The items were way overpriced for what was actually served. Chicken seemed under cooked and greasy. We ordered an appetizer but weren't even given small plates to eat them over and only got two smallish rolls for $6. Since we can cook far better than this at home we probably won't be back.

I decided to try Indochine out tonight and I must say. It was not bad. I ordered the egg rolls that were excellent and the tomato/cuke salad that came with them were wonderful. We had fried rice noodles with shrimp and a Spicy pho. The shrimp were plentiful and actually really nice sized. The spicy pho was good. I think I have had better but it was still great. The service was wonderful and we never needed to ask for a refill. The one thing that I kept noticing was that everything looked and tasted really fresh. The prices were really reasonable. The soup and noodles were both under $9 a plate. Give this place a try.

Pretty mediocre Vietnamese food. I ordered the standard steak pho and the additions (bean sprouts, lime, chilis, basil) did not have limes but lemons instead and. They also did not provide basil leaf. The broth for the pho was acceptable but the noodles were obviously either stored too long or just not ripe for consumption. Also had their Winter, Spring and Summer rolls. The rolls are enormous and probably because of the size they're not very flavorful. They were stuffed with lots of lettuce and rice noodles and not a lot of meat/filling. Not a fan of Indochine, just because its "better" than other restaurants in Sierra Vista doesn't make it up to par.

I abosolutly adore this place!!! The pho is to die for. I never finish my pho and I finish every drop here. The iced coffee is thick and rich. the servers are nice and its a great little secret. the spring rolls are big and fresh. only thing is they serve cilantro instead of basil with their soup. turns out its actually better in my opinion.

I ate here for lunch and had the vegan tofu. It was pretty good. Can't really mess that up. Ingredients were fresh and yummy. Service was great and very fast. I would come here again.

It's been a long time since I've been in Sierra Vista, so I was curious to see what kind of Vietnamese food was out here. Since I had a craving for pho, I found this place based off the Yelp reviews. I kind of wish I had read the reviews better. I ordered the Special Pho. My pho review is similar to another Yelper's - the broth was bland and I was disappointed in how I didn't have a lot of meat in my bowl. It was mostly halved-meatballs, very little beef strips, and even less tripe. The noodles were plentiful though. The menu is small yet varied. Not as large a selection of pho as I'm used to, but hey, we're in the little town of Sierra Vista, so I can't complain. Service was fast since I came in after the lunch rush. I was promptly seated and had my drink order taken. The inside decor is quite nice - well done. The place seemed pretty clean. Since there isn't a lot of Vietnamese in town, I'll be back here to check out some of their other dishes.

3.5 Stars but ill round up for this one. Probably the best Vietnamese restaurant out of the 2 in SV (Peacock is slow and the broth is average). Came here twice: First time I ordered Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup). The broth was surprisingly flavorful and up to the standards I have (I am from Oakland area, CA...where the best Vietnamese food is served besides Vietnam) . However, the portion is extremely small for its price. Second time, I ordered their most expensive entree on the menu, cubed beef with rice, thinking I will pay more to actually get full this time. The beef was well cooked and the sauce and lime salt went well with the salad and beef. For its price, portion is was extremely small...I was still hungry after. Overall, quality of food is great...portions are extremely small for its price. I have paid the same price tag for bigger and better Vietnamese food. Cant really ask for much in SV, this restaurant will satisfy my vietnamese food craving while I'm here for training.

I discovered this place last week and I have already gone back. I am a vegetarian and it's so refreshing to see the word "vegan" multiple times on a menu! The vegan spring rolls were AMAZING and I love the cucumber salad and peanut sauce that is served with it. The vegan soup was really good too, and it was such a large amount I got another meal out of it the next day. My husband said the pho was good and he is pretty picky about pho. I also tried the crispy tofu with egg noodles and vegetables and it was very flavorful and the veggies were nice and fresh tasting. I will be making this a regular place to eat at for sure. Also, the waitress is so sweet, it really is an added bonus when your server puts forth the extra effort and does so with a smile.

So, this was the first place I ever had pho back in 2013... I thought it was quite tasty.. 2 years later, I'm back in town, and this is the absolute worst Pho I've ever had. If you've never eaten Pho, don't experiment here! The 2 stars are for the freshness

I've tried their Curry Chicken and ask to them to prepare it spicy. It was served with rball of rice in the curry which was flavorful. It wasn't spicy enough but was tasty. Chicken was good. Curry was close to Korean kind (not Indian or Thai). Overall a good experience and i will come try something else.

