My observation about customer flow stands. It busy again at 2:00pm. Changed to a teriyakied turkey burger. Hit the spot. The pop/soda was flat sugar water. The burger was tasty. The fries were fresh hot. My wife and I ate for $15 and change. The other night at Burger King it was $10 and change for 2 fish sammies, a medium onion ring and a medium drink. At least the drink was fizzy but Carl's is the better value as well as a place we don't come to too often since we don't live down here.

Won't spend too much time reviewing the food because for the most part fast food is always pretty consistent. Overall though the service here is pretty friendly and the restaurant is kept pretty clean

Went in to get food. Was greeted by the cashier. He was so amazing and nice! Rare to see that kind of person working fast food. What a great worker, he should get a raise. Was fast, polite, and had perfect manners. A gentleman at fast food! Amazing will come back just because of the great service he have. I have always liked Carl Jr's but have to say their quality of food has really gone downhill. I ordered a Carl's Western Burger , hold the BBQ Sauce . The meat was dry and had no flavor at all. My husband bun on his burger was black on one side totally black...it could not have been missed. We used the drive through , and I guess they figured we would check the food till we got home...which was true. We live 12 miles from the store so didn't take it back . We will never visit that store again. Go to their FB page and you will see I am not the only one complaining about the quality of the food.

Carl's Jr is usually a safe bet for traditional burgers and fries. I've been to many of their locations, and this is by far the best one I've been to. Most of the time the staff is friendly and even when it's busy, food service times are very reasonable.

I am dropping a star because their salad dressing has MSG. What a bummer. I ate a salad today and as I finished my husband picked up the dressing packet to look the ingredients. There about 4th down from the top was MSG. Now I have a nice stomach ache and headache for the afternoon. So I guess word to the wise: check the labels here and to Carl's I say: "Why?" Here's what they replied: "Thank you for taking the time to share with us. Our goal is to make our guests happy--every guest, every time! We have done our best to eliminate MSG from our existing menu items and in the development of new food products. Currently, we do have MSG in some chicken products and dressing/sauce products. For more specific information, please visit the website, and review the nutrition and ingredient guide.
