Domino's gets three stars because they have their $6 large, two-topping pizza deal that they never tell you about unless you ask for it specifically. It's just for carry-out. Plus, their new recipe is a lot better than their pizza used to be. As for this specific location, they have fantastically bad service. The pizza always takes longer than they tell you it will, and when I went their last, I sat their for 15 minutes before they realized that they had never put my pizza in at all. But at least I got a free coke out of it. Anyway, $6 pizza, just don't expect to be blown away by the service.

The Cortez Location is EXCEPTIONAL !!! I rarely eat fast food, if it isn't an apple, so I am very hard to please, and I am MOST DEFINITELY PLEASED !!! Their Cheese Bread with Feta and Spinach is a meal that is a terrific change from pizza and done sooooooo well, and My other Love is their bone-in wings in Habenero Sweet Sauce ... SENSATIONAL !!! The manager there, for the 3-years I have been here in Prescott AZ, Dave, is always welcoming, upbeat, accommodating, efficient, appreciative of his customers and obviously of his crews, also, for I have only had excellent customer service over the phone and all the way to my door. I had a complaint 3-years back, and it was taken care of post haste and to my complete satisfaction. I just LOVE when that happens !!! Once again, the Cortez Location is EXCEPTIONAL !!!

So for pizza delivery the service was amazing!! Love the new app & it was so exciting to watch the progression thru the app...until he left the store. Got lost, wasn't too bad of a wait but we had our order delivered to a bar & listed it as a business delivery with the specs in the noted to the delivery guy...why would u not include napkins? Plates? Cheese & chili flakes?? A little more effort & this will be soooo spot on! Totally will order again this way tho. Props to the techie aspects!

I ordered a pizza tonight, I'm a loyal customer, I order off of the app often. Tonight my pizza was not delivered. When I called to see what was going on, the girl I spoke to was THE RUDEST, unhelpful, and the furthest from accommodating. She should not be talking to customers. I never got my pizza.

CHAIN REVIEW! Either you like Domino's product or you don't. I don't. Most all of the food I've tasted is "Meh." The exception would be the artisan pizzas I've had were very tasty and surprised me as to the quality. But they are too costly for a chain. They are about the same cost as a Brick Oven made-from-scratch pie from Park Plaza, so why bother? Domino's website is feeble Online ordering is problematic. The local store can't do anything about that but that's the cross you have to bare as a franchisee. The best you can do is get it right when you do get an order. My last order was a carry out. The order was late and I had to wait. Then there was an error. The manager was professional, took care of it and tried to salvage the situation. Kudos for that! But it wasn't enough make me want to come back. Maybe this location is doing the best they can, but ...

I've never had a bad experience here. Yes, it's dominos, we all know what to expect from a pizza chain. I've had them deliver several times, never an issue. I've done the weekday $5.99 large pizza carry out only thing several times. David was especially nice. People post bad reviews because of corporate issues. But this location has given me no problems.

We really thought they had turned around, but our last 2 order's were truly horrible. They now have a no refund policy. I had to dispute my credit card for a refund. I would never order from them again.

I didn't eat Dominos pizza for at least 10 years. It was cardboard. Something has changed, and now the pizza (thin crust) is really good. We order Dominos once a week now, and it's high quality every time. The crust has a pleasing, sweet flavor. The sauce is spiced and very good. The lava cakes and breads and salads etc all are terrible as you might expect, but the pizza is well worth eating. Ask for "Jeremy" to deliver it - he knows every street in Prescott, and it will get there fast and hot.
