I'll never visit here again. Couldn't understand the girl working the drive thru. Once ordered, and pulled up to the window, we asked what type of juice they had, and the girl couldn't even tell us. She pointed to the juice fountain inside, and rudely walked away. Paid 20.00 for two fish taco meals, over cooked, in two day old grease, worst meal I've ever eaten in Prescott. First, and last visit. Disgusting.

Just picked up an order tonight, and it was HORRIBLE! The carnitas chimi meat tasted a lot like dog food smells. The Tacos (beef) had VERY LITTLE anything in them (and my boss is PISSED!!!) and his wife just picked at her taco salad, said it tasted very BLAND. PATHETIC!!! Check # 39 drive thru 1-27-2015 6:36 PM NASTY ASS FOOD!!!!!!

This Filiberto's has never been a bad experience! Their food is delicious, but is always served really fast and big portions! They are one of the friendliest and cleanest I have ever been to. I always love coming here when I am in town!

I would give this -1 star if that was possible. To begin with, my chicken tacos were confused with pork in the drive thru so I decided to eat them instead of going to thru to get the correct order. Received the worst food poisoning I had ever had from an order in which I didn't ask for. Pork is naturally dirty especially when left to sit out all day. Not too pleased... Many other Mexican food restaurants in town no need to settle for less..

Have been to this location several times and has been good but the last 2 times ate at the east Gurley st location, will not be back! Awful food! Just left there! Couldn't eat our food so went down the st to Alfonsos!

I mean, it's fast food. Let's not forget that. HOWEVER. It's delicious and relatively clean and the chicken burrito is amazing and all chicken- no fillers. Horchata is sometimes good and sometimes really gritty... always drinkable. Service is spotty- they're always really nice, but sometimes it takes forever and sometimes it's pretty quick. I wouldn't go if I was in a hurry, but I can't think of anywhere in town I'd go if I was in a hurry.

Good breakfast burritos! Love their tacos! It's good middle of the night food.

I went here for a quick taco and ordered a combination with beans and rice on the side. The taco was hot but the beans were room temperature - the cheese wasn't melted. I could have had a much better meal at Taco Bell!

I wouldn't say their food is great, but I don't really mind it. Service is pretty quick and the person at the counter is always nice. I get the pollo asado or fish burrito for lunch.

It's 2:30am with a house full of out-of-town family just arriving. No one has had dinner, everyone wants to eat and hang out instead of turning in. Is Dad going to have to cook??? Filaberto's saves the day... er, middle of the night actually. Massive Bean and Cheese Burris and overstuffed Avocado pork tacos fill the bill nicely. Drive thru is quick. Food is tasty and enjoyed by all, including our guest from Brazil. Best of all, Dad's wallet is relatively unscathed.

One of the worst Mexican food places I have ever ate at. Tasteless food, and unmelted cheese. Cheese unmelted and cold. Price of the food was outrageous and not worth the price. I had a burrito and enchilada combo, my roommate had the carne esada taco combo. We split carne esada fries which had no flavor. This was the first and the last time we will eat at a filbertos. I rather eat at Alberto's instead. Also no drink with the combo is stupid and ridiculous.

Great Mexican take out food. Much better than the other "berto's" that is here in the Southwest. Their breakfast burritos ROCK! Their Arizona, Texas and California burritos are dee-LISH. Only one down side, their men's room could use a serious overhaul and could be kept cleaner.

I will say that this is one of the few places we missed after our move from Sierra Vista. Now that Prescott has one, it has become the perfect city. Perfect. PERFECT. Seriously, though, this place is awesome. First, it's open 24 hours. That means you can get your grub on whenever you like. Second, they have carne asada fries. If you haven't had that before, it's just as awesome as it sounds. Their food is fantastic all-around. Everything from their tostadas to their tacos are fantastic. If you like breakfast burritos, they are PROS. Very filling and taste great! Even though it's a brand new location, they've already hit their stride. I'm sure it'll get even better from here.

Sadly, nothing else is open in town when you leave the bars. Food was bland, not fresh and were I not drunk and in desperate need of food when Natalie drove us through I wouldn't have eaten it at all.

One of my favorite Mexican fast food establishments in Arizona, I was truly pleased to see this new location! Food was fresh and delicious as always. Taquitos and nachos are awesome and portions are not stingy. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday afternoon...parking is limited, be forewarned.

The food here is excellent, but it kind of seems like the Walmart of Mexican food joints. I just hope they don't put our local Mexican food favorites out of business. I'd sooner support Hugo's, Taco Don's, Casa Alvarez, etc.

It is great to have a Filiberto's in Prescott! I have eaten at several down in the valley and have seldom been disappointed. So, if you are looking for a great drive-thru Mexican food restaurant you should try this place. They are fast with their orders and priced very reasonably.

This is the only sit-down Mexican restaurant that has charged me for chips with a meal. We were charged a dollar for a pile of greasy chips. the ones at the bottom were shiny with grease and there were puddles of grease on the paper. The chips, of course, need salsa, and the salsas at the salsa bar are thin and watery. The salsa runs off the chips, leaving you with no flavor. They do sell what they call a pico de gallo that comes with a three dollar plate of chips. It is not all that great, and is certainly not worth three dollars. Machaca 2 stars. I don't know why machaca is so often poorly done. The burritos are greasy and the tortilla wraps are soggy, not scorched or browned at all. Halfway through our burritos, the tortillas became a soggy, disintegrating mass, ruining the burrito experience. My wife had grease belches all day afterward. I think they have gone downhill since they opened. It used to be better.

Not the same products as their stores in Phoenix. Greasy and tough meat.

I got a carnitas burrito and some rolled tacos with guacamole. Wow, outstanding burrito, it was huge, tasty and it was easily two meals. The rolled tacos had plenty of meat and the guacamole was tasty. I will make this a regular place to eat in Prescott.

Got around to trying this new Mexican restaurant. first the food is ok, I would not classify it as great, just ok. the value for the food is good, the taste is ok, and the atmosphere was ok. Perhaps that is about it summed up, nothing made me think 'wow I got to come back here' but nothing made me say I'd avoid if either. it is open 24 hours, but that is kind of silly in Prescott. the whole town sort of closes up after dark, so I'm not sure who is buying tacos at 3 am except maybe the wal-mart employees that are up working. If I was going to meet some friends for lunch and they said meet us here, I would. but if I got to pick, there are some better places in town. Over all I give this place a OK rating.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
