It's best to stick to the good old turkey sandwich here. I had the bacon and blue burger melt. The bread was stale and tasted like it had been "re-toasted". I hardly tasted the blue cheese, and the burger was tasteless. Won't be back.

Poor service, bland bagels and cream cheese, up charges for everything and a lack of innovation. Hope this place and the rest go under.

What an enjoyable way to start a Sunday morning! Asiago toasted bagel with tuna and a shmear of cream cheese. Yummy! Very good customer service and the bagel tasted good. Now, I am not from New York or back East so I may not know a true bagel but Brugers is alright for this Minnesota girl stuck in Tucson

I usually love the tomato soup, but the service has always been slow and inconsistent in food preparation. A girl warmed up my soup today and diluted it with milk. I've never seen anyone do that before, but I didn't know any better, so I let it go. When I ate it, it tasted like a tomato latte and was horrible. She also warned me that the milk would be "fuzzy". I think she meant frothy, but it was still gross- I don't care if milk does that when you steam it. She filled up the bowl about 2/3 and called it good. Very disappointed. Probably won't be going back.

Bagels are good i hate the way they make their bagel sandwhiches in the microwave of they fried them up on a grill and let u choose how you want the egg bacon etc that would be really nice

Some of the friendliest bagel makers I have ever met! I work nearby and so I often walk over to this Brueggers for lunch. I am not much of a cheese eater so I always substitute green chiles, tomatoes or red peppers for the cream cheese and muenster that comes on the Leonardo de Veggie, its my favorite sandwich that they offer. The bagels are made so fresh and I highly recommend the sun dried tomato or the jalapeno if you're feeling a little spicy!

Again, this store was wonderful and the service is great. They really seem to have fun at this place...even at 6:00 in the morning! I love the Sesame bagels.

We like to go here with friends and eat some good bagels. Today, like always, I got a salt bagel and my daughter got a plain bagel. A bagel with cream cheese costs about $2.39 + tax. Positive: They are the only place that I can get a salt bagel and they are my favorite, clean restaurant, nice staff, lots of bagels to choose from, lots of cream cheese to choose from, have coffee and other drinks, have breakfast and lunch menu, fast service Negative: for a bagel and cream cheese this $2.39 is really expensive to me mean I can go to Einsteins and get a bagel and cream cheese starting at 99cents, coffee (regular) was not the best I have had before, So I would say the reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the prices. I know this is something they can not change as they are a chain, but it still is steep and has me choose Einsteins over Brueggers. But then again I would give Einsteins 4 stars too because they don't have salt bagels, so I guess they are pretty even :)

I was driving around with my daughter in an area that it unfamiliar to us trying to find a spot for a quick late breakfast. The Bruegger's Bagels appeared like a mirage and saved us from our growling stomachs. First off, I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. I got a good chance to look around while my daughter took about 5 hours to decide just what kind of bagel she wanted then another 5 hours to pick a topping. She ended up picking a cinnamon sugar bagel with wildberry cream cheese. I chose an egg and ham sandwich on a sun dried tomato bagel. At the first bite, I wanted to drive to Texas to slap my mama. It was sooooo good. I love bagels that are not all doughy and chewy. We found a booth and I did my favorite past time for a while . . . people watching. (Of course, this was as I was getting the latest scoop on Hannah Montana.) A few college aged people walked in and grabbed a quick to-go bite. A man came in and took a bag of bagels. An older man sat to have a bagel and coffee while reading the newspaper. A few business-looking people stopped by to pick up what I assume to be an early lunch. I wish I had a Bruegger's location closer to me. I'd go have tea and a bagel there all the time. I'm looking for an excuse to host a brunch now. It can't be a kid's party or anything. I really want to have a platter of bagels and smoked salmon. Flag day brunch maybe? :P
