Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Unfortunately it's very difficult to find a good restaurant in the Prescott Arizona area. Hoping to have a better dining experience we decided to try the Olive Garden thinking that the food would be similar to every other Olive Garden that we've been to. When arriving the booth seats were slightly dirty, we were then served their signature salad which unfortunately was a bit soggy because of an oversaturation of dressing. The waiter was very friendly and funny and did a great job; however, the food did not live up to our expectations. My wife ordered ravioli which she said tasted all right but unfortunately the ravioli was cold and if it too salty. I ordered pasta with a Primavera sauce and unfortunately they forgot the "Primavera" part of the sauce and it came out as just tomato sauce and plain pasta. For dessert we ordered tiramisu but unfortunately the tiramisu was still frozen and did not have a nice creamy texture. My hope is that the company reads these posts and improves on their quality and service because I have always liked the Olive Garden in the past, but this location definitely needs work.

Had lunch here with my wife and daughter. Found out they had completely changed the menu. ..but not in a good way. Seems to be much more limited in selections. All u can eat salad good but dry...waiter was kind of obnoxious. Would love it if Macaroni grill would open here!!

Love this location. For whatever reason, the staff here stands out as stellar. Always great service, and the food is quality. Never had a complaint here. Recommended.

We took my husband's Mom to the OG for her birthday & received excellent service from our server, Alyssa. She went the extra mile and tried to anticipate our special orders which she did fabulously! We will definite come back and ask for her station!

I've always hated Olive Garden. I know that's an odd way to start a 4 star review of this particular restaurant, but I need to establish some context here. For years, I had terrible experiences at Olive Garden restaurants all over the place. Mostly from other customers being far too loud or obnoxious. It got to the point that I began referring to OG as "good food for white trash." Fast forward to Prescott. My wife loves OG, so she insists on me giving the local one a try. I relented, and I'm happy I did. This place is good. There's an enormous amount of seating, so even if the parking lot looks absolutely packed the wait has never been more than 10 minutes for a table. The service has always been great. We've yet to see the phenomenon of the "disappearing server" here that you see so often with larger restaurants. They've always been friendly and some of our best experiences with service have been here. The food has been reliably good, too. I realize it isn't, for the most part, authentically Italian, but it's tasty. Between the salad, the breadsticks, and an entree, there's plenty of it too. While I'm disappointed in the occasional menu changes (RIP pork milanese), I've never had a terrible meal there.

The food was terrific, we were seated promptly and the service was fun! They didn't have Spumoni for some weird reason - they NEED to add that to the desert menu. Definitely one of the best places in Prescott to eat. Tiffany was our server - 5 stars! Solid!!!

Danielle, Victoria & company were fabulous. We were in town for the Western Nationals softball tournament, and they were super accommodating. Our group ended up being larger than expected and they made it work. They were very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised!!! Had not been to an Olive Garden for quite a while. Just moved here from So Calif and nothing to brag about there. But the food and service here in Prescott were impeccable. Fresh, good portions, salad as always was delicious, and reasonable prices. Looking forward to going back! Thank you Neal, for EXCELLENT service!

I have rediscovered Olive Garden recently after having stayed away for years. They have been working hard on a brand make over and while they have faithfully kept the important stuff (salad, breadsticks) on their menu, they have stepped up the quality of their other Italian food. Their lasagna was VERY good.

Great food and great service. We had a large group dinner here and Callie was our waitress and did an amazing job. I would definitely come into this location next time I was in the area.

As a rule, I hate Olive Garden. My boyfriend, however, loves it here. He made me take him to Olive Garden for his birthday, and I gotta give *this* OG some credit, it wasn't bad at all. The breadsticks were fresh, the salad was delicious, and our food was excellent. He ordered the Tour of Italy (I think that's what it's called? Chicken parm, lasagna, and side of fettucini alfredo), and everything was wonderful. The service was impressive, our server was always quick with refills on salad/beverages/breadsticks, and very friendly. Hats off to this particular Olive Garden.

this Olive Garden here in Prescott, AZ have always impressed me with their service. food is very good and they take pride in their Salad. and they should because it's always prepared perfect. i went there today for dinner and our server Wendle (i think that's how u spell his name), claiming that his been working for Olive Garden for about 20years, proved to be very helpful. i was really impressed on how he answered our questions about what kind of food it was or how the food will be presented, he knows every tiny detail and explains it so well that you know what you're getting even without seeing it in the picture. i ordered the Steak Toscano and i must say that it was exquisite!!! the italian you can smell the italian herbs that they used and the juicy tender meat almost melts right when it touches ur mouth.. anyway, i'm getting hungry just by talking about it so imma stop.. to make it short, hands down, THEE BEST OLIVE GARDEN EXPERIENCE THAT I'VE EVER HAD

Great all around experience! We were seated right away, and greeted by our server Jayd. She was very friendly and brought our drinks, salad and bread sticks out very quickly. Our entrees followed out pretty quickly after. I had a pasta with the new roasted mushroom and garlic alfredo sauce, it was amazing! We were stuffed, so unfortunately we couldn't try the new pumpkin cheesecake that Jayd recommended.

