Gate. It's much better. All Chipotle Restaurants should have great service no matter what.

The lady working the line today is stingy with the portions. Smallest burrito bowl I've ever had.

I love this place for lunch. Even if the line is out the door, it goes quickly. The quality of food is good, the food areas and the dining areas are always clean. The staff are always friendly. I always get a burrito bowl and when I was here this week, I was happy to see they have added brown rice to their selection.

Nope, not really Mexican food...sorta of....well maybe it is but not really....so its Fast Food Mexican food but so are a lot of places people consider Mexican restaurants where as a lot of people don't consider this to be real Mexican food. Anyway, I ate here every work day for a year in 2011 and still go, just not every day. Its fresh and can be healthy if you stay away from certain foods. My dish is a bowl with brown rice....good starting point.

So, this restaurant has become very greedy. They have a secret menu and one of the items is you could have your burrito quesarito style which basically translate then melt the cheese before they put everything on. Well I come in and I order my typical order and when I go to check out they have charged me nearly four bucks to melt my cheese. They charge me basically the exact same as ordering a quesadilla. This is all baffling to me because you're able to order extra cheese sour cream Exedra for free aside from any meat. So for them to take my $8 burrito and charge me 50% more because they melted the cheese is ridiculous. They have become greedy little pigs. Also, the beans the last few visits has had little to no seasoning and the meat has been dry. I think they need to take a look at things because if this is the way they plan to run the restaurant I won't be back!

What a disappointment. At first I was upset they were so stingy with the beef, but after trying to chew it I was almost great full. I may have to go to the dentist to get the poorly cooked rice out of my teeth, of which they were very generous. There are many places in Tucson much better to eat.

This chipotle sucks. I've been to all of them in town and hands down this one is the worst. Horrible customer service and inconsistent food.

This place gives me the chills. Actually I get chills every time I hear someone rave about this chain. Super thick doughy tortillas (you know the "store bought" crap ones? Overstuffed, under seasoned, bland mess of a burrito. I don't really want to call it a burrito. ..so insulting to the food. If you're really hard up for fast mexican style food...at least drive a few blocks to a Nico's or Los Betos. Have some dignity.

This place is packed at lunch time. I got two tacos. If you're not so hungry, the plate comes with three but u can get them individually. Chipotle is kind of meh to me. I feel like I always get excited to come here and then I feel like I ate an elephant after I leave. I think I just get overly excited. Their food has good flavor for being so cheap and so fast. I really really like their chips, just enough salt with a hint of lime...mmm!

Food is always delicious. Other than that.... There are always at least 4 staff members in the restaurant and maybe 1 or 2 helping the line of people. Multiple times we have been ignored while staff divides there tips for the evening or clean up the lobby like they are getting ready to close (even though its only 8:30). I truly value cleanliness, especially in restaurants, but you do not need 3 people cleaning and ignoring customers while you leave 1 or 2 people to handle everything else. Not to mention that people hardly look you in the eye while they speak to you, even at the register. Food=great! customer service=awful

Big fan of chipotle. This location cut back soo much on the portion that I actually mentioned it to the manager, who didn't care to listen btw. Not ever going back there as this is the first time that I felt ripped off. If you want rice beans and lettuce bowl with 8 half inch pieces of beef then i recommend.

This is one of my favorite places to go for lunch! I had a chicken salad ! You can pick whatever you want for your salad except for guacamole that you have to pay for extra but WORTH it! Having a salad is much less calories than burrito! I had it for about $6.50 without a drink but I had a cup of water for FREE...... The staff who made my salad was REALLY friendly! I enjoyed being their valued customer!

Love Chipotle! Always fresh and made in front of you. Chipotle is good and healthy fast food.
(4)Stephen G.
For fast food, this place has good eats at reasonable prices with ample choices. Beer too. Several choices of protein: two kinds of beef; chicken; and carnitas or pork. Dress your tacos, Burros (too big to be called "burritos"), or bowl with a variety of cheeses, beans, salsas, veg and so on. As they say at Chipotle, "Our Menu Isn't Long, But It's Long On Choices." So many of my single friends came to Chipotle for lunch on Valentine's Day, and that just prompted my mind to grab a burrito bowl for lunch today. Mmmm, never a disappointment. If I was getting married, I would seriously think about getting Chipotle for the rehearsal dinner. More preferable to me than a sub for $6. Yum.

This was one of the biggest Chipotle's I've ever been in, but in terms of service, it was really lacking. From the very first person you talk to, til' the person wiping down tables you find about getting more tea (because you spent your money, why get water, and you don't drink soda).. the service here was just, "eh.."
