Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Overall: Not visiting here again, better off making Chinese food off of online recipes. Wife Review: Appeared clean with a wide selection of food. Upon close inspection, only 4 buffet dishes looked appetizing. The chicken skewers tasted like chicken jerky yet were one of the best dishes there. However, they looked like cat poop (cat owners will know what this looks like) and the mediocre taste was not enough to offset the unappetizing appearance. The fried rice was inedible as it was a combination of not thoroughly cooked and just plain old such that it had a crunchy and chewy texture at the same time. It tasted like it had been mixed with sugar and rotten pork, yet there was no meat in it. The grapes tasted normal. I figured my best bet was to eat all of the grapes in hopes of getting at least some food for my money. I left feeling nauseated and wishing that I was bulimic so that I could cleanse my body of the monstrosities I just ate. Husband review: -Loves Chinese food and walked out of ABC confused and disappointed. -Was afraid to touch the seafood dishes so the review does not apply to those.. -Thoroughly enjoyed one of the waitresses, she was fun, kind of crazy, and really really nice/polite. Good: -Cold fresh water. -Rice pudding, chocolate pudding, and sugar donut balls were delicious. Honorable mention: freshly cooked (I hope) Tso's Chicken. The jello was okay. -Polite servers. Bad: -Looked clean until people started to pull stuff out of the buffet trays. Food was flinging out everywhere off of the tray and was often let laying on the buffet counter. -Many of the dishes have been in the heated trays for such a long time that they'll melt in your mouth regardless of what texture it was supposed to be or the sauce that the dish comes with has reduced into a thick, sometimes burnt glaze. -Hot and sour soup was just straight up sour and nothing else. -Kung pao chicken: I could hardly differentiate between vegetable and chicken. -Egg rolls: Straight up tasted like the oil it was cooked in, hardly anything inside it. -Crab rangoons: 95% crunchy part, 4% oil, 1% cream cheese/crab filling. The filling was also hard and dry from being in the heated tray for so long. -Chow mein: similar to other dishes, it primarily tasted like the oil it was cooked in. The noodles will fill you though. -Tiny cake square with whipped frosting: dry as hell. -There was alot more dishes than those listed, but they seemed quite unappetizing and refused to try them. -Overall, the food was very salty; ended up chugging 4-5 cups of water across 2.5 plates.

Had a dinner here 2 september 2011, traveling through from grand canyon to LA and stopped for the night here. Walking to the restaurant we didn't have high hopes for this place, but we had a surprisingly nice cheap dinner here. Dinner was tasteful and wide range of choices. Free refills with drinks. Nice and friendly service which was fast.

Appalling. The buffet is limited, the food quality is mediocre, and the ambience is poor. Even by the somewhat relaxed standards of Kingman restaurants, this place is definitively avoidable.

Decor here is old and dreary. It desperately needs a face lift! But just about every time I'm in Kingman I have their lunch buffet. Price is under $10. My opinion is its the best Chinese in the area. There is another Chinese place about two blocks away but is so filthy I refuse to eat there. My wife &I did once but never again! I don't know why the health dept. allows them to stay open. ABC is the best choice.

The food is cold and left out for way too long. It made me sick to my stomach, and I won't be back.

It does the job. I mean c'mon it's Chinese food in the middle of nowhere. We came in after a long day on a tour bus and since we were staying nearby there wasn't many food options we could walk to. Although I swear there always seems to be a Chinese food place around any Asian tour bus stop. =p Opted not to get the buffer because it just didn't look too appetizing. *seafood tofu soup - this was actually pretty good when it's hot. There were plentiful pieces of shrimp and tofu. Hit the spot. *vegetable fried rice - a little on the bland side but loved that it was mixed with tons of different veggies. It wasn't oily either. *chicken chow mein - oily and salty. I didn't like the texture of the noodles either because they were too soft. Prices are reasonable and portions are sizable. Service unfortunately was really slow. Servers just seemed overwhelmed and would forget to bring things. I feel for them. Especially since I'm sure they get a rush of tour bus customers pretty frequently.

Food was good but the service was horrible. They forgot one of the plates. We had to ask for. The server started making excuses. It doesn't matter. Dinner was great except for the fact that the server never really checked on us. My friend actually got up and went behind the bar and refilled his own drink and no one noticed. This just tells you how bad the service was. Other than that, the food was good and the place was clean.

This place is filthy...The food is below the standard american, chinese usually served in most places. The bathroom, well just don't even go there.

Food is not that great & lacks variety but the service we received here today, is flawless. Very friendly & hospitable. Refills and napkins without having to ask. Fantastic in the service department :)

I felt to bad for this place. Our tour group of like 40 Japanese people rolled through here en masse, and they were not ready. As a horde of very polite and orderly, but also very VERY hungry, tourists descended upon the buffet line, it was chaos. The owner/waitress/hostess was scrambling to make sure there was enough chow mein or general tsao's chicken or whatever else have you. It was futile, though. As soon as one piping hot tray of mush was brought out, the ravenous horde devoured it. It was like Whack-A-Mole. And if you didn't know, Japanese people are very good at Whack-A-Mole, especially when it involves Chinese food. As for the food, I didn't get to taste too much of it. SInce I was last to the line, I was left with sad little scraps of all the food. I think I got one or two bites of everything. It must have been edible though because once back on the bus, no one had to use the bathroom on board. Thank the Lord! And ABC Chinese food for not giving us poison.

Who would have thought you could find good Chinese food in the middle of a small town in Arizona? Boy were we surprised, pleasantly so... my wife's favorite is tofu and mushrooms, usually hard to find anywhere. However, here at ABC they did a damn good job, and I don't like vegetarian meals. The servers are polite and helpful, hard-working the food is delicious as well as presentable, overall this would be a five star review, however just give you four stars this so as to give room for growth.

This is not a review of the buffet in the same way that Thanksgiving is not a companion to Autumn. This is a review of the bar in the same way that $2.50 gin & tonics all night is not the sun rising the next morning. This is not a piece that mentions the menu of food in the same way a park has trees but a parking lot doesn't. This is a love letter to a man who played harmonica wearing a cow boy hat in the same way that Arizona is eternal. This is not a think piece about the difficulty of finding the cocktail lounge in the same way that it says "Lo's" not ABC. This is an infatuation with the hospitality of drinks that never end in the same way you can slow dance on their small dance floor. This is ABC Buffet's Bar.
