Cold greasy fries, unable to take an order correctly, restroom is nasti ( a full pit toilet without tp would be a step up ) and just simply AVOID !

Cleaning person in bathroom asking people to move out of the way so she can mop (there was a line so where were we supposed to go), woman bathing her child in the sink and the cashier obnoxiously shouting he could help the next person in line. Next time I will pick a different place to stop on my way to Vegas

Perfect place for a bathroom break on a long road trip. Spacious and feels newly built so the decor is updated and clean. I like the new direction McDonalds is taking, I think it started with Jack-In-The-Box's facelift, then McDonald's had to respond. The new menu items are trying to promote the healthy side of fast-food, with the salads and McWraps to the apple slices in the Happy Meal. Speaking of Happy Meal, I'm glad that you can still order this as an adult. Reasonably priced and you get a little bit of everything for a filling "snack". What really stuck with me is the cashier asking if the meal was for a boy or girl, so they can chuck in the "gender appropriate" toy. What if you were a girl that just happened to like robots, so if you wanted the robot toy you had to say you're a boy?! Instead of asking if the meal was for a girl or boy, it would take just as many words to ask what type of toy would be preferred? They are already on display so it's not like you're spoiling anything. Yeah you can say most girls would probably pick the pink animal toy and the boys would pick the battle robots, but you don't have to give into the gender stereotyping. Just some random musings here, not on a gender stereotype awareness crusade. But yeah Hmmm. For McDs in generally, I like that free WIFI is provided, combined with Starbucks America pretty much has free internet everywhere, thanks corporate powers! Also McDs has the tastiest fries IMO out of all the other chains. As I was wrapping up my meal I notice staff was blowing up and placing colorful balloons all over the place like they were getting ready for a party. Hmm, I guess you can rent out time at your McD's not a bad idea for a kid's b-day party.

This must be the ONLY McDonalds I have been in that limits refils to 2 only and tries to limit FREE WiFI to 30 minutes. What a crock!!!!!! Seems like it's run by the McDonalds gestapo. Skip this place.

Road trip fuel source. Needed some burgers and a cup of joe to get to Vegas and beyond. Servce a little slow but the quality and taste is everyting you've come to expect. Easy on and easy off freeway.

Absolute worst McDonalds I have been to. I was driving through on a road trip and got hungry so decided to grab something quick. This is was NOT quick at all and they were rude. It took so long to take my order, go through the line, and actually get my order, that I parked my car and turned it off every time I stopped. And then my order, a 20 piece chicken nugget, wasn't even ready when I finally did get to the window and I had to wait even longer. When I got to the window, I sat in front of it with my window down and their window open for about 2-3 minutes before the girl even said anything to me. Then my order wasn't ready and I was told "pull up and wait by the trash can." Long wait and a severe lack of customer service.

Called and asked to speak to someone in charge of "Loss and Found". Put on hold and then told to call back as they were busy. The end of my McDonald's purchasing. Didn't take my name or number as I offered. LACKING basic customer service. Minus one star rating!

The best fast food places are always ones that are in areas that have a lot of travelers passing by. By best I mean they are fast. And by fast, it means the food isnt sitting around under heat lamps all day. Its because they are soooo busy! Steaming hot Sausage Egg McMuffin with Cheese and two, yes two, crispy crunchy Hash browns. Hash browns from Mcdonald's will cure what ails yah. That's what I say.
(3)Kimberly P.
I thought a "20" piece MC Nugget woould contain 20 pieces . I was wrong, only 17. My kids didn't find this to be a good thing!!! I guess I'll have to hold up the drive true line next time and count.

Ordered several breakfast burritos and were disappointed. Although they were hot, they were also very scantily filled. They were mostly tortilla. We had to rip off at least a third of the quite dry tortilla sadly. So even by McDonald's standards this was sad.

We stopped by here on the way to the grand canyon. The food is like any other McDonalds.....cheap and delicious, especially that caramel frappe. The restrooms were clean but unfortunately service on the food was somewhat slow.

I'm cracking myself up over the fact that I'm writing a review for McDonald's. But one of the best parts of Vegas road-trippin' is hittin' this little area and grubbing on fast-food. We stopped at Mickey D's this time around. The restroom was clean enough that it didn't freak us out. The dining area is big an room-y, big outdoor dining area too. The food was as expected... I mean, hey, its McDonald's. Mad love for their fries of course.
(3)Alice E.
It was really full but the staff was awesome at handling the flash mob and getting everyone ordered and served as fast as possible :) keep that up!

I have been to this McDonald's twice driving from Las Vegas to Arizona destinations. After driving several miles in the desert, it is a welcoming rest stop. Situated a few hundred feet north off I-40 exit 53, it serves as both a rest area and Kingman McDonald's. It is a hub for travelers bound for Arizona parks and cities,Barstow, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and so on. And it is busy. From my experience, McDonald's does a good job managing the place. There is sufficient parking and employees. And it is clean. The prices seemed to be jacked up. In the future, when I travel along I-40 or US 93 in Arizona, I could see myself stopping here if I am in the mood for McDonald's.