Okay, can't believe I would give a chain restaurant 5 stars but this is the 3rd time I've been to an Olive Garden and every time has been great! This evening we had fettuccine and salmon bruschetta. It was delicious along with the beautiful endless bowl of salad. I had many different cocktails like the watermelon margarita, the strawberry lemoncello martini, the frozen tiramisu and this drinking lollapalooza all started with the house free sample of Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet! Here in Prescott the server to ask for is Gracie. Gracie is knowledgeable and made all the best recommendations for us, thank you Gracie you are awesome!!! Bon Appetite!!!

Four of us had dinner at Prescott Olive Garden. Waitress had our table and a table of 12. Of course we got the poor service. Three out of four dinners were over cooked to the point you could not cut the chicken/salmon with a knife. The other dinner was spaghetti. You shouldn't need a knife to cut salmon! As the waitress never made a call back we ask to speak to the manager. The manager asked if she could replace our dinners with something else but had been an hour since the meal was served so we declined. We were given a gift card for $20.00 and one dessert to take with us. Check was 87.00 and meal was not worth 5.00. We won't be back.

Killer food, killer service, killer courtesy !!!!! It's not the chain restaurant you expect. The corporate guys, under pain of bankruptcy, have really upped their game !!!!! Good work, suits !!!!!!!!!!!

I was here a while ago visiting some friends. Since it's Prescott there weren't too many places still open at 9pm on a week day so we ate here. It's like any Olive Garden. The food was very good and the service was great. The only reason I gave it four and not five stars is because the bread sticks tasted old. When I asked for more the server brought me some but again, the taste was off. Not her fault. I still had a great time.

AWESOME!!! Went there with my wife and two teenagers. Great service , great great food. Refreshing to have such an excellent restaurant in Prescott! Highly recommended.

Had the 2-for-$25 deal. Excellent, professional service, calamari appetizer was almost tasteless, the fried mozzarella was good, the zuppe Toscana was excellent, the eggplant parmigiana was ok, and the 4-cheese meat sauce with meatballs and spaghetti was great. Everything was served piping hot.

My wife and I have been here twice since we moved to the area at the end of December. Both times we have been there, the food has been good and the service nothing short of outstanding. Olive Garden has always meant decent food with average service to me. We were both pleasantly surprised about the latter at this location. We had 2 different guys serve us when we went, both gave us a reason to come back. The food is still good, but not 5 star which is why this review is rated as such.

Great place! The best Italian food I've had in years. The atmosphere there is very warm and friendly. The staff are very sweet and WILL get anything you want. The bar area is a great place to get to know the bartender (they will actually talk to you and get to know you) and very social area also. I just love it here.

Always very good the food and service

This Olive garden is great. We went on what seemed to be a busy night and we were seated promptly and the staff was really cool. at this location they seem to take pride in their jobs and it shows in both the service and the food. It was a nice time. as for the food its olive garden...

It was the worst gluten Free Meal I have ever had. The menu said their mixed grilled chicken was marinated in Italian dressing and came with chicken skewers with broccoli and mixed vegetables. I got 6 dry chicken pieces of chicken the size of a 50 cent piece with no seasoning, and just asparagus. It was the worst Gluten Free Meal I have ever had. If a chef can't do better than that something is wrong! Not to mention it wasn't even close to what I was ordering on the menu! The chicken was extremely dry along with the asparagus that was wrinkled it was so over cooked! It cost 16.99 for that! Never again will I go to Olive Garden! I wish there was a place around here that had good healthy food that actually knew how to cook something. I was so disappointed. If I could rate it a zero I would have! My husband said his Fettuccine Alfredo was terrible too! He said it had no flavor. Done with Olive Garden!

I cannot say enough good about this place. The atmosphere is friendly and the wait staff caters to our every desire. We go at minimum every month just to try the new specials. Right now I'm in love with the "Tour of Italy". I might complain about the absence of veal (and gelato) on the menu if not for the fact that there are so many tempting sausage, chicken, beef, and pasta dishes that I have yet to try, and added to the great salad and breadsticks I always go away stuffed. I have never been disappointed. Only one minor caveat. Last week I received a check for $39.25 with a note at the bottom that said "Suggested tip amounts 20% - $15.20 ...". Customers had better do their own math, since their computer apparently cannot.

Ate lunch here today and our waitress Sarah was amazing. We had kids with us as well as a baby and she really took her time to talk to the kiddos as well as make sure that they were happy but that the adults were enjoying their meals as well. I will be going back and asking for her section anytime I am there.
