We booked the Oak Creek Suite on our recent getaway to Sedona. This was our first stay at this establishment. The suite is two stories with private balconies overlooking Oak Creek. There are many areas to walk and sit near the creek. This is a very nice boutique property. Upon arrival we were cordially greeted by Brooks who showed us to our suite and explained all the amenities available The suite had a king bed (most comfortable) and very large bathroom downstairs while the upstairs had 1/2 bathroom and a kitchen that was straight out of the Food Channel network. Brooks explained that it had been used for culinary demonstrations at one time. Comfortable furnishings, Internet service, big screen TV both upstairs and down complimented by gas fireplaces. Extremely clean and most relaxing. Serene and relaxin overall. Look forward to our next visit

We stayed here with several family members and friends for our wedding in the area for almost a week. Brooks was awesome! Always ready with recommendations, umbrellas for monsoon season, Johnny on the spot with any repairs needed. The price of the rooms for the location and hospitality make this an awesome deal. We would definitely stay here again. In fact we gave our wedding centerpieces to them to put on the tables for the other guests to enjoy! All my friends and family enjoyed their stay as well!

We stayed here for a quick 1 night when we got to Sedona. What a great spot! The staff was super helpful and Brooks put us in room 11 which was lovely. Beautiful View from jet tub and balcony. It was our anniversary so we thought we would grab a quick bite to eat. Brooks suggested the Mexican place a crossed the street. It was not so great. To be fair we went kinda late. Just mediocre food. But back to the inn, the breakfast was very nice and was perfect after I had done a bit of yoga down by the creek. So peaceful and serene. Overall just wonderful. Would def return and recommend!

Beautiful Inn, terrific staff and a great location makes this a perfect place to stay in Sedona. Book early and ask for creekside room for best experience. The kitchen has a frig for guests to keep your groceries.

When my boyfriend showed me images of the Oak Creek suite as a potential option for our anniversary trip, I basically laughed at him. The promise of 1,200+ square feet, with a full kitchen (and by full I mean 12 barstools along an island full), living room, and multiple balconies, was something that I thought was far above our budget. Instead, we found reasonable rates, and I can honestly say that after some research, we chose Sedona for a destination based on the Oak Creek suite and accommodations at The Inn Above Oak Creek. The booking process should have been a first clue that we were in for a great trip - the online booking was down when we tried to book our stay (causing a mini panic attack), but when we called the Inn and spoke to Brooks, he was warm and welcoming, even via the phone. The warmth of phone conversations, which added to the excitement of the trip continued when I called for some information about our suite and spoke to Wakyna - during this phone call, I mentioned that BF and I had booked dinner reservations at Timo for our anniversary, and asked for her opinion (she approved). She also recommended Indian Gardens Oak Creek Market during this phone call, which ended up being our favorite breakfast/coffee spot. Even before meeting us, Brooks and Wakyna were so sweet, thorough with answers, and extremely helpful. They also surprised us with a bottle of wine upon learning we were there for our anniversary, another touch that was so unexpected and sweet. The Oak Creek suite was stunning - words can't even express how incredible and breathtaking the suite is. It's two levels, with a private entrance and beautiful entryway. Upstairs, you have an open concept layout with a dining table, windows wrapping around the living room area and opening up to a massive balcony that overlooks Oak Creek, a kitchen with massive island, 12 barstools, Viking appliances, and a hallway that leads to a half bath for the upstairs. The pictures you can see on the website don't even do it justice - the place is absolutely stunning, filled with natural light. We didn't spend as much time here as I wish we had, but the full fridge was a huge bonus, as was the Keurig. Downstairs, the flooring switches to carpeting, but the full windows continue, which overlook the creek, as well as the downstairs balcony. The bed is a king, there's a huge mounted TV on the wall (above the fireplace), there's a massive walk in closet with plenty of hanging space, and the bathroom is literally the size of some NYC studio apartments, complete with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. There's also a washer/dryer in the unit, which we did take advantage of as to not have to come back home with a suitcase filled with dirty clothes. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and the linens on the bed were absolutely incredible (Anthony and I still want to find out where we can buy them - they were so soft and perfect). The Inn itself serves a continental breakfast each morning with oatmeal, pastries, juice, coffee, and tea. We didn't really take advantage of this breakfast, but it seemed like everyone staying in the actual Inn was there. There was also a jar of jelly beans that was always filled, which I absolutely took advantage of, and was a perfect added touch. This truly was a perfect location for a getaway - the staff goes above and beyond and are so accommodating (I could go on and on about how absolutely wonderful they are), the Oak Creek suite is beautiful (overwhelmingly so) and the other rooms looked equally stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and it's in a great location, close to uptown Sedona and within walking distance of so many perfect restaurants. Can't recommend more highly - definitely where we'll be staying during future Sedona trips!