If your looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant, this place is okay. The vegan spring roles are amazing. The service was okay. I ordered the beef pho and substituted tofu. It was very bland. The cook came out and offered to remake my meal or replace it something else. I chose to replace it for the chicken soup which was delicious. The owner was present and checked every table but mine. He lowered my opinion of the place by his snobbish, off Standish behavior.

My husband and I REALLY wanted some good Vietnamese food SOOO glad we went here !! We started with the winter spring rolls and switched the fish sauce for the peanut sauce ! They were huge and soooo good ! Then for our entrees we had chicken pho and the egg noodle chicken stir fry (I think I can't remember what it was called now) the pho had plenty of flavor, and brussels sprouts .The chicken stir fry noodle was amazing and the sauce on the side it came with was delicious and had plenty of veggies and chicken. My husband and I have been trying for months to find a restaurant we both LOVE!! Well we have found it ! Before our meal was over my husband even said "we will definitely be back" service was amazing too! Full out 5 stars !

The first two trips here were amazing. Mind you they had been open for a few days. I had ordered the spring rolls, fried rice. The next two trips, were disappointing. This time it was all my coworkers (bc I had raved about it), and it was super oily, over cooked and bland. I was very disappointed, bc I thought I had found the one.

This is a great little restaurant with delicious food, an attentive staff, and an okay atmosphere. The curry chicken is outstanding. Get it. Well, if you like curry of course. And the portions are plentiful! I tried to finish my mean because it was sooo good, but I just couldn't. Lots of chicken and vegetables with plenty of rice to mix it all up and enjoy the savory, spicy goodness of the curry and coconut sauce.

My mother in law is obsessed with this place. She's a vegetarian and loves one of their tofu entrees. I got the seafood stir fry, the seafood was good but they didn't give you very much it was mostly vegetables. My husband said the pho was ok but he's had better (my mom makes him homemade pho) The service was great and everyone there was very friendly. My mother in law is a regular so most of the workers that know her they would all stop by the table and say hi to us. It's kept clean and simple. It's probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in town.

I ate their special pho and it was really good. I just wish they put a little more noodle and meat in their dish. However, the broth was flavorful and the hoison sauce was not watered down (like in some other restaurants I have been to). The restaurant is very clean and the staff is quick to serve. I would go there again and try some of their other dishes.

Went again with a friend of ours who family is Vietnamese, we all had the beef Pho...this was awesome. We sat and had a wonderful time. He said this was very authentic and true to its flavor. If you go, sit down and enjoy the flavors of Vietnam and bring some friends...loving it

I really enjoyed the beef pho here. All the authentic flavors of a good Pho are there it just needs a bit more salt. I like to think that is because they don't use MSG but don't know if this is true. I too would like some Basil and some of the more authentic herbs with the Pho. As it stands they just give cilantro, mung bean sprouts, lime and jalapeño. The spring rolls were ok but I prefer more veggies/herbs and less noodles and iceberg lettuce and probably would not order them again. The fried egg rolls were some of the best I've ever had! Also, excellent Thai iced tea. Overall I will go here when I need good Pho but can't make the trip to Bisbee to my favorite spot for Pho.

Lovely little cozy restaurant of dark woods, lovely muted lighting snd the happiness of live bamboo, faux lace tablecloths, and the smell of fresh veggies hanging from notes of stir-fry and curry. My chicken Curry with lemongrass had only one problem- once tasted, the fork could not be down until the curry was gone. Thankfully, my bowl was taken before I licked it clean. Mmmmm. Will return.. . With friends!

This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant within a 100 mile radius of Sierra Vista, AZ. The owner and chef of the restaurant is an institutionally trained chef. He actually cooks and can be seen in the back cleaning/washing dishes. One of the things most people should try is definitely the Pho Beef Noodles. They actually make the broth and cook it overnight. The flavor from the various spices and beef bone broth are clean. Outside of the various areas of Southern California that I'm familiar with, this is far and wide one of the better places for Pho. The spring rolls with lettuce wrap are also very good as well as a few of the rice dishes. It is one of the few gems for asian food in the local community that I would have to recommend. FYI, for those that didn't already know, Pho is an excellent hangover food! Wish this place had later/early morning hours, but alas, it is in a small town so we can't expect 24hour hangover satisfaction.

