We have given this place 2 attempts and both times we have left disappointed. Food is very bland, no flavor. And on the expensive side for a restaurant inside a movie theatre. Even with the limited options in Maricopa, I still will not eat here anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised with the 347 Grill. The menu offers something different for everyone and uses twists on classics to spice things up. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very nice. I will definately return for dinner and a movie across the way. All things being said with the appalling lack of restaurant options in Maricopa this place is a lifesaver.

We went here for a late lunch on a weekday afternoon. There weren't but a few customers. We had checked out the menus online - which didn't match the menu at the resturant (less items at the place). They bring out homemade chips with chipolte mayo - which was probably the best part of the meal. Their "BIG" BLT is only big because it's on huge bread - with 3-4 pieces of bacon. The chicken lettuce wraps (I just subliminally typed craps - and likely should have left it that way) were pretty gross except for the slaw that came with them. The lobster cakes were reported as "OK". Nothing came out hot - the french fries were blah, sweet potato fries also blah. Service was worse than blah. After calling my dad (a 60 something, BEARDED man) - a Ma'am, every trip back to the table came with an excuse. Drinks were refilled, but by the time she got back with a refill someone else was ready for more. Hubby's sandwich came out with the wrong fries - but instead of leaving the plate, she took the whole thing back to the kitchen so it could get a little colder while they put different lukewarm fries on his plate. Yep - this place is pretty and shiney - but for $10-15 per person for sandwiches I think I'll take the time to drive to town!

Everything I have ever eaten here has been great. I would consider this place one of the only upscale areas of Maricopa thanks largely in part to the cities red rape. I'd be nice to have other places like this. Also the staff has always been really nice. I have zero complaints!

Beautiful establishment, but the food is not so good. The service was not good either. The mozzarella bites I ordered were cold. I went at 6pm for dinner and they were out if steak so I settled for a burger and it was cold as well. I spoke with the manager, Craig, and he was was very rude. If you want good food and service I do not recommend 347 grill.

My hubby and I wanted to check out the new Multitainment Center in Maricopa, next to the Ak-Chin Casino and Resort. Pleasantly surprised to see bowling, a movie theater, lounge, and restaurant all under one roof. We stumbled upon this eatery. It is really nice looking with big booths. I ordered the Big Brat sandwich, comprised of apple wood smoked bacon, avocado, tomatoes, mayo, and lettuce with sweet potato fries and tea. It was very tasty. Hubby had a different sandwich and salad. It took a long time for our server to show up to take our order. Strange since there were not many people dining, which led us to believe they were short staffed. Nevertheless, he was very attentive and earned his tip. I would like to go back the next time we venture out there, since we are not from Maricopa. Definitely would recommend eating there rather than the bowling alley nearby. Hopefully people who live out there are giving them some business.

Food was good not great. Waitress was friendly. Only few problems I had was when we went without a reservation we had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated. Let me mention there were many tables open to be sat at. Also I ran out of drink and the waitress walked right passed us twice just looked at my cup and kept walking. If I had or wanted to come back I would only because it's local.

Going to give this 5 stars even though it is the second day they are open. Here is why: To start the food was great, I had the Fish & Chips, the fish is Cod in a beer batter with coleslaw and fries. I even liked the slaw, it had the right mix of vinegar and mayo. TJ had had the wood fire pizza. While the crust was a bot thick, the pizza was awesome. To top it off our waitress was very friendly and prompt. The over the top thing was when they offered to store the extra pizza until we came out of the movies.....how cool is that!!!

Food was pretty good, got the panini even though it didn't seem like a panini to me. It was a sandwich on a ciabatta roll. They brought complimentary chips which were very good. Ordered a Bloody Mary and had to send it back (a first for me) but they gladly took it off and brought me something else. Nice staff, very nice atmosphere. Will be back!

