We met a great guy Darryl from US Airborne when considering what to eat and he gladly recommended is Carl's Jr. And drives with us. Love this altitude :) Anyway the restaurant was clean, restrooms too, we waited to bacon burger for a while but it worth that. Restaurant motto is All natural burger and I have to say, it worth it ! Great burger !

Better food quality and selection than most fast food chains, plus this specific location has an employee team that performs above and beyond what most of us have come to expect from those flipping burgers The iced tea is made fresh from hot water and tea bags, shakes are made by hand with ice cream scooped out of a tub, mixed with milk and blended. The Jalapeño burger is stuffed with diced hot peppers in the chopped beef... I gave this team 4 stars because of how friendly and helpful they were to me, at 5:45 AM... as well as the good food they brought to my table.

The parking lot needs to some work, but we got to stop by for lunch today on our way home. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom clean, and the people we dealt with at the cash register and gave us our food were all very pleasant. We will periodically stop here either going to our home or Vegas. Glad that AZ has the 79 cent drinks, but too bad we already had drinks when we left Vegas. Everything was good.

Drive a mile south for the next Carl's jr. After ordering the cashier went to the back to ask a question we waited at the counter for her as another cashier yelled answers to her. Our food took ten minutes to come out to our table. One of the sandwiches was a turkey burger instead of a teriyaki burger, we ordered a number 5 and she asked for clarification and we had then said teriyaki and must have been misheard. There was yelling the entire meal and the yelling was about how unclean the kitchen was. There were at least ten workers in the kitchen and one lady was yelling the entire time. It sounded like siblings bickering the whole time. The bathroom floors were wet and the toilets all filthy. The restaurant floor had discarded wrappers from straws and food pieces. And they were out of normal sized straws.

A very convenient location, right off the freeway. Been here a few times, workers are always welcoming you. Nothing special here, just like most fast food chain. Restroom is a little dirty, but since this location is right off the freeway hub between Las Vegas and Phoenix this is expected. By the way, this location also have a tesla charging station.

I rarely review fast foods under the impression that most locations are created equal. Not the case here. Do keep in mind that this is kind of in the middle of no where and you come here more for convenience than anything else. That being said, I was not happy with my food. I ordered the chicken tenders. My food tasted microwaved (not fried), was greasy, was chewy (not crispy), and was not even evenly cooked. Yeah. The other food in our party was slightly better I think. Also, the fried zucchini was okay. Also, the service was okay. Chicken only is a definite 1 star. The location and the other food may bring it up to two stars I guess. Really 1 1/2 but I'll be generous. We had no problems with the staff or service. But my chicken was literally inedible as in I spit it out and could not eat it. I am not a picky eater by the way.

This is THE WORST Carl's Jr. I' ve ever been to. The place is an absolute dump. Orders were wrong or just made bad. My Thick Burger had so much mustard, I couldn't taste the rest of the burger.

All the other reviewer is right about this place. It's horrible. Please drive a little further and stay away from this place. The girls that works at the drive thru sounds like she doesn't want to be there. We had two 5 piece chicken strip and fries. Asked for ranch and honey mustard. After we pulled away. There is only one ranch dressing for both chicken strip meals. The chicken strips are so small they looked like fried shrimps. $16.00 for two crappy meal combos. They suck !!!!!!!!

For the reviewer who asked how you could give Carl's Jr less than 5 stars: Simple. Go to the one on W. Beale. I love Carl's Jr and the location on Stockton Hill Rd is excellent. The employees there are super friendly and professional and the place is clean and bright and food always comes out hot and fresh (and if they mess up, they're really nice about fixing it.). The W. Beale location is horrid. It's got a weird stale smell, the employees DO NOT care about their jobs. The orders are typically either wrong or cold. I just can't get over how indifferent and sometimes rude the employees are there though. It's such a contrast to the Stockton Hill Rd. location.

Fast food is bad but cold fast food is the worst. Also, check your order before you pull away from the drive thru. You have a 50/50 chance of getting your accurate order. If you are hungry and in the area continue down Beale Street a few more blocks and find some nice local restaurants.

Food wad cold. Had to re heat it at the motel. Tators were greasy. Steak and egg burrito wasn't anything to write home about. One person wad working drive thru and the counter. Had to wait ten minutes to get food at the drive thru. You would have at least thought it would have come out hot. Won't stop here again.

These people are the worst! We ordered a couple 6 dollar burgers which were good, but we're packaged horribly! The protein wrap burger had no paper holding it together and became and instant mess. Also, the orderer person is so slow!

Thought we'd do the drive thru Kingman, AZ on way home from Vegas. Drive thru line was long. I pulled up to menu/speaker and sat there for 20 min. Four cars behind me backed out & left (later realized,I should have too) Finally no one in front of me at all. Sat for another 3 min. @ speaker. Drove to window and female asked what I ordered. "Nothing!" Asked for number for complaint. She went to counter register. started writing & forgot about me again! She had other female give me slip with phone number. Asked other worker females name was. (Alma?) Number wasnt even a working number. I've gotten fake numbers from women before..Never Again!
