This was our first pit stop on the drive from the Grand Canyon to Los Angeles and it was about what I expected; decent food for the road when you just need some sustenance and okay prices. The girl in the register was not rude, just indifferent, wanting to get on with her day which was understandable and we got the food very quickly. All in all, I can't complain, but it's nothing to cheer for, and I'd pick the In-N-Out nearby over it any day of the week.

I was passing through Kingman late on a Sunday night and stopped here because it was open and fast food was the only option. They don't have Jack in the Box where I live, so I figured might as well go for variety if I'm stuck with fast food. I've eaten at JitB before in other locations. Can't say that I love it, but it's decent fast food with a varied menu. Employees tonight were not getting along. Lots of friction between older lady preparing the food and young man taking the orders. My food came quickly and I got the heck outta there as I didn't want to be a witness to however their disagreement was going to end. Food was hot, fries were fresh, but in the end I wish it hadn't been so late when I pulled off the highway to stop for dinner as I'm sure I could have done much better.

Thank you Jack for the tasty fajita pitas with leafy green lettuce and clean usable restrooms. Impressive customer service free wifi would be great.

Dear Mr. Box, I'm a pretty loyal follower of the jumbo jack without cheese, no pickles, and extra lettuce... but this time... not this place... sorry Mr. Box.... Stopped by this place on the way to Laughlin to fill up our tank and grab a very quick bite to eat... Enter the restaurant and was treated to some strange glares from the customers... ugh.... ok......... Got to the counter and the cashiers was some what polite, but was immature as the entire crew was having way too much fun while all the standing customers are waiting for the food.....(maybe that's the angry glare that I was sensing) Order the simple 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich.... then waited.... then waited... then waited..... My buddy was way too nice and wanted to wait some more but I was so fed up that I had to ask the cashier about our order... below is our conversation....... Cashier: yes? Me: Uh.... when will our order be ready? we ordered like 10 minutes ago and everyone has left even those that came after us.... Cashier: OH! You had an order? Me: (mind thought...) WTF MAN!!!!!!!!! then... uh.. yes... and we have been waiting forever (with a little CA attitude) Cashier: Oh... well.... (Yelled: I need 2 tacos quick!!!!!).. and here you go, a cheesecake for your troubles..... Finally got our food in about 1 minute after that fiasco, and we were on our way..... Note: During this time, I saw 3 groups had received free cheesecakes for these dumb-ass cashiers that is why I made the point to demand and provide some attitude.... At least we got our meal and an extra cheesecake right?.... but it was so ridiculous for that small order to be waiting for 10+ minutes. By the way Mr. Box.... I can guarantee that the location in Kingman must sell at least 100 cheesecakes a day!!! You better send more cheesecakes as reinforcements to cover for the awesome "sale" job they are doing on these cheesecakes by these outstanding cashiers in Kingman.... Sincerely, Henry

Our party stopped here on the way from Flagstaff to Hoover Dam. Four regular tacos for two bucks. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit for Sarah M. - yes, breakfast for lunch. Kinda poor air flow in this location. But nice minimum wage dude wiping down our table for seven. Thanks, JBox!

I stopped here with the fam and Wilmar. This location is convenient because it's on the way to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon, a long, ~6 hour drive :( But YAY for food. Something that I love about jack in the box is that they serve breakfast ALL DAY. and they have the most AMAZING bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits :) I also love their mozzarella sticks :) Things I don't really like... -their french fries -their burgers -their bathrooms (esp. at this location) It's cool though that they keep changing their shake menu... I think right now it's blackberry. So... overall, this place is good if you are starving. I am impressed with the two items that I get, but everything else is kinda eh to me.