I've been here twice. It's a little pricey for what you get but generally the food is pretty good. The service on the other hand not so good, which is why 3 stars instead of 4. Our entire meal service was slow, food a little cold and slow on refills, bc the wait staff, including the manager, was socializing with a couple of young girls seated next to us. Not sure if they were also employees but the entire meal wait staff was coming over and taking pics and just hanging around the booth. I mean really can you be a bit more professional. Oh then when we wanted to order dessert our waiter looked bothered. Apparently the restaurant was closing in a 1/2 hr and he was too busy, so we just skipped it. Probably the manager and wait staff need some more training.

We went to 347 Grill for dinner last night, and the food was surprisingly good. The entrees were overpriced (as they are in the few restaurants in Maricopa). We had burgers and salads, and they came out well prepared, and very tasty. The sample of homemade chips with dips was a nice touch! The server was very pleasant, but seemed to spend a little too much time watching the big screen TV instead of seeing that we needed drink refills. Fortunately, one of his co-workers came over and helped us out. We will definitely be back.

So happy to have a dining option here in Maricopa that is a step up from bar food. The homemade potato chips are really good and the burgers are seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Try the strawberry iced tea served with peach ice cubes and a small carafe of simple syrup to sweeten. The street tacos were just meh but everything else makes me want to come back and try some more. Service was slow but not enough to detract from the overall quality. Good job

Not impressed. Most expensive meal that I didn't care for. The wedge salad dressing tasted weird and was not great and I don't know what kind of soup that was but it wasn't clam chowder as they claimed. Fifty dollars later and I should have gone to Chipotle. I do not recommend.

Very low quality of food for a high quality atmosphere. They need to get serious about their food. I go here only because of limited local choices. I do not crave it.

We waited for quite some time, just to sit at our dirty booth to wait some more. I'm no foodie but I've had better food from Quick Trip, at a quarter of the price. The waitress was forgetful and getting refills was out of the question. We endured the Ruben and French dip sandwich. Would not suggest this place to anyone you consider a friend.

Ordered Open Faced Pot Roast Sandwich with side salad. Asked for oil and vinegar. The food came without salad. They did not put horse radish mayo. After 10 minutes, salad came and the waitress brought two bottles. The oil was empty. Waited 15 minutes. She came to tell me that she has to go upstairs to get oil. Waited and notices black gunk in the salad. The greens were wilted. I showed it to the waitress and she took it to show her "manager". 15 minutes later she came and asked if I wanted the salad changed.... The manager was no where near by. No apology. Nothing. This place is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I was being punked!!! Beef without a even a pinch of seasoning hidden underneath a brown mess of what I was told to be gravy. ROOM TEMPERATURE at best! Then the comedy show began....Shrimp Scampi was the headliner. COLD!! Someone actually felt confident with sending a plate of shrimp "scampi" that had never even seen butter, garlic, or even a measly lemon!! Then pile parsley, raw red onion, diced tomatoes on top of it as "presentation"!LMAO After sending back the shrimp n stuff plate, I waited for a manager to tell them of our experience in an attempt to inform them of what they couldn't possibly know...never happened. I don't think they care....so I don't care to return. Servers were...nice.(had 2, 1 in training). Just don't go is my recommendation. Am I credible? @mrbriancarter on Instagram....you tell me

The food is just okay. I see it was supposedly voted best pizza in Maricopa. This was obviously a solicitation vote to employees by management. They are in no way a contender for any food award. They at best rate third or fourth in pizza utility. They are however the best bowling alley food in Maricopa. Food service in the establishment is quick. Quality is forgettable. The only thing that stands out it the iced tea. The ice cubes are made of teas so as not to water down the drinks. Other than that the food is overpriced and bland.
(2)
Demetria R.
You see the word grill and it's at a family entertainment style place you think reasonable prices. The menu is way overpriced. A $10 burger where you pay $1 for each topping including cheese! My daughter and I had 2 burgers fries and drinks bill was $30.

