Hubby and I ate here last night and the service was the best we'd seen anywhere in a long time. I believe our server was Crystal, and her timing and attentiveness was spot on. Seemed that most of the staff was smiling and worked as a team...kudos to the management! Yes, the food was good too! We will be back!

My family and I made our way here for my grandma in law's 87 birthday and we always come here for it. It wasn't what I'd expected as past experiences have always been good. This time around we brought our baby who at 7 months old is really well behaved and well mannered. The hostess was less than happy to see us, practically irritated and bothered by our party. I don't know why. Ok, well, we had yet to eat and put aside the less than friendly welcome. So we sat and waited and waited until we actually had to ask for some water. Apparently there was a miscommunication with their team and who was going to take care of us. Our salads were slammed on the table, my mother in law's order was wrong and the irritability in our server was evident. Thank you for saying our baby is cute, yes that's nice but we aren't an inconvenience, we're paying customers and felt like we were infringing on their day. I'm hoping our next visit won't be such a bother to these obviously irritated folks. I guess once a year is enough. And hopefully my grandmother in law will be around for her 88th birthday.

Red Lobster in Prescott makes a genuine effort to serve good food but it can't escape its corporate pedigree. There are some good dishes on the menu but don't hesitate to ask for vegetables that are lightly cooked or less oil on your food. The food can tend to be overly cooked, seasoned and oiled in the manner that corporate food chains think diners want their food. The manager is great at this store and she makes every effort to deliver great service personally and with her team.

Had a 4 course meal for dinner. I ordered a Clam chowder soup, garden salad, garlic shrimp and caramel cheesecake. The food wasn't fresh although the service was good.

Amazing food but the Caesar salad was small. Steak and seafood was on point. Great server especially for the late hour we went! Please don't bring kids. Very romantic restaurant.

We've returned to this particular Prescott Red Lobster several times. Meals are consistently very well prepared and delicious. Service is attentive without being a pest. Clean and tastefully decorated, our hats are off to this fine establishment. Highly recommended...

This was a cool place to go to in Prescott at 9pm at night. Great host, Dakota, sat us at the table and Heather attended to all our needs. This was one of the most attractive Red Lobsters I have been to. A lot of very cool decorative items around the building. Great food, good prices and great service.

So, it's Mom's birthday and she chooses Red Lobster for her birthday dinner. Not normally a fan of Red Lobster just because I think their food is average (just like most chains) and way overpriced (my opinion there has not changed) I will swallow my pride and bite my tongue (hard to do at the same time) and give mom her wish. They get four stars for mainly two reasons: The service was extremely friendly. We had two servers and they both were great. They wished my mom happy birthday a couple of times, brought her a free ice cream sundae and even gave us a discount because one of the people in our party worked for another restaurant in the Darden group. How cool is that? They at least know how to prepare their namesake. Lobster is easy to cook incorrectly, but those who had it in our group said it was cooked just right. As a matter of fact, all the seafood, whether grilled or fried, was cooked well. My chief complaint, and the reason I generally avoid Red Lobster, is the price. I don't consider myself too cheap, but my Emperor's Feast (death by fried food on a plate) was $21.99. There was fried flounder, fried calamari, fried shrimp and tempura vegetables (even the vegetables were fried) but nary a lobster in that plate of food, so the price seemed a little high. The one thing that was not fried was the best part of the plate, shrimp in a soy-ginger slaw. That was really good and caught me by surprise. In the end, mom was happy on her birthday, and as the saying goes, "If mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy".

Staff is outstanding and friendly! If you're looking for great service and good food eat here. The hostess was very welcoming and created conversation, our server which I forgot his name was hilarious and made our experience that much better.

I like RL's food, I really do, and I get excited when it's Endless Shrimp or Lobster Fest time! But I tell you, they really need to hire more staff at this location. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes, which turned into 45 minutes, which turned into 55 minutes because they couldn't find someone to wipe down the table from the last party. Then it took another hour to get our food. We were a larger party, granted, but only 6 of us. Our waiter was working her tail off trying to keep up with all the tables she obviously had, and she was friendly throughout. But they need help! Please hire at least some bussers or assistants to help deliver food. But the food was good and fresh.

"It is what it is." If you like Red Lobster, then this location should not disappoint. In our dozen or so visits, the service has always been attentive, although pacing of food can be slow. The food has been consistent and prepared well. So far we have never experienced a screw-up. I would give 4 stars IF the food were a better value. Seafood or not, it's a bit pricey for what you get, which is chain food. The only time I feel we get a good value is during the "Endless Shrimp" promo. I do enjoy getting to sample all the different kinds, and end up with a hearty, filling seafood meal. It's also fun to watch my boys put some serious hurt onto that meal's food costs.