Looking for a romantic getaway in Sedona? Start at the Inn on Oak Creek. Located on the bank of Oak Creek that runs through Sedona, The Inn on Oak Creek is true to its name, every room in this quaint inn has a view of Oak Creek. In addition to the view of Oak Creek, the corner rooms also have a view of the Arizona hills that are so famous for its spectacular sunsets. This intimate inn takes the romantic feel of a bed and breakfast and combines it with the professional feel of a well-run hotel to give their guests a truly enjoyable lodging experience. A continental breakfast is served every morning. Various flavors of Keurig coffee are available in the lobby 24hrs a day. There is also an assortment of teas and fruits in the kitchen along with a refrigerator that is available for guest use. In case, you are wondering what to do in Sedona, there is also an extensive library of travel and hiking books targeting the Sedona and Arizona area. After a long day on the hiking trails or shopping in uptown Sedona, you can go back to your room relax in the Jacuzzi tub and then enjoy one of the movies in the inn's DVD collection. The décor inside and out is elegant, well maintained and tastefully up to date. This has to be the most enjoyable hotel I've stayed at. Next time? I would not stay anywhere else in Sedona.

We are in agreement with all the good things said here. We went in February and stayed four nights, the first of which was our thirty-fifth anniversary. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, the coffee, and the views of the creek, taking a creek side room. The advantage of the small hotel, at least in this case, is that the owner is your host. True, it's no longer a bed and breakfast, but it still has that general feel. In addition to the helpful guidance concerning the sights and recommended hikes and restaurants, Spence went an extra mile for us. Our daughter, unknown to us, called ahead form Chicago and spoke to Spence, assuming he was the concierge. She asked for advice on buying a gift card for us to a restaurant of his recommendation. When we arrived, we mentioned a restaurant that had been recommended to us, the Mexican restaurant in town, Elote. Later that evening we passed the office on the way to take another hike nearby. Spence came chasing after us in the parking lot, asking if we were headed to that restaurant. We said no, and he said that was good, as he had just been there and the lines were really lo-o-ong. We thanked him and went our way. When we returned to our room, we found a bouquet of flowers and a gift card to Elote from our daughters and son-in-law wishing us a happy anniversary. Spence had gone home by then, but confirmed his ruse the next morning. He had been at Elote as he said, but had been buying the gift card and had not had time to get it into our room with the flowers. He stopped us so we would benefit from the gift. Anyway, no pressure, Spence. Hope the cost of a nice review isn't that you are run ragged with such requests, or you will need to hire a concierge. Thank you, though.