Indochine is new to Sierra Vista, and offers a pretty good version of Pho and Vietnamese cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a family owned establishment that has not been open long, but as long as they continue to provide consistent service and good food, I hope they succeed. We had the Pho and the variety appetizer, all good, and the price was very reasonable.

I was at home with a bum back & searched Yelp for something new. (I know something "new" in "The SV," you say?) I was looking for a restaurant with good reviews & close by for my brother to pick up a to-go order. Yelp Nation, you came through for me. I am happy to recommend this little place. Since you're still reading, here are the Vitals: The picture of the menu on Yelp was too small to read so I looked them up on the internet & got a nice copy off their Facebook page, which was a plus for me. The phone-in order went well, even obliging our request to "86" the celery from the stir fried egg noodles. My brother described the place "as something that was quickly remodeled, but very clean & pleasant." We both agreed the way the City of Sierra Vista tends to run new restaurants into the ground that spending a mint on a remodel wasn't wise & not a huge need for us. My brother ordered the beef stir fried egg noodles ($9.95) which came with onion, kohlrabi, and carrots. My bro's a pretty picky dude, so the fact that he loved this meal, particularly the accompanying sauce, made for a "Mikey Moment". (Younger Yelpers, please do an internet search for clarity.) I ordered the seared sea scallop salad ($10.95). The menu claimed these would "pan seared scallops," but they didn't appear seared at all. There were also menu-unlisted onions & the orange segments looked like they were canned. Despite these, the FRESH mixed greens & oriental vinaigrette made this salad a mouthful of delight after I removed the offending onions. I also enjoyed the Sampler ($10.95) that came with two each of the egg rolls, crab cakes and sugar cane shrimp paste. The crab cakes were deep fried & served with a delightful cilantro aioli. And, yes, I looked up ailoli on my "Smart" phone. Basically it's a very creamy egg/olive oil sauce that really complimented the crab cakes. The egg rolls had pork, taro, jicama, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, and other "mints" that came with a sweet chili sauce. Both were excellent, & again, my picky brother actually liked them as well. The shrimp paste on sugar cane consisted of fried ground shrimp served with sweet chili sauce. This item had a slightly "rubbery" texture to it, but it was fun to eat & the chili sauce was a hit yet again. Overall, this meal, and the leftovers for dinner the next night, was well worth the cost. Here's hoping this place stays in business. I know I'll do my best to keep it around. Spread the word.

Shaking Beef, Crab Cakes, Crab/Cheese Fritters - The food was absolutely delicious. The Shaking Beef was thoroughly spiced and tender, there were not any pieces of fat at all, just solid beef. Some of the best crab cakes I have had since leaving Alaska. The Crab and Cheese fritters had a lot of crab in them as well and were great, only got to eat one since the kids devoured the rest.

I stopped in here on a Thursday at lunchtime, right after they opened at 11am. Having grown up in Houston, with a huge Vietnamese population, there are Pho Houses on just about every corner. I'm fairly well acquainted with how Vietnamese food is supposed to taste. I ordered the spring rolls with peanut sauce as an appetizer and then the shrimp & pork lotus salad with a glass of iced tea. The spring rolls were ok. They had a little too much iceburg lettuce rather than the traditional fillings like rice noodles, basil leaves, cilantro, carrots, etc. I know iceburg is cheap, but if you're gonna have a good spring roll, spring for the right fillings. The peanut sauce was excellent. The appetizer came with two rolls & a bowl of peanut sauce. On the side was a nice, cool salad of tomato, cucumber, cilantro & a nice light dressing. I really enjoyed that, despite the fact that I dislike cukes. The shrimp & pork lotus salad was excellent. It was a nice size for a lunch portion, not too big or too small & had a nice hit of heat from the peppers. It was filled with all sorts of vegetables, most of which I couldn't recognize. My only slight issue was that they were a little stingy with the meat. I maybe had 3 or 4 pieces of pork and only 1 shrimp. Luckily the veggies were so good that I barely missed the meat, otherwise I might've been a little peeved. Overall, I give this place 5 stars. The service was excellent. The salad had a lot of heat so I needed a few refills of tea and my server was right there with the pitcher! I'll definitely be going back!