Recent change in chefs has not done much to improve the food here. It's not horrible, but it's not worth forgoing a quick drive into town for better fare. Pizzas are indeed not too bad, but salads are lacking acceptable dressings. Managers say they make their dressings fresh; in my opinion they do not taste fresh, they taste bottled. Hamburgers are just okay, but tastes like from frozen patties, not fresh. Absolutely skip the calamari appetizer; tough, rubbery, tasteless, says it's dredged in panko, looked and tasted like run of the mill bread crumbs to me. Calamari cut like fries...not the way to do calamari. The "poblano crème fraiche" hardly is on the plate, I asked for more, and tasted like quacomole sauce for taquitos, this was in no way a crème fraiche sauce. The beef dip should not even by on the menu at all. Yesterdays's unsold beef, sliced up and refried on cook top. That is not a beef dip, that is in fact a philly steak. What is good is the service...servers are always great and accommodating. And what keeps me coming back..the Iced Tea with ice tea cubes, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup! They stop doing that, I will start brownbagging my lunch to the movies. I think they can do better and should. This area has no decent casual dining fare and it's too bad there is still not one restaurant that keeps you from making the drive into Chandler. Here's a tip, call the chef at Charleston's..THAT's how a beef dip is done. You're welcome. So..not the worse restaurant by far..but I think they need a little tweaking to be good. You already have great servers, step up the quality of the menu.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only good thing was the server. He was nice and tried to be accommodating, but ultimately, the failure of the restaurant as a whole overshadowed his attempts. Valentine's Day night, and also my girlfriend's birthday. Went out with her parents, got there around 7:30, walked past 3-4 empty tables, and past 3-4 young/teen? servers/hosts? who didn't appear to be doing much. Told it would be an HOUR wait. Chose to wait, seated a little before 9, LIMITED (and expensive) menu, ordered appetizer, took a while to come, tasted pretty weak. Girlfriend ordered cocktail, poorly mixed, bad flavor. Was told kitchen behind...? but saw cook walking around dining room? Still servers milling around not doing much. Place seemed almost empty..? Very weird. No sign of food by 9:30?? Decided to leave. Manager not accommodating, patronizing, rude. Atmposhere tacky, lame. What is the deal with this place? Do NOT waste your time.

Warning: Do not order any kind of steak! We request a medium rare and this is how it turned out... 1st - very very salty! Plus it's cooked medium well. I still ate 1/4 of it because I was really starving & was almost about 3pm for lunch. My husband didn't even touch his. So we asked the management to replace, I gave it a 2 star rating since the management was really nice to accommodate our request. 2nd - we waited another 30 mins for our steaks and this time it was seasoned perfectly but well done! According to our server, that was not the first time food went back to the kitchen because the food tasted very salty and was not cooked as requested. I'd say, the problem is the incompetency of the head chef. I used to love & enjoy eating here until we experienced this.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. I am new to Maricopa and decided to try out 347 grill on a Wednesday for lunch. I walked up to the hostess stand to find a sign indicating to walk to the "other entrance" to be seated. I walked through the restaurant to see that it was not busy at all. I found the other entrance and waited at the hostess stand to be seated. I waited a few minutes before a server (that seemed rushed) asked how many? I said "one". She proceeded to seat me at a table in the middle of the restaurant, I politely asked if I could be seated at a booth (there were 4 booths open). The server stated there were no booths ready, in a very rude tone. I turned my head and saw 4 booths open and turned and looked back at her with a confused look. She shrieked "they aren't clean"! I was a little taken aback by the treatment I was receiving and said "thank you" and walked out of the restaurant. I was really bothered by how I was treated- so much in fact, I called the restaurant and spoke with Amber. Amber was very gracious and apologetic and stated she wanted to have her Director of Food and Beverage contact me, I obliged thinking "wow! They really care about my experience". I received a call about 6pm from the Director of Food and Beverage, Craig Angel. He stated that he heard about my bad experience at his restaurant and wanted to hear about it. I started to speak and about halfway through, he interrupts me and starts to berate me "I watched the video and you never gave the server the chance to offer you a clean table". I again tried to speak and inform Mr. Angel that the server was rude and that I stood there flabbergasted at the open tables but he kept interrupting me and every time I started to speak- he spoke over me getting louder and louder! I was never provided the opportunity to completely explain to him my experience because he was so defensive, condescending and berating. He kept saying "I watched the video"! - like a 5 year old. I ended up hanging up on the man as he wouldn't shut up. I must ask Mr. Angel, does your video record sound? Did you hear the conversation that took place? This man needs to go back and take a few customer service classes. How he has risen to his level of directorship is beyond me- perhaps he bullied his way to the top? He sure missed the class on connecting with your clients. You sir, made a bad experience worse!

