Jerry's isn't that bad. A have good service, a BIG food menu, and their right on the main road. It is an old, small town diner environment. They have daily specials, which I didn't notice when I came in, wish I did. Note to self always ask for daily specials even if you think they wouldn't have any. Today's was something like a huge 1 lbs burger which included other things for $10. There was also a dessert special which I read only part of because I knew I would have went back in and ordered it if I read it entirely. It was something like warm brownie I'm sure it had something like ice cream and whipped cream but not 100%. I was undecided of what I wanted, I was hungry and everything on their menu sounded good. I went with the Big Bertha just because the name stood out. I should've taken a little longer to look at the menu or the description of what Big Bertha was. It had the country gravy, I hate country gravy I only prefer the darker ones, but for what it was it was decent. It had a country fried steak which I kind of like after scraping off most of the gravy. I tried it with what gravy I could manage to eat. It also came with eggs, hash brown, and toast. I also added a side of corner beef hash which was like straight from the can. Everything was ok, edible. It was just me ordering the wrong item. One of the people in my group ordered a chili burger which looked good he said it was good. Another ordered a good looking sandwich, I don't know exactly which one. Their menu includes sandwiches, smash burgers, I'm sure Smash Burger copied theses guys haha jk, shakes, desserts, the typical breakfast, lunch, and dinner items you'd get at a diner. I am a fan of how much the menu could potentially satisfy me if I was a regular here and tried more items. Solid classic American diner eats. Pretty reasonably priced. Not open 24/7.

Stop over here in San Carlos. People talked about Jerry's as a go to Diner. Becky our server was great and a ray of sunshine. I was on a no carbs diet... They were very accommodating with my breakfast order. Had the sink omelette. Really enjoyed it - loaded with great stuff!! Portions were generous and for a diner in the middle of nowhere it was a decent pit stop!! Prices are very reasonable.

I had pancakes and bacon and the bacon was extra crispy and pancakes were delicious. My husband had corn beef and hash and said it's not bad. The windows were a little smudgy and the bathroom was out of hand soap so I gave it a three. It was very friendly environment.

Service: Great. Food: Both of us got hamburgers. They were good, but nothing special. The coleslaw was missing the dressing. Easy to spot on the main hwy with plenty of parking and seating.

Your classic diner in an Arizona mining town. We drove 2 hours from Tucson to order a burger and black coffee and my friend had a traditional chocolate milkshake that was served with the tin! My favorite way to order a shake. Next time you drive through Globe you should stop in and order a slice of one of their homemade pies.

Maybe if I was stumbling home from the local bar to soak up the evenings libations the amount of grease this place serves as a "condiment" may be helpful. I really believe in supporting the local restaurants of the little towns I work in but this one is off of the "support" list. The bacon was slimy raw and still swimming in the grease used to lube up the flat top. The eggs were chewy: CHEWY? I didn't know eggs could be chewy and the biscuit reminded me a white certified made in Canada NHL hockey puck. I actually bent my fork trying to cut it... On my way to work at 5 am is not when I want to say goodbye Jerry's and hello stomach ailment. I've noticed the reviews talk about "on our way in or out of town" If you too do this; you'd better have some huggies wipes with you because you'll need them...

Average food. Waitress could have been friendlier. I ordered the Arnold's breakfast and left hungry. I would not go here again while passing through Globe.

The short review: 24/7 food. The longer review: Globe is a time capsule --- one of the many mining towns in Arizona that were undoubtedly much nicer / more populated at some point in the past. It's also a sleepy town: there aren't many places to grab a bite if you're in town and you stay up passed 8 p.m. Luckily --- there is Jerry's. I have heard that it used to have a reputation as a smoker's haven.... then got new management... well, I have got a sniffer and a pair of eyes that can smell a six-month old cigarette butt. Ladies and gentlemen, if this place was at one time smokey --- it's not any more. This place is sin free (no liquor license). Jerry's is bright, clean, really inexpensive and has surprisingly good diner food. Our group had fries, a chicken club, liver & onions, milkshakes. Smiles all around. I wasn't blown away by the men's room or by the service.... but it was serviceable (Really? Did I just refer to service as serviceable? Shame on me.) Mostly I'm glad we didn't have to run to a Taco Bell. I also think my sandwich --- the Caliguacafornia --- has a stupid name. Then again.... you don't eat the name.

