I will actually go out of my way to drive to this specific location if I am wanting Jack. Embarrassingly, I have eaten here more times than I can count. They are always fast, freindly, and on the ball. My order is right. The food is prepared properly. The place is very clean. That's what you hope for at a fast food joint. Here's my "Eat for about a Dollar tip" (1) Drive through and order 2 tacos and a value drink. It will cost you about $2.50 with tax. Keep your receipt. (2) Your receipt will have an online survey info. Take the survey (about 2 minutes) and record the code on the receipt. The receipt is now good for 2 free tacos with any purchase. (3) Drive through and order 2 tacos and a value drink. Tell them you have a "Free Tacos" receipt. It will cost you about $1.08 with tax. Repeat. Over and over and over.

Hair in my taco. Weird brown stain in my cup. Chick working at the register remarked at how excited she was to close in half an hour. Soda machine has white stains all down the side. Burnt eggs in my breakfast Jack. This location is worse than the one in my small town back in Texas. Tables and floors are pleasantly clean. Nice atmosphere. Relatively friendly staff. Place needs improvement.

Seriously I been here 3 times this year all bad but this was by far the worse, I will not be back. The disheveled looking kid in the drive through window was beyond rude. The food was all old and cold. It's jack in the box I'm not expecting much. A hello and hot food and you win. The place was completely dead and as a customer it's obvious the crew doesn't care. Update: This review is from a month ago.

It's Jack In The Box. Nothin' much to say. This review and the 4 stars is because the friendliness, service, attitude, and speed of the drive-thru has been very good during frequent visits over the last few months. The Gurley St. location could take a few pointers.

I love to see that this location is getting five stars and the Gurley street location is due to set fire soon! Lol. However today I noticed the price of my tacos went up!. Very saddening. I loved bragging about $1.08 tacos now it's 1.42$ :( But the happy go lucky potentially gay bald guy always makes my day. And dog biscuits for my dogs on the way to the dog park is such an awesome perk. So I will take the gouge to the wallet and continue to support this Jack in The Box, and this one only.

I never thought I'd review a fast food joint. After a long day at the university we wanted to catch a quick bite before we had to go back. We popped into this Jack in the Box to get the quick $3.99 chicken deal. I have NEVER seen a staff so attentive, polite, personable and geared towards top service. We ordered our meal. It was delivered to our table. The lady after wards even picked up our garbage. The boy at the counter made sure my son knew at the for future visits college kids got a discount. The place was very clean. I watched the cashiers and they made every effort to help customers in choice selection. They greeted regulars by name, helped open the door if people had hands full of bags, they helped the elderly folks get refills on the sodas. WOW...... this place knows how to do it right.
