Great Food and a great way to end the day. While visiting Prescott, we found "Streets of New York" and sure glad we did. Must try the passion bread

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not one is the pizza is really good and there was one server that was really nice. ( blondish shorter hair glasses) the other server bigger black hair was a c%#€. She saw from across the room I was going to pay with a hundred dollar bill then yelled across the room they don't take hundreds. Really they don't when my bills fifty I can't pay with a hundred. The good server made change for me the bad one just gave me dirty looks. Why does she have a job in the industry. Your supposed to be nice to customers sweetheart, not make them feel like shit. I realize now why they have 2.5 starts. I will be getting my pizza from somewhere else for now on.

Just moved here. Found out quickly that there are no really good restaurants in the area. Streets was a welcome surprise. For this level bistro the food is really good. Great meat sauce, baked ziti and pasta. Haven't tried the pizza. Service is very pleasant and more than acceptable. Better than Genovese or other Italians I've been to.

The artichoke and spinach dip is amazing! Pizza is great, crust is yummy! Great staff too!

I read the reviews and still gave it a try. I'm not from here but travel a lot. I came in around 6:30pm and the place had about half a dozen people in it with two servers. I ordered a slice of pizza and the Bruschetta. The pizza was very good and the bruschetta was OK. Service was great and the food came out quick. Under those circumstances I would have to give this place a solid 3 stars. I would come in again and have the Pizza.

As a native of central NY (smack dab in between the birthplace of wings and the home of pizza) streets of ny is not bad for way out west here. Pizza crust was just a hair on the thin side for my tastes but still fold-able and good (as opposed to a 'cracker' crust), good flavor in sauce, garlic chicken topping was tasty, albeit different, in terms of topping, overall fairly authentic NY pizza. Wings were not 'crispy' as requested (they normally bake them but will fry on request) but server said they could do crispier just ask for extra crispy next time. Good flavor and heat, not your typical 'hot wing' sauce based just on franks/durkee hot sauce and liquid butter, but had actual pepper seeds of some kind in it. Wings were ok sized, not real big, but not small either. Passion bread was ok, think pizza hut bread sticks but thicker/doughier and softer, could stand to have more garlic or seasoning.

I only have two stars because the food was AMAZING!! So let's get to the experience. We came in around 1 pm and was told to sit wherever we wanted... Well there were absolutely no clean tables. So we sat at a dirty table. She wiped it down. To be honest it just was a weird experience the waitress seemed so stressed like it was busy, but there was only like 4 tables sat down. I felt bad for her. The service was eh but food was good. But the water?! What the heck was I drinking? I wouldn't be surprised if I was drinking toilet water! It was gross.

We have been regular customers since Chris (whom we miss) was the manager. They have the best server, he makes the eating experience fantastic! Yes, Edward is the best server we have had in a long time. The food is tasty, very consistent and even the music is good. Our only negative is we wish the portions were bigger or the price smaller.

I have never eaten in the restaurant, only had take-out, and have had it multiple times. The pizza is good, and they offer gluten free if you're into that kind of thing. Salads are really good. I love the spinach salad and the Greek salad. They are a little overpriced but the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Great food but terrible service. We ordered wings and pizza and dessert, all of which were delicious. But we were one of 6 tables and it still took almost an hour to get our food. We had to specifically ask for standard things like napkins and utensils. I will definitely hesitate to return to this location.

"Please seat yourself" so we can seat ourselves and be ignored? 8-10 mins, no greeting, no eye contact. I watched the waitress, blonde headed woman, walk back and forth... And again, not even eye contact. I'd understand if it was busy. But there were about five tables seated. Ended up leaving and went to Cracker Barrel, good food, but also, GREAT customer service. Unlike this particular Streets. Too bad - it's a good chain, but being ignored when you walk into a dining establishment just doesn't sit well with me.

This was my first time at this pizza restaurant. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and boneless chicken wings. The food was really good. One of the best pizza's I have had. The crust was very tender. We ordered the regular crust. The wings were good too. The temperature in the restaurant was on the cold side and with the ceiling fans blowing. I usually like it cool but this was very noticeable so bring a sweater with you or please turn up the temperature. I guess it must be hot in the kitchen. The wait was pretty long to get our order, but the food tasted great. It reminded me of a smaller version of BJ's pizza and brewery.