This Jerry's Restaurant in Globe was awful! I've been to other locations and had no problems but this one should be shut down! The booth was all ripped up, and when I finally ordered a half a turkey sandwich, chicken and dumpling soup, and a side of mac salad, it came with an awful lot of flies! I couldn't keep the flies off the table and away from my food fast enough to hardly eat! The sandwich was just dry, white bread with a leaf of lettuce, a tomato slice and onion slice and somewhere in the middle was a wedge of turkey deli meat, and a limp pickle on the side. Certainly didn't take alot of effort on the Cook's part to fix it! The "soup" was horrible and tasted like something Dinty Moore would have made! Cubed chicken, and the smallest and most tasteless dumplings I've ever seen! There were a couple of small orange things floating in the soup broth that I think were carrots. The mac salad was actually the best thing I ordered. The slice of chocolate pie was just as terrible as the rest of my food. It tasted like chemicals and ended up in the trash. Between the torn up booths, the flies, and unappetizing and unappealing atmosphere, this Jerry's Restaurant should be shut down and cleaned, and the employees need to be retrained on how to cook and present food. If my favorite restaurant in Globe had been open that Saturday, I'd never have bothered with flyblown Jerry's. Shut 'er down!!

Like everyone else said, it's a good (not spectacular) 24 hour joint on your way home from where ever you're going. We just finished 2 days of camping and needed a sink to wash ourselves off and a meal other than sandwiches. I had the hamsteak and eggs. The ham had to weigh over 1.5 pounds. First time I couldn't finish my breakfast. Service was good and food came out fast. I can't complain.

My friends and I used to stop here on the way to EAC back in the day so when we were passing through Globe we decided to stop and give it a try. Yuck. The place was a disgusting mess. There was pee on the seats in the bathroom and the floors throughout were filthy. When we received our order (burgers) I went to remove the onion from the burger and saw the lettuce had not been washed...seriously...there was MUD on the lettuce. When I showed the waiter he took it to the kitchen and never said another word about it. Gross, gross, gross.

Bad service, less than ordinary food. Shoulda just stopped at the Dairy Queen.

No longer open 24 hours --- or even " late" .Typical diner menu.average food mostly. But the Colossal Burger is back! Also love the all you can eat pancakes with assortment of bacon&sausage&eggs&hash-browns& AWESOME HOTCAKES. Wait staff is friendly and on top of refills &late arrivals . You pay at the front , though they try , having the waitress play cashier is not ideal . Managers should try to BE the hostesses & cashiers -- or hire one .Pretty clean for an older building. To-go orders always turn out well for us . All-in-all we really like Jerry's & try to support them as an old time local restaurant, and tip the waitresses well cause they work very hard .

We stopped by on our way back from the Apache Trail. Seemed like everything else in Globe was closed. Thank goodness Jerry's was open! Good food. Good service. Good prices. Great music.

Ah, Jerry's. One of the few constants in my life through so many seasons. Like when I was little, coloring on the kid's menu and asking for bubble gum from the front counter. Being warned to steer clear of the counter side of the restaurant because it sat inside a fog of second hand smoke. Or as a teenager, meeting friends in the late evening to pass several hours with free refills of coffee, much to our server's chagrin. Taking in the history and photographs that covered every wall. Knowing that at any point, if I was bored I could stop by to see who was there and hang out a while. Open 24/7, the crowd was constantly revolving. And when I was home from college as a young adult, marveling at the now-smoke-free environment, thanks to the Smoke Free Arizona law. Meeting my mom on my lunch breaks for a sandwich or quick salad. Running in to someone I know every time, because it's a small town and everyone was regular. Then visiting Jerry's with my new husband as we pass through town, and sharing some of these stories with him, while noticing how much has changed. No longer open 24/7, the restaurant actually closes as night. Where do the night owls go for a bite to eat? Food is still cheap, but closer to a usual Denny's type menu than I remember. The old photographs are gone, replaced with generic-diner-chic decor. Alas, some things never change. Service was spotty as ever, depending highly on whether or not you know the server personally. The food is rather typical diner food with no surprises about what you get. And the wheelchair-accessible ramp outside is still awkward to walk all the way around before turning to the parking lot, unless you're either spunky or short enough to duck under the rail and skip the walk.

Oh my gosh! The breakfast was so good here. The sausage and hash browns were delicious. Eggs made perfectly to order. The homemade cinnamon rolls were wonderful. We are definitely stopping here again when we come through Globe.

Had breakfast here for the first time - the service was ok but the food was ... :( The pancakes were just the flour dough taste and their syrup was way too water down so I had to put a lot but still didn't help to make these pancakes edible. My husband ordered ham steak & eggs - ham steak was huge and he was happy - that's why two stars instead of one.

meh, ordered liver and onions as it had a family atmosphere, the liver and bacon were good, but the gravy had zero taste, and the vegetables were so over cook, I didn't eat them. The Texas toast wasn't really toasted, and was drowning in butter. I was with a large group, and it sounded like the fried chicken was the meal of choice. One girl ordered a hamburger, it was small and over cooked. I'v eaten breakfast here, it was a much better dining experience. Don't think I would do dinner again.

Jerry's serves okay food, but what they offer is nothing special. The food is good for a middle of the night fix (it is open 24 hours) or if you are in the mood for greasy dinner food. However, regardless of the time of day or night, the service there is just awful.