Got a room with a balcony overlooking the creek, which was so relaxing and beautiful. The balcony was also very private, and we could only see trees, the river, and the beautiful red rock around us. Additionally, the bathroom came with a huge jet tub. The owners are incredible kind and helpful, and I love that you can just walk into the kitchen at any hour of the day; there's even a special fridge for guests. There's also tons of boxes of tea and coffee free at anytime of the day or night. I've always been a backpacker/hostel traveler, but this place offered the comforts of a nice hotel, with the coziness, and family-like vibe of a hostel. Also, if you don't get a room with a balcony, no worries, there's a huge deck on the 1st floor. The location is also perfect. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend. Stayed in July 2014.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Inn for about 4-5 nights, and it was simply lovely. Our room was decorated beautifully and was a comfortable/relaxing haven for us. Outside our balcony were ducks and a breathtaking view of Oak Creek. The location was great- we were able to walk to nice restaurants and a shopping areas. Uptown Sedona was also really close (a really short drive- a few minutes maybe). All the hiking trails and other areas of interest (movie theater, etc.) were within an easy driving distance. The warm hospitality of management (Chris and his staff) made us feel right at home. As probably the youngest guests at the Inn, Chris made us feel very welcome and happy that we chose to stay at the Inn. Also, they always have hot tea, coffee, and water for guests which is a huge plus! It's those small details that made our stay so comfortable. Breakfast usually consisted of fruit, bagels, and sweet treats. We absolutely loved our stay, and are already planning our next trip out to the Inn :)
(5)Iris F.
Beautiful B&B with view over the creek. Every room is themed. Very warm welcoming, breakfast was delicious with possibility to eat on the sunny deck. Mike was really nice and helpful to find a dinner place and the warm homemade chocolate cookies were fantastic! Really quiet and clean, I would definitely come back.
(5)Carmie D.
Having experienced staying in each of the separately themed rooms, the best room -without a doubt- is the "Angler's Retreat". It is the only room you can enjoy the view from inside the room. Although it has changed ownership, still appeared to be well managed. The only negative would be the small room size with limited storage capacities. This presented a problem for us due to our hiking gear & luggage space requirements when on extended trips.

When you visit this Inn, try the golf on the rocks! Big bed awesome creek view and nice continental breakfast serve in the morning free.

I am remiss in not having done this review sooner. My sisters and I went to Arizona on our annual sisters getaway. We landed in Phoenix and first stop was Sedona. Quite honestly, I wish we had booked our entire stay there. I spoke so highly of it that a friend from Colorado just booked a 3 night stay there with her husband. I can't wait to hear about their visit! Spence the owner is as warm as his smile and was most helpful. I am bummed that I can't remember the gal that checked us in. She welcomed us and after our long drive suggested that we get comfortable and then come back to talk about things to do. She was very helpful. Just welcoming, friendly and homey all around. While it is no longer a bed and breakfast, it is a quaint, homey, inn that you can sit in the open room with coffee and tea and jelly bellies available 24/7 and a lovely continental style breakfast with bagels, pastries, oatmeal and juice in the morning. I padded down in my jammies every morning and chatted with the other guests. The two adjoining rooms were perfect for us and nicely appointed. Be sure to hang out on your deck or in the chairs by the creek maybe with a glass of wine and watch the ducks land. There was a wedding across the creek and the fairy lights made it even more special. We wandered and walked around town and the shops. Had dinner at Elote which is a must! An amazing inn with a warm and inviting atmosphere where you want to hang out before and after a long day sight seeing! We'll be back!

Booked this place for our anniversary trip and I am SO glad! Received and email en route to Sedona asking about arrival time so they could make a late arrival package for us. We arrived around 6 and found it right on the front door. As we walked in we were greated by warmth, a fireplace, comfortable couches and 24 coffee! Such a cute place. It was easy to find our wonderful room with a creekside view and little balcony. Amazing views from our windows of fall leaves, the beautiful red rocks and creek. Good size room with fireplace, queen bed, and amazing gacuzzi tub! It made me nervous at first but we showered while looking out upon the view! Cool! The owners are amazing. A small breakfast of bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal is out every morning at 7:30. Then they can assist you with any place you would like to go! We loved that we could walk to almost anything, the main downtown area as well as some interesting bars. This was such a great find!
(5)Karen B.
My husband, daughter, and I had adjoining rooms 3 and 4. It was perfect. Everything was super clean! The balcony was great, and there was a fire place in our room. There was a beautiful outside deck for the continental breakfast where we watched humming birds. The coffee is available all day with French Vanilla creamer. Spence and Will were very accommodating even though we never met them. The only odd thing was that they steam cleaned the carpet in our room and it was still wet: minor issue. It was a great experience and we would go back.

