This is by far the best place in town for customer service. The staff is friendly and are fun to joke with. I have never been when they are not busy. It's a busy place all day everyday. The drinks are great and they will even customize for you and if you don't like it they will make you something else. They know almost everyone by name. I love to sit on the patio or just hang out and drink my coffee in the lobby. Love this place! Everyone should stop by!

My favorite thing about this place is the outdoor seating. I am not use to having an actual starbucks in my area that isn't connected with a grocery store. So when I am in Kingman, this is the place for me to be. Everyone is bubbly, nice and the place is clean. 4 stars is because the bathrooms weren't cleaned very well :-/ other then that I like this place, great coffee!

I try to support local coffee shops but you really can't deny the quality of sbux they are a big company that remains respectable however the staff and cleanliness of this particular sbux is top notch. Super clean and friendly staff that seems energized and happy to see a line out the door.

Super friendly today. Like 50 hellos/good mornings as I walked in. Everything tasted great and was made just as asked!

Absolutely terrible service. I walk in with my wife - we are the only ones in here. There are about 5-6 employees behind the counter. I stand at the start of the line and wait. 2 different ladies look directly at me 3 different times and don't say anything, but carry on their conversation as if I'm not there waiting to get coffee at this coffee establishment. When they finally take my order, I give them my wife's drink, then Ashe hands me off to another employee to take the rest of my order. Ok. Fine. Except, this lady is even more incompetent, blaming the even further delay on the computer. After I finally get my order in, it takes another 20 minutes to make my drinks. Despite 2 parties, and 4 drinks ordered AFTER me get sent out before I get mine. Then, they get half my order, finally asking me, "What are you waiting for, hon?" I told them, and the "barista" says I never it that. Ok. Point the finger. I'm not waiting. Wtf. Terrible service. No wonder they suck.

Been working from here a few days this week while my family is out here - best service I've seen from a Starbucks and I frequent them often. They great you as soon as you arrive, they make great suggestions, everyone is extremely nice and the place is spotless.

This place sucks! They had 5 people working, no one was in the store nor in the drive thru and it took them minutes to acknowledge my husband STANDING in front on the register to place his order. He finally ordered his drinks and They STILL forgot one of the drinks we he ordered.

Terrible service. Had scone tossed at another customer. Jessica who was ringing every one up was more concerned about chewing her gum. The only one working hard was the actual barista Brandi.

Driving through the open Mojave Dessert from Kingman to the metropolitan Las Vegas area could be tiring. There is nothing like a good cup of Starbucks coffee to keep you up on this drive. The Kingman Starbucks has been my recent go-to stop when I am on my way from Kingman to the Las Vegas metropolitan area. It is comfort coffee that I know will be first rate. As I have written in my past several Starbucks reviews, Starbucks is a welcoming establishment to spend some time. The footprint of the shop is large. There are different seating arrangements for different kinds of moods. If you want to work there are tables. If you want to relax there are cozy chairs. Regardless of where you sit, the coffee beverages are first rate. Regardless that the prices get high, the break from uninterrupted driving with the caffeine boost is worth it. Especially when you add in the free WiFi. Until Starbucks builds a store along the open stretch of US 93 or I find another coffee shop in Kingman, I might return. It sure beats worrying about falling asleep on the long drive to Vegas.

Waited 5 min to order with 3 employees up front , 2 cleaning. Tried to order Trenta green tea w a large water because traveling . Worker and manager gave long explanation why they will only give tall . She says everyone says they're traveling. DUH , it's Kingman. A great place to travel through. So Sam says we save those for paying customers. Whoa! Manager was argumentative.

Worst experience we have ever had at a starbucks. My wife and I sat in the drive through windy for 6 minutes, ignored, thought maybe the speaker was further up so drove towards window where we were ignored once again. So I Went IN Placed My Order Only To Watch 2 Other People Walk IN After ME And Get their coffee. When I realized I was overlooked the bar is a just said sorry. I didn't even get room for cream. Just rude rude people working there

Out of sugar free vanilla, no long straws, no flat lids.... When you're the only free standing Starbucks this is ridiculous.

Sort of pathetic: dirty, disheveled, disorganized. Even more mediocre than the average Starbucks. Spilled drinks and garbage out front, dirty uncleaned restrooms. Out of the way, just stay on the Interstate and try somewhere else.

Stopped by here on my way to Laughlin and Kara the barrista made one of the best caramel macchiato ever had. normally ask for extra caramel and no foam and usually always still get too little or overboard crazy. But extra time for lovin to my café and it was delicisioso. Highly recommend you coming instead of being in such a rush to go through drive thru, its worth it.

Wifi/internet speed and reliability supremely suck here. Since I drove a long way specifically for this reason...downer. Good service and a comfortable seating area though.

Funny, it's supposed to be open at 5:00, and yet the drive thru was closed and the doors were locked. And the staff inside were too "busy" to say when they would be opening.

Yes, a stand-alone Starbucks with a drive-thru in Kingman!! This location is a good one on Stockton Hill Road. Not too far off the highway...but you can only drive 35 miles an hour to get there. It's a pretty big Starbucks with the usual merchandise. The employees aren't overly friendly, rather it seemed like many of them were being trained or something. The drive-thru was backed up so I opted to go inside. It took longer than I'm used to and they had to change my order since they ran out of my holiday beverage. All in all, no big deal. It was a pleasant treat to be in Kingman and not be without a good selection of coffee!

A stand alone drive-thru Starbucks with a great location. For this Starbucks it's all location, location, location. Kingston is a great stopping place on the drive between Las Vegas and Phoenix (or anyone doing the sites in that area). With that in mind, I'd much rather stop here than a Starbucks in a grocery store. This location is also drive-thru, so it's perfect when you're in a rush. The location is also just a few minutes off the highway. As for the venue itself... it's clean, it's new, it seems like any other Starbucks. Overall... come here for the location, and get what you expect from any Starbucks.

It's nice to have a free standing Starbucks in Kingman! The drive-thru is usually always busy. It's nice to have a drive-thru though. The dining room is clean and spacious. The baristas are friendly, happy, and quick.

My husband loooves Starbucks (or just coffee in general) and just had to stop at one when we were in the middle of nowhere. So, as we approached Kingman, we threw it into the GPS and stopped by. It looks fairly new, but we only went through the drive-thru. The window where you pay was ridiculously high which led us to believe that a lot of their customers drive trucks. The girl running the drive-thru was kind of rude, but our drinks were great and we were on our way.

Great place to stop for a fix on the way to Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, or Williams. Not to far from the freeway exit. Easy in easy out! Place is clean and the barista's are great. Not too far from other food joints and Wal-Mart if you need something for your trip.

Clean restrooms, and fast friendly service. The only starbucks we could find off the 40 coming from California. If you need your caffeine fix and a potty break, this is the place to be at.
