Always a good place for a quick family dinner. The young lady at the front was very helpful and friendly while I couldn't decide between the chicken or meatloaf family meal she explained that with the chicken meal I would get more, so for my family of 5 I opted for the chicken and 4 sides not bad for under $30

There food is great but on the vegetables there are to peppery I do not recommend it if you can't handle any spice very well . Also you can't use the restroom but you can wash your hands

Went for a lazy Thanksgiving dinner, because we are celebrating ours on Friday with the real turkey and trimmings. On the plus side: - The price. $29.99 for the Feast for 3. It will actually feed 4 adults comfortably. Lots of turkey, 3 large sides (mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, stuffing, etc.), 3 dinner rolls or corn bread, and a whole pie. This is pretty hard to beat, any way you cut it. - The mashed potatoes, yams, and dinner rolls were all pretty good actually. - The staff offers to bring the food to your table, and actually checks on you to see how you are doing - pretty good for fast food (let's not fool ourselves, it is fast food). On the minus side: - The turkey is not a good quality turkey, but again - hard to beat. They were out of green bean casserole, but no big deal. The gravy is very generic, and the stuffing was lacking in flavor and texture. - The staff clearly did not want to be there, and I can't say I blame them. I really appreciate them being there on Thanksgiving, but they were tired and short with everyone - and I probably wouldn't be much different in their shoes, so I'm not really holding this against them for future visits. Gobble gobble, and Happy Turkey Day!

This is a review for their catering: I called my order in the night before and had a nice, helpful woman walk me through the catering options over the phone. I hadn't used the catering service before and even though I didn't have a menu in front of me, the woman on the phone was patient and took the time to give me all my options. The next day the order came exactly on time and the staff set everything up for me- it looked great- each tray was set out nicely with utensils, plates and napkins. This was by far the easiest service I've used and instead of dealing with worrying about the order coming on time, or if the restaurant forgot spoons, or half my food- I was able to concentrate on business. The only negative was that I was allowed to pick two sides- but when the order came there were 4 trays, two of each side. The office I hosted kept asking why we didn't have 4 sides....

This place has fallen hard in the last ten years. They have some good lemonade and cornbread but man, it's so depressing to go in there and try to choose from the four things left on the menu. As far as Boston Markets go, though, no complaints here. The staff at this location is polite and helpful.

It always bites when you don't have family to spend Thanksgiving with, but that's the position I was in. I called up a friend and asked them if they would fancy going to Boston Market. We arrived about 1:30pm, and there was no line. We both ordered the Thanksgiving Day promotion which was: Turkey or chicken, 2 sides, 1 cornbread, 1 dessert pie. They were all out of pumpkin pie. We both got the turkey. It was horrid. Tried the beans and potatoes. Horrid. Both of our meals tasted like they had been refrigerated for hours and then served straight out of it. Obviously, it wasn't but it reflects about how cold they were. Bloody hell. I would be giving it 1 star; however, I thought the decor of the place was decent. Good colors and a slight sense of warmth in there. Not sure if our experience was in relation to the holiday, but it will not be on my list next year if I am in similar circumstances. What a shame.

Food has gone down hill. Quite disappointing, use to love Boston Market but lately it appears bland and was cold. They now bring your food to the table of your choice and the food is served on a plastic dish. You don't clean up your mess afterwards either, the employee's clean up for you.