Beautifully well appointed inn. Great service. Beautiful rooms. Friendly. Georgeous views. I highly recommend

Our stay was good but not amazing. Stayed for 3 nights in 3/2014. PROS: -The continental breakfast is generous with bagels, pastries, oatmeal, and juice! -The rooms are all well decorated and clean. -The toiletries in the bathroom have a separate shampoo and conditioner. -The beds are super comfortable and the towels in the bathroom are very soft! -Free parking lot with plenty of spaces -A gorgeous gorgeous view of oak creek! -Coffee all day available in the lobby -Good prices! -Spencer himself is a major pro of this hotel. He recommends hikes and patiently answers any questions you might have! A great and friendly welcome! CONS -The rooms were cold as Sedona in march is 40s at night and 60s during the day. They didn't turn the central heat on and we were all frankly miserable and frozen. When we requested the heat to be turned on, Chris was full of excuses (it's difficult to time the heat with the sun setting, sedona temperature is fickle, etc). The bottom line is that your tenants should not freeze on vacation! Amazingly, the following night, he STILL did not turn on the heat until another couple complained...and he gave them the same speech! Ridiculous. You would think they would remedy it and turn on the heat before everyone froze. Then yet AGAIN the next night, he also didn't turn on the heat until someone complained. The low that night was 40F. -The wifi worked about 50% of the time, depending which room you have and it is sloooooow. I actually turned my wifi OFF on my phone bc it was slowing it down. If you are reliant on wifi to do work, do NOT depend on the wifi here. Other couples we met were having similar problems. -There's no front desk as this is not a traditional hotel. We couldn't find anyone after 5pm to help us with the above issues! It turns out Chris lives next to the office. It's just a bit odd to knock on someone's front door. As a normal person with normal manners, it feels uncomfortable and a bit rude. I wish they had a better contact point, like a hotel's front desk. Overall a pleasant visit but this place is definitely still working out some kinks!

Loved our stay here for our 10th anniversary. We were in room 7 which is a "red rock" view room. Our room had a king bed, 2 person jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and a balcony with a bistro table and two chairs. The room was perfect. It is the smallest of the standard rooms, but was still plenty big, and the beautiful vaulted ceiling made it feel larger. Brooks was great at check in making sure we knew where the best hiking spots were, to confirming we had chosen one of the best restaurants in Sedona for our anniversary dinner. We even had a special note in our room from him. We had planned on going out for breakfast, but ended up eating downstairs each morning. The pastries, bagels, yogurt and fruit were enough to make us not want to go out. Sitting on the balcony over the creek and looking out at the red rocks was perfect. The location of the Inn was great, we were close enough to walk to Tlaquepaque or Creekside if we wanted to, and uptown was only a short drive away. We will definitely be back, and you can bet when anyone asks us about our trip to Sedona, this is the first place we talk about.
(5)Jeff B.
First time at Inn on Oak Creek. First, the rates are much lower than other local hotels. Host greeted us at the door and gave us a quick walk around. Nice lodge-looking place. Room #2 was quaint, with balcony overhanging Oak Creek which was brimming with ducks. At one point we counted 60 ducks. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. There are red rocks in the distance, aspen and sycamore trees shading the area, bunnies and swifts during the day and bats at night. The room featured a queen bed, fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub and a table/chair set. The ceiling fan had a remote control. The TV went ignored but was available. Although they didn't serve breakfast, there was an assortment of bagels and pastries, plus fruit. There was a kuereg and OJ as well. The location was key for us. Right on state route 179, close enough to Tlacapaque, Upper Sedona and a couple of restaurants was perfect for us. Although we never got the host's name, he was helpful in recommending sights, restaurants and shopping. When we went hiking, he provided us with a monthly pass which saved us $10 - nice touch. The next time we are in Sedona, we will be sure to stay at the Inn on Oak Creek.