I've been excited to try this newly opened place, but saddened that Da Bok closed since it was one of the better restaurants in Sierra Vista. I decided to go for lunch to try out their menu--especially their Pho at the recommendation from another person. I walked in and had to sit myself down which was fine since it was packed during lunch. But when a waitress saw me, she came over with a menu and asked me if I was To-Going. I told her no, I'm sitting down for lunch and eating in. I studied the menu for about 10 mins and there was nothing special on it. It's less than regular Vietnamese menu should be (when compared to Peacock or Pho in Tucson). I decided to go with the signature simple dish: Pho w/ beef After waiting for about 15 mins, my bowl came and right off I noticed that there was not enough meat slices in it. I literally had only 4 TINY broken slices of beef flank in it. Quite disappointed to say the least. I started to eat and the soup was mediocre. Didn't have enough flavor in it---I can't say it's fresh either because I know it's not from scratch but from the canned bone marrow that is bought from Asian stores. I guess the only good thing I can say about this place is that it's clean (that is thanks to Da Bok for remodeling and keeping it clean) and the services was good. Most of the waitresses were attentive and polite and friendly. Food: 2-3 stars very mediocre, nothing special Portion Size: 2/5 (For $8-$10 a pop I'd like more meat and noodles please) Cleanliness: 4/5 Service: 4.5/5 Overall rating with everything combined: 3 Would I return? I don't know...nothing really caught my eye and I can make my own Pho at home that comes out better and cheaper~ -_-;; I'd probably go here with a friend if they desperately wanted to again I suppose.

DO NOT GO HERE! Once home of the former Dabok Korean and Japanese Restaurant is now occupied and home to Indochine Vietnamese Restaurant. This restaurant recently opened about a week ago and it is so overpriced and the food was was not great. I ordered their special pho with no noodles and double the meat. When I got it, it had very little meat (like two meatballs, four pieces of tripe...just not enough meat for a regular size pho) and their side dish had very few bean spouts, a stem of mint leaves, and two tiny slices of jalapeno...what the? I wanted to order their fresh spring rolled, but it would almost cost $10 for just two. Bad start Indochine, bad start. I'm sorry but I will not be one of your returning customers.

Great improvement over Da Bok which had very fishy-tasting food. The Pho is great-sized with a lot of meat. The amount of seafood in the seafood noodle soup is astounding. The shrimp paste skewers and spring roll appetizers are the only one's I've had, and both were scrumptious. I've learned that the chef is a local boy who went to culinary school. He cooks there with his mother. They seem to be very keen on customer service and quality. This is a great addition to Sierra Vista Restaurants. I plan on going back many times.

As far as pho is concerned, this place is completely legit. I know it sounds crazy, good pho in Arizona, especially near the Mexican border right? Well, it's true!! I was very skeptical about ordering pho here. Especially with the price that you have to pay for it (~$14). I figured since I was there, I would just go ahead and get the "Big Special Pho" described as 'definitely more enjoyment'. I was actually almost embarrased at the size of the bowl that came out!! First of all, the bowl was HUGE! The broth was amazing. Not watered down in any way and very very tasty. The amount of fillings was insane. That was at least twice the amount of meats/noodles I've ever recieved from any pho joint. To top it off, the owner/cook came out to ensure that we were enjoying it. He even asked us if he put enough noodles/meat in there. It was definitely one of the best pho places I've ever eaten at. I know it's hard to believe, but that place is amazing and I ended up eating there at least once a week. Sierra Vista is a dump, but it's no surprise that Indochine does so well out there. Kudos to the chef and owner!!

Expensive. Nice atmosphere. I personally find the portions meager. Have had the pho a couple of times-its OK. The rest of the menu is generic Chimerican you can get anywhere. My wife loves it, so I'm a regular :)

Lunch on a Friday. Restaurant about 1/3 full. Server extremely rude and pushy. Beef Pho was mediocre, beef fried rice was worse. I refuse to eat restaurant food about once every five years; it has to be awful for me to do that. Owner/chef offered alternative to fried rice, we declined. Server tried to charge full price, we declined that as well. Won't go back.
