Came here for breakfast and enjoyed the food and nostalgic exterior/interior. Server is friendly and helpful. The food was good, we had eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak. We also asked for honey, they have a nice local honey which was great.

Kinda dirty, run down and sub-par food. Guess they are hoping for the old nostalgia vibe. Didn't work for me...had hoped for better.

07/26/2009 With a name like Coffee Ern, I Just Had to Stop - in 1989 .8 Star for Clean 1 Star for Punny name, art and atmosphere .8 Star for service 1 of 2 stars for food Coffee Ern's is timeless. American restaurant food. Chicken and chef's salads, burgers, sandwiches, soup and pie. I haven't had breakfast here for twenty years, so can't say anything about it. I had the cold plate one night and it was decent. I had a grilled chicken salad and it was giant and decent. No taste of sodium bisulfite here. I had apple pie and it was decent. You can't go wrong at Coffee Erns and I've alway loved the sign. My Yahoo! Local pictures: local.yahoo.com/info-200…

People are not giving this place enough credit. Is it sparkling clean? No.... but it is clean enough for a place like this. Are they friendly? ? YES!! Our waitress was great! Sense of humor and attentive. Was the food good? Yes. It was what we expected for a greeay spoon meal in Parker Az. We had chicken fried steak. Great hangover food!! Give it a chance with an open mind you wont be disappointed.

Coffee Ern's is a nice place with charm. A pleasant alternative to the cookie cutter world we live in. Nice people, good food.

Tuesday Indian Fry Bread!! The best! A bit spicy without adding hot sauce.

Coffee Ern's is on the I-95 as you head South towards Quartzsite and Yuma. As I drove though Parker... a busy little place that caters to the weekend vacationers... I really needed a coffee and began to wonder if there was caffeine anywhere outside of the resorts. I pulled into Coffee Ern's because of the name, not interested in breakfast but looking for a good cup of joe. This is a 50s diner complete with booths and waitresses in cute uniforms. One came over immediately but informed me that the coffee here was not what I was looking for. But, if I wanted to simply get a good coffee, I should head over to the Starbucks in the Safeway. Then she and a few other waitresses joked very tongue in cheek that I should bring them back lattes too. The interaction was really cute and their sense of humour made my day. The coffee itself was rather meh.

Pancakes with bacon & scrambled eggs for $7.45 is worth it. Great coffee and service to match. Excellent salsa for the ham & eggs breakfast, too. Their own fast Wi-fi included. Love this place.

The only reason this even gets one star is the bathroom was moderately clean. This place has seen far better days, and they were a long time ago. Can't connect on the food - after we smelled the sewage competing with the air freshener, we ordered just coffee and split

Step back in time, this is old school diner, food was good and the waitress fun ! We had dinner, I'd eat here again, but remember it's a dive place. The desert was GREAT I have to say.

Total dump. don't let the mid-century restaurant building draw you in, like it did me. Wasn't very clean and the food wasn't very good. Drippy/greasy hashbrowns really bug me!! Toast buttered with a 4" paintbrush, no thanks. Just go north about a mile to Crossroads, much better.