I booked this inn to surprise my sweetheart with a nice romantic getaway. By far one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I definitely recommend staying in there suite room. I so appreciate this place and the staff were AWESOME! I can't wait to get back!! :)
(5)Shayna R.
I can't even begin to express how happy we were with our stay here. My husband booked us a room for our 10 year anniversary. (Which also happens to fall on the busy 4th of July weekend) He said brooks went above and beyond to accommodate us for our special weekend. We had a sweet note wishing us a happy anniversary along with a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. My husband had ordered a massive bouquet of roses for me and the staff made sure it was nicely displayed in the room for our arrival. The customer service here is unbelievable. It felt like we were staying with family. The room is updated and are very clean. I also loved the fireplace and the jet tub...Not to mention the Gorgeous views from the patio. We will def go back again very soon! And again thank you to the staff and owner for everything!
(5)Eli H.
We stayed in the suite for two days. This was our first time in Sedona and it certainly won't be our last. Everybody at the Inn were all very helpful. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. If you can, get the suite, it's 1300 square feet and comes with several amenities. We love this place so much that we are already planning our next trip here.
(5)Alex W.
Great little place, perfect central location, nice staff. Real personal touch without that "I'm staying in a stranger's house" B&B feeling. A Memorial Day visit meant that the roads were choked with thousands and thousands of cars, so it was really nice to be somewhere that was walking distance from good restaurants (Creekside) and hikes (Marg's Draw). We were only in Sedona for one night, but when we go back we'll probably stay here again.
(5)Jennifer F.
My husband and I had a GREAT time at the Inn on Oak Creek. We stayed here for one night to celebrate our 1st Year Wedding Anniversary and it was such a nice experience. From the moment we arrived, Brooks (the house keeper) was so welcoming and accommodating. He gave us a quick run down of Sedona by marking up a city map and circling all of the places to visit. Our room was very quaint and peaceful. We stayed in one of the rooms along the creek and a beautiful view of Sedona. The fireplace and especially HUGE jacuzzi tub were a major plus for our experience! The night of our anniversary we found out that our car battery had died! We didn't want to ruin the night so waited until the next morning to call AAA. Unfortunately AAA was booked solid and we couldn't find any local auto shop to jumpstart our car. Luckily the inn owner, Spence, was a godsend and was so amazingly kind. He went out of his way to find jumper cables (even walked across the street to ask to borrow some jumper cables) and really wanted to help us in whatever way possible. His assistant, Andrea, was extremely kind and helped us jump our car and we were on our way home. This was, by far, the most welcoming hotel we've ever been to. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left, the staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. It felt so nice to be welcomed by such genuine people. We would absolutely stay at the Inn on Oak Creek again and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!
(5)John J.
From the get-go, we were blown away by the outstanding hospitality of Brooks and his team at this Inn. From the extensive knowledge given to us about the area (such as the best hiking trails, tips on how to get a seat in one of the best restaurants in Sedona, etc) to giving us some of their last amount of Pu-Erh tea since they found out we are tea lovers, The Inn stands head and shoulders above. The accommodations were beautifully presented, from the small deck overlooking the creek, to the hammock on the bank for use by guests to the shared galley kitchen we felt at home. We stayed in the #3 suite with the cute fireplace and jacuzzi with windows looking out onto the creek. Lastly, my wife is Chinese and what was a pleasant surprise is that Brooks also speaks fluent Mandarin, too!
(5)LJ M.
We stayed in room #9, and had the BEST stay. We originally were planning on staying at L'Auburge or Enchantment, and then decided to switch gears. We are so glad we did! Not only were the rooms more updated, and decorated more beautifully, the customer service was by far the best we've ever received-ever- (stayed at many 4&5 star resorts in the past), the location can't be beat, either. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, this is the premier place to stay while visiting Sedona. HIGHLY recommend!
(5)judy w.
