This place is amazing. They're staff are well educated on their vaporizers! You have to try the Sninklefritz by Ben Johnson, it's my favorite. Great prices and are fully stocked on inventory. A must go to if you are trying to stop smoking.

I had a difficult (also very expensive) RBA that I could not get to work, however I wasn't quite ready to give up on it. I came in late Sunday around 5:00, Jake was working and he said he would rebuild the coils for me while I went and got a bite to eat. When I got back he showed me everything wrong with the RBA and even saved the coils I had built for it; all at NO charge! I ended up buying a new battery and was very satisfied with the customer service. Jake definitely made this my go to vape shop/ lounge and I highly recommend it for both experienced and novice vapers.

just left the vape shop. i met with john the store manager. i was having problems with my vape and he basically reconditioned the whole thing for me and showed me the dos and donts. incredible customer service. the only vape store i will go to to get my juices for now on. thanks john.

I've gone to v'cloud cafe a couple of times now. The customer service here is top notch. Good prices. Nice bright and welcoming inside. I drive past 2 other vapor shops closer to my house to shop here.
