Pretty slow service. Our brunch took 2 hours with waiting to be seated and then ordering and getting food. Food was good. French Toast brioche was really good. Would probably try to find a better place for breakfast next time.

Lady at the front desk was rude. As if she didn't like her job. Got seated and put in our order right away but our food for ever. Everyone around us got served and finished eating and left way before we did even though we got there before them. Place SUCKS! so unorganized. All we kept hearing is "a fee more minutes"

We were greeted by a happy bubbly hostess who sat is instantly. Our waitress waisted no time getting to our table and brining us our drinks. I don't remember her name but she was older with short curly hair and super nice! our food was hot and very good. when visiting Havasu stop by and have great service!

Slow service. Might be due to spring break, but I don't think so. Restaurant seems understaffed or management failed to anticipate the expected customers. In either case, we spent the first 30 min trying to decide what to eat because they had run out of wheat bread, fresh fruit, etc... so my first choice was not available (these shortages weren't disclosed until after I told her what I wanted). Not even half way through the day yet. the tropical drink was a big disappointment. Its basically an italian soda but the taste didn't suit my tastebuds. The couple at the table across from me had to return their glass of water because it was dirty. As a chain/franchise, I assume the supply chain is restricted to the companys' warehouses, so that would explain why they don't just go to the nearby grocery store to get supplies. I would not go back unless I didn't have a choice.

Alright, I've never been a fan of IHOP but this place was bad beyond belief. We should have left when they tried to sit us at a dirty table.. between two big families with kids screaming. Then 10 minute before the waitress came over and took our drink order and another 10 minutes before it was delivered (REALLY should have left at this point). I know, I'm a glutton for punishment, but I was sick of seeing the inside of the car and didn't. 40 minutes later before she comes out and tells us they didn't have what I ordered (brought out my companions food though). THEN food was undercooked. Either way miserable.

No thanks...never again. I'm out in the Lake Havasu area about once a month. My first visit here was sometime in June 2012. Not a busy restuarant, but service was slow. I was no rush back then, so I didn't make a big deal. Had the Big Steak Burrito and it wasn't bad. Now why the one star? Not from my first visit, but from my last. I was in the area last week. After a 4 hour drive from California and my last meal being 3 hours prior, I was starving. Checked in my hotel and asked for a list of restuarants that delivered because I didn't feel like going out. They suggested a handful, including this IHOP. I chose this IHOP for delivery because it's the only place that I was familiar with. Called IHOP for the delivery and the person that answered the phone told me it would be about an hour wait. I told her I would wait, but can tell she was trying to discourage me from ordering anyway. She wasn't able to answer a basic question which was whether they deliver in my area. Then she put me on hold and never came back. After about 5 minutes waiting, I hung up. I ended up eating at some fast food joint. At least I got to feed my belly. After reading some of the other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one that receives bad service.

Felt too dinerish, I guess I just prefer more formal type settings. The food was fresh warm and pretty bomb. I got the cinnamon swirl French toast. Totally recommend it. Not best service but got exactly what I needed which I'd say was just fine. I will come back

This was by far a very good experience and the banana fosters French toast was awesome. I want to try another dish the next time around. The new menus explained the dishes much better than before, overall a great experience.

The food and restaurant cleanliness deceived 3-stars. The service was so bad even with 2 tables and 1 waitress... drive-by 2-3 times for tips... no automatic fill for any water. The worse was false advertisement. We went there for free Wi-Fi. There was... but not free. It's non-functional according to all 5 different dumbphones and dumbtablets. Remember, 2 Dumbs don't make it smart. None of us couldn't even get IP address, let alone sign in. The service staffs didn't think it's possible and they didn't bother to do anything at their best. So, support their lies and non-existent services.

Our service here was horrible!! It took about ten minutes to get greeted and another thirty minutes to get four waters ... Forgot to put our order in..I would understand if it was busy but it wasn't.. Our server was just wandering around doing nothing... Never again this IHOP should be closed!!

I don't understand the low score. We had a great experience here. Family of 8 on a Sunday morning and had no issues. We were seated within 5 mins and all our food came out perfect. We are super picky and our orders are always complicated, but they made it just like we ordered. The omelets and banana fosters brioche French toast was delicious. I like the new menu too! It's great to see an Iconic American Brand making a come back. I will definitely be back!

The food is good here, but it's the wait time to be seated. We got there at 9:30 on a Friday morning and encountered a huge waiting list. Empty tables every where! People were getting disgusted and leaving before even getting seated. Management did nothing to help and spent a lot of her time chatting with the wait staff. Our server, Anna, did a great job. I think this place is understaffed and better management is needed.