We had an incredible stay! We arrived late, after the front desk staff was no longer in the office, but we had received a lovely phone call letting us know that this would not be an issue. The key, as well as a really sweet note, awaited us. When we had a question upon arrival we easily reached someone at the # that had been provided and the person who responded was gracious and helpful. The decor is really beautiful, the place is spotless, the staff is attentive, and despite the fact that we had booked the "bonus" room which we were told was tiny it surpassed all our expectations. The Inn is a perfect place to stay while visiting Sedona!
(5)Sara S.
We were warmly greeted by Spence who have us some tips on what we should see while in sedona. Every idea he gave us was spot on. The Inn was so fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. We had a king size room and it was very large with a fireplace and beautiful bathroom with soaking tub. The location was perfect for walking to town as well. Our luggage had been rerouted from our flight, and the Inn accepted it before we had arrived in Sedona and it was waiting in our room when we got there. Sitting out on the balcony with a bagel each morning was an extra perk..a quiet and relaxing way to start our days of hiking. This kind of Inn is the exact experience I would want anywhere I travel, friendly staff - exceptional accommodations - and a feeling like we were at home here.
(5)Gabriel M.
I would probably rate higher but the reason I am not is because of just a couple of minor things. First off, we were there from 7/11-7/14 and stayed in room 5 which is at the top of the steps. During our stay they had repainted/restained the handrails and at the time of our stay the top stair which made it very inconvenient. Also the carpet at the top of the step was very dirty and could have used a good cleaning, Overall though the views were amazing as the Inn sits right on Oak Creek, we would definitely return.
(3)Effie L.
had a lovely two night stay in April - emailed when it looked like we would arrive after the 6pm official closing time and almost immediately got a phone call back saying ti was fine and where they'd leave our room keys and instructions etc. As it was we got there at 5:45pm so it was fine. We had a queen creekside room, view over the creek was sublime, room was clean and substantial in size with a little private balconey on which we enjoyed a chilled glass of wine at sunset. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was AWESOME! Ugh so sick of this country having such tiny baths but both of us could fit in this - we tried and we did and it was brill. Decent continental breakfast though we had to ask other guests about using the kitchen facilities etc, but that was fine. The big deck looked fab but we just got up and went hiking so didn't really utilise it. It's a fairly quite place and we felt like we were the youngest patrons by a god generation or two (we're in our early 30's) but as we were sans kids that was fine by us really. Would def stay again
(4)John P.
Great experience here. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Tranquil setting by the creek and centrally located. Highly recommended.
(5)Robbie D.
This place is great! My wife and I came for our ten year anniversary and love the quite and private rooms with balcony overlooking the creek! Will was beyond helpful with service, food and activity ideas. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and modern. Location is a big plus. My only complaint is an A/C issue that was addressed right away and the single serve coffee bar... We will come back!
(5)Magda C.
Very nice, cosy and clean B&B. Great location and parking for free. Amazing views on the Oak Creek. Situated right next to the interstate, yet very quiet and peaceful. Tastefully decorated. Fireplace and jacuzzi in every room, nice toiletries and comfie bed. We got room 7, which was very affordable and appropriate in size. Even though we did not have the prime creek view, we enjoyed our little balcony overlooking the road and Red Rocks. Small but sufficient complimentary breakfast (bagels and cream cheese, fruit, fresh pastries, coffee and OJ) was a huge plus, as we could enjoy it on the BEAUTIFUL big balcony (this balcony was for the common use around the clock, with amazing view on the creek, fantastic company of hummingbirds every morning and amazing stars at night). There is no classic reception desk, yet there was a 'late arrival box' and Spence was still kind to greet us at 10pm arrival and everything was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was great, very home-like. The owners were attentive and helpful, yet not pushy. Awesome value for the price. Hope to be back!
(5)Jason L.