This place is inconsistent. My boyfriend and I have been here 3x and every time so different. The food is pretty good but some of the servers are terrible. I can't put my finger on what makes this place not great but something about it is frustrating. If they had better communication throughout it would be more successful.

Tried this restaurant on a tip from the casino staff. We loved it. Monday special of steak, baked potato, and vegetable was wonderful. Under $10. Waiter and hostess were exceptionally friendly. Gem of a place. Will return and suggest you try it.

I can't even count how many 'tries' my family and I have given this place. We went when it first opened and a few times periodically until last week. In the beginning the place was amazing, great service, delicious iced tea with house made simple syrup and pure lemon juice shooters to sweeten to your liking (as of last week, that was no longer served). The menu had a little bit for everyone and was fairly priced. The house made potato chips and chipotle mayo were amazing in the beginning! Now, horrible...they taste like soggy deep fried lays potato chips with zero salt, the chipotle mayo is much more mild now. Blah. Early this year they changed their menu, to more "fine dining". Which is ridiculous, it is next to a bowling ally full of beer and wings and a movie theatre full of stale popcorn. The menu does not fit the atmosphere. The prices are just crazy..who is going to order a $25 prime rib for lunch?! And the salads over $9 for a handful of lettuce. Two times I have encountered the manager for poor food, both times he was not overly apologetic or concerned. In fact, he mentioned that they have received similar complaints and essentially put the blame on the chef as if they have no say but the chef. Strange management. I'll be honest I've said "I'm not coming back" since last year. But living in Maricopa, we don't have many options...plus when we want to go to the arcade..it is just convenient. I'll save you some aggravation and money, just don't go.

The service was ok. The food was mediocre. We had the chorizo steamed mussels, those were the grossest mussels I have ever had. The burgers were ok, bland. Prices were high. The only thing that was great was the iced tea - the ice cubes were made from iced tea to prevent being watered down and they brought simple syrup so you can control the sweetener.

I came here with my boyfriend to have dinner after seeing it several days ago when we went bowling. The employees were very friendly and attentive to us. I ordered a burger and my boyfriend ordered the prime rib. Both was very delicious and fulfilling. Would definitely be coming back to try out more dishes. Great addition to Maricopa!

We go frequently to see movies and have often thought of eating at the 347, but just weren't hungry, lacked time. On our most recent movie day, we decided to eat at the 347 after the movie......and it was FANTASTIC!!! I love the ambience, the waitress was so sweet and helpful and the food was so delish!!! We were brought a plate of home made potato chips with chipotle dip and they were very tasty!! Love the sauce! We ordered the fish and chips and the crust was light and crispy!! perfect!!! the cole slaw was so good. I usually don't like cole slaw but theirs is really wonderful. and the fries were very tasty. We like the big screen by the bar, with sports for hubby to glance at and the music videos were great. We also had desert - cheesecake to die for!!!!! Very pleasant atmoshpere and this is the ONLY place we will eat in Maricopa now!!!

Loved the restaurant AND the server. We sat on the patio which was shaded with the view and sound of waterfalls. Their courtesy house made chips & dip were great. We shared a pizza. They had the regular types or unique ones. We had the reuben pizza and loved it. So restful, calm and pretty. The waitress was very busy, but still made sure our glasses were filled and that we did not want for anything. A definite go to place when in the area.

How awesome it is to have this fun and friendly place come to the Copa! The staff are friendly and personable, the starter chips and dip are amazing and addicting, and Chef can cook anything from a mean steak to the portobello burger and it's going to be great. It's a great addition to our small town!