We decided to grab dinner at the Red Lobster in Prescott after a 4 day camping excursion in the Prescott National Forest. Red Lobster is iconic, it's like Sizzler--so we had to go. We arrived at about 4:30 in the afternoon and were seated toward the back of the restaurant in a booth. The waitress was friendly, had knowledge of food pairings, and picked out a glass of wine for us. Our surrounding patrons complimented our dinner with a show (of sorts). An adorable older couple, must have been in their late seventies, protected their mostly empty salad plates with semi-aggressive zeal. The older gentleman stated, "I paid enough for this meal, I'm eating every last bite." The food was good, if you've been to Red Lobster you know what I mean. It fit right in with our first trip to Bucky's Casino (no, we are not seniors ourselves). Overall a great experience, the service manager even came out and asked how everything was. If you're in the Prescott area, and craving seafood that doesn't come wrapped in seaweed and rice...go for it.

For being a chain, this place isn't bad. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the food is tasty. My biggest complaint is about the portions and prices. I pay $25 for my dinner, I expect it to be filling as well as tasty. Of course, you can't expect to get a ton of seafood for a cheap price in Arizona, but I've felt a little let down here a few times. The lobster is typically good, as is the crab. I've had their scallops and in all honesty they were overcooked and rubbery. Otherwise, most of their food is decent fare. You don't have a lot of options for seafood in Prescott, but if you're in the mood, Red Lobster is probably the best.

Food was meh, clam chowder pretty tasteless, the garden salad had 2 slices of old cucumber, 2 tasteless slices of tomato and 1, yes a single union ring, no not a slice of union, one ring. The tilapia was ok but only lukewarm. The service was awful, we had to wait and wait for refills, we were served by a team of waiters (2) and the only one that would show up and give us refills was the busgirl that brought the food out. Don't know what happened to our Finnish server but he must have had more important things to do. It ended with a bang where we had to wait another 20 minutes for desert to be brought out, only to receive them in doggy bags while we explicitly asked for desert to be served at the table. - oh you wanted it here, well haha you wouldnt have had to wait that long if i'd had known that-. We're staying in a hotel and did not have utensils or anything. Its just the best to pour molten ice cream dripping over what must be the tiniest piece of brownie I've ever seen. Irony has that desert tasted best of the whole meal. As the place was only half full on a Saturday evening I guess the locals already know not to go here. Out of towners, be warned.

5 July 2013, 5:15 PM. My wife and I each ordered "The Ultimate Feast", a mixed seafood platter of shrimp in a garlic butter sauce, deep fried shrimp, and snow crab. $25.79 per plate. I requested a substitution of flounder for the deep fried shrimp which they did. The flounder was not flounder. It had a very earthy/muddy taste that I believe to have been tilapia and not very good tilapia at that. The snow crab was barely warm outside on the shell and cold inside. The shrimp in the garlic sauce was mushy as though it had been steeping in that sauce for quite some time. We were both completely disillusioned. For all the promises of a seafood feast made in the narrative in the menu, this was nothing more than a ten dollar "special" at a road side travel restaurant. What a disappointment. To be fair, the manager offered me a new piece of fish or free dessert, which I politely declined. She then comped my $5.00 draft domestic (small) beer instead. The tab was still $65 with tip for a meal we could have gotten at Denny's or Cocoa's for $20. The server was very attentive and took good care of us. The cheesy bread was the only part of the meal that lived up to it's promise. We will never eat there again. We will save it for Joe's Crab Shack in Las Vegas. A four hour drive, but at least it's a real seafood feast for $25 a plate.

I know, it's a chain....But, a great one!! Maybe if I lived in a state that touched water, I would feel different, but I love Red Lobster. Had the lobster stuffed mushrooms to start, YUMMY!! Maybe its all the cheese and butter? Whatever, they are good! The three of us had the Cesar salad to start. Nothing special, but dinner, Great! I had the shrimp trio w/garlic, crab stuffed, and bacon wrapped shrimp. Delicious! One of my friends had the coconut shrimp. There were at least ten huge shrimp on the plate. My other friend had crab legs, which she enjoyed. Especially when the waiter came and cracked most of them open for her. The waiter was awesome!! Keep up the good work my man!!

I have been coming here, with my husband, since 1996 (after we got married and then I didn't come here again until I got out of the Army and moved to Prescott). So we have been coming here since 2004, off and on. We love it here. We just went 2 weeks ago and I had the shrimp jambalaya (I'm from the south originally) and it was the best I've had in years. The service is great and very prompt. Of course, I don't drink anymore, but they have a very nice, trendy little bar (which is great for ones who like to drink and take a date to for drinks). Nice and quiet. Not noisy (unless you have lots of kids with you there).

The food was terrible. The service terrible. Waited one and a half hours to get our food. We are from the East Coast and know good seafood. This can't even pass for fake seafood. Scallops were tough and tasteless as was the shrimp. We have tasted other dishes there and it was always the same. Gave this place a fair shot but we will never go again. We only went this last time for a going away party. A good friend was the district manager for Red Lobster back East and told us not to eat there, that the food was terrible. Imagine, the district manager telling us that. Oh, and extremely pricey. The people that like this place must never have eaten real seafood or apparantly don't know what real, fresh seafood is supposed to taste like. Clam bakes on the beach. Lobster fresh caught. Fresh fried clams, great coleslaw-Red Lobsters coleslaw was terrible. We have had fresh, live lobsters flown out to us that we made and they were wonderful. Wonder where Red Lobster gets theirs?