Let me start off by saying their website is not up to date and the accommodations have recently been updated. The prices also do not match up but they are cheaper than what the website lists. From the old pictures this hotel is much nicer and I can tell the new owners want to turn this place into something much nicer. The rooms are awesome and have been recently renovated. Spence, the owner, went out of his way to make us feel at home and gave us suggestions of things to do in Sedona. When we arrived after hours he left keys to two rooms (1 was bigger than the room we originally booked) and let us choose which one we wanted. The hotel only has 13 rooms, which gives it a B&B feel but with hotel accommodations. Being right on Oak Creek, the hotel has a great little spot on the creek with chairs to just relax and take in the sounds of the ducks. My suggestion would be to grab a bottle of wine or some beers from a liquor store and just sit and enjoy the creek! Overall, if the wife and I make it back to Sedona then we will definitely be staying at this hotel again!
(5)Kyle A.
I just want to start by saying I don't normally write reviews but based on our recent stay I wanted to go out of my way and write a review about this place. The hotel sits right on oak creek (beautiful scenery), is in the middle of sedona so it's the perfect location. It has a great deck for sitting and watching the ducks swim below. Room was really clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was nice - almost felt like we were staying with family in one of the rooms. We only stayed for one night but our expectations were more than exceeded. The other reviews on here are spot on - great place would definitely look here first if we ever come back to sedona!
(5)Lj B.
Had a great experience!! Very nice accommodations, bed was so comfy. Sat by the creek in the evening and enjoyed some adult beverages and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful stay.
(4)Judith S.
What an amazing place, especially for the value! We stayed one night after three nights at L'Auberge. That is significant because our room view at Oak Creek was far, far, far superior than L'Auberge and for nearly 2/3 less the cost! The bed was super comfortable and the house was immaculate and updated. Loved the colors in the room, modern but soothing. Location is perfect, (walking distance to Elote which is the best food we have had in Sedona or maybe anywhere!). Liked having tea and coffee available in The lobby at all times. Had a nice continental breakfast too. The owner greeted us and was very nice and welcoming. Would recommend this place and love to return for several days. Cons: there is no coffee maker in the room which is undstandable, given the great price. However, by 6:45 am Thursday morning I tried to use the lobby coffee maker and could not get it to work. There was no water I. The reservoir so I thought that was the problem. I filled it and still could not get the machine to work. I would suggest having the innkeeper fill the water to the appropriate level the night before as I may have unintentionally messed the machine up. I also wish there were reading lights on both sides of the bed, and mentioned this to the owner. The space on one side really is tiny though, but I would sacrifice beauty for the privilege of both of us reading n bed!
(4)James S.
Amazing place! Helpful staff, great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I had never been to Sedona in the winter before. Room was warm and cozy, both with the fireplace and they have installed new heating/AC units (above the door leading to the balcony) using remote controls. Would recommend getting the creekside rooms with the views.
(5)Leatheriah R.
No bar, no restaurant, no room service. Great location and nice rooms, but lacks the amenities I need. You'd be better off at Enchantment or L'Auberge which are full service resorts at comparable prices.
(1)Michael D.
This is a great place to stay when visiting Sedona. Centrally located, walk to everything. Small and intimate right on Oak creek. So much better than the big time share resorts with their constant sales pitches.

This was our first stay at a small hotel/B & B. The inn is recently under new management and they were great. The view was perfect. We had the angular room (best room they have). The decor is rather....out of date...like 1970s out of date and has that whole country home style vibe. No fear though, the new management plans on revamping the interior decor soon to bring it into the 21st century. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. Easy to get to, great view and great staff makes this one place we'll definitely be staying at again.

Wife tells me to get off my lard ass and go to the gym. My knee begs to differ. Never heard of YELP until last month, now I am a postin fool. The ol lady and I had a good time, No, I mean really good time, stayin in this place. I thought the price was high until I saw our view. The view meant the curtains stayed open. Had to turn out the lights soon after arrival if you know what I mean. Women eat this sh** up. Spent two full days in the hot tub and got all shriveled. Turned into a well tanned prune. God what a view. Seems like a lifetime ago. Never been back except in my dreams. Rode past on the way up the canyon last year and almost stopped in. Only regret we hadn't reached Sedona a bit earlier or we may have stopped off before hittin Flagstaff. The ride up the Canyon is just to good to miss at sunset. Damn I love this place.