It's over one year since it opened. We've been there many times and noticed a decline in the quality of food at the 347 Grill & upstairs lounge for over 21. At first, we thought it was just a bad day or two or three. During the 2013 Holiday Season, my family saw several movies and dined at the upstairs lounge. Our visiting family asked, what happened? Last year, there was nothing but great reviews. As time flew by, quality and portion size was reduced. Example: last year's platter of Nachos was reduced to a smaller plate. The nachos were warmish, not hot temperature wise. The rest of the meal, burgers & chicken were just ok. Time to bypass the restaurants. Now, how can they screw up the movies?

As a date night my fiancee and I had an early dinner here a couple weeks ago. We were instantly seated and immediately greeted by our server. She was very nice and well-informed about the menu. The homemade potato chips were really good and nice alternative to bread at the table. We ordered the mozzarella appetizer and were very impressed. This place is clearly trying to do more with what can be a generic appetizer. She orders a sandwich of which she loved. I ordered the prime rib. The steak was slightly overcooked but well seasoned. The veggie mix was boring. I'm not a fan of squash and zucchini so I'd like to see either a steamed broccoli or grilled asparagus option. The cheesy garlic mash was cold when the plate was first delivered, but a quick word to our server and I was given a fresh serving. It was very good. Over all it was a good meal. When it was time for desert we originally declined for we're not really desert people. We were told the chef was trying a new recipe so we ordered one to take home to our daughter. A few minutes later the chef came to our table telling us about the desert and asked about our overall experience. To me this was a nice change to the mundane chain restaurants, especially in a small town like the Copa. The place is new and there is a lot of potential. We are excited to see how this place improves. We will definitely be going back.

I am giving this review under some duress. I want to score higher but I have to inform fellow Yelpsters that this is perhaps a better place for dinner than lunch based on two experiences. I hope to review this again later and see if things get beter. But here is the skinny. Our group arrived about an hour before the movie so that we could eat and then go in for an early show. Since there were kids involved, we could not take advantage of eating in the theatre on the second level where your food is delivered to your seat. We let the hostess know that we had only an hour and would only sit to eat if the food could fit in that time frame. And it really should have. We ordered wings and a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, all was delayed. We got Cokes and water and waited. Then wings came out. Wings were delicious but not worth a 30 minute wait. When the pizza arrived, the bottom was completely burned. Blacker than my blackberry is all I am saying. I would not complain about some blackness as they use a brick oven but this was not edible. So we waited for that to be fixed and then ran over to the movie...pizza in hand. So, with that said, the service was still actually "good". The server was polite and apologetic. They also accomodated so that we could bring the pie to the movie to eat. Just seems that they need a little more polishing up. On antoher note, there is a great cheesesteak being made there... and you know that I have a list on good cheesesteaks. Let me try this place once more and get back.

Maricopa is not renowned for its dinning options, but the 347 grill in the new Ultra Star complex appears to be a start in the right direction! Ambiance & Décor. - The property is new, and is very appealing. The main focal point is a water wall with bubbles alternating colors - very cool! There are several large, and very large, TV screens over the bar, but the sound was off on all of them. The only negative was one side of the restaurant being open to the arcade & bowling alley causing some unwelcome noise. Service. - Our waiter Jonathan was excellent! Very efficient and personable with a lot of enthusiasm for the new Ultra Star. Food. - Virtually as soon as we were seated a bowl of tasty home-cooked potato chips appeared with a yummy chipotle dipping sauce! We split a 12" margherita pizza ($12) that was delicious! The fresh mozzarella cheese went perfectly with the well balanced garlic oil. We'd have preferred a few more minutes under the broiler, to brown the cheese & crust, but that's just us. Two large Kilt-Lifter dark beers ($6) married well with the pizza ! Overall a very enjoyable lunch and we look forward to our next visit!

Service was not the greatest and the food was just not up to it's price point. The manager was very nice and helpful. Needless to say we will not be back anytime soon.