I am SOOOO done with this restaurant. We have had a number of less than stellar experiences there but as of yesterday, I AM DONE!! For some time now, the food has been very inconsistent and they have promised to change. Our latest experience was no exception. We ordered two pizzas and 24 medium wings to go. The pizzas were ok at best but the "medium" wings were plain. ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE ON THEM AT ALL. I was going to take them back (2 mile drive) but I decided it was not worth the drive. I AM DONE WITH STREETS!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT. These two pizzas and wings were $58. They have some nerve charging way too much for such sub par food. DONE I SAY DONE!!!!!!

Fast, friendly service. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and it was moist and tasty. I like how they give you some garlic breadsticks and marinara to dip. Great restaurant! I'll be back!

My family and I ate here for the first time last night. We ordered salad and their brand name pizza. The food was very good once it arrived. The salad was diss pointing because it was just iceberg lettuce mainly. I like dark green salads which most restaurants provide now. It's healthier and over all better for you. There are complimentary brews sticks that you get while waiting for your meal. Or waiter forgot to bring them multiple times, and then messed up our pizza order. So we had to wait an extra 15 minutes to even get our pizza, and another 5 for it to cool down enough for my kids to even eat it. Plus, he got the second on wrong too but I was so hungry and my kids (4,2) were so fussy that I just wanted to eat so I didn't say anything. The pizza was very good. If I ever go back it will not be for dine in.

Very good pizza - nice fluffy crust, wide range of toppings (including pineapple - BBQ sauce!), amazing warm cookie & ice cream sundae (the best part of the meal)!

We sat in the restaurant for over 10 minutes while being ignored the entire time by the staff, it was seat your self and we even had to go get our own menus. The waitresses walked by multiple times completely ignored our table even though the restaurant only had 5 tables with people at them, we finally got up and left and went to chilis. We wont be back any time soon.

Awful! My husband and I frequent another location, so I had no qualms about taking my mom and kids to this location. Never again. Our meal came to the table one item at a time. The pasta dishes were cold, the pizza was burnt on the edges. The service was decent. I got the impression the waitress was frustrated with the kitchen.

first let me start by saying I like their food and have never had any issues with their location in Prescott. however, their location in Prescott valley is horrible. dining in the service is sub par. I'll watch one person wait, clean, and greet while the other 4 (including kitchen staff) are all goofing around. the delivery service/ pickup is even worse. pizza was wrong, cold, looked like they were playing frisbee with it, cut into micro one bite pieces, took over a hour and a half (i live less than 10 min away) for delivery, pickup waited 45min before leaving the house only to show up and find out the pizza was not even made... much less right, ordered hot wings to go with my pizza twice now and first time they were ice cold in the middle and the second they had no sauce on them at all. what kills me is everytime ive been in there or picked up they have had maybe 3 tables and the delivery guy is also sitting around so its not like they are swamped. it really sucks that they are so incompetent at this location.

Hubby and I stopped here for lunch. The soup and sandwich deal was good and tasty. Hubby had hot wings and a slice. Excellent! But I recommend having the big slice of cheesecake first...it was fabulous. The servers were all very friendly.

The pleasant smell from across the parking lot as we shopped at Kohl's enticed us over for dinner at Streets of New York, Prescott Valley. Once inside, we were pleased to receive quick and attentive service and a nice basket of breadsticks with marinara dipping sauce. The breadsticks and sauce were very tasty, and we had a tough time narrowing down our order - finally settling on pepperoni pizza and a turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to our expectations. The best descriptor we could come up with is "nothing special," in regards to both the pizza, the sandwich, and the fries that accompanied the sandwich. All said, the total ran over $30 - which is a bit excessive for what we got (1 medium size pizza, 1 sandwich, 2 sodas). The service staff were very quick with a soda refill, second basket of breadsticks, or a take-home box... but the food was just rather ordinary. We will give the place another try... there just doesn't seem to be many options around this area, so next time we're going to try the pasta and perhaps a signature pizza rather than just pepperoni. But we're not holding our breath that it'll be much better!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
