I have to start with the caveat I grant most businesses of this nature... High staff turnover due to work, hours, wages, etc. With this in mind and pretty much overlooked, Coldstone is deliciously awesome!!! I've been to this location many times but the most recent visit was for a custom birthday cake for the main man. Not only did they go with my quirky request, but the decorator called to make sure, then had me come in a bit early to check it so it could be altered if I was not satisfied. Wow!!! When I was ordering, I had a little hankering for some chocolate decadence, but true to form for me, had to be altered with some sugar free sweet cream. I got my 'like it' home pack but they had a wee bit extra and I got a little taster to walk out the door with... Very cool way to make me feel like a VIP. The cake was exactly as dreamed and in no need of alteration and it was a pleasure to meet the decorator and share the reason for the design. Keep it up Coldstone, the main man has declared you Stone Cold Awesome!!!!

Pricey yet tasty. That's ice cream anywhere now a days. Don't stop too often but its a tasty treat and makes for great family time. We like to come here and sit in the parking lot on the 4th of July. Have to come early for the line is out the door. This has been a family tradition.

I am not a huge Cold Stone Creamery fan. I would rather consume Baskin Robins, or Thrifty Ice Cream. However! Six and Seven year old girls don't really care where the ice cream comes from! All they care is they get to have cotton candy ice cream. Pros: It's nearby our house, Employee's are very courteous and professional, They have a very wide selection of ice cream, cakes, and drinks. Very clean, Cons: A little pricey, In my opinion, I just don't like the taste of their ice cream. Long as the girls enjoy it, we will continue to come back.

The ice cream was good but the waffle cone tasted stale. I should've skipped the cone.

Great service and able to taste 7 different ice creams before deciding. Not here often enough to know what to get and they were very accommodating.

Let's keep this short and sweet: Ice Cream Selection: -fair, about 16 choices -about 6 sorbet/low fat/low sugar options -lots of non-traditional flavors like cake batter, cotton candy, oatmeal cookie, sweet cream, etc. Mix-In Selection (upcharge) -tons of different candies and cookies -waffle cone pieces -pretzels -standard sauces like hot fudge, caramel; also has key lime and other unique sauces Price: -ridiculous. Ordered a kids cone with one scoop. Cost $3. Value: -my kids waffle cone was tasty, as was the oatmeal cookie ice cream. But the "scoop" of ice cream was very melty and half of it was left on the mixing board. I kid you not when I say I got about 3 bites of ice cream. Summary: not worth it. If you're going to splurge and get ice cream, split a bigger order with a person or two. Don't bother with a single scoop.

I thought the whole idea for the cold stone was to mix things with the ice cream you order. Didn't happen when I was there. The girl barely touched it, threw it in the cup, & called for the next in line. Not impressed.

A nice treat now and then. Pricey ice cream but you can have it mixed with anything you want.

I'm from OH so nothing compares to Handel's, but, Cold Stone is quite good. The ice cream is rich and creamy and the flavors are good. The variety is also more than most as you can choose what to add. If Handel's is not close, Cold Stone is a close second for me.

It's new. It's next to UltraStar, and Rocket Fizz. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it's overpriced.

It's cold stone. Pretty tasty, overpriced ice cream served by disinterested teenage girls. Still worth coming for an ice cream for my birthday.

Always a very guilty pleasure. I don't remember what it's called but the one that mixes waffle cone into the ice cream is freakin' delicious. Obviously not good for the health conscious Surprisian, but as a treat every once and a while it is delicious.

LOVE me some Cold Stone! My new latest fav is Devil's Brew which is Coffee ice cream, mixed with chocolate brownie, chocolate & caramel topping. Staff is always friendly! Look for coupons in most Sunday papers too!
